November 15, 2016
I have lived in this cabin in the woods for 20 years and never was able to stay warm using electric space heaters. This one works great. I don't understand how it works, but it does. And the electric bill was not terribly high either. I call it magic, but you can call it whatever you like.
Works good
August 1, 2016
Works good puts out way more heat than a space heater oil or ceramic, uses some electricity but once the place is up to temp it hardly runs unlike the baseboard heat, saves a little bit in electricity.still running after two winters.
Love the 8 element
June 25, 2016
Works great for my basement which is 15 x 40, the 8 elements work so much better for large rooms than others that have 4-6. I bought 2 and I ue the other one upstairs it does my living room and kitchen with no problem at all, much cheaper than fixing an oil furnace and the increase in power was much less expensive than purchasing oil and the furnace didn't even heat the basement.
Don't Put it Off!
November 21, 2015
Have gone through several heating seasons now wondering if an infrared quartz heater would really work for me. I have researched different models and price points, but could never come to a decision. Until I read about the Ultimate 8 from Lifesmart!! Not wanting to put up with a damp chill in the house this winter (without running the baseboards on a higher setting and paying for it too), I decided this was the year! Kept looking at pricier units with a higher name recognition, but closed the deal with this one because it has 8 elements, a nice looking cabinet, high reviews, and a great price (a local chain retailer has a 6 element unit from Lifesmart for the same price). So glad I got this one from Amazon! The unit is performing even better than I had hoped. The chill is gone, the heat on that level of the house is solid (we live in a split-level and this heater takes care of the kitchen and an open L-shaped dining room/living room area). It cycles nicely, keeps cool to the touch, and seems accurate with the temperature read-out. On top of that it is quiet. Also, the instruction book makes replacement part purchases easy. Don't put it off!
Fantastic Large Room Heated Does the Job!
January 10, 2015
This was purchased for my very, very large classroom in which 9 teachers work with high school girls who have learning disabilities. I sit in the far outside corner of the room, and do not like the temperature to be particularly high, but it's too cool for me, and everyone else was always complaining as well, teachers and students, about the coldness of the room. I wanted something that would look nice and would be safe, that had good insulation and was high quality. I was particularly concerned about any of the students getting burned by the type of heater on which the heat source was too close to the surface, or the outside of it was not well insulated and burns could happen if the heater was simply touched. I read all the specs on this heater, and considering its construction and cabinetry, felt it would be safe. I was right. This is a fantastic piece of attractive furniture as well as being a great heater. The large room gets nice and comfortable within a reasonable amount of time. We do have students going in and out every 50 minutes or so, therefore we must guard against the door being left open because this lets the heat out. It does a great job of heating and the outside is absolutely cool to the touch. I particularly like that it has not only an electronic shut off on the front control panel, but can also be shut off with an old fashioned switch in the back. The only people in the classroom who know about that control are the teachers, which is going to stay that way. The girls are very respectful of private property, so they don't even touch it, but we don't want them able to turn it on by themselves. Of course they can figure it out eventually themselves, but the less they know up front, the better. It's a great heater for a very large room and all the teachers and students are very pleased with it. Even the person responsible for okaying it for safety was impressed with this heater and check marked it immediately on inspection. I definitely recommend this heater for extra large rooms, for its functionality and its looks.
Just one night

Our house has a heat pump and although the house is well insulated, with 6" exterior walls, the heat pump leaves a lot to be desired - the house, in winter, is always cold and the heat pump runs constantly, with the thermostat set at 70 degrees. Last winter I had to set the thermostat to supplemental heat the entire winter and it was still cold so we used space heaters, too - our electric bill in January and February were ridiculously high. The Lifesmart Ultimate 8 Element 1800 Square Foot Infrared Heater w/Air Ionizer arrived yesterday afternoon. The house was 74 degrees when it arrived with no heat turned on, just sunshine and a warmer day heating the house, but the temperature by early evening was dropping steadily and there was constant strong cold wind. Overnight it was in the low forties. Today it is only going to reach into the mid-fifties. Unpacked the Lifesmart after it arrived yesterday, turned it to on, and set it to 74 degrees. We didn't turn on the central heat, and around seven o'clock last evening the Lifesmart began heating - we monitored the thermometers round the house and they never dropped from 74 degrees by the time we went to bed at 11 p.m. I awoke at 3 a.m. and walked into every room in the house (most rooms have a thermometer hung on the wall or a tabletop display thermometer) and every room was 74 degrees. The Lifesmart is so quiet, too. We are going to buy a smaller Lifesmart for the Master Bedroom, as we keep the door closed to keep the dog and cat out while we sleep. Will update this review next month after the electric bill arrives.December 24, 2013 - 1:30 p.m. - Electric Bill was posted today for the period November 15, 2013 thru December 15, 2013. We used 1854 kilowatt hours in the period - our bill is $226.25. Same period last year we used 1835 kilowatt hours, the bill was $226.07. We are supplementing the LifeSmart Heater with two ceramic heaters - one in the bedroom when the door is closed (nights and whenever we want to keep the cat and dog out), and another heater in the mud room at the far end of the house. As I said in the previous comment, it is a lot colder this year than last - our daytime highs are often what our nighttime lows were last year, but the house is warm with the LifeSmart heating the house, whereas it never felt warm with the heat pump, even when the heat pump was brand new. We are considering taking out the floor registers and having the openings sealed and having the heat pump removed. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Love this affordable heater!!
December 25, 2016
We have 2 Eden Pure (expensive) Infrared heaters that clunked out. I always thought they were the cream of the crop for heaters but so surprised that this more affordable heater works just as well if not better! I bought a warranty it wasn't expensive. The top does get hot so don't keep anything on it or watch out if you have small children. I use it in my bedroom because our heat duct doesn't work in there. Keeps the room warm unless it is an extremely cold/windy winter day then it has difficulty keeping up as any heater would. Overall I am pleased with this heater, had for over a year with no problems. We keep it running 24/7. Not too noisy, I don't mind the background noise/humming of the motor. I like the remote control I can turn it down from my bed if I get too warm or turn it up. Once a month I rinse out the filter in the back it gets clogged with dust and runs better when it is clean. Don't waste your money on those expensive brand heaters this works fine for much less money!

I have electric baseboard and the electricity rates in CT are outrageous. Not to mention the fees and extra charges on top of the electric usage. I do what I can to avoid using the electric baseboard, the main heat source is my pellet stove. But for my finished basement I used a plug in heater. I had a previous model by this brand and I loved it. Also helped dry the laundry I hung to dry. The heating element stopped working after several years of faithful service, so why not replace it with the newer version? Well, I did. This is a great heater. Good size, nice cozy heat. I never had a problem with outlets burning up, but I have replaced them before using this style heater. I would advise you have your outlets upgraded if they're old and have the wiring pinned into the back. They should be looped around the screw of the outlet on the sides in the corresponding terminals. Even after replacing outlets, I had an issue with a Lasko oscillating quartz heater overheating my outlet. Needless to say I stay away from those and only use this type, the infrared heater.
Great heater it totally heated my living area and kitchen!
July 10, 2016
I live in Florida and sometimes it does get cold i purchased and used this item this past winter, I have 2 central heat and airconditioners on my two story house and most of the time we are in the living room/kitchen most of the day, i decided this would be the best solution for keeping my downstairs warm for the winter without running both units all day. So i set my upstairs on 68 (as heat rises it would not be on all the time, and i completely cut my bottom one off and ran this heater with it heating only the kitchen, and living room. my heating bill actually dropped in half this winter!!! i will be using it again and again and might purchase another for the upstairs and completely cut off my upstairs too!!! i love the remote feature also!
Excellent Area Heater
December 29, 2014
We use it in a basement play area, about 60ftx20ft. Without any additional conditioned air other than 2 vents from the HVAC, the basement seems to stay around 62-65F year round. I was hesitant about other people saying that this was oversold as a large room heater, but it heats up the room quickly, even when set to efficient mode (68F). I can't say how much power it uses, because I only turn it on as needed, however after 1 month of using it, there hasn't been a noticeable change in my power bill.

It's not quiet, but not obnoxiously loud either. It has a fan, it pushes hot air, it does make noise. If you are looking for something super quiet, look elsewhere.

The only very minor drawback is that the remote uses the same frequency as my volume button on my TV and whenever I turn up or turn down the volume, it changes the sleep mode setting on the heater. Not a deal breaker since I can just walk to the TV and change the volume there.

Attached is a picture with the heater in the far north corner.

This is much less expensive than propane. It keeps warm a little over 600 Sqr.Feet in a manufactured home. I use the economy setting and run it all night to warm the kitchen and bedroom halls. The air that comes out isn't super hot, so allow 30 to 45 minutes to warm a large area.
Saved My Winter
February 27, 2016
I live in Washington state where mold and rain are a huge issue. The 1000 SQFT. home I rent has crappy little electric wall heaters that provided poor heat and left the rooms damp and cold. I purchased two Lifesmart units for the top and bottom floors and ran each only when the 15X14 SQFT spaces were used. I ran the heater at 83 degrees on high heat for 2 hours which heated the entire downstairs successfully. Doing this twice per day kept the space comfortably warm with temps at 36 degrees outside. On the second week the breakers for the house blew causing me to reset them. I reduced the Lifesmart thermostat to 72 degrees on low heat and have received the same warming results with no blown breakers. Now the clincher: the electric bill. The bill for 2015 at this time for two months was $165.84 and this year 2016 is $175.98. My home has been dryer, warmer and mold has been less of an issue. Warning: These babies pull some amps!
Convenient.
March 15, 2015
The good news about this heater is that you can set the temperature and it will cycle on and off to keep the room that temp. The not so good news is that it takes it a long time to be able to bring the room up to that temperature. We have another one of these heaters of another brand and it heats up a similar sized room in half the time. The bonus of these heaters is that the outside box never gets hot so you can safely have these around children. So even though I might not like how long this heater takes to work I still like it for it's safety.
Trouble free heat.

I have 2 of these. The 1st one purchased locally 2 years ago, and works well.............but always hoping for something better I tried another heater (a Honeywell I had to send back because it quit working after only one week and cost me $ to return). .... I returned and purchased another one of these.Isn't that what you really want, something that works without problems?I wish you could set the "eco" setting at a lower temp than 68. And I wish it would power down from high to low, but it does do a good job of maintaining the temp you set it at..............WITHOUT PROBLEMS.Thanks.
Lifesmart Ultimate 8 Element 1800
February 27, 2014
I am very pleased with this heater for many reasons. The first being that it performs well. This is my main heat source for the bedroom. The room is ice cold and is about 15 x 15. There are 3 settings: High, Low and Economy. I can never set it on "Eco" because it keeps the room too hot. The thermostat says 68' on Eco and regulates it by kicking off and on as needed. Instead I set it on 58' and it still feels 10' warmer keeping it comfortable (for me) all night. Also this room has no insulation and the windows are drafty old single pane. Another reason I like it is I can move it easily from one room to another and park it just about anywhere as long as the back isn't pushed up against anything. The air filter is on the back and should be cleaned fairly often. More so if you have pets or if its used in a dusty area. The filter is a cheap thin plastic one like found in most AC window units. I have thought about replacing it with a better one. Speaking of pets... that was another huge plus in purchasing this one. My dogs have a tendency to lay too close to any heat source and I knew this one would not singe their coats or endanger our lives by them pushing a dog bed or toy too close to it. They won't even lay in front of this one since the heat comes from near the top. Two other reasons which I just find nice is (1) I can put things on top of it just like a little table because it stays cool to the touch no matter how long you run it and (2) it looks nice. I didn't give it a 5 because the first few days I used it some type of oil would drip onto the floor. Not sure what this was from. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.
Best value in large area forced air electric heating
November 3, 2013
This is a very safe product and looks great too. It is also likely the best one at heating a large room because it can continuously pull a little over 1400W (12-amps) on the high setting, putting out more heat compared to smaller ones and ceramic electric heaters that only really draw about 800W. They may all be rated at "1500W" but none of them really draw that much when warm. Having more elements gives it more heating surface area to dissapate heat, which allows it to pull more power all the time. There are also low and eco settings so it doesn't draw the 1400W if you don't need the extra heat. Because it does draw more power than other units you have to be more conscious of what else is on that circuit so you don't trip the breaker. If you have 15-amp breakers, then this thing will be drawing about 12 amps, so you cannot also run a vacuum cleaner on that circuit or a refrigerator or microwave or other large device. This is advertised as 1800W in places, but in the owners manual it says 1500W. However, in the same owners manual it says it may draw up to 15 amps, which would indeed be 1800W. In my actual testing it draws about 1440W (12 amps) continuously, which is actually about twice as good as most smaller cheaper ceramic electric heaters or any other wire coil electric heater. I have tested multiple units that draw less than 800W, and my "3-element" LifeSmart portable unit is the best small unit I have able to draw and dissapate just over 900W continuously on high. The fan is not loud, it is also not silent, it needs to get all that heat dissapated and distributed. The wood is always cool to the touch, doesnt heat up and the power cable doesnt get hot either like some other electric heaters. it will probably look best on carpet, because on a hard floor the legs are above the ground a little bit since it sets on the casters, and the 4 wooden legs are just a bit higher than those wheels. On carpet the wheels will sink a bit so the legs look like they are on the ground. I keep this one at my office and it helps warm up the corner of the building where my cubicle is. It is a large building, about a 20,000 sq-ft floor and our boiler has not worked for a year. It will get down to about 50 degrees inside the building on the coldest nights/mornings, and even when its about 58-62F outside this helps get my corner of the building to 68-70F in a couple hours making it much more comfortable to sit in the cubicles. There are other little personal space heaters on other power circuits helping to warm up the entire floor, but mine is the only one in about 2000sq-ft.If you just need to keep one person warm, then a $50 ceramic heater would do fine when placed a few feat away from the person, although these IR based units provide a more comfortable temperature of air (not as hot) but more distributed so it can warm up a whole couch or something like that.So Pros(1) Great performance, actually providing a lot more heat output than the small cheap ceramic units(2) Very safe, case does not get warm, has heavy duty power cable, its shuts off from tip over or just knocking it hard(3) The real wood looks great(4) The timing settings and remote are niceI dock one star for the following(1) I was hoping it would be able to draw at least 1500W continuous with the "8-elements", but at ~1440W its still better than any other forced air electric heater I have tested.(2) The buttons are a little cheap feeling.(3) I am not a fan of the beeping when hitting buttons, but only do that when turning it on and setting it up.

For now I am giving it a three. I received this about a month ago and it worked fine. It was used to warm up a 2 car garage and in my opinion it does that pretty well. I also like how light and simple it is to use. However Its been about 37 days and it completely stopped turning on. It wasn't dropped or damaged at all and Im hoping I can return it and give a second one a shot. If they return it with no problem I would definitely give this a 4.5 until than I will stay at a 3.Ok problem fixed . Works great to me :)
Keeps us snuggly warm at night
December 28, 2016
Does what I had hoped it would and keeps 2 average sized rooms, with a hallway separating (approx 600sq ft total) at a comfortable temperature. I have insulation issues in the upper level of my home and these rooms get very cold in the winter months. No issues with outlets overheating for me as mentioned in other reviews. I use for about 8-10 hr intervals on a 68 degree setting. My only complaint is that it does make a lot of noise when adjusting temperature and when the thermostat kicks the unit on (we use it during the night mostly so this can be disruptive).

It is not in the class with an Eden Pure and it does ok but would not and will not purchase this heater again. Will not keep room as warm as our previous Eden Pure and has much louder white noise from the fan but it is a third of the cost. I guess as the saying goes (you get what you pay for).
It's good....but not great !
December 24, 2016
Well the only negative thing that I have to say about this heater is, the heat isn't that warm ! Now the positive side is, the blower is is quiet, and has a good air flow output ! But I wouldn't buy another one ! I have a Dr. Infrared Heater, and it heats up the room quickly, it's quiet, and the heat is warm !

I bought this as an alternative to using pellets for this winter in upstate NY and it only lasted me a single month of running on high heat but at 75 deg, maybe this was asking too much and I killed it but I was very unsatisfied as a second I bought is still working under the same conditions. It was a great alternative for the time being and now t only runs at 68deg on eco otherwise it shuts off like its blown a fuse that I will have to TS vice it working as it should but like I said I ran it HIGH HEAT 75deg for a month before it died so maybe its just me!!

Nice design, quality look and feel. The addition of the second remote is a nice touch. It will not however, heat a large room. I bought this to keep me warm in the basement. If I put it directly under my desk blowing on me, it will keep me warm. It will not heat the basement however.
We like it. Does a descent job
December 23, 2016
We like it. Does a descent job, but would be good for a 350sqft are at max. Our family room is around 450sqft, my plan was to keep our central heater at 63~65F, and then use this one in our family room to bring the temperature to 72F there. This can't pull the trick, and after running for 24 hours straight at max settings, temperature in our family room is at 70F. Won't be much economical in the long run.
Warms up great
February 18, 2016
I bought this for our downstairs area, and yes it gets hot, and the fan works great, but I didn't notice a lot of extra warmth throughout the area. It says it was for a large room, but it worked well in a really small room. The features of the box staying safe to touch is GREAT if you have kids and pets. Also, I love that it rolls around. It was worth the buy, just wish it warmed up a bigger space like I thought it would.
It's ok
February 7, 2016
It's ok, I use it in a 20 X 20 room. It takes a long time to get up to 70 degrees. Not near as fast as I thought it would be.

If I can get good finish and sound wired- I am set. Did NOT work out 3 strikes
December 15, 2016
The first one I got WORKS GREAT, 5 stars but had a cabinet defect in that the left front strut like leg you can see was split. So I ordered a replacement. The replacement also had a small cabinet defect but it was in the rear and was where stain was missed. but it is where the housing is for the fan/filter intake so no big deal. However it must have had a short in the interior. Every plug/circuit I used poped my breakers. Including the one the first one ran like a champ on. same draw, as the units are identical so...3rd try enroute I hope. That will be the do or die trial. Why 3 stars with all the aggravation? Because the first unit as a heater easily warms 1000 sq ft.Revised to two stars because the third one also had a cabinet defect. If you don't care about the cabinet appearance when it works it works..
Lasted a year
August 22, 2016
This heater lasted a year. I used it for a medium size room (10' x 14') and it lasted long enough for the insurance to expire just weeks before.Positive:-It looks nice, discrete-It has wheels (which is great because it is heavy)-Once the room is warm it keeps it cozy.Negative:-It took more than 30 mins to warm up my room.-It took a lot of power: many times I had to turn it off to use another electronic in my room and my energy bill was incredibly high.-About a two months before it stopped working, it made a loud buzzing noise similar to hair clippers.-It was heavy and awkward to carry.Considering how much I paid for it, I expected it to work for more than one winter.
Good for 5 months.
May 7, 2016
I received mine at the end of November. Died at the end of April. As others have wrote, it did Not have the air ionizer feature described THEN, but not in the description now. The company is sending a new power plate for ME to fix. The guarantee is for Parts. If you want them to fix it WE pay for shipping to them BOTH ways! Does better than my Lifesmart 6 element that started to "fade" after 2 winters and covered 4-500 sq.ft. This one takes care of 5-700 sq.ft. I have a high vaulted ceiling, so if you have a 8' or 9' ceiling it would probably take care of 900 sq.ft.
Sorry didn't work for me...

It really doesn't heat the amount of area that it says it will.... I'm not has happy as I hoped and the remote stopped working a couple of months ago and not because of dead batteries. My room is 16x20 built 3 years ago with 2x6 construction and fully insulated.
Did not meet my expectations
February 22, 2016
I really researched this heater and thought I was making a good decision. I chose it because my other heater did not have 8 elements, and it does a great job heating the room. Unfortunately one of the casters broke and though it is still usable, it is handicapped. I'm not sure if I got a heater that is defective or not, when I opened it, it seemed that something was rattling around inside, but I ignored it and pulled it out and plugged it up. It just does not do a good job heating the area. My girls say the same thing. I kept thinking, maybe it will get better. Well, it didn't. We are pretty disappointed after what I paid out for it. Yes disappointed.
Not quite what is advertised
February 1, 2016
This product uses a tremendous amount of energy (1500 watts) and produces only minimal heat. After my furnace broke down, I sent off for this heater, and I had it on constantly for several days, but it didn't adequately heat up the large room, as advertised. I had to augment the heat from other sources, the dangerous one that is the oven and eventually another space heater. The ad on Amazon indicates it’s for a large room. But inside the manual are these statements:“This heater is designed to use as supplemental heat in areas most needed.”“Customers with smaller rooms experience quick heat changes. Rooms with larger and open floor plans can expect up to 24 hours to completely heat up.”Those statements seem to be true. It helps heat up a room, but it’s not a miracle cure like it seemed in the ad! It should do quite nicely in a smaller room, but will not heat a large room! It's very attractive though.

Very little heat
March 23, 2015
I read the reviews before I purchased this item. Many review said that it heated a large area and that it was the only source of heat and it worked well. Some of the reviews said that it produced very little heat. Unfortunately, I received a heater that produced very little heat. It does have a blower, but it seems like the air only heats about 2-3 feet in front of the heater. To be fair, I used this heater in my attached garage during some of the coldest days ever in this area. (Outside Temperatures at -5 to -15 and will chills at -25 to -40). It simply could not raise the temperature in the garage. On the positive side, the garage did maintain its temperature at freezing (which was the ultimate goal with my water pipes in the ceiling). So, I am giving the heater the benefit of the doubt because it was the coldest winter on record for my area. If this was used in a room with more insulation - it may work better. But in an attached garage with no other heat source, it was only average.
Not the Heater for Minnesota!
February 23, 2015
Purchased because lower price than Eden Pure, but it does not put out the heat that the EPure does. Have used Eden Pure for many years and I should have stayed with it. I live in northern MN so maybe the Lifesmart would be adequate in a warmer climate. We're 24 below zero this morning when I know from experience that the Eden Pure would be pumping out enough heat to keep my rooms warm. This one? Not doing the job.
Metal Lukewarm Heat
January 2, 2015
So this is advertised at Large Room. I say Large Cost, Low Heat is more accurate. Three modes, I believe the lowest is 64 or 68degrees, this is your Economy setting. It would work what in a studio apartment? Bought this for a Living room and still not warm. I saw a 6fold increase in Electricity Fees and Useage leaving this on its Middle Fan Setting for 2hrs a day for a month. I believe there are better, and probably, costlier models. This is made and China and not sufficient for my large (small by some standards) room.

UNIT STOPPED WORKING FOR NO REASON. NO RESET. DO NOT BUY.
February 27, 2017
This unit was working perfectly fine. And I was completely happy with it. It was delivered Jan. 10, 2017. I was doing a great job keeping my finished basement warm. Then 2 days ago, it just shut off and will no longer start. Not with the remote, nor by use of the manual buttons. This is now 2 weeks past the "return window", and I cannot return the item. There is no fuse to reset. So now I'm stuck with a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
the product worked just great. Until it didn't

ok... the product worked just great. Until it didn't. less than one year of use. I need another one and maybe I'll even buy the same one figuring perhaps the one i got was a dud. Anyone else reading this review have a similar experience?
Clearly a damaged returned passed off to me.

Broken and re-glued back corner. Not happy but did not unpackaged within the first 30 days.

Didn't work from the get go. I returned it immediately. Turns out it had been returned to them once before and then refurbished.
Works about as well as it looks, not well at all
January 14, 2016
I guess one can debate what an extra large room is. I ordered this to heat the area of my living room that is on the opposite side of my main heating unit. This heater didn't do the trick for me. I use ceramic and oil radiant space heaters in other areas of the house and they clearly did a better job than this unit. Also, it is as fugly as pictured. If aesthetics are important to you I wouldn't get this if you have contemporary or modern furniture. Maybe it will work for those with rustic cabins.
The appearance is good. Why only 3 stars

The unit is as advertised. The appearance is good. Why only 3 stars? The fan is loud, very loud compared to other units. The green displaynis way to bright and there is no way to dim it.Update: unit died after three month of use. Very disappointing.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A LIFESMART HEATER
February 27, 2017
Product worked well for a few weeks , Now the heater won't run at all. An E1 error code displays on the heater telling it that is overheated or there is not enough power for the unit to run. This is not the case though, I've done my research and there are many similar cases out there of this same problem happening and when the manufacturer is contacted customer support is very poor and don't seem to care about any issues that you're having with the product. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A LIFESMART HEATER. buyer beware.

December 12, 2016
We started out the night with what would have been a five star review. It heated up our room quickly and efficiently and didn't blow out the circuits in our poorly wired, very old house. But then I had to get up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep. When I returned to the bedroom a couple hours later, the room was full of a slight burning smell as well as a thin haze of smoke. I had to leave the door open to air out the room. Needless to say, I shut off the heater, reported this to the manufacturer, and will be returning it. Very scary!
Disappointed

It didn't warm out room very well
Don't be tricked as I was
January 22, 2016
I'm never sure what to believe anymore when reading reviews. It's baffling how some, if they're even legit, report to this product being great, when the one I ordered barely heats the space 1 foot in front of it. It is sitting 3 feet away from me right now and all I can feel is cold air passing over me. With my hand 6 inches away from the vent it finally begins feels warm. This seems to be a well-marketed ripoff.
