Very nice phone!

Very nice phone used for couple years!
Great Windows product
January 19, 2016
I am writing this in regards to the phone and not the service. The phone is amazing, it has a ton of functionality unfortunately there are not as many apps as I would like. Have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and the interface with my Surface Pro 3 is flawless. Great price and great product
highly recommended..

Checked the lifetime counter by calling ##634#, showed 0. Therefore, the phone is new as described, hope to do the business with this seller again, highly recommended . . . !

This is a great phone. I'm not super tech savvy but this phone does everything I need it to. There are some apps that I cannot get to download but other than that, I am able to do just about anything I can do with my laptop. Plus, I can make phone calls.

ts okay, good phone, great camera, the software is deficient but with an upgrade to a recent version works good. I bought it to my wife and she is happy with it
Good phone for price but get protective case!
February 16, 2016
14yr old loves it, has office on it and she can pull her school work from her laptop up on phone. Very efficient! Does break easily so protective case is a must!
where's the seller?

The phone is at least brand new, it looks like... but the seller never replied my question.
this phone did not satisfy my needs
December 28, 2015
It works well in the US, but now that I'm traveling in Japan with it, I'm finding out that it doesn't work with Japanese rented SIM cards or short term data SIM cards. It seems as though Windows phones are not sold here, and most SIM cards would work with Iphones and Android phones. However, I have been told by two different companies that their SIM cards would not work with a Windows phone, and surely enough, a date SIM card I purchase for $20 does not work. Since I purchased this phone so that I could use it when I travel in Japan, this phone did not satisfy my needs.

Lumia 928 -- good display and camera, troubles with text message and unstable cellular data connection
August 24, 2016
After 6 months of daily usage, I believe I have a relatively complete picture of what I got, and hence would like to provide some opinion to whoever are interested.Pros:- solid build quality. It did fall on the hardwood/concrete floor a couple of times, and no damage or dent was left on the phone.- good picture quality. Although the software (Windows Phone 8.1) sometimes refuse to switch the scene modes, the picture quality is pretty good at various light conditions.- nice display. What you can expect from a AMOLED -- vivid color, good resolution, dark "dark".- I confirm the phone work well with any local wireless network (home network, company network, even hotspots from other cellphones). The phone also works with 4G cellular signals. I am not sure whether it is LTE, but I can watch youtube video without freezing.Cons:- I am using this phone with T-mobile. I confirm I can NOT send any text messages. I can receive text messages, though. It is still annoying.- sometimes when the T-mobile signal is not 4G (the cellphone shows "H" which I believe means HSPA/3G), I cannot connect to internet from my cellphone.- Battery life is relatively short. Even I don't use it much for browsing internet signal, it could run out of juice at the end of the day.All in all, if you don't travel a lot and always have good local wireless connection, this phone is worth the price. If you do travel, it feels awkward when you cannot use the cellular signal to connect to the internet, especially when you need it.
No Windows 10 Ugrade
August 20, 2016
I've had the phone for a few weeks and it accomplishes the basics - calls, texting, browsing. I do enjoy the familiarity of a Windows operating system, but I can't imagine attempting to write documents on a small screen. Unfortunately, I found out too late - it's not on Microsoft's list of upgrades to Windows 10 (not even a Windows Insider Preview). Which leaves me with a scarce amount of apps to use). The dual facing camera is nothing out of the ordinary, but there are a few sweet apps to make shooting pics entertaining. The simplest feature I enjoy...easily locating apps in alphabetical order!

Ok phone. I have it with T-Mobile, so it has a couple network issues. In order to send text messages, you have to drop the network to 2G, and you can't send or receive picture messages with it.

Phone performed great, but it didn't have support of all the bands on T-Mobile's network, so there was no LTE on the phone. Returned and found a Lumia 1520.3.

Great phone for about 6 months
September 12, 2016
Great phone for about 6 months. Extremely easy to use. Not a lot of apps which is fine with me. The ones you get are very easy to use and manage. However after about 6 months things start to fail. Like the camera, the flash, then slowly other apps. First you reset the phone which may or may not work then you give up and buy a new one. This last time I went with an Samsung android phone. Which I absolutely hate android phones. But need one to last a while before features fail beyond recovery.

March 29, 2016
I tried to venture into the world of Windows Phones and it failed quite a bit. I purchased the Nokia Lumia 928 in new condition and, within a couple of weeks of use, it started freezing. Eventually, it froze on a pixelated grey screen that wouldn't go away for hours - the first time it happened, I thought the phone was broken; the second time, I just left it to "fix itself" overnight because I knew I would have no luck trying to turn it off. That's when I realized I needed to return the phone. As for the operating system itself, it goes without saying that heavy app users should probably not choose Windows.

July 13, 2015
Great phone except that the Verizon software is useless if you're on a GSM provider network like T-Mobile or A&T. One of the bigger issues is that SENDING text messages does not work in LTE mode. I.e. the "highest network speed" has to be switched to 2G every time you want to sent an SMS!
Poor buy
February 26, 2015
Worked fantastic at first, loved the phone. Than, after three weeks it started screwing up. My calling won't work, the WiFi doesn't work, and it shuts down randomly about twice a day.

May 8, 2016
Couldn't use it for T-Mobile, although it is unlocked the fact that it was meant for Verizon didn't allow me to receive 4G LTE service with T-Mobile. Wish out did because I played around with it and it's really cool, easy to use.

I'm shocked! After 7 days of using the phone, he fell from a small chair and the glass breaks into small pieces. Replacing of the glass is a half of the phone price. How can you do such a thing unreliable?
If your not A Verizon user do not buy this phone!!!
January 2, 2016
If you are using any other cell phone carrier other than Veri zon stay away from this cell phone. This is my second and attempt at using the Verizon Nokia Lumia 928 I am certain this phone isn't completely unlocked from Verizon. I promise you will never get an LTE connection, although it claims to be a 4G LTE phone. So don't even think about it. You still will only be able to send and receive text messages only in 2G mode. And I mean you will only be able send and receive TEXT MESSAGES. Don’t even think about pictures or music. This phone also would go into camera mode for no reason, but you when you actually try to go into camera mode its hit or miss. This means sometime it would go into mode camera; sometimes you would get an error needing to reboot. Plus taking picture you would press the buttons or screen forever before it would take a shot. And you would be very lucky if the phone took the shot or if the picture was even clear. The phone once and awhile would just reboot for no reason and take forever to come back to the start screen. The speaker on the phone would make crackling noises, and everyone I called with this phone could not hear me no matter how strong the cell connection was or what I did. Could not play music or, watch videos on this phone because of the crackling noise. The phone after being fully charged would only last at best 3 hours before needing to be charged again. It doesn't matter is the phone is being used or not, It DIEDS in about 3 hours Period! There a lot more I could say about this phone. But I think made my point. Stay away from this phone unless you on the Verizon Network and ever if that is the case, I still don't think it's worth the trouble.
Capacitive Touch Screen Panel and Headphone Jack Defective
June 30, 2014
I loved the User Interface and functionality of Windows Phone 8, however this particular piece of hardware was really low quality. contrary to Nokia's reputation the Lumia 928 took, in my opinion, substandard pictures despites its well billed camera. after one week of use, the capacitive touch screen on my unit stopped functioning turning the device into a buzzing brick. The head phone jack didn't work from the moment it was purchased. I returned the unit for a refund, I don't think a Nokia device will be in my future.
