They are superizingly well made for being a few dollar gag gift. And yes, the wife loved it, but the trunk is on the small side....and that isn't just me bragging, seriously it is a little tight. My boyfriend is pretty well endowed (about 8.5 inches long and a little over 2 inches in diameter), and it was plenty long enough, there was some extra room at the end, but it was a little tight. It comes exactly as pictured. Don't worry, he doesn't bite.....March 18, 2014 I bought this for MYSELF and I absolutely LOVE IT! I expected it to be way too small and really cheesy but I was wrong. It's the perfect size for a bigger elephant trunk to grow in when he awakens. Not at all tight when stretched and actually very comfortable to wear anytime. I am amazed that it isn't binding to just wear under pants. It has a nice soft feel and adds support much like briefs except it offers more freedom and movement than briefs. It also seems to have a cooling effect for some reason. And of course when it's time to show it off it's still comfy and stretches just as it should.It's very exciting, looks great, and fun to play with too.
