I have had my original MIU COLOR 500 ml for almost 3 years and this was the second one I have purchased. It is great for a bedroom or office space. Depending on the season, it can run for almost 24 hours, although at that point you aren't getting much true "diffusing" unless you add more oil. The light choices are very nice, although I typically keep them off. My experience with this oil diffuser is good. Thanks to its large capacity (300ml), my living room is filled with great smell of aromatherapy essential oil. I have several oil diffusers and this is the only one which mist could be adjusted to high or low. The design is slightly different but it looks more elegant. There are 14 colors and you can choose to let it changes itself or choose a specific color. The time could be set to1hr, 2hr, 3hr or just on all the time. The best part is it has auto shut-off function so it protects from overheating damage. Awesome Machine January 1, 2017 I purchased this diffuser from very positive reviews. If you're seriously considering the purchase, I do recommend watching the video posted here by another reviewer that takes you through every detail of the product, including how it works. I also bought a starter pack of essential oils to try with it (not included). This has been a great stress-reducer / sleep enhancer for me! My ONLY con so far is that the white light is in the rotation of colors (you can also select just white, any color, or none). It feels a little bright to me when the white comes back around if I'm trying to sleep, but I just change it to a single color if it bothers me. I'm also still adjusting to it being on during sleep, but was very impressed at how much more relaxed I felt right away. Arrived promptly, packaged well, and exactly what I expected. Works beautifully & consistently! Great diffuser for a medium to large space. April 15, 2015 I purchased this diffuser over a month ago, and waited to post this review until I knew for sure how it was going to perform. Bottom line, it works beautifully! I use this in my living room, and it suits my needs for the space just fine. Fragrance output is great. I personally do not fill my diffuser all the way to it's 300ml mark. Instead, I fill it to 200ml. This amount of water lasts long enough for any time setting I have used thus far and it allows for a more concentrated fragrance output. The more water used to fill the diffuser, the more diluted the EO's. 200ml of water will last in my diffuser for most of the entire day. This particular diffuser I received looks identical to the description photo, however, there is no colored light feature to this diffuser (as the title may suggest), only natural light, with high & low settings. The light can be used with the diffuser, or alone, or not at all. This diffuser also features a "constant on" state, aside from it's three timed settings. As far as a "high & low mist intensity"? I haven't located that feature on mine. Not so sure about that... My diffuser also has different timed settings than it's product description states. Mine includes: 60, 180, 360 & "ON" (Constant). It will shut off automatically if the water level gets too low while running. The mist output is great! I have not had any operational issues at all. Easy to clean, just rinse it out and wipe it down with a dry towel. I do this after every use, and it runs like new, every time. I would highly recommend this diffuser to anyone! The lid wasn't fitting properly but Oak Leaf quickly provided me a resolution and I didn't have to bother sending the diffuser back to have it fixed or replaced which was great since we use it every day! Recommended But Be Careful If You Are Sensitive to the Ultrasonic Sound December 30, 2016 This is a great humidifier!I use it in the office as the air in older buildings is notoriously poor. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my asthma as a result of using this machine.It works very nicely with regular tap water and has not produced any white dust on my office furniture.It is also very easy to clean.The lights are a very nice touch and some will definitely enjoy it,My wife decided to "borrow it" from me on a permanent basis, so I had to buy another humidifier.One thing that I noticed was the high pitch hum. Based on my research, it appears to be normal for ultrasonic humidifiers.The sound did bother me sufficiently (as I have "dog ears" according to my wife) but it did not bother her at all, so I did not take a star off for my issue. Awesome oil diffuser! August 15, 2016 I've been in the market for an oil diffuser for a while and I decided to try this particular one because of the large size as well as the good reviews. I've been using it now for about a week and I love it. I have it on my nightstand and with only a few drops of oil and the water filled to the line it easily lasts all night. I have to shut it off when I wake up in the morning. The large capacity is great.I also like the look of it. Very simple but sleek. It doesn't look like some sort of medical device like your average humidifier but it also doesn't look like some cheap disco light like most diffusers. It does have led lights that change color but it's only the ring around the middle that lights up. So it makes a much better nightlight than most of the others that practically light up the whole room. I personally like it dark when I'm sleeping so I turn the light off completely when I'm ready for bed.This unit is very quiet. I can barely hear it running at all. And that's with it being less than 2 feet from my head. Just the sound of my ceiling fan drowns out the slight whir of the machine.It's also very easy to open and refill. The top just lifts right off. The fill line is very easily visible so there's no question about how much water to put in it.I was lucky to catch this when it was a lightning deal so i got it on sale. But I love it so much I'm thinking of buying another one to put in my living room. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. I received this diffuser a few days ago to put in my home office where I spend a considerable amount of time. I know this can depend on the oil... but this diffuser not only fragranced my office but lightly scented about 1600 sf. Thinking a diffuser would be pleasant in my bedroom, I set out to town to purchase a 2nd diffuser. At the natural food store, they were demonstrating a more visually attractive diffuser that seemed to work similar but cost $65.00. When the unit came, it was larger than expected but the scent vapor lasts longer than I was expecting too. Great diffuser July 6, 2016 Diffuser works wonderfully for my space. It is a little bit larger than I expected, but thats not a big deal at all. I set it up in my kitchen and love to use Lemongrass essential oil to eliminate various kitchen smells. It works with or without the LED light, which is very nice. It also holds a good amount of water and stays on for hours before it auto shuts off. I'm impressed! I'm thinking these will make great gifts for christmas later this year!I received this product at a discount in exchange for a review. Whisper Quiet, Easy to Fill, Runs All Day/Night. June 18, 2016 This diffusor is exactly what I was looking for. I have more than five diffusors around the house in multiple rooms so I can enjoy aromatherapy wherever I happen to be, and I also keep one at the office. I use the Oak Leaf at the office because it lasts all day without requiring refill and is whisper quiet - my co-workers cannot hear it. I had brought a different brand of diffusor to the office a few months ago, but it was loud and distracting and you could hear it turn on and off when it was on low setting. The Oak Leaf is so quiet many people do not even know the minty scent is coming from my office.I am unsure why many people have issues with their unit beeping in the middle of the night. I put fill water to the fill line and add essential oil 1-2 hours prior to bedtime and run in on high all night, when I wake-up in the morning it is stull diffusing. I sleep very late on weekends and the same holds true.And some people mention they have issues with scents not lasting long. That is not a problem with the diffuser - it is the essential oils they are using. I suggest choosing quality essential oils, and also understanding which scents evaporate quickly and which last a long time. Not all essential oils diffuse at the same rate. Essential oils are categorized as having base notes, middle notes, or top notes. Lavender, and many citrus and minty oils are "top notes" and will evaporate quickly. Base notes (vanilla and some woodsy scents) last longer. If you want your scent to last all night, you will need to select your essential oils accordingly. You can google much of this information.Overall, the Oak Leaf is my favorite diffusor. I purchased two of them based on the capacity, quiet, and ability to run all day or all night. It is also very easy to fill compared to some others I have used. I hope this has been helpful.

Four Star Reviews:	12% which is a GREAT VALUE. But I'm not huge on the peppermint March 30, 2017 Can I buy these scents separately? Got this 3 pack, which is a GREAT VALUE. But I'm not huge on the peppermint. I like the tea tree and lavender though and use it daily with my Ecooltronic diffuser. Haven't noticed any residue build up or anything and like that these are clearly advertised as water soluble since that's the type of diffuser I use. Not sure what I'll buy next, but I don't want to have to buy another peppermint. Plastic, but attractive. March 6, 2017 Plastic, not wood. But attractive and works well. The beeping as you go though the settings is annoying. Also, don't love that you need to dump out the unused water or it smells musty (but I suppose that's the case with all of them). Beautiful, but one little flaw January 9, 2017 I wanted to love this diffuser, but after owning it for a while, it has one little flaw. It is beautiful and I do really like the large capacity, but I couldn't leave it in my bedroom because the splashing of the water is so loud that it sounded like a little stream running through the bedroom. While that is a soft, relaxing sound, it bothered my husband and I had to move this diffuser down to my large living room where the water sound is not as apparent. I use it every day now, and love being able to let it run all day, and even enjoy using the colored lights there (I don't ever use them in other diffusers I own). Just wish I could have this beautiful design in my bedroom. Works Excellent except for a couple things. Would recommend for good strong steam flow. April 28, 2016 Would give five stars except for I wish that it had a mode where no light shines from the diffuser at all. It has a mode where the main light is off, however the indicator lights that shows what mode the diffuser is in illuminates the whole diffuser, when no other lights are on. This causes a problem when you need to diffuse at night, and you want a completely dark room.Also the cleaning instructions could be a little more clear. They say in between the citric acid cleanings you can clean the tank with a 'neutral soap'. What is that? I'm not a chemist. Give me a better idea of what you mean by a neutral soap.Other than that, I love the diffuser! Works great otherwise! Love the strong continuous stream of mist that it generates. It has enough tank capacity to run all night! Just what I was looking for. Don't like the smaller wimpy ones that can only emit puffs, or run continuously for only an hour or two, and the mist stream is weak. No more stuffy nose! March 3, 2016 I used the unit for about seven hours last night, and still had lots of water in the morning, so it is really great that you don't have to refill it all the time. The product puts out a wonderful mist, but I have a little trouble actually adjusting it. It seems that I can't lower it unless I turn the unit off and back on again. Plus I thought the colors would change as the unit operated, but they stay the same color once you have selected one.I found the instructions to be very difficult to read. And for cleaning, it says to use citric acid, which is a little pricey.It was nice to be able to sleep and not wake up with a stuffy nose, and this is what I bought the product for, so it does work very nicely for me. Operation is Good But A Couple of Issues August 12, 2015 This diffuser has some nice features and it has worked well for me so far. I like the fact that it has 3 different times settings or just an "on" option. I also like that the light can be turned off if you want to use in the bedroom at night while sleeping. I also like the cylinder shape of the diffuser and the warm glow of the light is a nice affect a night. What I don't like at all about this diffuser is the fact that the opening for the mist to come out is on one side of the top pointing out of the back of the diffuser rather than being in the center on top. In certain situations, this requires you to turn the diffuser around so that its backside is facing out (in my case I want to put it on a table against a wall on the left of my entry way. This means I have to place the diffuser with it's back side facing out into my entry way so that the mist isn't diffusing into the wall. This leaves the cord for the adapter showing rather than being hidden out of view.) Nitpicking, I suppose but because of these two issues, I wouldn't purchase this particular diffuser again. Also, don't fill the reservoir with the water and oil and then try to plug the adapter into the unit, which is on the bottom of the diffuser. This is tricky and can result in some spilled mixture. The unit does come with a small container to use to fill with the water which eliminates this issue. UPDATE 8/20/15: After using this diffuser a few more times, I realize that I like it more than I thought. It is a large diffuser - holds 300 ml and so it runs for several hours at a time. Also, I discovered that even though the mist comes out of the top of the opposite side of where the control buttons are, I can turn the diffuser around so that the side the mist comes out of is facing my open area rather than blowing into my wall. You can also move the battery pack cord up under the diffuser so it doesn't show. It is quiet and the lettering showing the brand of diffuser and the modes of operation are unobtrusive so it doesn't look like an advertisement for the brand. Much classier than some others I've seen and bought. So now I'd say I would repurchase this and I would recommend it to others.	15% Good little diffuser September 16, 2016 I think it works just fine. It will keep working overnight (8hrs or so) if you turn it on low. It has run out in the middle of the night (I forgot to fill it), but I sleep soundly enough that I didn't hear any beeping.Yes, the aroma is very strong and then dissipates. I don't know if it because you get used to the smell, or if it's because the essential oils evaporate quite quickly. This is the case with every diffuser in my house.I leave the light on - it helps me to remember to turn it off in the morning - it is very very bright. An dimmer or 2 levels of brightness would be nice, but for the price it works very well. I like this small diffuser August 18, 2016 I like this small diffuser. I mostly use it as a humidifier and place it by my bedside. My cough typically keeps me awake but this has stopped the coughing. For me, the best feature is that it does not get mildewy and nasty dirty like the big humidifiers do. Found it. August 3, 2016 Finally, I found a diffuser that works properly. The first on I purchased, I found on groupon. It worked excellent, and still does. But I could not find another one without spending a fortune. I have tried over 5 different brands and styles but have returned everyone of them. I am in the process of ordering at least 3 more to diffuse my entire home. Color Changing and Effective July 31, 2016 I really like this diffuser, but instructions were a little confusing. One set of instructions said to add 1-2 drops of essential oils into the water and the other said 12. I figured it was a typo on the 12 version. You really just need 2 drops or smell would be overwhelming. That said, I really love the color changing feature and it looks beautiful on my nightstand when on. Highly Medicinal July 16, 2016 This is a very nice oil diffuser. It is simple to use. Add water and add oils. Aroma therapy is so theraputic. It just does something to the senses. Also, it is a nice center piece. It is not to big and bulky. You can put it anywhere. The only thing I found was that I really didn't smell the aroma as much as I would have liked. And I put quite a bit in. I thought. I am going to try some other oils and see if the change does the trick. But I really like it and still need to do some fine tuning. I think this is an awesome brand. I look forward to learning about all the oils and their properties. What effect they have on me. This goes back ages. They used this for healing, for all kinds of things. Very medicinal.I received this at a discount for my honest review. Great little unit February 9, 2016 a humidifier during Utahs winter season is a must. I like this unit but it does not last 8 hours on high and 12 on low like I read, it's more like 6 hours on high and 8-9 on low. The light changes colors and if you like a certain color, you can keep it on that color with the push of a button. This unit does shut off automatically and is easy to clean.

Not the Best, Not the Worst August 23, 2016 I do not know if it's the diffuser or the cheap oils that I used but this didn't turn out as I was hoping. I was trying to use this to cover my room that I share with two other guys and this is definitely not keeping up with the infuser my old room mate had. Perhaps it is the oils because the infuser here has no problem or issue with operating and putting off the scent of the oils. Works and functions as designed with no issues. Meh... not the best defuser. August 9, 2016 Esthetically it looks great. Love the lights. However, it does not pump out enough mist for me. I have done everything the manual said and it just isn't what I have experienced with other defusers. I love it and the price was great April 23, 2015 I have a 100 ml version of this diffuser. I love it and the price was great. I bought this version because I wanted one that would work in a larger space. When I went to use it out of the box, though, I was frustrated where the hole for the cord was. The hole for the cord is slightly off center to the front of the diffuser. That means the cord is half wrapped around the diffuser and visible when in use. Not too appealing to the eye and a little dangerous to me. I'm sort of wondering if mine is different or a defective version than the one in the photo. Definitely would have rethought my purchase. Just the right amount of output. I am so disappointed!Update: The company was made aware of my experience and sent me a new diffuser. Unfortunately, it stopped diffusing, although the lights still work. It was also hard to clean with all the angles on the inside holder. It's alright. August 25, 2016 It is okay, it seems like it stops working every now and then. I have to restart it, I made sure there was enough water, but not too much. Only a couple of drops of oil, so not sure. Makes a great night light if you just use the light. Not great August 21, 2016 I was excited to try this diffuser after reading all the positive reviews but I'm pretty disappointed. It's not a great product. My smaller diffuser runs longer and has stronger scent with less essential oil. This one runs but even after adding lots of extra oil it still doesn't smell very strong. Lasts about 5 hrs and helps fight the air conditioning chapping with a lovely essential oil scent that fills the small space it's placed in. Would prefer the humming electric noise be absent as it is distracting to fall asleep with albeit like traffic noise in the city-- I'm hoping to be able to tune that high pitched mechanical sound with time. The ability to turn off the lights is great for night time and the auto shut off works well for that reason as well. Overall good basic buy to try out a diffuser and see if it suits you. Okay, but not my favorite December 22, 2015 Okay. Not my favorite. I have tried several different diffusers and this is not my favorite. On a couple of my other ones I like that the intermittent diffusing lasts longer. I don't like the size of this one, larger than what I like. The pros: the interior is a glossy plastic so dark oils will probably not stain the interior; the vent where the vapor diffuses from is a nice large opening. Cons for me - a little noisy, size not to my liking, for my decor, the limited choice of color (white) is not my preference.

Two Star Reviews:	6% I was very disappointed in this product February 2, 2017 This diffuser does not let any mist out. It just accumulates inside the plastic ring it comes with, and if you lift the lid off you can see all the mist sitting there. I tried several different ways to use this, I even left the lids off but all that did was spit water all over my counter. I was very disappointed in this product. Works great but only for a short time. December 27, 2016 I have had two of these now. I clean them regularly as the instructuons state but I have had issues with both units after about 6 months. After 6 months of semi-regular to regular use they start to create less and less mist. I have attempted to adjust the settings and also completing multiple extensive cleaning but nothing seems to help. Doesn't work but had to prop open to get enough ... April 22, 2016 Doesn't work but had to prop open to get enough flow ie anything. Just wedged my dropper in between the top and base and it sorta works Worked really well and then stopped working. February 24, 2015 It lasted us about 3 months with probably a good amount of time in between when it wasn't even used.. The lights work, still beeps, but when we try to adjust the time it'll be on, you can hear the whirring of the motor and a burnt smell coming from it. I used it for my baby, now it feels like a fire hazard. I really did like it when it worked though, a good aromatherapy humidifier.Update - Tried again a few hours later, the lights now faintly blink and there is no longer a motor whirring sound. We maintained it pretty well. We used lemon to "clean" it as others suggested. Sad it isn't working. Checking the comment threads now to see if there is anything that can be done to salvage it.. Really cool product that stopped working after a week of use. January 8, 2015 I purchased this item back in early November as a Christmas Gift. The lights are cool and it is really easy to use. It worked for about a week extremely well and I was very happy with it. Then after about a week it stopped working. I followed the troubleshooting tips and let it dry out completely before trying again and it was still broken. Kinda wish I would have opened it up and used it instead of giving as a gift so I could have returned it withing the time allowed. Nice while it was working. Stopped in less than 3 months. December 7, 2014 While it was working, it was doing a perfect job; the color changing is a nice looking added feature. But the product stopped working after a couple of months. Dead. Called customer service; although it was perfectly clean and did not had tap water in it, we were instructed to go through some cleaning procedures before we can ask for an excahnge. Cleaning as per instructions did not fix anything. We then honestly just gave up and never spent the time and effort to do many back and forth with customer service to ship this bad product back. It just felt like a pure waste of time. Was it just a bad batch? In any case, we were able to get our old diffusers from our shipment again (years old but working); so no need to look for another new one that would likely have ended in the trash as well.	7% This product worked great initially. I would not buy this product again. Only works about half the time... September 10, 2016 When it works it's a great product. But it only works about 1/2 the time I try to use it. I will press the on button and sometimes it will begin to mist. The other half the time it just will not mist and the water and oil just stay in the reservoir. I have tried filling it up with water never above the max line and only putting like 2-3 drops of essential oil in it and just doesn't work. When it works it's really awesome and makes my whole apartment smell incredible. But the other half the time it doesn't do anything and is really disappointing. What is really disappointing is this is the second time I have had an issue with this seller. I thought after the last time I purchased a product from this seller and it was defective I would give them another chance but I really just don't know after this. However I find it has some design flaws. When we first began using this the top would come off easily and was simple to rinse off and put back on. After a few uses the outer layer of the top detached from the inner layer. Which in itself would not be an issue but getting the inner layer off it's much more difficult. Still able to use the diffuser but when I do purchase a second one I will be shopping around! Doesn't come close to empty December 20, 2015 I also have aZAQ Noor Essential Oil Diffuser LiteMist Ultrasonic Aromatherapy With Ionizer and Color-Changing Light - 80 ML Capacity, White and I was able to pour the remaining water from this one into that one and nearly fill it up (almost 100 ml) after running this one several times. It came no where close to clearing capacity. I don't really have a problem with extra water in my ZAQ. This one also seems to be significantly louder. I will revisit buying another higher capacity model, but I don't like this one for the noise and underutilized capacity.

One Star Reviews:	15% doesn't work, no mist like the picture November 7, 2017 I was expecting more, honestly I'm not sure this thing even works like it should. The directions are very basic and really dont give any helpful information. I set it up with water and some essential oils, turn it on and nothing really seems to be happening. It seems to be working, the lights turn on, and there is a little bit of a bubbling noise , but no mist at all like the picture. I tried adding more oil and still doesnt really diffuse into the room. I smell nothing unless I am literally sticking my nose right by the unit. I've tried numerous settings, oils and even overnight. I tried to return but evidently the seller doesnt accept returns. Geez, wonder why. Unreliable junk October 9, 2017 I purchased this diffuser last summer (2016) and it worked great for a few months. Lately, however, the fan won't come on at times. I go through the steps of unplugging it and plugging it back in several times and even blew some canned air into the fan just in case some dust had gotten in, but still no fan. I'll then try it the next day and it works. I have two other diffusers from Miu Color and they do the same thing. I've had diffusers from other companies and have never had an issue like this. Water appears to heat and vapor appears in the bowl but never rises through to the air. We went online and read all of Miu's responses to customers (most of which said to try this and try that) and we made a good faith effort to try everything in the book. Still didn't work. Weird, too, that they won't accept returns? Really? For defective diffusers? Amazon was great and made an immediate refund when I contacted them about the defective merchandise. Too bad this diffuser seems to have the same problem for so many customers (read the l- and 2-star reviews) as otherwise it would have been great--if only it worked. Now, mine will not stay on, it is set on 180 minutes and the water tank is full but it turns off after about 5 minutes. So disappointed Did not work May 10, 2016 Heard good things about this unit. Company quoted expected life of 6 months! April 18, 2016 Unit broke right before 6 months warranty was out. Miu customer service requested a short video to demonstrate the problem and confirmed that it looks like major parts wore out. They stated that the expected life of their product was 6 months! Their solution was to try and get me $9 off the price of a new one. I was looking for a repair or replacement considering it was under warranty - my email went unanswered. Worst Worst diffuser ever made May 18, 2017 Extremely difficult to remove the top half of the fake wooden bowl, which must be done to fill. It holds a very small amount of water, so one would have to refill it frequently, although its output is miniscule compared to a Young Living essential oil diffuser. I hate this product and have never said that in a review before! No one can get the "lid" unscrewed. It also seemed to work when it wanted to, emitting a tiny stream of vapor at its own will.
