Super comfy, great selection and well made!
September 27, 2017
Love this band! Needed to replace the Nato strap on my Timex Expedition Scout and the Barton's have a good rep for their silicone bands, so I thought I'd try these out. I purchased this and installation was simple. All the edges were smooth and well finished, the holes were cleanly punched, and the hardware seems light but sturdy.I like the variation on the Nato theme with the band material loop for the tail instead of the normal two metal loops. Main reason I ordered this was they offered a long length option as I have larger wrists and the standard bands will fit, but I wanted more adjustment options. This band will likely fit up to 10" wrists no problem. Mine is about 9.5" and I still have at least 6 holes worth of adjustment either way ;).I'll be ordering more in other color variations for my other watches as well.
Very comfortable and durable!

Love this band. Very comfortable and tough. My black and white striped band looks vibrant - the black is very dark and the white is bright white. The bottom of the strap can slightly dig in if you're resting your hand/wrist on something. But that doesn't happen too often and it's not every time your wrist is on something. The strap holes are also in good places. You can easily go from very tight to nice and comfortable/breathy just by going down one hole. Going up or down one doesn't make it too tight or too loose. I have a 7-7.5 inch wrist and I wear it on the 4th or 5th holes (usually the 5th because I like it tighter). Also, the little leftover flap can be tucked in on smaller wrists, or sits perfectly about the watch. The lines also perfectly line up when you do this with the section under the flap.Highly recommend this strap. Don't expect much with the buckle but it's definitely good enough. For the price, it'd be hard to find a better strap. Barton also seems to be a good company but I didn't have to contact support. They did send an email IIRC after my purchase making sure I was happy, which was notable for me.

Their customer service really sets them apart. These are priced competitively, the quality is good, and paired with their customer service I couldn't give them anything less than a 5 star review. If you are looking for something similar, look no further. Some notes though. These don't come with pins, so be sure you have some handy. Also, if you are putting these on a smart watch, like my pebble time, be sure you can charge. In my case, you have just a Little extra work to charge it since the ports on the back will be covered, but it's really easy enough to do without much hassle. I was aware of that based on the images. It's nice that there is some fabric between you and the watch instead of the cheap plastic back. So that's still a plus.
Basically perfect.

This is the first NATO band I've ordered, and what I got is what I can only describe as my best-case-scenario watchband. It fits comfortably, the material is thick enough to feel solid, but not so thick that it feels bulky. The thick nylon loop is really my favorite part of the strap. Most NATO bands have solid metal loops, which can scrape against things as I'm using my laptop or doing other things with my hands, but the bottom loop here is just the same fabric as the rest of the band, so it's incredibly comfortable to wear. I was also worried that the orange might be too garish, but the particular tone here is very subdued and goes well with darker colors.

The photos here are of the band on my Pebble Time.

I purchased this to go along with my husband's LG smart watch. Perfect fit for the watch and very nice quality. He switches out his rubber band to this one when he wants to dress things up a bit. I will say it's not a black band as it appears in the photos though - it's more of a dark grey color in person, which was fine. No chipping or wearing of the surface so far like I've read in a lot of other reviews, but he only wears it every now and then. I will update my review if we do notice this happening though.
Nice replacement watch band
October 20, 2015
My LG G-Watch (W-100) accepts standard 22mm watch bands. I did not like the white silicon band it came with and was looking for an alternative. I first tried a black leather band, but then tried this black stainless steel band (bracelet). I like this band the best. I have several watches with bracelet style bands and I tend to prefer them over other style bands.Pros:* Good quality (Comparable to a band on a $150 to $250 Fossil Watch)* Nicely styled* Easy to adjust.Cons:* NoneLG G-Watch Cons:* The G-Watch has a charging base that it sits in to charge. Buckle style bands, since they come apart, make it easy to set the G-Watch in its charging base. Bracelet style bands just loosen enough to get the watch off your wrist, but do not completely come apart. This makes it difficult to seat the G-Watch in its charger and prevents the charger base from sitting flat on any surface. You can still charge the G-Watch, it's just more cumbersome. It's something I will have to get use to though if I want to keep using this band.
At this early date, I'm VERY happy with it.
October 5, 2015
Scary at first because it looked silver-gray, but that's an illusion from the plastic shrink wrap that protects the whole thing from any scratching. Nice metallic neutral black after you peel that off. Mine did not come with any "link removal" tool like the yellow one shown, and with a large wrist I still had to get a tool and remove several links. It is also NOT the typical "deployment clasp". You have to squeeze a button on the side of the clasp, to release it and open it. I wasn't so happy about that extra step, but on second thought I think it will make sure the clasp can't accidentally release. It fits my 22mm watch lugs perfectly, and came with a set of extra spring pins as well. Really dresses up any watch that originally came with a rubber or plastic band. At this early date, I'm VERY happy with it.
Great lightweight watch band.

I had a watch that I wanted to swap the leather bands with something else, and Ritche's 22mm stainless steel bracelet watch band is Amazon's top selling product and I wanted to give it a try. I received the product and was thoroughly pleased with it.The band is truly 22mm and fits my watch like a dream; the included spring bars were sturdy and clicked into place easily. It was very easy to remove link bars to adjust the band to my wrist size. The band itself is composed of mostly matte-black stainless steel, with some shinier-polished links in between to give it a nice subtle contrast. The clasp is very secure and easily actuated by my right-thumb. The clasp also has another hole to allow a further adjustment of 2mm; sometimes that could make a world of difference! The band itself feels sturdy yet lightweight but not noisy, which is a great combination. I am very pleased with these bands and would be interesting to see how well they hold up!
the PERFECT gun metal band for the best smart watch.. LG G Watch R
December 5, 2014
Bought this amazing metal band for my LG G Watch R, the color is better in person then the stock photo, its more like Dark Metal Color and honestly it looks amazing , strong, and smooth. It just complements the watch that much more, this is the band to get if you want a perfect 22mm metal black, as it makes the watch more premium.
Great watchband for the Samsung Gear 2 watch
May 15, 2014
I bought this to go with my Samsung Gear 2. It goes great with the Gear 2 and really makes it pop. I would say I have average size wrists and I ended up taking out 3 links using this tool: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YJ4RYO/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1This band does ship from China but it only took 10 days to arrive, and I live in the middle of the US.I just received this band so I haven't noticed the black coating chipping, but will try to update this review if I do.I would recommend this band to anyone trying to class up their Gear 2.

My original review critiqued the band for being too small for my wrist (I have large wrist bones).I was contacted by the vendor via comment and they not only informed that there were different lengths, and the specifics about each length, but also offered me a refund for my troubles. I thought this was really cool and I always appreciate good customer service. I didn't read the specifics about band length when I bought mine the first time around, just the width in mm, so in the end it was user error. The band colors were really nice, though. I got the red and blue stripe band and the colors were true to the picture.
Not exactly what I was expecting, but a nicely made watch strap!
May 9, 2017
I guess I didn't read the description carefully enough to not notice that this strap is not a "G-10" (NATO) strap - it's very similar, but different enough if that is an issue. Having said that, it's fine for me - it's a quality strap and just what I need. (just fewer buckle loops, but they aren't needed for most men since the overall length is short enough that no "tucking" should be necessary.A nice product from a well-respected company.VERY fast shipping!
A Good Watch Band for Normal Wrists
July 13, 2016
I bought two of these bands so that I could have different colors; was pleased with the color options. The bands are well constructed and fit my watch nicely. Installation was extremely easy. The product description on Amazon is accurate and the image with the dimensions is very helpful.I have large wrists and searched for longer bands. But Barton's longer bands are only available in widths too wide for my watch. The band is on the second to the last hole and is a little bit tight. That is my only issue with the band. But, I knew when I ordered them that I was going to be on the upper end of the fit for this watch band. If you have regular sized wrists, you will have no problems. If your wrists are larger, you may end up with a tight fit, but these bands were worth it for me.If you have larger wrists and are concerned about the fit take the time to measure everything and remember that you lose about 5-10 mm in length when you route the band through the watch pins.
Lightweight, sporty.
May 16, 2016
I really like this watchband. So comfortable to wear especially when I'm running; it's definitely a lot more lightweight than the Pebble leather band my watch came with. I'm thinking of buying one more in another color. Easy to install as well. The only complaint I have is that, I suppose you get what you paid for, the watchband has already started to "unravel" a little bit.
Hopefully good for tropical weather
March 17, 2016
I was looking for a watch or watchband that I could wear in tropical weather. I have been to China and Hong Kong in 105 to 110° heat and humidity and the leather wristband of my watch just started rotting and smelling badly. I was looking at possibly getting a ripcord band but then I came across this nylon version. It is advertised as being good for tropical weather. When I received it, I was initially very disappointed because it looked cheap at first and is about as thin as a Band-Aid. I used it to replace the leather been on my Timex travel watch. I was wishing that the band was thicker. But, I then realized that this is for travel, not for looks in a business setting. The band was easy to attach thanks to the four pictures in the advertisement. My wrist is about seven and three-quarter inches in circumference. I wish the band was perhaps an inch longer because it just tucks in. I like my wristbands looser. I am wearing it now and it is growing on me.
Fits nicely
December 26, 2015
The watch band on my Momentum dive watch finally broke so I searched Amazon for a replacement. The Momentum replacement was $40 which is more than I'm willing to spend on a watch band. I guess I should be glad it was so expensive because if it was cheaper I would have bought it without searching for an alternative which lead me to the Barton watch band I bought. I got the gray with orange stripe. It was easy to put on the watch and looks really good. The band fits fine but is a little short. I'm a woman but I wear a man's watch. My wrists are not small but they're not as large as most men. This watch band would be too small for my husband, but it works great for me. They're inexpensive enough and so easy to switch out that I'll probably order another one or two in different colors.

Good Band for G Watch R.
November 12, 2015
I purchased this band for use with the LG G Watch R. As many previous reviewers have already stated, this product looks great with this particular watch. I am a bit worried about long term durability, but for now it feels like a very solid upgrade to the base cheap leather option that comes standard with the GWR. I will update this review if the band begins to wear. The included spring bar removal tool broke after removing one spring bar. Luckily I had another one and was able to continue with installation. I had to remove 3 links from the band to make it fit properly so it should fit most wrists unless they are very large. I would recommend this band for anyone who wants a replacement for a damaged smartwatch band, but make sure you have your own watch repair tools.

July 8, 2015
I lost a pin that held on the original band for my LG G watch so I decided to get a new band as well. This band looks a lot nicer than the rubber band that came with it. Definitely makes the whole thing look and feel much more high quality, and friends have noticed this as well. The pins that came with the band are a little bit longer than the stock ones, you're definitely going to want a tool to put this thing on. Which brings me to the next point, taking links out of this thing was harder than hell. I have several other watches with steel links and sizing them paled in comparison to sizing this thing. I accidentally broke one of my tools in the process. I have never spent so much time removing THREE links in my life lol. Those suckers are in there good. All in all if I had another smart watch I would buy this again. Docked a star because of my sizing issues. Really makes it feel like less like a toy and more like an actual high quality watch. Can't argue with the price either!
I bought this for my G Watch R and I love it!
June 9, 2015
This band is the perfect compliment to the GWR. The flat black is almost an exact match with the finish in the watch. There are some gloss "link connectors" running down the center that give it a really elegant appearance too.The weight of this band is also a very good compliment to the watch. Surprisingly I only have felt the dreaded "arm hair pull" only once in a week of wearing this. The clasp is another very surprising feature of this band. It has a push button release /connect which seems very sturdy.
Band IS adjustable.
April 14, 2015
Since I haven't seen any reviews saying HOW to adjust the band, only that it's difficult (or some people say impossible), I thought I would chime in. I've only owned this band for an hour now, so I can't comment on long-term quality. I read the reviews, so I knew what to expect from the color and the finish. However I did manage to adjust the band with tools you likely have around the house.First off, you can adjust it by about 1mm with just a paper clip and barely any force at all using the pins that connect the band to the clasp. Take a look at the side of the clasp opposite the extendable part, you'll see there are two holes close by each other and one of them is empty. Push a paper clip into there to make the adjustment. To take out a link it a bit harder but not too difficult. Look at the side of the links, on one side you'll see there is a hole. On the other side there is a slightly noticeable circle that kind of blends in to the rest of the watch. This is a pin that goes all the way through the link. You can push a tool into the hole on that one side. You'll want to have a tool (a small awl, maybe a paperclip, I used the metal tip of a mechanical pencil) and push it through the hole. It will take some force, but the end that has a circle that blends in will pop out. You can then remove it by hand. Disconnect that first link, then take another one off to actually remove the link. To put the pin back in, I pushed it in with my fingers then used a small hammer to make it flush with the rest of the band.Simple as that!
Really not a bad watch band
April 9, 2015
Really not a bad watch band. I've been wearing it for a week and have had no scratches to the black. I have exercised with it and slept with as well. No arm hair catches and pretty comfortable overall. The clasp seems solid but I haven't worn it long enough to see if it will wear out. Hell, for this price if it lasts a year I'd be fine with it. My only question is if it is "really" stainless steel. I hope it is and doesn't have a bunch of rogue metal in it. You never know when it comes from overseas. I do think it looks great on my Pebble though!
Must have for LG G Watch
January 19, 2015
Received today and don't think you're going to find much better in this price. The links were easy to remove and it blends well with my LG G Watch (the square one). However, I'm not sure how well the finish is going to hold up. Just adjusting it, removing links and putting it on the watch I ended up with a knick in one of the links but I was doing my work on a soft cloth and was very careful not to be too rough with it. We'll see over time, but for right now I'm pretty jazzed about the way it looks. Improves the overall look of the watch tremendously.

I bought Seiko Men's SNK803 and didn't like the band that came with the watch
August 6, 2017
I bought Seiko Men's SNK803 and didn't like the band that came with the watch, so I bought this color khaki to replace it. It's a bit thin to my liking. I can see it's what older reviews about its thinner material. It's ok for now but I keep shopping.
Clasp broke in about a year
July 6, 2017
Clasp broke in about a year. It costs almost as much for a new piece as the band cost originally. I wear it every day, rain or sun. Band looks nice and I got compliments. I would expect a band and its pieces to last more than a year. Poor materials? I would hesitate buying another band here.
Holes start to stretch after only a few uses
May 8, 2017
Let's get to it. I like watches. There i said it. However, to get me to not buy a new watch sometimes swapping out the leather band for a NATO does the trick in making me think i have a new watch, when obvi i dont. Voilaahhhh. The only problem i have with this band is that after a few wears the holes are already stretching a bit. One of them looks like it wont last more than a year or so. Given the price of the bands, i cant complain. However, I believe it should last longer. I will followup with a later review.
Time Will Tell
March 15, 2017
Good dark brown. But, does not have all metal parts on band like other military bands. Don't know how it will wear. Like looks of metal over the cloth.
Great bands that are thinner than most others
March 14, 2017
Great bands that are thinner than most others, so are great for watches without a lot of space between the case and spring bars. One negative I've found is that the holes do tend to stretch out a bit over time, resulting in the watch potentially becoming unfastened if you don't keep an eye out for it. However, these are cheap enough that they can be replaced easily.
Good strap. Comfortable and durable
June 29, 2016
Good strap. Comfortable and durable. I've been pretty disappointed with the color though. I bought the smoke and white band and the pictures I saw of it made it look like a nice grey. But in reality it's more of a faded navy blue. I noticed that there's a picture of it on an actual watch here and that picture looks more like it actually does. So be careful with these straps and make sure you get the right color. Mine did not match my pebble time (black) at all and it got worse when I got a white gadgetwraps skin for it because the white on the strap was more of an eggshell color. I've since replaced it with a black and white strap from Clockwork Synergy and I'm much happier with the new strap.

EH, it didn't tell you how to do it, and its hard to figure out how, since pushing the pins out isn't that easy. You needed to use a hammer (i just banged it really hard on a wall). Now i have very small wrists, Probably 5.5 inches, and i just wish that i could have taken a pin or 2 more off. I wonder why ti didn't let you take out more. Anyways that's my reason for 3 stars. I'm still a teen though, my wrists are still growing i guess so that's not to encourage you not to get it. It actually has pretty good quality, but like every linked band like this, it can sometimes pinch your skin.
somewhat disappointing execution but cheap
April 25, 2017
Fits my Pebble (original)The clasp doesn't lay down flat or as flush as I would've liked. Also, when changing the links it looks as though the color is "painted" on. it's not black on some of the inside. but overall from the outside it looks good. Don't think I'd but again. But it's not bad enough that I have to return it. I would probably look for a double button clasp next time.
Nice band but not made to last
August 10, 2015
I purchased this band for my Samsung Smartwatch in late December last year. About 7.5 months ago today. I like it a lot better than the band that comes with my watch. Nice color. A looser fit but not too loose. Easy to use clasp. Unfortunately, the clasp broke today. There's a metal tip in the center of the clasp that snaps into a hole. That metal tip broke off. The sad thing is, I don't do anything heavy duty. I sit at a computer all day. It broke off when I turned a door knob in the house. Not exactly rapid movement, huh? On the brighter side, the finish never faded or anything and I expected it to just from rubbing against the skin all the time.I guess for just under 10 bucks, maybe I shouldn't expect it to last but stainless steel should mean it's durable. Unless you plan on replacing your watch band twice a year, I wouldn't recommend this band. I'd spend a little more to get one that will last longer.I had to put the original band back on it today and I don't like it. It's too tight on the loosest setting and it's rubber so it makes my wrist sweat. I'll be ordering a replacement today.
Looks great, perfect fit for the original Pebble!
January 28, 2015
First of all, this looks GREAT on my original Pebble. 90% of the class of the Pebble Steel for about $16! Once I removed a single link (using the GGI Watch Repair Kit sold here on Amazon) it fit perfectly. The color is a very, very dark gunmetal gray -- the difference between the band and the black of the Pebble is almost imperceptible unless you shine a bright light directly at it.The one I received was sold by GizmoGurus with Prime fulfillment by Amazon, so no issues with delays unlike some folks who've reviewed this. Also no issues with the finish (arrived with plastic on it to protect it), though i'll update the review if I encounter any down the road.UPDATE: After a few months of usage, the finish came off around the closure, and various links also showed silver scuffing. It's inexpensive, but it doesn't hold up very well. Dropping my rating from 5 to 3 stars due to the wear and tear factor.
Nice band but it can lose paint/coating rather easy.
December 20, 2014
The band is fine and feels good on my arm. I deducted 2 stars as the coloring/coating is coming off in a few places. I am using it with the LG G Watch R and the look is good otherwise
Wouldn't Recommend It...
March 10, 2014
I ordered this under the impression the product would ship from the US... I should've done my research first. Deposited the "US" in the seller's name, the product does indeed ship from China. Now on to the product. I bought it as a replacement band for my Pebble Smartwatch, as I'm not a huge fan of the stock rubber band. It took a while to get here but it made it eventually. Installing it on my watch wasn't too hard at all, and it even included extra pins. After installing it I noticed that the clasp was very loose... It will come undone with very little effort. However, it wasn't a huge deal to begin with.Fast-forward a few weeks: The clasp has become so loose is virtually unusable. I took it to the jeweler to repair but it would cost more than a new band to repair it! Had I reviewed the band at this point, it'd have 2 stars.Slightly disappointed, I contacted the seller. He agreed to replace my band free of charge. Thanks! It's on the way now, and hopefully the clasp won't be as loose with this one.In the end, I would've given this 3.5 stars but Amazon won't let me. The band is decent, and I would probably recommend it based on the price.UPDATE: The replacement band came broken upon arrival. The button on the clasp didn't work. However, I decided not to worry about it since a bit of jiggling would usually open it up. A few days later, I was wearing the band and it just snapped apart! I was able to find the pieces and stick it back together, but it was still loose. It broke again a few hours later so I put it in my pocket and decided to fix it when I got home. So, I get home, and the watch band is in 3 different pieces... unable to be fixed. I contacted the seller yet again and he offered me a full refund, no questions asked, and I didn't even have to bother with returning it. So, this watch band gets 2 stars, but customer service bumps it up to 3.

Bad color
July 19, 2017
Was expecting the band to be white, came out dirty off white, doesn't match my watch face. Looks like the blue bled into it during manufacture. Size and construction are good though.
Decent looking band, but not very functional.
July 5, 2017
This band looks fine, but it isn't durable. After less than two weeks of wear, it's already discolored. I expect some discoloration eventually, but the real problem is with the buckle. The post of the buckle frequently pulls through to the wrong side and I have to take off the watch, move the post from the bottom to the top of the buckle, and put the watch back on. I know Barton makes some good bands, but this isn't one of them.

It's scratchy and to long. Was hoping they came in smaller lengths. Oh well had to give it a try.
The watchband is nice, but unfortunately
January 24, 2017
The watchband is nice, but unfortunately, the buckle tongue is short causing it to slip behind the buckle allowing the band to slip off my wrist. The watchband I received may be flawed. I had someone with a smaller wrist try on the watch with the same issue occurring. As much as I do like the watchband, having to worry that the band will loosen and cause the watch to fall off is worrisome.
No Metal Bars included to Attach the Band to the Watch Face?
July 29, 2016
I was really surprised that it did not come with the mounting bars needed to attach the band to the actual watch. Unfortunately for me, I did not have any extra ones lying around from another band (not surprising for someone that is buying a watch band), making the band completely unusable. I did give the product an extra star, however, because the band seems to be good quality and suspect I will like it after I separately purchase the metal bars needed to attach the band.
Light, cool looking, but not much longer than stock Timex band
May 8, 2016
I really would give this a 5 star rating if it had been a better fit. The ad specifically says that it's a large band, but not as absurdly large as some others ( then they name the other brand). Well, it might have been better if it had been a bit more "absurdly large" because it just barely, BARELY fit my wrist. I put it on a Timex Indiglo watch that was about $30 retail. The Timex band fit, but also - just barely. The good thing I can say about this Barton band is that because it's lighter and thinner than the "rubber like" band that came on the Timex, it does seem to be more comfortable. Side note: I had to cut off the adjustment part to give it more room, and b/c it wasn't necessary because like I was saying, it could have been a bit larger. So, if you're trying on Timex or similar brands and thinking "I need a bigger band" know that the Barton band is nearly identical in length to the men's watches in Walmart, Pennys, Sports Authority, Kohls, etc. It's only a few millimeters longer, which really isn't much help. I gave it three stars b/c it's light and looks cool, basically - and b/c it's inexpensive. Even if it doesn't work for you, you're only out $12 or so. I just wish it had been a little longer for this big guy's ( not overly huge mind you) wrists.PS - also be aware that the band is very WIDE compared to the stock bands on most $30 watches. It just barely fit inside the watch's "arms" where the pins sit.

Poor quality
March 8, 2016
I started with a different black band that looks identical to this one. That first one was great until I slammed it on something and broke it. Then I bought this one too replace it. The quality of this is noticeably worse. The latch will frequently over-extend instead of being flush with the width if the band. I probably wouldn't have noticed except that it meant that I couldn't clip my watch onto my wrist without pressing the button. This seems like a minor issue, and it is, but this is the function of the latch button and it doesn't work well. Additionally there have been a few times now that the band spontaneously feel off and a spring went flying somewhere. I've been lucky enough to find the spring every time and put the watch back together. But I shouldn't have to deal with this. I've finally had enough and I'm buying a different one even though I know how much fun it is to size and install a watch band.
Quality? No. Look at something more expensive.

Came with sort of bent pins holding the links together (they do not easily swivel, they kind of grind). Very easy to bend them and the ones in the non user removable links are, well, not easy to get to. They are effectively permanently damaged once bent and that causes grinding/no loose swivel around your wrist.I will keep it because it is still useable, but do yourself a favor and look for something more expensive than the $10-$20 range. If you cannot spend more than that, I highly recommend getting a Milanese Loop style band. You get nice metal weight and much better band quality than these pieces of scrap.Pros:It's a nice looking black link bandComes with four 22mm pins, so if you lose one or two, you will still be ok.Cons:Easily bent link pinsPretty light when compared to my Invicta Pro Diver's links.
I really like this band - BUT it's too short
September 3, 2015
I put this on my Moto 360 (with the help of a "steel connect"). I really like this band. It adds a nice amount of weight to my watch, which is something I found it to be missing. It has a really nice feel to it, and the clasp mechanism works great.Despite owning some watch band tools, I still had trouble getting the pins out, but I think that's inevitable. I also couldn't quite find the perfect setting for my wrist. I feel like I need to be between two settings. I'll chalk that up to an issue with my wrist though.UPDATE (3 months later): The band itself is still pretty awesome. After my initial review, I realized that the band was a little loose, but not a big deal. Since then, I've maybe lost some weight? Because it's even looser now - enough to flip over on my wrist. So I went to remove a link (after weeks of saying, 'yeah, I'll do that tomorrow'), and there were no more links to remove! I'm not sure what I'm gonna do about this yet, as I really like the band - it's just too short. So I'm changing my review from 4 to 2 stars. I want to rate it 0 or 1, just to make sure this gets some attention, but really the band is still great, well made, and sturdy ... just not short enough.
Weak Clasp Doesn't Inspire Confidence
August 31, 2015
I bought this band because I felt the one that came with the LG G Watch R looked cheap and because I like metal bands. I wanted the clasp closure instead of fiddling with straps.I bought the band in January, no complaints on shipping or delivery. I installed it pretty much right away, and it looks good on the smart-watch and fits well, so at this point I've had it for about 8 months. I work in IT, sitting at a desk, so I don't think I've abused the band. The watch itself still looks fine, so here's my two complaints:Small issue: it appears that the black color is slowly wearing off of the links, which sort of defeats the purpose of buying a black metal band.Larger issue: The clasp (at least on my watch) is terrible. Within a couple weeks, it got to the point where I was sure I would lose my watch. I have a co-worker who likes to give high-fives: we go up, we high-five, watch slides half-way to my elbow. I'm shifting a handful of stuff to open a door, watch pops loose. Stick my hand in my pocket, and the fabric of my pants is enough pressure to pop the clasp. I've put up with it for a while, looked for fixes. I've thought of purchasing another of the same brand to see if I got a lemon, but instead I'm going to go try another watch-band.I feel even worse for having bought this band for $19.99 instead of the current $9.00.
Terrible! STAY AWAY!!!!
April 12, 2015
Terrible! Gets 1 star for being delivered and another star for at least being a watch band of sorts. This thing not only came to me with the black rubbing off and scratched in multiple places but then I spent 30 minutes on one pin that refused to come out when I was trying to remove a link. The quality of the band is horrible. It has the flimsiest, lightest, cheapest feeling clasp that I have ever had the displeasure of putting in my hands. This is worse quality than a $15 dollar folex from Soho. I understand it’s only a $10 band but seriously, you can buy a whole watch from Walmart for 10 bucks that has a better quality band than this.
First thing that I noticed was that like stated by others
March 3, 2015
I got this to go along with my moto 360. First thing that I noticed was that like stated by others, the band is not black. It is a dark metal and is very slightly off from the color of my black moto 360. It came wrapped well but even then I noticed a small scrap on the connecting clasp. I'm sure this band may work well with other watches but unless you have some sort of adapter this will not fit into the moto 360 without a lot of force I wasn't willing to put on my watch. I noticed Motorola sells their band with a very long neck and this does not have that. This review is based mainly on my moto 360 and you may have a different experience with another watch.

Defective!

I consider this product defective. The buckle unfastens easily, especially when you make the band snug. Also on the short side for anyone larger than medium wrist. Returned immediately. Bought BluShark band, pricier but much better quality and seems secure.
Buckle broke in 3 months
August 15, 2017
I used this strap for about 3 month before the buckle broke. It wasn't strong enough for very moderate use. I wouldn't buy it again.
Keep on searching

Very cheap materials used. My buckle pin popped out of place after 6 hours use, meaning that if this had taken place outdoors, my watch would have dropped and either been damaged or lost. Look elsewhere.

Does its job until it starts to stink. smells like BO and the order doesn't come out in the washing machine. I purchased this because it said that it would not smell. Throwing it away.
problems with measuring and buckles
January 23, 2017
I have to send these back because the measurement instructions were not enough to know that this band will not fit my Timex weekender because they measure differently than I do, and because of the buckle design in the wristband. Be very careful to measure several times before ordering, and watch out for buckles in wrong places.

Poor quality, big hassle, easily broken...Find something else.

Buy something else, unless you enjoy working to make your watch band usable. Unless you have giant wrists you will need to adjust it. When I got it, It was too big for my wrist. Okay, I thought, making it tighter must be easy (wrong). You have to forcefully remove each pin to take the links out. The tool they supply isn't thin enough so you need a miracle to get the pin out (although, once you get one out, just use that one to push the others out). I took the links off, put it back together, fits perfectly on my wrist, everything seems okay, right? Nope, go to take it off, and one of the small pin coverings (the black links that sandwich the longer middle one in the middle of the band) just falls right out. I managed to get it on and its staying there at the moment, but really, look for something better.
Do not buy

This band is trash, I got it for use with my Samsung Gear S3, have not even used it for a whole day now, and the clasp will not latch properly at all.Things that make the latch come undone:-Shaking hands dry after washing them-Putting my hands in my jacket pockets-Tapping my watch the Samsung Pay terminal-Normal swaying of arms while walking-Turning my wrist over to check if the latch is still onIn addition, the finish is poor quality. The bottom is beginning to show wear from my wrists resting on a desk today.Installation and removing links was as easy as it should have been, but the tool it came with snapped while I was using it, so I used a precision screwdriver instead. Regardless, it was a waste of my time as I will be looking for a replacement for this band.
Spend the money, get a better band.

I looked all over for a watch band like this locally and was unable to find one, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. I got it in just a couple of days. The packaging was minimal. I installed it on my watch and I liked it a lot. Then after two days, my watch fell off my arm. The pin that holds the clasp on had popped out. I reinstalled it, the next day my watch fell off again the same pin had popped out, however the pin flew away and I was unable to find it. On my way home from work, I went by a kiosk in the mall to have a new pin installed hoping this time it will work. When I pulled out the watch to hand it to the clerk for repair, i noticed that the paint was already chipping off on once side of the band and it is noticeable and extensive. I have had the band for 3 days!!!The band didn't cost much, but geez already falling apart and shedding paint. I will keep it while I look for a better product, but I do not recommend buying this band at all.
Poor quality product

The watch band came in and installation took about 10 min. After wearing it for a bit, I tried to undo the clasp but it was stuck! The button on the side of the clasp would not activate the unlocking mechanism. I tried for an hour to take it off but to no avail. Eventually, I removed one of the spring bars and then I could get the band off. I'll be returning this because I can't even wear it for 1 day!
Looks like a great watch for a Smart Watch but it's not. Pay a bit more and get a better band.

The color rubs off almost immediately. Hard to size, there are only 2 pins you can remove on either side, not for those with small wrists. The click button for release is cheap, loose, and flimsy. Purchased this as a band for my LG G Watch, returned after less than a day of wear from the color it left behind on my skin. You get what you pay for.
good fit but horrible finish
August 16, 2014
I purchased this band as a replacement for my Pebble watch band. The fit was good and it even came with the tool needed to remove a link. However, part of the finish on the band came off when I peeled off the protective plastic revealing bright steel underneath. The finish seems really thinly applied and basically just painted on. I don't expect it to last very long.
