They were quick to respond and sent the needed part.I've used the bench and all features for about 3 months now and I am still very satisfied. Best Puzzle Ever - Assembled with just an adjustable socket wrench by a woman.October 3, 2016 I am a woman and I was able to put this together by myself with an adjustable socket wrench in about three hours, I think. I did not really time myself. You will have to use the little thing they include along with the wrench to get everything nice and tight. I love the attachment that lets you do seated rows. This will help me avoid that dreaded humped back that some women get from sitting over the computer all day. I give it two thumbs up. Best puzzle ever. I've read the reviews on the difficulty assembling this product. As long as you've got a ratchet set, you'll be in good shape. It took me a little over an hour to assemble and all of the parts came with it. It's really pretty easy to follow. Love It !!!April 11, 2016 Just got the bench today. See pics. So, from the time I cut the straps on the box to complete finish it took me 2hrs exactly. I used, 1 17mm socket, 1 17mm wrench, 1 14mm wrench and 1 13mm wrench. There was 2 bolts missing and 2 extra, but I happen to have the exact size bolts that was missing in the package. A 6ft bar does fit perfect, and I have 1" hole plates. I did load 3 50lb plates on front, leg extension peg for total of 150lbs. Could of held more I'd say. The bench, on my 6ft bar I loaded 6 50lb plates, plus my bar weighs 17lbs for a total of 317lbs, again, could of held more I'd say. And see pics. | | | |

Very sturdy frame and easy to adjust for positive/negative incline. A couple of flaws, but nothing serious; The preacher cushion has a poorly designed fastening which leaves it a bit unsturdy, but not so much that it is an actual problem, and the cushion fabric is indeed on the cheap side, imitation leather that eventually starts peeling/flaking off. It takes a good bit of time to assemble, but its pretty straight forward and comes with all tools required, would still recommend a legitimate screwdriver and wrenches but they are not required. For the price it works great, I specifically got this machine to do leg work on, I am 5'1 and for the most part I can do most of what I wanted but being a little short the leg pieces don't adjust enough for me to get the right fit. Unfortunately when I began using it was damaging the knurling on my bar, and I never felt sure that I wasn't going to miss the bar catch completely if I were racking modestly heavy weights.Most of these stands in this price range if not all have this same design where the bar catch is not flat on the surface where it touches the bar, but rather an upward "V" that creates a pressure point which can damage a barbell. I was able to gorilla glue thin strips of high density rubber (From left over gym flooring), but I realized that the quality of this did not match my existing setup and should not be mounted as a long term fixture in my setup. | Can't use it to decline. | Extremely cheaply made product.November 13, 2015 You get what you pay for. Its bare minimum support not stable. Came with broken plastics. The different metal parts that slide in to one another don't fit that well, it gets stuck all the time when you try to adjust the height. Try Another Weight BenchSeptember 17, 2017 I'm so disappointed in this weight bench. I'm 5'10" and can barely make it work. My feet brush the floor as I try to use the leg developer. I can't bench press without hitting the vertical supports. The leg developer wobbles. Also there are no instructions on how to use the ab attachment. I wish I could return the bench press but would really hate to take it apart after spending 1-5 hours to assemble it, and not to mention try to get it back into the box. The two weight rest bars are not separated wide enough and your arms holding the bar are too close. 2. The bench cushion is very bad with sharp edge. I have to put a pillow on it otherwise my back hurts. 3. the arm support (the preacher curl) is fixed on a very narrow metal piece with two screws only. I don't know how long it can last. | | DO NOT BUY!!!January 30, 2017 Set up everything was fairly easy, I did have to modify a few holes, which wasant to hard. However THE BENCH IN NOT AN OLYMPIC BENCH ! After completely setting up(which took several hours) throw some weight on there, the inside width is absolutely to narrow as you try and set the bar bell on the bench it's pinches and squeezes your hand. So I moved my hands closer on the bar (then what they should be) to try and make it work and Of coarse it didn't can't lift heavy weights cause how bad you get pinched. terrible purchase now I get to take apart and send back. The bar doesn't fit properly between the notches on the bench. Either the bar is too short or the bench is too narrow therefore you cannot put the bar with weights on it because it will be imbalanced and flip over. Take a look at the photo. The bench and weight set should not be recommended to be bought together because they don't match!!
