I don't mind purchasing refurbished products so long as they are in the condition as advertised by the seller. I am pleased to say the camera looks and functions as new and takes great digital photos and movies! I also appreciate getting more camera than purchase a new models sold at this price point. I highly recommend this camera.

I bought this before a big Hockey game that I was attending. I love hockey and taking sports pictures and this camera does that beautifully!Also I use this for my own modeling purposes. I set it on a tripod and put it on the self timer and it take gorgeous model professional looking photos!! I LOVE IT!!! I did however drop it while ice skating and the lens has a bad scratch on it, but that was my fault BUT it still works and takes good photos the bottom corner is just a bit blurry now. ALSO I suggest buying rechargable batteries. I bought a 4 pack of double A's that recharge for $20 on here.

This camera is great! I used it to take amazing photos of the recent lunar eclipse. I like the fact that is uses batteries so do not have to worry when I am out and about and running out of juice...don't have to plug it in just change the batteries. The zoom is wonderful and living in the country has allowed me to sneak up on a lot of critters!

Started with the 1st Coolpix and now I have the newest (just got it before leaving USA on a cruise). Love it! Will never use any other camera. I do a lot of international traveling and I wanted a great 'point/shoot' camera. Each new model of Coolpix gets better and better. So easy to use on 'auto' mode. Get stability. I can take night shots now. It has rained every day and each shot I have taken looks bright and clear. Thank you Nikon.

I have been delighted with this camera! It was so easy to utilize all of the functions and the video and photos are wonderful, my friends are so impressed! It's a beautiful camera and the photos are sharp. I hardly need to edit pictures at all, they are usually so perfect. I'm still exploring all I can do with it and take many pictures a day. Everything's been so easy, even downloading the photos to my computer and Nikon is so supportive and provided me with a website to download pictures. It's just been a joy! Thank you so much for such a wonderful camera at a reasonable price!

Nice surprise considering the few negative reviews about their refurbished Nikon. I've been playing with mine for 2 days -so far so good. Focusing is my issue, not the camera's. I do agree that trying to see the potential image on the screen in the sunlight is difficult, but it's a matter of changing my habits. The price was good and the delivery was even better - received in less than 48 hours of ordering. I compared the Nikon, Canon, and Samsung, and based on others' reviews (positive), I decided to purchase this one. I wish it came with an owner's manual - printing the 204 page manual isn't something I want to do, so I saved it as a fave and will review as needed, however, if I'm in the field and need guidance - guess what - I may not have access to it with no wifi around. Other than that, I'm happy so far with this refurbished Nikon. If you know how to use a camera fairly well, I'm recommending this one.

I currently own a Sony A7RII w/ the Zeiss Batis 18mm 2.8 Wide angle lens.I am planning a long trip in which I am trying to minimize everything I am bringing along and I can't get over how perfect this little case is for my camera set up. It fits snug with the lens hood on backwards, no movement whatsoever and is about 33% smaller than the current bag I was using. Throw in that this is at the fraction of the cost - this is the bag i was looking for! Absolutely perfect for someone with a similar camera set up looking to make everything as small as possible for travel!

Just received, but it is well constructed and it looks like it will last 10 or 20 years. I can't find any reason to give it less than 5 stars. I will reduce my rating if something happens to change that.I have a compact point-and-shoot camera, not a DSLR, but the cases made for compact point-and-shoots don't give you much storage space. I want everything except my tripod in one package - camera, spare cards and batteries, cables, chargers, tripod quick-release plate, lens cloth, and the case's shoulder strap. This does the trick nicely, with a little room to spare. It could probably even hold a small hardcopy user's manual for the camera, if I had one. I will keep the camera in the small inside pocket to protect it from scratching by the rest.

I LOVE THIS CASE! I've been wanting a smaller case that just fits my DSLR and my standard 18-55mm lens. This case was perfect! I took it with me for 4 weeks of international travel, followed by a week long backpacking trip through the Grand Canyon. Not only did it protect my camera, but the quality of the case is so great that it still looks brand new even after all of the abuse it suffered through my traveling. It was the perfect size and fit my camera snugly, but I was able to tuck the strap inside the top as well as some other small items (credit card, money, etc) in the top pocket inside of the case to protect them from theft. The side pockets are also a great size and were able to fit various other small items like my chapstick, extra battery, and SD card wallet. The strap was long enough that I could use it cross-body, or shorten it to just wear over my shoulder. I could also fit in inside of my small drawstring backpack when I didn't want to openly carry it. The zippers have nice rubber pulls on them, and the case is well padded on the inside. I don't think it would fit anything larger than the 18-55 mm lens very well, as it was a very snug fit for my Canon Rebel T3 with that lens attached. However, it was exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Haven't taken this thing out yet, but so far I really like it! My Cannon camera fits in it perfectly even with the big lens and the side pockets have room for my battery charger. Seems pretty durable. I love that the strap is long enough to wear cross body. Great product, great price! Would recommend.

This review is for Case Logic DCB-304 Compact System/Hybrid...This smaller camera bag was just what I needed for my new Canon camera. It's a smaller version of a DSLR and didn't need too much case but it does have a long lens so I needed something that would fit it. This one loads easily from the top. The side pockets are on both sides and hold my batteries, charger and memory cards. I have carried for almost a year. Amazon deleted my original review.I like this case and carry it weekly. I bought it for vacation and never stopped using it. It's durable. Still looks new. The only I did was add my own wider strap with padding. But considering you won't be able to get it filled too heavy, the strap included is satisfactory.**I paid full price for this item.

I wanted the minimum case to safely hold my FZ200 and "necessities". Like you, I read the reviews. As you have seen from the various reviews this case ranges from "perfect for the camera" to "this case is too small for the camera". I took a chance. I am glad I did. The case is perfect for the FZ200. Rather than stopping here, I will tell you exactly how and what can be fit into the case.1) take the hood off the camera, reverse it, and put it back over the lens.2) Open the main compartment of the case. Holding the camera in your right hand, place it other end down with top of the camera toward the padded divider and the back toward the side. The strap gently gets balled up on top of the lens.3) Behind the padded divider and to the lens end of the case, you can put a spare battery (or two if you have them). You can also fit other thin accessories, pad of paper, pen, credit card, id, money, etc)4) In the side pocket toward the back of the camera you can fit the battery charger.5) In the other side pocket, you can fit some creative filers and a lens cloth.6) In the top zippered compartment you can fit a spare SD card and a usb memory card readerI am not sure about you, but that is pretty much all that I would generally want/need with me on most outings or trips.You can obviously perform a number of alternate uses of the various storage areas but I just fully described what I did for demonstration purposes.If I need a tripod, that would certainly not fit in any case I would consider. Thus, I purchased a tripod with its own case. In that case, I store my remote shutter release with the tripod. I would not likely use a shutter release without a tripod so this makes sense to me.The only other accessories I would likely consider are an external flash and microphone. For me, they would be used in special cases. To handle them, I would use a fanny pack. I would see this as an exception to general usage.Thus the complete package would be in three small containers. I will always grab the camera case and grab one or both of the others as the situation warrants.Bottom line --The case definitely works for the FZ200 (and probably any of the other popular small bridge cameras with a large zoom lens.It meets my needs: The smallest case to hold my FZ200 and commonly needed items.

I had bought a Nikon D5100 camera a few years back and needed a memory card for it. I've had a lot of memory cards for older point and shoot cameras. They were all from Transcend and I've never had any issues with those. So I decided to stick with the same brand. This time around I needed something with more storage capacity. I purchased the 16 GB size memory card.The 16 GB was the perfect size for us. We don't usually leave a lot of pictures and videos on our camera. As soon as we get the chance, we upload all the pictures and videos onto our computer/laptop and then delete them from the memory card to clear up more space. But even with that we've never come close to using up all the space on this memory card. We don't take many videos but take tons and tons of pictures.This is a great memory card for the price you pay. I've never had any issues with this or any of the other previous Transcend memory cards. Very good brand and would highly recommend this.

I purchased this 32gb memory card to use in my gaming system to save downloaded games onto. It is a class 10 memory card and as far as memory cards so I always try to get the class 10 cards because they are the quickest for transferring data. This card will hold a lot and is just what I needed for my games. It has been very reliable and has not given me any fail issues. It is the standard sized SD high capacity card and it comes in a nice plastic case for storage. Good to have if you plan to take this card anywhere outside or plan to stick it in a bag. This is a great card and does everything the higher costing brand name cards do for a fraction of the cost. I am very satisfied with this card and I have gotten cards from this brand before. Never an issue with them.

This works very well for my application, which is in a 2015 Dodge Durango SD slot (UConnect 8.4N RA4). Many car SD card slots are limited to cards formatted with the FAT32 filesystem, and the maximum size of a card formatted with FAT32 is (as the name implies) 32GB, so for a lot of cars, this is the best you'll get without some luck and or/hacking. Many also list a maximum speed "class" of 8, but selection of those is pretty slim and usually far more expensive these days. Oftentimes, Class 10 will work just fine.I've owned several Transcend products, from flash drives to SD cards to an SSD, and I've never had a single issue. Flash memory is inherently stable, of course, but Transcend has yet to let me down. I use their flash memory in my phone, car, and computers. Sure, you could spend more, but really, flash memory is made in two factories, that's it. Both make good products, and you'll get the same thing no matter what the label is, as long as it is a recognized name brand and not a nonbranded knockoff which often uses far smaller capacity chips than listed. Transcend offers great value and a recognized name.With Class 10 speeds, the card ceases to be a bottleneck like they were years ago. When I bought my Canon Powershot SX 400 IS, I know I will need a new SD card so I thought I will buy this.It came in Frustration Free Packaging and lots of papers and warranty card.I have different kinds of SD card but I think this is my first SDHC card Class 10.Works great in my new camera and it transfers fast in my computer.I have no problem with it.It came fast, the same day my camera came so I am pretty happy.I don’t know the exact capacity because the moment I was able to charge the battery of my camera and put the card in and take pictures, I download them all on my computer and delete the files on my card.I'm going to buy a higher GB if I wanna take videos and an extra battery for my camera.

The 1-star threads are like watching a committee of blind men describing an elephant. Unsurprisingly, no one has the complete picture, but a lot of Canon owners think these cards are bogus. SD card technology is very complex, the Class system is often misunderstood, and there is a long history of compromised cards appearing on eBay -- or even from reputable dealers who have been hoodwinked. Kingston cards are most often faked (or taken from the midnight production run); that's because Kingston has about a third of the flash card market and doesn't forge their own chips, but any manufacturer can be spoofed. It doesn't pay to buy cheap cards on eBay or less reputable sources.An SD card contains a controller chip and flash memory chips, even the microSD versions. Realize that SD means Secure Digital, and that security comes from crypto managed by the controller (MMC cards didn't have that bloat, but Hollywood DRM requirements made sure they faded.) The controller can be pretty powerful: the Samsung SD controller is a 32-bit ARM TDMI chip with 128 k of code space -- that's cell phone power. It handles I/O and fading (when the card slowly wears out its NAND sites after about 100,000 hits so writing is randomly distributed and kept track of), the factory self-test, and a host of other functions, but it can also be programmed to report a false storage capacity. Sequential write is what photographers and videographers care most about.Sometimes a Class 6 card might test faster than a Class 10 card, when using computer read/write tests or even in a camera that wasn't designed with higher capacity cards in mind. That's because they use smaller block sizes (there's no cache on an SD card). Explaining the significance of this is getting too far into the weeds for an Amazon review, and modern devices and their firmware should not have that limitation.To test random and sequential read/write speed, use CrystalDiskMark, also free. Run the full suite; it won't take long. CrystalDiskMark requires that the card be formatted, and the most reliable way to do that is to use the free tool from sdcard dot org. A 32 GB card will may report 39.9 GB before formatting and 29.8 GB after; don't worry, you haven't been ripped off.Unfortunately, there's no easy way to read the manufacturer's ID off the SD card, even in Linux, to determine who actually made the card, because you have to have it connected directly to a motherboard; an SD-to-USB adapter won't work because it doesn't pass through disk data, and that's what's in nearly all computers. The cards test above spec objectively. And they both work flawlessly on my still (not Canon) and video cameras. I think they have gotten a bad rap here from people who don't have the full picture, so to speak.I'll also post this as a review, and on the Sony 32 GB page, too. I hope you found it informative.

Update 3/6/2012 I own about 20 Transcend cards now. They have all worked without an issue untill today. I dread calling any company for return support because it usually is such a tortured experience...(Ever tried calling SanDisk for product support?) Withing 20 seconds of dialing I was connected to their representative Marc Crawford. He was able to quickly and clearly guide me to the support I needed. It was such a shockingly great experience that I wanted to pass it along to potential purchasers.UPDATE 9-10 I own 4 of these cards now. I have more of these than any other card I own because they are a very good value for capacity/price/and speed. My initial disappointment over the lack of super high speed is outweighed by the reality that this card is an exceptional value.If you own a compact digital camera, or SD/HD video camera, this card will exceed the capabilities of all of them. For compact cameras the card isn't usually the slowest part of the data write process, it's the camera.This card unloads very quickly with a 20MB/s read speed. You will need a SDHC card reader if you don't have one. A standard SD card reader will not read a HC (high capacity) card.These cards make great gifts. I have given several of the 8 Gig cards as gifts and have received appreciation and great comments from all the recipients.UPDATED REVIEW:I purchased this card making the assumption that all class 10 cards had the same read and write speed. This was a poor assumption on my part. In order for a card to qualify for class 10 speed the card needs to be certified to have 10MB/s write and read speed. Some manufacturers classify their cards at a slower speed even though they qualify for a higher class. SanDisk make some cards that would qualify for class 10 and rates them as class 6.The product photo on Amazon does not have the card's speed printed on it. The card that was shipped shows the front of the card printed with "20MB/s" which is the cards read speed. The cards write speed is 16MB/s.I own a SanDisk Extreme III class 10 card that has (up to) 30MB/s read and write speed. My Nikon D-90 that can take advantage of the SanDisk cards speed. The difference is the SanDisk card can capture 100 photos at fine resolution in 24 seconds. The Transcend card captures 66 photos in the same time/resolution.I reality very few people will ever have the need to drill off 100 photos in 24 seconds, but I can't stand to lose a good shot because the camera is slow while writing to the card and I can't fire the shutter. You can hear this happen at about 4.5 seconds in the video review. This does not happen with the SanDisk class 10 30MB/s card.If you own an SLR that is capable of rapid fire, high-resolution photography you may want to consider the SanDisk Extreme III 30 MB/s card. It is expensive.This card is reasonably priced for a class 10 card. Just know what you are getting, what your needs may be, and what else is available. this is a good outdoor camera but not so much indoors, just make sure you learn how to use the ISO and exposure.

It worked well for my daughter's photography class in high school. It's still working fine and She's had it quite a long time now.

I want to go r this camera five stars but I struggle with the focus and feel like my photos are a compromise because of it. This may be used error but another user posted the same issue. The camera's focus is blurry, you hold the shutter button halfway to make it autofocus, it looks crisp, then goes blurry again. I'd call the camera tempermental and am already researching manual cameras, but for a point and click this thing is a beast. After a few hours I was able to get better acquainted with the focus issue and found a groove to it. The zoom is great and it's overall very user-friendly. No instruction manual since I bought refurbished, but Nikon does publish these for free as pdfs.My only other major pro/con is it takes 4x AA batteries. I got maybe 3 hours out of their life so it will burn through batteries but at least I'm in on a shoot I have easy backup. No idea how it does with the video yet.Overall, I would recommend this for beginners but know it will take some getting used to with the focus issue. The pictures and the prove are worth it though.

I wanted an easy to use camera for a trip and this one fit my budget.This was easy to use and I am happy with the quality of pictures.The one downside - in bright sunlight the reflection on the screen means you sometimes just point in the direction of the subject and hope for the best. This is definitely a camera for first time users but I would purchase it again.

It has the best zoom without being blurry. Very user friendly. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of its size. It's a little bulky for me, but the zoom makes it worth it.

Positives:This is a pretty good little camera, a bargain for the price. The camera body is reasonably small and has a great optical zoom range - that is its best feature (tied with the plum body color, if you ask my wife). As with any camera, skip the digital zoom - you may as well keep the entire image and crop later as you see fit.The image stabilization on videos was a pleasant surprise. Camera movements are effectively eased into, causing them to smooth out without distorting the video or causing unnatural motion like with some video site's more aggressive software stabilization. It does not remove movement to produce a perfectly still shot, nor should it - get a tripod or a camera stabilizer if that is what you need. However, the results are quite good and feel rather natural and relaxed.I have not had a chance to test the high speed video.Negatives:The camera is slow...that is to be expected at this price point, but it does border on frustrating at crucial, time sensitive moments.I have yet to figure out how to reliably get the camera to focus on the correct object. I may be overlooking a setting somewhere.The flash does not have an auto-release in low-light situations or at least an on-screen indicator for the user that a flash is suggested - that would have been a nice touch.Technically, 16MP is good by today's standards - but because of the small sensor used, the images it takes are not terribly crisp at full resolution. This is not uncommon - but you should expect the 16MP image to record a very good 8MP image or an excellent 4MP image.

Just like it's big brother, this little camera case is really sturdy, but light weight. I have my Canon DSLR, with the 28-52 zoom lens attached, in the main part of the little case; It fits snugly but perfectly, not squished. I have a set of filters in one of the side pockets and a couple batteries and extra card in the other. I put the whole camera case inside my look alike, larger bag. Since it zips around the top, I can get the camera in and out without any problem at all. When I want to just carry the camera and few accessories, I pull it out and I'm off. I don't know how I ever got along without it. If you love your DSLR but hate carrying a camera bag (of any size), this little CASE is the perfect thing for you.

This is a very nice little camera bag for small size cameras. ( approximately 7-8 inches in diameter and about 6 inches tall) It has a shoulder strap as well as a hand held on the top of the bag. Very nicely padded all around and on the inside as well. My small camera is well protected inside this and I am very pleased that I purchased it.

It looks like it will be perfect for my Nikon Coolpix L340. The cushioning seems adequate and the camera fits in snugly but with room for accessories.

The Case Logic DCB-304 case was sold by Amazon as part of a bundle with the Nikon P900 camera. This case is too small for the camera with which it is bundled. According to both manufacturers, the sizes are: Case Logic DCB-304 case is 5.1" x 5.8" x 3.3". Nikon P900 is 5.5" x 6.0" x 4.0". I ordered the bundle and the camera does not even come close to fitting. I verified the manufacturer's dimensions. The Case Logic DCB-304 is too small for the Nikon P900. Please note: There is nothing wrong with this case. It is a very nice and well-constructed case. But it should not be ordered bundled with the Nikon P900 if your intention is to use it for the Nikon P900. The correctly sized Case Logic case for the Nikon P900 is the DCB-306 which will hold cameras (or other devices) that are 5.7" x 6.25" x 4.7". Amazon is refunding the cost of the Case Logic DCB-304 and I am returning it, then ordering the DCB-306. Amazon, as usual, responds quickly and efficiently to customer problems. I am certain that they will also fix the listing for the bundle. In fact, the listing is not currently available on the Amazon website so it is likely being revised.

I took a gamble getting this case because their was no information on its size and I did not know if m camera would fit. Lucky, my Sony Alpha A3000 which is an ILC camera or also referred to as a mirror less SLR roughly about the same size as my other regular SLR cameras. This case is a tight fit but it does comfortably fit camera, filters, charger, along with 18 to 55 mm standard zoom lense. For keeping lightweight on the go, this case is a good inexpensive choice. However, there is no room for additional accessories or any additional lenses. Don't expect to bring your telephoto lenses here. For portrait shots on the go, this case is a great buy. You can tightly but comfortablefit camera and one smaller size lense choice and a few basics such as filters, extra battery, memory cards, etc. The case has a small wallet sized zipper pocket on each side for small accessories and a small zipper area off the main compartment for memory cards. The main center compartment itself is a snug fit for fully assembled camera with lense attached or perhaps maybe two small fixed point and hoot cameras. The construction is rugged and durable. This is the case I will take with me when hiking or at outdoor events where I want to keep carry equipment a a minimum where I can just unzip, grab my camera, and shoot!

The photos make it look as if you would put a camera sideways in the bag, however that's not the case. You would put your (smaller) DSLR or super-zoom lens-down into the bag.For me that's fine. In fact I prefer that position myself. This bag fits my Panasonic FZ-200 with the hood on and just enough space for the strap if you have it attached. It's a close fit, but it's not too tight.Material is good quality, pocket space is just big enough to fit the battery charger on one side and a spare battery and cards on the other. Or you could leave the charger out and fit a couple filters or *maybe* a small flash.The neckstrap is thin and a bit short.Overall it's worth the money if you're looking for a decent case to protect your camera from average bumps, or to protect it in a bookbag/suitcase. If you've got more to carry, such as tele-extenders, flashes, etc. I'd look for something bigger.

They're data cards and inexpensive. I bought 14 of these for my game cameras which ended up an epic fail. I have no idea what is digitally imprinted on a data card in order to make it work but I have 7 game cameras by 5 different manufacturers (some expensive and some cheaper) and only one camera will work with theses cards. The other 6 will error out with "no data card" or "data card fault." However, the cards work just fine in my PC, digital SLR camera and little handheld camera. Kingston an SanDisk cards work flawlessly in every one of my game cameras so just keep it in mind if looking for that specific application.

32 gb now and days don't even seem enough when it comes to our gadgets. With HD videos in high demand and high quality photos in need, anything lower than 32gb is not sufficient enough!I was hestiating on getting this brand of for a memory card, because my last experience the memory card failed, and I was on a trip and lost all my precious footage. But after reading the reviews, I thought I give it another shot.So far its been good, I use it for vlogging and it holds a lot of HD videos, before I transfer them off. I am very paranoid now, as soon as I see it's getting full, I immediately dump the files off onto my laptop.No part of gadgets is guarantee, anything can happen to them, and you don't want to loose your precious memories. I have two of these for when I am on the go, filming, vlogging, or taking photos.It works well in my sony cybershot camera and my canon point and shoot camera.The transfer speed is not long, especially when it comes to 1080 HD videos.I definitely would recommend this if you have a digital camera.

Card has worked almost perfectly for Many Years now.There's been a few screw-ups, where it failed to read/write data, which in my line of Work, can be the Difference between LIFE and DEATH...I bought it to work with my Canon EOS T3i Camera.For the most-part, it worked very well.But it's not been as reliable as my Other "PNY"-brand memory card.

So far no complaints. We took this card on a European vacation and because it was very capacious, we didn't fill it up. We were in Copenhagen and Malmo. They are nice places but the food costs too much in Copenhagen, especially at the Tivoli. The food was good at Nyhaven. But I digress. Transcend flash memory is sort of industry standard. the only thing we had to learn is that when cards of this size get close to full, the camera-to-PC USB wire doesn't work anymore, and you need to buy a USB memory card reader to transfer the photos. They aren't expensive.

I own five of these cards so far, and they have not let me down. My primary camera is a Canon 60D, plus a couple of Canon P&S cameras. This review is to primarily address the issue I saw mentioned in the 'most helpful critical review'. Namely, with video recording stopping after 2 seconds. After some experimenting, I am convinced that the issue is free space fragmentation.A lot of people, when reviewing recently shot images, tend to delete the 'non-keepers'. This creates blocks of memory marked as free on the card. When you try shooting a video, if the camera starts to write into the lowest addressed free block it finds, it will need to look for another free block when this one is filled. This is where the problem seems to occur.My experiments were simple: start with a freshly formatted card. Shoot a couple hundred images, some videos. As long as card is being filled up sequentially, with no deletions, there are never any abrupt video stops. Never. Now, go through your shot images, and delete a few here and there. Try shooting a video. There is almost a 100% guarantee that you will get an abrupt recording stop. If you shoot JPEG, the stop comes within 2 seconds. If you shoot RAW, it comes in 5-6 seconds.I suspect Sandisk controller chips may utilize a different garbage collection algorithm, potentially using the main body of remaining free space in preference to re-using freed blocks. This indeed would make them more attractive to those who tend to review and delete in-camera.I, personally, never delete in-camera. I keep shooting until the card fills up. Once I have transferred from card to PC and backed up, I format the card in camera, rather than delete. Aside from the times when I did my experiments, I have never seen an abrupt video stop.

The card works very well in my Sony a55V. It records HD video without any problems and takes the 10 shot per second when shooting RAW flawlessly. However, when the card is placed in the card reader for my desktop and laptop I get some odd behavior once in a while (both running Windows 7). Sometimes it tells me the card is read-only so I have to remove it and reinsert it to get it read properly.Recently, when the card was inserted into my PC it would not read anything and informed me that the card was corrupted and asked if it wanted Windows to fix the error. I selected yes, but then when I accessed the card again all of the pictures were gone. I realized that there was still 7GB of data stored on the card somewhere even though all of the folders were empty. So I had Windows show all hidden folders on the card and low-and-behold there were all of my pictures. They were moved to a hidden folder and left perfectly intact. I think most novice computer users might not have thought to look for the hidden folders and lost everything which is unacceptable. I don't know if this is an issue with the MS Windows operating system or the memory card.** All flash memory cards are susceptible to data loss for various reasons so I recommend backing up the data you want to keep regularly.

I am disappointed in the performance of this camera. Too many of the pictures I have taken were blurred or had unsatisfactory coloring.

The zoom feature is great but the focus is eluding me. The manual isn't much help and have found answers on YouTube. Same day shipping - not - was shipped two days later and two day Amazon Prime was 5 days. There is an obvious learning curve for this type of camera but once we get through that I think we'll like it!

I didn't realize it was a refurbished camera until I received it but it works fine and takes great pictures. However I didn't get an owners manual with it and, not being technologically instinctive, it presented a problem.

The camera seems to be working well. However the refurbished unit is missing the user manual which is why I awarded it 3 stars.

This case is the one Amazon recommends for the Lumix DC-FZ80 camera so I bought one for my new camera. The camera fits, but just barely. I like to carry a couple of extra batteries but even that was an issue with this bag. The outside pockets do not expand outward, so the camera and the batteries fight for the same interior space, even though separated by a fabric barrier. I tried it for a couple of weeks but finally realized the bag was not going to work for me so I returned it. I hesitated to only give the product three stars because it is well made. But for this application (holding a larger bridge type camera), it's not the best choice.For those with the DC-FZ80 or the FZ70, you may want to look at the Lowepro Adventura SH 120 II - A Protective and Compact DSLR Shoulder Bag. It's slightly larger than the Case Logic product, but much more roomy. It gives me the choice of loading the camera lens side down or with the handgrip side up (my preference).

From the pictures I expected this to fit more. It only fits the body of my Nikon D5200 with a basic lense attached. It's good for a beginner but once you start collecting lenses and flashes, you WILL need to get a new bag.

Case logic dcb-304, i would say is a case that is primarily meant for compact point and shoot cameras. The case is smaller than it looks in pictures, which can be a positive or negative feature depending on your needs. For me i needed a minimalist case, so small was a feature that was necessary but this might have been just i little bit too small. I bought this for a Oly micro 4/3 camera which is about the same size as a sony eos-m, nex, (practically a compact in size). However, the case is quite small to fit extra accessories such as charger+cord. The side pockets with mesh nets are almost useless in my opinion. the sides are not sewed/designed to flare out when items are placed inside. When items are placed in side-pockets, it pushes inward toward the camera side walls, leaving you less space for the main compartment and pushing sidewalls towards your camera. side-pockets will barely fit a 3ft folded usb cord if your camera and other accessories are full in the main compartment. I would see that the pockets are good for small singular items such as extra camera batteries.As for the inside top-zipper pocket, i found its only use is for extra flash storage cards. I like that the main compartment has an elastic divider pocket inside towards the front; i just wished it was a divider that was attached left to right side walls to make it bigger and not just a pocket sewed on to the front inside wall.overall i was able to fit my micro4/3 camera with 9mm lens attached, 1- 42mm lens w/ 37mm filter threads, 1 - 3.3 in lengthwise tele lens w/ 58mm threads, and battery charger + cord. Its a tight fit and a little bit of a game of tetris, but it works for me since its compact. In real life situations my camera would be out ready for use while this holds my two lenses ready to interchange.I give it 3-3.5 stars because it works for my camera but it was probably not designed to be used for mirrors-less cameras. But it does work for a minimalist, so i would say it fits under it's name as a compact/hybrid case. maybe just a few mm bigger and some design improvements it would be a 4-5 star case. But for the price you can't beat this cases value

I like this case it is the perfect size for my LUMIX GX1 and peripherals. And the price is great. I usually like Case Logic bags, having had several. But why three stars? Because I have pulled those pretty little tags off the zippers twice now. They don't break, they just come through the space in the slider. It's not hard to put them back on, good as new, but nothing prevents them from coming off again. I buy a camera case to be tough and reliable. This one is disappointing. Maybe I can fix it with CA glue? I'd rather have a case that doesn't need pampering.

This case is probably OK, but mine was purchased as a component in a bundle associated with the Nikon Coolpix P900. The P900 is a bit too large to fit comfortably in this case. If the case maintained the same design, but added a half inch to length, width, and depth it would fit the P900 very well, even with shoulder strap and a lens hood attached.

I wanted to like this case. It is very well made and it just barely fits my Canon SX40HS. I think it does a good job protecting the camera. I guess I assumed that a really snug fit would be what I wanted in a case. For me the fit turned out to be a little too snug.I don't want to sound like Mr. Fussy here but I use a case to protect the camera when I am carrying it. And the only reason I carry my camera is to use it. When I am ready to use the camera I want to get it out of the case relatively quickly. When I am done, I want to put it away just as quickly. I did not really succeed at either. I tried positioning the camera in the case several different ways (can't imagine too many choices there). I had to wrestle the camera in and out of the case no matter how I did it. Twice, while attempting to put the camera away, I accidentally turned the camera on in the case - the lens attempted to extend and made a horrible clicking sound because it was snug in the case. All I could think about was the dreaded Canon "Lens Error" that I have already experienced with several of my beloved Canon point and shoots. Luckily, that did not seem to be enough to cause death by "Lens Error". On several occasions I removed the camera from the case only to have the lens cap pop off. One time I went to remove the lens cap only to put my thumb squarely on the lens.The case became enough of a hassle that I started looking for excuses not to carry the camera. That is just plain nuts so I am going to get a larger case.Now my experience may speak more to my clumsiness and ineptitude than anything else but if any of this resonates with you I would strongly suggest getting a bigger case.

The memory card got corrupted after some time.The camera was off when i pulled out the memory card but the battery was still inside the camera.So I dont know if i had to remove the battery from the camera before pulling the memory card out or if its ok to remove the memory card without taking out the battery.

I bought two of these cards May 2013. I used them alternatively on a Canon 5D Mark III along with LEXAR Pro 1000X UDMA 7. One Transcend died 5 months ago after a picture session. I lost all pictures as it would even not show on recovery application, disk utility, etc. The second died yesterday during a picture session. There too, I lost all pictures even though this time the card showed on recovery and utility apps, but the pictures could not be recovered. I used these cards as prescribed--camera off before taking them out, and ejected them from Finder before taking them out of the computer.Over three years, it is about 9c per day, so I won't cry, although I would expect they would last a couple of years more, but the way they died, I do cry. Moving to ScanDisk.

Honestly, I'm not sure whether I love or hate this product. I am not sure what the reason is but this is the only memory card I've been having issues with. I do a lot of recording videos for my blog and for a YouTube channel and sometimes have to record 1-3 videos per day. I understand that after recording a lot I have to save my clips on my computer then delete the files on my memory card. When it informs me on my camera that there is insufficient space on my card I go and save then delete everything. Thinking this should be the obvious solution - I find out it isn't. I go to put my memory card back in my camera and it will still say there is insufficient space on my card EVEN WHEN I'VE DELETED EVERY SINGLE THING. It is such a hassle because the only thing I can do is just wait it out until I can put my card back in to say that I can finally use my camera. I do not have this issue with other memory cards so I am not sure what the issue with this one is. I plan on contacting costumer service, but I first wanted to share my experience for future costumers - BE WEARY. This wouldn't be my first choice for repurchasing. I would like a solution to this issue because it has happened about 6 times in the past 7 months that I have had this memory card.

I purchased these through J&R Music and Computer World via Amazon a couple of months ago as preparation for my Paris vacation. I owned a Class 6 Transcend 8GB card for a long time and it was fast and never had any problems, so I figured I should get two of these class 10 cards as backup as i wasn't going to be bringing my laptop with me.Despite these being class 10 and therefore supposed to be faster, the ones i received are SLOWER than my class 6. I tested both cards and took various photos around the house and noticed there's a distinct 2 second or so lag after i take a photo. With my class 6 card, I can take a photo and immediately change to view mode to look at what i just took a pic of. With the class 10 card when I do this, I get a message saying something like "recording, please wait" for around 2 seconds before my photo appears. When taking photos too, with the class 10 there's a very obvious 2 second lag after each photo.I kept both cards because I was paranoid i'd run out of space on my class 6 card and i already tossed the packaging (returns seems to require original intact packaging? how does that work if i obviously have to open it to test the card? O__o ). Ultimately my single class 6 8gb card from years ago was plenty for my trip so these two cards were a waste purchase...probably giving one to mom when i buy her a new camera later.in any case, these cards are oddly far slower than my class 6 transcend 8gb cards. I haven't used it long enough to know if there are any other issues (such as ones described by other reviewers that it corrupts after a few months of usage).

I recently Purchased this card, as well as a Canon Rebel T2i, The first time i put it in i had got great results with this, i took pics and video at the highest quality, but what i noticed what started to happen is in movie mode, after the 7th video i tried to rec, it would "automatically stop recording" due to the buffer, What i had to do was save everything on the card to my hard drive and freshly Format The card in the camera, With this card you have to pick and choose what you want to do and be dedicated to it, meaning If You have Pictures and Video on this card, The Buffer will always max out!I was able to record the max 4gb per Recording 4 times on the rebel t2i with this card with the buffer only showing at 1 bar , but i had to change the card to another one to take Pictures, its a slight hassel but trust me regardless of the fact with this card you can only have 1 type of media on it at a time, Either Pictures, Or Video

There is a basic glitch in the software of this camera. I have had it repaired twice so far and I guess because I have the extended warrantee I will maybe spend the shipping to get it repaired once more. After taking photos and clicking on the arrow to view pictures it says "file contains no data" Eventually the menus will change and you will not be able to change settings. So disappointed in what should be a great product based on name and reputation, I have had Nikon in the past but this one may end my purchasing this brand.

It worked well briefly, but now after a few uses you have to replace the batteries. It doesn't hold a charge at all. You take a couple pictures and it's dead. Horrible product.

Nothing wrong with the quality. But I purchased it based on the image and when I got it, well I found it was a little too small for my camera.

The camera case is nicely made and was suggested on Amazon as a good companion purchase with the Fujifilm FindPics camera I purchased. The problem with the case is it is too small for the camera. You can force the camera into the case but it is a very tight fit.

Very disappointed with this case. Its made great don't get me wrong! But definitely not big enough at all for my Pentax k50 with the kit lens like the reviews/answered questions say. This is for snap-shot camera ONLY (E.I. any camera that is not made with interchangeable lens and/or for personal use only). If you have a full DSLR with any sort of lens this bag will fit the body ONLY. Or lens ONLY. Will not fit both. Will be sending back immediately for credit towards another case. 2 stars because it really is well made, but did not fit camera at all and lens together which is what I was looking for.

The picture actually makes it look bigger than it is. This bag can barely fit my NIKON D3300 (which is a small dslr)I'm not sure why this one looks huge and is at the top of the list when you search dslr bag. cannot fit a bigger dslr. Cannot put any more lenses except kit lens. Not happy with this.

I am sad to say I was disappointed in this item as my camera will not fit in this bag. I have a Pentax K100 with the standard zoom lens and after inserting the camera in the case it can not be closed. I even took the lens off the camera and inserted it into the pouch and I had the same problem.The only saving grace is that I bought this used. I may just carry the camera in this bag and purchase another case for the lens.Luckily I have a larger case that allows me to carry the camera (intact) Cokin filters and spare batteries.Thanks you.

This camera bag was listed as "you may also be interested in" when I purchased a DSLR. One would expect that the camera bag would be well suited for use with the camera. NOT SO! The camera is a very tight fit with the smaller of the two lenses. I would have expected that the camera body and both lenses fit into this camera case. Be sure to check all of the specifications before making your purchase! I will have to purchase an other camera case that is large enough to hold both of the lenses and camera body.

I own and have owned many SD cards. This particular card was the only one of all of them that died on me--and it spent most of its life stuck in the SD port of my laptop. I have had other cards get soaked and be left in my car on hot days--all still functional. I have no idea what happened to this one. I even tried putting it in my camera and attempting a format. The camera even spit it out.

I have purchased several Transcend SD cards. For a long time I liked them until the day I didn't.While traveling on vacation and without warning the card failed. As a general rule I back my cards up frequently. However I had several days of vacation photos on this one. It took me several months to recover the photos. I tried every photo recovery product I could find. None of them worked. Then one day the car just worked on its own. This allowed me the opportunity to back up the photos quickly. I have subsequently switched to using Samsung and SanDisk cards. To be fair, these could fail also but they haven't and this one did.

Bought in 2016 - dead in 2017. I use a ton of these as I have about a dozen cameras and this one crapped out and no longer allows to write. I can read it but cannot delete or add files. It almost acts like it is in write protect mode even though it is not.Into the garbage it goes - disappointing considering it was probably used a total of maybe 10-20 times.

All seemed well with this flash memory card....then I got the dreaded message - insert memory card - when the darn thing WAS inserted. It had been working just fine - and then it didn't. I contacted SONY to troubleshoot the problem. Thinking it might be my Sony camera since I had had a very bad experience with a Sony Boggie very recently.........but the nice man on the on-line chat for Sony had me format the camera without this memory card in it...and take photos...and that worked. SO, bad memory card.It didn't cost that much. $12.72 total. And I went to the web page to see about the advertised lifetime warranty. They make you jump through hoops and then walk on fire to be able to just return the thing......and then you have to return it, insured and in a bubble wrap envelope at your expense - for a product that didn't last 6 months with minimal use.I've never had a memory card go out. Maybe I've been lucky. Maybe it is just this brand. I won't take advantage of the warranty and I think they make it difficult to use it so no one will ever return anything. Until I can get a new memory card, I guess I will go back to my trusty old Kodak camera that just won't quit.........DO NOT buy a TRANSCEND product. I never will again.

This review is for the Transcend TS16GSDHC10 in the Raspberry Pi. I would not recommend the combination be used together due to poor performance. For my 2nd Pi, I'll be getting the SDSDX-016G-X46 SanDisk Extreme 16 GB SDHC Class 10 UHS-1 Flash Memory Card 45MB/s SDSDX-016G-X46 from Amazon for $18.99 and I'll update here with my results. The SDSDX-016G-X46 is the lowest cost card near the top of the RPi SD cards performance list.I purchased this Class 10 card from Amazon for $10.49 back in August 2012 and simply assumed that it was performing as expected. After buying another Pi and wanting to get the best performance I could, I realized that the 4.9MB/s large file write speed that I've been getting was about 1/3 as fast as the best Class 4 cards out there. The 50Mhz patches are in use (Linux raspberrypi 3.2.27+ #250 PREEMPT Thu Oct 18 19:03:02 BST 2012 armv6l GNU/Linux.) upgrading to (Linux raspberrypi 3.6.11+ #371 PREEMPT Thu Feb 7 16:31:35 GMT 2013 armv6l GNU/Linux) reduced performance slightly in some tests. This card DOES work with the Raspberry Pi, but you're paying extra for high performance and not really getting it when using it with a Pi.If you plan to use this card with a camera, the above does NOT apply.@Captain Transcend, the TS8GSDHC10M is 50% the capacity, 50% more expensive, not widely available in the US, and NOT on the RPi SD cards verified list. If the TS8GSDHC10M is Transcend's recommended card for the Raspberry Pi, I would recommend that you send an evaluation unit to one of the members over at elinux.org so that they can test it and, if it works, get it included on their list or better yet, join the list and use Transcend's knowledge to help improve the Pi.

I bought this card for a 2-wk vacation during which I took over 300 photos. Thank goodness it held out and took all of those photos beautifully, though I did not notice any difference in transfer speed from my Class 4 card. I am just thankful it stored the photos safely until I loaded them onto my computer at home, because that was the one and only use of this card. It never worked again. It was not expensive, but I did expect to use it again and again. Disappointed that I cannot. I have since read other reviewers mention trouble using this card with the Pentax K-x. Unfortunately those reviews were not up before my purchase. This experience has soured me on Transcend products and I will not try another.

The camera was well maintained, but half a dozen uses later, I experienced the infamous battery exhausted message. The 10 decent pictures I took were not worth the price of this camera. Now I am without a camera.

Using the Auto function of the camera, the pix did not come out clear at all. I went back to my old camera.

While the product does appear to be of above average quality, if you buy this with the Panasonic Lumix FZ70, you will not be able to use it, because your camera will not fit. Putting your FZ70 in this bag is like putting rubber gloves on wet hands, and just as bad taking it out. Not to mention, there is absolutely no room for the accessories. Case Logic is and OK brand, but this is being returned because it is of no use for my camera. This 1-star rating is due to the false marketing claim that the case is for the Panasonic Lumix FZ70.

This was recommended for the Nikon Coolpix P900, so I bought it with the camera. The case is cheap, and the build quality shows it. Worse, it doesn't quite fit the Nikon P900. Maybe for some smaller cameras it would be ok, but for the P900 it's too small. The cheap plastic zipper pulls apart from the stress when you try to close it. The case just isn't big enough for the camera. Yes, the little zipper pockets on the side will hold extra SD cards and maybe a spare battery, but the case is literally coming apart at the seams when you try to close it with the P900 inside it. The people who recommended this bag for the P900 have clearly never tryied to actually fit the camera into one. Bad purchase.

terrible bag for anybody who is serious about protecting their gear. The walls are so thin that it would not protect it from one drop. It provides minimal cushion, but I guess is nice to protect from scratches and can hold small accessories. Nothing more than a battery, charger, extra memory card, etc. Can barely hold Canon EOS M w/ Zoom 18-55mm and 1 22mm prime comfortably. Some have said that it was thicker—but whatever I got was terrible protection for a $400+ camera. Worth it to pay a little more. B&H has much better deals & selection—but most importantly, quality.

This was a recommended product by Amazon while purchasing a Nikon DSLR. DO NOT BUY FOR A DSLR. This camera bag is reserved for smaller cameras (compact), so if you think "Hybrid" might be referring to the entry-level DSLR you just bought, you'd be wrong. Back to Amazon this goes. This is the second case I've bought this year. The first one was great and I like it alot.However, the DCB-304 I just recently received isn't near the same quality as the previous one. I knew it was different the second I took it out of the box.It's smaller, lighter and flimsy. It looks the same buts it's not. Either Case Logic has cheaped-out or it's a counterfeit.

This case is awful. The zipper broke after one day of very minimal use. It would have been a nice case too, too bad the zipper was so cheaply made.

These cards have the following problem after many insertions or extractions into an SD card reader.To the left of the card is a slider switch. Said switch when unlocked in a fully upward position will allow your PC to delete files on the SD card.When the switch is in a downward position it is locked and your PC cannot modify the files on the card.HOWEVER!!When you insert this card into a card reader in a totally upward or unlocked position, the slider moves ever so little downwards. Even half a millimeter is enough, and your pc cannot modify the files.In theory all the way up is unlocked and all the way down is locked. This is not true, an infinitesimally small distance downwards will also lock the card.I have tried many ways to keep the slider all the way up, such as a small amount of tape, or using a toothpick to insert the card to ensure the slider does not move. Out of 5 tries, one is successful. But this is a huge waste of time.I have three of these cards and all three have the same problem.

I bought this particular one because it was exactly the same as the one I had already used (brand-wise). Literally, the only difference is the tab to lock it is white (yellow on my previous one). I received it in April and started using it in June with no issue. Last week (July 1st), my camera couldn't recall some of the images. I tried to see them on my computer but 74 out of 110 were not able to be seen. Oddly, some of the images that were working even after the problem started stopped working, including two videos. I have reviewed my camera for issues but it's this card specifically. Too late for return or replacement through Amazon by the time I started using it. Reformatted in November to give it another try...same errors occurred. Contacting Transcend regarding warranty...curiously, it does not have the standard Transcend serial number and could not be verified on Transcend's product verification page on their website. Verification system works because the prior memory card that I have was verified as a genuine product.

I'm a filmmaker who uses SD cards in my Canon 70D DSLR. I purchased this card at the end of November, for a project I was shooting in February. I only wish I tested it sooner, before the actual shoot. I've had pretty good luck with Transcend products but this one turned out to be defective, and totally ruined two professional shoots.I shot a lot of video (60GB), and then put the card aside and continued shooting with another card. I copied the content to an external hard drive. When I returned, I tried to encode the files in FinalCutPro X, and learned that every other file was corrupted. I reformatted the card, and the same thing happened.The card was definitely defective.

I bought one of these cards about a year ago and at first it worked great. I took probably 2000 pictures on it without an issue. Then suddenly as I was reviewing my pictures on the camera there was an error saying two of the files were corrupted and could not be read. Once I plugged the card into a computer the files were there but had artifacts of previous pictures in them and bars of color running across the frame. I reformatted the card and figured it was a one time issue.I then bought a second card in anticipation of a big trip (didn't want to go without a spare). The second card failed completely after about 100 pictures; the camera refused to read it and simply said memory card error. I switched back to the first card and used that for a few days but then noticed that the corrupted file issue had returned and this time was affecting 4 pictures. I ended up buying a Toshiba 4GB card and using that for the rest of the trip.When I returned home and plugged the second Transcend card into a computer I was not able to even view the pictures in Explorer and had to use a data recovery program (PhotoRec by CG Security, which is excellent by the way) to even access them.Random manufacturing defects happen so I didn't think much of the problems with the first card, but at this point it seems more like a pattern. From now on I'm willing to pay a premium for cards from more established brands.

I bought this card for my T2i camera and before I insert it into the camera I ran a test on my computer using the ATTO disk benchmark and it turns out it's so amazing that the avr. read speed is 22 mb/s and the avr. write speed is 19 mb/s. This is epic for a card in a price range like this!I will give a follow-up report about the stablity of this card later.=================================================================FOLLOW UP 2012/MAY/24I am now very angry with myself and transcend. The sd card i bought is now unable to read/write/format by camera/computer. and all pictures I took while I was in CA and Yosemite are gone now, literally forever, I don't have any backup in my laptop.The card, as I mentioned, is fast and cheap, but hey, if this is all you want, go for it and my best wishes that you won't end up like me because the Transcend don't have the stability we need.

Had this card for six months, and it started giving me problems R/W errors. Since I had never abused the card (it sat in my second SD slot as backup in a Nikon D7000) I sent it to Transcend with an RMA. Long story short they did not Honor their warranty saying it was "physically damaged". I was quite surprised, there was also a sticker demonstrating the separation of the plastic shell. I've got 5yr old mmc cards, and know how to handle these things, this Transcend is just plain cheap. Uploaded a couple photos showing just how crappy the casing is.
