| Great Price!!September 5, 2017 Purchased as a gift. Was told that it's extremely easy and quick to put together. My wife, our 2-day old daughter (at the time) and I were involved in a car accident. My car received heavy rear end damage. I got by a motorcyclist and a very big truck. We were going about at speeds of 35 mph. The paramedics saw my daughter and told my wife and I that she was fine and there was no bruising and no irregular respiratory symptoms. The paramedics and firefighters even were at awe to see that the car seat had not received any damage. They gave us a "good job" thumbs up and told us everything will be fine (except my car).So I trust this seat and product from this company. At first I bought this because it was a little more around my budget and the positive reviews from other buyers made it more trusting to buy, but now I'm here typing this telling you that this is a sturdy seat from my point of view. Totally up to you if you guys want to buy it, but it saved my daughter's life. Better and cheaper priced than any combo I saw in storesOctober 22, 2015 I bought this to have for my first child. (Due November 2015) Shipped to me in one week. A simple glance over the instructions made it very easy to learn how to hook up for use and tear down to stow away. I was concerned buying a carseat online as I know they have expiration dates but thankfully mine has a manufacture date of June 2015 on the carseat therefore no worries, as it won't expire anytime soon. The straps in both the carseat and stroller are easy to clip together and feel securely in place. Friends who got fancier/more expensive car seats complain about their babies getting heat rashes from all the padding. This option is padded enough to be safe but is definitely not a luxurious cocoon. I don't regret buying it, but my one complaint is that I wish the stroller were easier to push and navigate. When I change direction, it sometimes requires an extra application of force but careful steering so that the stroller doesn't tip over. This is annoying. The car seat feels fine, but the stroller does feel cheap -- it needs to be handled steadily when lifting, otherwise stress bend marks will appear. | Please go for Graco or something elseMay 16, 2017 I started using this 2 months ago after my mom got it for my son and hate the carseat! It is only spring here (around 60 F) and after 10 minutes of sitting in this, his back and back of his head is completely soaked with sweat. Thankfully we have another carseat because he screams everytime we put him in this one. Not worth it especially of your going to try to use it on vacation. It's hard to maneuver and it's pretty heavy in my opinion. The latch to unclick the car seat from the base/stroller has jammed up a number of times and the button to fold the stroller gets stuck and doesn't push at all sometimes. Once the button does get pushed I have to jiggle the stroller to get it to fold and the bottom basket ends up bruising my shins. It's such a struggle and I hate looking like a mom who's having a tough time. We purchased months in advance of having our son, so it sat in the box. I wish we would have got it out and played with it ahead of time.... I would have sent it back. This is not our first child, but there is an 8 year gap between our youngest and "new" youngest, so we had gotten rid of our previous baby items. For my last child, we had a Grayco Pack n Play.... I wish we would have purchased another one of those. It was SO easy to use.Issues with this one: The bottom of the unit flexes, it is not solid to the frame. This means as baby moves, he REALLY moves.... making it much harder for him to stay asleep (we end up wedging towels or laundry underneath to beef it up a bit). After the third use, the handle that is sewn to the strap to collapse the base frame, came off (the strap that feeds up through the bottom). Also, the base does not collapse properly, you really have to work at it and find the sweet spot for it to fold up and fit inside the mat that folds around the unit. I suppose we could just "force it" but it feels like it will break if we do.All in all, great concept.... poor execution and design. I suggest testing different models out at the store before purchasing. I love the style of this pack and playJuly 7, 2016 I love the style of this pack and play. Initially it was easy to turn, now to turn it you literally have to do a crunch. The coffee holder complaint below never got resolved. DO NOT BUY.Its just ok. You get what you pay. In addition to the low quality feel, when my item arrived, the box looked undamaged from outside. Most of the individual items inside were undamaged. But the snap on pins for attaching the wheels were pushed too far into the tubes. Took me an hour of fiddling about to get those relocated correctly. After installation the feel of the product isnt too solid (for the lack of a better word) (or maybe I am biased due to my out of the box experience). Also, after collapsing, the pram does not stay locked in fully collapsed position, it is all floppy. Its collapsed condition is locked by a really poorly designed lock bracket which lets it move about 5-10 cm.On top of all this, the parent cup holder that is supposed to latch onto the handle was the wrong size and obviously would not even come close to being latched in.Seems to me that some one else rejected this item and was sent to me without being inspected.
