I play in a dart league, and was looking for a dart board that was as similar to the league boards as possible. Most boards are made of plastic, and the holes are small so the darts bounce out a lot. This board has the same nylon face (and even the same colors) as the league boards at the bars. I've been playing on it for about 2 weeks now and the darts bounce out at about the same rate that they do on the bar boards. There's a lot of games to choose from, but we pretty much stick to the cricket and 01 games. The darts that the board comes with are actually not terrible, but I feel like if you're going to spend $150 on a board, you should probably have a nice set. I build a wood frame with a felt back to house the board, so I could run the cord through the back of the wall, as well as mounted some lights and a laser toe line to finish it off.The only issue was that it was shipped not in a packing box, but in the manufacturer's box with no type of protection. The first one I received was a little beat up on the outside, but everything inside the box LOOKED alright, until I plugged it in and there was no sound. I tried playing with it for a few days, thinking there may be a stuck segment or something but it didn't work at all. I contacted the seller (wayfair) and they were quick to send out a replacement, and didn't even make me ship back the old one. The new one actually arrived in worse condition than the first, but luckily this time the sound worked fine.I would definitely recommend this board to anyone who wants as good regulation sized board, but doesn't want to invest in a full arcade-style board. The only complaint I had is with the shipping, but they were quick to rectify the problem, so 5 stars.

We got the board a week ago and are starting to enjoy the games. Darts stick as well as any soft tip game. Make sure you order the better tips. The ones that come with the board are garbage.If you buy the better tips you'll really enjoy this board.

This dart board is great. I had a cheap Academy one (Arachnid) and none of the darts would ever stick. With this one, I hardly have any darts that don't stick. I was worried about paying this much for a board and it being the same, but it was a night and day difference. I have only used the darts that came with it so far, will have to see if I can use my regular darts and get the same result. With the old board, we were changing out tips at least once per game. With this one, we've played 6-7 games so far and the tips are still as straight as when we started. It does come with a few spare tips. Highly recommend !

Grandkids and kids of all ages love it

Love the board. We used it to replace the older board whose tiles broke off because of the heavy darts we use, but this one has stood the test.The darts provided with the set are better quality than darts in any other sets I have purchased at similar price point.The scoring is easy to setup too.

We've only had it for a few days. First night we got a couple hours of great entertainment with this board. It works just fine, more options and games than we'll ever use.The darts that are supplied with it are way too light for serious play. Other than that, it's great!

Bought this is a game for employees at work to play and it was endless fun from the time it went up. Darts stick in as long as you throw with some effort and the darts are a decent weight. Only thing is the darts are a little to light for full control so it's more of a throw and see what happens more than being able to hit a direct number but still tons of fun.

Really nice dart board. I am no pro, so I am only reviewing as someone using this for casual play between friends. The darts are pretty light, definitely under 16 grams, maybe around 12 or so. This makes them a bit difficult to control, but they work just fine for having fun.We had another board before this one that started having weird issues, there is a noticeable quality over it with this one.

Pros: Great board with many game choices and variations, more than I will ever need. Voice is loud and clear. Large LED display of scores. Easy to install, you will need a power outlet nearby.Cons: The board was shipped to me in just the game box with no outer box to protect the game. Lucky for me there was no damage to the game.I started the game and noticed that some of the sections were not "scoring". I realized that the sections were not "floating" within it's specific pie section. After checking each pie section by wiggling the plastic and making sure that it "floats easily" , now all sections score properly.I do not have any positives on the darts supplied. They are the 4 piece ; tip, body, tail and unfolded thin plastic tail feathers (sorry, don't know the exact darting terms for these pieces) After using them for a few games, I kept having to re-insert the tail feathers (a pain). So I purchased another set of darts with molded tails, which work just as good but are more rugged and forgiving.Only 4 stars due to the shipping method and having to adjust the board to operate properly.

Great board but lousy darts. Get the separate multicolored dart set from Billiard Evolution. They work great.

I really like the dart board--it has lots of games, it's easy to use, and the darts seem to stick better than my old board with round holes (I use my own darts, not the ones that came with the board). There are two reasons I haven't given this board a 5 star rating. 1) There isn't a way to adjust the volume, only a mute button. The default volume is really loud. 2) The display is nice and large so you don't have to squint to read the scoreboard but it's tough to see in the day light (my board is in the garage so it gets lots of natural light) but when the volume is muted, it's hard to tell if and when your turn is finished. For instance, if you threw a dart that bounced out, the board doesn't tell you whether it registered or not.With all that being said, it's still a really nice board and I'm sure I'll get used to the display. I've taped over the speaker with duct tape so that you can still hear the call-outs but it's not so loud that my neighbor can hear.

Received in time, undamaged, nice to play with, the only thing is that there are many darts that will fall.

My son wanted this for his birthday. He really does enjoy it.

For a dart amateur, this thing is snazzy and works great. It'd be nice to see a marks per round calculator on here, though.Also, this thing is LOUD, and there's not a lot you can do about it. If you're in apartments or something, take care.

Really fun. Almost as many options as the commercial games. Sometimes a little annoying with darts not sticking but we'll worth the money.

Have only had it since Christmas, but when I got it I was afraid the darts wouldn't stick. So far we have had no trouble! We bought some heavier darts because my husband is more comfortable with the heavier darts, but they do go in a bit further and are very difficult for my children (6-10 yrs) to pull out.. overall pleasantly surprised.

The lights on the screen dim slightly over time as your batteries run out of power. This is slightly annoying as you have to keep changing the batteries to be able to see the screen. Dart board is sturdy and works well though.

Pretty awesome dartboard. The ONLY complaint that I have is that depending on the distance of where you throw the darts, it may be hard to remove them from the dartboard, because they can get wedged in there pretty hard; regardless, it is probably easily the best electronic dartboard for the price, and I highly recommend you getting this so that you and some friends can have a fun time over the weekend playing darts.

Ok So I purchased this board 2 years ago. I got it and was in love. I only got to play about two dozen times before we started prepping for a cross country move. I packed the board as safely as I could with bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Put in a box where it has been til two days ago.I hang it up, fire it up and giggle to myself. Well the 20, the 11 and bullseye don't respond. There is nothing stuck in the board and all the other numbers work.It only had a 90 day warranty so thats out. I don't know how much it would cost to have it shipped to and from and fixed by the company who now bought out DMI sports, or if they will even touch it. Ill find out but I am writing this review because, two dozen uses before a malfunction like this is not representative of a quality product. There are many who seem to have had good experiences.I loved this board. I miss playing bar room darts. But I think ill be cutting my losses and getting a steel tip board.

My dart board works. My item was delivered yesterday. A big piece of the frame was broke when I opened the package.

Arrived with plastic buttons missing.

The size and colors of the board are perfect. The number of games and the quick reference to the game number written on the board are excellent as well. The cricket scores are easily visible past the toe line. I wish the 15-20 were illuminated as well but this is not a terrible issue. The system volume is quite loud with no volume adjustment. I was not a huge fan of the included darts and went out and purchased a new set. Bounce outs happen more frequently than you would expect from one of those high end cabinets you find in a bar, yet not as much as some cheap e-boards I have played in the past. I am not the best dart player and probably have questionable technique but it seems I have a bounce out one out of every 12-15 dart throws. Another issue I have encountered 4-5 times over a good number of hours playing is the board scoring a different point from where the dart actually struck (mostly issues involving single/double bull). One last issue which may have been an isolated incident, the mounting screw that was included sheared at the head while being installed. This happened while using a screwdriver with very little torque applied. This proved to be a pretty big inconvenience to fix and finish the install.Overall, I would recommend the board for the price point and quality if you are looking for a nicer e-board to play at home. It has its flaws, but I have still enjoyed many hours with my friends playing on this board.

The board itself is great. Darts stick well and the board is made sturdy. HOWEVER, the item came delivered in a box pretty worn with edges open. Once we fully opened the box, we realized the included AC adapter (necessary to power on the board) was missing from the package. I'm assuming it fell out of the box during shipment. Contacted arachnid, and waiting to hear back :(Disappointed to be playing a non-electronic electronic dartboard...

I like the board and all of it's features but we had many issues with the darts not sticking in the board. I am thinking and hoping this was due to the fact it was a brand new board. A few throws that didn't register but we were able to rectify that manually. Also, the darts included with board aren't very good.

I thought this would be a good dartboard for the price but I have seen better. Grandson plays some but it is not very good quality.

In general, this is a good dartboard. Darts tend to stick more than they bounce out. The big negatives include sections that get "stuck" (E-17 error indicates number 17 section of dartboard has malfunctioned and is stuck). The inside bullseye sometimes gets "pushed in" and must be pullled back out to work properly. Worst problem is when a dart clearly sticks in a section but no score is registered. Does not happen often but even ONCE is too much.

Cheap feel, sections tend not to respond sometimes, doesn't come with wall outlet plug-in, provided darts are a joke. Ok for the price, couldn't bring myself to spends $200+ for the top of the line electronic models but it does the job.

After moderate use for 7 or so months, some of the spots are starting to wear out. The 20 doesn't even register anymore. Like that it has multiple games to choose from. If you plan to use it a lot, spend a few extra bucks on a nicer one.

Works ok most of the time. Wouldn't spend the money on it again. Cheaply made. Will take a while for darts to stick. Carefully on throwing darts too hard. You won't be able to get them out with out breaking tips off.

This is not a great board, but seems decent for the price range. My only major problem is that I thought the computer was broken for about a week until I figured out what the error message was. I don't believe this is in the manual. If you get an error message that says "E" then a number, which prohibits you from using any functions in the computer, press the pad corresponding to that number and it will work again. Really disappointed for the money that I spent on this board to have it not even come with the correct size tips for the dart set! Yes, I have my own darts to throw that work fine… But the point here is that the tips are way too small for the shafts. The threads stripped immediately upon attempting to hand tighten, and they can be pulled free from the shaft! My thought is if you were a new dartboard owner, someone who didn't have their own darts, you would be very disappointed.

 Top left quarter of bullseye is dead out of box, going to seek refund or replacement with hopes of better quality.

The top of the Bullseye does not register with the darts.

Tips broke off the first time we used it. Now it is packed up and not being used. Waste of money

Looks nice...not easy to set up games. We barely played it a dozen times and now the lcd display is half out....gone....no longer lights up. Bummer cause thats how you tell your scores. Too much hassle to return. Wish it wasnt going bad already.

The biggest issue I have with it is the board holes being so tight that the tips are breaking off in the board constantly. There is probably 30 holes filled with tips already. My daughters and I have played probably 6 games. It wont be long till I have to replace it

Need to remove the batteries when not in use as the batteries leak. This is not a battery issue as I have used the same batteries(even from the same package) for many other applications without a problem.

I bought this dartboard in July 2014 and it stopped working in December. I threw a dart and the key pad stopped working. I wrote the company the night it happened and they never wrote me back. I basically paid $50 to rent a dartboard for 6 months and now none of the electronics work.

We received this dart board and used it maybe thirty games or so before the LED went out, first one digit and then the next. It did make it interesting because you didn't know if you had 168 points or 463 points or 58 points. Then the rest of the digits went out after a couple more games. I called the manufacturer because the manual said that there was a one year warranty, but they referred me back to Amazon because it had been longer then 30 days since I purchased it... 47days. I am sending it back to Amazon who is crediting my account and I will buy a better unit. Not a Viper.PROS: The battery cover is on the front of the unit. The mounting screws are through the unit from the front. There are docks for the darts after playing.CONS:It did not come with an A/C adapter, that is extra.The sound is very quiet.The only sounds that the unit makes are single bullseye= donk, double bullseye= donk donk, triple donk donk donk etc. Not real exciting.Mine did not last long.

The screws that came with the board were extremely cheap, both broke during install. No sound control and the power button doesn't work. For what I payed i expected a lot more.

Purchased a cheap electric dart board at Walmart and the family enjoyed so much I decided to "upgrade" to this cricket pro... well the cheap Walmart board will be going back up! This Arachnid board has no volume control it loud ....the darts bounce out constantly (they say it has micro thin fins) and break/bend the points and then there is a dead zone around the bulls eye that doesn't registrar any points even if you pull them out and put them back in!!! Piece of junk!!!! I will research better and by a different brand

At least 1 in 3 darts bounce out. I tried several different tip types and its all the same. It would be ok if the board cost 50 bucks but this is ridiculous for the price. Total waste of money. I wish I would have used it more within the return period, now I'm stuck with this junk.

It was defective right out of the box. Scored points that weren't there. Or, didn't score at all. To bad we found this out after we drilled holes in outer walls. On the bright side, Amazon was fantastic when I called them. Great customer experience.

Broke after 2.5 months of use.

I received my dart board and just opened it a week ago because it was my boyfriends Christmas present. When we used it for the first time the numbers on the screen did not all work so I asked for a replacement one and had the same problem with the second one. I am really disappointed because we were both looking forward to this dart board! So I spent $55 on a dart board for not one but two of them to not completely work!

Not sure how the dartboard works because it didn't come with the darts or the adapter that the description and the box says is included. Very disappointing to open it Christmas morning and not be able to play because the darts were missing.

Display doesn't work properly. Not any issue with batteries. I would like to exchange but Amazon is not allowing it to be returned although I bought it in October.

Ship in product box so my husband no knows what he's getting for Christmas.

I haven't even gone for a year with this and it already took a s***. HALF the score board doesn't light up, sound is going to s***. I have to smack it in order for it to somewhat work properly. Need to find out how to warranty it out asap
