Life Changing! Could be the best thing I have ever purchased.
April 26, 2017
It's almost been 8 months since I installed this and I thought I better write a review since this could be the best thing I have ever purchased, and is is most astoundingly the best thirty dollars I have ever spent. It may sound hokey and cliche, but how did I live without this for most of my life? I recently got back from a four day mini vacation and could not wait to get back to my bidet. Why? Because cleaning yourself in the traditional American TP way is just disgusting, a chore, and horrible. We are all adults here and everyone defecates so let's not be shy. I used to dread going number two, not the actual going, but the wiping afterwards. The irritation. The mess. The whole process. Now I actually look forward to it because using the bidet is, well, fun, and cool, and clean. I have also found like other reviewers that, at least my rectum, does not really feel the cold water the bidet uses and I have been using mine all winter. It is actually refreshing. It does take a little getting used to the proper technique of how to adjust yourself so the stream of water reaches and cleans all of you, but once you get that down, it is heaven. I could go on and on, but just buy this thing. The installation is simple and you will wonder, as I have done, how you lived without it. In fact, so pleased was I with this I made a specific post on social media singing its praises. I know of at least three of my friends who have purchased one and love it as much as I do!
Cleaner than clean!

I am a long-time bidet fan. There is no way I would go back to using TP alone, none, zilch, zero, nada!Setting it up takes about 30 minutes. In this case, I was replacing another Luxe bidet that had started leaking. The leak was traced to a small flexible pipe within the assembly and replacing the pipe was proving to be difficult, so I bought this upgraded model. It is upgraded in the sense tha the spray mechanism is normally shielded from splashes (read "small jobs") when not in use, and the shield moves away when called upon to perform its duty for the big jobs. The second improvement was in the formation of the spray head - it did not produce a thin and powerful stream - it produces a gentler and more diffused stream that simply feels better and works more effectively. For the first time users - you would be surprised how clean it feels and how your TP consumption goes down. For those who want to invest in more expensive automated models with warm and cold water, heated air drying, and those bells-and-whistles, but want to get a feel for it first, this may be the best alternative and who knows, you may remain on this model itself and save yourselves a couple Cs.
Wait . . . you don't have one?! What are you . . . I don't want to know!!

Ummm can we talk about poop for a minute?I don't know who on earth, in 2016, still thinks that if you get literal HUMAN FECES on your skin . . . that its acceptable to just wipe them with a dry paper towel and call it good. Then, let's talk about how those "disposable" wipes you are using are totally clogging up our sewers and REALLY expensive!Get yourself a bidet. It might be scary at first, but you'll never look back! Nothing like the feeling of being squeaky clean down there! This Luxe Bidet is a fantastic option. Reasonably priced and all the basics with a quality product. All of my toilets at home now are equipped with this product. Some are temperature controlled which is fun, but honestly, a refreshing cool blast in the summer is great! And in the winter . . . well, it's not nearly as bad as it sounds! Again... anything is better that little bits of poop and paper hanging out there all day!Now I fear pooping at work, or at anyone's house who doesn't have a bidet. That feeling of not being sure you are squeaky clean down there... nightmare! Let's change the world to a more sanitary and environmentally friendly place together!
Amazing product - a life changer

I’ve always been interested in owning a bidet. There has always been a certain level of intrigue. The notion of having a cool, assertive jet of water thoroughly clean your nether regions resulting in a fresh behind has always appealed to me. Unfortunately, I always assumed it would be much too difficult to acquire one. I had absolutely no idea the bidet, in this portable, easy-to-install form, even existed. I always assumed they were large, porcelain units which had to be installed next to the toilet (as you would find in Europe) requiring elaborate plumbing and home renovation. However one day, I happened to read on a popular website (Reddit: /r/frugal) that the number one item that is recommended to a consumer both to save money, and to raise one’s quality of life is a portable bidet. I was immediately intrigued and set out to research the matter further. I had a specific price range in mind and I desired one which had an aesthetically pleasing, unobtrusive look. I finally settled on the Luxe Neo 110. The difference this simple device has made in my everyday life is immeasurable. The bidet arrived quickly in a well padded box. There are not a lot of components - the bidet itself, a braided hose with steel fittings, and a plastic tee. Installation was a snap. The trickiest part, and I cannot emphasize this enough, is you MUST make sure the fittings are threaded correctly. Other reviewers have complained about the plastic T fitting leaking water. It should not leak at all if it is threaded as it should be. It took me several attempts unscrewing the fitting and screwing it back to finally arrive at proper threading.Once installed I finally had the chance to try it out! that initial blast of water felt quite foreign and off-putting. I quickly become accustomed though and by the third or fourth usage, I had upped my setting to 2. Anything higher than 2 was just too intense. Of course your results may vary. As for the water temperature, because the water is being fed to the bidet from the pipes in the bathroom wall, the water temperature is typically room temperature and quite manageable if not pleasurable during these hot summer months. I do not feel as though a heating unit would be necessary to make me happy.I have used considerably less toilet paper since acquiring my Lux Neo 110. You will still need to pat yourself dry after each use, however the days of “endless wiping” are behind me. Perhaps it is tmi (too much information) but one of my biggest pet peeves previously was having to take ANOTHER shower after a particularly messy movement. Well no more. The bidet does it’s job effectively each and every time. The only downside I can think of is having to “go” at work - I’ve become quite spoiled. If you are considering purchasing a bidet I would strongly recommend you do so! The Lux Neo 110 has proven to be a valuable and respected addition to our household.
Everybody should have one !

This is one of the most wonderful purchases I've ever made. If only I could have had it all my life. AND my husband said it only took a few minutes to hook it up.
Now I just need to get one installed at work.

A review from an American who never used water outside the shower to wash his bottom. If you have a fuzzy bottom and feel like you wipe 20 times and still don’t feel clean...then you need this! I can't believe I didn't buy one earlier in my life!I have already purchased 2 Luxe Bidets in the past two years and when I had an opportunity to get a third for the cost of a review I jumped at the opportunity. I have a blue Neo 185, a blue Neo 110 and now a white Neo 110. I did my research before buying my first bidet and stayed away from the bidets with hot water connection. There is no point because the hot water in your pipes will take too long to get to you bottom...and by the time it does you are already finished. I would recommend a toilet side water heater if you want instant warm water. I've always planned on getting a warmer, but I found cold water really isn’t an issue for my family. The Neo 110 is a solid unit. It comes with everything you need to get it installed. With my first two bidets I replaced the plastic T connector with a metal T shut off valve so that I could shut the water off to the unit. For this one, I decided to install using the plastic T connector provided. It installed quick and did not leak. I think I will still install a metal T shut off valve at some point because I have curious kids. For this installation I'm installing on a toilet that has a cheap seat that came with the toilet. I had to use bumpers that I previously purchased. I did not need bumpers for my nicer toilet seats that I upgraded. The pressure on this unit is the same as the others. The pressure increases for the first three circle indicators on the knob. The rest seems to be all full power with no noticeable increase in pressure. The pressure on my first two bidets were quite strong and liked that I could control the max pressure with the metal shut off valve. This time around I’m used to using the knob and can properly control the pressure as needed. It is surprising how accurate these things are after installation. I thought I would need one that allows you to aim around, however it was not necessary. If you feel like you have to hit a certain area then all you need to do is roll around on the seat a bit.So all in all it works great, saves a lot in toilet paper(I still use one wipe for drying), and you will never have the dreaded swamp bottom again. Now I just need to get one installed at work.

Heaven in my bowl (tmi alert...)

I love my bidet. Yes, love. I'm an American who never knew the pleasure of a truly clean bum. For the last two and a half years, I've had a painful rash that bled down below. The doctors I saw said nothing could be done apart from losing a lot of weight. This is fine and dandy, except walking or jogging often made me bleed more, and caused terrible pain. I ruined more than one set of good undies this way. I tried so many things, from creams, steroids, essential oils (BAD idea... Especially the peppermint.. ouch.), Wipes... I was basically resigned to a life of stinging, painful sitting, walking, laying down, existing, etc...Now what has this to do with a bidet? Finally, I was reading yet another article that claimed to have a solution. It suggested a bidet. I cautiously bought one, thinking it couldn't hurt...Oooooooohhh man. The first time I used my Astor Bidet, my bum informed me that I had a new bestie. This last month has been the lowest pain I've experienced in two and a half years. Now for the review of the product:Easy to install. Took me less than 5 minutes. It does raise your toilet seat up. Mine is plastic, no big deal. Were my throne cover ceramic, I would need spacers. The two lowest settings don't do anything. It's about the third click that the wonderful stream starts. Top setting feels like a forceful enema from a shotgun.Even though the clicks designate the settings, the in betweens are just fine, and you can easily adjust between them.I don't really have a downside, this is my first bidet, so I'm not terribly versed in all the frills... One that dries might be nice one day, but for now, my bum is happy. My wife refuses to try it lol. I love it, and won't poop without it... Which she is strangely OK with.. something about me pooping in my own bathroom while she has her private one upstairs....
Excellent product

We became acquainted with bidets at the home of an acquaintance, so decided to get some for ourselves. We purchased one for each bathroom from Astor, after reading the information and reviews, and are happy we did. They arrived right on time, a friend of ours installed them for us and they work perfectly. I feel clean and fresh after bowel movements and use a lot less toilet paper, and therefore flush less. So this is good for the environment as well as being good for us! The low setting is what I recommend as being strong enough to do the job.
ONE GREAT PRODUCT
May 4, 2017
This is one great product! My husband just had back surgery so he can't twist or bend over which causes a real issue when he goes to the bathroom. Our son-in-law found the bidet on Amazon and ordered it, we got it quickly and he installed it in less then 15 minutes. You get a range of water pressure (as my husband puts it " from garden hose to fire hose." ) I love it too, it makes me feel clean and fresh.

This has been a game changer in my day to day life; in retrospect I may have spent more for the fancier ones on Amazon but this is worth the price and was easy to install and I have no wish to part this until it breaks or I get a place with a second toilet.
Very useful, hygenic and easy to isntall
March 3, 2013
This product is very easy to install and the instructions are clear. The price is very good. I did not use any Teflon tape for securing anything. The water comes out just right and a good angle. the pressure of the wash is adjustable. (TIP: use a lower pressure at the main valve for comfort). It cleans very well. Some splatter may happen initially in the back part oft he toilet seat. BE CAREFUL if you want to test it without sitting on it, as could go a long way! :) [I've used it for about 3 months now]

I bought this for my bidet. I haven't had any issues. We left it alone for 24 hours and I think that did the trick in terms of letting it set. Also, we just used the oblong ones, not the little dots
Small accessory makes all the difference!!

Definitely needed with the Luxe Bidet Neo 185. Once bidet is installed, toilet seat will be higher so these bumpers are applied to FLAT SURFACE of toilet seat and then it is level. If underside of toilet seat is not flat, you may need to change toilet seat. Well worth it.
Excellent product if you need a bumper
August 16, 2017
Strong 3M tape on the underside helps keep it in place. No noise or lid flexing when sitting on the toilet now. It seats the lid comfortably. Its use will depend on your toilet lid. This was a necessary add-on for one of your toilets when we installed the Luxe Bidet 180, but not for another toilet, which was by a different manufacturer and had a Luxe Bidet 120 installed on it.
As advertised perfect for application
August 6, 2017
theyre the perfect size for the bidet I installed, and is you dont have the controlled close lid like ours theyre a softer rubber and less likely to crack the seat having the 2 extra round ones add stability to front of seat for heavier people or if you install a bidet
Good to have around
June 22, 2017
glad these are available from Amazon. Made a bidet purchase and thought I would need it to level the seat after installation, but I did not. I am glad I had them on hand though. Will use them for another project.

Worked great, no issues!
September 27, 2017
Worked perfectly, no leaks or any issues. Some people asked if the valve shuts of the water to both ends, or just the one. The answer is it only shuts off water to the one directly across from it. See attached pictures showing it open and closed.
It Works Better than the Nylon Adapter
April 26, 2017
I just received the T adapter; the Luxe 120 nylon adapter is pretty fragile, but I did make it work after using some Teflon tale on the threads. It does work on my toilet. I love my bidet, but I will admit it took some adjustment to get it located in the right position. The nylon adapter leaked after but after I reconnected it with Teflon tape the leak stopped. I have pretty high water pressure here so flow shouldn't be a problem.I had zero leaks, saw no difference in water pressure and installed in less than 5 minutes.
This is a must if you buy a bidet..
April 16, 2017
Must buy this when you buy your Bidet. Well Worth It.. I'm a woman and it was very easy to put on I would say took me 5 minutes not even 3 minutes thank you again Amazon.. S.I.N.Y.LADYRIDER

January 20, 2017
On the second try, I installed the Neo Luxe Bidet unit, with the metal T-adapter, and this time it worked. Customer Service at "2 Go" were extremely nice. They kept trying and trying to help. They were always very nice, and as helpful as they could be.It appears that the supply line in the first one was faulty. I could not get it to stop leaking. After several tries, I gave them a bad review. I would like to correct that now, as the unit works as advertised, and doesn't leak.It seems to be a great bidet and my wife loves it.2Go was kind enough to give us a free replacement for our trouble. Thank you for great service and a great product!
high quality metal t adapter that can adjust the water flow or serve as a safety valve to shut off water flow to the bidet
May 24, 2016
The metal t adapter was bought for my bidet that I recently installed in my bathroom. It is definitely of higher quality than the plastic t adapter that was included. This unit enables me to adjust the levels or off completely for my bidet, so as to increase water flow or use as a safety attachment in case you have kids that may turn on the bidet unintentionally. The unit fits structurally onto the bidet, was easy to install, and keeps the water flowing with no leaks. Overall, I was very happy with the metal quality construction of the adapter and its performance.
Use This Instead of the Plastic T-adapter
November 4, 2015
When installing the Luxe Bidet, I highly recommend using this valve instead of the plastic T-adapter that comes with the bidet. The plastic adapter does not have a shut-off valve. The shut-off valve allows you to control water pressure to a much greater degree than the dial on the bidet control panel. The pressure in our home is not particularly strong, but we still find that we have to reduce it a good bit using the shut-off valve. Then the bidet control dial works well for fine adjustments day-to-day and user-to-user.

Works great and good customer service.
March 2, 2017
Had some trouble installing since the space I had to work in was very tight. Got it in finally and it leaked really badly and the water pressure was so strong it could have done some damage if you know what I mean. So I called to get the recommended metal T valve that has a pressure control lever built into it, and their super nice customer service people sent it to me for free due to all the leaking and trouble I had. I still had trouble putting it in and it was all leaky again, so this time I called a plumber and he got everything put in right and adjusted. i don't think in a average installation a plumber would be required, I just couldn't do it due to my own and spacial limitations. So it cost me an extra $100 but ya know... I use it every day and it works great.
How did I live all these years with out one of these?? :-)
May 19, 2015
I WISH that I researched bidet's sooner (I think it is a best kept secret in other countries :-). I purchased this bidet due to it simple, stylish low footprint design. It easily installs between the toilet bowl and toilet seat and it is not as obtrusive as some other designs and does not get in the way of the person sitting on the seat (as I have found happens with other brands). This model is basic and does what you'd expect, supply cold water cleaning as needed. I am in FL so the water never gets too cold so I cannot speak for those in cooler climates with crisp and refreshing well water :-). It easily connects between the cold water supply line to the toilet via a diverter valve that can be installed without any tools. I was concerned that it was a plastic valve (vs metal of other brands) but thus far it seems to be working as designed, time will tell how long the plastic valve will last but I am optimistic and feel that Luxe will back me up should there ever be an issue. In use you turn the knob and in my case the water immediately starts flowing and while you can feel a difference in the pressure as you turn the knob, it seems to me that there is really 3 or so actual pressure settings vs the pictured 4 dots that you see in the picture. I also like the plastic shield that protects the nozzle but notice from time to time that I need to swing it open slightly as it seems to interfere with the water flow (I might need to re-seat the unit on the bowl ans see if it makes any difference.Overall, this unit meets my needs; it is a good 'starter' bidet to allow one to learn the benefits of this kind of 'personal hygiene' device and I would recommend it to others. If you want warmer water experience, there are models that can help but I suspect it will be a more involved install (need to be near a hot water supply, etc).
The Neo 110 will give you sparking, clean bums
December 8, 2014
This is my first foray into the land of bidet, so I did my research. I found that there are solutions that range anywhere from $10 add-on pieces all the way to Kohler's $4500 Numi toilet. Since it was my first, I wanted to find a cost-effective solution that was built with quality and had a good reputation, so I went with the Luxe Bidet Neo 110. There are quite a few things I like about this package:1. The price is right. $30 is a total bargain for everything that comes with it.2. The white color is bright white, and perfectly goes with my newer Kohler Highline toilets. It integrates well and almost looks like it was part of the toilet itself.3. EVERYTHING is included including fittings and hoses, so most people won't have to make a trip to the hardware store. You only need supply a wrench and a flat screwdriver. Since it's optional, I can see why they didn't include plumber's tape - but trust me you'll want it.When installing, make sure you use plumbers tape on the fittings and threads. If you take the time to do this you are virtually guaranteed no leaks. Now for function, I'm going to have to censor myself a tad - and you will have to use your imagination. First of all the nozzle is positioned properly and blasts right on target. It does a great job at what it's designed to do. The quarter-turn dial really only needs to be turned no more than the a third of the way. Very water efficient! The only reason I took off a star was because the nozzle sometimes gets stuck open (doesn't recede into the protective cover when finished), and a few times the pressure has gone to a trickle. When this happens, a quick turn of the dial to full a couple of times works it open and you're back to full pressure. We have hard water, so this may be the cause - I'm not sure. In any event it hasn't seriously impacted the usage and my whole family is happy to have sparkling clean bums.
Great customer service
February 26, 2014
I ordered two of these unfortunately one had a small hole in the bottom and leaked. This is good for an entry level bidet. I returned and got a refund and upgraded to a neo 180 bidet. Just for the record I never had a problem with the second neo 110 bidet. Luxe was so concerned about the fact I had one that leaked because of a small manufacturing defect. They called me and even though I had obtained a refund sent me a replacement neo 110 no charge. Because of the excellent customer service of this company I highly recommend them and also I upped my rating to a 4. I will give the extra neo 110 bidet to my son for his use. One problem exist and that is the water pressure is hard to control. If you turn the water to high it will peal the hair off your butt. You need the Luxe medal t-adapter to control the water pressure or you will have to turn the water volume down on the main water control to your toilet and this will cause the toilet to fill to slow. The other item, this is a cold water bidet. You can solve this problem with a biffy bidet warmer. If you never had a bidet and would like to see if you like to try one with a small investment this is the one for you.Another plus for a bidet is the cost of toilet paper today. A bidet will cut your cost by 50 to 75 percent giving you a return onyou bidet investment in about six months. It is a great help for the handicap and those with hemorrhoids. It means you onlyhave to pat and not wipe until sore to clean your butt.
Makes you happy (edit: for a short period of time)
November 4, 2013
We are living in US for a year now and this first year had its own difficulties. Having no bidet in toilet was one of them since all toilets have that in Turkey, already as a built-in function. We tried to solve cleaning issue by using wet wipes but it was a huge waste for both nature and budget. Then, an idea popped into my mind and I searched the internet to find a gadget that we can use for cleaning, and here it was (I didn't know the name of it - bidet- so it was hard searching for something with description only). This gadget was a life saver for us. Now we feel cleaner and happy. For budget, it was also helpful, it covered its cost just in 5-6 weeks with compared to wet wipes. In addition, we are also happy that we are not flushing away wet wipes damaging nature. The installation was easy in general, it was tricky to align the holes so that toilet lid will be centered. Its tricky because I always feel those regions are dirty even with lots of cleaning. And if you are not lucky its hard to get it at the first try. Pipe connections were not problematic at all. You need a teflon tape to make connections safer for future. There are some minor issues that I think manufacturers can address.1) Since its installed under the lid, there will be always a gap between lid and bowl. Either bumpers should be included in the product box or base of the bidet must be much more stronger that it is now (ours has cracks on it since for the first 2-3 days we used it without bumpers which cracked the bidet's base)2) Water pressures is hard to set, even very low setting has too much water pressure, there needs to be some engineering done for the inner pipes of bidet to decrease this pressure. After all, it is a gadget that makes you feel happy.Edit: after using for a long time we had some problems with its plastic parts. The plastic is not good quality for this model. It keeps breaking at several points, usually starts from connection point with toilet seat and it moves cracking other parts (see attached image). And we get several replacements but this time I felt like I need to share this situation with other buyers. I hope they get better quality plastic soon.
Works fine, but poor quality screws
June 27, 2013
Installs and works fine. However, the little screws in it are not made of stainless steel, so rust within a few weeks. For a $42 product, it's silly not to have ss screws that won't corrode. It's not very easy to keep clean, and you will probably need to remove every couple of weeks to clean the toilet and the bidet properly.Update: 1st July 2013: Contacted the company on Friday, and they promptly responded within a day asking for pictures, and have shipped me replacement products, saying the screws are supposed to be stainless steel. I guess I got a lot that slipped through quality control, since no one else seems to have seen that issue. Very quick, and courteous. A company that cares for customer satisfaction this much can only go up. Will write another update when I get the replacements.

and it was super easy to install
May 20, 2017
Every heard the ol saying, "You get what you pay for?" Well, the case is true here as well. Although this does work well, and it was super easy to install. I wish I had spent the extra money and bought the one with both hot and cold water connections. Can we say Burrrrrrr? If the cold doesn't bother you down there. this is well worth it. Me? I'm a bit cold blooded, so I"ll be switching over soon. Enjoy.
Hygiene booster
April 11, 2017
I really would like to give this a 5 star, but the installation wasn't the easiest, by no means was it hard, I just had a hard time inserting the rubber hose onto the bidet, and I also question how securely they are attached, will my cat knock the hose loose and cause water to spew out and flood the house until it's found and fixed? Other than that, this device boosted my my hygiene confidence level, I feel confident going even after a shower. I've had this Bidet for about 7 months now, and have had no problems with it. You may need or want to add something to the toilet seat so it will sit more evenly when sitting on it, or it may break the seat.
Clean behind that sings soprano!
January 16, 2017
The Good: Works as described, quality parts, relatively easy install. The Bad: I live in St. Louis, MO; The average ground temperature is 52 degrees F. That makes for one COLD stream of water on the tush! I am an alto that sings soprano when it turns on! :) It leaves a 3/4" gap at the front of the toilet seat...Doesn't cause a problem, just startling if you are not aware or used to it. Finally, you MUST tighten the plastic fittings with a wrench to avoid leaks. I believe they advertise that you do not need tools to install, but you do.
Totally works
June 28, 2015
Easy installation and does what it's designed to do. Surprisingly accurate aim. The only thing I'm not happy about is now my toilet seat sits at an angle. I don't know if that is bad for the seat or not, I guess we'll see. Seems like some toilet seat front risers would fix that issue. Now I have to search for some the hight the bidet raises the seat. Or perhaps it's a nonissue.
So clean you could eat off "it".
March 11, 2014
For the price, it's great. My only real complaint is the appearance of the mounts. Kind of ugly, and you have to pay close attention to how much room you have to the left of the toilet (if you're standing up facing it). Literally one more millimeter and I would've been back to the dry-wipe zone.As for it's main function; you have to sort of scoot around as you schpritz up, mo make sure you get every nook and crannie. Also, since there's no warm water to it, that initial blast is a shocker ... gets ya every time, and in the winter if you do it for too long you'll end up with a frozen rosebud. Lastly, heed others' warnings about turning it on full blast or you'll end up with a high colonic. I thought I was a "badass" and turned it up to 11 the first time ... almost launched me into the next room.All-in-all, if you're looking for a decent, "starter" bidet at a cheap price, you'll be happy with this one, and the installation (albeit icky) really is easy.
Easy Installation, Works as Expected
February 28, 2011
I first used a bidet while visiting Japan for 6 weeks. I thought they were great, and when I got home I vowed that I would one day upgrade my toilet to a bidet toilet. I then promptly forgot about it until nearly a year later. I did some research into bidet toilets and one look at the price convinced me to try an alternative. The bidet toilet seat attachments seemed the easiest and cheapest way to go, so I found the cheapest one with the highest ratings and bought it.I used several different types of bidet while in Japan, and while I really liked the ultra-nice ones with the warm water, the seat heaters, the multiple streams, and the little dryers, none of those are really necessary. This simply little bidet does only one thing: shoot out cold water with varying degrees of pressure. And that is all that I really needed. I was worried that the cold water might be uncomfortable, but it doesn't bother me at all. The water pressure is good, I never need to go above "Low".It was easy to install, though it would have been about 10 times easier if the instructions weren't utterly worthless. The parts it comes with are fairly intuitive to assemble. The only part that really held me up was the little clear hose that connected the bidet to the toilet tank. I assembled the entire thing and was left with that one piece only to find that it was impossible to get on without taking it all apart again. So make sure that hose is connected to the tank attachment before putting the attachment on the tank.Oh, and when I say easy to install, I am speaking as a woman who has never done any plumbing work in her life - the most I assemble are bookshelves and desks. So, yeah, really easy to install.Instructions:1. Connect the clear hose to the toilet tank thingy.2. Connect the toilet tank thingy to the toilet tank.3. Remove the toilet seat and reassemble it with the bidet.4. Connect the clear hose to the bidet.5. You are done. Test for leaks. It works, yay!UPDATE 2/21/13: 2 years of use and absolutely no problems!UPDATE 1/1/15: 4 years of use and all is well!

Bumpers for your toilet.
October 22, 2017
Working well so far, though I agree with other reviews that the tape that comes with is not the greatest. They were also just a bit taller than the bumpers that were originally on the toilet seat. But, they definitely helped and for the price, they are worth it.
The bumpers are very good, however the sticky pads did not hold

The bumpers are very good, however the sticky pads did not hold. I replaced them with Contact Cement, and all is well. Well worth the money, if you use Contact Cement.
Other than the adhesive the company uses could be a bit better the product is good
May 12, 2017
One of the large bumpers came off shortly after putting them on and I'm guessing was flushed because I never found it. Other than the adhesive the company uses could be a bit better the product is good.
Sticky problem

Work great but the sticky backing that came with the product was not strong enough to hold in place - had to use glue. Size and shape are perfect for the new bidet.

Used these with a luxe bidet. I've already had to fish them out of the toilet twice. Have some rubber cement or replacement adhesive tape ready to install them with.
I imagine they are perfect if you have a bidet
December 17, 2016
Ok, so to be fair, I bought these as weight displacement bumpers for a new toilet seat I purchased after my rather ample bottom snapped ours. They are a fraction of an inch higher than the default bumper on the seat. So the seat sticks up a little until weight is put on it. I imagine they are perfect if you have a bidet, to make up for the gap. I guess a bidet might be in my near future... all in all, my seat feels a lot more solid on the bowl now.

Like the security of metal!
September 25, 2017
I like the idea of a metal T valve better than plastic so I ordered this along with my Luxe 120 bidet. The pressure adjuster might be more helpful for someone with stronger water pressure than I have. In my case, it's just the security of metal over plastic that benefits me.
Nice
August 31, 2017
I am giving this a 4 star because it did leak on my bidet from Luxe. But I gave it to a neighbor that needed it for something else so all is not lost. Luxe sent me another t-adaptor and it worked great. So I am set now thanks to them.
Works for the most part
July 28, 2016
After having a leak from installing our Luxe Bidets plastic adapter their customer service reached out to us and shipped us one of these. Leak is now fixed but I don't feel the pressure really was adjusted no matter which way it is turned. After a half hour of trying to fiddle with that and the toliet we decided to call it quits and just accept it as it is and we're just happy the leak was fixed.
Don't give up hope!
June 2, 2016
Like most people, my plastic adaptor was leaking a little bit so I decided to give this a go. This product, on the other hand, leaked like a geyser upon initial installation. After many attempts I rage quit and decided to try again the day after. I was convinced, like others that have written reviews, that this adaptor simply wasn't compatible with my plumbing hookup.Day 2: first few attempts were still failures. Not sure if it became a witching hour or full moon or whatever but on my last try before I pitched the whole thing, I was able to get the adaptor correctly hooked up. Where I was having issues was at the screw part directly on the toilet. Now, there's no leaks at all, and the bidet still works beautifully.

Although the premise of controlling the flow to the bidet without disturbing the flow to the toilet sounds great, the product leaks no matter what was tried.Looks like this is an ongoing issue with this product not working with the provided hoses. It leaks from the 15/16" threads. I tried plumbers tape... tried loosening, then tightening..re-seated it several times but the thing still leaked.Luckily the cheaper plastic T-connector (included with the LuxeBidet) works great and does not leak.I should have read more reviews on this product before ordering -- but live and learn.***UPDATE***After the customer support team received my email about my problems with the unit they immediately contacted me back and shipped a replacement. They are the best customer service people I have dealt with in recent years. Here was their explanation:"We will get this investigated right away. The T-adapters are working perfectly in 99% of the cases, however, a few complaints we had, we thought, were due to the black washer not being effective enough. In our newer shipment, we improved (thickened) the black washer. We will also look into your thought that it may be some incompatibility between the hose and the T-adapter. I have expedited the shipment of this T-adapter and you will get an email within 24 hours. If you feel that it is the hose, we will also reimburse for any expense that you may incur on purchasing a different hose. We will try our best to make sure that you get a working metal T-adapter for your bidet. We will also investigate this issue at our end. Feel free to contact us at anytime with any other questions or comments.Sincerely,AndyCustomer Care"They shipped a replacement T-adapter and it worked perfectly... no leaks. One recommendation, just hand tighten the adapter and hoses... any extra torque appeared to foster leaking.
Really like being able to adjust the pressure
April 18, 2014
My toilet does not have a shut-off valve and I have not been able to loosen the fitting at the floor to the stainless steel flex hose to add one. So I really needed a way to adjust the pressure. This shut-off valve is well made but it did not come with a rubber gasket for where it attaches to the underside of the toilet. I tried using the gasket that came with the plastic valve but it leaked like crazy. The plastic valve and the metal valve are configured differently at this connection. So I dug around in my plumbing stuff for a cone shaped gasket -- more like what was on the stainless steel flex hose that had been attached to the underside of the toilet. This worked perfectly. No more leaks! BTW the directions for the bidet show a cone shaped gasket but that is not what you get. The gasket that comes with the bidet and the plastic tee is shaped more like a hollow top hat.So, if I decide to order a second bidet for my other bathroom (also no shut-off valve) I will be sure and get a cone shaped gasket that fits this metal tee before I start my installation.Update May 1, 2014: The Luxe folks contacted me through Amazon after my review went live. They said I should have gotten a rubber gasket with this valve and apologized for it being missing. So I asked them to send me the proper gasket. They said they couldn't do that but they could send me a whole new valve assembly including gasket and it came a few days later. I am extremely impressed with their customer service.

Great when it works, but always ends up leaking!
January 7, 2017
We loved luxe bidets so much we installed them in all 4 bathrooms! We love how clean we feel after using them and they have helped solve hemerroid and potty training probs in our family. However, we are finding that we need to replace these every 10-11 months. The company has been great about replacements, but when even the replacements begin to leak in the same place after 10 months, we have to wonder if there is a defect in the product, hence the 3 stars.
Unable to control water pressure very well
December 31, 2016
The bidet is good but it is not able to handle water pressure very well. If the tank valve is turned all the way up the pressure on bidet even on low setting can be very high. This means the knob on bidet that is supposed to control water pressure is not functioning very well. I am from India and every household uses bidets, therefore it like a necessity for me. I like this because it comes in an affordable range
Good but could be better
November 23, 2015
I bought this for my mother and she loves it. I don't because the spray is not adjustable and hits in the wrong spot for me. We both think it's ugly. Their other model, which I also bought for myself, the Luxe MB110, is all white and much better looking. This model has a better hose connecting it to the water supply which enables the tank to refill just as fast as before. The MB110, which looks better and has an adjustable spray, comes with a little narrow tube so it takes a few minutes for the tank to refill and you have to listen to it all the time.
I love the concept of a bidet
May 4, 2015
I love the concept of a bidet, and was excited to find a bidet attachment at such a low price. Unfortunately, installing it has affected how our toilet runs and we're not too thrilled about that. Firstly, we had a slow leak appear that we had a hard time fixing. Eventually, it went away. We also had to adjust the water pressure to the toilet, so now it takes forever to fill up again and makes a loud noise while doing so. We had to lower the water pressure because the bidet was shooting out water with too much force even on the lowest setting. Now it's at a comfortable level at the very lowest setting, but we don't even like using the toilet anymore because of the loud noise. Also, all this finagling in the toilet has caused the water level in the bowl to change and now it's too low to flush properly. So, we kind of wish we had never installed it.All that aside, I actually do use the bidet pretty much every day. It is great for a lot of different uses: after going to the bathroom, to freshen up after sweating or if you don't have time to shower, after sex, and for women on their periods. I'm using it a lot more now that it's warmer, because the water can be quite cold in the winter. The parts are plastic, which isn't very comforting, but so far nothing has broken. I wish there was a way to more effectively control the water pressure on the bidet, because I have to be really careful with the dial so I don't rip myself a new one. I barely move it to Level 1 before I have to stop. So, I love the concept and it has positively affected my life, I just wish it hadn't messed up our toilet.
Bidet will Leak eventually
February 13, 2015
Update July 18, 2015: The company reached out to me and offered to send a replacement. They asked me to update my latest review if I had something to say. I accepted their offer and am now using the replacement unit. So far it is working as the other one did at first: flawless. I told the company I would like to wait a year or so before offering a final judgment. So I will update again. I will say this: the company wants to do the right thing by making things right. This is a good policy and not all sellers on Amazon are as accommodating.Update May18, 2015 : Both bidets I installed in February have begun to leak, one causing serious concern because we thought the leak was coming from someplace else. I called a plumber and he took one look and told me that these bidets, with their plastic connections have caused water damage to people's homes. He disconnected it and I threw it out. It is only a matter of time when they will begin to leak. That is why I am changing my original rating to one star.Incredibly easy to install and use. The water will be cold in the winter though. I used the suggested bumpers on a round seat but did not need them on an elongated seat. I think this is an awesome product at an affordable price.
Bidet works and no leaks yet
December 7, 2014
So far all ok. I had purchased the metal luxe "T adapter" which was defective as the supply line included with the bidet will not fit the the overchromed threading on the adapter. The supply line did attach well to the flimsy plastic T which is unfortunately subject to a lot of stress as you inter-connect and tighten nuts to the tank, the supply line and the line to the bidet. If this T fails we will have a lot of water damage in very short order. Asecond weak point is the 3/8" threaded plastic pipe supply fitting at the bidet. very delicate be careful not to over tighten or stress as this too is a risky failure point.you do not need to worry about the slight rear elevation of the toilet seat it is only about 5/16 of an inch, and is negligible.

Overall I like it’s effectiveness
October 16, 2017
There are only a couple factors for the reason I returned this product. Overall I like it’s effectiveness. However, my toilet seat hovers almost a whole inch above the actual bowl. I thought I could fix this problem by buying the rubber seat bumpers to place underneath, but the gap is just way too obvious. I assume this is probably not a problem for most people depending on the style of their toilets, but it is a problem for me. Although the leaking problem is not major, I do recommend buying the stainless steel attachment to replace the plastic one that comes with this product for a more secure fit. This product may be good for someone with a different toilet size, but I will be looking for something a bit thinner.
You get what you pay for
August 23, 2017
It works very well but the angle of the stream does not work for me. The plastic hose connectors are a little cheaply made. Metal connectors would have been better. After installation at started leaking after trying to tighten kept leaking. I had to recut house and reseat. Finally got it to stop leaking but adapter scratched up with plier marks. I bought the gobidet. It's all metal and the stream comes from bottom up.
I do like it, and having a bidet-especially at this price ...
August 17, 2017
I do like it, and having a bidet-especially at this price point- has cut my toilet paper use in half. The only issue I've had, as some others have experienced as well, is the rubber tube that screws into the water supply from the bidet mechanism has been leaking as of late where it connects to the water supply. Not sure if it's the knob component that screws over the tube to the water supply, or if it's the hose itself, but every once in a while there will be a puddle of water directly under it. I've reattached, but after about a week or so its back to leaking and I just have a small bucket under it until I can resolve the issue.
Unsure of durability
May 7, 2017
Installed 2 in Feb 2015. Both worked very well. After 15 months one unit developed internal leak that dumped water on bathroom floor when used. Units worked so well I took a chance and ordered another to replace leaking unit. Have not installed yet. When I do intend to try to diagnose and repair malfunctioning unit. As I said, units did job intended for but leaking unit prevents giving better rating.
Could be improved
March 10, 2017
l've had this bidet for two years now and noticed a slow water leak yesterday. The leak was internal, so I took it apart to see where it was coming from. There was a clear tube from valve to sprayer that had a crack in it, so only leaked when turning valve on to start sprayer. Don't know what caused the crack in the tube. The bidet works fine but I only gave it 3 stars because I place high priority on how well things hold up to use and two years is not very good. I'll pay more for better quality if I can find one or I might try replacing the tube if I can be sure of no leaks. We'll see.
Larger than need be
January 9, 2017
Installation is very easy, the product is well made and of quality construction. Unfortunately I had to return this item because of its size. I is much larger than expected and takes up a significant amount of space next to your toilet. For my application it didn't actually fit where I needed it to. If you have a spacious bathroom this wouldn't be an issue for you. For me, I find it large and gaudy looking. It's about the size of a toilet paper roll (single ply) and sticks far out from your toilet. I was expecting something more discrete.I also think the spray nozzle should be designed better. The jet stream is very hard even at lower settings. It needs an aerator or larger openings so it is not such a focused stream. It does not come out as it's shown in the picture.

Be sure you actually need this before ordering.... MUCH smaller than I expected and attach using adhesive strip...
September 17, 2017
Bought to use with bidet kit. Didn't end up using them. Not necessary after all. Seems attachment with adhesive strips may not be the most sanitary version of attachment... not sure though what the alternative would be - using screws? More holes would be more areas for bacteria to hide....
Not the best adhesive.
September 6, 2017
"They're okay" seems about right. The problem is that the adhesive just isn't good enough. It'll last for awhile and, if you use some glue, you can probably get plenty of use out of them; but if you depend on the included adhesive you'll eventually hear a splash and see that one of these has somehow ended up in the drink.
Needs stickier adhesive...

They do what they're supposed to but they don't stick for very long. I've had to replace the original tape that came with it several times now. Would be nice if there was a product that stuck well to the toilet.

Perfect height but they won't stick. Just kept coming apart from the doubled sided tape no matter how much tape was replaced.

and tweaked the supply valve at same time and got everything adjusted to the best possible point
August 5, 2016
The adjustment is not fine-tuneable enough. I'm using it with a Luxe Neo 120 bidet. I experimented with this in different levels of open/close, and tweaked the supply valve at same time and got everything adjusted to the best possible point. Even then, the bidet's pressure knob still doesn't allow great fine tuning. As soon as you turn the knob, just the tiniest amount you can turn it, that is basically a comfortable pressure level. If you go any more than that it's like Drake's song....0 to 100 REAL QUICK.I would still recommend using this if you have one of the non-electric bidets, because without it, the pressure sensitivity is even worse. Oh and the plastic one the Luxe products come with is straight TRASH and WILL leak if there is even the tiniest amount of lateral force placed on the fitting due to the stiffness/tension of the supply line, which is most cases there will be. Save yourself the hassle and buy this at the same time so you can do the install once and get it up and running the first time.
Works good for cold water, but doesn't stop hot water line
April 25, 2015
Ok, so this is more of a 1 star product if you have a hot and cold water bidet. This product ONLY shuts off the cold water flow -- hot will flow just fine with this switched off. I wish that would have been a little clearer in the description. It does do a good job of completely block the cold water. It looks nice (although in my case it is hidden behind the toilet) and seems heavy duty.Installation was fine -- same process as the plastic stock one, and there have been no leaks.I think a shutoff valve should be a standard feature on the bidets or at least higher end models. We have 4 bathrooms -- if this feature was standard I'd probably get a bidet for each bathroom. With curious kids and no way to fully shut it off that isn't going to happen.
High quality, needs more threading to use on a toilet.
January 3, 2015
This is a high quality T-adapter with one problem, it doesn't fit the plastic connector at the bottom of my toilet. The nut doesn't have enough threading to grab the connector and hold it tight to the gasket, and so it sprays water. I will keep it though, and use it as a shower adapter where the connections are all metal.
OK, not great and overpriced
December 18, 2013
Just like the bidet this adapter is made for, it's ok, not great. It's easy to install and you can lower the bidet water pressure with it - which makes the use of the bidet a less stressful experience - but it also lowers the water pressure going into the toilette tank, so now it takes a little longer for it to fill. The bidet water pressure is still not variable with the bidet's control handle. It's either on or off. And with the lower water pressure the bidet's self cleaning feature doesn't seem to work very well. So you win something and you loose some things... And if you add the price of the adapter to the price of the bidet, the whole package is not that great of a deal anymore.

Great while it lasted
April 24, 2017
Was great for a year, but then the spray took on a life of it's own! Sometimes there was no spray and other times the spray was so strong it'd lift you up in the air and give you an unwanted and quite unpleasant enema. It was good while it lasted but will now be replaced by another brand.
Sending it back because of leaking. So disappointed.
March 24, 2016
Only two stars because it leaked, so I didn't get to keep it.I was very sad because I liked the product a lot, but it's not like you can keep something dripping on your bathroom floor. I even tried using plumbing tape, as recommended in the instructions, but it leaked from both ends of the cheap plastic T part. The spray worked perfectly, and I loved the ease of use and cleanliness. It was even quite easy to install. I am very disappointed that it leaked no matter what we did.
Wish It Worked Out
September 1, 2015
I like bidets a lot. After my overseas travel, I had been trying to figure out how to get one here in the states. Browsing on Amazon, I was excited to see such a reasonably priced solution with great reviews! But it didn't quite work out as I had hoped. I spent a morning trying to install this unit without leaks and wasn't able to do so. The metal tee that I purchased separately leaked. It seemed like it might have been a supply hose issue, so I ran and bought one. But even with the new parts, the tee leaked. I was able to isolate it to the nut. I figured I that switching to the included plastic tee would solve my issues, however it leaked at the nut as well. I tried Teflon tape as a last ditch effort. However, no success there either. I definitely do not think it is my toilet that is the issue as I put everything back to normal without issue.I will say that the unit is pretty well made and the knob seems to turn smoothly. It definitely doesn't feel cheap. The connector on the bidet itself is plastic, but seemed to be decent quality. However, it just didn't work out for me...maybe in the future when I remodel my bathroom, I'll give this a try again. As of now, I don't have the time to troubleshoot and run out for parts to make it work. As of now, this is getting returned.
makes a scary gap at the front of the seat
December 13, 2014
lifts the front of the seat too high making a gap that is scary at what might get caught. since it raises the back of your seat higher than the previous model MB110 (Luxe Bidet MB110 Fresh Water Spray Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Seat Attachment https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001KKRCFA/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_p8eJub0PF8BM7).eventually, depending on your toilet hardware, this stress would cause wear on you existing seat or even toilet.I DO recommend the model MB110.
Does NOT fit all 2 piece toilets - check before buying
November 6, 2014
I tried to install this on my Toto Aquia Dual Flush (CST414M) but it was physically impossible. The bidet comes with a T-connector that is used to supply water to both the tank and the bidet. The connector is designed so that it is inserted between the hose already supplying water to the tank and the tank itself. This means it gets attached directly to the bottom of the tank. This would work great if you have clear access to the connector that is part of the tank (i.e. where the hose is connected prior to installation). On my toilet the tank connector can only be accessed by removing the tank and pulling the hose up through a hole in the base where it mounts on the bowl. This makes it impossible to physically attach the T-connector to the tank. So before buying check to make sure that there is easy access to your tank connector and also clearance for 3" or so below that to accommodate the T-connector.The shame in all this is this problem is the result of a dumb design choice. If the T-connector had been designed to be inserted between the water supply valve and the hose going to the tank then it would work on any toilet - one piece or two piece.
awesome!
September 13, 2014
UPDATE: I've had this for a while and just noticed a problem! The plastic parts are a huge no no with anything relating to water! My toilet has been slowly leaking all this time... Mind you, a very very very small and slow leak, but still! Hello! I'm really disappointed in this thing now! If I don't find metal replacement parts for it, I will have to throw the thing away or contact the Amazon seller for a replacement. You guys need to be VERY careful and make sure you periodically check on the connections to make sure they aren't wet from a possible leak. Wow!Very good quality. The reason for 4 stars is because there were no long screws that came with this kit to replace the short screws that were already on my toilet. Theres only problem I had was that because the piece that goes under the toilet seat was somewhat too thick, the toilet seat screws were longer long enough to secure the seat in place WITH the bidet under it. This kit does NOT come with longer screws which was disappointing. I had to dig through my stash of screws and found a long black one and a long silver one that were from two other diy projects in the past. Had I not had those screws, I would have had to go to a store and get the long ones. Screws dont cost much so it would have been very nice if at least one pair of 3-4 inch screws were added with this kit. The bidet works beautifully. There is a delay with the water when the knob is turned on but I havr known other bidet systems to do the same thing so its not just this company or this model. It is very very lightweight which is good! Easy for a lady to install on her own. When you remove hose from back of toilet after closing off water valve, put a cooking pan or cup under it so water doesnt spill out after disconnecting. Will review again when it has been used a bunch! Stay tuned!

Worked great for a month
September 2, 2017
Worked great for a month. Small piece came off the nozzle. Can't find a replacement for it anywhere or contact the company for one. If I can't figure a fix on my own, my next purchase will be with another company that provides some sort of customer service. I shouldn't have to buy a whole unit for parts when it's a month old, even if it's inexpensive.
Defective product
June 14, 2017
Assembled the two bidets that I got, one works just fine and the other one is absolute crap. The nozzle that sprays water refuses to go down and when it does, it's so sudden. I had thrown away the box as soon as I had taken it out, placing my trust in the product. Clearly that is a mistake considering I can't return without the box.

July 31, 2016
Eventually it broke and started leaking water. Plus, it's kind of a pain in the butt to disassemble and clean. It gets pretty gross because poo ricochets off your butt when it sprays you clean.Don't get me wrong. Having a bidet is great and this definitely worked at first but a $30 bidet that you have to replace eventually is less than ideal. Water damage can be serious business, y'know? It's not worth it. Get something sturdier. Buy it for life.
Bad quality. Disappointed.
June 9, 2016
I bought 2 of these and they worked great at first, but within about 3 months, one of the nozzles started dripping, but we were able to live with it since we could just twist the knob on a little and off again and the dripping would stop.About a month and a half ago, the second one began dripping from the side where the knob is and flooding our floor. We've had to shut off the water to the toilet until it is replaced. We will throw it out and get a new one. Needless to say, I won't be buying the same one and wouldn't recommend this. It's worth it to pay a little more in my opinion and get one that will last longer than 6 months. One might have been a manufacturer defect, but both is just poor quality.
Clean bottom, dirty toilet
April 1, 2016
We've had this for several months and the whole family loves it. However, we are going to have to figure out a different solution because I can't keep the toilet clean without SCRUBBING after each bidet use. I don't know if it's just my family. The toilet we have without the bidet is much easier to keep clean (and it never needs the SCRUBBING). In addition, the part of the bidet that spans the toilet bowl adds an extra spot that is difficult to clean: you can't move the plastic out of the way to clean. This results in cleaning solution and suds getting stuck in between the bowl and the bidet. I'm scared to see what it looks like when we remove the bidet. This product definitely made us into a bidet family, but this isn't working for me. My dream is to get a fancy Japanese toilet when we renovate. Until then, I think I'll try the hand-held sprayer that doesn't add any additional nooks and crannies to the toilet bowl.
Good idea, but needs some refinement.
February 23, 2015
OK, I've wanted a bidet for some time, but they are expensive and I'd have to totally remodel to have enough room for one. So when these got under $30 I thought I'd try one.The good news its that it's easy to install and the only tool I needed was a straight screwdriver. No leaks and it took about 10 minutes. The bad news is that it is uncomfortable to use due to the cold water. I know that there are a lot of reviewers stating that the cold water wasn't a problem, but either my water is VERY cold or there are temperature sensors in my nether regions. I tend to accept the later explanation. In a word it hurts to use this thing...not a lot, but definitely uncomfortable. Also there are a couple of other minor issues; the toilet seat doesn't rest on the bowl properly anymore as the back pads, which are part of the hinge, contact the Astor bidet so the the front bumpers don't rest on the bowl until you sit down and put everything under some stress. Nothing has broken...yet, but it's not right. Also since the water comes up in one spot only you have to kind of mambo around on the seat....I have to move forward about an inch and move from side to side to wash. Not a big deal, but a slightly wider spray pattern may be better. The last thing is that it doesn't save on toilet paper as others have suggested, at least not for me. I have to pat myself dry and that takes just about the same amount of paper as before....maybe a bit less, but not significantly so.Would I buy another or recommend it? Nope.

1 remaining in place after 6 months. Bought these because it was a suggested item with my bidet. My bidet is awesome. These bumpers though don't stay in place and I'm lucky 1 remains where I placed it. That's probably the most crucial 1.

The glue or the sticky side doesn't work..... the bumpers fell after two weeks of use...
Does not stick well!

Not happy at all with this. One side unstuck after a month and got flushed down. The only reason I didn't give them one star is that it is a great deal.

Wouldn't stop leaking.
May 6, 2017
Couldn't get these to stop leaking when installing with 2 of my NEO120 Luxe Bidet, so I just went with the plastic T-valves that came with the bidets. These didn't come with the correct cone-shaped washer in the end that attaches to the toilets.Unfortunately, it's too late to return them.
Could not get a good seal
May 3, 2017
This did not work for me w/the Luxe Bidet Neo 120. I could not get a good seal between the toilet and adapter. I had to go with the plastic T-Adapter that came with the original Luxe Bidet Neo 120. The reason I spent the extra money for this was the reports on Amazon of the plastic adapter not working well. I have not found that to be the case.
Looks like quality, but I didn't need it.
July 15, 2016
I ordered this because the Luxe Bidets I installed had a little too much pressure. I found out I could temper the water flow by opening the clean valve, so I didn't install it.

September 14, 2015
I have had this for about 1 month and it is not used on a daily basis. I always turn it off when I am not using the bidet. Today, I noticed that it does not shut off the flow of water completely anymore. In the shut-off position, a small flow of water is still getting through. I purchased this as an extra precaution against the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 bidet leaking, but that peace of mind has been shattered now that I see that it will no longer completely shut off the flow of water after only a month of use.
Interaction between control of output
June 30, 2015
This valve is designed so that there is an interaction between the control of the two outlets---as you open 1 it closes the other. This makes for a delicate balancing act to set it as you want it, most importantly leading to a really, really long fill cycle for the toilet unless you reduce the bidet pressure to an ineffective level (even wide open the flow to the toiled is severely impeded. I have replaced these with simple shower flow control valves on the bidet line that allow unimpeded flow to the toilet and easier, better control of the bidet pressure. They are also cheaper.
Might not do what you think.
August 30, 2014
The Adapter was a disappointment. The top connection (that screws into the Water Tank thru the Float / Ball Cock to release water). It simply screws into the T adapter. I thought this was joined to the T Adapter permanently. That made trying to connect this a royal pain. After all was connected. And water from the Wall Water Valve opened full.I had no water pressure for the Float / Ball Cock (the items that fills the Water Tank).I had bought this to hook up to a Luxe Bidet Neo 120.So I tried the Bidet.....hardly any water pressure.Flipped the Adapter. Now no water pressure for the Bidet. And the Water Tank slowly filled because of hardly any water pressure. The holes on this thing are tiny....so your not going to get water going at all. Either Way.I was under the assumption that this was to either: Have full water going to the Bidet and Water Tank. OR. Go turn lower or turn off water pressure to the Bidet and Water Tank. What this does is: Either hardly any water pressure to Water Tank and none to Bidet OR hardly any water pressure to Bidet and none to the Water Tank.I installed the Plastic T-Connection that came with the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 (which the top that connects to the Float/Ball Cock is part of the Plastic T-Connection....its fully connected and spins unlike the Luxe Metal T-adapter) and hey plenty of water pressure to the Water Tank and Bidet. I can now fill the tank in normal time/speed and the Bidet pressure now....lets say makes me worried about injury down below if I choose full blast. So just note: This connector doesn't control the Water Tank and Bidet Pressure together. Its a one or the other.....and both are weak because the holes are too small.

Nozzle shoots water way in the front, almost at the front rim, missing the spot
September 16, 2017
I bought 3 luxe Bidet Neo110 back in July to install on 3 toilets that I am replacing. I installed one yesterday on a round toilet. Two BIG problems,1. The Bidet is installed correctly but the nozzle shoots water way in the front almost at the front rim, missing the spot.. How do I adjust this? There is no room to move the nozzle back. If this does not work then it is useless for me. Help. This is unacceptable.2. It raised in the back and front of the seat is raised like an alligator mouth. When you sit, it seems like it will break.Return window at Amazon is closed.
Serious Leak Issues
August 17, 2017
I've had to install, remove, and re-install this multiple times and it still develops a leak after a few weeks. Even with that, I discovered it leaking AGAIN. The other bidet I've purchased online has had no issues in years and was installed with the exact same hardware/nylon tape.Very disappointed in the connection quality on this. I'd suggest looking at more durable models from other vendors!Actual function was passable, but it went from 0-100% jet pressure in about 1/10th of a turn of the control knob. Not at all a "low to high" setting as it states on the label.

Started leaking after about two weeks!!!!
Let's see what breaks first: the seat or the bidet
March 31, 2016
The elongated plastic arm is not at solid and strong as it should be. Even that is ok as I dont have children at home who could put pressure on it and break it. My problem with it is that this bidet is meant for those toilets that have toilet seats which have raised back, so that the panel can sit under the toilet seat without touching it or putting pressure on it. I have a toilet seat that is flat and touches the surface of the porcelain flush. I did screw the toilet seat on top of the bidet panel, but stays lifted, and bend down with weight to touch the 'throne' when someone sits on it. It is definitely going to break the toilet seat and the bidet panel (as the weight on the back half falls on the bidet panel), dont know which one is going to break first. I cant afford to buy another one or an extra toilet seat. Maybe it would work well with a new toilet seat that has enough space to accommodate the bidet without putting pressure on it, but I cant now spend money on a new toilet seat. It should have been given in the product description as to what kind of toilet seat is needed. To make it more clear, the toilet seat given in this link is what would workhttp://www.amazon.com/KOHLER-K-4670-C-0-Lustra-Elongated-Toilet/dp/B00164N2WCyou can see in the picture how the back is raised. That should give this bidet enough space under the seat. But do think, if you want to spend $35 more to change your current toilet seat.
Leaking nozzle in drops
July 2, 2015
I received it yesterday and after I installed it, I found that the nozzle is leaking in drops continuously even when the control knob is in off position (I double checked that several time). May be this is an isolated case, but I had to return it immediately.

Leaky!
July 26, 2017
I never write reviews but wanted to warn potential buyers to avoid this product. I installed this product per instructions from seller and it worked okay at first. I went out of town for the weekend and came home to a leaky bidet and a wet bathroom floor. It was leaking from the water connection below the dial. The water line was still connected very snugly to the water inlet but that did stop the steady water drip onto my bathroom floor. Of course the product malfunctioned outside of my return deadline by 16 days so I can't return it. I do not recommend this product!
Not for us
July 6, 2017
It has good pressure and very easy to install. I know I installed correctly, but as water was on it caused water to go under the toilet lid which made water go all over the floor. Tested a few times on low pressure and high pressure, didn't matter water would still go on the back of the toilet and go to the floor. Was not leaking from connectors so it didn't work on our toilet. Minutes to install and five minutes later off it went.

Junk, save your money. You will likely get leaks.

I'm very good with plumbing, however the cheap tubing they use to tap in to a water line, and feed the unit generated a leak after week 2, causing damage to ceiling. Had to throw in the trash.
**UPDATED** Defective Product. Stopped working after 6 months.
November 10, 2016
July 2017DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. NO WARRANTY INFORMATION AVAILABLE.I've bought three bidets so far. Out of which, two have become defective within 6 months of use. One started leaking from the internal tubing. While the second one's control knob came off.I haven't been able to find any warranty information for this product except for the generic verbiage by Amazon.Folks, if you are not aware of the clean feel that comes with using water, you are missing out on something in life. I wish there was a travel version of the bidet that I could carry around.Must use toilet paper, then bidet, then toilet paper for best results. Gross? Well not so much when you are done using this bidet. It will boost your personal hygiene!
Buy at your own risk!
April 10, 2015
I purchased this Bidet after our BioBidet had ran its course and wanted to try a different brand. What a mistake! We bought two of them, in case our other bathroom BioBidet took a flush down the toilet. We installed it and it worked great for about a week and then the spray nozzle would drip constantly. It was closed by the turn dial, which almost broke as I tried to close it. but it kept dripping. I uninstalled it and put the new one, to see if it was just a bad one. And to my surprise the "new" Astor Bidet had already been used before! I took the unused parts and tried to fix it but to no avail it was not working. The turn dial is very flimsy and almost broke when I tried to turn it off so the leaking would stop. Overall, this is a very cheap product and I tried to find the manufacturers to get a warranty but I cannot locate them. It doesn't have any information on the box nor the warranty card. THIS IS A VERY BAD PRODUCT! Going back to the BioBidet!

No sticking power
July 23, 2017
They did not stick from the very first day I tried to stick them on underneath the toilet seat. I tried several times and nothing. The stickers that they provided wouldn't even stick to my skin. They fell in the toilet and I had to go fishing for them.
Forget it
May 25, 2017
Well, not only did it not fix the problem of the space, after two weeks one of the bumpers on each of the two bowls, fell into the toilet and got flushed. Threw it away. It does not stick for long.
Use Spacers instead of Bumpers
February 25, 2016
There's a simpler, much cheaper, and longer-lasting alternative to using these bumpers to close the new gap at the front-end of the toilet seat created by inserting the bidet attachment under the back-end: for $1.50 I bought a pair of 1x3/8x3/8" spacers through which I inserted the two screws that hold the seat to the toilet bowl. The spacers were placed between the bidet and the seat. This changes the angle of the seat so the front of the seat is resting on the toilet again instead of being cantilevered with a gap above it.
Nice bumpers, bad choice of adhesive pads!
June 2, 2015
I read the reviews and thought, I will make this work. Two days later, three of the four are gone. I carefully cleaned both surfaces and made sure to only stick them once and put a lot of pressure on them to get good contact. They seemed like they were going to hold up well, but one was gone after the first day and two more on the second day. The worst part is that they must have ended up in the bowl so they can't even be reattached somehow. The bumpers are good quality, but the adhesive pads are not strong enough for this application. If you buy them, I would use some other method of putting them on.

The glue which is supposed to make it stay in place doesn't work.So the end result is that this is a useless product -- unless you buy your own superglue to stick it -- else tell the seller to stick it.
Dont waste money on this product.
September 22, 2013
I have never given 1 star to any other product here in Amazon. But I had to give a low rating as I don’t think this product is ready for use. I have a plastic toilet seat and so I didn’t want to buy bumpers with screws. I decided to use this product that sticks to toilet seat. The package contains 4 bumpers as shown in the product photo’s and a rectangular adhesive tape with bumper shape perforations. One side of the tape sticks to the bumper and the other side goes on to the toilet seat. The tape adhesive is of poor quality and cannot hold the bumpers. 3 of the 4 bumpers came off in less than a week. The tape is still sticking to the seat but the bumpers are gone.

I had this a while before I was able to get around to installing it on our bidet. Too bad, because I would have returned it since it leaked badly. It looks good and feels good, however.
Leaks not worth buying
April 13, 2017
The quality of this adapter looked really good, but I could not get a leak free connection no matter what I tried! I ended up returning this item because of the leak.Opt for the slightly more expensive Aquauas model
It's leaks.
September 16, 2016
Just like their plastic one that comes with the actual bidet itself. Something about their plastic washer is simply not right. It leaks from under it, and I've screwed it on as hard as I can to prevent it, but regardless, it leaks. Even with plumbing tape, etc. These must all be manufactured wrong. I regret buying their entire bidet now because you cannot get this part to work properly at all making the bidet useless.
Adapter is defective for two reasons
December 7, 2014
First two positives: The product is nicely chromed. The valve function is smooth.I bought this to use with the Neo 110 which is its advertised and recomended purpose. I see no logical reason why these defects would not be relevant to all of the Luxe bidet models. Now the problems: (1) The threading on the supply side fitting is so over chromed that the supply line cannot be properly tightened against its gasket. Since the supply line hose requires a tight compresion of its washer gasket to form a seal that means the fitting will absolutely leak. (2) Even if it fit the supply line, the adapter would be defective in that not only reduces flow to the bidet, but also reduces flow to the toilet tank. If you use this valve to reduce water pressure at the bidet, you would extend tank refill duration to an unacceptable point.I have abandoned and will return this adapter. The supply line did attach well to the flimsy plastic T which is unfortunately subject to a lot of stress as you connect and tighten nuts to the tank, the supply line and to the bidet.
The design is faulty. If you look inside the ...
July 8, 2014
The design is faulty. If you look inside the threading where this T-Adapter attaches to the water supply (the bottom threading on the picture), you will see that there is just a tiny hole for the water to go through. This caused leaking due to the inability of this t-adapter to handle pressure. This is a faulty design, where the water inlet and water outlet (to tank) should have been a straight pass through, and the shut-off valve should have been on the side, instead of the shut-off valve reducing the size for which the water passes through to a hole the size of a pea. I will try to post a picture of what I mean.
Leaking
January 19, 2014
I could not get this connector to stop leaking despite tightening it as much as I could. The leak occurs underneath the top nut. The issue is that the whole tee connector spins around, despite tightening the top nut to the toilet tank. I went back to using the cheap plastic connector, rather than deal with the hassle of exchanges. For the price I am not sure if it's worth it, even if it worked.
