simple install, very pretty (clean, elegant look) with good clearance from dishes. Magnetic hold on the pull down is a great feature and the water blade is a more useful pattern than most sprayers. This is amplified due to the really flexible neck. One item that isn't clear - it does not automatically drop back to aerate when you turn off the water like most do these days. Still, it has worked flawlessly so far.

Love this faucet. Great pull-0down spray feature that really helps with clean up! Sleek and stream-lined but not too straight-lined. Definitely a win for us! One thing is that we plan to replace our current sink with something deeper. That will help with the sometimes spray-back situation that happens.

Was on the fence between this and the artifact model. Went with his one to save a little on cost. No compromise on the quality, all metal, easy install. The high gooseneck design is exactly what we were looking for. The finish matches all the other brushed finish items in the kitchen too!

Goes great with our Blanco anthracite colored undermount sink. The magnet in the spout holds the nozzle firmly but doesn't make it hard to pull out the nozzle. Installation was easy, even though it had to be done after both the sink and granite countertop were in place. Generous length of the supply tubes allowed installation to valves without stressing the supply tubes. The nozzle glides in and out of the spout with no drag or hang-ups. Highly recommend!!

I really LOVE it now that it is in. The only thing was the goose neck was so tall it came in contact with the cabinets when trying to install it. It fits fine once it is installed but there was some re-sizing of the hole it fits in. My installer was able to make it fit once he made the hole just slightly larger. This may be hard to understand as written, I am not that guy- that can explain it better but it seemed to be an easy adjustment if you know what your doing or are handy with things. Let me also say that I did measure the distance between the sink and the cabinets to make sure the faucet would fit before purchasing but when installing you must take into account the angle the faucet must take to be installed.The spray and stream are a dream to work with in the sink because you can bring it down into the sink to rinse things avoiding any splashing. Using it this way also allows you to be able to use the spray or stream at it's highest force while down in the sink to again avoid splashing your self or the surrounding area but still allowing you to power rinse things before washing or after washing. LOVE IT!!!! Looks good as well.

The installation was simple, the design is classy, and the function is great. You can tell how well made this is when you turn the faucet on/off or adjust the cold/hot mix. Each small movement changes flow and temperature so you know the valves are machined and mounted properly. The pull-down hose extends almost three feet and keeps flow almost all the way to full extension. The hold button works perfectly with little force, and the switch from spray to stream is solid. After a little use you have to clean out the head and clear out any dust/grime/dirt from the switch to keep it functioning, but small price to pay for the feature.This faucet will stay in the kitchen even after it gets a complete overhaul.

i love it! unbelievable price, selling the house so can't beat the price. i am enjoying it also. Just love this faucet the straight down design of the sprayer makes so much more sense for the older models where you had to pull out the handle and then turn it sideways to use it. Very easy to use this style and the sprayer is great! Couldn't ask for more.i had put one in my motor home several years ago and just love the thing. So i figured why not try again. They've even improved on it at the base of the faucet it was very loose in my other one. this one is much better.

Beautiful. Makes dishwashing in my tiny RV sink much easier and increases space since it's tall. It's also aesthetically pleasing.

Pretty darn good, and looks great. Subtracted a star because the dual-function gets a bit confused sometimes, so the spray doesn't come out exactly right. Overall, very high quality and looks great.

It's been a good faucet for a year. Our hose just started leaking next to the spray head. I cut the protective fiber away from the hose any noticed that the hose was just cheap corrugated plastic. It wasn't very thick walked, almost the same material you use to protect wires. I would expect the faucet to least longer than a year for the price you pay for these. It looks like it will cost about $30 to replace the hose and I will have to order the hose specifically for this model. The hose that I looked at Lowe's do not match the spray head.

I purchased this for my kitchen remodel. The faucet looks very nice and I like the fan spray pattern that it produces. What I don't like about this and most other similar products now days is that the spray nozzle is so high over the top of the sink that water gets splashed all over. To minimize this, I pull the nozzle down about 5 inches. This doesn't look great, but it works.

Wonderful product. It is fairly large, though, so it takes a bit of getting used to. It installs easily and the water pressure is wonderful. I love the pause feature as well as the stream and spray options. As other reviewers have noted the water is quick to jump outside the sink depending on how high you turn it on. This also takes a bit of getting used to. After 2 months, everything seems to be working very well.

I replaced a Koehler because the sprayer stopped working properly. This is a great faucet and was easy to install. The installations instructions were very good. We love the flat spray feature! My only disappointment was that I thought the flat spray feature was provided in addition to the standard spray. Unfortunately, the flat spray replaces the standard spray. This is my reason for fours stars rather than 5 stars.

Very smooth controls. Very solid and simple installation (good thing it was because we're having issues with our new countertops and I've had to install it twice so far). All the spray controls work well and the quality of the finish is excellent. Only reason I didn' t give it 5 stars was the fact that the pull down nozzle didn't have an alignment notch where the head meets the faucet arm.

works as described. the hot water supply was a little short for my setup but was able to purchase a "fix" from local hardware store.

Looks good, works well. I specifically looked for one with a metal-sheathed hose (not fibers that get abraded and "hairy" over time).The spray switch stays in whatever position you put it -- spray or stream. (I like this.)The lever keeps unscrewing itself from the round valve. I'll have to put some threadlocker (from the auto parts store) on it.The crazy thing is, warm and cold are backwards -- looking at the lever, the blue dot is on the left, and the red dot is on the right. I guess we'll get used to it. From Amazon's picture, the manufacturer thinks the lever should be on the right. We mounted it so ours on the front.

This looks great in my kitchen, its a very nice faucet but it isn't the BEST quality. I actually bought one for my mom. She loved it.

Great buy. This faucet was cheaper than others that I looked at, and overall we really like it. The only downfall, is you get what you pay for. Every time I turn the water on and off the nozzle comes out of the faucet a little, and if you don't push it back up it will come right out after turning it on and off about 4-5 times. Maybe a bigger O ring can prevent this problem.

As others have noted, the install directions are less than good. It's a faucet though, not much to screw up during installation.Really works great and has good pressure especially in the spray mode. Only complaints right now are that the head doesn't fully retract automatically (just have to push it back in the last bit), and the rod for the handle tends to unscrew slightly over time so you have to twist it back in every so often.For the price this is a great option.

new install this past week, all works, but ..... the flow from the head, for full or solid spray, is a bit scattered, seems like the scattered spray pattern leaks over in to the full spray pattern. our first pull down, this just does not have the same full spray pattern of an aerated independent spray head.

Wow! This faucet is huge for the space. Make sure you double check the measurements. It looked totally out of place in our small kitchen and I had to return it.

BUYER BEWARE - the spray feature we use to wash dishes comes out as a flat fan shape. I'm used to a 360 adjustable spray ,round shape that stays where you put it.This unit has a ball joint that only works when you pull it out 1in. but does not stay put. Instructions lacking in two details, you tube corrected. overall seems to be a quality product. Just installed today. comes with stainless steel feed lines.''

Very pleased with the faucet overall. Easy install. Functions perfectly. Outstanding finish. No leaks. Sprayer is very good, and strong. My only concern is the disappointing quality of the water lines, hot and cold. The hose is small diameter, which is fine, but is VERY flimsy. Easy to kink. It is not even remotely comparable to the armored water lines you get at the box stores. I don't know how long the lines will last before they leak, but when they do, the entire faucet has to be replaced. The two lines themselves cannot be replaced. Anyway, we do really like the faucet and just hope the lines won't leak anytime soon. I have a water leak alarm under the faucet just in case.

Time to replace the seals after 3 years of use. The diverter to switch spray patterns does not work the best.

Update: hose attachment to nozzle failed after 20 months. Hose part out of stock from manufacturer and all online distributors. Thought I'd be clever and buy the whole unit again just to get the hose. For the life of me, I could not remove the old hose, so I had to remove the entire unit and install the new one.Original: I also own a previous iteration of this faucet. The new magnetic attachment between the spray head and neck is a big improvement, much smoother operation. The flat spray stream is nice, too, since it matches the sink sides better than the circular spray pattern. Lever also smooth, and the buttons for the stream toggle and the temporary shutoff also work well. I got the chrome version discounted which amounts to an excellent value.Best of all, I was able to install it myself. Took my time due to limited experience but wasn't overwhelming at all. I did watch a couple of videos online just to get familiar with the process. The hardest part was removing the old one. I had to buy a basin wrench, but once I did that it came off quite easily. This unit mounts with a screwdriver and wrench. Not saying that things didn't get a little wet due to my own ignorance, but nothing catastrophic and ultimately a quite satisfying project.This is an affordable yet fundamental upgrade to the kitchen—we had an old white faucet with a pull-out head and handle, but that was awkward because you had to switch grip and turn it around to use it comfortably, and even then you pull against the hose. This drops straight down easily and operates well in your fingertips.This is a short term review but highly regarded so far. I've had the last one for more than a year or so and have no issues with durability so far.

The button to spray or stream does not work already

The faucet itself was pretty easy to install and worked well. But the spray nozzle was broken when we got it. The button didn't switch between stream and spray, but was probably just a defective piece. We bought a different attachment that has a clicking button rather than just a soft push button and now it's perfect!

The faucet itself looks beautiful! However the color code buttons for hot and cold water are backwards - they would be okay if the lever was on the left side of the faucet but I am right-handed. The faucet uses 3 washers and when these were used the faucet did not stay stationary and had a 2" movement, moving back and forth. I had to call a plumber who had to add another piece of o-ring at the base of the faucet in order the stabilize it. I hope this fixes the problem for the long run! Not quite sure if there were pieces missing in the package in order to install the faucet properly.

The sink looks nice, but the instructions for installation are horrible. The picture provided by Robin show the spout swivels 360 degrees. It does. The portion under it with the handle also swivels all the way around. I tried to locate a set screw or locking mechanism but I can't find one.UPDATEI removed a gasket from the base. The gasket would not compress making the base swivel. Once the gasket was removed, it worked the way it was supposed to.

Part was missing, no directions in box - cost me an extra 12 bucks. after this it works fine. dont believe it when they say all parts and directions are there!!

We purchased in Nov 2012 and have been very happy with the design, function and performance until now. It has developed a slow drip coming out of the handle. Very unhappy that a Koehler faucet can barely make it 3 years. Will be replacing with a better faucet

I like the design but it has started to leak water around the handle. Also there is rubber that came off around the sprayer and now when ever I turn on the faucet the trigger is set to spray.

I purchased this more than four months ago, and we STILL have not had a technical issue resolved. Basically, one of the supply lines is blocked, so we can't get cold water (and it is not on our side...when we switched the lines, then we did not get hot). It has taken awhile because we are a two working parent household, so a lot of other things going on. But, more importantly, Kohler's customer service is doing everything to not send their own person out to fix it. We are not handy people...just getting the faucet in was challenging (I can see how it is easy...we are just not good at this stuff, which is why I cringe at the thought of pulling it out to replace it). Why Kohler? Why will you not stand behind your product and make this customer happy? We are about to do a major bathroom renovation, and I am going to steer clear of Kohler products because of this experience. That aside, it does look nice, and works well for washing dishes (with scorching hot water, of course...sigh).

The faucet looks great and performed okay for the first three months, then the problems started. The faucet head lost it's black plastic cover which covers the "pause" button. Then the "pause" button got stuck and reduced the flow significantly. Finally, the flow/temperature control valve started leaking around the base. We called in a plumber to fix which worked for another 3 months and then the leak started again. We will be replacing this faucet with something else.

This sink had the simple, clean lines we were looking for and we liked the combination faucet/sprayer. Unfortunately, after less than 1 year the spray head is getting clogged (therefore losing pressure and volume) and there appears to be no way to clean or repair the spray head. If I remove the spray head there is no debris in the screen, so something has clogged further down in the spray/fill switch mechanism. I soaked in vinegar for a night, then a night in CLR, but without any results. I have some Iron/hardness in my water, but my previous sinks lasted over 10 years and were still going fine when we remodeled. Replacement heads are $27. I ordered one, but I think we'll be replacing the whole thing next Spring. Bottom line - $200 for less than 1 year.... look elsewhere.

The sprayer stays on dose not set back to the stream like most and the unit it self is not very sturdy. The hose for the spray has already broken down in the arm area and had leaked all over. I have to go and purchase a new spray hose for this.

It looks great online, but only mediocre when we installed it in our investment home. Typically, a kitchen faucet would come with a large bracket to compensate for the installation type to help support it if installing on a stainless steel top mount sink. In this case, there was only the c washer to hold it in place. Because of this, the faucet was wobbly because it was flexing the sink. Also, the neck is not very easy to swivel. It's almost as if I would need to Grease the heck out of it. Functionality wise, it works and has no leaks.

Well, you get what you pay for..., lasted about 10 mo before the head started not functioning. You now have to hold the button down for spray and when you let go, barely any water comes out in the aerated mode. Cleaning with CLR did not good.Time to get a real faucet I guess.

Looks good only if it worked. Very poor construction. Base won't tighten down, there are no set screws as in the instructions. Speaking of instuctions they suck. Unit leaks. I should have read the reviews before I bought it. RETURNED.

Received the unit and had a very experienced plumber install. The unit leaked from the inside and was spraying water when used underneath the sink. We immediately called Kohler and had the plumber speak with them. They would not replace the unit, and would only send what they suspect was a faulty or missing "O" Ring for the plumber to install. Are you kidding me, we're paying a plumber to fix the defective new unit?. The plumber said it's only Kohler units that he's occasionally run into this. So $200+ plumbers bill and have to return the unit to Amazon. Never again!!!

Clearly, Kohler is having issues with this faucet, as ours is leaking too. Installed 6 months ago, and it's leaking both from the handle valve and under the sink - and we've sustained significant damage to the cabinet. Had to email customer service and try to get a warranty repair. A new kitchen faucet shouldn't leak, period. Would avoid.

I loved this faucet at first, but it leaks after less than 6 months of use. Leaks by the handle and onto the countertop, flooding everything.Yes, Kohler will send new cartridge but I shouldn't have to repair a NEW faucet.We bought through Amazon seller Adams Quality Plumbing. They have been very helpful.

We bought this faucet through Amazon. The faucet arrived in new packaging with untampered seals, but when we took it out of the box, water came out of the faucet! After an easy installation, we found the bottom of the faucet was dripping from the main copper tube bundle. This is not accessible or repairable. The faucet also drips through the spray nozzle continuously. We contacted Kohler's service department and were instructed to contact Amazon for a refund. The Kohler service representative said there should not be water in the faucet from the factory and that all products are leak tested before they are shipped. The threads were unmarred and everything appeared new, but it leaks in two locations!Of course, all of the problems with the faucet happened a couple of days before Christmas and the Kohler factory was shut down until December 27th so they couldn't even ship us another faucet. The Kohler rep was very understanding of our bad situation, but nothing could be resolved until after Christmas. Amazon was prompt in refunding our money. Amazon had the best price for this faucet. We could buy this from a local authorized Kohler dealer, but their cost is $62 more.While the faucet was installed, we enjoyed the great features. The chrome finish is beautiful, the sprayer is very well designed, the sprayer nozzle snaps back into place very nicely. We loved everything about this faucet, EXCEPT FOR THE MAJOR PROBLEM OF LEAKING!For $183 on Amazon, you can get a great faucet that leaks!

Don't know who actually supplied this to Amazon, but it looks awful. The base and spray head are a lot darker than the neck, as though it was cobbled together from different fixtures. Had to buy a replacement from Home Depot, where I can be more sure the fixture hasn't been tampered with after leaving Kohler.

The product is faulty on arrival but as my installer can only install it after 30days I can't get it replace or refund.

This faucet seemed fine at first; however, it didn't even last 6 months before it started leaking from the hose. Then the hose came apart. We now have to replace the entire faucet. Do not buy.

I really liked the product when I bought it, butt was betty disappointed because the sprayer just broke water was coming out of nowhere out was definetly a damaged item unfortunately I bought it 60 days ago and many return is not valid anymore. Sucks I was shorted out of my money.

The faucet is beautiful and easy to install but we have had it hooked up for a week and the button that makes it stream or spray refuses to switch back and forth making us have no water pressure unless we hold the button in!!

This item was really bad don't buy this faucet. After the headache of installing it didn't work. The sprayer had 2 streams coming out and the button to go from pour to stream didn't work. Had to go buy another one.
