Highly recommend. This Bundle Is Great and The Game Is A Blast December 19, 2016 I have been using this for years now and its still running as strong as the day I bought it. I literally play this every single day, for several hours and I couldn't be much happier with my purchase. This is the perfect bundle for someone like me. I prefer to have all my games digitally downloaded so receiving the digital download code made me very happy. In the box you have everything you need to get started except for internet. Which is kind of a given. When you open the box you are given the Power Cord, The HDMI Cord, The Controller Charger, The PlayStation Console, The Controller, and as previously mentioned the digital download code for Star Wars Battle Front. The only con I've came across with this console is the storage capacity, which can be changed out with the help of some videos on you tube. I would highly recommend this product it is a lot cheaper then purchasing the console and game separately. PS4 is a 100% win! May 24, 2016 I decided to upgrade the hard drive to 1TB before I downloaded any games in order to prevent future storage issues. It has been a perfect system. The organization of the home screen is better than the Xbox One's home screen. As a person who owns both the PS4 and the Xbox One, i'may offering a perspective that is not based off of youtube videos. The PS4 has extremely fast processing and never freezes on me. Rest mode for the PS4 is handy when I need to use the USB ports while having the system turned off. The built-in capture card is handy, but the quality is a little disappointing. Having Battlefront in this bundle is a real treat. I never knew this before I bought the system, but the controller has a motion sensor offering quick motion based typing instead of using the normal buttons for typing. The PS4 is smaller, lighter, and faster than the Xbox One. No matter what bundle you buy, this system is definitely recommended. Sony killed it in this generation of console and I hope they continue to satisfy us customers in the future as they have with the PS4. PS4 for the kid in all of us. March 25, 2016 ordered it for Christmas...first one was defective, so I sent it back to Amazon...very little hassle, and they quickly sent me a new one. "Battlefront" is a realistic Star Wars game...but it does not come with a game CD....you HAVE to download the free game from the internet onto the system...it literally took 3 days for it to download and install...I talked to a guy, and he said if you have wireless, you may want to plug the PS4 directly into the box...he assured me that the game would have loaded much faster....anyway...the game finally loaded...and my boys, ages 8 and 10 love it, as well as the PS4 itself. I also bought them Minecraft which is their favorite, as well as the Disney Infinity/Star Wars/Avengers starter sets. At first they didn't play with the Infinity too much...it seemed like they were always playing Minecraft or Battlefront...but lately I have noticed they have been playing the Infinity game a lot more. Very satisfied with the purchase...my kids love it, and I hate to admit it, but I do too....especially the Battlefront game...just don't tell my wife. Awesome Improvements! February 28, 2016 From streaming HD content to graphics-intensive gaming, I'm really enjoying the PS4. It's a big improvement to the PS3, even as popular as it was. The aesthetics are nice and remind me of Alienware (back before Dell got ahold of it) and the placement of the fans is on-point. The interface is easy to navigate and intuitive even for people who don't use gaming consoles often. I enjoy how they have integrated the controller's use more effectively into the PS4, the touch pad a clever feature that I use surprisingly often. The fact that you can download apps/updates and charge controllers in rest mode is AMAZING. And not having to worry about your game app closing... I just adore it. There is little to no buffer time transitioning between applications, which is handy for those of us that switch frequently between Destiny and HULU.Worth every penny! the PS4 is an amazing console. Really interesting features, more speed, and graphics in a whole new level. I am very disappointed by the lack of backward compatibility. The game included, just amazing. Deeply disappointed. could have been great. March 13, 2016 Graphics are amazing. It is the perfect system for one person play. It only came with one controller so I purchased a second. This replaced the Wii my 6 year old and I used to play together. The sadness comes from the fact that most games do not seem to offer 2 person play mode. If they do, it does not seem easy to figure out. This is supposed to be a bonding moment for my son sand I, not for me to sit and watch him. If I am mistaken please let me know. Really, a review isn't going to sway you on the console, you'll know if you want it or not. There's no catches, it's sturdy, exactly what you expect if you've owned a PS3.The games are a different story. There are tons of different bundles for the PS4. This one includes a total of 5 games, all Star Wars related. I'm a Star Wars fan, but even I can admit not all of these games are great.Battlefront: It's the only game of the package originally designed for the PS4, and it shows. The graphics are beautiful. That said, single player is a joke, consisting of a small handful of skirmishes. To get any real play out of it, you'll need PS Plus to play online, which will set you back $50 a year. It's a good value, but something to think about. Personally, II even found the multiplayer mostly lacking, but I suppose it was enjoyable enough.Jedi Starfighter: Originally made for PS2, the graphics hold up OK, but nothing to write home about. The gameplay is fun, fast, and exhilarating. Very enjoyable, and personally I would chose this bundle for this game alone.Bounty Hunter: Also originally for PS2, graphics have held up as well as Starfighter's did. Great game.Super Star Wars: Originally for the Super Nintendo, the 2-D graphics take some getting used to. That said, the gameplay is solid, if still Nintendo Hard, even on easy mode. It's a challenge, and can be frustrating, but very fulfilling when you make progress,NB: All 5 games are digital downloads. You'll need to hook the system up to the internet (either wi-fi or wired) to be able to download them. Once downloaded all 4 remakes are totally offline, but battlefront will need internet for multiplayer.Also note that the bundle comes with one controller. I guess I wasn't aware that you have to pay to play on PS4's new online network, PlayStation®Plus. It's $50 for a year subscription, and I still haven't bought it yet. For offline games, the graphics are fantastic and I mainly bought the PS4 for when Kingdom Hearts 3 releases. Three Star Reviews: | 6% I do enjoy PS4 more than Xbox1 but there are so many ... August 28, 2016 I do enjoy PS4 more than Xbox1 but there are so many annoying glitches. I am periodically disconnected because of a PS4 LAN issue, which is very frustrating when you have a wired connection. The Applications close up, and EA wont get on the ball and fix their issues. Besides small annoying things, it's a great system. Poor repair/replace policy July 8, 2016 I did like PS4 at first. We used it for a lot of things. Then the remote just decided to not turn on or charge. So I had to pay for shipping it to them to fix. They shipped it back pretty quickly and it worked. Okay, whatever. But now my system won't turn off. It will power off and then turn on by itself. I think it's the remote somehow triggering it. Now I have to go through the hassle again, and it's not like I can email them and tell them what's going on at my convenience.. No. I have to wait for their PT business hours to "chat" with someone. Unacceptable. This product is so expensive, they could certainly afford a 24 hour call line, or at least give the option to email. There is no way it should be breaking within 6 months, am I right? Two times. I don't have the time or money to be sending all this back in, but I'm responsible for shipping their DEFECTIVE products back to them. Why? We had an Xbox for YEARS before this, never once did we have an issue with it. Controller has been tampered with. February 20, 2016 The R2 trigger on the controller is clearly broken. When pressed it stays down as if there is no spring to pop it back up. The screws on the back have been greatly scratched which leads me to believe some one has disassembled the controller and removed the R2 tiger spring. January 27, 2016 This item comes as advertised, but it isn't a great product. Beware if buying this item as a gift- it isn't quite as easy as plug and go. You will have to download the latest PS operating system update on a separate device and save to an external drive, then plug to your PS4 to get started. It will also take at least 5-7 hours with a good internet connection to download and install the games advertised in the bundle as "Battlefront" edition.You would be smarter to buy the PlayStation 4, and the Star Wars games separately unless you really appreciate delayed gratification. Our PS4 lasted 2 weeks. Total downer. January 9, 2016 We started using this PS4 unit on 12/25/15. It died 01/09/16. We did have problems with it before it completely died. It would freeze and shut itself off. We would then have to restart it. We are returning this unit for another. Hopefully the 2nd PS4 will be problem free and will last longer than 2 weeks. We unfortunately had a game disc in the unit when it died and cannot get it out. There are YouTube videos that show how to get a disc out manually but this unit is different than what they have. One Star Reviews: | 12% Did not come with game promised May 9, 2017 This was supposed to come with a download code for star wars battlefront - the fode has been used so I had to buy it myself. the playstation 4 came to me with a factory error ... March 13, 2016 the playstation 4 came to me with a factory error called CE-34878-0, that makes the game constantly closing, this error has occurred a lot of times in the multiplayer of call of duty black ops 3. I wonder how long has warranty the console, so that I can make a change for another playstation 4.thank you worst so far February 26, 2016 Worst experience I've ever had with warehouse deals. Console worked for a little while but soon started to crash within a minute - 10 minutes of playing any game. Error code ce-34878-0 kept popping up I wish I never bought it February 6, 2016 I love the console and the included Star Wars Battlefront game; however, the PlayStation store is nothing but pure frustration. Trying order anything off the PlayStation Store with a valid credit card almost never works. It was a huge disappointment getting this console for the holidays, only to be unable to load any new games onto it from the online store. Every time you attempt to process a transaction it gets denied with a generic error message "missing charges." Customer support is absolutely nonexistent and the consumer is left completely on their own trying to figure out how everything works. Unless you are planning on only purchasing games on DVD, this piece of garbage gets an F minus in the ability to download active content. There is absolutely nothing worse than having children standing around wanting to play the new console and the parent can't get the damn thing to work. Sony's Playstation.com has been hacked so many times they have now gone to the opposite extreme and made legitimate transactions impossible.
