so I may have loved any faucet purchased to replace it
March 29, 2017
My existing unit (that came with my house) didn't set the bar very high, so I may have loved any faucet purchased to replace it. Installation was fairly simple (de-installation of the existing unit was not, but we won't go there), and included everything needed to get the job done (except adapters that my stupid non-standard water line interface required). The instructions were very detailed and as easy to follow from the pictures as from the descriptions. The black is nice and matte, and doesn't seem to scratch easily (not that I've intentionally tested it). You do notice if water splashes onto it, but it seems to dry back to the same finish. The pressure is AMAZING (again, previous faucet terrible), the button works fluidly, and I love being able to hold it down at the sprayer to "pause" the water flow while maneuvering. I'm extremely please with this unit.
No More SPLASHING!
January 27, 2017
Love it so far and I am leaning towards ordering another one for another sink I have. Love the fact that my counter does not get splashed every time I use it and the ease of use is wonderful. Smooth operation from spray to stream and pulling the nozzle out and replacing it.
Nice looking, functional faucet!
January 10, 2017
Great faucet, your installation was great for $86, although not a licensed plumber! He had no trouble taking the old one out and installing the new one. Thanks for offering this service!
Terrific facet!
December 4, 2016
This new kitchen facet was installed yesterday! LOVE it! Looks terrific in stainless steel, greater pressure than the old one, easy twist, love the sprayer, and the look is wonderful change. Moen is the BEST! Simple installation which I observed but did not attempt. Look forward to long use and easy function!
I'm now a believer !

I have never owned a Moen faucet before. I am very impressed with the engineering and quality of this faucet obtained for a recent kitchen remodel. very easy installation and simple yet flawless operation. its smart but simple appearance may not be for everyone, but this is a very high quality item with a good bit of engineering that elevated my confidence in its long term durability as soon as I removed it from the packaging. Used daily, it is a very striking addition when matched to a stainless sink. Moen even includes a very effective plastic wrench so you don't have to go searching for tools and the design of the wrench ensures that you won't over tighten during install. In a world where many items are of disappointing quality and over priced for what you get, this Moen faucet (my first) is a very notable exception. if you like the style you will NOT be disappointed with the engineering and quality. I'm normally not easy to please but this item really surprised me. One thing to note. this is a 'water saver' faucet which means that you may be dissatisfied with the pressure of water you get. I've read somewhere that Moen offers an accessory that increase pressure but I've not explored that option yet.
Only Moen faucet style I liked
January 10, 2013
Yes, I knew that Moen makes good products, but this model has style. Also, it was very easy to replace old faucet. Here are some tips for you when you do. If you using the threehole coverplate, you don't need that round white plastic piece between the faucet and the plate. Also, if you don't have a helper, use some good packing tape to hold the faucet on top in position , while you tighten up the bottom of it. Even , if it ain't perfectly straight on top you can tap it with a rubber hammer at the end to make it right. And don't forget that black plastic nut at the bottom of the faucet, below that brass one you used to hold it. This black nut protects that corded stainless steel hose when it goes up and down under your sink. Now, if that weight on the corded hose hits pipes ,when it goes up and down, that is no good. What I did was drape a plastic screen (similiar to chicken wire, but made out of smooth plastic) and attached it above the pipes under the sink on wood , which is part of the cabinet, with a staple gun. You only need a few staples since the screen is very light. You fit the screen to size, making sure that the weight on the cord hits against that, not your pipes. Under my sink , my plastic screen measurements were 16 inches wide, 20 inches deep. You can cut your screen to size. I also, noticed that water flow on this faucet is reduced. That is fine , I'm always looking to save water. But, if you want it full stream, you can take out the reducer in the faucet head before you install it to the corded hose. So, good luck , I hope this helps.

FAR better than advertised! Contemporary, sleek and high quality.
November 21, 2015
I was in the market for a cheap faucet for my rental apartment and could not have been happier with this item. I shopped around at Home Depot and Lowe's before coming to Amazon. I was not sure what to expect from this but was truly overjoyed to see how great it looked when installed. The exaggerated curve of the faucet gives it an updated, contemporary look. But beyond looks, it works great. No leaks! I also didn't install the optional dish sprayer because I find that those things tend to leak after a while and the last thing I needed is more leaks under the sink! :) I highly recommend this faucet for those looking for a nice, well-performing faucet at a good value.
Great!
November 4, 2015
Bought this for my mom for mothers day, she absolutely loves it! it doesn't look chintzy and it don't leak. It is tall enough for her to easily wash and fill her big cooking pots and slow cookers which makes things a lot easier with as much as she uses them.Update: Almost 2 years later and my parents still love it. They love the space it gives them to fit large things underneath to wash. No water pressure problems yet neither. Holding up surprisingly well.
Easily Installed Attractive Faucet
June 13, 2015
Absolutely great! Was a replacement for an expensive super name brand faucet that failed miserably. Love the curved shape and the quality is great for the price, in my opinion. Great water pressure, easily to install, and looks attractive! As another review said, the logo goes to the back of the faucet which could cause trouble during installation (reviewer, if you're reading this, thank you!).All in all I give it five stars. We absolutely love it.
Outstanding for the price
May 2, 2015
The Premier Faucet 126967 installed easily and works smoothly, with only a fingertip push needed to move the spout and good modulation of the water flow. Obviously, it is not a $400 faucet and does not look like one, but all too many of those look weird. In my case the water district over chlorinates the water, rendering it highly corrosive, so the absence of metal parts is a plus. It was only when it came to tighten the spray holder that I wished I had a helper to hold it from the top, but I dropped one plier handle down through it and pulled on that that to prevent rotation. I have not had the faucet long enough to comment on long term durability, but so far, so good.
Great price and sleek design.
April 27, 2015
I spent about a week searching and looking at reviews and prices for kitchen facets... amazed at how even for the most basic most of them cost more than i wanted to spend. Amazed at the quality of the facet when I opened the package, the handles are durable and the metal coating looks identical to those facets that cost 3x-4x the amount. Unfortunately, I have yet to have the facet installed into my kitchen sink... but after thorough inspection of the product and after seeing the same type product in stores. I'm pleased with my find. Hopefully it exceeds my expectations once I get a handyman. You sure can't beat the price!
worth the money spent.
October 11, 2014
I live in an apartment and the faucet that was in here was way to small to do anything and I didn't have a sprayer. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on a faucet as I am renting. I found this faucet and I was sold. It doesn't come with any directions but I had no problem putting it in myself. I got some thread tape, a pair of pliers and went to work. The hardest part was getting everything disconnected. It all went to together nicely. The water pressure is AMAZING! It looks nice. It is plastic with metal coating. But I think it is very sturdy. And I was able to hook my PUR water filter up with no problems. This faucet fits all standard sinks and hoses. Be sure to use thread tape. It gives it that extra tight seal from any leaking. Which I have no leaking what's so ever.I took a picture so you can see how it looks. I hope this review has helped someone looking into buying this faucet.

Looks good, operates good
January 3, 2017
Looks good, operates good, however still evaluating whether there is a leak in the faucet itself. If there is, anticipating a good reply/reaction from Moen (Good luck with past equipment). Pleased enough, just ordered another one for matching faucet.
Nice Faucet
November 20, 2016
I like this faucet a lot, the finish is great because it doesn't show fingerprints. The only improvement I can think of would be a magnetic lock for the pullout head, otherwise it's great.
Very pleased
May 6, 2016
We love this faucet! My only issue with it is the head doesn't stay up tight in the spout, it dangles just below it. They need to have a magnet or something built into it to make it stay "docked".
Perfect for 3 years, then handle leak.
April 11, 2016
I purchased this just over 3 years ago and it just started to leak from the handle when in the up (hot) position. Otherwise, it has been perfect. I'm not sure how long these types of faucets are supposed to last so I only deducted one star. I've installed this twice now (replaced the countertop) and installation was a breeze, albeit time consuming since I don't install faucets very often.UPDATE (04.16.16):I used an allen wrench to remove the handle. You'll need a mirror to get an idea of the angle to place the allen wrench at. Use the long end. The short end doesn't make it. It's tricky, the angle of the allen wrench is not what you would think it is intuitively. Once the handle was off, I removed the cap holding the cartridge. I inspected the cartridge but it looked in really good shape with no wear to be seen. I applied silicone grease to the three o-rings and the entire outside rim. I reinstalled the cartridge, and put the cap back on. I tightened it with an adjustable wrench, but not too tight. Put the handle back on and no more leak. I'll report back if it leaks again, trust me.
Meets expectations. Updated
February 20, 2016
We have only used this for a day but one observation that we had not fully considered is the control handle location. I would not that almost all this type of faucet is the same. The handle is on the right hand side. For right handed people the natural operation would be to hold the cup or pot in the right hand and operate the handle with the left. To do that you end up reaching and across the nozzle. It can be done but is not as convenient as it would have been if it was located on the left. You could install with the handle on the left however that would mean pushing the handle back away from the sink which would not be as comfortable.Only just installed so have no idea yet on durability.I did check the Moen online video on installation.I found it much easier to follow than the written directions in the box.Installed easily. In my case the 3/8 compression connections matched the existing shutoffs so no adaptors were necessary. The video was easy to follow and installation of the new faucet was quick and easy. If anything the hoses are too long.It looks great and has a nice feel.I was concerned about the small hose size but flow seems fine. The only reason I did not give it a five is that it does not have a colored indicator showing hot vs cold.
Well thought out product, looks great, easy install - only wish the nut was not made of plastic
September 6, 2015
Looks great, and on day one, functions as advertised - that is to say very well. Took me about a couple hours to install, and I am not the handiest of people. Of great help was a guide that advised using a basin wrench to remove the nut underneath the old fixture. 10 bucks at the local home DIY store and it was hugely helpful in removing the existing faucet. Also not mentioned in the instructions but helpful is to simply cut the existing pull-out hose if your old faucet was of the same pull-out type. Other than that the instructions were clear, parts clearly marked and overall build quality excellent. Except: the fastening nuts are ...plastic! Seriously wish Moen had not chosen to go cheap there. Will wait to see if it affects how long it lasts.

Good product
April 1, 2017
Installation went good but the donuts could have been larger. The holes in my sink were slightly larger than the donuts supplied so I had to reuse the ones from the old faucet. I don't know if the handles were meant to push away from you to turn on the water but that is the way the one I received works. If you install with the name away from you that will take care of that problem. Because I did installations in restaurants I am used to faucets with both types of handle configuration.
Terrific deal for about $40.
October 21, 2016
A kitchen faucet for less than $40. We had a 15 year old Moen that fused because of the hard water in our country home and it was constantly dripping hot water (no way to remove the fused cartridges). Wanting a quick, emergency fix bought this unit in September 2015. Arrived quickly. Easy to install (not faucet's fault there is little room behind and under a kitchen sink). No drips in the past year. Sometimes the unit acts funky: turn on a tap (either hot or cold) and no water comes out till you swing the outlet back and forth. Less troublesome problem than a leak, in my opinion.
Great faucet for the price
August 30, 2016
Was looking for a high arc kitchen faucet to give us more room in our sink and after looking at Lowes and Home Depot and the only options being close to $100 I finally decided to take a chance on this faucet off Amazon. It was a good decision. While the insides are plastic the outside is nice sparkling silver and solid metal. Installation was easy following instructions provided and watching a video or two off YouTube. The main faucet connection isn't as tight as it could be but the handles are tight as well as the sprayer base so there is no movement at all when using the faucet. Our old sprayer was pretty weak but this sprayer is like a fire hose comparatively. We have used this faucet multiple times a day for over a year and haven't had any problems with it and it still works like new. Save some money by not buying the more expensive faucets from Lowes or Home Depot and purchase this faucet. You won't be disappointed. Hard to beat for the price.
Pretty faucet
April 8, 2015
This faucet was easy to install (and I'm a girl), looks good and works great. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because the instructions don't tell you that the logo has to go to the "back" to have to handles turn in the correct direction. After installation, I had to redo it.
Affordable quick fix
August 20, 2014
This kitchen faucet seems to be a good buy so far. PROS: No leaks & it's nice & high to allow for optimal space in your sink. Pretty easy to install. Hubby only dropped the F bomb once! :) CONS: It has a pretty cheap chrome look about it. & it doesn't stay very "clean" looking unless you wipe it constantly. Water seems to sit in certain places. That really doesn't bother me but I could see it peeving others. OVERALL: If you're looking for perfection I'd say look else where. If your looking for function & affordability go for it!! I wouldn't say it's the faucets fault for being cheap. I'd say it was mine :(
Not Bad
June 6, 2014
I was initially very happy with this purchase. It seemed t be a very good value for the price. I am renting and wanted something economical to put in. I have had it installed for two weeks and I already see some leaking around the screen on the tip of the faucet and I cannot make it stop. There seems to be some play in the swivel but I do not see any leaking there yet. I think I would buy something a little more expensive and do the install once.

Handle fell off after 3 years of use
September 2, 2017
I loved this faucet when we first remodeled. I also bought the "little sister version" for our small island sink. However, after about two years the hand got loose, then it fell off altogether. It appears to be stripped. The island faucet we use much more and it is holding up fine. I will update this once I have contacted Moen to see about the free warranty replacement.
Easy to install but low, low flow rate
August 26, 2017
Easy installation but low flow rate. Now, after about eight months of use, it's loose. Perhaps it's user-error installation but instead of fishing out that tightening tool they give you to install ithas now gave me the opportunity to get a replacement faucet instead of this one.
Color of Neck and valve body different.
May 25, 2016
Nice faucet but the color of the neck is different than the valve body. Not good for a custom home.
All metal EXCEPT the spray pull-out section.
May 3, 2016
And the first box had a two-tone unit: the bottom half was a dull dark brown while the neck was shiny copper. Blech.Seems to work nicely but the plumber had fits getting the sprayer and neck to line up with less than a 1-1/4" gap in the 'mounting dock' or whatever it's called.Mr. Plumber also warned me that Moen's lifetime warranty is a trifle misleading. He had to request a pair of proprietary washers for a faucet and although they were free, Moen charged $24.95 for the small manila envelope and shipping. So this may get interesting.Stay tuned.
Hoping its a easy fix, but that remains to be seen
January 2, 2015
We bought our kitchen faucet 6/30/2013. Unfortunately it is already leaking from the handle. Hoping its a easy fix, but that remains to be seen. I really feel it should have lasted much longer without this sort of problem. We do not over use it at all, as it is just my husband and myself here.
Looks and works fine; cartridge failed within a year
January 23, 2014
I had a plumber put this in and has worked fine up to now. At 11 months after installation, it started dripping through the handle. Then faster and faster. I had to shut the water off it failed so fast. I called Moen, who is sending me the replacement cartridge for free, though it has taken them 4 days to get around to shipping it. Hopefully the repair will be quick and I'll be happy again. But failure so soon doesn't seem to indicate great quality control. Good luck with yours.

Side facuet failed after only a few uses.
November 6, 2016
I purchased this item on June 12th of 2016. I installed the faucet and side sprayer very easily. The faucet finish is of good quality and is fairly easy to keep clean. The connections are made of steel and the nuts used to secure the faucet to the sink are made of plastic which is very common. After making all the necessary connections and turning on the faucet the I was a little surprised at the flow rate. The faucet comes with an air-ration device that is installed on the tip of the faucet which is pretty standard for a faucet built today. The mixture of air and water is excellent. Completely unnoticeable and the flow rate is better than I was expecting. I have a standard stainless steel double sided sink and it takes it approx. 3 minutes to fill one side. The side sprayer had excellent pressure for a short time after installing the faucet. It was able to remove dried tomato skins and potato skins from the sink with ease if they were left for a few hours after peeling them. The flow rate from it was also higher than I expected and it could easily push around a fork laying on the bottom of an empty sink. The reason for my rating this faucet only 3 stars is due to the side sprayer. There is a small valve at the base of the main faucet that closes off the flow of water to the main faucet when the side sprayer handle is depressed allowing water to flow through the side sprayer. this valve is made of plastic which is not uncommon. This valve failed after using the side sprayer only 4 times under normal use rendering the side sprayer useless. I tried contacting the manufacture by phone and by email with no luck. The only reason for the 3 star rating is purely due to the side faucets failure. Other than its failure this faucet is made well and if you don't mind not using the side sprayer than this faucet is good enough to pass.
Ok for the price
March 7, 2016
The faucet looks great but has been kind of a hassle. Installation was a breeze. We've had to replace the rubber gaskets at least 6 times. I included a picture of the gasket. It always tears the same way. The sprayer also will cut and out.... And sometimes it doesn't work at all. I have found no rhyme or reason for the cause.
It's very nice, has nice lines
February 22, 2016
The fixture itself was a breeze to install. Everything did what it was supposed to. It's very nice, has nice lines, and I LOVE the quarter turn versus round and round with my previous fixture. No pattern or embossing means very easy to clean and shine. The faucet height is higher than the old fixture, and I like that so I can get buckets/pitchers/etc. under the faucet instead of having to use the sprayer. That is a good thing because the sprayer is absolutely worthless and the faucet itself has very little pressure. (YES I have checked connections, kinking of hose, absolute pressure on the home system from the box, everything. NO other plumbing fixtures have been affected. I don't know if this is some kind of "water conservation" thing or not but I think I'm using MORE water trying to wash/rinse things with this). Also, because I have a portable dishwasher that connects at the faucet, I worry that the torque caused by the hose attachment may be detrimental to the connection of the faucet to the valve body. It does move a little bit even now, when the water flow is started and stopped. It's installed now, I've tossed the old faucet anyway, I guess it'll stay until it fails. It IS pretty, though :)This unbiased review was made even though the product was purchased at full price and was not given gratis or at a discount for a favorable review. Man, I WISH some of you camping/hiking/fishing/kayaking shops would send me free stuff to evaluate....
Cheap.Easy Install. Good Warranty Service though...
February 19, 2016
The unit arrived on time and was easy to install. First the sprayer stopped working (4-5 wks.). then it made noise when both faucets were turned on wide open. One day months after sprayer quit, just for fun, I tried using it & the whole unit stopped delivering water. A call to the factory warranty service yielded a guy who diagnosed my problem as my old pipes must have sent rust or detritus thru the spout & told me to remove the aerator( Not too savvy, told me to remove by turning it in the wrong direction. Standard vs. plumbing, it WAS plumbing btw). NOPE. Called back, different guy. He thought it was dirt(old pipes again) in the assembly of one of the the faucet handles & told me how to remove them, When I called back I got a different guy who said he would send me a part for the faucets.(which he never did) took my addess etc. When I disassembbled the handles they were not the problem (Good. Cause I had no parts antway). I called my cousin who ignored everything & took it all apart ignoring the exploded diagram which, as it turned out, DID NOT SHOW OR LIST THE PART THAT WAS BROKEN. When I called the factory again, the tech knew exactly what it was: The Diverter. Located in the base of the spout it toggles water btween spout/sprayer. The part arrived in a timely fashion, just one problem...it uses a hex wrench of an unusual size(not in any of my 3 sets). finally, a part trip to the Old Hardware store (where they sell things u cant find anymore, not big box) where an imaginative person found a sligtly larger hex bolt, ground the head down & VOILA! A Custom wrench! Installed. Worked great, until the sprayer stopped working...now the pipes r making noise again...I would like to mention the technicians, operators, assistants whatever they call them were ALL courteous, kind, & as helpful as they could possibly be & with 1 exception all were knowledgeable about the product. It is VERY possible my Old pipes (house & I built same year waay back) are/were part of/contributed to the problem. Also possible is a defective design of diverter/valve. So maybe if you live in old house & /or dont like plumbing repair, this unit is not for you.
Modern-looking, But A Little Flimsier Than Hoped For
November 14, 2015
"This fixture is a bit more flimsy than the photos would suggest." I thought as I unboxed my faucet. But if you're looking for modern aesthetics on a budget, this is a sensible option. Problems? The spray diverter valve needs to be replaced on mine (sprayer flow is weak), but that could be an anomalous defect. If we were staying in the house another 20 years, I might have spent $30-40 more for something more robust.
Looks nice
September 25, 2015
I brought this faucet basic on price and review. It doesn't come with instruction, but its easy enough to install. It has a nice shine, but holding it in your hands will tell you its a budget faucet. Didn't like the fact that it doesn't seem to sit very tight to the sink. When i turn it to other side of sink, you can see the whole base moves. I will have to see if it can handle the test of time being turn back and forth between sink everyday.

So, it's okay but the flow is pretty low pressure and the head is all plastic with no weight to it not to mention that the number of nozzles could be increased by 50%. For the $210 I wouldn't do it again. Cheaply made :/
Beware lower quality products made for retail sale and look for these products wholesale
October 4, 2016
I learned these companies make lower quality products they sell retail and higher quality products they sell wholesale to plumbers. The higher quality product we went with had a simpler design, was easy to install and operates well. I could tell this product was complex, had a lot of questionable parts that looked flimsy like they would not last long before breaking and installation looked too complicated.
Nice Look - Poor Design
April 9, 2016
This faucet was installed with our kitchen remodel in 2014. We paid $322 at that time.PROS: (1) it looks very nice, (2) so far the finish has stayed true and (3) I like the "promised" function of the on/off handle mechanism (when it isn't leaking)CONS: (1) leaks occur around the handle -- inside the on/off handle mechanism is a little black piece of plastic that screws into the base. TWICE in the last 7 months , the faucet has had to be taken apart and to tighten this piece (fortunately for us my husband spent 2 years as a plumbing apprentice - it is a pill to get to). (2) recently the "stream" function of the faucet has become "broken" and the water doesn't flow as a single stream. It appears to be clogged ?? -- we have a WHOLE HOUSE FILTRATION system -- mineral deposits should not be an issue - (our water actually tastes good). So, what could be "blocking" it.
Looks great, low water pressure grrrrrrrrrr
August 16, 2014
Very nice looking. Easy to install. The water pressure coming out is low. I did not have a problem with water pressure so I know it's the faucet. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the lower water pressure. Doesn't rinse things away as well at all.
looks good, hate the design
January 13, 2014
I got this faucet because it is very similar to the one I had in my last house, which I loved. BUT. Though it is a very nice-looking faucet, if you want to fill a pot of water, it gives you PLENTY of time to multi-task. I set a pot to fill under the tap running full-blast, went downstairs, out to the garage, put food in the cat bowls, picked up the folded laundry and returned to find that the pot was filled. Finally. The sprayer is close to useless for spraying off the sides of the sink or pushing food into the disposal and the handle has pinched my hand several times when shutting it off left-handed (handle is on right in my installation.)I understand that there are flow restrictions (and have read many political comments about all that ;)), but Moen would do well to clearly state the impact of these for those of us who are not plumbers or avid DIY-ers. I had no idea how much 1.5 gpm was and what a negative impact it would have on my perception of my new sink and re-done kitchen. SO BEWARE: even if you have great water pressure elsewhere (I do), you will not like this faucet if you like to cook.
Water pressure is a major issue
October 23, 2013
This was my husband's first choice and my second choice. I should have stood firm and purchased a different faucet. We have great water pressure. I had seen other comments about low water pressure with this faucet and they were right. I told my husband about this issue before we purchased and he said - no problem, we'll remove the water restricter if we need to. We installed it, removed the water restricter and yet, the water pressure is still dismal. Putting it on spray helps a bit but I am used to having good water pressure when I am rinsing food from my dishes. Now I have to scrub more. Heaven help you if you are using water somewhere else in the house as it makes the situation worse. It is a nice looking faucet but I wouldn't buy this again.

April 27, 2017
I've only had this installed less than a year despite purchasing it almost 3 yrs ago. As stated before when installed with the logo infront the hndles have to be pushed back instead of pulled forward for the pipes to come on. Also the "chrome" on this is more like foil. That's how it's starting to come off anyways. It's disappointing. now to make matters worse seems the handles have loosened and now swing all the way to the inside of the faucet when pushed to turn the pipe on. >:(

Problems, will not change over between Fawcett and spray handle. upon installation the problem was clearly there. I thought it would work itself out but only got worse I guess you get what you pay for I just expected it would work.More and more I feel I am buying from EBAY and getting the bottom of the bucket.Customer since 2006

October 26, 2016
This sink was great for about 6 months then the hit handle started to squeak at every use. 6 months or so later, the faucet started to leak pretty badly. The sprayer doesn't work so well either. Sometimes after using the sprayer water wouldn't come out of the faucet unless you turned the handle on and off a couple times. It was a good quick fix but too poor quality for long term use.

This is an attractive, easy-to-install faucet assembly, but there are some big caveats that should be considered before purchase.1. The manufacturer put the product branding on the wrong side of the base, which can confuse first-time installers. If you put the base on with the "Premier" logo facing out (as it should be), you will end up with the hot and cold levers reversed.2. The water pressure is AWFUL. This is not due to individual water pressure adjustments with home regulator valves. It is due to the design. The opening for the fitting the hose attaches to is large, resulting in a low pressure stream. When I say it's awful, I mean it. We're talking a trickle.3. The noise. A fresh install of this sink causes a high pitched whine when the sprayer is engaged. It does go away after about 10 seconds, but if you use the sprayer for any length of time, you will get the noise intermittently.4. The hose is also awful. It is so stiff that you can barely manage the sprayer. I can't speak for everyone, but having to battle the hose to operate the sprayer is not exactly my cup of tea.I know many are likely to jump on this deal because it's an attractive set-up at a very reasonable price, but if you're getting below average quality, is it really worth it? Not for me. Returned it and went for a mid-priced Moen that works great and was only $65.
Quit working first year with almost no use
October 29, 2015
Bought this for our travel trailer, only used it a few times and now the sprayer quit working. If you try to use the sprayer, the sink stops working with no water out of the sprayer either. Only way I get any water come out of anything on this unit again was to cut the water supply line off, then back on. Last trip out, had to make sure no one messed with the sprayer. It only lasted one year with all most no use, so don't think this would last very long with daily use in a home.

Not the best built faucet but I went cheap and it will do for awhile

1.5 years then major flooding from defective handle (see my review and many others)

Handle unit started dripping after 1.5 years. A small barely noticeable leak ended up becoming a major cabinet flood event. Many reviewers now point out this defect. Avoid.

Went from 5 star to 1 star. After owning it for almost two years it has developed two leaks in two different areas. One is on the hose itself, the other is a non-replaceable hose. I'm furious that I trusted Moen to keep my kitchen island from developing water damage. I wish there was a lemon law that would force them to buy it back because why would I want them to replace parts that will fail again?!!
Beautiful to look at but plastic parts inside all broken. NO HOT WATER, ONLY COLD WORKS.

Piece of garbage. When you turn on the hot water, the water supply goes to almost nothing. I had a plumber look at it, he said it was full of broken plastic.
Contained defective part
June 10, 2016
This faucet had a defective part. My plumber was unable to loosen a nut on a copper pipe. I had to buy a whole new faucet at the last minute, and since I ordered from Amazon more than 60 days ago, this one was not returnable. I am out more than $200.

Stay away! lasted only 8 months before the connection broke inside the faucet and flooded kitchen. Had to replace the entire faucet after 8 months. Major design flaw!
BE AWARE : PULL OUT NOZZLE IS MADE FROM CHEAP PLASTIC, NOT METAL

It sux..

The review with Andrew James afew down is exactly what happened with mine. The middle fixture has to be unscrew then the white plastic piece has to be disingaged and it will allow water to flow. My sprayer didn't work or would make the water shut off again. It sux , I knew it wasn't me or the install it was the product. Was only about 3 months in use when the transfer button started sticking.Sure would like a refund.

the water drips from the faucet from day one. It is too much of a hassle to return it because my old one was broken. I would need to purchase a new faucet first.
You get what you pay for

Purchased and installed 11/2014. Water from faucet would stop completely for about an hour after using the sprayer. We stopped using the sprayer...actually put a cup over the sprayer so no one would accidentally use it. Now, in less than 2 years, the faucet has stopped working all together. The only water we can get comes from the sprayer, and not very strong. I guess you get what you pay for. My husband just came home from Menard's with a Moen.
Only lasted 7 months
July 16, 2016
Now, water barely comes out the sprayer or the faucet. I checked the valve at the wall, and the water lines -- those are fine. I also checked the aerator to see if it was clogged. It wasn't. There is something inside the mechanism of the faucet that is not engaging properly to let the water through. So, now I need to buy another faucet :-(
Just out of warranty, it no longer works. I had to replace it - no customer service!
November 22, 2015
Don't bother. It was inexpensive and was easy to install despite the fact there were no instructions. There was a sheet in the box, and it was well-packaged. But the instructions consisted of 'place the faucet on the sink and hook it up' - so if you need more instruction, be prepared. The faucet itself is not the sturdiest. The sprayer seems to be exceptional quality, but no longer works at all! I shouldn't have waited to return it - 2 months in the water flow seemed diminished, the sprayer would stop working at times and leaked after replaced in holder until the faucet turned off. I checked the plumbing to be sure the faucet is the problem, and it is. Sometimes a good deal doesn't pay off. If I could leave no stars, I would. The company gave me a one word reply when I asked what proof they needed that the item is defective - "leaking"... so learn from my mistake - I won't order from them again and will report to amazon.

Installed in June and by April, it had to be replaced. Not functioning. Water pulsating as if pressure fluctuating.
