| SCOOBY DOOBY DOO!June 9, 2017 Right out of my childhood! I used to watch Scooby Doo so much as a kid. Even the movies were pretty good. So I had to have this set because it's the Mystery Machine!This is a smaller set but it's packed full of fun details! I love that there are all sorts of clues and evidence to solve the mystery of the haunted tree and catch the bad guy!All this set needs is Velma and Daphne to complete the gang! All of the pieces were present and it was fun to build. It took maybe an hour to build everything as 20+ yr olds. My only complaint is that this lego is tiny!! But that's my fault for not realizing it is only 5 inches long. It comes with Shaggy, Scooby, Fred, and a zombie guy. You can also accessorize what they hold in their hands and where they sit in the mystery machine. I still love it and would get another one in a heartbeat. i love it! I wasn't really into the other piece, the tree thing, but that didn't really matter because the Mystery machine is so cool! Great detail and I had a good time putting it together. The age stated is 6-12, but he's just turned 8 today and it's a little above him. This is Mainly due to the fact that the pieces are tiny to small and the time and skill level required to complete it. There are 2 double sided step by step building guides required to build the mystery machine and the tree. This takes a lot of time and patience and most likely an adult to help. I would put the minimum age at 9 to 10 years old myself.Comes with Fred, Shaggy, Scooby, a Zombie. It's now one of his favorite Leog pieces. (mine too). Pefect Christmas gift!December 21, 2016 The Lego set was sold out almost everywhere and thanks to Amazon I was able to find It! This will be a perfect gift for my godson who loves legos and scooby doo! Now I can put the two together to make a great gift! | Let down😣September 9, 2017 Box was crushed and never stated it was damaged. Only stated new and sealed. This is the second set we got with a missing lego. Thumbs down! Missing pieces come out of Denmark, so you have to wait to receive it too. Missing Parts! Truly disappointingFebruary 12, 2016 Spent quite a while putting this together with my daughter. When we got to the first missing piece I thought well because it's so small maybe we dropped it unknowingly so we continued. Second missing piece I thought hey we are getting careless, gotta pay more attention, again another small one. So by the third piece which was quite to large of a piece to just had dropped off the desk unnoticed, I became truly annoyed. Not only was this the third piece missing, it was a substantial building block to the vehicle's assembly and of a color that we wouldn't have in any other of her lego sets. My daughter was very disappointed. We were both very frustrated as we had already spent significant time assembling it. I tried to convince her that we could MaCGyver it but she refused to have non coordinating colors on her van and I didn't blame her. Requested a replacement. Let's see how that goes. | | |
