Great cables so far. I'm a gigging musician and I go through cables a lot. I try to fix and repair the ones I have but every now and then I need to restock. This was a good choice. Decent build quality on the ends, not the best I've seen but not the worst either. Cable seems sturdy too. All 10 worked out of the package. Happy so far!

Great Price! Great Value! Best I could find for the price you wont beat it. Been using this in a small band room/practice space for months now. Hooked up various mics (sm57,beringher,ribbon mics etc.) to a Snake back to a 16 Channel TOFT mixer and no popping or noticeable sound defects. Will buy more!

Nicely Built XLR cables, I use them at the microphone end so everyone knows which one is theirs by the colors.

I have been buying GLS cables for the last 11 years now for my studio, for my live venue sound service and for my clients when consulting. I have never been disappointed with the GLS brand.

These are great cables!!! I haven't had the best experience in the world with Shure cables (they tend to crease and bend too easily, and are very difficult to train), and these are high quality feeling cables. I was skeptical buying from a company I'd never heard of before, and especially worried about the connectors. These connectors are top notch: on par or better than Amphenol or even Neutrik connectors! I wouldn't have second thoughts about dragging these over tile, linoleum floors or even smooth concrete. The outer insulation is rubbery, just the way I like it. I'm not convinced I'll even have to train these cables, like ever. Even when twisted or hung around a bar, they spring back to their original shape. I will definitely be coming back to GLS Audio for more.

Note: I've ordered a bunch of these GLS Cords and my original review works for all of the different products. The longest I have used is 6', and all of the connection configurations.Rebuilt reconfigured my sound rack in-between tours this year. Pulled countless unnecessary feet of old black cord, marked w/ sticky duct tape and electrical tape. Added an Ebtech Hum Eliminator (8 Channel XLR) and used these GLS cables to help keep everything straight. They sound great, and the color coding makes life so much easier. I actually ordered GLS Audio 6ft Patch Cable Cords - XLR Female To 1/4" TRS Color Cables - 6' Balanced Snake Cord - 6 PACK ,GLS Audio 6ft Patch Cable Cords - 1/4" TRS To 1/4" TRS Color Cables - 6' Balanced Snake Cord - 6 PACK, and GLS Audio 6ft Patch Cable Cords - XLR Male To 1/4" TRS Color Cables - 6' Balanced Snake Cord - 6 PACK. Been happy w/ al of these GLS cords. They are easy to coil and the connectors feel sturdy and come in and out easily. The only bummer was finding that they offer a 2' patch cable as well. I've already wired the 3's in so I'm not going to worry about it. Good cable, good value, good sound.

As the co-host and the producer of The Metaphysical Connection podcast, juggling microphone cables and who's on which mic goes to what mic input jack in the mixing board makes it harder for me to concentrate on the actual show when we have multiple guests. With these cables, I'm able to concentrate on the quality of the show rather than guessing who is on what microphone and adjust their levels if necessary.Since using these cables on our last remote, producing the show is now a lot easier.That's the good news. They simply work so you can concentrate on the actual work!The great news is that now I want to replace all of my other Mic cables I have with GLS!The bad news? I gotta hear the nagging from my wife about my buying more audio equipment! Once you buy one from these characters, you'll want them all! ​

I have an A/V Install business and always search around for a good cable (I don't use junk) at a good price to help my profit margin. I found this company by accident doing a search. I already use Amazon a lot because of my Prime Memebership(FANTASTIC)so it was no problem trying these cables. This is now the company I try to order ALL my cables from; audio and video. These XLR cables are "top-of-the-line", great cables, great shipping, great price, great company (I'm not getting paid to say "great" so much")! I just like to get a cable that will satistfy my picky taste not hurt my pocketbook. I rely on "word-of-mouth" for repeat business and more customers. This company will be the only one I order from for the cables they have that I need. The colored cables are great for identifying cable runs. I have used most of the types they sell and all have passed my inspection. If it was available, I would give the cables and the company 1o stars!!!!! Monster Smonster... you're paying for the name only. Give these a try!!

Good price.. And work as they should.. 2 of the make connectors were tight but seem to work fine.. Have used them at 3 shows and no problems

Decent-quality XLRs, we bought as spares for our road gigging. Time will tell if they hold up. The price alone is excellent, the finish leaves a bit lacking. Good economy.

These are better than most of the cheap cables out there.. I put on a two-day music festival and these cables held up over 15 band changes over two days and are still going strong weeks after with a working band. Well worth the money!

These are not your top notch Mogami cables or anything of that caliber, but when I needed a bunch of cables for our youth group band these were the ticket. I have not noticed any major tone deficits or buzzes yet and they fit snuggly into our microphones and direct boxes. They are a little flimsy and I have my doubts as to how long they will last, but if you are on a budget, this is an excellent deal. You can never have too many XLR cables!

Nice balanced cables for a great price. I used then to connect my Marantz pre-pro to my Proceed Amps and they worked fine. Quality of the cables and the connectors is decent. I don't see the need for the very expensive cables for home theater use.

I am totally satisfy with this product, they are thick and have great quality. Great product for the price. I will surely recommend this product to other.

NIce and colorful cables with good quailty XLR connectors on both ends. Finish and construction appear to be very adequate. I am using them in a permanent installation (sound board at church) , so they won't get plugged in and unplugged very often, and I suspect these will last for many years. Why not 5 stars? Well, although these cables are excellent for my purposes, they MIGHT be a little light weight for portable applications, I really can't speak to that sort of application. For my use, they are reasonably well built, nice looking, and the color coding will be super helpful to me when troubleshooting. No issues.

Decent quality cables and connectors. Just what I needed for some short runs. Price is right.

Flimsy

I didn't read how long they werea :( they won't work for what I do. I'll need at least 25 ft but each cable is about 6 ft :( they look super cool though!

The process of buying the cables and the packaging were great. The cables made an antenna for the local radio station when I hooked them up. Otherwise the cables were as advertised.

I would avoid these if you're going to be moving them around a lot. It will get the job done if you're on a budget. I would really look into spending a little extra and getting monoprice cables first before buying these.

Although the seller said they can be used for dmx, they do not work well at all levels. The lights run into many errors and sometimes don't even respond.

Fast shipping but two of the cables are broken. The yellow one and orange color tested upon arrival doesn't work. I'm planning on returning this and find a better quality cables even if I pay a little more for my studio use. Tested with a sm58 shure mic and Allen health mixer. Disappointed and waste of time.

Low quality cable. Low gauge wire and poor shielding. This cable introduces noise. Swapped out for Monoprice cables instead. Noise is gone.
