Affordable and comfy
October 9, 2017
I absolutely love this chair. I have a bad back, so the firmness of the seat cushion is great in my opinion, but you may want to sit on a pillow for added comfort. The rest of the chair is plush and comfortable. Everytime I sit down, I feel like I could fall asleep in it. There was one manufacturer flaw with it, and that was one of the snaps was bent, but we were able to fix it with pliers. The directions were simple. The pockets are deep enough to fit my phone in and be completely covered, and they are on both sides. The ottoman is the same firm memory foam type cushion as the seat. Glides smoothly and the price was nice considering some chairs are 400-600 dollars. I'll rock in this chair until it dies.
it is perfect for relaxing and putting my feet up
September 6, 2017
I purchased this late in my pregnancy, it is perfect for relaxing and putting my feet up, especially after climbing up the stairs I needed to sit down. Mainly purchased the glider for when baby comes, we have been using this for about 2 months now, it is the perfect size, with my boppy pillow I am easily and comfortably able to feed my baby. I am a petite person, about 5'2. You can move the ottoman to your liking. There are also side pockets along the inside arm rest which I used previously for books, and now for burp cloths. The chair looks good, it is not of the highest craftmanship, but would still recommend the product, I am very satisfied with the chair overall.
Great for breastfeeding moms
October 9, 2016
Great addition to my nursery, I was searching for a good price and a decent chair and this was it. The first one did come with the Ottoman broken😞😞 , but I called Amazon customer service and they sent a replacement in like 2 days and ups came to pick up the old one . After that my hubby put it together in about 10 minutes😀, it's comfy and rocks easily. Both my husband and I can sit comfortably (he's 6ft 200lbs btw). Great for breastfeeding (and my back)and rocking baby to sleep . Seems super sturdy , will probably keep it as baby gets older for storytime
Great comfy chair! Price is amazing...
April 4, 2016
I tried selling my husband on getting me a fancy $600 chair from Buy Buy Baby so he countered with this chair. I agreed to give it a shot since the price point was much more attractive. It is SO comfortable! I am so happy now that we didn't spend the $600 on another chair. Especially since our son has projectile vomited over it a few times now. You can just wipe it off clean very easily. I would have had so much buyer remorse if he puked on a more expensive chair.
Aqua (looks as pictured), not turquoise. Great purchase!
March 21, 2015
Our nursery is made up of a lot of Amazon items!! In this picture you can see the Stork Craft Hoop glider & ottoman in "turquoise," the Green Mountain Thermal 72" wide Roman Shades, and the "Corner Zig Zag Wall Shelf." We love all of them and I will post a review on each item as well as some other items we have purchased.

We were planning to purchase a used glider to save money but weren't finding a deal that was good enough for the work we'd have to do to make it what we want (paint, new cushions, etc). This glider is so well priced that it won in the end. We were very hesitant of the "turquoise" stated color, as our room has Aqua in it... NOT true turquoise. But the pictures appeared quite Aqua so I decided to give it a try. In my opinion the color is true to the photo, at least for this color option. I am an artist and would never use this color if someone requested turquoise (turquoise has more green). So if that's what you actually want, you may be disappointed. The glider and ottoman were easy to assemble with included Allen's wrench and although baby isn't here yet, I sit in it often (you could call it nesting) and I am very pleased with it.

We are addicted to getting packages and Amazon typically has the best pricing on a lot of items. We used the baby registry completion discount and participate in subscribe & save Amazon mom program. Amazon has been fantastic with any customer service issues that have arisen (items damaged in shipping).

July 8, 2017
Came quickly and exactly as described! It fits great on top of our changing table (Dream on Me - Emily). We haven't used with it baby yet, he still won't be here for 5.5 weeks. It seems to be good quality and will last a while. The bottom (where baby lays) doesn't feel that thick and padded, but I am a first time mother and honestly don't know how other changing pads are in comparison or if the extra padding is necessary. The changing table came with a 1 inch pad, so I have that under it for a little more cushion, just in case for now.Update: Been using it for five weeks now. Works great. Super easy to clean as we have a boy that likes to pee everywhere during diaper changes. Would purchase again. Additional padding not needed, baby does fine.
Highly recommend!
November 28, 2016
I really hesitated between this changing pad and a few pricier ones on the market. As a new mom, I'm guilty of always wanting to buy the BEST everything for my baby--even if that sometimes means spending over 100 dollars on a changing pad my daughter will lay on for less than 5 minutes at a time to get her butt wiped (yes, I'm thinking of the Keekaroo Peanut Diaper Changer). But most times I listen to that voice in my head laughing hysterically at me for falling prey to marketing. I then searched around a little more and saw that this changing pad was incredibly affordable and had good reviews, so I decided to go for it. And, honestly, I couldn't be happier. It's safe, comfortable, fits perfectly on top of our $60 Ikea changing table, and there are PLENTY of adorable, affordable diaper covers that fit out there (I recommend getting at least two covers, so when one's in the wash, the other's on the pad.) Zero complaints. Get it.
Great buy
November 17, 2016
I couldn't believe the cost of some changing pads, of course I want my baby to be comfortable but it doesn't need to be as high of quality or price as the crib mattress! We purchased this one after a lot of recommendations & research and are very happy. Fits our changing table and covers perfectly. Love that it comes with straps because we are using a dresser as a changing table. Highly recommend.
I can tell this product has great quality, and seems very comfortable
August 3, 2016
I have not used this yet, as my baby is due soon :)However I did open it up to set up the nursery. I can tell this product has great quality, and seems very comfortable. I like the idea of having a strap to hold the baby in place, my first child's changing pad did not have that! I installed a pad cover, and it really looks great!I got a little OCDish, and tested the waterproofness of this changing pad. I simply dropped some water in the middle and watched it just hang out above the pad. It did not go through at all, which is great considering what fluids it is going to see very shortly :)Overall a great buy, at under $20 it was also cheaper than what I have seen at the typical baby stores.
Great pad! Horrible delivery!
August 21, 2015
The PRODUCT itself is nice, and is exactly as pictured. It is not hard, but firm to the touch which is good for newborns. When you put weight on it it conforms, I can feel the styrofoam like memory foam when I put weight on it. So it should be comfortable for my son.I am however very irritated with the packaging and shipping. I don't know if it was Amazon or FedEx, but I am NOT very happy about the giant tear and dents in the box! Amazon told me this would be here today and FedEx told me it was supposed to be here tomorrow. So I was already irritated about that. Then I get it today, finally, and it's a damaged package thrown on my door step?! I am very OCD and everytime I look at the changing pad my eyes are automatically drawn to the scratch that lifted and bubbled the plastic cover (not sure what it's called, it's like when you scrap a garbage bag on something and the plastic deforms and bubbles). The item wouldn't have been damaged if the box hadn't been damaged. I'm not happy that I wasted my gift card on something that showed up late (or on time, who knows?!) and damaged!I give the 5 stars to the actual changing pad, NOT anything else.Photos of the pad are attached, excuse my pregnant belly!
Recieved a different model this time
April 17, 2015
I've had this changing pad for 3 years now, It is amazing! My three year old still fits on it for diaper changes. Even if you don't have a changing table you can store it under your crib and pull it out as needed. No rips or tears 3 yrs later! Its so convenient to have a pad to change messy diapers on. It didn't have any smell when I received it and it still doesn't now. We put two covers over each other and just take the top on off if it gets dirty. All standard covers fit well. I will be ordering another one for new babys room as wellUPDATE:The new one that came in is not the same model # and has slightly shorter contoured sides. The sides don't come up to a point/look triangly instead it is a squared top. Not sure if this is an update or a whoops but summer brand who I called has not heard of this pad with this model #, yes that is kind of scary how the company hasn't heard of a product that I received from their brand/their tags are on it. This ones model # is 92870z and not the 92000z as listed

Lasted almost 2 years before the whole back broke off. It's moderately comfortable. My daughter got her foot caught (she was on once we got it out) in the mechanism that rocks the seat so I'd probably recommend one that's enclosed but other than that it was good.
Amazing chair, wish I could do 4.5 stars!

Do not sit on foot stool. Wish back could recline a little because it's too upright. Very uncomfortable if taking nap with baby.
Great glider!
July 6, 2016
It's very comfortable, and easy to put together. Snapping on the padding took the longest and caused a lot of swearing. I don't know if it was just ours or if they're all made that way. Drove us a little nutty but we finally got them. They won't be coming off too often for cleaning that's for sure!Pissed at Amazon because the price dropped $20 the day after I bought it but they wouldn't honor it. Nothing to do with the product though.

5 months later still holding up, kind of creaky. Wish I would have got a different color than the white and gray chevron because it is very yellow. But overall a good buy for the price and the duration of our planned use. Not a piece of furniture that we Will have forever due to its quality and its aesthetics...good for what we need now.
This was very easy to put together and easy to clean
December 29, 2014
This was very easy to put together and easy to clean. I am 7.5 months pregnant and I was able to do it by myself. The print is cute and the back is very comfortable and you cannot feel the wooden spokes behind you like some others. It is not as luxurious as some of the overstuffed plush recliners but it also didn't cost us $600.

Good for a changing table or to convert a dresser
November 23, 2016
We bought this as a thicker, more comfortable changing pad than the thin one that came with our changing table. It fits that bill very well, and fits right on the table with a little bit of extra room around the sides. The straps are stitched directly to the back of this pad, so I ended up simply replacing the ones that came attached to the table, and it seems to be working so far. A standard size pad cover fit on this just fine even with the extra height (presumably why it's a little narrower than the other one). All in all, does just what we needed, and would work very well for someone setting up a normal dresser or table as a changing station.
good contour pad
August 21, 2016
I have to say it is so convenient to have this changing pad and it is really great for diaper changing and powdering for my baby. The contoured sides and a set of straps with buckle to make sure your child in securely while on the table, that give me great confident of protecting my baby from rolling off. And the straps can attach the pad to the dresser or table. So the total thing is secure.
Considering so many changing pads are pretty darn expensive
June 26, 2016
Considering so many changing pads are pretty darn expensive, I love that this one is super affordable and I can't really tell the difference from the other more expensive versions on the market. The fabric is kinda plastic-y feeling, so it doesn't absorb any grossness that might occur during diaper changes and it wipes clean. I like the safety strap feature for extra peace of mind when dealing with a wiggly baby. Mine didn't have a weird chemical smell at all, so not sure what the other reviewers are talking about there....maybe I just got lucky or they changed materials since then. Overall, I think it's a great value.
Good Value, Works Well
November 30, 2015
After seeing the prices the big box stores wanted for a changing table pad, we ran to Amazon. We picked this up for about 50% of the big box cost.So far we've gone through two of these pads and have been pleased. With both, we have only noticed a slight plastic smell that many other reviewers mentioned. Nothing overwhelming. We've found this pad works perfectly well and does seem to fit all standard covers. To answer some common questions:- The pad measures 31 1/2" long by 16" wide (see photos)- There is a set of straps to securely buckle your child in while on the table, and a third strap for securing (with a screw) the pad to the dresser or table. There are no "grips" on the bottom of the pad. Because of its plastic outside, it's actually quite slick when placed on a hard surface.- We've had no problems fitting several different standard covers, from different makers, to this padBe aware that, while the plastic itself is waterproof, the "quilted" perforations in the cover appear to let liquid soak in. I happened to be changing my son while our covers were being washed and he had a blowout. I cleaned up the poo immediately and expected it to wash away. But as you can see (photos attached), some of it seems to have gotten through and permanently stained the pad. Obviously a perfect storm of events for that to happen, but wanted to point it out.Overall a good purchase, especially for the price.
Must Have Changing Pad for a Great Price
June 14, 2015
This changing pad is great for the price and quality. It fits nicely on top of a changing table or dresser and the contoured sides help give peace of mind that baby can't just roll oven the edge (but this doesn't mean you should leave your baby unattended!). Easy to clean material of you have an accident that soaks through the changing pad cover.Any standard sized changing pad cover will fit over this. I've purchased summer infant brand covers, as well as other brands of changing pad covers and they all fit well.I took away one star because of how slippery this pad is. With or without a cover, it can easily slide all over the top of the dresser that we have it placed on. It would be nice if there was some sort of rubber strip or spot on the bottom, in the middle, so that it is non-slip.Besides the above reasoning, I still think this is a great purchase for anyone in need of a changing pad. It's a great price and I would recommend to any new parent looking for an affordable and nice quality changing pad.
Nice, but stinky initially
June 19, 2013
Yes, some of them do have a residual smell and it does stink if you put your nose to it. I let it air out and it's fine now. It's a nice pad. I think it's the right 'plushness' as it's not too soft that you can't do anything with it but not too hard that the poor child is freaking out.I sewed my own cover for it by just tracing it on extra fabric I had. Any spills and I just wash the cover and wipe that sucker off, I appreciate how easy it is to clean. Fits well in my changing table and I like the contoured sides. Good price for it being new.Update:After using this for 4 months, here's what I've noticed-It gets much softer after being used for a while, but still keeps its shape-If you don't have a cover and use it, be careful of getting anything from the diaper on it. The texturing has a design of tiny circles that are depressed and baby messes easily get in them and will dry without you knowing. They're small enough to where you can't get it clean with a wet wash cloth unless you really scrub. It's a little irritating because I don't see it being dirty initially and then I have to spend about 10 minutes cleaning it up.But, it still is great to have, it fits nicely on the changing table and gives my baby enough comfort during changings.

Looks good but...
May 9, 2017
Just assembled this chair and I think it looks and feels pretty solid. The major issue I found was that 3 of the snaps that are attached to the chair were damaged so badly that I was not able to get the armrest pads to attach. I've included photos. It looks like they were over tightened during install deforming the snap. I happened to have extra snaps on hand from another project so I was able to replace them and it works fine.Other than the snaps and the package being a little beat up, the chair is fine and should work out beautifully!
Turned yellow after 6 months
January 2, 2017
Chair was great for first 6 months, pretty easy to put together too. But at the 6 month mark, the arm sides and seat turned yellow from bright white. This chair was BARELY used, it's really just there to look pretty and take pictures of my baby in each month for size comparison. But now all my pictures ar egoist to have this nasty yellow seat and sides while the back of the chair where your back rests is bright white. All in all, was happy to find a chair that matched the chevron theme for the nursery but very disappointed in the yellowing of the fabric. The yellow vs the white is VERY obvious!Note: I have a very close friend who copied me in our nursery theme and getting this chair (lol) and I just visited her house, same yellowing of her white and gray chevron chair in the same places.
The price is right!
December 20, 2016
This is a cute and cheap option to get the job done. I bought more expensive chairs for my first 2 daughters' nurseries and ended up throwing them away at the end of the intended use. So, we went with this cheaper option, knowing where it's going to end up in the long-run.Complaints: the springs under the seats have come "undone" for the wooden panel several times. This has been frustrating in the middle of the night feeding sessions since the chair would be EXTREMELY loud when rocking like this. After popping them back in several times my husband finally had enough and screwed them in. Problem solved.Pros: It's cute, was easy to assemble, and fairly comfortable! Priced just right!
Falling Hazard
October 10, 2016
Very comfy chair and the colors are vibrant and add a little something to my nursery. When its new- it fabulous. It's difficult to wash the chair pieces without cutting open the stitching and removing the cushions. The ottoman was absolutely impossible to wash as the cover does not come off. I eventually had to go scrub it in the backyard and leave it out in the sun to dry.My biggest complaint is that many, many sitters have fallen by sitting forward to get up. Be very aware of leaning forward to rise especially when holding your precious ones.
I love it, but...
May 4, 2016
The chair is just as cute in person as it looks in the picture. When I felt the material and cushioning, I thought it would not be comfortable, but it's actually very comfy. My only complaint is that there is a small crack in the base. I don't think it's bad enough to affect the integrity, and I really don't want to go through the trouble of returning it. Plus, my baby is due in less than two weeks, so I think I'll just stick with it. It required minimal assembly. Just attach the back and arms to the base, then add the cushions.
Easy to assemble, meager cushions.
February 15, 2016
Very easy to put together. Cushions are thin and the back is short (I am 5'4" and when I lean my head back the base of my skull rests on the top of the back). The turquoise is definitely more aqua, which is what I wanted anyway :-) FWIW, this glider in Cherry matches very well with our DaVinci Kalani crib in Espresso. We'll see how it holds up since we've only had it a few days and I'll update my review as needed.

Looks like a great changing pad
June 22, 2017
I compared the size of this product to the one I already own, and it appeared they should be the same size, 16x32, so I was assuming all of my changing pad covers would work on this. Not the case, it seems to be a couple inches longer and my PB changing pad covers do not fit this thing, when they are designed for a 16x32 pad... I haven't pulled a tape measure out to see which one lies about the size, but I'm guessing it's this one since it is the odd one out. Looks like a great changing pad, but disappointed about the size discrepancy.
About as expected for the price.
July 30, 2016
This is about what I expected. This was one of the least expensive contoured changing pads available and if I were to purchase another one, I would consider going up to something a little better. The outer fabric doesn't seems to stand a little above the inner pad around the contoured sides. The bottom, which they say is non skid doesn't seem to be non skid at all and it freely slides on top of the dresser I have it on. It does have a connector for attaching to a table or dresser but requires a screw to be attached to the back of the dresser. This will keep the pad from falling off the dresser but it will still slide back and forth on the dresser (how much depends on exactly how it was attached). This would be so much better if the bottom was more non skid. I may look into some type of velcro attachments to fix it to one spot better.
Holes in the side
June 27, 2016
I ordered this as a 'package already opened'. When I received this there were holes in the side of the changing pad, I ordered this knowing the package would be opened however I was not aware there were holes in the product. The product itself seems like its good quality and it fits in our changing table. I'd give it a better review if it came with no holes.
Too big for 2 out of 2 changing tables
May 18, 2016
Sad that this is advertised as fitting most changing tables... it is about 2 inches longer than the average changing table is. We have 2 different changing tables in the house and this is too big for both of them. Worst part is that it is a great changing pad. Water proof/resistant material and the wings on the side hold baby in well. I wanted to give this 5 stars but it's lucky to get what it is getting. I don't like when companies advertise so shady. It makes for bad customer experiences.
Great changing pad with the exception of the straps
December 17, 2015
This changing pad is decently padded and easy to clean. I gave it 3 stars just because of the straps. I know they are there for safety's sake but we never leave the baby on the changing table anyway. We just had the pad on the top of our babies dresser and the straps ended up really doing a number on the wood.We tried putting a blanket over the dresser to prevent any more damage and this just led to the changing table sliding all over the place. There is no where to put the straps away when not in use. I ended up ripping the straps off of ours and would recommend anyone buying this do the same.
Thick changing pad but beware - it slides around
October 14, 2013
We are having our third child in a few weeks and I purchased this changing pad as a replacement for a worn out one I bought 5 years ago.The old one had two straps (one on each end) that would secure it to our changing table, and I expected this Summer Infant one to be the same. Unfortunately, it has just one strap in the middle of the pad that secures it with a screw to the changing table. It slides all over the place and does not feel secure at all. I worry that with a wiggly baby it won't stay in place. It is a nice cushy changing pad, however, I was disappointed that there is only one strap to secure it, rather than the two my old one had.One the bright side, it was fairly easy to secure to the table, and it seems to be nice and cushy for the baby. I purchased a few changing pad covers for it and I think it will work.

and after about 5 months the metal pieces in the bottom under the cushion fell out of the wood and a poor nurse fell through the chair
September 13, 2017
Very cute chair, but did not hold up well. We had this in my daughter's bedroom for her nursing staff to sit in while they charted, and after about 5 months the metal pieces in the bottom under the cushion fell out of the wood and a poor nurse fell through the chair!! None of the staff were overweight by any means! Don't expect this to hold up to daily use, but to use in a nursery for occasional use it would probably be ok.
Looks nice, but appearances can be deceiving
September 12, 2016
This chair looks wonderful, and we were very happy with it to start. Unfortunately 3 months in a couple issues have surfaced.First, the cushion on it is not very good. It's alright to sit on for a few minutes, but if you are on it for awhile because you're doing something like rocking an infant to sleep, for example, you will start to go numb. Both my wife and I have noticed this issue.Second, after three months of use, the chair squeaks so much that it keeps the baby awake when my wife is feeding her/rocking her.Overall, you can definitely do better. For example, the Shermag glider that we purchased with our first child (6 years ago), held up for about 4 years before it was an issue. If this was not outside the return window it would be going back.
Although this glider and ottoman set is super cute, the price reflects on the usage
June 3, 2016
its true you get what you pay for. Although this glider and ottoman set is super cute, the price reflects on the usage. I've been using the glider with my new born, he's 6 weeks...and this past week, the springs on the bottom of the seat have popped, 3 times. The weight of the person sitting on the seat makes the springs lift on the edges and the pop out of their holes. Why aren't these springs more reinforced?? once the springs pop, the seat (which isn't very comfortable to begin with) is even more uncomfortable and you need the strength of 2 people to put the springs back into their holes. Not something you expect from an item that has not even been used for 2 months. Sure, the company will replace the item for you and send you another one, but you have to send this one back. Where the heck am i going to find a box big enough to ship this back?? ridiculous.
Disappointed, NOT sturdy
May 23, 2016
The chair came, it was cute, we put it together, threw away the box. Then I sat on it a couple of times and it cracked! I am not heavy, 39 weeks pregnant and 175 lbs. The chair is very flimsy, do not recommend it. Now i have to take it apart, find a big box to fit it in, so i can return it. Very disappointed.
Great deal in the beginning, not so much after a year.
January 6, 2016
Impressed. Simple to assemble. Took about ten minutes. Sturdy and comfortable. That was my original impression, almost a year ago.Over the last year, my impression changed. The main problem with it has become the bearings in the chair glider assembly. They squeak like crazy. Incredibly annoying and almost impossible to get a baby to sleep while it happens. This has been the single biggest disappointment with Amazon so far. I have not been able to get a resolution, no response, no attempt to honor that one year warranty... which is about to expire. I have contacted the manufacturer and Amazon over it and nobody has made any effort to resolve it.Overall, it's a pretty nice chair, but the cheap bearings didn't last two months before the noise started. Nobody uses it except my 105 pound daughter and her baby. Very disappointed.Update:This chair remains my biggest disappointment with Amazon. No response. No resolution. Still waiting to hear anything back about it.
Updated review - Broke after 1 year of use :(
October 12, 2015
I was happy with this chair at first, but after a few months it started creaking a lot and even after spraying with WD40 the creaking kept coming back. Then the creaking progressed to a sort of clicking / clacking sound, and finally at right around my daughter's 1 year birthday, it broke completely. I did not want to waste the effort of trying to see if it could be fixed because the creaking had been annoying me for a long time anyway, so we scrapped this and bought a more expensive chair. Also, during a few rough nights with my daughter when I felt like I was in this thing half the night, it did start to get uncomfortable on my butt.

Very disappointed in the quality. The padding is too thin. The covering is twisted and will not stay flat against the cushion, straps are too chuncky. I will not go by the number of great reviews. This is a big waste of my time and now I need to hurry and find a replacement. The reviews are stacked perhaps from a free giveaway.

Soft and fits changing pad. As other reviewers have made mention, there is a stain where there is a hole in the bag. There is a round hole that exposes part of it so you can touch it and feel how soft it is. This circle or hole exposes it enough so it gets a blackish stain in that area, which happens to be right in the middle of it. Does not come out with washing. I'll keep it for the price but would not order again.
Tiny holes means this changing pad DOES NOT WIPE CLEAN
March 6, 2016
Tiny holes in the quilted plastic are impossible to clean! If baby pees or poops while being changed, it gets into the tiny holes and DOES NOT WIPE CLEAN easily. This sort of defeats the purpose of a changing pad. Look for a changing pad without tiny holes!
Not holding my breath...
January 7, 2016
Upon opening the package, I found it already had a rip the size of a quarter in the white cover. The stuffing is not immediately falling out, but gentle use may change that. I suspect this is due to the cheapness of the material.Otherwise, it is just OK. Hopefully it lasts at least a year - but given it already had a hole in it, I am not holding my breath.
Cheap and light
January 29, 2015
Kind of cheap and light. I had one of these for my son a few years back and it held up so well that I bought another for my new baby. The quality seems to be less. It is so light that unless you bolt it to the dresser (Who wants a hole drilled in your nice furniture??) it just slips and slides right off, especially with a kicking and active baby. I have had it for six months and was just changing the cover on it and noticed the pad has turned yellow all over (this is not dirt, we have had no accidents on it!). I would recommend going with something a little sturdier and heavier.
not great
September 1, 2014
i never thought i'd have an opinion on a changing pad but this one is hard to clean and the outer plastic layer does not fully protect water from soaking the inner cushion looking for reviews for a better one to replace mine.

Not worth it!
August 26, 2017
Let me start with delivery. The box was placed in the garage and left there like the fed ex guys were embarrassed to be seen with it. It was partially opened and had open spaces all over it. There were no instructions to the chair and the screws and washers were stuck to a piece of boxing tape and balled up. There were some lose screws in the box and of course I was missing a couple because of how it was packaged. There was a bar busted completely off of the chair and the ottoman. And there were large cracks in the wood on the bottom of the ottoman and scuffs and knicks all over the chair itself. I do like how the material is easy to wipe and cute and matches my nursery.
Terrible chair
June 30, 2017
The springs keep popping out of the holes in the seat every time I sit in it. The white on the chevron is dirty wherever it touches you which looks gross. Not quality furniture. I cant even use it! Don't waste your money on this!
Springs all came out!
May 28, 2017
We were very happy with the glider for 9 months, then all the springs popped out. We've put them back in a few times over the last month but after a day or so they pop out again. Now we have to get a new chair.
Disappointed
December 8, 2016
I wish I had read the one star ratings a little more carefully before purchasing this chair. As with several others, the springs on the seat of our chair just popped off after a measly three months of use. My husband has already tried putting them back in their holes, but the minute you sit back down, they pop out again. Not only does this mean we'll probably fall through the seat at some point (if we were to continue to use it), but it also makes a terrible squeaking noise. Totally defeats the purpose of rocking our little one to sleep. Such a disappointment. Find another chair that won't fall apart!
It started out good, but then seat springs popped.
October 2, 2016
We have had this chair for only 3 months and used it for only 2. We are not exceptionally heavy people and take care of our material items, but 3 of the 4 seat springs popped and were tremendously difficult to put back into their holes. I resorted to duck tape yesterday, which gave us a solid 12 hours of a functioning glider, but that was short-lived, so it is going to be tossed for a new chair. What a waste!
Not a happy camper!
February 20, 2015
So incredibly disappointed! We waited and waited for this chair to come, the estimated delivery date kept getting pushed back everyday, then when they finally committed to a date, it still didn't arrive. When we got the package and assembled the chair, hubby noticed that he couldn't attach the arms to the back of the chair because there were no holes for the screws. I then noticed drippy, blobs of paint on the arm of the chair when I went to see what holes were missing. When we stepped back to look at the chair with the chevron cushions, I noticed a chip on the front of the seat. We decided to just send it back rather than deal with parts or exchanges. Not worth the headache for us, especially when dealing with a new baby at home.

Not Waterproof - Pee is absorbed into the quilting
January 8, 2017
NOT Waterproof! The pee will NOT stay on the surface of the pad, rather it will sink INTO the quilting holes. Impossible to clean the stains as the pee is stuck underneath the surface in the foam.
Horrible smell! & Too big.
November 26, 2016
The chemical smell that hit me when I opened the box (the pad was still in a plastic wrapper) gave me a headache that lasted for hours. Called to return it immediately. Too big for my changing table anyway.
Did not like!
November 20, 2016
I felt the plastic made a funny noise and separated from the base. I recommend the colgate changing pad over this one! Not a fan.

August 31, 2016
This has little holes it it and gets moldy if little one has an accident on it!!!!! The holes are not a defect! This is just the way it's manufactured! Do not buy. Even if you clean the accident immediately, liquid leaks in and you cannot get it out. Thus...the mold.
Horrible
February 10, 2016
Read all the great reviews and figured this would be perfect for what I needed. I was wrong. Its too big to fit onto my average size changing table, the straps on it won't snap together so it doesn't move and my cover won't even go on it because of the size. I haven't even had a chance to use it and the price I paid isn't worth sending it back for a refund for a new one.
Four Stars
May 6, 2015
After using it for about 5 months, with maybe a few peeing/pooping accidents that made it to the pad, i had to throw it away due to the fact that the pad was reeking of urine, no matter how much cleaning i did. DEFINITELY NOT 100 PERCENT WATER PROOF!
