I have to say that the marble design on this item is not as pretty as my old marble case (still nice though), but this one is MUCH more sturdy. Definitely a better product. I would buy again.I will update again if it breaks, but for now I am a happy customer. Not Too Shabby August 18, 2016 Product fit perfectly on my MacBook Air 13 inch. However, does not have rubberized protection. The screen protector is easy to instill on screen, but would recommend using a credit card to air out the bubbles, has a flawless finish otherwise. Would also NOT recommend using the cloth they provided to clean your screen with prior as it will leave streaks on your screen. the case has a snug fit and can make putting your MacBook in and out a bit of a challenge. Otherwise great product, the blue color came out exactly how it does in the picture. Classy Case July 21, 2016 The coolest laptop case around. I love the feel of the soft plastic. The marble design is super awesome and I get compliments on it everyday. With the case, people can't tell that the computer is a Mac or at least they are initially thrown off so I get a lot of comments like, "Woah, what kind of computer is THAT!?" The case looks very class and expensive. Great price point for it. Would recommend and buy again. I highly recommend this! October 13, 2014 I love this hard case. It fits my Macbook snugly without any gaps or movement. I love the rubberized finish on the case and how the keyboard cover stays put without moving. I've had the hard case and the keyboard cover on my Macbook for over six moths and it looks just like the day I got it! And the sleeve is great for when I have it in my book bag and want just a little more protection. Overall it's a great value for the price! Exceeded my expectations. I bought a GYMLE case for the same mac book pro (13.3in) about a year ago in the Tiffany blue or Robin egg blue color and let me tell you it is sturdy and tough as nails (the color is spot on too!!) Granted, I never dropped my laptop on the ground so I don't know how tough the case is in that scenario, but I can tell you as a full time college student who used their laptop vigorously this will last you a long time! I've had my laptop wobble and get moved around like hell in my bag and backpack and no damage to my laptop or case. I decided to buy another GYMLE case only because I wanted a different color and decided to go with a more subtle look, other than that my previous case from over a year ago is still in great condition and could last another year of school. I do have a TIP for everyone though; I would recommend taking the hard case off every 1-2 months to do some cleaning because you'd be surprised how much dirt and other miscellaneous gunk can build up. It's little to no work at all just a lightly damp paper towel or cloth and give the case and laptop a nice wipe down. I made the mistake of not checking after a whole semester passed and there was food crumbs and sticky stuff a long the edges that had just seeped through with time. So, save your money from the ridiculously overpriced apple products and go with this instead, you won't regret it! Awesome January 8, 2014 Love the snap on cover, protects my new Mac from vicious attacking pigeons and clumsy blondes with their starbucks. The screen protector is amazing as well. I even forget it's there, it's so clear, and it really helps block away incoming dust missiles and booger bombardments. The soft, plushy case fits like a tight sock, caressing and cradling the laptop and keeps dust away from the all the openings. Now for the fourth piece of the puzzle, the keyboard cover. This guy here is nice too, fits well onto the keys. Unfortunately, it takes some time to get use, I hope. It doesn't feel the same with it on, like a rubber you don't want to use, but you know you have to cause it's better to be safe then sorry. I don't have super high standards--I just wanted something that would block out any food/water/dust. I've had this for about a year and a half now and it has held up great. The cover can slide around a little bit but I don't find it bothersome at all. I like the texture and how it feels to type with the cover on. I have the clear cover and therefore haven't had to worry about any color issues. Great Value September 21, 2017 Great value for the money. I have been using these "covers" since purchasing my MacBook in early 2014. Today my keyboard is as clean (no crumbs or dust) as the day I bought it. I have had to replace the cover twice during that period as color began wearing off on frequently used keys but at the low price I don't consider that an issue. The thinness of the product makes it feel natural. I haven't tried other brands because I know I am satisfied with Mosiso. January 31, 2016 I bought this cover to protect my new macbook pro 13" retina from the sorts of scratches and dents my previous macbook pro had sustained over the years. I'd shopped around locally, but found the covers on offer were much more expensive. The cover is easy to put on/take off, and has been durable thus far, though lots of traveling--I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm even happier with Mosiso's customer service. Shortly after I'd received it, Mosiso sent me an email asking if all was well with my cover. I'd noted a crack in one of the 3 tabs at the top of the front cover--it was quite small, purely cosmetic, and did not impair the function, so I mentioned it merely for their information. They requested photos of the problem, which I emailed. They then offered to send another top cover immediately. They not only sent it, they sent me the tracking number, let me know exactly when to expect it, etc. Amazing customer service. I would not hesitate to order Mosiso products in the future. Get one of these -- or two or five January 25, 2016 I really love this thing. I got one in white for my MacBook pro and it blends in perfectly with the silver casing. I was weird out when I first got it though because the cover doesn't stick to your keyboard; it lays on top of it. I was worried it would slip around or fall off but it doesn't. You can close up your laptop and carry it around and the cover will be just fine. I also like that it turns your keyboard into a quiet keyboard since I'm a pretty loud typer, and the silicone feels nice to lay your hands on. Definitely going to buy a few more colors. Fantastic Case and Sleeve, Not very good keyboard/screen protector March 14, 2015 The case is fantastic, non-slip material, kind of rubbery., with a sleek look I have the black. You can definitely see the apple logo glow through the case. The keyboard protector was flimsy and cheap, must have stretched a bit during shipping didn't fit the keys very well, very loose. The screen protector sucked, had a ding and was bent, just buy them yourself off the rack. Love the Sleeve, fits perfectly snug WITH the rubberized case on my Macbook 13". Here's the deal.Covers both fit perfectly- I'm not understanding those of you who say that it did not fit; you must have ordered the wrong size!So the color of the rubber casing is really nice, exactly as pictured. Shows the apple logo through if not a bit fuzzy but overall looks and feels great, still as light as ever.One problem? It smells terrible- like you could get high or something. Hope that will pass in a few days.Keyboard protecters color is light purple and pretty, (though the screens light creates a funny glare off of the color) fits though I am not using it yet because it reeks, as does the outside case. The outside case fits beautifully, smells like nothing I ever smelled before, but again, the scent will hopefully wear off. September 28, 2017 Haven't had any of the corner curling issues that I've seen reported, and though the graphic overlay could probably line up a little better, this is my favourite cover to date! They keys have this great almost matte texture on the black one (and though I'm sure it will wear off quickly) it makes the keyboard seem more tactile and more sold when typing and helps your fingers grip the keys ever so slightly, and nice alternative to the minutely concave keys they use on traditional style keyboards. I've actually noticed a slight increase in WPM (up by about 3) while my errors have dropped by about 1/8.All being said, if all you want is something to keep your keyboard clean but not detrimental effect on your typing, this is way to go. Great keyboard protector! June 10, 2017 Fits on both my 2015 15 inch MBP and 2008 black Macbook with ease. Protects keyboard well from small crumbs/dirt getting on keyboard but is a little mushy when cover is on when typing but I got used to it after typing with it on for a bit, also looks a little cloudy (not exactly clear). I never really worried about the cover sliding off either macbook. I have prime so shipping was quick too. It did feel a little weird at first when I type but you get used to it and I don't really mind it. I chose the serenity blue color, it looks lighter on the picture online so I was a little disappointed about that but it's not a huge deal. The cover doesn't sink into the keyboard as I thought it would, but rather stays on top. It easily gets off if you are using your laptop at an angle, which is applying. Also, it doesn't get the light of the keyboard through, so you are pretty much using that much needed feature on your keyboard if it is covered with this keyboard cover. I think making it with at least slightly transparent letters would let some light through and would work much better.This is the reason I took off one start, other than thank the product is great and made with quality. Hinders typing speed just a bit July 12, 2014 I love this thing! I'm new to macs, so buying accessories for it are still kinda new to me, but I'm very pleased with this product. I took off one star just because it wrinkles fairly easily when off of the mac. Do not twist it, or else wrinkles will be the new look.Also, I would say that this product is not for typing papers, as it does hinder your typing speed just a bit. I take it off when ever I'm writing something like an email or this post for instance, but its great for just the run of about small type. Three Star Reviews: | 8% We'll see..... September 8, 2017 This 'Hard Case' does have the matte finish that I wanted, to help prevent my MacBook Air from slipping out of my hands. It does however, have an unfortunate amount of small granules of something, within the cover. It is almost like sand or dirt got into the mix, by mistake! You can feel the occasional bump, whenever your hand touches it. I just hope they don't rub off or come loose, and mess up the matte finish. I would return it for a replacement, but need to use it now while on a trip. For now, I'll have to give it just 3 stars. So while this issue won't cause the case to come off (at least it appears that way) it seems very unstable not having the sides May 24, 2016 This case is just ok. The design is much cheaper looking than it appears online, which is a big 'con' for me since the marble design was the reason I purchased this case. However, my biggest problem with this case is how the top part fits on my laptop screen. While there are tabs on the case that locks it onto the laptop screen on the top and bottom, there are none for the sides. So while this issue won't cause the case to come off (at least it appears that way) it seems very unstable not having the sides locked in like most other macbook cases have. Also, the tabs that are on the top and bottom don't seem to be as strong and holding onto the screen as well as some other laptop cases I have purchased for the same price if not cheaper. Good and Bad November 6, 2015 Came really quick in the mail, and I love the color, even got other people to compliment the color and ask where I got it, so I advertised for you!On the contrary, some of it cracked a little, the bottom part, in the corner. And I can't seem to get the top part off. I don't use the keyboard pad enough, because A. They muffle the sound coming from your laptop, and B You type much faster without it.I still love the case, but just a warning, buy your stickers BEFORE you buy the case, so that you can put them on. and the case is beautiful. Customer service was quick to reply with any questions. However I would be wary with the actual product. I received the item damaged (the bottom edge of the case was broken off) and the bottom gets dirty easily and is difficult to clean. For $20 its a pretty good deal but even then for $20 I would expect better quality. Probably wouldn't buy again and I'd advise to purchase with caution. Spend the extra money for a Speck case. December 1, 2014 I bought this case to replace my Speck case for my Macbook, and I wish I would have spent the extra 20 bucks for the Speck.One major issue I see coming up with the case is that the bottom half of the case does not fully reach around the back of my computer like the Speck does.The purple case looks almost pink (it is a very light purple). The keyboard cover (which is a deep purple does not match the cover of the case, the same goes for the sleeve. I have not used the sleeve yet but the computer does fit snug inside of the case. It does have a slight smell to it, but what do you expect from rubber?Overall, the case is okay, but it does not offer the same protection that the Speck does. It's okay, could be much better. September 10, 2014 The top part of the case fits perfectly, but the bottom one does not. It won't pop in places and even if it does, it still comes off. The bottom case also limits mobility. The keyboard cover is nice, doesn't really limit typing for me. The color is bright green, rather than yellow. It's like lime yellow. The cases are fairly soft and nice and the apple logo shows through the top one. Overall, worth the money. March 28, 2017 I eat a fair amount while on my laptop, so I was trying to minimize the damage of crumbs getting lodged in the device. This did that job very well, but started getting my screen smudgy. After three months I called it quits. Leaves imprint on screen when laptop is closed July 31, 2016 This cover is great for covering the little nooks and crannies on the keyboard. Otherwise, I'm not thrilled with it. The silicone is not the best-feeling material and I do find myself having slightly more difficulty typing. The thing that drives me insane though, is the fact that it leaves an impression on the screen when the laptop is closed. I open it up and sure enough, there's a faint imprint of a keyboard on the screen. I only notice it when the screen is dark, but it still drives me crazy. I think because silicone attracts dust it just transfers easily. I'm still using it, but if I had a do-over I don't think I would buy this product. Looks great, feels great, amazing quality, but typing with it on is a hassle! July 26, 2016 Pros: Product fits well, looks great, feels nice, and I would imagine it works great for spills also, albeit not going to test it out on purpose...Cons: The only issue I have with this cover is that is drastically affected my ability to type. When pressing down on a key it occasionally presses down an adjacent key or two as well.Conclusion: I keep it on around the clumsy spouse who really enjoys spilling things and take it off when she is not around. The keyboard is easy to apply and remove January 8, 2016 The keyboard is easy to apply and remove, lines up perfectly, and looks nice on, but is just too restricting on typing speed. I'm in law school and this keyboard cover just makes typing too slow to efficiently take notes. God forbid I try to take an exam with this on... However, it protects the keyboard very well, and I like how it stifles the sound of typing. When you're in class and you clearly don't need to be taking notes at the time, it's nice to conspicuously browse the internet or chat with friends without everyone hearing you type. I still use it occasionally when I'm just using my laptop for leisure and don't need the extra typing speed. If you are okay with typing slower than your normal pace, I would definitely recommend this product. It does work and it's a great price. Just not for me (or most students, I would imagine). However, it is the bottom side of the case that brought this review down to 2 stars. The bottom half, which is white and not the marble design, did not fit my MacBook Air 13". It was too large and made a terrible creaking noise. I would not recommend this product to others. Bad Quality, Great Style June 25, 2016 Came as described with no flaws. After a few weeks of use, all of the bottom circles that keep the case from sitting flat on the ground broke off. The case's color has also changed over the few months that I have had it. You can not tell when you have the caps lock on day or night. The case is not a great fit and poor quality as it cracked on the edges. TopCase has a much better product than this one. April 9, 2017 The material is thinner than other key covers. Some of the keys were wrinkle and would not flatten out. Everything you want in a keyboard cover. However, when I put it on my MacBook Air keyboard, it didn't smoothly settle in over the keys like previous keyboard covers. It sits up on top of the keys, with raised edges, rather than nestled in. Also, as flexible as it seemed out of the package, it wasn't all that flexible while typing. It made typing more difficult. I gave it a week, but I ended up removing it two nights ago after a couple of hours at my computer. With as much typing as I do, I couldn't expend the extra energy it took to type with the cover on. One Star Reviews: | 8% Very Poor Quality June 21, 2017 I really love the style and feel of this case, however the quality and durability of this product is very disappointing. I've only had this case for a month and it is already broken. One of the connector pieces broke off in two weeks and the other one is cracked and will fall off any day now. (If you don't understand the piece I'm talking about, look at the pictures.) I didn't drop my case and I'm not particularly hard on it or anything. I am very disappointed as I'm going to have to buy a whole new case just a month after I bought this one. The hardcore and sleeve for the laptop was fine. BUT the screen protector was horrible August 31, 2016 The hardcore and sleeve for the laptop was fine. BUT the screen protector was horrible. At first I thought it was okay, but just recently I felt that it was time for me to take it off and apply a new one... it left the sticky residue all over my Macbook screen. I tried water and soap, canola oil, basically everything I could find on the internet and it still on my screen. I ended making an appointment with the Genius Bar.. so we will see how that goes. Bad Resolution: Doesn't Look Like Real Marble June 3, 2016 When I purchased this product, I was expecting a beautiful, real-looking case of good quality. I was totally wrong. Not only does the case look grainy and pixelated, but when I attempted to contact the seller and return it the first time, they asked what was wrong and didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. The second time, after I explained my problems with this purchase, they didn't even respond at all. Also, when I read the reviews, I was expecting the Apple logo to shine through the case brightly, but it is very faint, even when it is in a totally dark room. The clear LCD screen protector was too big as well. But the rest of the contents of the box were good. The keyboard protector fit perfectly and the soft cushion case was also good. But be warned that there is no replacement option for this item. I'd like to keep the items that fit but there's no option for replacement/exchange, the only option is return for a refund.But then in able to return, the packaging says in fine print that all items have to be UNOPENED... WTF?I might not return because of the hassle of having to return through UPS (the only option was to return through UPS). | 6% Received an unfitted skin October 1, 2017 I thought it would be a snug perfect fit, for some reason the FN and shift button do not fit into the squares of the skin. Because of this issue, the skin sticks and gets out of place when I open my screen and I would have to readjust. I'm going to look into the other keyboard skin brands to see if there are better ones. But to give a fair review, The quality of the skin look is definitely good. I ordered the white one and it makes my keyboard looks clean. It will probably get dirty from dirt and fingerprint oil (which makes sense because it's a white skin). But other than the issue I'm having, it would be a better skin. waste of money September 21, 2017 this is mostly a waste of money. all it does is lay on top of the keyboard and doesn't even use adhesion to stay in place. in theory it would protect the keyboard from a spill - but mostly likely it won't.
