Nice!
I love this for slamming exercises
April 15, 2017
I love this for slamming exercises. The pattern gives a great grip too. My fiance made the mistake of thinking it was meant for balancing on and it didn't pop (he's 220lbs) so I would say this is a very sturdy product.
Does the job
March 12, 2017
Does exactly what I need it for, a shoulder exercise to help a torn rotator cuff. (my PT calls it "the ball on the wall" exercise)
I like it
January 28, 2017
This is the best ball I have found for physical therapy exercises for my shoulder. My cats popped the first ball of a different brand that I purchased so I had to look for another one. I'm sure this one could be popped, but the material is more like a dodgeball from PE in grade school. I have higher hopes for its longevity.
Great!!
June 27, 2016
Exactly as described. It is perfect for my rehab exercises. Just like the one at the physical therapy place.
Favorite for Foot Rehab
February 22, 2016
Perfect medicine ball for foot rehab. I bought this to help with post-surgery foot rehab based on my physical therapist's description. They can be hard to find in local sporting good stores. After looking online and around our area, I found this one and ended up buying 2-one for home and one for work. This one mimics the one my physical therapist uses with me. It's squishy enough to roll your foot on, but firm enough to provide resistance. Great for seated toe/calf raises and rolling the ball of your foot---the whole foot really--for an effective stretch. Has held up well to months of foot rolling without issue. Has a bit of weight to it (a few pounds), but light enough to pick up and move with one hand.

So far working as planned.
Great Set, Got My Exercise Assembling It Too!
January 17, 2017
Very well priced, shipped very well too. The rack is a bit clumsy to put together but I got it done. Just remember to have an 11/16 socket and wrench available, and put it together loosely before tightening anything up, especially the bolts going into the base and the support bars. The other nut size is metric, think it was a 13 or so.Check each hoop for straightness end-on; - you want them bolted onto the vertical frame such that they are all bent upward, if they're not welded perfectly straight. If you don't, the hoops won't hold the medicine balls very well. Better to bolt them onto the vertical frame so that they're not level, but extended slightly upward. You can always press downward on each medicine ball to get the hoops adjusted a bit lower after they're in place, then tighten the bolts. The supports that bolt onto the base and the vertical frame aren't very well designed - they don't fit over one of the attachment bolts for one of the hoops. To get these to fit, attach the supports to the vertical frame first, very loosely (you won't be able to do this any other way anyway). Then, really struggle to get the bolts through each of the two supports at their respective bases where they attach to the rear of the base of the entire structure. Then, tighten the ones in the base, and lastly the one in the vertical frame. If you did everything right, you had to bend each support at the top ends in order to get them to fit around that one bolt that attaches one hoop to the vertical frame. They'll bend just fine, and you'll be able to tighten that bolt too.Overall structure will be level on the floor, vertical, and stable.
Very happy!

This was a great addition to my gym. I love the rack that comes with the medicine balls. Its sturdy and well made.
Very impressed with how good of a deal this was
April 2, 2016
Very impressed with how good of a deal this was!! Separately, building this medicine ball collection would be insanely expensive. The stand was easy to assemble (you'll need a wrench) but everything is in great condition. I've used them a few times and no problems!
Super space saving design
December 9, 2011
I bought the product based on a recommendation of a friend and have found it to be a great addition to my work-out routines. The rack is well designed and built with a solid quality, allowing you to store 6 medicine balls in a very space-saving way.The balls that come with the rack are easy to grip and sized perfectly for a good core workout.
Great set of Medicine Balls from Amazon
February 7, 2011
This is a great set of medicine balls with a standing rack. We purchasedthis set for our club fitness center. The members have been using theballs since the first day they were added to the center. The stand is verystable, no worries about it tipping over. The balls are excellent quality, thick rubber and the texture makes them easy to hold. It would highly recommendthese medicine balls to individuals or fitness centers.

If a firm medicine ball is what you're looking for, this is NOT it
May 24, 2016
Ball is very soft and mushy, but does have that weight. Would have preferred a more firm medicine ball, but I guess it will get the job done. I use it mainly for roman twist exercises and it works well for that.
better than average
April 15, 2016
They work well. I mistakenly thought they'd be soft enough to grab and pickup with one hand since they are gel filled, but that's not the case.
Slippery when wet
June 16, 2015
I like this medicine ball, but you really need some sort of workout gloves to grip it, especially once it gets a little sweaty. Bare hands won't cut it. Other than that, it's great. Good for tossing around, and if you live in an apartment and drop it it won't make as much noise.
Not as expected but still well made.
November 13, 2012
Having gone to a few gyms in my day I expected this to be a solid ball with gel in the inner chamber. So that you are aware what this is is the equivilent of a four-square ball with gel inside. It has very thick wills to the ball but it is still elastic in nature find myself nervous that it will rupture someday and the gel carnage will be disasterous. The lighter weight balls 8 lbs and less this does not matter because they are stable enough on own but especially on the largest ball I tend to be a little cautious with it but it still gives the benefit needed from a medecine ball I am just not willing to test it for durrability, have had for months now with no problem though. No leaks and as mentioned the walls of the ball are quite thick so I am probably worried over nothing. Gave it a 4 because not being a solid ball makes storage a little difficult

March 18, 2016
After receiving my Rubber ball set, I had an extremely hard to securing the base end caps. They were to tight, and maybe to small. I was only able to get one cap on. My 8lb. Ball cracked while engaged in a bouncing exercise. I have replaced it. Would love to get reimbursed. I only had the set about 4 to 5 weeks.

Good set of Balls!
October 14, 2013
Just good they are a bit greasy but wiping them down and tossing them around helps that quick. Caution, I did add some air with a hand pump to the 2 lb. ball after we were done with ball slams we racked the ball then heard a pop! It was the 2 lb. ball? So the others are great no problem there the rack is cool too.
Great product, reasonable price
July 13, 2010
I'm a fitness enthusiast and bought this set to expand my home gym a bit. I'm very happy with my purchase! The rack, while larger than I expected, was relatively easy to assemble and is sturdy. The balls themselves are of decent quality. My only issue is that one of them arrived significantly deflated, but this was easily remedied with a bicycle pump. This was my first product from Cap Barbell, and I plan on purchasing more of their equipment soon.

Effective product
April 22, 2017
For the price of these medicine balls, you can't beat it. The only downside to this product is, bigger the medicine ball the more awkward it is to throw against a rebound trampoline. The red and the blue ball are excellent for throwing against the rebound trampoline.
Slippery & big
February 5, 2017
The ball is very large for a 15 lbs ball and the surface texture makes it hard to hold without gloves. Read its very slippery. I'm hoping the strong plastic smell will wear off -not a bad ball for the money, but wish I had read the circumference - its a little big for my average size female adult hands. And the gel will take a little getting used to.
It did not make much difference!
November 12, 2016
Personally, I did not feel the difference for long after using it! It only release the tension on my neck for a short while.
Tiny But Powerful
April 6, 2016
It does not seem like much but holding it up in the air while I tread water in 9 feet really gets my heart rate up. Don't drop it or you will have to dive deep to get it because it sinks fast.
That SMELL!!
May 14, 2014
Love using this ball for inner thigh exercises...but when I pulled it out of the package, it had this awful smell! I've had the ball for about a month...still stinks.UPDATE::: I've had this for over a year now. Happy to report the smell is gone!
Gel-filled ball
November 25, 2012
I got this medicine ball to enhance my workouts at home. I thought the gel filled ball would be nice instead of a basketball-like medicine ball. However, this ball is much softer than I expected. It's definitely usable, but I wish I had bought a regular medicine ball instead.(Love the purple color though! It matches my stability/balance ball!).

April 27, 2015
2 of the balls split after just a couple of months I didn't slam them so It was frustrating to pay this much to have damaged product
Its good for the price.
February 2, 2014
It looks very nice once you set it up. The medicine balls themselves have a thin layer of lubricate of some sort like others have mentioned. A simple wipe with a towel takes off most but not all of it. The 2lb ball doesn't inflate all the way but still works. The 10lb ball ripped out a couple of weeks ago. We were slamming the balls. I'm guessing after a couple hundred reps it gave out. The 2lb ball now has a slight bulge from one of the section and is warped into an oval shape. Still functions, it just looks like an egg? Overall, its a great starter set. For the range of weights and rack, it's really a good place to start. I'll be replacing them one by one with a better set as I go.
Dissappointed with Amazon
January 30, 2013
While the balls are attractive on the tree and for a great price, I am dissappointed that Amazon has lowered their standard of quality by delivering a 2lb ball that was damaged. As a frequent customer with Amazon I am terribly dissappointed. We as customers expect better of you. The balls are attractive and easy to work with. Correct that flaw with the 2lb ball and all is well. I ama hoping that if I purchased another set that I wouldn't have the same issue
Deflated Balls
September 29, 2011
We were pretty disappointed to have some of the balls deflate without any real use whatsoever within 1 day of receiving the order. Now we have to go buy a special pump to inflate them. Funny, we've only had them 2 days. Sad. Just really disappointing from a consumer point of view.
good product. made in china

does the job. stands is really easy to put together at least you dont know how to use a wrench.my set came up with 2 x 8 pounds and 2 x 10 pounds. but i didnt return it cause i train sometime 2 person at same time so it will do the job. (never receive 4pounds and 2 pounds ball)

Too soft
September 3, 2017
My physical therapist recommended I purchase a 4 pound Mediball. I purchased the Champion instead of a Mediball because the Champion included free prime shipping while the shipping on the Mediball was approximately $12. The Champion is too soft compared to a 4 pound Mediball and pretty much worthless for the exercises prescribed by my physical therapist. I would not purchase this item again.
I actually am disappointed in this ball
September 16, 2015
I actually am disappointed in this ball. The weight is correct, but it's soft interior makes it unable to slam. I wanted to be able to slam it.
Not exactly what I expected

Was not what I needed. Way to soft. Probably good for people with arthritis. I gave it away the same day it arrived.

September 3, 2012
The ball has less gel in it then it's supposed to. The ball seems deflated. The claimed weight was 15 pounds but it is actually 14 pounds. I'll try to post a picture. Looking to send in for a replacement. My 7 lb ball is perfect.

Wouldnt recommend this product.
July 31, 2016
For those thinking cap would have fixed the defect in the #2 & 6 ball, you're wrong. The base of the stand is sold but the top section no matter how tight you get the bolts it still sways something awful. It got 2 stars just for the base being sturdy and 4 of the 6 balls staying as they are supposed to.

Medicine Balls
October 27, 2010
Wasn't too thrilled with this product. It may have been a once in a blue moon flaw, but two of the lightest balls were not symmetrically round after they were initially inflated, and had not been used for less a week. They were replaced and the replacement balls kept their shape. The metal ball holder would not be classified as heavy duty but was sufficient to hold the balls.

Too Late Disclosure
January 7, 2014
I wanted to keep the ball because it really is what I am looking for EXCEPT the box it arrived in has a WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause Cancer and birth defects of other reproductive harm. When I told my husband he responded with, "good thing we don't live in California" and then laughed. I took it out of the bag and the dog was too interested in it, I thought she'd end up ingesting it . . . .too bad the description didn't disclose the harmful contents.
Very hard to hold....
October 18, 2013
I bought this based on the reviews but found it very hard to hold on to. the ball does have "tread" to it but not enough for 15 lbs. The gel seemed to loose and smooshy for a medicine ball. I have been lifting weights for over 22 years so I have experience with all types of medicine balls but would not recommend this gel ball. Maybe the smaller weights would be OK.
Arrived punctured due to poor wrapping
April 2, 2013
The ball would have been fine, but the provider only single wrapped it in a made-up box. Trying to get through the layers of heavy tape, I punctured the ball. Won't order this again.

Would not recommend them unless your home gym is outdoors and in ...
December 31, 2016
The balls were just so so as far a quality but the smell is GOD AWFUL!!! I mean the smell to the point that I cannot use them indoors. Imaging being in a tire or rubber making factory with no ventilation while having fans blow the smell up your nose. I noticed they are made in China and I suspect whatever this smell is is not healthy and may even be dangerous. They should let folks know before purchasing these balls, I kept them out in the garage for a couple of weeks, but no luck. Even though it winter, I moved these out on the patio...perhaps a few weeks in the outdoors will help as I can't return them now. Would not recommend them unless your home gym is outdoors and in a sunny location.
DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY

DO NOT ORDER. BALLS CAME DEFLATED AND THE RACK WAS MISSING. BIG HASSLE TO RESEND BACK. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY! See how many other people have had the same problems. Don't take a chance.

Not deserving of a garbage can.

Balls were flat on arrival very very very poor quality. You get what you pay for. Wasn't even sent correct rack for the balls.
