Perfect family tent!
June 21, 2017
The Ozark Trail tent is amazing! We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us, a queen air mattress, and our totes of belongings. Our very first camping trip with this tent we survived a down pour of rain followed by mini showers. We had ZERO water in the tent. In all fairness, we did seal the seams of the canopy before we left. We were camping next to the veteran campground host and he was even impressed with the durability of this tent and asked what brand it was. I would highly recommend this tent to a family who is just starting to dip their toes into the camping world. It is easy to set up and take down and fits perfectly into the bag it came in.
BUY THIS TENT! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!
June 18, 2017
We are not "campers" in any sense of the word. However, we like the idea of occasionally spending the night down by the river or pond with our four kids and their spouses and/or friends. Hubby and I set this up in less than 15 minutes on our first attempt. It's a wonderful tent; LOTS of room, great ventilation, nice rain cover. Pockets for storage inside, two room dividers, and an opening for electrical cord at the top of the front door included. Multiple entrances as well! This is a great tent for beginners AND experienced campers. Would highly recommend this.
Beautiful tent, bought this for a teenage sleepover
October 15, 2016
Beautiful tent, bought this for a teenage sleepover. It was up for a week an went threw 3 days of monsoon storms. We had no rain inside the tent. The tent steaks held well ,the tent held up well against the wind. It has great ventilation.
Couldn't be happier with this tent!
October 10, 2016
We absolutely love this tent! Set it up for the first time in the dark at 2 am and it couldn't have been easier. This is also the first tent we have ever owned that actually folded up and went back in the bag it came in. Its very spacious and well made. We slept without the fly on it the first night and enjoyed the stars overhead. It stays very well sealed up and we never had an issue with bugs getting in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tent to anyone.
Definitely well worth it!
August 3, 2016
This was perfect for our youth group camp-out. It comfortably fit 6 people with plenty of room for more. We loved being able to look at the stars and not get bug bites. It also ventilates well with all the mesh, which was greatly appreciated. :)
Used 6x over 3 years and it's still going strong
July 7, 2016
I got this tent as a Christmas gift from my mother in law 4 years ago. We've taken it camping 6x over the last 3 years. We're able to fit a queen size bed on one end with 2 twins on the other end for the kids. And we usually set up a nice 5ft table in the center for setting our stuff on and keeping things clean. I also love the little mesh bags by the bed for holding phones and stuff you don't want on the ground. And the little ring in the middle top is great for hanging your light. I have an LED Shop light I bring with me that hangs perfectly. My 6'1 husband loves all the head room. He can stand and get dressed in there without an issue. The room dividers aren't that great but it creates a bit of privacy between adults and kids. Better than nothing. This year we have a new puppy and brought him along camping with us. I was able to fit all 3 air mattresses, the 5 ft table, and the large dog crate inside the tent with room to spare. I use a 10x20ft tarp underneath to keep it clean and protect it from any rocks/sticks I missed.I also waterproofed the outside twice now and have never had an issue getting wet. And we've been through some pretty serious and scary storms in this thing. But everything stays dry as a bone. It's easy to put up and take down. I'm a 5'5 female and I can get the whole thing up on my own in under 10 minutes and put away again in under 15.I have 2 kids ages 8 and 10 who have put this tent thru hell and it's still not showing signs of wear. I do think I'll be getting them their own tent next year or maybe giving them this one to share with the dog and getting a new one for my husband and I. But it's to no fault of the tent. The tent is everything it needs to be for our family of 4+1dog

Perfect
June 2, 2017
This light was perfect, I have another one that was like a Lantern that I would hang in the tent and I would seem to always hit my head on it. This light was not only smaller but also lighter and brighter, and no more hitting my head. Only thing I didn't like about it is that you could recharge it but you would have to buy the charger and the batteries for it separate. Over all I highly recommend this light
Surprisingly bright!
November 1, 2016
Surprisingly bright and the 3 brightness levels are perfect. The carabiner clip is super useful as well. I used it for tailgating setup early in the morning. Certainly got noticed by my neighbors who all had headlamps on. Our canopy tent looked more like a brought a floor lamp than a tiny battery powered light. I would say you would want 1 of these per canopy tent if that's what you're using it for. Certainly for a camping tent sized for sleeping only, 1 of these will light the whole thing up. Haven't had it long enough to say how long batteries last but after about 4-6 hours of use its still going strong. Also it has a DC jack which i didn't see in the description. It doesn't come with a plug but if you already have one you're golden. Its a great light, I highly recommend it.
A Great LED Light for Tent Camping!
September 23, 2016
My favorite tent camping light! This LED hanging light is "must-have" addition to your tent camping necessities. The light has three levels of intensity and comes with a small, easy-to-use hook for hanging from a loop in your tent. It runs on three AAA or on a rechargeable battery pack that is sold separately.
Very bright!
August 15, 2016
I love this tent light! It has three modes. The high mode is very bright. It perfect at night to get ready for bedtime, especially with the kids! No more searching stuff with a flash light. Very good price too! I read with it too, on the low mode, still brigh enough!
Good control of light intensity (3 levels
May 12, 2015
Good control of light intensity (3 levels, with each level progressively turning on more LEDs starting from the center). Good size to carry and easy to hang. Even has an adaptor connection in case you use rechargeable batteries.
seems pretty durable for being so lightweight
July 9, 2014
Very bright on high setting, seems pretty durable for being so lightweight, pleasantly smaller than expected from the picture. Good tent light for the price - if you can wait for shipping. Takes about two weeks or so, but that is stated when purchased so I don't see it as a drawback. I'd recommend this.

a must buy!
September 8, 2017
I'm glad I bought this set. Every tent comes with its own metal nails but they are so crapy. They go in and half way down they bend, but this ones don't. They were amazing and I wish I would have bought more. They do sale them separately for less than a $1 each at home depot so I'm definitely going to buy like 20 more before our next camping trip. They go down very easily but you definitely need the back of the hammer to get them back out. The extra piece is probably to dig them back out but we couldn't find ours. They are strong!!!!The little broom with tiny dust pan came in handy inside the tent because overtime the names came in they dragged some dirt inside with them.
Great addition
August 23, 2017
I got this kit to supplement my Coleman Sundome tent and I'm glad I did. The stakes that come with this are superior and held up great. The stake puller is a nice tool and it makes it way easier to pull up the stakes. The dust pan and broom make cleaning up easy. I think it's a great kit to have handy.
The extra stakes were nice too vs
July 5, 2017
This kit is worth it alone just for the little brush/dustpan and the hook to pull out stakes! Sure you can use other tools but why not have a separate kit and throw it with you tent so you don't have to think about finding tools out of your tool box everytime you go camping? The extra stakes were nice too vs. the thin/shorter stakes that come with most tents. I dunno why Coleman doesn't include those as standard. We set our tent on a somewhat sandy area and those other stakes kept coming out. These stakes held in nicely. All in all, very good, useful purchase.
Perfect for my Coleman beach tent!
April 12, 2017
I absolutely loved having this handy kit with my Coleman tent. The stakes in it are amazing and worked so much better than the ones provided with my tent. The mallet makes putting them into the sand a breeze!! I think we used the broom everyday to wipe of he tent throughout the day and also before packing it up. And again, the other thing to remove the stakes made his assembly and disabbemly a dream. I highly recommend it.
All in one kit I would recommend definitely for any first time campers
March 3, 2017
All in one kit I would recommend definitely for any first time campers. Also if it's your first time camping, play that card out so your friends will put your tent up for you. Then crack open a beer and laugh at those suckers.
Five Stars
June 14, 2015
Need this for the beach tents! Can't wait to try it out.....UpdateWe have used this kit for our beach shelters and it works great. I dont know about using these items on a tent in the woods but on the beach it keeps our shelters in place. I plan on buying another because we usually bring to tents and this kit came with just 4 stakes. The broom is great for removing beach sand.

Worth It
August 25, 2017
This is a great tent. I supposed I like to "glamp" so having space is important for me. I was able to set up my blow up chairs, my kitchen and my bed in this tent and enjoyed it very much. Best part--you can stand in it. YAY!Unfortunately, it rained most of my camping trip and the rain cover was awesome. For a tent set up and take down in rain, this was surprisingly easy and quick with two people. Practice before you set up (duh) and you will have as enjoyable time as we did.
It looks like a seam failed and the tear spread from there
June 7, 2017
I gave it one star for issues. Set up tent in back yard to air out and water proof. I left it up over night to air out and a storm came in. The next morning the tent had a rip in it. It looks like a seam failed and the tear spread from there. Normally I would just fix a tear but this is just not possible. I love ozark products and have most items in my camping backpack. This failure is just not like them. Will update once I hear back from customer service. But as for now I can't Indorse buying this tentUpdate: Had to fight with customer service which is not even Ozark Trail, but a company that handles a lot of different tent companies but they eventually replace the tent. I like the tent very much it is what we needed and wanted I am giving it four stars now because the tent is very good customer service sucked until I push the issue enough that they just replace the tent. They started out saying act of god we are not covering it but I held to my guns on a product defect and got the issue resolved how it should have been done in the beginning.
Great tent, one star removed, b/c I don't think it'd fit ten people
October 28, 2016
Great large tent, but probably not for ten people. This was very easy to put together. We put a queen sized air mattress in one of the "rooms", a full size air mattress in the other "room" for the kids to share, and then a pack n play in the middle section. There was plenty of room for moving around and all our stuff.I think it would be very crowded with ten people though. The room separators were only thin pieces that can be put up or left off. We used one (only used the tent once so far).
Nice tent. Went up easy
September 25, 2016
Nice tent. Went up easy. Only complaint is that one of the inside curtains is too small and does not fit. Tried it on either side and and every way possible. Other than that it is a nice tent for the family.
Alright.
September 16, 2016
Nice and big. Middle room one can stand, sides you can't. Screen does not keep out no-see 'ems. It is not fine mesh. It keeps out mosquitoes fine. Held up in storm fine with no leaks.

Great tent, but I was ignorant and forgot to check the weather forecast for the next day so when I left and came back the tent was tossled over and a few poles were damaged which is completely my fault, But it is next to impossible to find replacement poles for the tent so now I just have it sitting in my garage while my search for tent poles continues...

Initial order had one lamp defective and they replaced it. These little lamps are very, very handy. In closet, under the hood, at the desk to shine light on things needing repairs, and oh yeah...camping. lowest setting is PLENTY bright for the tent. I keep one in car, one at desk, and one in kitchen.
great little light for camping
June 1, 2017
great little light for camping. It is plenty bright (as long as the batteries aren't nearly dead) and fairly waterproof. Just recently camped in heavy rain, and had this light hanging from the edge of our pop-up canopy. Even though the globe filled with water, the light continued to work. I tilted it to try and drain the water, which probably impacted it not working properly. However, when it stopped working, it wouldn't turn off - which is more beneficial than not turning on.Getting another one to hang inside the tent.
Surborder LED Portable Camping Tent Umbrella
March 27, 2017
My husband said he liked it very much. It has 3 light settings depending on how much light your need. We have a dark area in our motor home and he just hung it onto one of the cabinet pulls and it gave him the light he needed to read with.
Good camping light for tents, small, bright, and highly functional
September 25, 2016
Great light, very bright on high setting, functions as intended. Lightweight and small and does the job well. Later bought similar option with integrated fan to circulate air that better fit our needs and that is why the 4 and not 5 star rating. That said, quality and price make them a good buy for anyone seeking light in their tent. They definitely beat the option of reading with a flashlight or trying to navigate a tent in the dark looking for where you put the flashlight. I sternly recommend.
Amazing.
August 9, 2016
Wow, I was shocked by the amount of light these little things produce. This filled my 4-6 man tent with loads of light and I did not have it on the highest setting. I now have them around the house for emergency lights, since they fill most rooms.
Light up your campsite
June 21, 2016
These Lights are incredibly bright and are great for placing in your tent or even hanging in your house during a power outagenot sure what the battery life is as they use AAA batteries or 18650's(ecig battery) but i can say that i used it for over 20hrs and i still have not changed the batteries.they have 3 different modes and you do have to cycle thru them to get the preferred light mode.Overall I would recommend this as a small lantern to replace those big ones great for backpacking.I also want to say that this light is bright enough to use to cook at night at a campsite.worth every penny

Nice little set
August 18, 2017
Good for the price. I really wanted the handheld stake puller and mini dustpan. While the handle on the puller is a bit flimsy but I am relieved not to have to worry about another puller coming off a mallet, and the dustpan is very small, not the best quality, but it gets the job done. The mallet is a basic mallet, hard to go wrong there, and the stakes are good and solid. I love there is a carry bag for them as well.
Great but a few lil issues.
April 3, 2017
I like the rubber mallet but not sure what to think of the tent spikes. For my tent a 4 person seemed a little excessive. The broom seemed do an ok job. To finish clean up I got the vacuum. So that is why it is a 4 do to the broom. I think however the spikes will do better for a bigger tent.
Worth the money
March 14, 2017
Mallet and stakes seem very sturdy and robust. I'm not sure if the brush and pan will be much use as they are pretty small. I'm also not sure how folks reported they bent the stake puller as I tried to mess it up and couldn't. Basically, the whole kit is a little cheaper than just buying four stakes and a mallet so it is a pretty good bargain.
Good kit, but the stakes will come out of ...
March 10, 2017
Good kit, but the stakes will come out of the ground easily since they are a simple shaft. However, the mallet and camp dust pan are fantastic and at a cheaper price than if you purchased them separately. Over all its a good buy as long as you are using the stakes as an extra bonus feature.
Buy for the stakes not the mallet
August 4, 2016
I bought this to upgrade my tent stakes, as well as for the stake puller. I just used this kit for the first time on a recent camping trip. I was impressed by the stakes and stake puller. Both were invaluable. The stakes are easy to hammer into the ground with the flat nail like head. The mallet failed horribly. I had hammered 3 out of 4 stakes successfully. As I was hammering the last one in, the mallet head came completely off the handle! I saw that it had only been glued onto the handle. I was disappointed. Thankfully I had already staked my tent because I didn't bring a backup hammer or mallet. The hand broom worked great for cleaning my tent floor. And the stake puller worked perfectly when it was time to leave.
Handy Kit to Have
April 23, 2015
It is a handy little kit to have if you tent camp. We used everything in the kit on our last trip and everything worked as intended. If you use the bigger 10 inch tent spikes, the puller that comes with this kit is really handy. I leave the spikes in the bag as spares after losing a couple on a buried tree stump. The spikes got stuck about halfway and when I pulled them they were stuck so bad they bent. So you never know what you will encounter out there buried beneath the ground and having spares is nice.

The tent was pretty easy to set up and is very roomy
May 27, 2016
The tent was pretty easy to set up and is very roomy. The second day we had it set it, it was windy and two of the poles broke and poked a hole in the piece the goes over the top of the tent. It's a decent tent for nice weather but not in wind.
Great fair weather back-yard tent for family of 8! Check wind forecast though. . .
May 1, 2016
Large roomy tent with lots of windows and a small dogie door. Floor plan, layout, and features of tent was 5+ stars! Our family of 8 camped out in the back yard one night. However, we had a 20 mph breeze blow thru, two poles broke, and a stick fell from a tree above slicing a 3x3 inch hole in the fabric. Not the best build quality; not made with rip-stop nylon, and fiberglass poles were not up to the task. Amazon quickly made the return possible with a shipping label and credit. Only one night in it, didn't experience rain so no info on leaks. Still undecided if we want to hunt for a different tent or take a risk and get another Ozark.

Sorry, but don't like the bluish color
March 28, 2016
It does work as advertised. I like the 3 different brightness, low, medium and high. But the leds are bluish-white, and very harsh. I think a warmer-white would be much better. Curiously there are no instructions included, and can't find anything on-line. In addition to coming with the AAA battery holder that goes inside the light, there is also a small hole (with rubber plug) labeled "DC". Assuming that is an input from an optional external battery? No idea what kind of battery, or what voltage??
Beware, comes from China
July 2, 2015
Wish I had know it was coming from China, I try to avoid purchases from them. The product itself is ok, not a very bright light but should work ok in a small tent. Its pretty cheap so I don't expect it to last too long.
Pretty good little light for the money
January 4, 2015
Pretty good little light for the money. It looks a lot bigger in the picture than what you get, which is why the 3 to 3.5 stars. It's only about 4 inches diameter.I ordered 3 as I have a large tent and thought 2 would be fine with a 3rd as reserve but I think I'll need to use all 3 at once.It has 3 settings for differing amounts of brightness and with all the LED's lit, does give off a good light.I'm pleased with my investment and hope they last.
It's OK, not as bright as in the photos, better with 18650 than AAA's
November 7, 2014
I ordered one of these to hang in our tent on camping trips. It was listed as Amazon Prime, so I was a bit surprised when it didn't arrive after several days. The vendor reached out to us apologetically saying they had moved their offices and that the light was on its way, but it had been mailed from China, and it ended up taking several weeks to show up.I told them we needed it for an impending camping trip, and if it didn't arrive in time I would be sending it back for a full refund. They ended up letting me order a second one that arrived almost overnight, for free. The one I ordered originally finally came, after our camping trip, but we got the second one in time, so all in all, the vendor did a good job of taking care of us, and all their correspondence was very courteous and helpful. Now about the lamps: They feel kind of cheap, although they are also very small and lightweight, which could be a plus. They are designed to take a single 18650 battery, although they come with a little adapter that will accept three AAA batteries. Not having 18650's, we went camping with AAA's. The light has a little button that you click through the different settings: low, medium, high, off. Low setting only illuminates the center few LED's, medium a few more, and on high they all light up. Even on high, it doesn't really put out much light. In our case, it would work for about a minute, then quickly fade to nothing. We'd turn it off, then back on to high, same deal; a few minutes of light, then quickly nothing. So during the camping trip it was a big disappointment. We used brand new alkaline batteries, not sure what was up with that. After our trip, I was curious, so thinking I could use them for a better LED flashlight some day, I ordered a couple 18650 rechargeable batteries and a charger. Charged them up, put one in one of the lamps, AAA's in the other, and turned them both on high. The 18650 does seem a bit brighter, but it's still not nearly as bright as it looks in the product photos. Strangely, the problem with the lamps fading to no output went away. Was it a manufacturing defect, or was it crappy batteries? We left them both on for quite a while and they seemed to stay on, at least in our garage. A mystery. For less than $10, this lamp is OK, but don't expect a bright floodlight or anything. We were much happier with this light:http://www.amazon.com/d-light-Solar-Rechargeable-S20-Lantern/dp/B00BJELHS0/ref=cm_cr-mr-titlebut it also cost a bit more, is bulkier, and needs to charge in sunlight. Good luck!

Hammer smells and mesh bag is an issue
September 27, 2017
I'll probably keep it but the hammer smells awful. The rubber part emits a strong unpleasant odor. I'm a bit concerned about packing it and having it transfer the smell to other items. I pack it in a ziplock baggie on trips. I'm hoping it finishes off gassing at some point. Also a mesh bag isn't a great choice for carrying stakes because they'll stick through. However when they ship it, the stakes have little ends on them that keep them from sticking out. But if you plan to use the stakes that's a fussy detail to keep up with. Maybe they can be used as nose plugs for the hammer.
Stinky mallet
April 7, 2017
I haven't used the items included in the kit yet but wanted to point out that the mallet stinks, literally. It smells so bad I had to put it outside. I'm hoping it off-gases so I can stand having it in my vehicle. Right now, it's intolerable.
Better gear at the sporting goods store
August 19, 2016
This kit is convenient up to a point. The mallet and dustpan/brush are durable and useful. The carry bag is handy and allows for quick storage in a small space/area.The tent pegs are good as far as holding lines and being driven into the ground. But the plastic heads don't hold up to multiple uses (learned this after multiple camping trips this summer). On the first trip, the stake rod puller worked decently. On the last trip, it bent and warped to the point of being unusable.I honestly think that you can get better for the money at Walmart or a sporting goods store (or just spend more, which is what I should have done)I kept the mallet and the dustpan/brush, which is why I still give it a 3 star rating as those items are still useful to me.
Mallet works but everything else....
July 19, 2016
This set has everything you need, which is nice. That being said the quality is suspect. On there second use, the plastic piece on the end of the stakes broke while trying to use the stake remover to pull it out. The stake remover is also really flimsy. My least favorite part of this is the bag though. It's mesh but the pointed spikes stick through the holes and cause it to rip and snag. The one thing that's performed so far has been the rubber mallet. It's worked like a charm and came in very handy. Everything else has been mediocre at best.
The mallet is great but I was a bit disappointed in the stakes
July 13, 2016
The mallet is great but I was a bit disappointed in the stakes. One of them bent while we were pulling it out. They also have plastic caps on top of them that you use when pulling the stakes back out of the ground--they bend and we even had one break. The bag is a bit small so you have to take everything out to rearrange it and put it back in when you get it out. However, I gave the product three stars because of the mallet and it is better than the alternative (regular tent stakes and a hammer....
Incredible stake puller but crappy mallet - buy this just for the stake puller and stakes.
July 12, 2016
I wanted to rate this 3.5 stars but 3 it is and here's why. The tent stakes are virtually impossible to accidentally bend unlike the chintzy stakes that come with a lot of tents and unlike the plastic heavy duty stakes, these don't break if you hit the stake on the head. The broom and dustpan are okay as well as the bag, nothing special.I was incredibly peeved when the rubber mallet head flew off just minutes after using it for the first time. I even tried to gorilla glue it back on but the rubber doesn't stick well to gg so that didn't work. Basically the mallet is trash and I can't return it now. HOWEVER, the real GEM of this pack is the tent stake puller. I have no idea why I've gone so long without one of these. This one doohickey makes the purchase price completely worth it.

The tent broke the first time i used it. The support bars broke while i was slweping in the tent

I DIDN'T LIKE IT SO I RETURNED IT
Don't like that you have to stake it down first.
July 1, 2016
It's big and awesome but I hate that you have to stake it down as the first step. And it's necessary to stay down or else you'll figure out how to put it together. Staking it down makes it so it's as big as it is.This won't bother some people but it bothers me.It's huge. I'm just wishing I didn't get he same yet I could have picked up at Walmart. Definitely as big as shown. Great tent but I'm going to see if I can return it, but i just don't like having to stake down 10 different parts. Also, I don't like the opening on the sides, it's a big upside down, zippered T shape, that doesn't SEEM that it would hold back water well.
Two days of bad weather and destroyed!

Not very bright
September 3, 2017
This product is nice made but for lighting quality not very bright , it wasn't bright enough to light up our table when we were camping , So I gave it away to someone to use in there small tent
Small
February 12, 2017
Three brightness settings of which I find them all adequate. The bright setting is fairly bright and will light up a small room or a tent. However, it is very small. It somehow matters to me. I was looking for something about two or three times the size of this light. You can put this in your pocket. Maybe some people would like that but I was looking for a large dome light. I have to start paying better attention because a lot of these products they photograph deceptively intentionally trying to make the product look larger than it is in your hand.
Only bright for 5 minutes. Disappointed.
May 31, 2016
The lights are very easy to set up and are very small yet bright when you just turn them on. Though the major problem is they start to dim about 5 minutes after they are turned on. I had brand new Duracell batteries put in. Figured maybe there is something wrong with the batteries so I but in another brand new, non-expired set of Duracell batteries with the same results. These lights are only good for the first few minutes and nothing more. Very disappointed with them as they are very small and great looking but don't last long what so ever.
Not Bright
May 31, 2016
Not a very strong light at all. Smaller than I thought it would be. Doesn't work well. Took 3 AAA batteries and we didn't have much light while camping. Would not buy this again.

I should have read more of the detail. The light is much smaller than i expected and was not nearly as bright as the picture would suggest.
But wait... there is more! If you order in the next 15 minutes....!
September 17, 2014
The light, even at its highest setting, is so dim I will consider it a gimmick more than a tool. Also, the battery pack is not big enough to fit firmly against the battery compartment spring - evidence of poor manufacturing processes and/or design. This product makes me think of products sold on infomercials. And as such, one can return it for a full refund; but at what cost in shipping and/or handling? Will one keep it simply to avoid the inconvenience? It would be nice to see a description of the amount of Lumens, Lux, or Watts emitted by the unit: one might be more capable of deciding to order it in the first place.Thank you for reading...

but they smell super plastic-ish to me
September 5, 2017
It is everything it says...but they smell super plastic-ish to me. I couldn't be in the car with them on the way to camping, so they are still airing out in a shed out back.
An ok set
July 12, 2017
As long as you don't intend to remove the pegs. They are strong and go in easily but getting them out is really hard. The green ends rotate and are not at all substantial. Pulling then out "using the supplied tool" simply bend the plastic end. Useless
Stake puller sucks, mallet is even worse. Save your money.
October 24, 2016
Just took this tent kit on it's first camping trip and I'm pretty disappointed with it. The rubber mallet head came off the wooden handle on the third stake that I was putting in the ground and the stake puller was also useless for getting the stakes out of the ground, it just doesn't give you the right leverage without bending up the plastic on the stake. The broom and dust pan performed pretty flawlessly though and the bag did a good job of holding its' items.
Save your money
August 31, 2016
Waste of money. The mallet is okay, but nothing special. The dust pan and brush are okay, but excessiveThe stake puller bent on the very first use. It's the most ridiculous stake puller I've ever seen. The stakes are sturdy, but the little green plastic bit at the top breaks easy and is useless for pulling out the stakes. The bag is cheap and the fact that it's mesh means that putting stakes into it is tricky at best.
Like 10-20 mph
July 24, 2016
First camping trip just over one month after purchasing tent 1 pole broke and seam ripped out. Hopefully they will do something by the manufacturer. So if you are in a high wind area. Like 10-20 mph. Get a smaller tent.
Ehh Me Thinks Not
May 4, 2016
Rubber mallet, cheaply made in contrast to what you might find at a hardware store but it does the job.Stakes; sharp, plastic hooks have survived their first camping trip, not enough of them.Dust Pan; too small for the tent size. . . . my badHand Broom; too small for the tent size.Overall, for the price you are getting what you pay for. I will likely just go to the hardware store for a regular size dust pan and hand broom.Best part of the deal is the mesh bag. . . . . .which you can also get at the hardware store.

Poor Quality Materials, Broke First Use
June 29, 2017
A huge disappointment based on manyn positive reviews. We spent quite a bit of time looking at different tents and this one seemed to be the best value. It was fairly easy to set up and seemed to be of decent construction. We practiced setting it up before taking it on a camping trip. During our first time out, a moderate wind came up. Two of the support poles (fiber glass?) snapped/shredded and the tent collapsed on someone. There were 4 other tents in the immediate area and none were affected at all. Two were the same brand, Ozark Trail. We were unable to repair the poles and forced to end our vacation early since we no longer had a place to sleep. In addition, the stakes were of poor quality. I would look for a higher quality product, even if it meant spending a bit more.

Same problem! Only 1 entrance, not 3 like the description! That was the selling point for me since we have children! Also we used 1 time in the yard and the next day it was a little windy! Stakes came up and 1 side collapsed! Both center poles snapped! Used 1 time! Now trying to find replacement poles! (Help)

Light doesn't work and can't return!

I brought it to my campaign trip the July 4th weekend and realized the item is defected. No physical damage, but couldn't turn of the light. I just missed the 7/3 return window and I just wasted my money.

A PIECE OF JUNK!!!
July 5, 2015
Very small. Much smaller than I expected. Does not work. Put new batteries in twice. Light does not come on. A piece of junk. This is going in the trash. Not worth the effort to return. Had to give it one star because it would not submit without it.

Broke after using two times. The part that allows the batteries to connect to the housing broke after using this lantern twice. We opened the housing to replace batteries for the third trip just in case we would run out and it was broken. I can't even return it.
More garbage from China
March 28, 2015
At first seemed like an ok, maybe 3 star or 4 star product. The concept is fantastic to have a hanging led lamp for the tent. In fact, the hanging part work perfectly, looks good and conceptually functional.Out of box worked well and would almost give it a 5. Took it camping last month, and dropped to 4 stars, as I saw some of the led lights begin to flicker. Not a deal killer and would bother to replace as it was not so noticeable. Now, 1 month in and many of the led lights are flickering. Showing to be a very poor quality product. If you are buying for one trip, and expect to get limited time use out of this, then go for it and buy. If you plan to have around for multiple trips, then maybe don't buy it.To me it is just another knock off Chinese garbage product.

Trashed after one use
July 16, 2017
This product is a great idea, however after one use - 2 of the stakes are bent, the pounding mallet doesn't hit hard enough to drive in the stakes, and the tool used to pull them out has bent beyond being useful!! And this was all done by a 10 and a 13 year old... these tools are simply not practical for actual use

July 15, 2017
The maillot got chewed up by the pegs the first time I used it. The broom is way to small to be practical. The steaks were good, but I expected a much higher quality from Coleman for everything else.
The stake remover bent out of shape quickly and was largely useless. No complaints about the stakes or the broom
August 31, 2016
I bought this set two years ago but am only now getting around to reviewing it.The mallet head broke off the handle the first time we used it. The stake remover bent out of shape quickly and was largely useless. No complaints about the stakes or the broom, but I ended up hammering stakes into hard ground with a rock which was less than pleasant.
Yes it is as cheap as you would think! Zoom in on the actual pictures. Get better stuff locally.
November 30, 2014
Not really worth it. I purchases it with tent. Disappointed with quality. cheap version of components. I live in Florida. Stakes won't work well in soft sand. will work in the keys (coral, very hard). On my last trip to the keys just went to hardware store and got biggest nails I could find, worked great. These stakes are just big nails with plastic heads. Again useless in sand or soft ground.Mainly thought the bag would make set worthwhile, not, useless. If I can find a better broom / dustpan combo and better rubber mallet for round same price this stuff is going back. Steak puller is a joke, bag would throw away anyway. l'm mad for buying this, foe the quality should have been thrown in for free with tent.
cheap garbage
September 5, 2014
This item is junk. The tent stakes are nice and the broom could be useful if it wasn't so small. The stake puller is made of cheap steel, and a complete waste of time and money. I broke the plastic pieces off of five of the stakes trying to pull them, and bent the puller itself. I would have to reshape every time I wanted to try to pull another stake. And the rubber mallet is not of good quality. After staking down my tent into sand the handle has come loose from the head and the rubber has started chipping away, probably from hitting metal with rubber. Go figure. It was near impossible to get about a dozen other stakes out of the ground, luckily the office had a claw hammer to get the rest out. So do yourself a favor. Go by a broom with a dust pan and a real claw hammer and save yourself the headache and the backache.
