| Excellent tableSeptember 8, 2017 I got the table a few weeks back, and it is really great!The table top is really resistant. By mistake, I let a scissor fell on top of it, and no scratches/damage were made. I was surprised, since I was expecting some damage from it.The packaging was good too. It arrived without damages.The only drawback, as other reviews already mentioned, is that it isn't easy to change the height. But, since I am not planning to keep changing the height often, this table is totally worth the price I paid. Functional and matches description.March 4, 2017 This desk is just what I needed. I have it in the standing position, this way I can stand up or sit in a drafting chair.It definitely took 2 of us to assemble the desk. It does not go up and down easily. You will need to disassemble part of it to change the height.Design is just as described in the picture and specs. Best standing desk for the price by far!February 15, 2016 I love this desk. It is a bit wobbly but mostly if you rest the heel of your hands on the desk when you type. If you lift up then it doesn't move at all. Even the wobble isn't so bad. I'm 5'9" and I'm at the 2nd to top height and it works great. I may move it up one more. I'm using a Dell 21:9 34" monitor with no issues. No it is not adjustable on the fly. It is not a sit/stand convertible desk. I can say, for the money, this is one of the best I've seen. I looked all around and found prices well over $800. This is great! Just what I needed.October 9, 2015 Very sturdy and just the right size for me (I am 5'11" tall). I love the monitor stand which maximize the desk space, so I can put a printer on the right and a paper tray on the left. The monitor stand also swivels four directions. I could tilt my monitor slightly upward to meet my eye level.I sometimes place a treadmill in front of the stand up desk and walk while I use the computer. The height of the desk is almost perfect for this purpose, although 5" extra inches higher would be ideal. The only two minor drawbacks are: 1) poor assembly instruction. It took me nearly two hours to install it correctly. 2) missing a monitor stand screw. I had to buy one from the local hardware store. Despite the minor glitches, it's a great product and good value. Just Tall EnoughJune 11, 2015 Quality of the desk was actually better than I expected for the price. Assembly was very easy. One thing to note is that I'm 6'2" and the desk is just tall enough for me on the highest setting, probably could be an inch higher and it would be perfect. If you're 6'2" or taller the desk may not be high enough for you. Awesome!!January 11, 2015 This is sooooo much cheaper than the alternatives + looks really nice (I found I've adjusted the height once and it's been the same sense -- hence I don't think paying the extra money for a desk that adjusts easily with a push of a button would have been worth it)! Yet, the standing (even with my $40 gel standing mat) just got more annoying and became unbearable as I could not focus on working because I had to keep fidgeting my legs or leaning against the desk, I ended up laying around more, rather than even sitting, because I began to feel always fatigued from dealing with the desk and standing at it. So, if you have good shoes, gel mat, and patience, you MIGHT be able to deal with it a couple hours a day, but overall, I would say to get a desk that has an adjustable crank or motor or even a treadmill desk, anything to prevent the stagnant feeling. Yes, it can be screwed together at the height of one's choosing, but changing that height afterwards is about as easy as assembling the furniture in the first place, in that elements have to be unscrewed and reassembled. This requires removing everything on the desk. It is working for me and I'm not sorry I bought it, but I don't think the description conveyed what the item will and won't do. | |

Not adjustableOctober 14, 2017 If you want a desk that you setup a certain height and never change then this will work. If you are looking for an ADJUSTABLE stand up desk do not buy this one. You have to manually unscrew the two sides and try and adjust it. Took a while to put together and the monitor holder is fairly flimsy. Manufacturer should make it clear that it is difficult to adjust the height and that it is really meant to remain at one height. In order to move it two different heights, you have to physically take the center bar out of the middle and adjust it where you want it (this takes two people each time). | Do NOT Waste Your Money! Parts DONT FIT!July 12, 2017 I was very excited to purchase this desk since I study better when standing, however this was a complete waste of money! The parts did not fit at all when I was trying to construct it! I still have the box and wondering what to do with my $200 worth of junk!!! Please spend a bit extra on a nicer desk and avoid this at all costs! Took me four sweaty hours to assembleJune 1, 2017 This thing is the worst item I've ever purchased from Amazon. Firstly, it's got a misleading name. This is simply a tall desk with wheels, nothing more nothing less. It does not move up and down easily. Once you assemble it, it is FIXED.This brings me to the crux of the issue: it is REALLY hard to get the bar that fixes the height in between the two legs. it's supposed to be a tight fit, not nearly impossible. The inside of the legs are all scratched up now from me trying to slide the bar so that it is level and parallel to the floor. That took me more than an hour. From start to finish, this was a four hour pain. I'm fairly certain my helper has a hernia now and we both banged our heads. It is unwieldy, difficult and annoying. The most that can be said about it is that the pieces are all very sturdy. was advertised as chrome with birch top. what arrived ...December 15, 2014 was advertised as chrome with birch top. what arrived was galvanized steel with a compressed wood top in dark walnut.the mounting arm hardware is atrocious---difficult to slide the sleeve over the arm and the swivel won't maintain its positioneven after the allen bolt is tightened. | |
