Nice looking with lots of power. Easy to light, starts anything on fire quickly. One of the items that has always been difficult to light is 4th of July sparklers. With these lighters though, they start in a snap.

These are great for the price- they aren't perfect. I use them very heavily- as a full-time outdoor living skills instructor, my time is split between burning p-cord and lighting fires- and they ran out after a few weeks. They can be a bit finicky- they don't always work with the flame turned all the way down, and as they get closer to being empty, you can only use them with the flame cranked up. I haven't tried to refill them yet, so we'll see how that goes. One was a dud, but they refunded me for that one. All in all, for the price, they are better than I expected.

Exactly as expected. All lighters work the first click, I did notice some had a higher maximum flame, but not by too much. They did ship prefilled with butane, so no need to purchase that unless you plan on having to refill all 5 at some point. The colors you get are random I think, I got 1 dark gray, 2 blue, and 2 red.

Received order before due date, lighters all work great, butane last long in these lighter. Have purchased lighters like these before and the other would have to refill all the time, not these. Came half filled and use everyday and looks like haven't used much fluid at all. Grest lighters.

Great little lighters, small, but very hot flame, very directional, better than a Bic for searing plastic (ends of paracord, nylon web strapping ends, loose threads, etc.) because the heat goes right where you want it and only where you want it. Probably just fine for cigarettes and cigars, but the Doc made me give those up (but I still carry fire with me wherever I go!).

Worth the money, even though that the orange lighter's chain was broken.

This is no kids toy lighter (why you would let a kid play with a lighter I do not know) it is the real deal. I love mine and can't imagine how I ever lit a cigar with one of those dreaded, lesser disposable kids toy lighters. Also you can make the flame get about 7 inches tall, which is cool for showing off to your friends. As far as the number of lights to one tank I can't really say because I don't use it often enough to ever remember how many lights I have made with one tank. Its a really high quality lighter though.

I own three lighters from this brand, they've all worked well.I at one time in my life, I bought expensive ($100+) lighters. So, I'm familiar with different quality levels. I have to say, if you put this lighter in my hand and told me you paid $35 -$45 for it, I wouldn't bat an eye.My only gripe, I wish there was a butane tank viewing window. It's extremely helpful to know progress when filling.

I love this thing, I actually have two now. The only gripe I could even think of is that when filling it, I can't really tell when it's filling or actually full. I don't know if there's some way to tell, so I just hold the butane on there for a while and everything is great

Great lighter. I am a cigar smoker, and though three torches aren't really needed, I prefer it. Yes, there is not visible fuel tank, but those seem to get slow leaks quicker than lighters with solid tanks. As many a cigar smoke knows, almost no lighter lights "every" time, and there are wind resistant lights but no true wind "proof" lighters. Also, yes, you can buy $130 lighters that virtually always light, 99 times out of a hundred instead of 95 times out of a hundred, and the jets are sometimes a bit more wind resistant - but I have never found one I cant blow out by trying. If you smoke cigars long enough you start to realize the only wind proof fire sources that "always" light are industrial butane tank torches used to start bon fires and the like. Also, all lighters eventually die. You can spend the $130 I guess, and if it lasts you 20 years instead of two, you will eventually have made a good purchase. Unless you loose it. You buy those lighters for the way they look - which isn't a bad reason - its just the only reason. No Zippos don't have these issues, but those are not torch lighters and they require maintenance too. All i can say is; if you are a cigar smoker still looking for the perfect lighter, you haven't been smoking long enough.

I have now had this for 2 months and use it x's a day every day. I love it.........,I would have to say this is a great product if you're tired of going to the store and buying a torch over and over to light whatever you desire such as your coal for your hookah a really fancy and good cigar or other types of medicine this one is the way to go it lights every time I push the button extremely easy to refill and came with instructions of how to care for it best money I have ever spent and I've had it for about a month now refilled it multiple times and still have no issues

I really like this torch. It lights almost every time I ask it to and feels good in the hand. I like that the punch is on the bottom of the lighter and doesn't flip out like most others. This allows you to use it on pretty much any size cigar you need to. The triple flame is great for lighting cigars and the height adjuster works easily. Make sure you properly bleed the gas when refilling and wait the recommended 10 minutes after filling before using.I purchased this lighter over the other more generic Scorch lighters due to the styling - I wanted something a little different than what other people had. I really like the styling on this lighter as it stands out among other lighters. Get it, you won't regret it.

Pros: Cheap, proven design. They came pre-filled which I was not expecting.Cons: The blue one was clogged and wouldn't fire, I had to dig around with a needle and pull junk out of it, and then burn off the rest with the red one.

All 5 work. Gives off nice heat for a single flame. It is true about the delayed shutoff. But for $2/ea, why not? I'm not giving them to my 6 year old to play with.

Works great until butane level drops below 20 percent. At that point it takes about 10 clicks to get them going again. All 5 have this issue so I assume its a design flaw. The clicker stopped working on one of them after about a month of use. .Considering what I paid, I can live with the drawbacks. On the positive, they hold up well for extended periods of use when the flame is on.

Great price, easy to refill but the lighter doesn't turn off sometimes

Good price for 4 and comes filled up. I smoke Cigars and this is the perfect lighter compared to a match or A ZIPPO. It lights easy and lasts a long time..

Solid lighters. I ordered 10 and they came in an assortment of colors. Rating 4/5 because they remain lit for half a second after releasing the gas. Overall good lighters. Would buy again.

OK lighter - burns triple flame very hot, lights almost everytime, is solid and a little heavy, does not have an easy flame adjustment wheel and requires a screwdriver to adjust, does not have a fuel window to show butane level and is reasonably priced. Easy to light cigars with the flame but is overkill for cigarettes or other items not requiring the heat to light of a cigar. May or may not meet your requirements.

Feels goo in your hand and looks really nice. My only complaint is that it ignites on the 3-4 flick each time. It would be awesome if it worked on the 1-2 flick.

I purchased my Dominator from Amazon by chance. My goal was to purchase my brother a decent and inexpensive torch to go with a box of cigars for Christmas. Well once I filled the lighter, and spent some time playing and lit a cigar for myself my brother ended up with a box of decorative wooden matches, that were more expensive than the lighter. Lighter? No. Dominating torch is right. The flame is intense with a consistent burn across the three jets and a enough heat to solder copper. It has a solid feel and the pouch works well. I also enjoyed the functional vent on the front of the lighter. Most lighter I've found in this price range do not have the same quality in appearance and feel in your hand. They're a few cons with the lighter. I have been having some issues filling the lighter. There seems to be alot of overflow and I haven't found a good adapter, an image of the proper nozzle adapter would be helpful and there is no viewing port or window that the butane levels can be observed. Overall I thought this was a great product for the money and would recommend it to friends.

I absolutely love this lighter! This may seem a little pyromaniac-ish but I love watching my friends try to light a cigarette with it only to find they've burned it in half! This thing lights and when it does it burns bright! I've read they get up to 1,500 Fahrenheit but as far as testing it I can't say much. I will tell you it lit a park bench on fire in seconds, though! Not that I run around lighting park benches on fire or anything... Anyway, the only problem I've experienced so far is that I have to click it two or three times in order for it to light properly. I'm not sure if its because of the spark mechanism of if its the actual butane coming out too quickly, regardless this isn't the only torch lighter with this problem and you'll be hard pressed to find one that doesn't. Other than that I really have no complains. Great job guys, I'll be watching for more products from you!

Received the lighter today, and I like it. After purging it per the directions, filled it with butane and it fired right up. Tried it 10 times or so, and it works just fine. One disappointment with it... I wish it had a fuel level indicator... I have no idea if I got the lighter full or not. And the directions say to fill it to 80%, but there is no way to know that. And, if I could see that it was low on fuel, I would simply empty the remaining fuel and refill the lighter before I took it out again. As it is, I'm sure it will run out of fuel, just when I'm trying to light up a good stogie with some buddies.

Nice weight, good flame better price. It needs a fluid sight glass though.

These lighters worked great initially but malfunctioned after about 10 days use. Uncertain as to whether i will reorder

One of them stopped working after only a few lights. lighting mechanism broke. But while they work, they are perfect little cigar lighters. One single-flame torch. No adjusting flame strength, and fragile lighting mechanism, but at two bucks apiece, not a bad deal.

These are good little "throw away" torches. Give a good torch and are cheap as heck. If you lose one you fire up the next...

2 didn't work off top...2 more stopped working after couple weeks so 1 remains

Nice cheap jet lighters! 4 out of 5 worked perfectly, the fifth one was a little funky as the shutoff was a little slow and you could hear hissing after shutting off the lighter. As others have commented, come filled, which was great. You should know though, that these are very cheaply made lighters. The top covers have to be pulled off manually, they don't automatically deploy out of the way. Also, unlike other jet lighters I have had, these have a metal inner tube where the flame is, surrounded by a plastic tube. So although you can use these briefly to light a pipe or cigar or cigarette, or to melt some paracord, I wouldn't recommend using these to do any real work. If left on for very long, I suspect the plastic would melt or burn.

Punch cutter is nice so I keep the lighter around but after a few days the lighter became almost impossible to light. I've refilled it, emptied it and refilled it again, played with the flame height ect but the lighter is less than reliable.edit: Customer service contacted me after this review and are sending a replacement. I do like the lighter and assuming the replacement is durable it is the torch I'd prefer to carry.

Stopped working after about nine months of off-and-on use and several full refills. A few months prior to it stopping completely it would only light on the third or fourth strike.

Unfortunately I was not very satisfied with this purchase. I got excited by a cheap lighter of this kind, however you get what you pay for. It worked for a few days although I noticed the insides started to become loose after a few uses and them eventually when refilling for the first time everything fell out and I was unable to repair it.

Beautiful lighter, but the thing WILL NOT hold gas! I followed every instruction to NO AVAIL. Spark is reliable, but nothing is useful if gas won't stay in the tank.I loved the way the cigar punch worked. I did not like the fact that there is no view port to assure a complete fill. I really liked the flame shape...for the few seconds that it lasted before all the fuel was gone! I wish that it had worked, cause it had a very nice slate of great features.Back to the drawing board...The merchant called and offered a replacement!! For that reason, I have added a star. They are willing to stand behind their product. Unfortunately, I had already returned the lighter for replacement...

Not bad/Not great. Heavy, feels durable. The tube the fuels goes in seems to be an odd size and I have multiple fuel tips but not one that matches up perfectly so it tends to waste fuel more than you would expect. Also hard to tell when full, no window. The lid pops up simultaneous as you light, I would prefer it to pop up as you first start to depress. Read all the reviews on how to light it the first time, still took a few additional clicks. But, once it took off the first time, fires right up and burns nicely.

The lighter I received is not the lighter shown in the pictures. The lighter that was sent to me has a cigar punch mechanism that flips-out from the side rather than the bottom. It also has a black colored wrapping. Functionally, it's nearly the same, and honestly I don't have any complaints about the difference - but if you're ordering this thing, be prepared to receive a model slightly different than the one shown in the pictures.Pros: Looks beautiful. Feels very heavy and solid. Well constructed. Fits in pocket. Great flame. Inexpensive.Cons: As several reviewers have mentioned, this lighter tends to misfire 3 or 4 times before successfully lighting. That isn't a massive problem, but there are other lighters that light successfully on the very first click. Didn't receive the lighter in the picture.

It shows multi colored lighters this why i bought them. What do i get? 5 all black. Im pretty pissed.

Got my package earlier than expected. I was excited however I received the wrong torches. They work fantastic and are eagle brand, just not what I signed up to buy. If I wanted these torches, then these would've been what I ordered. Disappointed.

I would have loved to give these 5 stars but 3 of them came damaged with no fuel. As soon as you put gas in them in leaks right out.

Worked great at first. Then it didn't. I have to fill it every day to get all 3 burners working and also have to clean the jets every other day for it to work at all. I think it's leaking butane or won't hold enough for just a few lights. Get a Zippo, they always work. Also a slight breeze will blow out the flame.I'v'e been playing with it for 7 months and wouldn't recommend it.

Owned for a little over a year with light use. Hinge mechanism sheared causing light to jam and be inoperable. The warranty is not worth advertising and shouldn't be a purchase point in favor. The manufacturer has no warranty claim available. Worked about the same as less expensive lighters while operating.

Worked for about 6 months and now it won't stay lit. I've purged it multiple times, refilled only using zippo premium butane and still won't stay lit for more than 2 seconds

Not great, but works. This item takes multiple clicks for it to light up. When it works, it burns well but sometimes doesn't stay lit. This item also feels relatively cheap for a 13 dollar lighter.I gotta say, those cheapy 1 dollar plastic lighters at gas stations are more dependable than this item.

No indicator for how much butane is left has pushed this little guy into the box of random things I never use.

Bought this item for my husband to use on the golf course for lighting cigars. It seemed to work sporadically and the gas adjustment dial was difficult to turn. It has been several months and now the lighter now does not work hardly at all. I will not be buying this model of lighter again.

None of them work consistently if it is below 65 degrees. If it is below 50 degrees...good luck. I would love them if they were reliable but they have just become a waste of time and money.

These lighter looks and works great in the beginning but after a couple of uses, they all stop working turning them into junk paper weight. I bought these to use to on strink tubing but after couple of uses probably a total time of a minute or two, they all fail to light.

First one worked fine until refill time and then would not accept butane refill, tried several different butane canisters with no luck. Then the valve that accepts the butane on the lighter failed and blew the little remaining butane completely out. When I tried the second lighter it lit just fine, but wouldn't shut off, I had to keep pushing the ignition switch again and again for about 20 seconds to get it to stop. Tried it again, same thing. These are out right junk and dangerous as well, stay away, don't waste your money.

They did come very quick .. But already had two out of the 5 break and meaning just spits out butane so far others have lasted more then 1 fill up of butane not the best but for price didn't except much..

NOT GOOD! Don't stay lit, flame cuts out on you regularly. Wont light up sometimes, yet once lit they wont go out for a while once you let go of the trigger.

Wow, not 1 of these lighters worked! A few actually lit, but only for a second. I agree with the others who write that many come out of the package not working at all :( They were very cheap, but not worth it if none function!

I love this little lighter. I've been using it for a couple weeks now, and I have to refill it about every 2-4 days. It all depends on how much I play with it. It's very fun to play with! It's very high quality. It's got a cigar cutter on it which I'm not really sure how it works yet.Update: This lighter lasted 4 months before it broke. I had just refilled it with butane when I tried to lite it it wouldn't lite. The clicking mechanism that makes it lite quit working so I can't get it to lite at all anymore. Junk! I would not recommend this lighter.

The sharp cigar punch opened itself while I was at work cutting through my pocket and into my leg.The flame when turned all the way down is still 4 inches long and not useful for most anything than a blow torch.The unit requires depressurizing which instructions say requires a very small screwdriver that I then had to buy.This lighter has a small butane capacity and no way of telling how full it is.The metal screen on the sides allow for dirt and debris to get inside.Lighter is large and heavy.

Filled the lighter and it worked for about seven lights then it took four or five tries now the next day it goes poof poof poof but never lights. I would have given it zero stars if I could. I read other complaints about this lighter but wasn't smart enough to listen never again~!!!

I had high hopes for this torch at the time I ordered it. But I've had the same problem as many - following the filling instructions to the letter, it still only lights up one time out of ten. I tried using the "priming" technique described by one of the other reviewers and that didn't make a difference. I can see the spark, hear the gas, but it doesn't light. Not sure what the basic design flaw it, or if this is just an occasional defect given that others have given it glowing reviews. But the Torch I received was a complete disappointment.

Much like all the other blue flame lighters, worked great for two weeks. Quit working. Yes, I refilled it using premium butane. Yes, I waited 10 minutes after filling it before using it.Just won't light or, if it does, goes out almost immediately.Total waste of money. Junk.

Lighter #1 worked for a short time, and Lighter #2 worked for a little bit longer. Wrote to Scorch several months ago. No reply. Worst. Lighter. And Customer Service. Ever. Use wooden matches.
