If used a prescribed, it's perfectly fine. Some reviews claim wobbly or loose and some photos show completely collapsed units, so I question if they were used for other than sitting in front of your piano. Make sure the height is adjusted to your proper level, ensure the arms are securely fastened under the seat, tighten (but not over) the knob and you're good to go. I'm about 180 (I blame the holidays) and my daughter is shy of 100 (don't tell her I told you) and I have no complaints. Oh, one more thing, the padding looks pretty 'flat' in the pics so I was concerned what that would be like, but it has a nice comfy (seemingly durable) padding. All around, a good bench for the money spent.

This seat is as pictured and did work for my 88 Keyboard (Williams Overture). Like others have said, There wasn't instruction for it. This seat can be adjusted up and down with a twist of the knob. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of this product.
I'm really happy with this
May 17, 2016
I'm really happy with this. It's sturdy and I'm a pretty big gal (175 lbs. at 5'5"). Putting it together was no big deal and it has a decent amount of padding. Especially for the price, I'd recommend it. I just got it though. If it falls apart quickly, I'll update my review.

Super solid, great price
July 7, 2017
Great construction. Holds any 61-key keyboard (tried a Nord and a M-Audio controller) really nicely. I can adjust the stand to hold the keyboard high enough to play while standing (and I'm tall), or a little lower to sitting-on-a-stool height, or to sitting-on-a-conventional-bench height. The safety straps on the bottom were a concern for me -- I thought they'd be ugly or annoying. But you can loop the strap and put the bolt through it and it gets it up and out of the way. You can also use them for cable and power cord management, which is what I'm doing. The price is excellent (paid $13.76 a couple weeks ago, now it's down to $11.76). Going to buy another as a gift now!
Stand as advertised. And a solution for the snug pin struggle.
March 31, 2017
The stand arrived in good condition. It's the right size to accommodate our Casio CTK-550 (an older keyboard model). The stand adjusts heights without much of a hassle, once I figured out the pin deal. Having read other comments, I worried that the pin would be an issue. Here's what I found.Standing in front of the stand and pulling out on the pin wasn't very effective, since it's made to be snug. Standing on the opposite side of the stand and pulling the pin while pushing a little from the inside against the end protruding from the height hole, I was able to get the pin to pull out of the hole without a lot of effort. However, standing to one side with the stand in front of me, putting one of my feet on the stand foot closest to me, the push and pull worked without any effort. Once out, standing in that position allowed me to adjust the stand smoothly by pulling up or pushing down on the opposite stand arm.I appreciate that that sounds like a lot of figuring and acrobatics. But explaining it clearly is where most of the effort comes in, not actually doing it. Now that it's up off the lower surfaces and onto the stand, we'll see how long it takes the toddlers to pull the whole thing over. Ah, a keyboard - fun for the whole family.
Great Value in a Scissors-style Keyboard Stand
August 18, 2016
This is a nice scissors style keyboard stand and it is an excellent value. The frame members are strong and the floor pieces are extra wide which provides good stability. The height is adjustable using the spring loaded pin with a nice large handle. The new stand was tight and the pin needed an extra push to pass through the selected hole. For a scissors style stand it is very good, but as such it does have some limitations. When the stand is sitting on carpet it may rock slightly depending on the squishiness of the carpet and pad, but on our carpet this is not a factor when we are playing our piano. For professional gigs A table style stand may be more appropriate, albeit at a higher cost. This stand was accurately represented and it is a good solution for our need for a home keyboard stand. We are very satisfied.
Great buy for the price!
July 15, 2015
This is a great little stand. I bought this to support my Behringer UMX 610 and it fits perfectly. There are some straps on the side that I assume are supposed to hold the keyboard in place but there was nowhere to put them on my keyboard. It's nice and sturdy with moveable rubber rests which is great so the bottom of your keyboard doesn't get scratched up. The adjustable height of the unit makes it easy to position my keyboard exactly where I need it.
There are straps on the stand with long screws to better anchor some keyboards
November 23, 2014
Works well for my heavy Yamaha portable grand. There are straps on the stand with long screws to better anchor some keyboards, but I did not find any screws/screw holes on the bottom of my Yamaha that matched, and I am not about to make new holes. So I did not end up using the straps. but the stand is wide enough to hold my heavy keyboard steadily.

It'll do!
August 18, 2017
I think this will serve our purposes. I have a little girl turning 3 soon and wanted to give this to her for her birthday. I did take it out of the box and test it. It's easy to put together and I love how the stand actually screws into the bottom of the keyboard - it gives it great stability especially with the stand standing on carpet. There seem to be a ton of voices and rhythms that I doubt she will use a whole lot.Star reduction -YES, there is a hum coming out of the speaker. It's annoying - it'll take some getting used to.YES, the volume defaults back to a volume that's too loud (in my opinion) and the lowest volume is still pretty loud. I wonder if it's more adjustable with headphones...I think I will check that. With that said - this keyboard costs like $60. This will just be her first keyboard, a play-around one, so it'll be fine. If she develops a stronger interest in actually learning piano later, we will spring and make sure she has a full sized one. For now, this'll do. I think she will be thrilled. Also, with the stand on the lowest level heightwise, I think it'll be perfect for a 3 year old to stand up and play or sit with feet on the ground and play.Update - I couldn't wait to give it to her. She is BEYOND thrilled with it. She already turns it off and on, reduces the volume, and uses the drums/metronome by herself! She was singing with it earlier. I'm putting that 5th star back because she loves it so much.

Great Keyboard
February 24, 2017
Excellent keyboard!! I needed one for my daughter to practice piano when I have her and this met the requirements. The stand is great and sturdy. The stand to hold your music is lacking quality but it does serve its purpose and comes off easy. The keyboard attaches to the stand good so I don't have to worry about it coming off if it's bumped. We haven't used all the other sound/beat features other than goofing off but still a good feature.

Gets the job done
October 11, 2014
I've always wanted to learn how to play the piano so I figured why not start now before it's too late. I didn't want to buy an expensive one because I wasn't sure how I was going to like it. I reviewed a couple different keyboards around the same price and this one caught my attention so I went with it. The stand was easy to set up but the only thing was that they didn't send me the power adaptor. I emailed them and they replied the next business day and sent it out that same day (points for good customer service). For a beginner it's great because it does all the basic stuff you want from a keyboard. I have nothing bad to say about it. I hope to play this until I get to an intermediate level where I can upgrade. But for now this will do

Lé piano stand
July 28, 2017
If you're here and you are honestly looking at reviews for a piano stand, I am questioning why. Its a piano stand. It has one job. Hold a piano. Exciting stuff right? If you legitimately are wondering about the build quality, I can say that it is very sturdy with the main frame almost all solid steel. So unless you're gonna have a baby hippo sitting on it, it should hold fine.On a serious note, the only thing I can give bad marks for was the packaging. It was horrendous. Looked like a pack of hungry dogs who suddenly acquired a taste for cardboard had at it before it was delivered. But the stand itself was all intact and in perfect condition, so it was fine.
This works fine.
March 30, 2017
This works with Yamaha keyboard. Tie down bolts/straps are not easy to screw in and may not work at certain heights but did work for us. Seems sturdy. Was a little wobbly/uneven but I used some leverage to twist the metal a little and that fixed the wobble. I think it was luck to fix with one twist. Otherwise I would have had to put a felt circle like the ones used under chair legs.
Does what we need it to do.
February 5, 2017
Does the job. Supports Casio full size keyboard well. The lock straps will have to be modified to reach the anchor points on the bottom of the Casio. The instructions indicate that the straps will not work on all brands and models. I don't know if it would make much difference--if the stand was bumped hard enough to knock the keyboard off, the stand would probably turn over whether the keyboard was anchored to the stand or not.
Pleasantly surprised with this stand! But where is the manual????!!!!
August 25, 2016
This stand was a pleasant surprise because I was not expecting to like it as much as I do!The box arrived damaged, with a big hole right in the middle (you could actually see the legs!). Also, one of the plastic caps on the legs had come off, but we just popped it back on and it was fine. The stand itself was not damaged. The stand seems pretty sturdy and the straps fit our Casio CTK-671 like a glove, so very pleased with that. The only reason why I am not giving this product 5 starts is because there was no manual included and I suspect we're not quite placing the pegs correctly, so if you push it too much the whole thing slides right through the hole causing the stand to collapse.
Great product! With a few minor set backs..
March 24, 2016
I used this stand with my new Williams Legato 88-key and it fits well! The only reasons I took off one star was because the package arrived with a damaged corner that looked as if it had been torn off and the instruction manual was missing. So for those of you who are wondering how to open the stand from the closed position, just pull the knob out and open the stand to an optimal width and height... But make sure the knob goes back into its place so that the stand locks in place.Other than that, this product is great! No assembly required and it very sturdy and sleek looking. I love that it's portable and lightweight. I would recommend.
ChromaCast keyboard stand and stool combo via Amazon Prime
December 7, 2014
great little stand , good price and fast prime shipping make this a good deal and value...i got it paired along with a ChromaCast small bench stool also folding...only down side was that the stand was missing one of the rubber end caps for the top crosspiece, so my keyboard is a little tippy and unstable....i'm trying to figure out how to get only the missing end cap piece and not have to return the whole stand, and wait for a replacement.

This is an excellent purchase for a child learning to play piano. My daughter loves it.
there is a percussion mode and a good amount of different instruments and beats
January 3, 2017
Product as described, although there is NO LEARNING MODE. If I could do it all over again I would get one where the keys were able to light up to teach the kids how to play. The volume gets impressively loud, there is a percussion mode and a good amount of different instruments and beats. The stand went together with no issue and the keyboard can bolt into the stand. A tiny piece of plastic had broken off during shipping, but I only noticed when disposing the box and you cannot notice it unless I were to point it out. If your looking for a big keyboard for your child, this is a decent choice for under $100.

Beautiful keyboard and a great beginners piano. It has bit of static at times, and keys are quite sensitive, but with all the settings availible it's definitely worth it. No missing or broken parts as expressed in other reviews. Wouldn't recommend for an experienced player

This is a decent little keyboard. It's not the top of the line, but if you are looking for something functional and small, this would work well. It has a decent sound and is lightweight. The stand is not very sturdy but it works. It is perfect for my needs, and I hope to get a lot of use out of it.

Decent product, great price. Better for younger or lighter people.
August 11, 2016
Being honest here, this product came broken. I ordered two, and one of them had a knob that was broken. We can still make it work, but it's not the easiest to use. Also, changing the height is a bit difficult for one person to do, but definitely possible. I am probably a bit heavier (250 lbs) than what is intended for this product, but it seems to stand up well for now. Overall, it's not bad, and the price is great.

Little on the small side, even for me, which is saying something since I'm barely 5 feet tall and have a normal BMI. But comfortable enough to play on for an hour. Doesn't really adjust to more than one seat height, unless I'm doing something wrong . . . fortunately I can adjust the keyboard height and it hasn't been an issue for me.

Piano shakes a lot when playing
October 15, 2016
The stand does its job. This stand is not very rigid and whenever I play my piano, it keeps shaking to the point that it gets pretty annoying. I have no worries about the stand breaking or my piano falling off but still something to think about.
The stand works great for its purpose
August 15, 2016
The stand works great for its purpose, but the two star rating is because the construction of the stand leaves my knees banging into the stand more often than not. It makes it a little more difficult to sit comfortably when playing. Great for starting out, but I wish I had purchased a different stand since I play daily rather than just every now-and-again.

July 16, 2016
Was delivered in a very beat-up box, but it looked like the manufacturer just didn't use a good box to ship it in and used way too much tape, another sign that it was probably an old box. The central knob for locking the angle of the stand was broken, so it's a little hard to adjust, but I guess I don't do that very often.
Basic - no height/tilt adjustment
October 27, 2015
If you need to place a second piano keyboard above your primary keyboard (which is mounted on an X-style stand), then this will do the trick. When I bought this, I actually had a different plan. I wanted to place a desktop/shelf on the second tier for my laptop, monitor, etc. So those would be above the keyboard at a standing height. This stand tilts down at a slight angle, which makes perfect sense for a keyboard but not for a computer desk, and the angle is not adjustable. That's MY fault for not checking that carefully before I bought it.I also did not like the fact that my X stand below could not adjust to either its very highest or very lowest setting because of the width constraints that this second tier imposes. It doesn't get wide or narrow enough for that.So I'm kind of an exceptional case...it will probably be just fine for most people using it for the purpose it was designed for.
I wouldn't recommend for heavy use or stage
July 12, 2015
Your basic, lost cost stand. I wouldn't recommend for heavy use or stage. This is more suitable for at home practice stands. You don't want to go too cheap if it means dropping something on your toe or breaking instruments that will break your budget big time. Just not worth it. So if you have light instruments and use in one stationary place, and on a budget, this is the product you want.
Nice Stand but VERY POOR Quality Control
February 24, 2015
First let me say I would rate this at least 4 stars and maybe 5 but give it a three due to the following experiences:The stand is sturdy, although I do get some movement (it is placed on carpeting) when playing my keyboards. The first stand I ordered came with lots of dents and scrapes but nothing that would effect structural integrity. I should note that the packaging had holes in it where something had punched through the cardboard. This contributed to some of the dents but not all. Due to the initial cost, I contacted the seller (this one did not come from Amazon) and they gave me a partial refund rather than return it. As my plans were to use this at home anyway, I was ok with that. I did purchase the optional 2nd tier for the stand and it worked well with my 28 pound 61 key keyboard.Feeling that with the price point of the product was very good, and with satisfaction of the stand at that cost, I ordered a second stand to use as a portable stand for when I take my 61 key synthesizer out. This stand came double packed from Amazon. The outside packing looked great. I opened the outside box and there was a hole in the middle of the inside box that contained the stand. Upon opening it, I noticed a few small dents but it was in better shape that the first stand. My plan was to switch stands and use the dented stand as the portable since it probably would get banged around a bit. In moving the rubber protective sleeve at the rear of the stand for mounting the second tier, I found that one of the ends was dented pretty badly. It was dented so bad as to prevent me from mounting the second tier without straightening the dent. I decided not to straighten this dent. Upon a closer examination I noticed more small dents in the tubing and determined that I would send it back. Had this specific dent not been present, I probably would have contacted Amazon for a price reduction due to damage of the product and kept the second stand also.In my opinion, both stands suffered from a lack of quality control in manufacturing as there was no indication from the packaging that would cause some of the dents. Had I not wanted to mount the 2nd tier, the worst dent would never had been seen as it was covered by the rubber sleeve that protects the keyboard bottom. I believe this dent was known at the time of manufacturing and used since it was hidden by the protective rubber sleeve. Other dents were caused by poor handling in a warehouse or shipping.I would probably try to order another identical stand but Amazon is out of them, so I think I am going to bite a bullet and order a heavier, more expensive stand from another manufacturer. Hopefully I won't see the same quality issues. I think I am probably done purchasing ChromaCast products.

but not the best quality overall
January 25, 2016
It does everything it is supposed to, but not the best quality overall. I may have returned it, but needed to have something to use to work on music for upcoming concerts. There are 2 keys (B & C) in the lower keyboard that do not actuate properly - they actually move a bit and catch on each other! There is also light feedback coming from the speakers at times. The music rest is basically non-functioning unless you have individual sheet-music. The stand is helpful - but as expected is not the most stable. For the price, it is about what I expected.
Decent but I'm sure there are better out there
January 3, 2016
Neat little keyboard for the price...there are three things that I didn't like so much. 1. This is delivered in the original box so it's impossible to hide the contents on delivery - it was a gift for my daughter and she saw it when it arrived. 2. When you wear headphones, there is a distinct and annoying buzzing sound 3. The stand is pretty flimsy.

Unstable Locking System - Bent, Scratched, Dinted and Dirty - (Second Hand?)
January 6, 2017
Clearly second hand with scratches and major dints, plus warping of the main supports. There was crap all over it, and the packaging arrived perforated and looked like it'd been dropped and bounced around a lot. While the stand looks sturdy, it is NOT stable. The sub standard locking mechanism is spring loaded, and has to be forced to "lock" into the holes in the welded on semicircle - looks like it will fail easily and is half way there already. The locking mechanism is also not strong enough, which causes the height to vary up and down with any pressure. It is also NOT level and on wood or carpet wobbles a lot, hence probably not ideal for playing for extended periods.Additionally the sub standard ties are not great either. In my case they just don't fit at all. Probably depends on the brand you have. Mine is for Midi work with a 49 key Alesis Q49, (which has pitch and modulation controls - so holding the unit in place is kind of important, lol). The stand is not really ideal for what I wanted, which was a sturdy but collapsible stand to quickly set up the keyboard as needed while composing parts which needed keyboard input using high end midi sampling libraries and programs (such as strings, brass, woodwind, piano etc etc). I usually play guitar/bass parts, so the keyboard's role is used for the midi parts.Even if the unit was in good condition, the flimsy locking system is prone to issues - not well designed, and is hard to use, and looks like it will fail easily - not great for quick setup and tear down.I can probably get by with this for the present since we moved recently, and it was cheap while on sale for $18 - So I can sort of live with the detractions for now... But for the long term, I wouldn't recommend this stand, certainly not for serious players/composers etc.
Beginners mistake
November 13, 2016
Brand new to keyboards and ordered this stand at the same time I ordered the keyboard.(88 key Alesis Recital). The keyboard does not fit well on the top, it is not as stable as I would have liked. Because of the 'X' design I have difficulty getting the keyboard close to me without hitting the support structure with my knees. The adjustments are Pin-in-Hole style and not all the holes are big enough to allow easy passage of the adjustment pin.Am honestly thinking of moving this stand to the garage, putting a piece of lumber on it and use it for a work surface there.

Not a good buy to hold an eMedia keyboard
January 6, 2016
Not a good buy to hold an eMedia keyboard. We had to attach a board on top and sit the keyboard on that in order to use as the keyboard didn't attach to the fitting supplied and opening was too wide to allow us to adjust stand to lowest setting and still set keyboard on top. Not a good fit for a 7 year old.
Rusty & poor packaging
October 12, 2015
The packaging was really bad. I received it with a lot of holes on the cardboard and the tapes securing the cardboard seems about to fall off. It was not covered in plastic to cover it from dust. Just the stand and the cardboard. Once I open it, it has a lot of rust everywhere and I had a hard time trying to adjust the height of the stand. But after I adjusted it, it works fine. It is not very stable and wobble a lot when I play powerful/motivational songs but at least it holds my digital piano from falling. It is also not very heavy so it really helped me, since I live in a dorm and I had to bring the stand from the dorm's front office to my room on 9th floor. I will also move to an apartment next year and the light weight won't bother me when I have to move out.
Big disappointment
May 12, 2015
I bought this stand for the Williams Legato 88 key digital piano, specifically because I wanted it to be secure. I gave it to my 7 year old grandson for his birthday. When my son-in-law set it up, there was no way to attach the straps on this stand to the piano - all he could do was set the piano on top of the stand. There is nothing on the piano to hook the straps to. Not very secure. The product description should specify that the stand can be attached to only certain keyboards. They may be returning this stand.

Beware the power cord attachment
April 30, 2017
A word of caution. The power cord connection in the back of the piano became loose after around 15 months of use and a few times being moved around the house. We replaced the adapter but clearly the problem is the loose connection in the rear. We would recommend against this product.
It would be a good beginners board if it worked
November 17, 2016
I got this for my son as a birthday present and one of the keys doesn't work. I can't contact the seller either. It would be a good beginners board if it worked. I am in the process of returning it. We only had since 11/3/16.
Two Stars

The 5 white keys and 4 black keys on the left side don't play.
Not what I expected
August 11, 2016
This keyboard boasts 61 keys, however they don't tell you that Middle C is not in the middle so most of the keys are basically treble. Also, whenever I turn it on, it "pops" and the volume is very loud. I was rather disappointed. :(
Pretty disappointing
August 3, 2016
The keyboard gets confused sometimes when you try and play more than one key at a time or a chord. It would delay one or more of the notes. Also, my stand came with defective pieces, so I'll definitely be returning it. Pretty disappointing, even for a "Beginner" keyboard.
Speaker buzz, quality issues.
January 6, 2015
This keyboard had a buzz coming from the speakers which was very loud when using a headset. My 7 year old son also complained about some other aspects of the performance and functions. I returned it and spent the extra few dollars for a Yamaha - which he's been using for about 4 months without any issues. I would not recommend the Hamzer keyboard. If you are very price sensitive my recommendation would be to go to Amazon warehouse deals and purchase a 'name' brand such as Yamaha or Casio - look for a unit that says packaging is damaged but unit is like new - sometimes the box get some damage so they can't sell it as new but it is indeed an unused unit. You'll end up with a superior keyboard for a few dollars more than a new inferior Hamzer. If you're not comfortable with warehouse deals then just get a new name brand, you'll be happier in the long run I'm sure.

This buckled after about 2 months of light use. The customer service was terrible in helping resolve the issue.
Too weak for an adult
April 16, 2015
Junk. It works fine for a child, but for an adult that weighs just under 200 pounds it just doesn't hold up. It collapsed when I was using it, even though it said the weight limit was 370 pounds
warped
July 7, 2014
This item came out of the box with a factory defect. The bottom leg is warped and the bench will not sit straight. The item would be a good value if it wasn't badly lopsided.

Poor quality
February 13, 2017
For starters, I was pretty excited for this keyboard stand. It's an Amazon best seller with some great reviews. While buying it, an error happened so I redid the order. Well I ended up ordering two. When they both arrived, the packages were pretty beat up. I opened the first one, and while setting it up I couldn't get the lock for the height to work. I thought I was doing something wrong, so I searched for instructions and found nothing. I realized none of the holes were large enough for the locking screw to pass (which I now see another reviewer mentioned). I opened the other one, hopeful that one would work. Nope! Same thing! This product is sloppily made. I'm very disappointed. Now I have to send back two!
Poor quality keyboard stand
January 23, 2017
Awful piece merchandise. It was delivered defective. Was not in locked positioned. Poorly packaged (part of the stand was actually protruding out if the flimsy box). Would not go into locked position to hold keyboard.
DONT. BUY. THIS.
December 30, 2016
Product arrived in a damaged package, obviously previously opened and assembled by somebody else. This product was PRE-OWNED. I was promised a new product, and instead I get a lopsided piece of metal that doesn't serve its purpose and can't even lock correctly. Its not even worth spending the money on too ship back. Thanks, Amazon.
Adjustment screw
December 19, 2016
The height/width adjustment screw doesn't align with the holes, so that the stand isn't secured. The adjustment screw is too big for the holes. My keyboard is arriving in a couple of days, and I am disappointed that the stand won't work. I have emailed the company; there was no contact phone number to call. Hopefully, they can tell me how to fix this problem. No instructions come with this; it would be fairly easy to figure out if it weren't for this defect.
Do not purchase.
September 30, 2016
This was the worst thing I've ever ordered off the internet. It arrived in a broken, taped and re-taped multiple times, as well as unsteady box. I kept my hopes up, but I was very upset when I opened it. It's very unbalanced and it arrived broken. The locking mechanism doesn't line up with the holes. When it is on my floor it is uneven and only rests on three legs. When I try to put my piano on the stand and press the keys, the floating leg touches the floor making the whole thing move awkwardly. This is a scam and is probably shipped from China. It looks like something poorly assembled in a horrible child slave oversees business.
I wouldn't go with this one.

What is up with the straps. It's level set is too high or too low. I hate it, but not worth the return shipping.

Disappointed when i gave it as a birthday gift
February 4, 2017
I tried with adapter but it wont work then i put the D batteries , the result was same. It wont work either with battery or adapter. The worst thing is i cant remove two batteries which i put into it. Spotted so many scratches inside battery compartment. Worst product i have ever seen in amazon. Great Disappointed when i gave as birthday gift to my wife. I will never ever bought any Hamzer product again in my life time and i will told my friends , not to buy any Hamzer product.
Mistake
February 3, 2017
Not a reliable board. My granddaughter opened it on Christmas and it all went together pretty well. She was excited........then she started playing and some keys played twice; when depressed and again when released. One key stuck. The day after Christmas we went to a music store and bought a new keyboard. Bad holiday and bad quality control.
Unplayable... literally
January 17, 2017
I do not typically review items, but this keyboard arrived with no power adapter, contrary to what Amazon says is included. Since I don't have a bunch of those fat batteries lying around, I've been unable to try it out at all. Shame, because it otherwise looks nice and sturdy and I was looking forward to playing.
After assembling the stand and getting the item ready to go that's when things went from happy to sad in a blink of an eye
December 25, 2016
I am not one to typically write reviews, but this item certainly compelled me to do so. Our son was so excited when he opened this keyboard on Christmas morning. He could not wait to get it set up. After assembling the stand and getting the item ready to go that's when things went from happy to sad in a blink of an eye.First, the sound of this keyboard was terrible. Then after about one mintute the sound started be be erratic and loud and could only be shut off by turning off the power.Regardless of what we tried to do nothing seemed to work and back in the box this item went and we will be certainly returning this back to Amazon.I am not sure if this was a wiring issue or speaker issue but in any case I would never recommend this product to anyone. I did not expect this to work like some high end keyboard, but I did expect it to at least work. Will not be purchasing a replacement of this item.

I bought this for my son who is learning to play the piano. It was a good price but it went out of tune within 3 months. Many keys are way out of tune and the seller only provides a 60 day warranty. I'd recommend buying another product elsewhere.

The sound is terrible, the lowest volume is too loud and when you turn it off, the setting returns to what it was set at and you have to re-program it. I had to pay $24.00 for shipping this poorly made keyboard back; what a waste of money, time and energy.
