I say aspiring because I still carry upwards of 15 cards on me, but that's ok! The Radix One can handle it, and it still is easy to use, while looking stylish! Just slide the cards forward, pinch the bottoms of the sides together, carefully so as not to unintentionally start a game of pick-up, and select your card. When done, just reverse and back in the pocket it goes. No bulky feel in the front pocket and I'm sure it can fit into nearly any other pocket, save for that useless little coin pocket in the front...what's up with that, anyway? Do people still carry coins in there? Heck, it almost fits in there, too! Asked about by, and recommended to, many people in the few months I've had it. This product was recommended by a friend of mine when I was on SoCal and I thought at first it was some type of holder. A few months later he linked me this product and told me that was the wallet he was using, so then and there, I opened up the the idea because as a wallet user, I like the idea I can take cash and lots of slots to put cards, but the traditional wallet was being an eye-soar for me. Also, I'm the type of person who puts the wallet on the front pockets, and my other wallets weren't lasting more than a few years. So I gave this wallet a chance; I don't carry cash anyway, I usually pay with debit or credit, and I really love it. So much that if I see a person with the same problem, I would tell them its time to ditch the traditional wallet like this one here. I hate it when someone slows the payout line when I ... December 7, 2016 I use it to keep the cards I use most often. Takes less time and trouble to get the one I want to use at any given time. And helps keep my wallet less bulky and leaves more room in my wallet for important cards and documents I must carry to do my job. I carry my wallet in my front left pocket and it was getting way too bulky and difficult to dig it out and shuffle through everything looking for a card to pay for fuel or a meal,etc.. I now carry this card holder in my right front pocket. At first it was kind of strange to have it there but I quickly got used to it and the time it saved while in line to pay for whatever I may be purchasing is a huge convenience for myself as well as the other customers waiting in line to pay for their stuff and move on with their lives. I hate it when someone slows the payout line when I am in a hurry, I'm sure other people were just as upset with me when I caused the line to slow up while digging through my bulky wallet for a card too. Now it is a smoother, faster process for me (you welcome everyone in a hurry or impatient waiting in line). I carry 5 cards and a room key and I love this thing. December 4, 2016 I was at school and when I took my wallet out some kid asked me man what is with your wallet its so old and looks like a 5th graders. It just so happened to be completely worn out and ripped on both sides and half cut up. Also I had it since I was in 5th grade. So yes he was right however I have learned that one thing that I really do love is making sure I am in style, and in style this is. Its a sleek modern design crafted perfectly. This wallet is so small and perfect for the on the go person that it makes my like 10 times easier because I don't have to carried what looks like a brick in my back pocket. November 19, 2016 I got tired of sitting on a big bulky wallet all day and decided to go the front pocket route. This wallet is about as simple as you can get. It's also durable and reliable. I have been using it now for just shy of 1 year. I usually have about 7-9 cards in it and have not had any issues. The rubber band has not loosened at all and I have never had a card drop from it. It's also small enough that I don't really notice it in my pocket.The only complaint I have, is that it can be a bit of pain to get certain cards. I try to keep my least used cards in the middle and put my most often used ones on the outside. I was very much surprised with how much I like this wallet! October 26, 2016 I had a friend from work suggest this wallet for me. I wasn't sure at first, the whole idea of not having everything in its own individual pocket is pretty weird. The problem is I'm a student nurse and while I do have pockets capable of handling a full size wallet, it either slips out rather easily when I sit down (my back pockets) or is so obscene in scrubs it makes it look like I'm a little too "happy" to see my patients (hip pockets). So I bought this and gave it a try. It fits in my hip pocket rather nicely. It's small and compact (to the point I often forget it's actually in my pocket) but I never felt that it slipping out was a danger. Theoretically you can use the silicon band to keep cash with you, however I have not tried this (It is pretty rare that I carry cash and I have not encountered a reason/need to do so since I purchased this wallet). It comfortably fits at least 7 cards (that's what I have condensed my wallet down to anyways) but I do feel that it could easily accommodate another 2-3 cards. I have grown to love this thing. Never buying a standard wallet again...ever May 1, 2017 I've always used a smaller front pocket wallet and finally decided to go with one of these. I am never going back. This wallet is amazing! The most impressive thing about it is the ease of getting any card out. With a leather wallet it was always difficult to get a card out that was slid in with other cards in one pocket. Simply push the cards out from the one end and pinch the carbon fiber pieces together. The cards will fan out and you can access any one of them easily. After about a month everything stays securely in place. The band allows for a small amount of cash or receipts to be folded and held securely as well. If you are person that carries a lot of cash this you would not be able to use this, a separate money clip would have to be used. Overall I love it. Get rid of all the nonsense that you carry around and go minimal with one of these, wow will not regret it. Great slimmer alternative to a traditional wallet March 21, 2017 Great wallet. Used it for about a day so far and I'm liking it. Going to need some practice to get used to pushing the cards and accessing the card I want. All my cards out of the wallet and into the fidelo keeps a pretty low profile. The thickness of the fidelo filled is the same thickness as my wallet empty which is great since I'm planning to move my wallet from my back pocket to my front pocket now. Kinda sucks the carbon fiber looks like it's just a laminate rather than actual carbon fiber. I could be wrong and the wallet still looks great regardless. Great value, would purchase again March 16, 2017 Works well for me. I keep 8 cards in it and put my most used cards on top and bottom. It's faster and smaller than my wallet, even for interior cards. The tension on the band is just right and flexible enough to accommodate between 2 and maybe 10 or 12 cards well; it could hold more, but it might be tough to get to the interior cards if it's stuffed too tightly. With just my driver's license and one card, they won't slide out - even if I give a good shake.In short, I'm really satisfied with the value of this product and the purchase overall. Very nice & cool slim wallet November 29, 2016 I'm bought this 'minimalist' wallet because I recently slimmed down from an old, fat one. Unfortunately, after removing all the excess crap in my old wallet, I experienced that annoying issue of having my credit card or license easily fall out because the it was too big! I figured this was an opportunity to try something different rather than buying yet another regular wallet.So far, this definitely works for me. It's light, it's very secure and I was pleasantly surprised it fit way more cards than I expected it to. More than enough for the essentials I've been keeping in it (Roughly 6 cards and about 7-10 bills) . The carbon fiber is very cool looking and the 3 different colored money bands are a nice bonus. I'll admit, I probably will just use one of the bands because I'm not all that 'fashionable' but it's nice to have extras just in case. Fits easily in my pockets and in my car (really didn't realize how much pain in the behind I endured while driving until I started taking that old one out but then I couldn't find an easy place to put it!). Also, one of the most noticeable (and hilarious) things I've noticed is that it really helped reduce the weight of my pants.I have prime and it came exactly two days later. Excellent Money Clip Minimalist Wallet (see video provided) November 27, 2016 This wallet is fantastic and in no way similar to your standard bulky back pocket wallet. After playing with it for a few minutes, I figured out that if you push the cards out from one end and then squeeze that same end, your cards will fan out making it extremely easy to take the desired card out and put it back in. I tested it out with 8 cards and a bit of cash. I held everything tightly but could handle more of each. It is very slim and fits nicely into my pants front pocket. The Carbon fiber is very nice looking and light. It is very well designed and has no sharp edges. The company logo is engraved right into the material adding to the high end look. The bands seem well made and I love that this wallet comes with 4 different color bands. I was really impressed with the packaging which is great as I plan to send a bunch of these wallets as Christmas Gifts. Overall this is a great choice for a front pocket wallet for a good price. I would highly recommend.Update:1st wallet reviewed above - accessing cards is very easy, super light and extremely durable. Four Star Reviews: | 20% Not a bad one for every day use November 4, 2017 I kinda like it. I have been using this for almost a year now. I do not need to carry any cash so this is helpful. Whenever I need to carry cash I just slip some under the rubber band. This makes the band a bit loose for a few days. So far didn't have much problem with that though. I won't recommend putting more than one folded currency note in there.I have uploaded some images to show you the scale.After using this Slim wallet with 4 or 5 cards for long, the rubber band will become loose. Later on, if you reduce the number of cards by 2 or more, be careful since the wallet won't be tight enough to hold the remaining cards anymore. You may have to give the band some time to reduce its size so that it can hold the reduced number of cards again.Overall this slim wallet world good for me. Not bad October 6, 2017 Quality is good for the price. I have about about 8 cards in it and not too much trouble getting cards out after a little bit of a learning curve. Not really confident that the band will be secure enough for cash however. I’m thinking the aluminum Rocco wallet may be a better deal. The design is very similar and only a couple of dollars more, although I haven’t personally tried one.Cash issue aside, the materials seem to be good quality and it feels like the band will hold up for quite a while. The fact that the plates are made of plastic lends a somewhat cheap feel to the wallet however. Everyday wallet September 24, 2017 This is a great wallet that won't set you back a ton of money. There are a couple issues to be mindful of though. The first is that if you use more than the first card on each side you're basically taking everything out to get to other cards. I have my main debit card on one side and license on the other. That works most days but if I need to pull anything else out it's a pain. The other issue is that your first debit card gets the paint rubbed off when it's facing the plastic. These are small issues to me for the price and quality/durability of the product which is why I still think it's 4 stars. It works fairly well now... August 15, 2017 It works fairly well now. Thin, useful and stylish.I'm afraid that the rubber band will not last long term. Now it is somewhat difficult to get cards out of the wallet. But my fear, yet unrealized, is that the rubber band will stretch and I will be not be able to keep my cards help in. April 19, 2016 FIRST IMPRESSIONS:The Radix One came in a light and classy looking box and when my boyfriend took it out, my first impression was "It's so little." I honestly think it's one of the most useful things I have ever thought to get for him since he rarely carries a lot of cash around and mostly deals with his cards.DURABILITY:Had it for a couple of weeks now. He's dropped it a couple of times and none of the cards or the cash seem to budge from the wallet which is great. The material is also very light but it doesn't seem cheap enough to have dents from those falls.EASE OF ACCESS:So far, we've inserted around 9 cards and it's holding up pretty well. It's really snug, we just have a little bit of a struggle pulling the ones in the middle out but it'll take just a couple of seconds. Ladies, you might be able to compare this amount of time to the amount of time it takes to unzip, find, and slide out your card from your long zipper wallets.OTHER KINKS:I think it'll take a bit of getting used to and if you like feeling your wallet on your butt, this isn't the wallet for you. Also, color wise, if you have black seats, I would suggest not getting the entirely black one since it's difficult to look for and blends in with almost anything.VALUE FOR PRICE: 10/10The price isn't intimidating enough that if you don't like it, you'll regret buying it. February 25, 2016 I decided to try this style of "wallet" on the recommendation of a mentor. Because my work requires that I drive quite a bit, my regular wallet starts bothering my hip. Here are my pros and cons:PROS1. Does not need to go in a hip pocket2. Compact so it takes up little space in a front pocket3. Might be better if it had a center divider within to hold cash on the inside rather than the outside strap | 16% Not really a wallet but a solid carry solution August 3, 2017 Definitely one of the best card-carrying solutions available. I have used it with up to 15 cards and my license, and it's significantly faster and less bulky than my wallet was. The downside is you still have to store it somewhere, and I find that keeping my license and least used store card on the top and bottom respectively is the best way.Make sure you do two things. 1 - Master the process of pushing cards up and fanning them out for quick access. 2 - Keep your cards in the same order so you can retrieve them without looking.If you carry a lot of cards, the extra bands will likely come in handy. Solid alternative for the leather brick wallet March 31, 2017 Posted by my husband: I've always had that bi or tri fold wallet that was like a brick in my pocket. The great thing about those big leather wallets is that everything is easily accessible. I got this 'wallet' because I got tired of carrying around that leather brick. I was originally concerned this would not hold my credit cards securely, but to my surprise, it does a solid job. It's very slim and takes up maybe 1/3 of the space of my old wallet. But you do sacrifice ease of access. It's not difficult to get stuff out, but it's not quick either. And god forbid you can't find what you're looking for and have to pull all the cards out - it will take you a minute and two hands to get the band back on and your cards back in. That's a minor thing, though. it's a solid alternative to the leather brick I used to carry. If you put your cash under the band, it will fit and hold it snugly, but you have to fold it in thirds. If you're worried about the band losing it's tightness, they give you three more. So far, so good. 5 stars for the COMPANY! March 31, 2017 The company FIDELO is awesome, and stands by to there 100% satisfaction gurantee. With that being said, I don't think the product is for me. I would give the product 3 stars maybe.The pros obviously is that it is a minimalist wallet with great design. Doesn't scratch the outside material, the band keeps it tight enough, doesn't hurt your butt when you sit (Almost never does)! It is fun to carry around and even play around with it.The cons - the cards get rubbed on each other, you will definitely see scratches on them especially if you have cards with raised numbers. Also when taking a card out, it is not the smoothest of things to do. Also the cards in the middle are really hard to get to. Plus, I never use the RFID Chip readers while the card is still in the wallet.That being said, it is a good product and for the price it is great at what it does. It's simple, and it's small and no clutter. The jury is still out..... March 20, 2017 I absolutely never carry a purse and was looking for a replacement to an old travel money clip that had an ID pocket, and inner pocket that held cards and a clip for money. It had stretched too far and cards were not secure anymore. This wallet was just the size I was looking for, holds all my cards and some cash, but I am still not totally sold on how it functions. When I have pushed the cards out and then squeezed and grabbed a card, another card has almost made its way out.... may be operator error so I will keep working on technique. I do think this can be marketed to women also, especially if you just did a pack of bands in bright and fun colors..... the quality of the product is very good. Nice minimalist way to carry a few cards and some cash March 9, 2017 I bought this to replace a Bellroy Slim Sleeve leather wallet. I really wanted a RIdge wallet but couldn't justify the $90 price for a carbon fibre/aluminium Ridge wallet so I thought I'd check this out as a substitute for now. All in all it's not bad. I've put 9 cards in this and it seems to be handling it fine - I can get to most of the cards without too many issues. However, i do feel like it's not quite as well developed a concept as the RIdge wallet (not surprising for the price difference). For example, when accessing your cards, the top and bottom parts of the wallets move independently so sometimes it can feel like the wallet is "dissassembling" - however that doesn't happen, its just the way the design is. It is a very compact and stylish way to carry 9 cards and a few cash notes around so I plan to stick with it for now. That said, when i can spare the cash I probably will spring for the Ridge wallet. Great product that doesn't quite meet my needs February 12, 2017 I was hoping to have a simpler, smaller wallet. I had not heard of these minimalist ones as I haven't shopped for a wallet in a very long time.Unfortunately, the carbon fiber wallet won't quite work for my needs. I have 10 cards and I found it a bit hard to pull the correct card out quickly when trying to pay for things or show id. I tried each of the bands that came with it, and maybe after some stretching it would work better. Ultimately I went back to my old bi-fold wallet.However, the construction of the wallet is very good. It feels like something that would last years. And the concept isn't bad, just won't meet my needs.I ended up re-purposing the wallet to hold all of my gift cards so I don't have to carry those around in my wallet anymore. |

First, it's a front pocket wallet, which I'm not used to. Second, it just basically holds your cards all stuffed between the two plastic bits with the big rubber band. To use one, you pretty much have to take them all out. I couldn't get the knack of only getting one card out (even the top card) without the others coming out. Band too big. September 17, 2017 I've used this wallet for over a month now and I really like the concept. The only issue I have is that is seems that to be able to hold up to 10 cards, you sacrifice the ability to hold just a few. I usually only carry 3 & my drivers license. They will stay ok, but cash doesn't want to hold on the outside under the band, it's just not tight enough. I might need to try another brand. I really don't understand why you would want to use this with more than about 5 cards max anyway. It ouls defeat the purpose of being a "slim" wallet. If the band was tighter this would be a 5 star for its design, lightweight and ease of use. My Favorite, but there's room for an improved experience. July 12, 2017 It's a great minimalist option, that you'll need to replace in about 12 months. The band will stretch out from use over time, and I don't think there's any way to stop it from happening. I'd give it 5 stars if they included several bands, or offered replacement bands via Amazon prime. I write this as I order another one, so I haven't found anything better. Good for someone with just a couple cards. June 22, 2017 The wallet is thin. Easy to carry in the pocket. However, when it is time to get something out, it pretty much results in a disaster of all my stuff flying on the floor. It is brutal trying to see the card I need and to free it from the pile. I am going to use it for another week and see if I can develop better technique. If you only have very little money and less than 5 cards. You may have better success. I don't know anyone that has that few. Once you have your badge for work, driver's licence, conceal carry, company credit card, my couple of credit cards and a couple must have store cards like Costco it gets cumbersome. Good backup wallet June 3, 2017 Cool little minimalist wallet for quick trips, but not a regular wallet to carry around. Getting to the cards is a little bit of a challenge, and the band does pop loose with a small amount of pulling. It is nice and small so it doesn't crowd your pockets and at least it makes a nice noise when it hits the ground if it slips out of your pocket so you wont loose it easily. would have liked a better design to access the cards a little ... April 24, 2016 for the price i cant complain. its a decent minimalist wallet. would have liked a better design to access the cards a little easier. the indentations on the plastic dont really let you push the cards out enough in order to get a hold of the cards, even the ones on the outside. getting to the middle cards is even harder... almost have to take the cards completely out of the wallet. folding money to fit into the band is a bit weird for me too. if i fold the bill in half, it is wider than the wallet so part of the bills overhang. i have to fold them in thirds for them to fit nicely, which in turn makes them 33% thicker. so if i have 3 bills to fold up, they essentially become as thick as 9 bills. not so minimalist after that. | 4% Good but bad August 31, 2017 Good look fits cards good but is not easy to get the cards you want. I've since moved it to the front pocket and it seems fine now. I don't entirely blame the wallet but it's highly inconvenient to lose a pair of jeans of course. I'll probably be switching back to something leather. It's Aight. July 19, 2017 I'm in between. I like how small and light it is in my pocket, but there's not much to it. When I showed my wife, she said she could have taken some plastic cards, an elastic hair band and made this for me. She has a very good point. I wish there was a money clip instead of using the band to hold the money. Would make it more than some plastic and hair bands in my eyes. I also like the fact that I can basically put as many cards in it as I want. With my dl, health ins cards, membership cards, and credit cards, I have 14 cards. Hold very easily. The push and pinch method for that many cards doesn't work as well as it doesn't when there is only 10 or less.Overall, this is not for everyone, and I might be one of those it is not for. Unfortunately after a few months of use I found the band that holds everything together was close to breaking. FYI I was carrying about 10 cards and a couple of bills with it. I ended up having to buy a new one, thankfully they aren't too expensive. I'm going to put less cards in this new one and if it breaks again I'll probably look into other products. Dont like it March 13, 2017 Didn't really like it. I packed the wallet with the max amount of cards and sometimes they start to fall out of the case in my pocket. So when I take the wallet out some of my cards are still in my pocket. I'm afraid I will lose something when I pull it out. Almost loved it but flawed where it's just not worth it. July 6, 2016 I really liked it at first, but you have to be so careful to not destroy your cards. After 3 months of using it my main card only works half the time and it looks like it's aged 5 years. The main thing to watch out for is other cards with raised card numbers. Sliding the card mag strip towards those raised numbers will wear away the mag strip. Once all retailers goto chip and pin this shouldn't be such a problem. I didn't mind the card shuffle you have to do with these type of wallets (the shuffle where you end up taking out half your cards to get the right one). So while I don't hate it I just can't use. Not good for my purposes, might be for yours. June 13, 2016 I was looking for a slim wallet to hold about 4 cards and maybe a little cash from time to time. Short story, this wallet did not work for my purposes and I wouldn't recommend it. The reasons it didn't work for me are listed below.Pros:- Good looking.- If you carry enough cards in the wallet to keep the band tight, and you don't carry cash, it is slimmer than your regular wallet and feels nice in your pocket.Cons:- Band was too loose. You really need at least 6 cards to keep it tight enough so it's not slipping around and dropping cards out.- The band was a pretty slick feeling rubber, so I never felt confident that even when it was tight it would keep my cash in. The money would shift around and not stay put.- If you carry cash, the wallet quickly becomes just as thick as your regular wallet because you have to fold the bills into at least thirds. Nice concept, but it just didn't feel like something I felt comfortable carrying. Wallets are usually soft, this one is hard and cumbersome. Getting a card out requires shuffling through however many you attempt to carry until you reach the correct one and while I've seen the suggestions from some other reviews to keep the most-used cards up front, my attempt at doing that failed when I hurriedly placed it back in without bothering to re-sort them after the fact and then went searching for them again. Found that I had to struggle to get the cards out and back in. In the end it was only slightly smaller than my slim wallet. Nice concept but not practical September 28, 2017 Had to return it, due to missing 3 of 4 bands and actually it will not hold more than a couple of bills and credit cards. Nice concept but not practical Too loose September 21, 2017 This looked pretty good in the video, but in practice the cards were a bit too loose for my taste. The single elastic band in the middle means that the cards move around too much, and fell out when trying to access one of the middle ones. One Star Reviews: | 7% Slim wallet looks like what I wanted. August 25, 2017 From the picture this looked like a nice slim wallet to carry a couple cards and cash. As I have used it I found the band stretches out quickly and doesn't seem to come back to size. Kinda worried that my money will fall out of the band. The case opens up and holds cards snuggly but with only 6 cards it can be kinda hard to get cards out. JUNK - don't waste your time and/or money August 5, 2017 the strap stretched out after just 2 days. all i had in it was 3 credit cards and my drivers license. i took it out of my pocket and the cards went flying out onto the ground. it was wet and messy this morning so that was definitely beyond 'not cool'... It completely useless unless I had 5 to 6 cards in it. Anything less just too loose. At 5 or 6 or more cards, it does not make this wallet any slimmer than a full size wallet.It cannot hold cash. My cash fell out when I pulled the wallet out of my pocket. Luckily, the person who picked up the money is my son.
