Love this medicine ball. It bounces well and is textured for a great grip. I will be buying more sizes soon!
GREAT MEDICINE Ball...get your workout on now....
May 29, 2017
LOVE LOVE LOVE my medicine ball. This is a 12lb and made very well. I like this one because it has a bumby like outer cover and it won't slip out of your hands. It is weighted correctly and bounces well too. Not a whole lot to elaborate about with a ball so this review is short. GREAT PRICE, GREAT VALUE, GREAT PURCHASE!!!
Great Medicine Ball for Circuits
April 27, 2017
I use this ball to do circuits and it is exactly what you want in a medicine ball, easy to grip and the weight is distributed evenly. It is of the same great quality as more expensive balls that I have seen and the price point is perfect. Have used it for a couple months and have no complaints!

I use this for myofacial release of my glutes, and lower legs. Great price for a medicine ball that is equal in every way to the high priced ones.
Perfect and Affordable
November 25, 2016
Perfect and Affordable. I actually use this also as a roller (like with foam rolling) for areas that need to roll in 2-axis instead of just back and forth (such as following the Sartorius muscle in the inner thigh). It is nice and firm in addition to having the weight (not like the sand balls).

The perfect weight bench
July 19, 2017
The bench is very sturdy. It is the right length for doing flat bench exercises. It might be a little short if you have an extremely long torso but most people should be fine with it. Its a complete steal at the price they offer it here. Most other benches like this are upwards of $100. I love the leather feel to it, it feels very high quality and is an attractive bench. Putting it together was a breeze. I've had it for almost two years and it has held up great.

Perfect for Home Gym Setup!
September 7, 2016
This is a perfect size for a home gym. I have combined this bench with free weights, an elliptical, a roller and ab wheel. This is all I need for a fully body workout. The bench is strong enough to use with free weights but light enough to move around the house. I'm petite and it works great in terms of the size and height. Perhaps for a much bigger person, it could be too small? It was very easy to put together and all I might do is tighten the hardware once a year.
Perfect bench for me!
August 1, 2016
Wow this bench is amazing! I got this bench to work out in using my Powerblock set and I have no complaints at all. I am a small person (5'8" and 150 lbs). It is easy to move around, I keep my sets under the chair to save more room space and it fits well. When I am not working out, I use it as a normal bench at my desk and it works out well for me. One thing to note is that the bench may be a little shorter on the width and length side for someone who is over 6ft and bulkier than me.
Very Reliable Bench!
July 28, 2016
Teen Son's ReviewI really like this bench because it supports my weight without wobbling and, because of the type of workouts I do, has multiple uses.PROS: Supports a lot of my weight with little to no wobble at all. It's not huge so it fits almost anywhere. It doesn't keep the smell of sweat after I workout. Very lightweight and easy to carry.CONS: I haven't found any yet.So in conclusion, I have found it to be a very reliable bench and I would recommend that if you're in the market for a bench, this is a good buy.
Very solid
May 24, 2014
(For latest update, see update below) I thought I would take a chance on this bench since it was so cheap, and I couldn't be more satisfied. It was packed well and went together in about 5 minutes. It is a testament to the effectiveness of this bench that even during the assembly stage I could already feel substantial gains in my lats. A quick mirror check confirmed this to be true. All the parts were there, and an Allen wrench was included. Just make sure you have a regular wrench for some of the bolts and some bourbon for overall health and well being.I hopped on for a few quick reps to test it out and found that it was incredibly solid - absolutely no wobble at all. My other FID bench has a tiny bit of wiggle that is a constant bother. With the indicated 600lb limit, this should be fine for heavy lifting for just about anybody. Unfortunately my compression socks were at the dry cleaners or I would have tested that limit. Maybe next time I'll update on the max capabilities. Finally, the padding was nice and thick and firm. I couldn't feel any bolts underneath, and it gave nice support - not too spongy. One thing I noticed was that the user limit was 300lb, but the max limit was 600lb. I don't know how the bench knows if you're a 400lb guy lifting 200 or a 200lb guy lifting 400, but you probably wouldn't want to get those two hypothetical scenarios mixed up. If you're 305 and want to a bit of iron hoisting, I would suggest doing a bit of cardio and maybe some sauna first to hit that 300lb limit.(Update: 09/30/2015) I see that some people have been having issues with the durability and/or stability of their units. Maybe some others have purchased lemons, but mine is still rock solid over a year later - no wobbles, no weld failures, and no problems with the stitching. The padding is also still very firm. This is with consistent 3-4x per week of use, unless it is holiday season where usage drops precipitously in honor of the festive spirits - both beer and bourbon. I still have yet to test that upper weight limit, but I'm getting the kangaroo leather inserts redone on my weightlifting gloves. Once those bad boys are back from the tailor and they are properly oiled and conditioned, I'll be ready to max out and give it a go.

September 15, 2017
Excellent quality. I DID NOT have difficulty inflating this Bosu with the new black one-piece pump. The plug comes in a separate bag and the training paper and DVD's are good quality. The BOSU itself is heavy duty and very good quality. I haven't used it for long, so I don't know if it will last. If it doesn't, I will come back and update my review.
Just the best
May 25, 2017
If you have used these in your favorite gym you will know how addictive they are for doing exercises. I like the way it protects my hands/wrists and elbows - beats the hard floor for planks etc. For balance training, well, I need it. It is what I'm hoping will keep me improving.
Wonderful
May 20, 2017
Wonderful. Very easy to inflate with the easy-to-use and efficient included air pump. Not sure why others might have had problems doing it. The instructions are in the manual. Plenty of exercise programs included on DVD. Very attractive color is more sky blue than dark blue.

Fun for exercising at home
March 16, 2017
Received exactly what was pictured (blue Bosu trainer, black hand pump, 6 DVD's, poster with different poses, and manual). I love this item, I tried it out at a gym before and decided to purchase one for home after I chose not to renew my gym membership. It's fun to use, inflates quickly with the hand pump and sturdy (so far).My only complaint is that it is a magnet for lint and hair so I have to wipe it down before and after each use. Otherwise, this is a fun addition to working out at home.
Great addition to home gym, money well spent for in home physical therapy
November 22, 2016
Bought this for in home physical therapy, along with a 10 lb medicine ball. This Bosu ball came with the DVD's and wall charts of exercises to do. Nice extra to have. Instructions said to pump it up so height of ball was X amount, but couldn't get it that height. It works great for a 205 lb man to do his in home physical therapy, and all the exercises shown on the charts. Have not to add air yet in the 1 month that I've owned it.

Solid workout bench.
March 25, 2017
So far this bench is living up to my expectations. Easy to put together. The bench pad is solid and hard which has taken some getting used to given my old one had more cushion. However, I think the solidness of has enhanced my free weight work. The height is also a bit higher than my old one which required more focus when doing my step-ups and considering I'm 5'4". Overall, I'm impressed with the quality and price which was less than half in what I could have paid for the exact same bench in a sporting goods store.
Good bench
March 19, 2017
This bench does everything you want at this price point. It would be better if it were a few more inches long, as I sometimes have trouble laying on the bench to do presses. You can manage it, but you have to use every inch of the bench if you're over 6 feet tall. The bench was fairly easy to put together, and I managed it in approximately 20 minutes. The pparts are very well constructed, and so far I haven't been disappointed.
A Good Starter Bench
January 2, 2017
This is a starter bench. It's rated at 600 lb max (person and weights). It did not arrive in one day as Amazon estimated. Overall a decent bench for a beginner or someone doing simple dumbbell or body weight exercises. I would buy again. See pros and cons below:Pros:Build is consumer grade and suited for working out at home for most.Simple to put together with some basic wrenchesLight and easy to move aroundSmall footprintCons:The padding is not as dense and comfortable as your high quality gym benches
perfect for my purpose
May 17, 2016
Very simple, well built, perfect for my purpose. Was easy to assemble. My only complaint is that I am working out because I am fat and need to build some strength. I laid down on the bench to do some lifts and basically had to roll off. It is too narrow to push up off of, and nothing to hook my feet in to help me sit up. Maybe when my core gets stronger I won't be like a turtle!
Nice, simple bench
March 4, 2016
This bench is pretty much as advertised. You will need to assemble it, but it was pretty easy to do. However, I am one of those people that take everything out of the box and check off that all parts are present before beginning anything. I also read all instructions! :-)It seems lightweight, but it is pretty sturdy when using. I got this for a particular workout program that I started and use it for a lot of step ups and step overs, jump over the bench and some free weight lifting. Have not had an issue with it to date. I am female, 5'5" 170 lbs and not lifting more than 20 pound hand weights, so take that as you will!
Good economical bench for home use
January 4, 2016
I bought this bench to be able to do some basic exercises (dumbbell chest press, dumbbell leg curls, bench hip thrust, etc.) when I do not have time to go to the gym. I find it perfect for home use. The quality seems good and it was very easy to put together, Although,I had to put some muscle strength in tightening the bolts. The only con is that the bench is really light and I found it to tip over when doing dumbbell leg curls or hyper-extensions on one end. I fixed this easily by putting 20 lbs dumbbells over the bench base on the opposite end. So I am very happy with this purchase since I can do the exercises I bought it for.

January 13, 2016
Just like the ones used in physical therapy. This is a quality product. No problems getting it inflated. I haven't yet had to reinflate it but it looks like taking the plug out might be a little difficult but that's typical with all these types of products. Easy to use with flat side up or down. I use this to help with my core strengthening and with rehab after my knee surgery. Only con I have is the price, but you get what you pay for.

I should have thought this through, but I never use it because I don't know what to do with it. I keep spacing off getting online and looking for stuff, but it would've been great if it came with a little pamphlet with some moves you can do with this.
Beware! It's bouncy.
February 2, 2016
This med ball is fine for regular weight exercises but it's really too bouncy for slam balls or wall balls.
Bouncy: watch your nose.
January 11, 2016
I just got this and am going to return it. The ball bounces too high for the exercise I want to do. When dropped from 6', it rebounds 2' to 3'. I'd say the bounce is about 40% of the drop. For the slamming exercise I learned, I need a ball that bounces less than a foot when thrown down vertically. (Or I risk a broken nose.). The ball looks well made. It only stinks of vinyl, it doesn't reek, which is about as good as you can expect from new equipment. If you want a ball that bounces, you should give this one a try.

Screws too long!
September 12, 2017
The bench itself is nice quality, however, The screws that secure the bench to the two "feet" are too long and as a result they extend past the bottom of the rubber end caps on either side of the feet. This results in the bench wobbling wheneve I move it or reposition it. Otherwise, it is suitable for at home workout.
Decent Product For Price:
June 11, 2017
The bench has some unexpected flexibility during use. I am under 200 lbs and not lifting over 70 lbs total. I wonder how it does with big guys lifting more serious weights?
Great bench for dumbbell work outs
July 7, 2016
Good bench for the price, a bit bigger than I expected, but perfect for doing dumbbell exercises at home. I canceled my gym membership and bought this + a pair of Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells & an Ab Ball. I'm able to get a complete work out at home on my own schedule and could not be happier. I'm 5'11, 170 lbs, and I the maximum weight on my dumbbells is 105 lbs, so that's what I bench, but if you're looking to do more than that, this might not be the bench for you, since the max load is only 300 pounds.
Wobblistic! Cheap
March 7, 2016
This thing wobbles but for the price, what do you expect. I have this and 2 of the more expensive Marcy Bench. The more expensive one is worth it when it's on sale at $64. But for this price, you really can't complain. The difference is the legs and the cushion. My major complaint on this one is that no way you can fix the wobble!
Good, not great for heavier people
February 9, 2016
The bench is good, so far, but feels slightly wobbly. I'm a big guy (6'4" 230 pounds) and can feel the bench giving under my weight when I sit on the edges. I wouldn't trust it to hold me up if I did bench dips. I can also feel it shifting substantially when I do heavy bench press. I feel like a lot of that could have been mitigated if they threw 3 or 4 steel strips on the underside to distribute the load. So, for now, it works, but I'm not so sure about the long term viability of the bench.
Good bench, nothing fancy
April 7, 2015
I'm 5'7" and this bench is a perfect fit for me. If you're much taller than I am it may be a little short for you. Width seems standard like the benches at the gym, but length strikes me as a little less. Easy to put together, seems super sturdy, and I expect it will last for years to come in my workout room.

Miss all but trainer and pump.
November 1, 2017
I should have listened to the comments. I did not receive the DVD, chart, plug, diet guide or 120 page training guide. Yes I double and triple checked the box and packing material. I received a box with the trainer and a pump both in plastic bags. I have not had a chance to try pumping it up or using it since I have no plug and directions. Very disappointing. Now I must roll the dice and see if I can get the missing items or do I need to return it and hope for a better quality check on the next one I get.

August 9, 2016
BOSU's are pretty standard but I don't know what is up with the way they have been making them. I own 3 gyms and each gym has 6 or more and for some reason the ball keeps coming off the base. I have had to return 5 of them because the ball just pops off the bottom base. Amazon has been great in replacing most of them. I have now not been able to replace the last few but more importantly BOSU needs to fix this problem. I have some from 7 years ago that work fine and the new version just isn't made the same.
Bosu great. Included dvd's not so great.
May 13, 2016
The bosu itself is great. No problems. The workout dvd however is not so great. I was sent 2 separate dvd'so which would not work. The back of the dvd looks like it had a manufacturingredients defect perhaps. It had a smeared metal look to it.it did not work. I've called bosu and they told me they have not sold the 2 pack dvd workout for over a year & have since upgraded to 6 individual dvds. Personally I'm not sure how going from everything on 2 dvds to having them on 6 separate dvds is an upgrade. I think they should offer a version you could download or an app to access the workouts. I now have a bosu with no workout program to follow.
NOT AS PICTURED
April 10, 2016
Warning: This item DOES NOT come with the wall chart or 6 dvd's as shown! It comes with a ball & pump, 2 dvd's, and that's it. Seems to be in working order but this image is false advertising, just so you are aware. If you are looking for the whole package, look elsewhere!

July 6, 2017
This bench is not sturdy at all. Not lightweight people doing light weight exercise only. I didn't expect much out of it, but i got less than expect on durability. This thing can barely handle 200lbs.
Wobbles
May 28, 2017
When I put it together it does not sit flat. It wobbles. It's higher than the ones I have used at the gym and my feet do not come close to being in a comfortable bench position. But I suppose for a cheap price you get what you pay for. I would return if I had paid more but it's not worth the time to take apart package and ship back. I'm sure I'll find some use out of it
2 stars because it does work other than that this bench is made with horrible, bending plywood
May 19, 2017
After about 10-20 uses the middle of the bench will start to bend, this bench has the potential to mess up your posture. 2 stars because it does work other than that this bench is made with horrible, bending plywood.
Not durable...buy a bench of higher quality.
October 3, 2016
Not exactly durable... I have owned this for 1.5 years, and typically put a total ~250-280lbs on the bench. It is rated for 300lbs, but that is not the case with mine. After about 6 months, I noticed one of the legs warped a bit diagonally, and yesterday while lifting I noticed for the first time that the entire surface of the bench is very uneven--leaning towards the left side. Time to replace it before I injure a shoulder or worse, have the leg snap in half.Do yourself a favor and get a more expensive bench. Your future gains will appreciate it.

The bolts provided by the manufacturer are about 1.5cm too long. The bench simply cannot be assembled with the provided hardware. I'll have to purchase my own nuts and bolts if I want to assemble this bench...

Opt for the premium version if you can.
May 30, 2017
This is a great tool for exercising. Unfortunately you'll spend just as much time keeping it inflated as you will using it. I have to pull the pin out and inflate it back up every 2-3 days. I wish I had sprung for the more expensive version just to avoid the hassle.
Doesn't hold air
March 6, 2017
This exercise item would be great if it didn't lose air constantly. And it's difficult to refill. I don't know if it is leaking air around the seam or where it is filled underneath. I wish I had sent it back much earlier for a replacement to see if the same thing happened.
Arrived defective
March 16, 2016
The product in general appears good and well made, but ours arrived defective. The plastic plugs literally dropped inside of the ball. We then bought replacement plugs, all of which fell inside again. After waiting for those plugs, we're now past the 30-day return mark so we have a ball that cannot stay inflated. Sigh...
Disappointed
January 28, 2016
I'm giving this product a lower rating because even though it appears like it will work with the bands that Amazon suggests are typically purchased together, this type of Bosu doesn't allow you to attach any bands. This is very disappointing to me, since I wanted the added workout that the bands would give me. I will definitely be returning the bands, and possibly the Bosu because of this. It's a lot of hassle to return the product, but it's too expensive to keep if I can't use it the way I want to.
HORRIBLE Pump
May 28, 2015
I do not write reviews because i think that everyone has a different take on a product. For this product however, i feel the need to write one. This may be a great exercise tool but you will never know unless you can inflate it. The tool to inflate this is very very very cheap. It does not hold well and it takes multiple times to inflate it. After 3 tries the blue tubing cracked and the top piece is virtually impossible to remove to put the cap on. When you try to remove the cap the blue piece on the bottom pops off and it deflates. It has been beyond frustrating. This product is so NOT worth the money. In short the pump is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP !!!!!
First impression: VERY CHEESY QUALITY
July 9, 2014
First impression, after FINALLY getting the thing to inflate with the incredibly cheesy pump that comes with it, is that I am very disappointed in the quality. I hope the actual product is not as low quality as the pump and process of inflating it seems. The cheap plastic hoses pop off numerous times, very poor plug design, no valves. I give this pump, at most, two or three inflations before it fails completely. Where did they even find such a low quality pump? Must of had them special made.VERY disappointed considering high price. May even send it back.Very bad first impression.

I was hoping to be able to do ball slams with this medicine ball, but on my fifth session of ball slams, this ball just about split in two. legs are uneven
April 1, 2017

This bench was lopsided and slanted to one side. I emailed Amazon to see if they can send me a new one and never heard back.

This broke after about 6 months for us as well. It inflates and then loses air. I think it has a hole somewhere.
I'm very disappointed at the moment

The valve on the air pump that came in the package was cracked so the air leaks out as I'm trying to inflate it. Additionally the phone number for customer service in the hand book and the website listed for warranty information are no longer active/valid.
No pump in box - now what do I do?

This item was delivered not as described! Only the ball was included. No DVD, no manual, and most importantly no pump! In looking over recent reviews I see this has happened to others. How do I get rest of the items?
I am very disappointed.
