Great price on a high quality product. Cuts thru my small volunteer trees like it should. Lots less than Home Depot, Lowe's, etc .

Held its edge longer than the oem chain on my Echo. I was cutting into a 100 year old Ash tree that was about 28in in diameter.

Fantastic improvement over factory chain. I replaced the factory chain on my Poulan Pro 5020av with this chain. The difference is night and day. The saw has a lot of horsepower and cuts OK with the factory chain. But, with this chain it fell through a 12 inch hickory log in 5 to 7 seconds! In my opinion, if you want to realize the full potential of the Poulan 5020av, this chain is a must have. I went from a good saw, to an awesome saw!

This is the anti-kickback design and it lives up to expectations. I especially like the sharpening guide marks on each tooth. They take a lot of guess-work out of sharpening teeth in the field. The chain was plenty sharp and ready to go out of the package. My advice is to not use the "Fits saw blah-blah and blah" seen on most packaging...especially if your saw is over five years old. Learn what pitch and gauge mean for your saw and the number of links it requires. Then learn the tooth style and shape. You'll be a more informed buyer for your next chain and/or bar.

This is a superior chain. I cut and split 14 cords of wood annually and that task demands the tools hold up. These chains keep an edge well and do not show much of a stretch after say the first 2 or 3 decent cuts. If u do a light sharpening when u refill for gas u're going to be feeling like u've always got a brand new chain to work with. Just 3 or 4 file strokes with the file and this puppy will hold a superior edge. i've noticed these chains carry a healthy amount of oil out the bar chamber. I would keep that relationship with the bar oil and guard against the reservoir going dry. These chains seem sensitive to having plenty of oil.

This chain is the direct replacement chain for a Poulan Pro 5020av. The saw is fairly new and the information out there for it is contradictory. the original chain is of the same stock but the replacement dose have a link with a part number stamped which is a plus for the next time. I've been removing dead standing timber for a neighbor and these chains slice thru the "seasoned" hedge and mulberry with no problems, had the wood I was cutting only been wood they would last the life of the saw but they don't and weren't intended to cut metal embedded wood.

I am very happy with these chains. They get twice the time between sharpening and they don't stretch as fast a others. They have more teeth and cut faster.. They last a long time compared to the chain specified for this saw.

Installed on my Husqvarna E142 chainsaw and it works good. I recommend getting the Dremel chainsaw sharpening kit. This ensures you get maximum life from your chain. I fyou have used a chainsaw enough you know it is easy to dull the chain. So its either replaces chains on a regular basis, pay someone to sharpen them or do it yourself which will save you a good amount of cash.

Replaced the the original factory chain that came with my Craftsman chainsaw. This chain takes out bigger chucks and not saw dust like the one that was on it new. Plus hasn't kicked back on me once after over 2 hours of cutting. The key is to sharpen the chain at least ever tank of gas. I Ordered an Oregon 5/32- inch file from amazon and takes only 5 minutes to sharpen the chain after a couple minutes of practice.

Durable blade, cuts great! Got it as a replacement blade for a Poulan Pro 18" saw. Fits fine, made quick work of downed tree in my parents yard.Funny story - when I first put it on, it was not working; at all. Was spinning, but not cutting, throwing off sparks, etc. Got to thinking, "man, I got ripped off", and actually drove to Lowes to find another replacement. Was talking to the folks there, and they asked if I had it on correctly. I realized I didn't even check that; went back, turned it around, and it fit perfectly & cut just like it was supposed to. Guess I should use it more often :-)Final verdict - no complaints here!

Fits my craftsman 18" well and has many more cutting blades than original. I would purchase it again in the future.

This chain was a nice upgrade to the original Poulan Pro chain that came with my chainsaw. It seems to spray out bigger chunks of sawdust, so not as much getting in chainsaw to clean up.

Just as advertised - it fit the saw while the same package purchased in big box store did not.

Nice and sharp, and fits my Poulan PP5020AV perfectly. Did I mention it's sharp! No if I could just get the saw to start a little easier.

I got it brand new in the box. I would have rated it higher if it listed my model chain saw as one that it fits, so I had to do a lot of research to figure out that it's the chain for my Craftsman 50 cc 20" chain saw (Model 358.350980). Cuts great.I purchased 3 of these for my saw. If I'm cutting all day I swap out it out and re-sharpen after 1-2 days. After sharpening they still cut as good as new.

From what I can tell this will do the job for sure. Only problem I have is I haven't gotten around to putting on my tool.

Fits my Craftmen saw fine. The first run was satisfactory. I just need it to cut longer with less sharpening than the original chain. So it difficult to rate higher than a four... Sharp out the box and nice cuts in light use for early spring clean up cuts

I needed to replace a dull chain in a hurry and this did as well as the original chain on my Poulan chainsaw. The price made it possible to get a second chain rather than be without the original while it was being sharpened.

Great fit function for our chain saws. Sometimes out of stock/hard to find at local big box stores or elsewhere. That was the case with us.Chains are highly specific to your chainsaw and drive gear. Be sure/very careful to check the application for your specific chain saw, in length, number of links, and cutter chain type.The hassle of chain sharpening, cost of shop fees to re-sharpen chains, compared to new chains is a toss up.We buy a few new chain sets to add to our small pool of used chains that we periodically sharpen en mass, and change them out as needed in the woods.Have read, but cannot confirm that the single chain packaged products are made in the USA, and the dual packs are made in China. Possibly others can jump in here with comments on that.

but who cares right? as long as a chain saw chain is new and it cuts. with that said, in oregon cardboard box which was all but flat in the mailbox. no need to see anyone because no over-sized packaging and wasted plastic.

i used it to cut into 15 logs from a falling oak tree;worked ok; better than the original chain.After 15 cuts, chain is all used up and a new one is needed.

These chains work on my Jonsreds saw and the price is better than those in the retail stores.

Chain is okay. Oregon used to make a chain that would last a year of use, but now you're luckt to get 24 true hours of use.

I ordered this product but instead received a D66 item number. That being said, it did not fit my chainsaw and I had to run around to stores looking for the right one I needed. Too bad I had ordered this as a back up so I could not return to amazon as I had not opened it until after the return date. Good product I'm sure but not able to do anything with this now.

Was dull after cutting up a medium poplar. Not thrilled.

I gave this three stars because the product is as advertised and it should fit our chain saw but doesn't seem to want to slip on right. Not sure if it is a defective chain or a defective user.

These wear out much too quickly.

The first one they sent how do defect which made it useless. I returned it and the new one sent has worked just fine.

I think they forget to sharpen there chain's

Fits my Poulan Pro, but isn't as described. The picture and description say it's a 70 link, but is actually a 72.

Went dull quickly, like fifteen minutes quickly. Did not hold up with the type of wood I had to cut (admittedly not the best). So now I have to figure out how to sharpen, or a waste of $14

Didn't fit my Ryobi 18" chainsaw (it's about an inch too short) despite being advertised as being same length and specification as my chainsaw's chain. Be careful when shopping for chains and be really certain that it is compatible!

I have a craftsman which came with 2 chains of very good quality and tough. But this replacement seemed too light, too thin....something was not right. I did not trust it. Maybe I got the wrong one? Well, I returned it and hopefully I will find an OEM.

After reading many rave reviews I purchased two of these. They may be awesome, but they won't fit a Homelite Pro 18" saw - no way no how.

This did not fit my 18 inch craftsman chain saw. It fell a link too short to use it on my chainsaw.

Yet another wrong description/product! I'm about done ordering from Amazon as this has been a constant battle to get wrong products constantly. 2nd time in 1 week! I just got off the phone with Oregon and they confirmed these are different blades than the d70. Was told these have high kickback and to be careful when using compared to a d70. Sure it will work if battling the chain kicking back is not as bad as Oregon made it sound. It's getting to the point where spending the extra $8 to buy the right product at local stores is worth the frustration, extra work as I'm heading to UPS store now to make a return, and not getting the work accomished that needs to get done. This is rediculous! These blades are old design of d70 that has been improved for safety reasons.

They don't fit my 20" poulan pro chainsaw.The rail sliders on the inside of chain do not fit this saw!

Start by looking at the picture they show. That is not what I got!!! It was re-packaged and open both (not 1) of the chain saw blades it bought, SO THIS WAS NOT AN ACCEDENT. I paid more because I am sick of crap, made in China blades from Home Depot, but what did I get???I asked the seller to contact me and they did not, Worning!!!

false ads. ordered Oregon brand, received a chain inside a broken plain box, no description, no brand name, no way to tell if it is used or new. return straight back.

Sharpness didnt last a day

The Oregon S62 was recommended for my Homelite 46 cc 18" chain saw. The recommended chain did not fit. The photo shows that the code is the same, but the package no longer says "Homelite". Since I didn't change it right away, the return date expired by 1 week. Very disappointing. Will change my recommendation if Amazon allows me to exchange the chain.

Returned - does not fit my Homelite 4618.

Opened new package. Found one of the chain links not entirely connected from factory. Can't return back to Amazon since I opened it after return expiration date passed. Out $15.
