However, I appreciate the narrow back, which is surprisingly hard to find in men's thongs. I might buy these again sometime, but I'd definitely go up at least a size. The only problem (and it's a big one) is that the pouch is way too small. I was in pain every second these were on. My advice for you is that since this is an asian brand and everything asian runs small for Americans, don't buy these if you are of average size dick and balls or bigger. If you are smaller, this is would be a great and comfortable choice. If you are average or bigger, don't even think about it.
