Wonderful faucet and Ruvati Customer Service is amazing.October 11, 2016 Okay so I have had this faucet in operation for about 2 months now. I am completely in love with this faucet. I installed it myself (with the above the sink help of my father) it was a very straight forward install and took about 20min start to finish. We live on acreage on a well and I am surprised how much water pressure I get. It is lessened if you have both the sprayer and the pot filler going at the same time, but I would think that would be expected. One thing I did have an issue with is the lever that you pull to engage the sprayer, the lever itself is not seating correctly on the sprayer and sometimes falls off. I just got off the phone with Ruvati, and a very helpful customer service rep is sending me a new sprayer no issue! Love Love Love the customer service. | Good price bad qualityOctober 4, 2016 I expected more I have had it for a little over a year now I don't know if it has been changed or up dated since then. The steel mesh wrap around a thin rubber liner on the flex hose is terrible. After a about six months of using it the mesh started coming apart. The leds in the head stopped working almost immediately. I give it credit though the rubber liner under the steel mesh held up for longer than i though but it did in the end pop. Rendering the flex sprayer in useable.It might be a great piece for your kitchen but in a high traffic home it failed me the price was great the shipping even better but sadly the price reflected the quality of the materials. Goes to show you get what you pay for. PoorFebruary 18, 2017 Light did not work. Package includes non standard hose connections that are just about impossible to install without leaks or damage to braided hoses. No installation guide at all. Does not come with any escussion plates do installation into single smallest hole is not possible. No contact info provided for ordering any accessories.
