Replacement in RV
March 10, 2016
RV faucet needed replaced and this was our choice. It is well made. The pull out sprayer is all plastic. My only concern is will the finish rub off easy on the plastic. This weighs 3 times the weight of original RV faucet and comes out into the sink farther. Pictures of both so you can compare. Like the looks of it and was easy to install.
Elegant faucet, Smooth operation - Love it!
January 4, 2016
We had two of these faucets installed in our kitchen, and other than a small problem noted below, the installation went well. One was mounted without a deckplate in a new granite countertop and the other with a deck plate on an existing surface mount stainless steel sink. Both look great! The flow is strong and it’s nice to have a choice of stream or spray. You may need to buy supply lines - the ones on the faucet extend just a few inches below the collar. Be sure to check that all the parts are included as both our boxes were missing some spare pieces, but we had enough for our installation. One note on installation - when the second faucet was installed, there was a minor gap of about 1/4 inch or so that allowed the main body to move up and down and showed some green plastic at the control lever. A previous reviewer noted this same problem. We called Kraus customer support and they said to pop off the round tab on the back of the lever and use the allen wrench that came with the faucet to loosen the set screw. Then take the lever off and gently push the cartridge down - it went down about 1/4". Then put everything back together. Problem solved.Update: I contacted Kraus by email to ask about the missing parts (one aerator key and some hole covers). They asked me to email them a copy of my Amazon invoice, and that day I got an email saying my parts had been shipped. Very fast service. By the way, when the plumber installed the faucets, he pointed out that we should periodically use the aerator key to remove the aerator and clear it of any debris that can collect there from the water lines.
Looks Amazing.
April 9, 2015
Looks beautiful, modern, with nice finish. Installed without a problem.
Excellent for the price
February 20, 2015
I would give this 4.5 stars, but rounded up because the price is amazing. Truly my only complaint is the plastic sprayer handle, it feels a little cheap to hold and looks slightly mismatched when docked, although no one but me would ever notice. But this still surpasses most faucets costing 3X more.Pros:- Sophisticated and simple styling- Thick metal base with smooth handle operation- Powerful spray function cleans dishes with ease (almost too powerful!)- Metal hose for spray handle- Secure and tight dock for spray handleCons:- Plastic spray handle feels a little cheap- Main stream flow rate is less than what I am used to (but this does save water)
Nice faucet - easy to install
February 6, 2015
I needed a faucet that reached further into the sink, and was high enough to wash tall pots underneath. This was both. The water stream is very strong compared to my old faucet, so I actually have to turn the water pressure down. The sprayer itself is not SS, it is plastic - but you could never tell by looking at it. The sprayer pulls out very easily, and fits back into place just as easily. The water stream comes out at a very slight angle which is nice too. Overall the faucet is very attractive and I'm very happy with it so far. It comes with the base plate, and also a plug for the hole that my separate sprayer used to be. I feel this was a good faucet at a great price.

January 18, 2015
So many faucets have hundreds of reviews, so I was apprehensive about being the first to purchase this one. It's perfect. We had no difficulty installing it and it's just as pictured. It rotates smoothly, switches from jet to stream easily, the pull out feature works great, and it has very powerful water pressure. It looks like a very high end, expensive faucet, but is not too tall for our small kitchen sink. The finish and all details are exactly as pictured. We'll see if it withstands the test of time. I'll update if it doesn't!

This strainer truly sealed while others would not
April 18, 2017
With a spring-loaded mechanism at the bottom of the strainer, this was one of the few strainers that fit and that SEALED my existing drain assembly. I bought this whole assembly just for the strainer. So many other replacement strainers from the home improvement stores just would not seal from water draining out. I would buy again--especially if I can find just the strainer part of this Moen product.
Leak is fixed!
March 13, 2016
This was my second attempt at fixing my sink. The first drain I bought from my local hardware store was a joke (probably ok for a real plumber to install). Moen on the other hand, made it so us amateur plumbers can do it too. Top and bottom washers meant no plumbers putty, and the bottom nut is a normal size that doesn't require a special drain wrench. I was able to tighten it comfortably using channellock pliers. Added bonus... the included basket fits perfectly and won't accidentally seal the drain while you're doing dishes...you really have to push it in to seal the drain.
Good product, especially easy to install
January 15, 2016
There has been lots of dispute about whether to use plumbers putty or silicone for installing this sort of drain assembly in a sink. But it turns out, Moen supplies two rubber washers and a fiber washer, and one rubber washer goes inside the sink, and the other rubber washer with the fiber washer under it goes under the sink. No putty, no silicone. Easy to install, no leaks.
Finally no leaks!!!
March 11, 2015
We bought this to replace 2 kohler drains that have leaked since installed a year ago. We followed instructions, reinstalled them more than once, but eventually they would begin leaking again. And then the strainer fell apart one day. I decided enough was enough. This one caught my eye because it says you don't have to use plumbers putty (which we believed was the root of our problem with the Kohler). These matched our moen sink perfectly. I didn't think I would like the type of strainer supplied with this as I've only ever used the ones that twist and lock. But I do really like these. They seem more sturdy and plug the sink 100% without much effort. And yes, water will still drain and strain as intended as long as you don't push these in place. And yes, the inside of the drain is more narrow than any I've ever had but I have no problems being able to reach in and remove any debris. Installation of the drains was simple and typical. They just screw in. They've been in place for a month and I finally felt confident enough to remove my under-the-sink leak bowl!! All-in-all, these worked great for us.
Great drain for a new or old sink; smooth stainless steel finish.
September 28, 2014
Got this Moen drain for my new stainless steel sink. Fits perfectly, looks good and works great. The stopper holds water in the sink without any problem. If you're buying any kind of standard sink, this is the drain to get.It is a chromed-stainless steel look, not brushed. So if you need it to perfectly match a brushed-stainless steel sink, this won't. However, it's barely noticeable if you do install it in a brushed steel finish, and I doubt anyone would ever notice or care.
It's a s/s strainer - it works well!
July 21, 2014
Well, not much to love in a strainer, however, this one replaced a chrome-plated brass strainer that was pitted around the edges, and the replacement was perfect. One caveat: the bottom threads were fewer than expected after tightening the strainer to a Corian sink, would not tighten well to the old female connection; so I had to run to Menard's to get a tailpipe extension (this came complete with a dishwasher outlet and 8-inch long pipe for $3.50 - no big deal). All is well. The kit comes with two gaskets, one thin one for the top, one thicker for the bottom; I placed silicon grease on the top gasket to ensure a complete water-tight seal. Plumber's grease will also work. Also, note that it is made in Taiwan, and has a small Moen name stamped opposite the Taiwan stamp on the basket (but not on the strainer itself). It is definitely high quality - solid stainless steel throughout.

Easy to install. Looks and works great.
February 5, 2016
Very easy to install. Out of the whole operation, the hardest part was taking out the old faucet. The one part I was a little confused about was where to use the silicone sealant. I have a three hole sink, so I needed to use the base plate. All the manual says is that the sealant is optional. I kinda wish they had a small part about that in the manual. Other than that, the instructions are pretty straightforward. The body is solid, but the pull-out spray does feel cheap. I was comparing this model to other more expensive faucets and a lot of them still have plastic pull-out spray.Someone said they got a sink hole cover for a fourth hole. I didn't get one with mine. I had to buy one separately.Overall, this faucet looks great and it works well.
I was disappointed that $180 Delta faucet didn't make years of service
January 10, 2016
Definitely worth the 80 dollars!I had two similar faucets prior to this model, one a Delta 467 (it lasted a little over 18months), and American Standard Blake (it lasted 13months). Both the models cost twice the price, if not more. All three had the plastic handle(light, but can be cheap feeling)The Delta actually was the easiest to install. No extra parts needed. 45 min. It worked well for about 10 months. After which, parts started to fail and need rebuilding. I was disappointed that $180 faucet didn't make years of service, but it was better than the American Standard. The American Standard was a typical 1hour to 2 hour install with needed hoses. Nothing too complicated for a handy homeowner. It, however, started to incur problems within 7 months....It had passed the Amazon return and warranty service was friendly but not very helpful. Take it out and. send it to us we will look at it and fix it if needed. Great....except then I would have no faucet during the time it was being fixed..... Not really an option.Kraus? Never heard of them. Googled, but little comes up...little worth reading anyway. So, I rolled the dice. The faucet came well packed, easy to understand install booklet, but, I didn't realize I needed new hoses coming over from the Delta, which was a "single" unit install. Fortunately, I still had the hoses from the American Standard. I would assume this contributes to the lower cost.Pros:Smooth actionEasy install.Stainless hose pullout.Great pressure considering it was a lower output than the Delta.Switch is easy to use and reverts back to original stream when turned off.Spray pressure is Very Good!Cons:Plastic pullout sprayer.Deck plate needs to be siliconed..(if you have a three hole sink"Some might say the spray switch reverting back to stream when shut off. (personal opinion) I like the auto-revert because my two toddlers love to spray each other.....I will revisit this review in a few months to update. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it's only 2 months old.
Faucet sounds like a jet engine with a whine!
October 1, 2015
I just got this faucet installed and it makes a fairly noticeable high pitch sound when the water is turned on. It sounds like a jet engine with a whine. I called customer service and while they were friendly they claimed it was air in the line. I flushed the lines and I get no sound when the faucet/pull out head is not attached. They have offered to replace the faucet head but they keep having problems getting my Amazon invoice. What a hassle!UPDATE:10/09/15Received a replacement head for the faucet and the whining sound is now gone. There was an issue with the seal in the previous faucet head. It as easy to install and now works great. Still not pleased with the experience overall but happy with how it turned out.
Good quality, easy install
September 28, 2015
I just finished installing this on my Leopard 40 catamaran galley sink. Product seems to be good quality for the money. Install was very easy. Two things to note:1. You will need a hose to go from your water source to the unit. The faucet itself has a 1/2" male non tapered fitting that you have to interface with.2. The instructions do not mention that you need to put the base ring between the faucet and the countertop if you are not installing the base plate. This is pretty obvious when you are doing the install, but not mentioned in the instructions.I was replacing my previous faucet because my previous one didn't swivel and kept getting loose on the sink counter. I believe this design is very unlikely to get loose on the countertop, because in addition to the nut that holds the faucet tight to the counter, there are two screws that keep the nut from turning. Why four stars instead of five? Two reasons:1. My pet peeve with most faucets, and this one as well, is that if you turn the sprayer on, when you turn the faucet off, the flow returns to normal from spray. I prefer a faucet that will stay on spray. When I want regular flow, I will switch it back. On a boat, we always try and conserve water where we can, so we turn the water off and on a zillion times when we wash dishes. This becomes irritating.2. Water flow through the faucet is a bit strong. This may not be a problem for others, but is for me as I am trying to conserve water. If there were a way to give 4 1/2 stars, I would.
Love it....
April 9, 2015
I really do love my new faucet. Looks great in my new contemporary kitchen. The faucet installed easily and the sprayer has great power! My only disappointment was that the sprayer is plastic. I hope it lasts over time, but I can see that piece breaking easily.
Good faucet
January 21, 2015
This is a nice faucet. It is not 100% stainless. The sprayer that you pull out of the faucet is plastic. It has a very smooth operation. This is a vast improvement over my old faucet, it flows way more water on the stream or spray function. Installation was very easy. The instruction were simple to understand. If asked if I would buy it again. Yes I would. The only reason for four stars was the fact it is not all stainless, and the bottom mounting plate is little thin, but not weak.

Not bad. Not high end.
August 6, 2017
I expected something heavier and beefier from Moen but if it holds up it's whatever. I bought plumber's putty but didn't need it since it's gasketed on both sides. Strainers are kind of cheap with a gap around the outside so they don't really catch everything. Maybe they're only meant to grab the stuff that'll clog but forcing stuff down isn't fun. It's too narrow to fish much of anything out.I take solace in the fact that I managed to grab two new ones as Warehouse Deals for a small fraction of the regular price.
Good value, it works good
August 5, 2016
Good value, it works good. However, I used the standard 1 1/2" pipe and Ptrap on it and because of the way the flange connects to the bracket using the provided gasket the opening of the drain hole is reduced significantly. It will do the job but this is a design flaw and may cause things to build up from time to time as debre and water enter the drain pipe. Should work, good price, but may give me a small headache from time to time.
Not what I expected but still a very good product.
February 28, 2016
I got this in January 2016. The bottom of the drain mesh is at the bottom where the bottom nut is in the picture as oppose to flush with the sink bowl so unless you have REALLY SMALL hands you will be able to get maybe two fingers down the 2" hole. With that said, on my old drain my pipe went INTO the bottom part where the nut is but this one it went flush with it and I had to cut a lot of pipe off my existing pipe. Although it comes with a rubber gasket to put flush with the inside of the sink I recommend you still use plumbers putty to prevent leaks. The strainer just broke, however Amazon is sending me a replacement. All in all this is made of heavy sturdy material that should last you a good while. I would recommend this to anyone.
Not for cast iron sink
October 29, 2015
I read the reviews and questions and wondered if it would be long enought for my 12 yr old cast iron Kohler sink. It really is a little too short. I made it work (the drain connection) by finding an extra gasket. The drain nut would not fully tighten cause there werent enough threads protruding after installation. Otherwise very nice quality. From above the fit is perfect.
No-Mess Installation
February 4, 2014
I recently installed a Moen sink and the finish matched very nicely with this drain assembly. I like that it includes rubber washers (one to go above sink surface and another below) which means no mess from plumber's putty or caulk! Otherwise, installation is standard. The metal could be thicker, but for the price it is well-constructed. The strainer is the generic kind that pops into place with a large metal pin, which is fine with me, but may not be if you have arthritis. The hole is the standard size and will accept other strainers if you want to buy one more suited to you.Overall, a nice package and good value. I would buy it again.
All Metal major components
December 18, 2013
This is a good quality product. The major components are metal, and the gaskets are rubber. Don't need to use plumber's putty which makes for quick no-mess installation.

Beautiful design, but handset leaks.
June 9, 2017
This faucet is beautiful, but it has leaked virtually since it was installed six months ago. Quite sad about that. Two plumbers have said that they can't do anything to fix it because it isn't one of the major brands (Moen, American Standard, etc.). They say, "Well, that's what happens when customers order cheap faucets from the internet..."
It's okay
April 20, 2017
It works well, but needs to be handled with a lighter touch than most faucets I've had. Make sure you have a substantial space behind it as it is a bit bulky in size. I don't and it looks a bit out of place. It's harder to pull out the faucet extension than my old Delta and in that area it feels cheap. If I had to do it all over again I'd purchase something else, but again, thus far it does work fine and it's bulky size might work well in a different kitchen than mine.
No subtlety here
April 18, 2016
We've been using this for several months now, so here's the run down: Pro---Nice strong flow, easy install. Con---the spray setting is either paint stripping strong, or off. I'd like to be able to modulate the flow to a nice gently spray for doing dishes by hand. Also annoying is the tendency of the valve to slowly shut off when you've managed to get the spray to operate in that millionth of a degree position where it isn't blasting water everywhere. And, finally, it doesn't stay in the spray position when you shut off the faucet.
Very Nice Faucet With One Design "Issue" That May, or May Not, Bother You
April 3, 2016
It's subjective but we like the design and it also maximizes the water stream more than the previous faucet. There is one design issue that bothers us more than some people, and that is that there are two settings - 1. solid stream or 2. spray. We've always preferred "spray" almost always but with this faucet, there are two settings and the default is solid stream and to change it, you have to click a button for "spray" and as soon as you shut off the stream, it clicks back to "solid stream," which is annoying. When you turn on the water, it's back to solid stream.I've been wrong before and perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but this issue drops from a 4 or 5 star down to a 3. If this doesn't matter to you, it's an outstanding faucet.
Pretty
November 1, 2015
Been installed just over 3 months and leaking already. Woke up to a swamp in the kitchen inside the cabinet underneath the sink, down the back of the wall and a large puddle on the floor. The parts inside the unit are plastic and the plumber said it was junk. Next time, ALL METAL PARTS. It looks pretty. Of course, it is past the return point of policy. This faucet is only 3 months old!
... faucet is rather flimsy and the quality isn't the best. Clearly
September 25, 2015
This faucet is rather flimsy and the quality isn't the best. Clearly, you get what you pay for in faucets. The quality of the hose on the detachable sprayer is noticeably poor. I've left off the included host weight, at the recommendation of my plumber. He told me that the drag of the weight on the cheap hose will cause the hose to separate at the grooves over a 1-2 year period. I believed him because a similar thing happened to my old faucet, although it took about 5 years of wear. The faucet installed easily, does not leak, and looks fine so I did rate it 3 stars.

Doesn't match stainless steel
September 11, 2017
Fine but it's a shiny stainless steel so it prob won't match. The description should be changed.
Works ok
March 18, 2017
It works ok. However, the movable strainer/stopper doesn't work quite as well as our old one. It allows larger particles to bypass the strainer.
Decent, Stopper is Cheaply Made
March 8, 2017
The bowl of the drain is quite nice, but the stopper is very thin and flimsy - the two definitely aren't equal in quality.
Not as described.
September 9, 2016
The product itself might Be ok, but the description on Amazon is not accurate. It is a very deep drain assembly, so much so that it would be difficult to clean. There are others called deep drains, but this not called that. It would not work for us because we need a standard dept assembly.
Moen is slipping
July 5, 2016
OK, I expected better from Moen. Nothing in the box or on their web site showing the order of the 3 gaskets. Maybe I got it right, maybe not, but at least for now there are no leaks.
Where Is That Missing Part??
October 30, 2015
The sink stopper did not work! Not sure is the design was at error or if there was a screw missing that held the stopper to the underneath side. Tiny screws should be put in a small plastic bag instead of tissue paper that it will fall out of when you remove the larger pieces to this unit. Will have to make another purchase now. Moen, please fix this for future customers and save yourself bad reviews that will end of costing you referrals and affect your bottom line.

Poor Quality
January 30, 2017
I was pleased with this faucet initially and thought it was a pretty good value for the build and quality. It was easy to install and while it was a little bit difficult to adjust water level (too sensitive), it certainly met our needs. However, less than 1 year later, the faucet shuts itself off due to the weight of its own handle if you try to turn it to medium flow of hot water. This makes it very frustrating to use and I contacted Kraus customer service about the problem through their website and have not received any response after more than one week. If it had held up better I would have been very pleased with this product, but even for a value faucet, having a problem like this after less than one year is disappointing.
Great Faucet, but cracked face after 8 months.
August 23, 2016
I really like this design of this faucet, it functioned well for 8 months, looks good, and for the price point, a really solid feel. However, the faucet face has cracked, possibly at the mold knit line, and will put a stream out at 90 degrees to the side with the sprayer option on. For a durable good, I would have hoped for at least a couple years more.
... attractive looking Faucet but beware that the flow is like a fire hose
June 26, 2016
Very attractive looking Faucet but beware that the flow is like a fire hose. The flow is at least 2x as powerful as my other kitchen faucet and the rest of the faucets in my house. Literally unusable. It does not come with and Kraus does not offer a flow restrictor for this Faucet. If wasn't mildly handy I would have returned it. I had to Jimmy rig a flow restrictor. I cut an aluminum piece of flashing into a small circle and poked a couple hole in it with a pin and set it in the head connector. Not ideal but it works now. I first tried reducing the water pressure for the whole house but in order to get it mellow enough for this Faucet to work reasonably my showers and hose bibs were practically useless. This model needs to be discontinued and one with a flow restrictor needs to be produced.
Looks like a quality product at a good price
April 14, 2016
Looks like a quality product at a good price, after all the price was cut from almost $300. Reviews are on the good side. Product states it's stainless steel. I'm no metals expert, but does stainless steel peel? Yes, peel. After 6 months the deck plate has started peeling at the hole where the faucet fits through. I thought it had that protective plastic peel-off that some products come with. NOT! And the pressure is really hard, prepare yourself for a shower! Next time, go to the Home Depot or Lowes, look at them in person, and buy a well known brand, not Kraus?!
Force of spray issues
December 5, 2015
Just purchased this faucet based on the positive reviews. I have not left reviews in the past, even when disappointed with a product, but felt compelled to do so with this faucet. After installing the unit, I turned it on and the force of the water makes it almost unusable, especially when using the spray. The force is so great that a mist extends past the sink making the counter top and back splash. The mist would also hit the front of my shirt. This occurs even when I adjusted the handle to the lowest possible setting that would still allow the spray to work. I even tried turning down my hot and cold water inlet valves as low as possible and the problem persists. The spray head and line do not have a mesh screen like other faucets I have owned. My thought is the mesh screen likely diffuses the water, reducing the force of the water. Since this does not have one, I will call the manufacturer on Monday to determine if a remedy is available. As far as the look and feel of the faucet, I would give it 4 stars. It has a very nice appearance, the hardware is brass and not plastic, and the base is thick enough where it could not easily bend. However, I took a star away because the spray head, despite having the appearance of stainless steel, is plastic and lightweight.
Looks nice but is not reliable. Poorly manufactured to make a low price point.
July 13, 2015
Looks nice but is not reliable. Poorly manufactured to make a low price point. The first one I received was manufactured poorly and the cartridge was loose inside the housing. It moved up and down about a half centimeter. Sent it back for a replacement. The replacement arrived and it has a leak from the hose to the PLASTIC spray head. Waiting on 3rd one. If it is also bad, I will return and replace with a brand other than Kraus. It looks nice, but I guess you get what you pay for.If I had it to do over again, I'd buy a Moen or Delta for 2x the price, which is what I will do if the 3rd time is not the charm.

Doesn't sit well...
May 4, 2017
This is one of those strainers that you have to adjust to sit well in the drain. It has very small holes, doesn't drain well. Someday, I'm sure I will replace it with a better setup.
until I find a better drain assembly
April 17, 2017
This assembly may work in some instances, but be sure you know what you need. There is only one threaded section. The aluminum cup is held on by a nut and pushed up onto the gasket underneath the sink. Once that is tight, the first pipe is held on the same threaded section by another nut at a compression ring. I found that the threaded section was not long enough to get a tight seal with the pipe. The aluminum cup took up too much of the threaded section.I was unable to get everything tight enough to stop leakage. I ended up having to throw some plumber's putty nut holding the pipe on, until I find a better drain assembly.
Disappointed
January 15, 2017
Well, I'm disappointed in this. Moen usually has well designed items but this is not one of them. When it's engaged in the stopper mode it's ok, but that's not often. In the "open" mode it doesn't seat nicely and the holes are too small to let the water out. Would buy a different one next time
Moen 22036 3-1/2-Inch Composite Drain Assembly, Stainless
June 16, 2016
not what i expected. design is poor. food pieces can get by basket when open. i would not use without a garbage disposal. also hard for my wife to open and close basket. returning item.
Rather low end
February 18, 2016
It's pretty cheaply made. The strainer fell apart after two weeks of use. The strainer uses sort of a bayonet spring on the bottom to hold it in which I didn't like the way it worked. The whole affair seems shallower than I remember them being and made of stamped sheet metal. I assumed it would be sturdier. Should have done more research as it's simply not to the level I expected. I'll be replacing it with a wing nut style assembly very soon.
I expected better from Moen

Just installed these on a new sink this past weekend and while the permanently installed drain part seems fine, the basket that gets removed is mostly useless. It's great if you want to stop the water from going down the drain. However if you're not plugging the drain the basket part sits up too high and leans to the side so it doesn't catch the food particulars and they all go down the drain.

Bad Customer Service and Parts Availability
March 10, 2017
While we love the looks and functionality of this faucet, we encountered four problems:1) The faucet unfortunately started to leak badly from the spray head body about three month after we had it professionally installed2) No replacements parts were in stock when we contacted Kraus.3) Kraus could not provide an ETA for the part4) They have been ignoring our e-mails ever sinceWith no end in sight, we had to order another complete faucet through Amazon just to put an end to the leaky mess. We can't recommend the company.
Waste of Money

Complete garbage - faucet is cheap, poorly constructed, and broke within a month of installation. If you find this faucet selling for $10 - don't waste your money as it still isn't worth it.
Had to Return to Amazon
August 4, 2015
We purchased this faucet and had it installed by a plumber. Immediately, the hot water side was not functioning properly (it was just trickling out). I telephoned Kraus and they determined that it needed a new cartridge. After waiting about a week and a half, I received it and installed it per the instructions. Unfortunately, we had the same issue again with the hot water flow. I called my plumber back out, assuming it was something in our system, but he checked everything and it worked fine. Finally, he suggested installing a faucet he had with him. He did so and everything worked fine, so it was definitely the Kraus faucet. I returned it to Amazon.
what a disapointment.

Only gave it a 4 because the handle is difficult to pull out with one hand. Otherwise it works nicely and is up high enough to allow me more room in my small sink. Very smart looking. It says stainless steel but seems to be like a brushed stainless.Wrote this review when I first purchased this product 8 months ago. Now I am being generous giving it 1 star. Leaks at the fittings under the sink and the sprayer drips. Certainly not worth the money for 8 months of use.
Total PIECE of JUNK!!!
June 9, 2015
Piece of JUNK!Amazon was great about sending me a replacement for the 1st faucet I ordered that doesn't install correctly. The body of the faucet moves up and down to show the plastic cartridge under the cartridge cover. Worst part is it's green. I figured it had to just be the 1st faucet I got - WRONG. The 2nd faucet Amazon shipped does exactly the same thing. Contacted Kraus Customer Service and there response is get a replacement from who I purchased it from, Thus my evaluation that this is a piece of JUNK!!! I attached picture that shows green plastic that shows because the faucet body slides up and down - nice green plastic showing on a Stainless Steel faucet - NOT...
We had very bad luck with this

this facet seemed great, but shortly after installation it immediately broke. It internal fittings are plastic and a major piece snapped in half. Replacing the part has proven difficult.

should not have been recommended for sink I bought. Sink I bought came with it's own drain hardware kit, much smaller diameter than the one I purchased separately.

This does not fit the sink that was recommended. Buy the time the contractors were putting it in it was to late to return. We had to run outand get one that fits. So moral of the story if they recommend you to buy "a bulk deal" be careful what the other items are. Glad it wasn'tto expensive.

Debris get by basket every day. Will not fit standard baskets. These are a month old and going in the garbage post haste. Called Moen no solution.

I ordered this drain assembly for a new sink the first one showed up scratched right out of the box. I then ordered another replacement thinking it was a fluke but the second replacement was worse than the first I will now be returning both of these and look for another product .

This will not work with a thick composite sink. The bottom threads are not long enough to seat the drain connection.
