BY FAR the best laminating sheets EVER
September 21, 2016
One of the best laminating sheets I've ever purchased and I've purchased PLENTY. I laminate catalogs and I like to give my customers the best of quality. I've purchased so many sheets that are full of bubbles and uneven. This product gives you crystal clear results. No bubbles in between the sheets. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Only downside was I went to order again and it was unavailable so I had to resort to buying another laminated sheet and those were crap. PLEASE keep up with the supply and demand. I'll need to order a few more packs of these in the next couple of weeks and having to go back to crap just wouldn't be acceptable :)
Such an amazing deal!
July 27, 2016
Such an amazing deal for 200 sheets! I am a teacher and am currently laminating all of my resources to prepare for the new school year. I have quite a lot and felt guilty about potentially bogging down the school's laminator and volunteer for too long. I am impressed by the quality of these sheets. They worked great with my Scotch laminator. Pages are easy to insert and the paper sort of "sticks" nicely to the inside of the sheet to ensure slippage does not occur. I have used other laminating sheets in the past where the paper in the sheet moved and did not laminate properly. This has not occurred with these sheets. Additionally, there is no separating occurring upon cutting the laminated pages I have done so far. I will purchase this pack again.

Best balance of cost and quality
September 11, 2016
Nice laminating sheets, these were the best balance of cost and quality I could find. I'm no expert to compare all brands but I've used a couple other brands of these including Scotch before. I wouldn't say these are the absolute best but unless you need the extra thickness, these are great budget ones.Should be compatible with most all standard laminators but you can check yours to verify what thickness it needs. As long as it's not too thick or too large it doesn't matter to match the brand of you laminator. The specifics of how well your final product comes out also depends on the laminator itself so if you are having any issues, make sure what the actual problem is, sheets or laminator.
Perfect for the homeschool classroom.
April 18, 2016
The Apache 3 MIL lamination pouches are a homeschool teacher's dream. These are an affordable alternative to the more expensive name brand pouches.I used these for an hour long lamination session in my Streamline compact laminator and they held up quite well to the elevated heat of having my machine running that long. The pouches are sticky on the inside so you can put small cut out pieces inside and laminate them without shifting. My only complaint/issue is that when my finished pile stacked up in the back of my machine, the corners curved in when they scraped against the tall stack. Honestly if I'd paid better attention it wouldn't have been an issue. When I run out, I will absolutely be reordering these pouches.
Awesome Customer Service

Some sheets warped out of the boxUPDATE 4/1/16:Company reached out to me last month to make me fully satisfied; very pleasant interaction. They ended up sending me a whole new pack (all of which are perfect) and refunding the original purchase. Considering most of my original pack were just fine, I feel this was a HUGE plus for this company. I greatly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and the preservation of their brand reputation; it means a lot in a day of false advertising and bloated claims.I've also begun using the laminator they sell, the 13" model. I have been using a Swingline GBC 9" up until now. I like the Apache much better, take less than half the time to heat up and seems to seal the sheets better as well. It also can handle 8.5x11 5mil, whereas my Swingline can only handle 5mil up to 5x7. Haven't had to use it yet, but I also like that it has a way to stop the machine if there is a jam or other issue with what you're laminating. That would have helped a lot awhile back when one of my lower pages inside the sheet slipped as it was going through my old laminator. Had I been able to stop it, I'd have been able to fix that portion and saved my work from ruin, instead I had to redo the whole thing.
Fantastic Bulk Lamination Film
June 2, 2015
Product is exactly as described, although a little thin for my use. My only complaint is they came statically charged and like to cling together when you are trying to separate them. First world problems right? All in all a fantastic product, my fault for ordering 3-mil when I should have ordered 5-mil.Update: 6-8-15On way home I received an email from this company, and to my surprise because of my four star review, the excellent customer service from Alexandra, they gave me a refund and offered to replace the product for free! I couldn't believe my eyes, thankfully Alexandra left her phone number at the bottom of the email and I quickly returned her call. I told her I could not accept her refund because it was mostly fault of my own.Unfortunately the refund was already processed, so I told her that there was no way I would let her send me replacement product.I purchased 2 packs of the 3 mil laminating pouches, and will be sure to purchase 2 more when I run low (but this time 5 mil, like I originally needed).I have gladly changed my review from 4-star to 5-star because any company that is willing to stand behind their product, deserves to be supported in any way possible!A fantastic company, amazing customer service from Alexandra, and a great product to suit. Thanks again!!!
Edited - Great Customer Service. Ruined my laminator!
April 25, 2015
Edited review & rating: The company contacted me directly to offer a replacement laminator and were very apologetic for the inconvenience. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch of pouches originally, but I am very impressed with the immediate response by their customer service department to make it right. These "pouches" completely fell apart every time I tried to put a page inside. They also have so much static cling it's nearly impossible to get your paper inside. And then they destroyed my laminator (See photo of what was a full size sheet completely eaten). Very bad product. Stay away.
great product!!

I have a scotch thermal laminator. These sheets work great. I have used the expensive scotch laminator sheets. These Apache sheets work just as good. I have researched and looked for the best you can buy for what you pay and these are by far the best. I am a teacher and laminate a lot. I used to pay the price for Scotch and other expensive sheets. These Apache 3 ml sheets work better; no wrinkles; bubbles. Depending on the type of laminator, I found that if accassionally you did get bubbles then run your sheets with a plain piece of paper on top and they will come out perfect.I would highly recommend these to others.

I love these. They are a little larger than the page but they work great. They do really well with printer paper but don't seem to work too well with card stock. If you are cutting out shapes on cars stick you will need to cut your paper first and then run it through these sheets and then cut again. It is foggy before you put it through the laminator but come out clear. They aren't too sturdy with thin paper but it does protect your work.
Exactly what it's supposed to be.

Tricky packaging, but great product
August 6, 2016
Great product for the price, but I do have a lot of trouble getting a sheet out of the packaging without it wrinkling up so badly that the wrinkles show even after lamination. I have to pull the whole stack out of all packaging and then carefully peel off one sheet, then try to get the rest into something to store them in. Previously I've had sheets I could just pull slowly out of the box and one would come out without sticking with static to all the others. Once I do get one out smoothly, then they work great!
good quality for less $
March 18, 2016
Con: First 10 I had to get use to how staticky the sheets were, def make smaller pictures and labels harder to place nicely. But after that it wasn't so bad, and I used a folder help me move the sheet to the laminator and keep the materials in the right spot, as the sheet laminated.Pro: Good quality, def works on scotch laminator. Save money and use these sheets. I'm a Montessori teacher and I have hundreds of pictures, words, you name it, to laminate so I was happy to find good quality for less $$.
Decent
February 27, 2016
These are not a heavy as the 3ml from 3M even though both are listed as the same weight. Most of the time these are fine in my small 3M laminator. Other times, the edges get stuck as they enter the rollers and the result is a crinkled poster. For the cheaper price, I'd buy the Apache again knowing they are not perfect. If I wanted 100% hassle free laminating, I'd shop around again and try another brand.

To be honest... I ordered these by mistake! I don't own a lamination machine, but figured I'd give them a try using an iron, and give them to a friend if it didn't work out - but it did! I've been able to laminate all kinds of things using an iron and pressing everything between two t-shirts!

December 6, 2015
I have ordered these twice for use with my home laminator and have noticed some inconsistencies between the two batches. The first batch was very sticky and made it hard to re-position the paper. This latest batch is just the opposite. There is no "stick" and the page flops around inside as it is waiting to feed into the laminator making it near impossible to laminate several smaller pieces with one pouch. That being said, they work well with my non-apache laminator and are very cost efficient. Even at the 3 mil thickness they offer a thicker laminate than I get when I use large roller style laminator at the office. I will buy these pouches again.

March 23, 2015
I have used Amazon Basics laminator pouches and the Scotch brand pouches for the past two years. I decided to give these a shot based on the price. I used an Amazon Basics Thermal Laminator with these pouches. They are not awful, but they are not the best either. Compared to the other brands I have used in the past the Apache 3mil pouches are considerably thinner, but I'm hoping they will hold up well. The company recommends using a top sheet or cover sheet when laminating regular paper in the 3mil pouches, when I did this my sheet got stuck in my machine. When I put the pages straight through I had no troubles and I had no waves.I did cut after laminating and they appear to be holding up well, the seal is good even cutting through paper and pouch. I'm curious to see how they hold up over time, but the materials I laminate are for on child, not a classroom full.Overall, I would recommend this product for casual use, but if you will be using the materials in a busy classroom or the items will be handled a lot you may want to look into the Amazon Basics brand 3mil pouches.Update: SPN Performance, the makers of the Apache brand pouches has amazing customer service! I'm thrilled to say after I left my original so-so review they contacted me and asked me to test out their 5mil pouches. I think the 3mil pouches are good for light use, but the 5mil will be better for more repetitive use like in a classroom. Be aware that the 3mil is for light use and use the 5mil for heavier use, whereas with other pouch brands you can get away with a 3mil for medium usage. For the price the Apache lamination pouches are a great buy.

No paper carrier included
March 28, 2017
The cellophane wrapper on the package was open when I got it from the mailing box. There was no cardboard support in the wrapper, and there is no paper carrier to put the pouches in when putting through the laminator. I have one carrier left from a previous package of another brand of pouches but it is getting ratty around the edges. I can't imagine that these pouches are meant to go through a GBC laminator without a carrier, and I do not want to take a chanced on ruining my laminator, so I will have to keep using the carrier I have and hope it doesn't fall apart. This package has 100 pouches in it so they will last a long time for me since I only use them now and then, but the price was good.
Not bad for price, but some compromises
January 29, 2016
I purchased these laminating pouches based pretty much on price (and decent reviews), and for the most part, they have been working well. They work fine for laminating full 8.5x11 pages (with the occasional wrinkle), but if I have multiple small items (like flashcards) on a single page, they have issues compared to other options. The sheets are quite thin/floppy and are not "tacky" to keep small items in place, so you have to be very, very careful to hold it "just so" while carrying it over to the laminator, plus you have to hold the prepared sheet parallel to the feeder as it goes in so nothing slides out of place before it runs through. So, inexpensive, yes, and fine for full sheets, but I had to buy another pack of the Amazon-branded ones for more complicated projects.
OK for whole sheets but not great for multiple smaller items
October 8, 2015
These are OK for laminating whole sheets. However, they're hard to use to laminate multiple small items in one pouch -- I know you're not supposed to do this, but I hate wasting laminating pouches and was able to put multiple items in the Amazonbasics pouches without any trouble. These sheets are floppier than the Amazonbasics pouches (although both are 3mm) and the two sides don't cling to each other well, so it's hard to pick up the sheet without things falling out of position. I've also had trouble with the corners curling up. I'm going to use up the pouches that I have left but do not plan to buy these again.
Disappointing - but possible redemption! (updated review
June 8, 2015
First of all, the packaging is the OPPOSITE of intuitive and user-friendly. The adhesive opening of the plastic overwrap opens to the OPEN end of the pouches, making it nearly impossible to pull the pouches out without bending them. This is a "duh" kind of situation, can't believe someone didn't catch this.Second, upon using the pouches I have noticed a cloudiness in the plastic (it's supposed to be clear) once it's gone through the laminator. It is most noticable in the "clear" spaces between the pieces of paper I laminate, but it also affects the quality of the final resulting laminated pieces.Still, the pouches work and get the job done. Such an easy product to get right. Such a shame. Will not order this brand for this product again.**UPDATE**Within a day of leaving this review, Louis from Apache contacted me to hear more about my experience with the product. They went above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction. I will soon be receiving another package of the same product to see if perhaps the problems were a fluke. I have upgraded this to a three-star review, instead of my original two stars. If the new package is improved in quality, I will think about upgrading the review again.
Cover Sheet Required
May 21, 2015
Be warned that if you are laminating a single piece of regular-wt paper, you absolutely must use a cover sheet to make the whole thing stiff enough not to wrap around the rollers. I use an Apache AL13P Professional Laminator and this is the first time I've needed to do this. Scotch brand 3 mil pouches work in this laminator just fine. Yes, I was using the documented temperature and let the machine warm up first. I turned around and used another brand of 3 mil pouch with a similar document on the same machine and it worked fine without a cover sheet. You get what you pay for, I guess.
Great customer service but....
May 13, 2015
Product was thin, cheap, left a lot of bubbles and wrinkles, very staticky. I bought these laminating sheets because of the price...I was sorry after that! I later bought the 3M brand which was about the same price for only 50 sheets. It was thicker, had a lot less bubbles and no wrinkles. The quality was a lot better. Don't waste your money.5/20/15 update: Was contacted by company's customer service representative (Jaden). They seemed very concerned (and apologetic) that I had problems with their product and offered to send me their 5 mil laminating sheets to try instead (at no cost). I have to give that attention (from the customer service representatives) 5 STARS! I am still waiting for the product, but intend to try it and leave honest feedback under that product later. It is great to know that they honestly care about their customers and any problems they may be having with the product. Gave 3 stars for excellent customer service.

Not the same product-Very inconsistent now
February 27, 2017
Not sure what has happened to this product. I buy a lot of these for my business. They were the best laminating sheet out there but lately they come in a baggie instead of a box and the quality is not the same. They curl up at the end that comes out of the laminator last. They also are not sticking as well. I keep having the lamination pop off of my items. Not good for my business. Costing me much time and money having to redo projects. These are very inconsistent now. I will be looking for some new laminating sheets. I hope that this company will read these reviews and fix these issues.
Very Disappointed
January 20, 2017
I have ordered this product on several occasions, and most of time I am very pleased with the quality of the product, especially for the price. There have been a couple of times that I have received a pack that has almost no static cling to it. This makes laminating anything very difficult, as the sides of the pouch will not stick to the paper. It is VERY easy to get wrinkles in the finished product, and I have ruined several things I was attempting to laminate because of this. The last time I had an issue with the product, the company sent a replacement package that was good. This time I ordered the 300 pack and wish I hadn't because, yet again, there is almost no static cling. Because this is continuing to be an issue, I will not be ordering the product again. I'm highly disappointed and would not recommend this product.
I recommend the Universal brand laminating sheets
December 11, 2015
These sheets are extremely thin and for the first ever I have had problems with the sheets getting jammed. They also produce a barely laminated sheet instead of a sturdier sheet. I recommend the Universal brand laminating sheets. They are much thicker and more reliable.Update 12-18-15Apache sent me a pack of 5 ml sheets which are very thick and work well. I changed the rating from 1 to 2 stars because they had the customer service to follow up with me. That says a lot about the importance that they place on customer satisfaction. I do still maintain that the 3mil sheets are too flimsy. The 5 mil are too thick for some projects and I really like the versatility of the 3mil in other brands. Apache is the only brand that I have experienced a 3mil being too thin and flimsy.
Economical but disappointing...
July 7, 2015
First, let me say, I love laminating. LOVE it. I'm a teacher, and when I was in college about 9 years ago, my practicum professor told us that if we made something and it wasn't worth laminating, then we shouldn't be using it. I went out and bought a Scotch laminator for about $30, and I've been laminating faithfully every since! I like using my personal laminator because of convenience, but also because the pouches ensure better durability due to thickness. I've stated to wonder if my laminator is dying because this is the second pack of Apache sheets I've bought, and I've noticed several haven't sealed all of the way. Still, it's hard to beat the price, so I re-ordered. As a teacher trying to save money, I guess I went with a better deal, because my latest Apache laminating sheets are paper thin. I changed grades, so I'm having to re-make a lot of things for the beginning of the school year. It's taken me forever to separate the pouches, and I can't help but wonder if I'd be better off time-wise and money-wise just laminating at my local school supply store. I'm kind of bummed. I might have to just go back to Scotch and see if it works better with my laminator. I guess I just got what I paid for.
Not good at all, buy Scotch.
June 10, 2015
If you are used to using Scotch brand pouches you will be very disappointed. These are very thin compared to the Scotch and the results are nowhere near what you get from them. The 5mil version of the Apache are closer to the 3mil version of the Scotch brand. Another issue with these are the amount of bad ones, about 1 in every 5 you get a single sheet not a pouch. I got 82 usable pouches from this box of 100 so it's safe to say I'm one and done on this brand. With the amount of bad ones there was no real savings in buying this cheap brand.
Wrinkled and curled
January 20, 2015
These 3 mil are much thinner than the 3 mil pouches that came with the laminator (Amazon Basic). They must be sent through the laminator with an extra sheet of paper, and they still wrinkle and curl.I won't be sending them back, because they protect what I put in them. However I would never display the result. The Apache 5 mil pouches are also a bit thinner than normal 5 mil, but are WONDERFUL for just about everything I've tried them with.UPDATE: Apachee CS contacted me, and has gone way beyond the call of duty to make this right. I highly recommenmd the company! What they could not do salvage a newspaper clipping from the 1960's that got ruined.I do not recommend the 3 mil and would not buy again. However will buy from the company - as they are so accomodating.

I do LOTS of laminating. I purchased several of these and the first few I had were great! Then I ordered a few more and I don't know what happened. I would consistently get a curl after it ran through my laminator. I tried everything, different speeds, temps to no avail. I use an Akiles 6 roller laminator, it's a good one. I even went out and bought ANOTHER laminator thinking mine had seen better days. No luck. Finally I just came to the conclusion that the only thing was the laminating sheets and sure enough it was. It's a shame they were decently priced $19.95 and looks like they have raised prices. Like I said the first few I had were great, came out clear and flat, not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but these have cost me way too much time and money.

Supposed to be 5 mil--not even close. I'm guessing this is 3 mil or less. I am so disappointed. I use this for school and the quality is so poor I will have to reprint and relaminate so much stuff. Waste of my time and of my money.

September 10, 2015
Compared to other laminating pouches, these are by far my least favorite. I loved the price, but not the quality of the product once laminated. The lamination was not tight against my papers after running it through the machine. I even ran the sheets through several times, even on a hot setting. The lamination peeked from my papers after I cut them out. As a teacher, it's important to have good quality laminating pouches. These were not good quality.

New Batch is TERRIBLE. Very disappointed after several years of using this company.
December 5, 2014
Update #3 4/29/2017 I just received a new batch of laminating pouches and the quality has dropped DRAMATICALLY! I normally use these pouches cut in half only using one side to laminate to the surface of a print. This has worked great for several years but this new batch I received the lamination easily peels away with almost no for required. I will have to return these and order another brand as I can't have the clear lamination lifting off of my prints. I still have some of my last shipment and they work fine so I know it's not the result of my laminator.(Original Review) I use this for sealing printed photos. I have only used 4 sheets and already one didn't seal at all to the paper and another ended up with wrinkles. The wrinkles were probably my fault but I just wanted to mention it.So 1 out of 3 so far is defective which isn't very good odds. I chose the Apache brand because that's what I thought came with my Apache laminator but it doesn't seem to be the same quality.**UPDATE** 12/24/2014 - I have only had the problem of it not completely sealing 2 more times out of about 25 pouches and those were fixed by running it through my laminator a 2nd time. Since my original review, the seller contacted me directly and issued a refund and replacement products. They have also tried to call me (I sleep during the day) but they couldn't reach me so they emailed me several times to make sure I was happy with the outcome and to offer any assistance with the product. That says ALOT about the seller that they actually care.
