We love this cookware
October 12, 2017
We just bought a new range/oven that has a glass top (which we despise), so we needed new cookware because the cookware we had might break that delicate ridiculous glass top. Once again, which I hate, Fortunately, we love the new cookware. We've seen hundreds of ads for products claiming that nothing sticks to it -- but it does. NOTHING STICKS TO THIS. I am infamous for starting dinner, then forgetting about it until the smoke alarms go off. Yes, that has happened. Of course, I did not expect it to easily wipe clean, but it did. I'm still in shock over that one. I am also impressed by how evenly everything cooks. Yes, it is dishwasher safe. Usually when I review something, if I like it, I say it's good for the price. This is good at any price, and I'm as excited about it as I can be about cookware.

This set has replaced all of my other cookware and the quality is exceptional (ceramic non-stick interior is TRULY non-stick). I can use it with my regular stove top or with my stovetop. The value was exceptional as well. I used to have to pay premium prices for T-Fal cookware at Williams-Sonoma years ago.
Excellent quality for the price!
June 10, 2017
I'm very pleased with this set of nonstick pots and pans. The grip on the handles is very good, and they are comfortable to handle. The pots and pans are weighty and do not feel flimsy. The nonstick coating appears thick. I was expecting a lesser quality for the price I paid, but was pleasantly surprised. This set is a better quality and price than what I was finding in the stores. My order arrived promptly.
Superior Nonstick All-purpose Set
January 22, 2017
I had never used T-fal products until we bought an induction hot plate for our little vacation cabin. Although the pans can be used for induction cooking, they are excellent for other cooking methods, and I started using them for my gas range at home. I love to cook, and I often make fairly complex recipes, so good pots and pans are essential. The T-fal pots and pans conduct heat better than stainless steel (my former favorite choice) and have a better nonstick surface than any other pan I've ever used.Even burnt-on food comes off easily with soap and water. This is an excellent basic set to get started with T-fal, although I did have to buy a 12-inch saute pan separately, as the 10" saute pan is not large enough for things like pasta and larger fish fillets. I use these pans daily now for everything from soups to sauces to sauteing and I love them.
Excellent cookware
November 16, 2016
This is a great set and works great on my glasstop stove. You will need to supplement with a deeper skillet if you do any frying. There are only two concerns: 1. The handles do warm up after being on the stove for long periods. It's not a problem but it was a surprise. 2. The spatula melted slightly around the edge during the first few uses. Not very much but enough to notice. After a few uses, there have been no further problems.
T-fal Professional series cookware a great value
August 7, 2015
Since I've been using the same old cookware for years, it was time for something new. The T-fal Professional cookware set really satisfied my expectations, and the price was extremely reasonable. All pieces are actually thicker and heavier than I expected and all work very well. For the price, I was surprised to see a set that contained pieces in different sizes that cover just about any cooking need. The red disk in the skillets that show when the cookware is ready to use is perhaps unnecessary, but after using it, it is a nice featurel. The nonstick surfaces on both the outside and the inside of each piece make cleanups a breeze. The only criticism that I have is that the lids from the pots do not fit the skillets. Sometimes you just need a lid for a skillet and it would have been so easy for T-fal to produce this set so that the lids did double duty. That is the only drawback that I have, otherwise the set is a quality set at a very reasonable price that hopefully will last for several years. If you decide that you do need a skillet with a lit, T-fal does have a 10" Professional series skillet with a lid that works beautifully. I know, I added that to my new cookware set.

Great pan
April 5, 2017
This is a great frying pan. Yes, it is slightly raised in the middle to allow the oil and grease to flow to the edge, but I'm not sure that's a bad thing as some have suggested. Very solid. Comfortable handle. Not too heavy. Attractive and easy to clean. Food doesn't stick but a little. The red glowing button doesn't seem to work with gas ranges, however. This is a much better pan than the green pan I purchased a few months earlier. Fantastic buy for the money. I highly recommend!
Tried and true.
March 12, 2017
After a year, this is still my go-to pan. I love my stainless set and they have their advantages at times, but a good non-stick is still necessary. Time generally has its way with cheaper non-stick pans (even cheap T-fal ones) after the first few months of use, and in about a year or two, it's in the trash. My T-fal "pro" still looks and works like the day I got it. No degradation of the surface at all.You could probably do better. I just doubt it's possible for less than $25.
After several months still looks & works great
February 9, 2017
Have it for several months now and it still looks and feels like new. Every so often I season (as it is recommended by the literature included) and the eggs slide over. I use it several times a week and although the bottom has discolored, the top and nonstick is in perfect shape. My wife placed it once in the washing machine and I noticed that the aluminum top had a haze. I just polished with a cloth and some dish soap. I prefer to hand wash it but that is a personal preference. I do get annoyed with the very high middle and when food slides to the side, but the temperature is the same and it comes out perfect every time. Great product
Genuinely non stick and super well made.
October 7, 2016
This pan really works great. We have had other pans that are so so, but this one really delivers. Nothing has ever stuck to it not matter how burned it was. We use this pan every day at least once if not two to three times. It is so versatile and since it is 12 inches it can hold enough food for the four of us. Clean up is super fast and the pan also heats up fast so it makes getting the cooking job done a lot faster too. We researched tons of pans before picking this one and we have been the happiest we ever have been with this type of pan. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make the cook time faster and non stick for real.
A Kitchen Must
January 4, 2015
Excellent skillet. I highly recommend this item. We purchased it after seeing it reviewed by Cook's Illustrated and once again, they came through. The pan is heavy weight enough to heat very evenly (I've used it on both gas and electric cooktops with excellent results) but not so heavy its a burden. The teflon coating seems very scratch resistant. The handle is very solid with no wiggle. I've taken the skillet from the stove top to the oven with no problem- the silicone handle can take the heat. I also routinely run this through the dishwasher with no problems. I've given this as a gift to two friends and they both rave about it. I was so pleased with this I also purchased the 10" model. I use this affordable skillet far more often than my pricey All-Clad skillet.
The Best of its Kind
March 15, 2014
I first saw this T-Fal fry/sauté pan reviewed on America’s Test Kitchen where it was selected as the best of its kind. I purchased the 12.5” model and I am very impressed with its quality, versatility and performance. It heats uniformly throughout the entire cooking surface, which is important when preparing food like an egg omelet. I’m not sure about the red dot so I simply use common sense when using the pan. The good news is, like with all cooking utensils, the more you use it, the better you learn its attributes. This T-Fal has a consistent quality and there are no surprises. That’s good enough for me.

If you camp, get one!
July 19, 2017
Just awesome! We put this in our motor home because it is hard enough to keep it cool in Texas without a gas burner running. Boils water for tea in about 3 minutes. So easy and energy efficient that now we just put it on a table outside the RV and cook there. Problem is now I am stuck having to put a full size one in the house kitchen to replace our traditional slide in stove/oven.
The solution we needed.
January 18, 2016
I had never experienced inductive cooking before, but we had a need to fill. It is amazing how simple this is to operate and maintain. It stores beautifully in our wide cabinet drawer so we are not sacrificing counter space when not in use. We didn't need to buy special pots since all of ours were stainless or cast iron. Check compatibility with a magnet -- if a magnet sticks, the pot is a good candidate for your inductive burner. It is great that it has a temperature sensor as well as timer for each burner. Shipping was quick, and it was packaged well. Perfect for our application.
That's really amazing, thanks Amazon
July 12, 2015
First of all: Thanks to Amazon, I really appreciate this site and it's credability. my package arrived in no time taking in consideration that we live overseas - Middel east. It arrived in only 8 days. That's really amazing, thanks Amazon.Second: The True Induction is really a great new technoloy, sit back and relax, save your money and time, and enjoy using True induction. So many people is concerned about the time of water boliling and to be honest it depends on the quantity of it. It may take less than 3 minutes and up to 10 minutes. The True Induction looks great, elegant, easy to clean, touch pannel. We have done so many delicious food on it. I really recommend this product. My only concern now about electricty consumption since the unit is 1800W, and when we use it on high temp. 370 and at the same time high speed: 10, there was a load on the electricity in the kitchen, may be this is realted to our technical construction of our building in here.Again thanks to Amazon, I really give you in specific 10 stars.
This is a good size cooktop for daily use
November 29, 2014
I purchased this in. 2015 and have used it almost daily. It is still working well and the surface looks beautiful. I highly recommend this item to anyone wishing to avoid a hot cooktop. I prefer cooking in gas stove tops but it is not always an option. Induction is my second choice, and it works so much better than a regular electric cooktop.Below this is what I wrote about another unit purchased in 2014.Works well. Read other reviewers feedback on the power settings. This is a good size cooktop for daily use. The only negative I can offer is that it is so easy to hit the 'on/off' area while cleaning the surface. The shipper did not pack the item within another box, so it arrived in a damaged box. The sides and glass top were in good condition, however, there was a 7" crack in the bottom, near one set of legs/support. Sadly, I returned this item.
Great Induction Cooktop!
November 17, 2013
This product is great. Have owned it for about a year now and have had no issues with it. We purchased this for our kitchenette project in the basement that did not have gas hook up ready, nor did it have a 50 amp outlet for an electrical stove ready. So to make things easy and since we were working with a small space this was perfect. The safety features are great and easily gets up to temperatures high enough to boil water. There is one concern I'd like to share with others and I won't rate it down, because this is more user error than product error. Please make sure you do not leave pans or any of the sort on this cook top. My sister had left a pan with a plastic ladle in it and it was "OFF." However, one our adventurous cats had walked on it, pressing the "ON" button. Well, the ladle melted and the house soon filled up with nasty toxic smoke. It was so horrible. This would seem to be common sense not to leave anything on the cook-top, but you know... smh.
Wonderful Stove
May 16, 2013
I think this is a great product. I bought it in Feb. and it is now May. I use it every day. It is my main source of cooking. Initially I was going to send it back because the fan hums. THe seller said no problem just return it. I decided to give it a try. And, no regrets. The two burners function nicely. The total heating output is 10. You can break it up with 6 -4; 5-5;7-3; 9-1. The two year guarantee helps you know this is one great product.I have environmental issues. And, this is so clean to use. It beats electric almost as good as gas without the inhalation of fumes. Get this stove you will love it. And, never look back.

Nice but missing a key feature
April 9, 2017
Nice product, great to use and easy to clean. I had bought this because it was the newest iteration of the set that stayed behind when I moved out of my previous domestic situation.I actually initially liked this set better -- slight design differences from the original set. However, this item is missing a key feature that I loved about the previous set -- the pot lids don't fit the frying pans. With the set I had before, the Dutch oven lid also fit the large frying pan, and one of the saucepan lids fit the small frying pan.Why they would re-engineer the item but leave that out, I couldn't tell you.Otherwise it is a great set for everyday cooking.

Perfect size set for RV lifestyle! With an induction cooktop, the selections can be few and far between!Upon further testing, the one egg wonder and the small sauce pan DO NOT work on our induction cooktop. The footprint is to small to activate the burner. We are searching for a induction flat pan to use underneath to activate the burner. Will update after we come up with an alternative.
One quart saucepan not detected by True Induction cooktops
March 10, 2017
Enjoying our first week of use of this fine cookware on our True Induction cooktop. The cookware performs as expected -- heat quickly and evenly. It cleans up easily. One issue with the one quart saucepan -- my True Induction cooktop does not detect this saucepan as the base is too small. There is a note on page 2 of the Tfal instructions under the T-fal Induction Compatible Cookware paragraph that states: "Products with an induction base equpal to 4.5 - 5 inches should not be used on induction hobs over 5.5 inches".This is not a show stopper as the set comes with both 2 and 3 quarts saucepans and lids but it was a bit disappointing that the smaller saucepan isn't usable to us.Hope this helps. :)
Great pots, need bigger skillet and no egg pan.
December 20, 2016
I did a lot of research before buying a pan set. Overall I'm very happy with it so far. My downgrade is for the so called egg wonder and skillet sizes. I should have used a ruler to check the sizes of the skillets. Both are excellent but we will have to buy a larger skillet to use too.We have a gas range with a small pot burner. My husband tried to cook 2 eggs today in the doll sized skillet. You can only baste eggs in it. You could never scramble eggs. The skillet is so small you can not turn an egg over. The tfal coating is excellent, the eggs came right out having only seasoned the pan and not adding oil. However the bottom of the eggs were overdone and I had to improvise a lid to get the top to cook. One reason I bought this set is there are only two of us and many pot sets have a taller stock pot. This size pot, and the smaller one, are perfect sizes for our use. I haven't used the steamer yet. It fits the smaller pot well as a steamer. I had hoped it fit inside more but that's a problem with buying online and not seeing something personally.Cleaning is great. I followed another reviewers advice and wash with dish soap on a paper towel and it's easy and quick.
Well....You do get what you pay for.
March 26, 2015
After seeing so many positive reviews on Amazon on these pots/pans used with induction cooktops, I decided to save money and purchased a set. What can I say? They are cheap and work (somewhat) with my Bosch induction cooktop (NIT5066UC). The whole set costs about the same as an Anolon pot I was thinking of buying. So, I figured I saved roughly close to $200. Well, like they said, you do get what you pay for.My cooktop has an auto detection mode. When you put a pot/pan on the cooktop and turn it on, it will detect which burner has the pot/pan. Well, the pots/pans from this set do not work quite well. Also, I noticed that the control is not that effective when using these pots/pans. At first I thought that my brand new cooktop was defective. However, I realized what was going on when I happened to use an old Circulon pot to boil some water on the cooktop. The water was boiling like crazy in the Circulon pot! Nothing like this happened when I was using the T-fal !!! I did some reading on the web and came to "my own" conclusion that the T-fal probably has smaller amount of ferromagnetic material in the pots/pans. This probably would make sense why my cooktop has a hard time detecting them. For example, if the pot is an inch or two smaller in diameter, the cooktop will not detect it.But, since these are cheap, I will continue using them. Granted that I must use rather higher temperature in order for them to be effective, unlike the Circulon pot. I'll get new pots/pans but will probably will be Circulon or Anolon instead.
Good Deal: Professional Quality Priced for the Amateur Kitchen
November 17, 2013
Very good set of basic pots and pans at a very good price [although - in all honesty - with one of the many coupons I get via Overstock.com - I could have even bought it a little cheaper than I paid at Amazon...] Our previous set of pots and pans is/was a Wearever/Teflon non-stick set (pieces of which we are still using after more than 10 years). We like that the T-Fal silicon handles that will allow us to pan sear on the stove top and then finish in an oven up to 350 degrees. The pans conduct heat very well and users should be careful to use at a lower heat than you might normally expect. We were able to turn out gorgeous, evenly cooked omelets (that were stuffed with fillings/veggies) with a medium to medium low setting on a gas range. The only caution is that you MUST first cure all your pans with a coating of vegetable oil and then repeat the process every 10-14 washings. The biggest surprise is that You CANNOT (Repeat: CANNOT) use any spray oils (e.g. Pam or generic brand sprays) to provide any lubrication when you cook.T-Fal states that using Pam, etc. (especially on the two frying pans which have a "waffle pattern" in the bottom) will invalidate your warranty - although we previously did use spray oils on all our Wearever Teflon/nonstick and never had a single problem doing so. (We have now switched to using a smidgen of "Smart Balance" in our new T-Fal pans at the beginning of most cooking processes instead)I bought this T-Fal Professional set for myself, but - so far - I would have been very happy if it had appeared as a birthday gift or under the Christmas Tree!

All around good non stick pan - gets the job done
May 5, 2017
This is the second T-FAL nonstick pan that we own, the old one finally stopping being non stick after 3+ year of heavy use. Pan is still great. Nothing really sticks, it's durable and does the job. Yes it does have a slight bump in the middle which causes oil to pool around the edges, but it really doesn't effect cooking at all. Based on another recommendation I had bought one of those copper pans you see on TV - DON'T Do it. They don't work. I followed the directions (low heat, no oil) and still had eggs sticking to the bottom. My only gripe with this pan is I wish it would have a slightly higher heat tolerance in the oven, but otherwise this is my go-to day in and day out.
Good pan for the price, but beware it might warp
March 9, 2017
Very good pan, slick and slippery as it should be. I have noticed a slight warping. The bottom is no longer perfectly flat, food tends to head for the edges now after only a few months. Replacement for an ancient pan whose Teflon was peeling away. Large enough for a family sized stir fry. If not for warping, would rate it a five. This is a good and heavyweight pan. Great for the price.
I'm just happy to have a pan that doesn't Warp
December 8, 2016
Update.... pan still working great .......As far as the pan itself it works good. I like how big it is and how far up the sides come. It hasn't warped since I've been using it so everything still lays flat. I cooked some fried chicken in it the other day so I had it on for a while and the only thing that bothered me was to handle got harder than I would have thought it would just sitting on the stove top but other than that it held the heat evenly it never worked the pan that you can cook great as I said the only issue I have with it is Hell hot to handle got and it's supposed to be rated for the oven up to 350 degrees which I'm going to try but it got really hot just on the stovetop cooking fried chicken for 30 minutes. Other than that as I said it's cooked evenly it's large enough to cook fried chicken in and the pan never warped or bent.
Coating can be scratched off.
December 8, 2016
All non-stick pans are great when they are new, so we'll have to see. Don't really use the heat indicator ring on the surface. The manual says you can use metal tools on the cooking surface but I would not recommend it. While in my sink, something must've rubbed against my new pan near the handle rivets inside the pan and easily removed the coating there. Not a big deal, but shows this non-stick coating might now be as bulletproof as indicated. Also, whatever scratched it off could not have applied much pressure as I don't load up my sink much less haphazardly on top of my new pan. Ordered a carbon steel one in case as I don't feel the surface will last much long than my many other pans.
Professional Chef Review: 1 Year of Constant Use
March 1, 2016
This is an honest review from a professional chef who has used this product in their home kitchen almost every day for an entire year. I was not paid to write this review nor did I receive any compensation for my efforts.Initial Observations:I bought this pan for home use on January 2, 2015. I never use small frying pans, so the 12.5'' was an easy choice. I was initially intrigued that the bottom of the pan was convex and doubted whether the pan would distribute oil/butter evenly for browning/frying. The sides of the pan appeared to be slanted high enough to sautee without the use of a turner/spatula (i.e. using the wrist to move food in the pan). The handle felt comfortable in my hand and the riveting appeared to be sturdy. The overall weight and balance of the pan did not feel awkward.Use and Abuse:Despite my hesitation about the convex bottom, the pan browns more evenly than any pan I've ever used. The pan's ability to cook eggs is superior to any pan I've ever used. When multitasking, I can sautee without using utensils. The pan withstands high heat, does not warp and is easy to clean. I do not allow the pan to cool fully before washing it directly under water. I do not use ANY metal utensils in this pan. Minor scratches have accrued. After 1 year, the surface is slightly less non-stick. Use with metal utensils is NOT recommended under any circumstances. It has yet to be determined whether the coating is being removed during cooking or during non-abrasive washings. I sincerely hope it's the latter. The rivets are not flush with the pan. Food debris collects around the rivets if not cleaned properly. The handle construction has shown no sign of wear. The rivets are fastened securely to the pan. The pan's ability to heat and cool quickly is excellent.T-Fal Claims that:1. The unique T-fal Thermo-Spot heat indicator shows when the pan is perfectly preheated for cooking. [TRUE]2. Prometal Pro nonstick interior is exceptionally durable and scratch resistant. [FALSE]3. Safe for use with metal utensil. [FALSE]4. Stainless steel disc for even heat distribution. [TRUE]5. Anti-warp protection. [TRUE]6. Dishwasher Safe. {TRUE]7. Oven safe to 400 degrees F. [TRUE]8. Safe for all cooking methods including induction. [TRUE]In my professional opinion, using a metal turner/spatula is not recommended. The two most important claims that T-Fal promotes (i.e. that the surface is durable/scratch resistant and is safe to use with metal utensils) are false. Although I enjoy using this pan at the house, I do not consider this product "professional" quality. An alternative coating would eliminate this issue altogether and would not significantly increase production costs: https://www.google.com/patents./US20100276432.In short, I highly recommend this product for home use only. My 4 star review is extremely generous considering the fact that advanced material science and nano-technology is not being used to create a superior consumer product.
Good, but not Great
August 14, 2015
I bought this 12-inch pan after having seen a review on 'America's test kitchen' where they basically tested different sets of saute/omelette pans ranging from cheap to very expensive brands and they picked this one based on its performance. So far, it's performing as well as expected and It's so easy to clean. The red circle in the center of the pan tells you it's heated and ready for cooking. Overall satisfied. However, what I did not expect was how easily the pan would lose its shape. I always wait until my pans have cooled to room temperature before washing them to avoid warping them. I was surprised that after just 3 months of use, this pan is no longer flat and circular. I expected the pan to be more durable than it has proven to be. The pan is still usable, but I have purchased Sugiyama Metal Wide Frypan for almost the same price. This wide pan has enough space to cook and lighter than T-fal one. T-fal is one of Japanese reliable brand, but some of their pan might be defective(?) as other reviewers mentioned.

Cooks food great and quickly
December 19, 2016
Cooks food great and quickly. Heats up instantly and cools promptly. It is picky about the cookware you can or can not use. It did surprise me that more expensive cookwares it refused to heat. My La Maison does work great with the True Induction.
Awesome cooktop!
July 18, 2016
Great piece of equipment, but I had to return it for a 1-burner option as it was too big for the space. We bought it for a rental studio and sadly did not have to counter space for it.
Love it but could have more helpful instruction manual
March 11, 2015
The product looks and works great. Purchased to use in a small summer rental cottage. My only critique is that the instructions were just adequate. More explanation could be provided to consumer on heat settings and power settings. Perhaps some examples of typical uses and associated heat settings. You pretty much have to figure it out through trial. I had stainless steel cookware so no problem (cooks beautifully) HOWEVER my brother was extremely frustrated with cooking eggs until he found a compatible non-stick pan. I made fried eggs in regular stainless steel pan using PAM and had no problems.
Not for heavy usage but a good cooktop.
January 1, 2015
Works good as long as you have the proper pot. The 2 burner model has to share the power between both burners, so you need to plan your cooking. One burner can be set high but not both at the same time. The second burner that you turn on will have to use whatever power remains. Example: 100% minus 70% on burner one leaves 30% power for burner two.
Great Induction Cook top
October 16, 2014
Great cooktop. It works better than my first Induction cooktop (Fagor) but cost 4 times as much. It works with a 11" pan where the Fagor's trim was burnt. The true Induction will not work on my 1.5 quart Induction pan (Fundix - Integral Function System ~ $120) that worked on the Fagor. It would be nice if it was half as thick and had 2 cords and could work with both units on high.. The price is low vs a built in unit.
Overall size of this unit did not mention there is an additional lip.
September 13, 2014
We like the top. It replaced a recessed gas top in our RV so the width was critical to be able to fit through the ceramic opening. This top has a lip around the edge causing it be slightly larger than the 23" advertised size so it did not go through the counter top opening. As a result, much more modification was required before the top was successfully installed.

February 23, 2017
Great set of cookware but the lids don't fit the frypans. They are a bit too small. The strainer is useless as well. The pans are flat on the bottom and heat up well. I wish I saw posts about the lack of frypan lids before I purchased the set.
Fry Pan Problem
November 24, 2016
I bought the set C515SC along with a Newave induction cooker several weeks ago. The smallest fry pan will NOT work on an induction cooker! Yes, I have brought this to Amazon's attention 3 times, with poor response, imho. You probably would be better off purchasing set C506SC. If you are buying extra T-Fal pots or pans, look for the ones that start with a "C" - they are more likely to be for induction. FYI, Many years ago I had a full set of T-Fal "4-U" induction pots and pans, and was extremely satisfied with all of them. This new "ExpertPro" is not as good, imho.
... because I don't think these pans are all that great. I like to cook and I find these ...
July 26, 2016
I bought this set based on the recommendations of the show America's Test Kitchen but I am beginning to think they get paid for their endorsements of products because I don't think these pans are all that great. I like to cook and I find these pans difficult to clean.
Small pans.
March 28, 2016
I doubt very seriously that I'll still be using these in two years. Two of the pots are just too small to use for much. The small frying pan is ridiculously small. The big frying pan is what I would consider small for a regular sized frying pan. Even the big pan isn't as big as it should be. They haven't fallen apart yet, so, they keep the 3 star rating. I will have to be more careful in the future in really reading the descriptions.
Not sure about the durability...
March 13, 2015
I bought this set in July 2013, and gave all the pieces away to a young couple, keeping only the 8" sauté pan for myself. I use that about twice/week, mostly for eggs and grilled sandwiches. Now (Mar 2015), after maybe 100 uses, the non-stick coating is ineffective with eggs and is visibly starting to deteriorate. I know non-stick pans don't last forever, but for the highest rated non-stick pan in Cook's Illustrated, I must confess I expected a longer life. I have 30 year old cookware that still functions, and the idea of replacing a pan away after 2 years is a bit disappointing.
Like the cookware, BUT
June 11, 2014
Looked hard before replacing my cookware. The set is just what I need as far as size, lids, etc. Cooks well on my smooth top range, BUT the large dutch oven size pot is loosing the coating on the inside where the handles are attached. I use it a lot, always clean it carefully, AND place toweling between each piece, don't think this should be happening so soon.

Okay, but not All Clad
May 18, 2017
The pan works great as a non-stick pan, but it is bowed, so the oil sits around the edge, so it doesn't work for a lot of frying. I use this pan on an induction stove and it gets nowhere as hot as my All Clads on the same stove. I use high on the range with this pan. If I did that with my All Clad, I would burn the pan in about 5 minutes. It is a useful pan for the money, but not a replacement to good cookware.
Disappointing; works poorly on induction
May 12, 2017
Not as good as other T-fal pans. This does work on induction, but not very well. On a 9-point temperature control, medium-high (the highest ever recommended for nonstick pans) is 6, but this pan requires 7.5, and even at that setting it takes much longer to heat than any other pan I have. Other reviews have noted that the center is slightly raised, and mine also has this problem, with any liquid pooling around the periphery, leaving the center dry/unoiled. The nonstick surface performs well, and for this price I won't bother to return it, but I am disappointed and will not buy it again. T-fal's regular nonstick skillet, which I've used on a conventional electric stove, and their regular stainless steel skillet, which works on induction, are some of the best buys on the market.
Non-stick, great. Raised center, not so much.
January 21, 2015
The only reason why I gave this pan a 3 instead of a 5 is that like noted in other reviews, the center is slightly raised so the pan isn't flat. Maybe this is on purpose to let grease slide to edges, but when you're cooking with oil or butter, you want it to cover the whole bottom of the pan and not go to the sides. The non-stick works great and is easy to clean.
Great to use, limited lifespan
April 29, 2014
After having the pan for about 18 months, here's what I can say:For a long time, it was a sheer joy to use - the non-stick worked amazingly, heated evenly. The center dot would change colors when it was heated up.And then, about a year in, the non-stick wore off. Now, it's a hassle to clean. The center dot doesn't seem to work any more. I don't know how this lifespan compares to other non-stick pans, but, needless to say, I'm a little disappointed. As far as I know, we were treating it well within its usage limits. It's also worth noting that the center is slightly raised, which has made it a little harder to make eggs - they always run to the sides of the pan, which are much cooler. I hear it's better for meats, though, because it causes the grease to run off to the sides.
My 8" & 10" great but 12.5 is not flat
February 13, 2014
First, my review is an average of the 3 pan sizes (details follow); I was limited to one review as they are sold on the same page. My 8" & 10.25" (about a year old) are 5 star pans: slick, durable, and easy to clean. They seem to be relatively flat, as omelets cook evenly and cover the whole pan. So I recently bought the 12.5" (1 star rating) and returned it after one use because my pancake batter ran away from the center before it could start to cook (though the pan was pre-heated), and the pancakes were thicker near the pan edge where the batter pooled the most. Several reviewers say T-fal raises the center on purpose to prevent warping; if so, it's not noticeable on my smaller pans but was significant on the 12.5".
Decent pan, but bottom not flat
December 12, 2013
I want to give this 4-5 stars. It's a reasonable non-stick pan, with respectable weight. But the very first time I cooked on it I noticed that the bottom isn't flat. It's slightly rounded, with the highest point in the middle. When I dropped my first fried egg into the pan and watched it skid away to the outside edge (on a stove that I've been cooking on for ages) I knew this would be a pain in the butt.Truth be told, I imagined using this pan for all sorts of things, and among them were fried eggs and crepes. But there's no way I can make crepes in this, and I have to break my eggs into it around the edge. It's good for cooking other stuff though so it has earned occasional usage and 3 stars. It's also possible that my pan was a fluke, although it didn't look damaged in any way. But in case this is just how the pans are made, I figured I'd give a fair warning.

Good but needs more temperature setting options
January 31, 2017
It's good value for money, very compact and very safe. I do find that a 30 degree Fahrenheit adjusting increment is too wide however. There are only 10 temperature settings, each 30 degrees f apart. That does not allow enough nuanced temperature control for my taste.
It works, but not recommended.
June 8, 2016
Been using this for just about 3 years now. This thing works, but here's why I would not purchase this again. The reason why I purchased this in the first place was I was too cheap to add a 220VAC line when we were remodeling the kitchen. This 110VAC solution seemed like a better and adequate solution at the time. Well, I definitely regret that decision. As other users have already mentioned, the 2 burners split the total 1800 Watts. I do a lot of stir fry and boiling stuff. And it's just about impossible for me to use both burners at the same time. I mean why even bother, I need one of the burner on the highest setting. I also purchased this with the intention of using it for hot pot. Again, having 2 burners is pretty much useless because you can only use 1 burner at full power. We ended up buying another portable butane burner, But now the induction top is taking up more space then needed. Here's what I should've done.Add the darn 220 VAC line and get a 220 induction cook top.Buy 2x single induction cook top. I do have 2 separate lines of outlets going to 2 different breakers, having 2 cooktops would allow me to use both at full power at the same time. Same goes for hot pot nights.

My unit was bad I think, but otherwise seems like it could be a good product
September 28, 2015
I think I got a bad unit. I have used induction in Belgium and you could see the heating numbers quite clearly. These seem to have like bubbling in the way making it hard to read. It also seemed to either not get hot enough or hot to fast compared to what I used overseas. It might be a brand thing I am not certain or like I said a bad unit. I wouldn't discredit True Induction. I am always suggesting everyone go with induction units verse gas or normal electric. These are very safe and portable. As a college student I don't have time to go into the mess of figuring out the bugs with a full course load. I will probably repurchase another unit later. I read some great reviews and I would still give it another chance later with a different unit.
burner is only 6.5" across

Burners are only 6.5" across... so if you are using a 10" pan there are cold spots around the egdes
A good starter Induction top. Not like a full range,
June 4, 2012
We are planning a kitchen overhaul and I bought one of these to let my wife experiment with induction cooking before we install a full induction range. Our home is all electric so gas isn't an option. She loved it from the get go. Very little adjustment really since she had been cooking on an electric range for years. But be aware, since this is 110 volt unit, it doesn't have near the power of a full 220 volt range. It splits 100% of its power between the two burners. You can run one burner at 100% and the other at zero.. ...both burners at 50%....or one at 70% and the other at 30%. You get the point. And...you really need 100% to sear or fry, so its mostly a one burner unit.Still... We love it and when we get our new induction range, I'll move this portable unit to my RV.

2 useless pans.
June 26, 2017
The small pan (perfect for one egg) not magnetic. Useless for induction. Large skillet will only work on small burner. Not a large enough conduction area. Ended up buying an additional pan in it's place.
like another reviewer stated (and took pictures) the bottom of ...
November 3, 2016
They are ok, they're pans. Here's the thing: like another reviewer stated (and took pictures) the bottom of the pans are not flat. Liquids and oil run to the outside edges. If I am frying something (like breaded shrimp) have to tilt the pan to get the oil on all sides. Didn't think it would be a big deal - but kinda is. The lids for the pots don't fit the pans. Again, didn't think it would be a big deal - but it is.Now - I remodeled and installed the Samsung induction stove which is great. But these pans ARE NOT compatible with my stove - YES they are induction compatible but not all of the pans are size compatible. The pan / pot must roughly match the size of the burner. For instance, the very small egg pan (about 4" in diameter) is too small to activate a burner - not even the smaller burner in the center rear. I wish I could use it. The other two pans and two pots only work on the 2 medium size burners. None of the pans/pots are large enough to activate the largest burner. So, to clarify; only 4 of the five pots/pans will work on only 2 of the 4 burners on my new stove. I can only use half of my new stove at a time and only 4 of the 5 pots / pans. And they do not have flat bottoms. Which is ironic given the effort we made to make sure the stove was level for cooking - all for nothing. My suggestions: If you have an induction stove (really cool), just go to the store and buy your pans one at a time for what you need and the cooking you want to do. Measure your burner and measure the pan. Add to your set as you need something. I doubt there is a "be all" set out there. That's what I should have done.See ya!
The nonstick seems great and the reviews were mostly good
August 22, 2016
They say they are induction ready. We have a samsung induction cooktop. We bought this set to replace a Racheal Ray set we have had for 6 years, but was not non stick. Decided to break down and get these. For some reason, they do not work on our cooktop. The nonstick seems great and the reviews were mostly good, but we will be looking for a better product.

May 18, 2016
i purchased this set and i was told it was scratch resistant, and it would work well. But, to my dismay it was scratching whether i used a metal utensil or not, and the non-stick is not durable and so food was sticking in the frying pan in particular. disappointing,
Smaller than you'd think. The small ones don't have power to turn on the induction.
March 9, 2016
I ordered the T-Fal cookware for conduction cooking and while I like the conduction cooktop as it is quick and easy to clean, the cookware pots and skillets are much smaller and shallower than I had hoped. They are not as deep and the tiny skillet is just that - TINY.I do, however, like the weight (a little heavier) and the even bottom as my aluminum had become warped over time. I've been using it for a week, so this review might change.Edit on 04/30/16... The small pots are useless on my conduction cooktop as they don't have enough ferrous metal in them to switch the magnet in the cooktop. I bought the cooktop on Amazon as well. December 26, 2015
Frying pans bottom are not flat, it's concave. Is it design like that so it will be flat after of many many uses? For a while, oil settle at the edge, non in the middle unless using a lot of oil. When frying eggs, it does not cook evenly. T-fal still has to develop flat bottom surface on their frying pans. However cleaning and washing them are easy.

you can easily see that when you put oil in the pan
April 26, 2017
Thought this would be a winner, but after two uses, you can easily see that when you put oil in the pan, it drifts to the perimeter of the pan leaving the entire center uncoated. Also, the center, oddly, cooks slower. It's an uneven cooking platform. PS, I have a gas grill. It otherwise is very nonstick and easy to clean, but if the pan is not flat and not cooking evenly, it's defeats the entire purpose of the pan. Disappointing.
... using this pan and it has an overall a good nonstick surface but it isn't entirely flat
July 18, 2016
First time using this pan and it has an overall a good nonstick surface but it isn't entirely flat. This causes things like eggs to instantly spread to the outside of the pan making it so your food is all right against the edge. Very disappointing.
Why couldn't they make the base of this pan flat?
May 1, 2016
The only flaw I've found, although it's an annoying one, is that the base is slightly domed, meaning that things will tend to slide to the outer edge. This is a problem if you're doing something like frying an egg. It's hard to understand why they would have made it like this since it must have been deliberate, and I can't imagine any reason this would be beneficial, and there are plenty of reasons it isn't.
Losing Coating!
February 3, 2016
Seemed okay at 1st, but after less than one dozen uses, I see that the red "Indicator" and surrounding silver coating pattern has been coming off in the food. I pray to God it isn't a health issue! I am using a bamboo spatula only and wipe the pan clean after use with a paper towel while hot. NEVER scrubbed, NEVER used any detergents, just hot water and a soft paper towel. Am disappointed as it has so many "Super" reviews.
The legend or the myth?
March 21, 2015
I purchased based on the majority of good reviews and the recommendation from ATK, really surprised about the latter. The only complaint they had after torturing this pan way beyond whatever I'd do were loose rivets. I figured I could avoid pounding the pan on a counter or heating to 500 degrees and plunging into a bucket of ice water! I have to assume T-fal is a victim of its own success, great publicity increased its market share so quickly that the pan tested in early 2013 has only a passing similarity to the product being manufactured today. I can affirm the two times I used it nothing stuck to it...hence the two stars. The thicker bottom plate expands at a greater rate then the thin shoulder and sides when heated resulting in a dome forming across the center of the pan. Made no difference how slowly the pan is heated in my two attempts at reaching medium temperature. Once the pan cooled it returned to its former flat surface. Note: I'm using a glass top electric range which may or may not influence these results.
Warped in less than two years despite super-annoying hump in the middle
December 8, 2014
Had this for just under two years now and it's warped so that it no longer will sit flat on the burner.I bought this because it was the highest rated pan I could find on Amazon, but was pretty disappointed from the outset due to the hump in the middle. I assume it's to try to prevent warping, but the hump causes all your oil or butter to run from the center to the very edges of the pan, which was a constant annoyance for me. It would be one thing if it actually did prevent the pan from warping, but less than two years in of not very frequent use, and the pan is already ruined. Maybe all cheap-ish non-stick pans are disposable like this with very limited lifespans -- I don't have much experience with frying pans before this, so I don't really know. But it seems to me that the bottom line is that we might be better off buying an even cheaper pan if they all do this eventually.I now have a stainless steel All Clad saute pan which I'll use for most things, but I still need a new non-stick pan for things like eggs. Also I never got any utility out of the weird marker in the middle. It's supposed to indicate the temperature of the pan, but didn't seem to change much to me.

Nice product, but better hope the glass doesn't crack.
June 14, 2017
We bought this cooktop for our air bnb unit. Seemed to work fine, great idea for a mini kitchen. Some guests were confused, because unless there is a pan on the cooktop (it senses weight), it will not turn on.After about 14 months we discovered a crack in the glass. Unsafe to use, needed to have glass replaced. My experience with customer service was 0 stars. Very hard to get feedback. After a call and several emails I got an RMA and was told they would repair it for $149. After packing it and taking it to USPS, I had a quote for over $70 for shipping from CA to FL. So, in total, the cost to repair would be almost the cost of a new unit. I tried several times - 2 calls and 4 emails, all with no response, to ask if they could work with me on shipping. Finally I gave up and took it to an e-waste recycler. All in all - bear in mind that this is a glass cooktop. Glass can break, so not the most durable product, and if it is you might as well buy a new one, because customer service is a joke, and repair expensive.. I like that it is efficient and it is a quality portable unit as far as functionality. For my particular use a regular plug in electric burner is going to be a better choice.
Disappointed.
March 16, 2017
Not happy with this. It receives light use and the thing is already malfunctioning. The fan doesn't turn off when you turn the hob off anymore, so you have to unplug it to turn the fan off. The temperature control isn't that good. Basically there is low or hot. The actual size of the part that heats is the small circle shown in the photo. Large things like my cast iron griddle are way bigger than the heating element. I put a paper towel under my Pasta pot like they do in the demos and it seriously scorched the paper towel, so you could potentially start a fire with this. I was standing right there and saw it happen luckily. I would not buy this again. This was my first experience with induction cooking. This technology in the USA needs more development.
nice lookin don't work

Well built but hate the way it cooks.

I really don't think this cooktop is worth the price. I don.t think this is for anyone who is really into cooking. If one wants to try induction cooking, buy the single cooktop.

Don't waste your money on this set
September 14, 2017
I like this set okay (when they actually work), my husband...not so much :( We just installed an induction cook top & sadly, these pans do not seem to work as well as the higher quality set, such as All Clad. These tend to take a bit longer to come to a boil than the better high end brands as well. I love this set only because of the weight factor -- I have a difficult time with the All Clad piece weight, then adding water to the mix...not so easy for me to carry around the kitchen. In the end, of I had it to do over again, I would have put more time in to my research & more than likely, would have gone in another direction :(
Doesn't work for induction
August 13, 2017
Horrible product. Basically a scam. One of the frying pans is so small it's basically for a child's play kitchen. The other frying pan is also pretty small, and doesn't even come with a lid. Worst of all, it's advertised as induction-compatible, but it took 5 min plus to boil an inch of water in the large pot. We were worried that our induction range was defective. Luckily, we decided first to purchase another set of pots (the duxtop professional), and then the culprit became clear: boiling the same amount of water in the duxtop professional took ~ 50 sec.
Not for induction
June 24, 2017
I bought this set for use on a Gaggenau induction cooktop in a home recently purchased. Out of six pans, only the smallest sauce pan and fry pan work; the rest have warped bottoms, do not sit flat, and will not work on induction. Very disappointed in the quality control on pans that looked good and were advertised as induction compatible. I am returning to Amazon and hunting for anything of better quality.
if you would like for it to last more than a year I ...
August 2, 2016
This set has a wonder non-stick surface however, if you would like for it to last more than a year I would choose a different brand. What they don't tell you in the care instructions or on the website is that it can only be used under low or medium heat or else it will be rendered useless within a short time. Their warranty does not cover anything so it's not even worth trying. This set also can't be washed in the dishwasher per the care instructions. It's pretty much a worthless piece of junk at this point. I'm including the email that was sent to me about the warranty so that everyone knows how worthless it is:From date of purchase, T-fal guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes any damage resulting from improper use and care. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal. We will be happy to provide a warranty evaluation. Please review the following explanation of issues that can occur with non stick cookware and potential ways to resolve them. Most instances when the non-stick coating has lost its' non-stick properties, it is due to overheating of the pan. Cookware with non-stick coatings should be used on low to medium heat settings. One indication that your pan has been overheated is that your non-stick has turned a brown or rusty color. Overheating of the non-stick coating will cause the non-stick properties to break down. As a result you will find that foods are sticking to the cookware. Overheating voids the warranty. You may try to clean the non-stick coating with a mixture of baking soda and mild dish detergent using a soft cloth. Depending on the degree of overheating, this may help return some of the non-stick performance. If there are digs, nicks or scratches to the non-stick coating from the use of metal utensils or sharp knives, this will affect the performance of the non-stick and will void the warranty.Wearing away of the non-stick due to use of abrasive cleaners or scouring pads is not covered under the warranty. If the non-stick appears to be flaking, but you do not see metal underneath, this may be due to residual oil build up on the pan. Oils hide within non-stick surfaces in places where they cannot be removed simply with soap and water. These oils burn during subsequent uses and create a layer that food can stick too and also can flake off. Sprinkle a bit of the baking soda into your pan. Add warm water and dish detergent to make a soupy solution. Use a soft cloth, plastic-looped scrubber, or a food-grade nylon scrubbing brush to agitate the debris in a circular motion. Rinse well with cold water and dry thoroughly to avoid spotting.

Does not work on all Induction stoves.
August 29, 2014
I bought this set in hopes that it would work with my induction stove (Samsung NE599). Finding induction capable non-stick cookware sets is difficult. In the past I have been very happy with tfal sets. However this set did not work very well. The only pots that worked with my stove where the 8" fry pan, and the 2/3Qt sauce pan. These only worked on my smallest hob. Everything else were not detected by my stove. It was work a shot, but this cookware set did not work out.

There is better - Waste of money
January 9, 2016
I ordered a set of these pans because they came highly rated on a cooking show I watch that tests cooking implements. I did not use them for a year after I purchased them because my other non-stick pans were still working well. When I finally used them I noticed that the bottom was not flat. This makes cooking difficult because all the juice and fat will run to the outside edges. I don't like to use a lot of oil so it made frying egg rolls and bacon impossible unless I wanted to fill the pan up with oil. Their customer service said"Please note that cookware is generally designed with a slightly raised center to allow for the expansion of the metals during the heating or cooking process."This is simply not true and to prove it I set out some of my pans and added a bit of water. From the picture you can see the T-fal pans are the only ones that have a raised middle and the water pools to the edge. All the other pans the water was evenly distributed and not pooling to the outside edge.I cook all the time and anyone that knows me calls me a hard core foodie. I take my cooking seriously and I cannot recommend T-fal non-stick pans. If you want a good quality non-stick pan spend $10 more and get the one in the right side of the pan. Search for "stone earth pan" and get the value for you money.
Too many structural problems for this one to be a lemon.
May 21, 2015
I purchased this pan to replace a workhorce non-stick T-Fal I've had for the last 2 years. I bought this specific one because it was an America's Test Kitchen recommendation. However, this pan turned out to be one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made. I'm going to try to return it. I have used it 4 times and always washed by hand.1) The pan is NOT level. Oil and liquidy items pool around the edges as the center is slightly raised.2) The handle rivets are already coming loose.3) For some reason this pan takes *forever* to heat up. I use 2 other heavy-duty Calphalon non-stick pans as well as All Clad pans so I used to thicker-bottomed cookware. However, I do not own another pan that takes as long to heat.Either this one was a dud or the Chinese manufacturing facility (and T-Fal's QA department) doesn't know what the hell they're doing.
Nothing "professional" about a pan that wears through nonstick coating in 4 months!
April 19, 2015
I bougth this for Christmas and am VERY disappointed in this pan. After just 4 months of use, it is already losing its nonstick coating in several places. We have followed all directions about cleaning and re-seasoning the pan after a few uses. Yet it still is wearing very quickly. There is nothing "professional" about a pan that wears through its nonstick coating in less than 6 months!T-fal pans I have owned in the past have lasted years and years - 10+ years. This one is wearing much differently and won't even last 6 months. See pics, the coating is wearing in a circular pattern around the "thermo-spot" indicator and also beginning to wear on the right side of the pan in this picture.
Amazing coating, unusable due to defect
March 10, 2015
Note: this review is for the 12-inch pan.I have both stainless steel cookware and cast iron, but both require a little bit of care so I decided to have one non-stick pan around for various things when I'm busy. I like the idea of an ultra non-stick surface and dishwasher safe. When I received the cookware, I fired it up my stove and cooked an egg. The non-stick properties of the pan are incredible! And if reviews are to be believed, the coating is very durable. Quite a bargain at under $30 - that is if the metal of the pan was decent quality.I saw the one star reviews talking about the pan not being flat, but with a 4.5/5 star rating I figured "How bad could it be?" Bad. Very bad. The worst part is that when the pan is cold, it is 100% flat. When it heats up, the center bows up very high making it unusable for anything abut stir-fry. And even then, on a cermic top electric stove, you're really going to have to crank the heat thanks to the uneven and low performance heating caused by the raised middle. With heated oil, I shake the pan to evenly distribute it, then two seconds later, it's pooled in a 1-inch thick ring around the edge.I'm glad I bought it from Amazon, the return was as easy as can be and didn't cost me a thing (as it should be with defective products). I didn't realize that nearly all the 1-star reviews are from the 12-inch. So I highly recommend getting the 8 or 10 inch. I'm amazed T-fal hasn't fixed the defect in the 12-inch version and I probably won't be purchasing another T-fal product as reviews of this defect go back at least four years! Amazon really shouldn't group the reviews for products like this, or at least give the user a way to separate the reviews by different sizes - I'll bet the 12-inch would not be 4.5/5 stars.
Surface started flaking after less than 2 month!
October 29, 2014
Surface started flaking after less than 2 months; T-Fal customer service is making me pay the shipping to review the defect. Prior to that, it was a great pan, so I'm not sure if I got a defective one, but it's alarming that the pan is already flaking around the head spot and around the non-stick coating marks. I called customer service and was told I needed to return the pan so they could determine if it was a factory defect. When I asked about shipping, the rep said I had to pay for the shipping and would not be reimbursed. That is completely unacceptable for a situation like this; now what should I do? Should I pay $10 to $15 to ship it back and possibly get another crappy pan or just cut my loses and toss it?
Severe warping after about 4 uses.
May 25, 2014
I bought this pan for the high reviews, ignoring the few reviews about it warping. I wish I hadn't!After a very short time and normal use, this pan developed a severe warp. The bottom bowed upwards, so the edges got extremely hot while the middle stayed cold. This makes the pan totally unusable. I took a photo of it with an L-square tool, it showed the bottom bowing up by almost 1/2 an inch! All in all, the pan lasted less than 30 days before it was totally and completely unusable. Thankfully I'm sill in my return window. It is not for mistreating the pan, either. The pan this was supposed to replace - a "Anolon Advanced Nonstick Fry Pan" that can be found here on Amazon - lasted three years, and only had to be replaced because the nonstick coating was failing.Either the quality on this item has dropped severely, or their manufacturing process produces erratic results. Either way, I won't be buying another.

DO NOT BUY

Will break on you months after purchase. Customer pays $50 to ship back for repair under warranty. No refunds issued. Beware, despite performing technician-guided troubleshooting, upon receipt of shipped return, technician will say burners work fine but was elsewhere broken during shipping. Hmm... it breaks despite being bubble wrapped between layers of shipping peanuts....and miraculously repairs itself...In the end, I recommend buying something low tech, cheaper, and more reliable that you will end up needing to buy in a year anyway, rather than losing over $300 and lots of your precious time on a useless item marketed as "energy efficient."
Total waste of money.
November 17, 2016
Absolute waste of money, terrible customer support. I have very high end pots and pans that work perfectly on a different brand of induction plate. The True induction will only turn on the inside burner on my large pots and pans. I called True induction and their answer was to purchase infuser plates which absolutely defeats the purpose of an induction cooktop in my opinion. Amazon return policy is horrible on this item, or they could have it back. Don't waste your hard earned money on this item.
Less than a Year Fail !!! Shame on Amazon's Return Policy :(
September 24, 2016
It hasn't been a full year yet and the unit is failing !!!!I don't understand how a non mechanical appliance can become faulty so quickly? When it worked it is an awesome way to cook, but now I am stuck with a unit with only one working burner, and I am pretty disgusted with Amazon's return policy on this, at least a year should be given to allow enough "use time" to evaluate a product. Less than a year is horrible and worst of all I can't get it fixed :(Video ------> [...]
Does not get very hot even if using only one ...
August 2, 2016
Does not get very hot even if using only one burner. Second burner just gives an error number that the manual doesn't explain. Wish we hadn't missed the deadline for returning it.
Very limited return time, Unit failed in 4 months and can't return.
April 13, 2016
I have had this burner for 4 months and have used it only a handful of times. When working it does the job well, but the left side stopped turning on. Buyer Beware, there is only a 1 month window to return this product. I have contacted the manufacture to check warranty and they never responded back. Really poor for being one of the more expensive units.
