I got my new one and it works GREAT! The colors are soothing and the mist is directed to one area to come out of. It comes with a great measuring cup to fill the diffuser. Great Great Great!!! Works Great May 10, 2017 I got this for the living room and it works pretty well. My fiancee and I had picked one up at Costco for the bedroom, but I wanted more. MORE, mwuahahahaha. So, this was on sale. It holds 300L or whatever of water. I'm sure it isn't Liters because what sort of thing could hold 300 liters in the living room. mL then? Anyway, it works well and really brightens up the room. I recommend it if you're looking for an oil diffuser, especially since you don't have to fill it as much as you have to for a 100mL unit (like what we have in our bedroom). Well worth the cost March 27, 2017 This is my first electronic diffuser. I wanted something that would last all night. I have a wood burning stove that really dries out the air. Very first time we turned it on & the amount of mist was such a surprise! Great design ! And welovethe 300ml size too! We use distilled water folks! I read a Amazon reviewer tip to get the best results by using only distilled water! I am so glad I read all reviews for products on Amazon because everyone's telling real time stories! Oh! One feature I didn't recall reading about that I like is the color show feature which I use in different rooms as a night light... or, we can turn it off! Some folks commented on the sound from the mister &it does make soft "white noise" which can contribute even more to relaxation! But the use of essence oils still tops the list for even buying a mister! You can control your frequency oil! If you haven't read about each oil having a significant signature which emits a frequency and... that using a mister that doesn't heat the oil is a bonus!! Make this little mister works wonders for your wellbeing! Still in love after all this time! May 12, 2016 This little essential oil diffuser sparked my ongoing addiction to essential oils. I decided I wanted to try something new in place of traditional air fresheners in my home. I have asthma and I have two toddlers running around so spraying chemicals to freshen the air is not something I really want to be doing. I wanted to make sure that I bought a diffuser with a large enough capacity that I was not constantly refilling it every hour or two. This diffuser has the perfect 300 ml capacity which allows for hours and hours of continuous or intermittent use.I cannot speak highly enough about this product. I have been using it for months and months now and it continues to work flawlessly every time. It is very simple to use and it is a nice little touch to any home. March 13, 2017 Of all the budget-friendly samplers offered on Amazon, this one is probably the best set for beginners. The packaging of the oils is nice. Everything arrived undamaged; no leakage. My only criticism is that the built-in dropper on the bottles has a very fast drip to it, making it hard to count and control the number of drops you use. The labeling of these oils is very impressive as well. I appreciate the fact that they include some basic essential oil safety information as well as instructions for use and recommendations for blending. Also very reassuring is the fact that this company is transparent about the purity of their oils and offers (msds) Data and Safety reports for each oil on their website. Although these are not the best quality oils I've ever owned, they smell very pleasant and at least I know that they aren't synthetic or mixed with extender oils like soy. I enjoyed all of the oils in this set, especially the lavender and peppermint. They smell really great. The lavender and peppermint go great together for sleeping at night and the lemongrass made my house smell clean and fresh. I also love that there's no plastic dropper, but instead has the lid with the built in dropper (not sure what they're called), but real essential oils have them so it just assures me even more that these are pure. The packaging was very nice and secure and the little box was so cute! They're good sized bottles and will probably last me awhile. Definitely going to be ordering more from this company. Just be careful because it's not safe to diffuse Tea Tree oil around dogs! I unfortunately can't diffuse this one. She was looking to try a selection of oils to see which would be the best for her needs March 19, 2016 I had recently purchased these oils for my fiancée as a gift. She was looking to try a selection of oils to see which would be the best for her needs. Originally, the lavender was the one she had wanted to try the most, but she was pleasantly surprised by both the lemongrass and tea tree oils. Not only do these oils smell great, but they have plenty of utilizations from aromatherapy, to cooking, to being a relaxant. The package arrived much sooner than expected, and on top of this, the amount of oils to sample cannot be beaten in price compared to the volume received. We were very impressed. PROS: - The box is aesthetically pleasing, and has a simple design. - The bottles look very sleek - There were several oils to sample: Orange, Tea Tree, Lavender, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Eucalyptus - 60 mL total between the 6 bottles beats out several prices. - The had extremely fast delivery, beating the expected delivery time CONS: - The bottles seep a little bit upon opening All in all, this was a great product, and we would definitely suggest buying this. We will definitely be buying more Kis Oil's products in the future, namely their Lemongrass and Lavender. | 82% The best oil diffuser for an amazing price September 13, 2017 I have this and a more expensive diffuser, and this one is the best, hands down. This thing puts out so much mist for around 12 hours straight. I use about 20 drops of essential oil if I want it to go for the full 12 hours. Some lighter scents may get lost about 6 hours in, but my stronger essential oils make my apartment smell nice long after the diffuser stops, even the next day, without turning the diffuser back on at all. Like most diffusers, it really depends on the essential oils. I love that you can leave it to shift through colors, or select a color, or even stop in in between colors to customize it even more. I wish there were more pastel preselect colors, but you can always choose to make it pastel by stopping it in between colors. It just takes a little more time. One thing that some people won't like is that it beeps when it shuts itself off (due to running out of water). But like I said, the thing runs for about 12 hours without running out. The beeps don't bother me at all. When I talk to people who talk about wanting oil diffusers, I always suggest this one specifically. Recommend for scared pets. Works very well. Superb capacity. Beautifies the home environment air. January 12, 2017 No regrets buying this. So simple to use. LOVE it! To clean it, simple run it with grocery store white vinegar & water for an hour and then rinse. IMPORTANT: make sure it has ventilation underneath. I ran it with a kitchen towel underneath and that caused it to heat the water/oil, strain the motor, and was not as effective. So, smooth surface only under it - no carpet as the carpet will smother the vents on the bottom. Also, one of my essential oils got on the side and rubbed off two of the numbers. Not an issue, just be aware to keep outside clean too. Make sure the plug underneath the device is pushed in all the way. I thought it was broken one day, then realized the plug underneath was not pushed in completely. Have had mine for 11 months and no problems. I use it constantly. Fostered a litter of kittens with upper respiratory illness, put some grapefruit seed essential oil in and kittens' sneezing and goopy eyes subsided in a few days. I prefer to use this w/lavender and/or chamomile essential oils to calm scared, anxious foster cats. Much, much more economical than using Rescue Remedy or sprays or collars sold at pet stores for the same purpose. My husband snores less or not at all. I breathe easier. The house smells clean, fresh, calm. Helps keep down pet dander and alleviates allergies. The dispersal of water & essential oils is soft, delicate, cool, and a dream to inhale. I would absolutely buy another if needed. I feel safe using this instead of candles around pets. No longer use candles or sprays that are expensive and toxic. This diffuser does NOT leave a residue on electronics like the flat screen TV or stereo. I love the capacity and size of it. When I use it in the hallway at night, I use the red light color so it won't be tripped on. It is very quiet to use. I've recommended it to other cat rescuers/fosters, my family, friends, coworkers. It is so hassle-free and effective. Love to use it when on the treadmill or doing yoga for better breathing. At Christmas, I put in spruce and fir essential oils, and the entire house smelled like we had a live Christmas tree, but we actually have an artificial one. A real treat. Also, with our house being in the woods we tend to have spiders and moths. I will put cedar, lavender, and peppermint essential oils in the diffuser and open the closet and dresser drawers and shut the bedroom door. No longer a problem with indoor insects. And I refuse to use toxic pesticides around my family and pets. Our closets get musty odor, so I will let this diffuser run in a shut closet, and the hanging clothes get a freshening up. March 24, 2016 I did a LOT of research before buying a diffuser. I was initially very happy with every aspect of this diffuser, it exceeded my expectations! The first floor of my home is pretty open and around 900sq ft. I could smell my essential oils that were being diffused in every room. It was great! My daughter loved the colors and we would put it in her room every night. I love that you can turn on the lighting function even when you're not diffusing. It would diffuse on the low setting for 9-10 hours without refilling! I cleaned the unit daily according to the instructions. After 2 months it shut off in the middle of the night and that was it. It doesn't beep, it does absolutely nothing. It's been too long to return. I've tried absolutely everything with no luck. I lost the user manual so I have no way to contact the company. I've searched online and cannot find a company website or anything with their info. I'm so disappointed. I loved this diffuser, but certainly expected more than 2 months worth of use! If I am able to find contact info for the company and can get a replacement, I will happily update this review to 5 stars. I guess time will tell. Buyer beware. *** UPDATE*** After posting this review the seller reached out to me via email. I was very happy to see that not only do they pay attention and read their customers reviews, but also that when they see a problem they address it. They asked for my order number and with no questions asked they immediately sent me a replacement diffuser. I did not have to return the broken one, which was great because I had already gotten rid of it. The new diffuser arrived within about a week and so far it has been working great. After the first one stopped working I bought a different one because I absolutely loved diffusing essential oils. The other one I bought is nicer appearance wise (it is wood and glass and just looks better in my opinion) but it is much louder than this one. This diffuser is so quiet you wouldn't know it was on if you didn't see the mist coming out. My daughter has been keeping this one in her bedroom at night and I LOVE that I can turn on the lights without running the diffuser. She loves the way the light colors fade in and out and they seamlessly flow from one color to the next. It's very relaxing to her. If she's sick or having problems sleeping I can diffuse essential oils, but most nights it's used as a nightlight. One MAJOR benefit of this diffuser is its 500 ml water capacity. Most diffusers I've seen have around 100 ml water capacity. This diffuser truly can double as a humidifier. Before I bought this diffuser, I tried putting essential oils in our humidifier when someone was sick. That backfired when the oils started to literally eat through the walls of the humidifier. I definitely don't recommend doing that unless your humidifier specifically states essential oils are safe to use with it. I applaud this company for their incredible customer service. I plan to look at other products they sell because I feel this is a very trustworthy company and they stand behind their products. I didn't have to answer a million questions, or send in my broken diffuser to be repaired. They simply confirmed my address and sent me a brand new, perfectly working diffuser. Thank you for your awesome customer service! Great Diffuser! November 22, 2015 This little diffuser really packs a punch! I put 3 drops of oil in and started it up and the whole house filled up with scent (My condo is about 950sq feet)! It was wonderful. It puts out a decent amount of mist on high and that's usually where I keep the setting. It's very dry here in Alaska and we need all the help we can get! I also like the fact that the light can be toggled on and off and that you can pick your color or just let it rotate through all the colors. Very soothing. The water capacity container is on the larger size which means that you will be able to leave it on for quite a while. Like I said, I keep it on high and can still get slightly over 10 hours of diffusing. I'm thinking if you keep it on low, you make get a lot more than that. This diffuser also has timer settings if you don't want it on all the time. You can choose from 60, 120, 180 or put it on continuous mode. Whatever mode it's on, if you run out of water it will automatically shut off. Overall, I find this a very lovely little diffuser and would highly recommend it for someone who wants to diffuse a larger room. This diffuser is a BEAST November 12, 2015 This diffuser is a beast. I combine lavender and orange in the diffuser for stress relief. I typically put 2-4 drops of each in the diffuser after a workout and before bed. Oil Skeptic turned believer April 13, 2017 I usually don't do reviews but this time I really felt like I should. My husband bought this set for our new diffuser to help us sleep at night. Honestly, they were bought because we had no oils and they were extremely affordable. They smell great with only a few drops in the diffuser and I suppose help us sleep. I was really pretty skeptical about whether or not they actually did anything at all. Then my carpal tunnel pain got out of control even with taking Ibuprofen 800 and bracing my wrist. I was pretty sure that I was doomed to surgery. So last night I was pretty desperate and found that EO's are supposed to help. I got my big jar of coconut oil (the kind that looks like Crisco) that I have in the kitchen and put a tablespoon or so in a glass then dropped about 10 drops of peppermint (pain relief), 10 drops of lemongrass (tendon and ligament repair), and 5 drops of lavender (calming and pain relief) and massaged it in for about 5 minutes. Today my arm feels 80% better than it did yesterday. I honestly cannot believe how much better it feels after 1 day. I have a ton of friends who sell YL oil and swear that they are the cleanest purest and maybe they are, but I figure as long as I am willing to go eat a greasy burger at a restaurant then I already have impure oils in my system. I just don't want my stupid wrist to keep hurting and these have helped immensely. |

Four Star Reviews: | 13% 9 out of 10 March 4, 2017 Compact, and quiet. Holds enough water to get through the night and enough energy to fill a large bedroom with whatever scent you choose. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the place to attach the power cord is on the bottom, not the side, so if you already have water in the reservoir, it is almost impossible to plug in. Best to set it up and then bring water to it. Lots of light choices and the green "on" light is not too bright. I would recommend this product happily. its pretty bright. All of the colors are nice June 24, 2016 I feel you get what you pay for. I feel the light is too bright for a night light to sleep with; its pretty bright. All of the colors are nice. After reading the directions, Im scared to pour out water due to multiple warnings about complete failure if a certain part gets wet. The first use seemed to leave a mist on the table, but I have not seen it since.If it gets better, I will update my review.UPDATED: I have used this for two weeks now and I have had no problem with it. Everything has worked perfectly and I have had no issues. No residual mist, may have a been a first use kind of issue. I still think the light is too bright for a nightlight, perhaps a mood light. May 12, 2016 I've had this diffuser for about a month and I like it, BUT it is NOT the one I ordered! I ordered a rectangular 8 hour one that looked exactly like one(from do TERRA) which I already was using. This new one has changing colors which are pleasant and delightful. The air stream seems full and consistent. I use about 10 - 12 drops of various oils in it, depending on what I want at the time.One problem I had was getting to the 360 minutes of time. When pressing the tab for 60 min. and then pressing again for 180, it would immediately turn off. After trying many other times, I have managed to get to the 360, and it seems to depend on how long (or short) a time I press. However, I certainly do like this diffuser enough to order it again, but I would hope to be contacted first, before a substitute is sent. Great mini humidifier/diffuser for office or home February 24, 2016 This diffuser / humidifier is great. I actually bought this to use as a humidifier for my office at work so the aroma diffuser is a bonus! I like that is holds 300 ml of water instead of the 100 ml most small humidifiers hold. The light colors are beautiful; you can set it to change between all colors or stay on one. It runs very quietly and can work continuously for up to 6 hours. You can set it to shut off at 60, 180, or 360 minutes if you want, but if you set it to the "On" position it will automatically turn off when it runs out of water (mine goes for about 7 hours). I bought inexpensive essential oil ( Lavender and Cedarwood- CALM) from Marshall's and it lasts forever because you only need 2-3 drops of oil each time you fill it up. I submitted this review on my own volition - no deals on product, etc..I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars for 2 reasons: because indent for cord on bottom of unit should have been made on opposite side from where mist goes into the air, and also in my opinion it should have came with at least one bottle of essential oil. Powerful humidifier for the price! February 7, 2016 Wasn't sure how I was going to like this humidifier/oil diffuser, but I really like it! I usually put some drops of lavender oil in with the water, and I put it on the timer for 80 minutes or so. The light/color function is really neat, and it was something that I thought I wouldn't appreciate. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase.It does make a lot of gurgling sounds, as opposed to another one I have used in the past, but it has a nice "white noise" element to the sound, as well. August 16, 2015 Unlike most of the reviews here I did not get a promotion on this, I bought it simply because it looked like it fit what I was looking for at the time, now that I've had it a week to try it I thought I'd come back & write a review for those who are skeptical of reviews from people who received items free. The thing that drew me to this diffuser the most was the fact that it holds 300ml of water, rather than only 125ml that the diffuser in my "to be un-named oil distributor" kit came with, that one runs out of water within a few hours & it's been annoying me to have to keep refilling it all the time, the URPOWER diffuser runs for hours on end without needing a refill, almost the whole night through. I LOVE that it has a mist opening on one side of the top of the unit instead of just coming out the top in the middle so that I can direct it off the edge of the dresser that I have it on, the other one I have the mist comes out the middle & I'm always worried about the wood getting ruined, with this one I don't have that problem. It runs fairly quietly & I like the color options on it & that I can turn them off also when I don't want the mood lighting. Another nice feature is that it has several time options to chose from or you can just set it to run (which is what I do most of the time) because it automatically turns off.I did take off one star for a few minor things that if changed would have made this perfect for me:1) it does beep when it shuts off, which isn't too loud & hasn't really annoyed me yet but if you use it at night & are a light sleeper it might be enough to wake you2) it is kind of stiff to put the lid on correctly, the lid fits over the base with water just fine but once you have it on it takes a bit more force than I think it should to try to get the arrows to line up at the bottom, it's gotten stuck a few times & it's been difficult to try to adjust while also trying not to slosh water around the inside.All in all though I like this diffuser way better than the other one that we have and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a larger volume diffuser! | 12% Nice that you get to try many fragrances May 14, 2017 Nice that you get to try many fragrances. Have used it for many purposes, added in baking soda and used as carpet deodariser, added 2 drops in my basic no smell handwash soap and it smells amazing. Not to forget in vaporizer, just few drops does the trick. gave it a 4 star, because somehow i felt the bottle looks bigger, but the content inside doesnt do justice, not sure if the bottle is thick hence fluid in it is less i guess. I had a headache when I came home today and was glad to see the package at the door, immediately opened the package and grabbed the peppermint oil (good for headaches) I would of liked to see more information about the company and some information pertaining these oils (what all is used plant wise) however there was just a small card from the company. They smell pretty nice, depending on which one and there are ... April 9, 2016 I got this for my aunt along with an oil diffuser. There are many ways of using it. I bought it with an oil diffuser so she can have the scent in the air too. They smell pretty nice, depending on which one and there are some interesting combination. It is a great kit to start out with and to see how people like to use essential oils. Another way is to put it on your hands (a few drops) that is diluted in water and rub them on your hands. Essential oils have a reputation for having effects on the mind for stuff like stress or for some pain such as arthritis. I, myself, have not seen any effects on myself, but that is because I don't use them often, or long enough to know see an effect. Overall, My aunt was pleased with it, along with my cousin, as she liked to try them out too. Bought for my sis for Christmas and just bought one for myself January 11, 2014 These scents are all wonderful. And they are all strong enough that if you sniff them out of the bottle they may singe your nose haha. My favorite is probably sweet orange, but they all have useful medicinal purposes. If anyone in my house gets a head or chest cold I am sure the eucalyptus will be used. The peppermint seems to have a positive impact on my sinuses. I actually just used some of the tea tree oil for a hair and skin care recipe using olive oil and essential oils. It worked out very well, especially for my skin. I tend to have very dry, irritated skin in the winter time, and lotions just don't seem to help for very long. I started using olive oil and then thought, why not try adding the essential oils in the recipe? You can tell the difference between just using olive oil versus using olive oil mixed with this tea tree oil. Therefore, while the olive oil works great, the tea tree oil from this sampler definitely adds to the positive effect it has on my skin. My sister plans on using these oils for making homemade soaps. If she gets around to this anytime soon I will try to remember to update this review and let everyone know how well it worked with these oils. Update 1/20/14 I recently started doing some research on essential oils to assuage my own curiosity and I feel I should share it with anyone thinking of purchasing them (which I assume you are if you are reading this). First and foremost, the grading systems companies use to grade their products are all relative because there is no regulation of the grades. So when it says "therapeutic grade", that just means it's that companies idea of therapeutic grade. That's not to say they are misrepresenting their products, but there will be variance between products because there is no standard, so finding a brand you trust is important. Second, don't assume you can use an essential oil for flavoring anything you're going to eat unless it's either food grade (usually labeled and more diluted to prevent injury), has been inspected by the FDA (these will have a nutrition label somewhere), or you know the oils are 100% pure with no additives and you know how to appropriately dilute them to make them edible. If there is no FDA label, there is a good chance that the oil is not 100% what it says it is - it most likely has some additives that are probably best not to consume. For these oils in particular, I personally would not consume them, despite the fact that the labels say they are 100% "insert oil here". The fact that the label specifically says "for external use only" helps that decision :P I lowered my rating of these oils from 5 stars to 4 simply because they are not as pure as I thought they were going to be. Still perfectly usable for their scents, but I think next time I will look for some essential oils that I can be sure are pure (I see more research in my near future... *sobs*). My original review from August 2017 follows: I really like these, when they work. I've purchased three of these in the last three months and two stopped working after only two months. I've regularly cleaned them, as the instructions recommend, but that hasn't made any difference. The third one is less than a month old and still working, but I'd say these are more disposable than something that's long lasting. If you don't mind replacing it every few months, you might like it. Nirvana!! July 6, 2017 This is the best vaporizer on the market. You can adjust the mist output, and it changes color randomly. This is way better than any metered spray wall unit, because it releases the scent of your choice of fragrance rapidly and continuously.Also, a great aesthetic, modern look to go with a modern home decor. I bought two. Goodbye to those sprays whose aroma does not last long. Essential oils are long lasting and puts out a better aroma. Good for bedroom February 12, 2017 I've had this diffuser for 2 months now and have used it every night in my bedroom for the past couple of weeks because I've had a cold. I live in a very dry climate. Usually when I'm getting over a cold, I have a dry cough (especially at night) for a couple of months after, but this diffuser has done a great job of humidifying the bedroom enough that my throat feels much better and I haven't been coughing at night at all. Humidifying properties aside, it diffuses essential oils well, too. You can smell the oil within a few seconds of turning the machine on and the mist comes out mostly in an even stream. I've found that it works better if you don't fill it up all the way to the 500 ml line. If you fill it up all the way, the mist is a bit puny until the water level gets down to the 400 ml level, then it picks up. Regardless, it still works well at humidifying and spreading the oil scent even if you fill it all the way. Other things I like: the high capacity (it runs all night long in high), it's easy to clean, and the pretty lights. Things I'm not crazy about: I wish the plug in for the charger was on the side of the unit instead of the bottom. It would be easier to move around (especially if you've already put water in it!) with the plug on the side. I also wish it was neater removing the top. There's about a 75% chance you'll drip water around the diffuser when you take the top off after using it because water condenses inside the dome. This isn't a huge deal, but is kind of inconvenient and I keep a towel nearby so my wooden nightstand doesn't get wet. Also, some oils seem to loose potency really quickly and it would be nice if there was a quick and easy way to add more oil without having to take the entire top off and drip water around. One last thing is that I honestly worry about having water around electricity with a product that seems to be cheaply manufactured in China. I'm especially concerned about washing the unit with soapy water like the instructions say because all those electronic components are right there. The diffuser does have one side labeled "drain side: but it doesn't have a spout per se and it's easy to accidentally get water down the side when washing the interior. All in all, I do like this diffuser and would buy it again. I'm planning on getting a smaller version from the same company for a different room. Great machine, but make sure u read the manual! December 29, 2016 I love the fact that it's pretty compact, yet it can run such a longtime on a small amount of water. It's easy to fill as well. It has a great setting for low or high mist. The high mist Really gives you a lot! Perfect if your having breathing issues. And the low mist gives a perfect amount for everyday. It also works very well with the essential oils. Certainly gives a hefty scent if you want it to. Here's my only issue, I have a lot of difficulty setting it up for the timing I want, before I'm going to bed. I personally just want it to run until it's either out of water, or I turn it off. Instead of that being just one tap of the button, you have to tap it "correctly" till it reaches it's 4th setting. It often doesn't like what I'm doing and beep beeps at me and I have to start over. Kind of a pain, especially when I'm trying to get to bed. I think a better design would have been a slide switch for the different time settings and then just a power button. Also, it's the only diffuser I've owned that doesn't turn the light on when it's started. I'm still having some problems figuring out the lights. There are, I think, too many variations, with each color having a bright light and a low light. And I haven't figured out how to get it to rotate the lights. It's not intuitive, that's for sure. Time to go back to the manual. But all in all, the machine is a Real Quality diffuser and for a Great price! Its 500 ml size tank means you gotta load up A LOT of your precious essential oils!! May 11, 2016 I've only used the 100 ml sized diffusers, so this big guy was a surprise. It means more oils are needed, which means more money. I've unwillingly ended up with a collection of broken, cracked or otherwise screwed up diffusers that I wish I could return. THIS PRODUCT HAS AN 18 MONTH WARRANTY, so it was a major selling point of course! It works well. Careful when cleaning and follow directions by using that 1 tbsp of citric acid (powder) to clean the thing. My complaint is it feels like I'm consuming far too much oil for my joy. My fault I guess since I didn't think about it ahead of time that a 500 ml diffuser would take lots of water and therefore lots of precious PRICEY essential oils. The lemongrass is very, very strong so I recommend just two drops max if you're water container holds roughly a cup. The smell was so overwhelming that it actually triggered a horrible headache. It can make our whole upstairs smell divine, but I have to send it back because I feel it may be a fire hazard. I'm kind of disappointed. This diffuser worked fine last fall September 23, 2017 I'm kind of disappointed. This diffuser worked fine last fall. I bought it to diffuse oils to help with my seasonal allergies. I put it away through the summer and when I brought it back out today to use for the fall, it no longer works. The light feature still works, so I know it is not the power. I'd love to hear from the company why it won't work for longer than a couple months. :( Problems after only three weeks! July 30, 2017 My first diffuser is a 200 ml Quooz. Ordered this as a second one, but am returning it after only having it for three weeks. Main reason I am returning it is the red and yellow lights stopped working all of a sudden yesterday. I also didn't like how even on the low setting the lights are still very bright (way brighter than a night light). Also, this unit seems to run out of water quicker than my 200 ml unit. I am surprised it has such a high rating! Disappointed..... June 16, 2016 I did a lot of research for a diffuser to replace one that I had that quit working. After reading reviews, I decided to get this one. It looks really nice and has nice colorful lights. It did put out a good mist but I really couldn't smell the essential oils unless I was right next to it. I tried different oils and adjusted the amounts but still couldn't smell unless next to diffuser. I am returning. Disappointing and frustrating June 3, 2016 I like that it is easy to change the light color on this diffuser. I dislike the timer function, which, as virtually everyone notes, is useless. Beyond that, I despise it because:1) Most critically, the directional output (the slit on the edge in the top cover) faces the BACK (180 degrees from the buttons). This is NOT ADJUSTABLE, because the top cover locks into place. So, if you're setting the diffuser on something next to a wall (as having to use a wall outlet to power it dictates) and don't want the mist spraying at the wall and leaving oil deposits, you have to turn the entire unit so that the buttons are facing AWAY from you and the cord wraps around in an idiotic and annoying fashion. The product image shown as of this moment is wholly false and misleading, as the mist DOES NOT come out of the side in relation to the buttons as is shown.2) The LOUDNESS of the gurgling sounds it makes is disruptive.3) The top cover does not stay 'locked' in position--it twists out very easily, and then the little indicator light showing which timer function you have selected is not aligned with the settings, which are printed on the removable top cover. It worked super well, the lights were nice, it's super quiet, however after 3 weeks of having the product and using it daily, it has stopped working. The lights still work, but the humidifier has completely stopped working and won't turn on. My hubby and I both tried problem solving with it and it seems as though it just pooped out. By the time the oils arrived over half of the sweet orange had leaked out. Everything in the box was covered in oil of some sort. Not a good product. Did not smell as expected. Don't buy this if you hate eucalyptus because I feel that all the 5 other scents have a little eucalyptus in them. | 5% Defective Unit July 20, 2017 Despite the excellent reviews, the unit that I received never worked properly. From the start it would diffuse oil into the air for the first hour or so and then dispense only a mist. After the third time, the unit ran for almost 17 hours spitting out a puny mist; even after that length of time, the water in the unit was only part way gone. Obviously, it is defective; I will be seeking a refund. Loved it at first June 9, 2017 Loved it at first. Now, a month later it quit working! The tiniest bit of smoke will come out. It has been thoroughly cleaned and still doesn't produce the same amount of smoke as it did when it first arrived. I noted an exercise another did to show they are pure, however, the scent is lacking. The quality of the product before distillation may be just a little less than others such as Y.L. or Dotera, Rocky Mt., Ananda, etc. These are still usable just not a WOW regarding.
