Excellent and diverse USB gaming controller!
August 1, 2015
As the headline says, this little device truly is fantastic and diverse. I have thus far tried it on 4 different computers respectively running Windows XP (build 3), Windows Vista, and a custom Linux OS.And each time the plug and play feature never failed to impress. The analog sticks have hardly and dead zone, and actually provide the gradual increase of pressure required for any gamer concerned with exact and precice analog stick control. As for the two extra buttons on the right pad, they may seem daunting at the very first moment you gaze at their glory, but after playing (especially N64 games!) you will wonder how you ever managed with only four buttons. As for durability, these suckers can go through gaming hell and back, all the while managing to maintain their structural integrity as well as control sensitivity. The one and only complaint about these controllers I have is that you can't just buy one! As soon as the first controller arrives, you will place your order for another few. I know I did. They really are that great.
WORKS FOR GTA5 on PC!!!!!!!
May 18, 2015
Seeing how everyone thinks you need an external program to make this work for GTA5 on PC...well you DO NOT!!!!!! Simply start up GTA5 go to settings, then select game pad [using your keyboard]...Once in game pad scroll to the bottom and click on calibrate controller. once this has been achieved then you may save it using what ever button you assigned for A on your controller then you are free to play the game with your newSabrent Twelve-Button USB 2.0 Game controller!!!! Most people believe you need to use a xbox controller but this one is compatible with GTA5 on PC. I had friends tell me I needed an external program I even downloaded them and still nothing...It was simple as going to settings and calibrating this particular controller to get it to work. Figured it all out on me own!! yay me!
Excellent contoller for a great price! No issues.

I have owned this product for several days and feel that I have logged enough time on it to give you a quality review. So, here it is......1. The product came in good packaging and arrived in a timely manner. Can't ask for anything better there.2. The product came in the same type packaging that you would expect to see at a box store. There were professional grade instructions inside as well as an installation CD in case you don't have access to the internet.3. The controller has a great feel to it. It's not gonna be as heavy as the late model console controller (xbox 360, ONE, ps3, ps 4). This is due to the fact that there are no rumble packs inside the unit. Otherwise, the construction is remarkably similar to one of those aforementioned units. There are no rough edges, no flaws in manufacturing, and the unit as a whole has an ergonomic feel to it. My wife has fairly small hands and I have fairly large and we both have no trouble using the features of this unit.4. The features of this controller are abundant yet, not typically what you would see in a controller. The center of the unit--where you would typically see a SELECT button-- has a turbo, mode, and clear keys(3 separate keys). This is not bad or good, just different. The turbo key came in hand in a couple games. It let me just hold down the attack button and my character would just keep attacking.....no frantic mashing is nice when gold farming or just cruising through certain areas. The analog sticks work great and are both "clickable."5. All the games I played with the controller set up easily. The sticks were recognized and none of the set up took longer than 2 minutes. A breeze in every way.So, in summation I have to say that this controller has more than met all my expectations. The only slight issue I have found is the buttons are a bit on the small side (compare to ps4/Xb ONE) and this takes just a small amount of getting accustomed to. Don't worry....my fingers are on the large side and my wife says this is NOT an issue for NORMAL members of the human race that have fingers not sausages on the end of their hands. This unit is excellent and will provide a good gaming experience for you. I was very wary of such an inexpensive product but, I gave it a chance. I'm glad I did because this controller saved me 30 bucks and does everything I needed it to do. Give it a try if you need a low cost controller for your PC.
Exellent controller, low price.

I had been contemplating on whether or not I wanted to buy myself a legitimate game pad for my PC for a long time. I had previously been using my Nintendo Wii Remote over wireless Bluetooth to play emulators and even Steam games, and for the most part, it worked pretty flawlessly. But I often found things that just required more buttons than the Wii Remote offers.I went through a lot of different controllers on this website, and judging by the pictures, this was the best value at this price point, and I don't think I was wrong in that assumption.PROS:-The controller arrived incredibly fast, and was packaged nicely.-The controller is made of a sturdy plastic, and feels very solid.-The Weight of the controller is balanced and is perfect for long gaming sessions.-The joysticks are very smooth and have just the right amount of resistance to them.-Controller is analog, can be switched to digital (I think, not entirely sure.)-Turbo functions are perfect for Side-Scrolling Shooters and SHMUPS-Buttons are nice and "clicky"-The Controller is very responsive-Works well with SNES, Genesis, Playstation 1&2, Nintendo 64, and NES emulators.-Set up was quick and painless.-Form factor is basically a Playstation 2 controller, so comfort is a constant. Very nice for extended gaming sessions.CONS:-The 1 and 3 buttons are a little to close to the left stick, I found my thumbs rubbing against the stick. Which was uncomfortable.-Doesn't have any functioning START or SELECT buttons-The D-Pad's buttons have a lot of travel time on them. Which takes a bit of getting use to.-Cord is only about 2/3's the length of an official PS2 Controller (Doesn't effect me, but might some.)The negatives this controller has, aren't nearly enough for me to remove any stars at all from the overall score. Though there are a few of them, they are really just little nit picks that can very easily be worked around and adjusted to.The controller is a lot better than I was expecting for the low price of 9.99 USD.If you're in the market for a gaming controller for your PC, this isn't a bad choice.A solid design, comfortable form factor, and responsive controls make this an incredibly good choice for the other more expensive controllers on the market.EDIT:After a few weeks of frequent use on this controller, I can say for certain that you're not going to find a better value when it comes to quality.I've played countless hours of gameplay with this controller, and it continues to work like new.
lovin it

I use this to play basically every game I have on my laptop. I've played n64 games, mass effect 2 and 3, bioshock, marvel heroes, prince of persia: warrior within, sands of time, pop4, etc. The one big thing I should mention is that none of the games were designed for this controller so even if you're lucky and your game recognizes your controller, either it will not assign all the controls or the controls will not be properly assigned. The best and easiest way to get this working for your games is to install something like xpadder and use that to assign controls (so even if a game doesn't allow the use of a controller, you actually can by assigning keyboard controls to this controller). Chances are, you'll have to do this for each game you want to play, but ONLY ONE TIME for each game. Once you have it set up the way you like for a game, you can just save the layout and load it back next time you play. So, it's not exactly "plug and play" like the ps3 or xbox360, but it's cheap, can have up to 24 buttons (including joysticks+dpad) if you assign with xpadder, and it literally takes seconds to get it running. Imo, the feel of the controller feels just like a playstation controller except that it feels smaller for some reason (maybe the buttons are smaller or too close together? Idk) so I will say that if you have big hands, you'll probably want another controller. ALSO, THE BUTTONS IN THE MIDDLE WHERE IT SAYS MODE, TURBO, AND CLEAR, in place of Start and Select buttons, CAN NOT BE ASSIGNED A CONTROL! So, you still have 24 buttons that you can assign through xpadder, but they do not include the middle buttons. I honestly have no idea what they do
Perfect for the emulator crowd! Just a few drawbacks...
November 11, 2013
This is a 4.5 review, being generous with the rounding, not a true 5/5.Because of all the buttons, you can play all of the popular systems including N64, which was a huge reason for getting this. OK, it doesn't have a dedicated Z button, but you could easily use R2/L2 for that since the N64 only has two shoulder buttons anyway. The sticks and buttons are completely decent for play, although I admit they don't feel high quality. If you just want something to allow you to play games with a controller instead of keyboard, the quality is just fine. Rarely do I find myself yearning for tighter controls (usually this only happens during a particularly difficult racing track or fighting game, and even then, I can still adjust and win the game).I dislike the fact that this lacks a start and select button. But I won't complain too much, I just set Enter/Spacebar for Start/Select and call it a day. It would be sweeter if I didn't have to do that though. Now, the only big problem with this isn't even something I can deduct points for, but I must warn others to be fair: this controller is extremely fragile. Far more than other professional controllers made by gaming companies, which can take abuse. I'm not going to say that's a negative because depending on how careful you are, it might not even factor into your decision. But I know there are other clumsy gamers out there who'd like to know this beforehand. It WILL break if you drop it only a few times from a moderate height. Mine broke apart completely and all the little bits flew all over the place. I've never seen a controller break like that from a short fall in my entire life. My Xbox controller has suffered worse and it's still functional. But I really loved this controller because of the versality, so much that I plan on getting a new one and being more careful with it instead of looking for a different brand. I love it that much, and if it fixed its few flaws it would be PERFECT.

I needed a controller with a lot of buttons so I bought this to see if I liked it better than the Saitek P990 which is considerable more money.Pros:+ Extremely low price+ Ergonomically fit well (I'm 6'3 and have big hands and it's still comfortable to use)+ Light weight but doesn't feel cheapCons:- Instead of a Turbo / Clear button which I won't use, I would have preferred two more usable buttons- D-pad is a little stiff so it may not be the best choice for fighting gamesOverall:I ended up liking this controller more than the Saitek P990. You'll be hard pressed to find a better controller with this amount of buttons at this price point.Overall I'm happy with my purchase and use it frequently.
Functional and Affordable
June 16, 2015
I was looking for a simple controller that would work as plug and play on my laptop. This definitely fit the bill for that, although I'd prefer one with less buttons. Specifically I wanted to use it to play arcade games using Mame. This works for that with limitations. It does not play well with target shooting games where you have a cross-hair you need to move precisely. It also doesn't work well with trackball type games or steering wheel games. For the price though, it's a very acceptable general use controller. It's not as well put together as a Playstation or Xbox controller but then again it's a lot cheaper in price too. I would recommend it, just don't expect top of the line for $10.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!
April 7, 2015
Pros: This controller is actually very responsive and has separate Directional buttons.Cons: controller is too small and buttons are too close for my hands. It got uncomfortable quick and hurts. So I'll explain why I buy this in the first place. I used to play alot of Super Street Fighter IV on Playstation 3 with a starter Arcade Stick. I was never comfortable with the stick but it was very responsive. Afterwards I got lazy and just used a Playstation 3 Controller and can pull off combos just like an arcade stick and the directional buttons are separate. I don't like the one plastic circle directional buttons on the XBOX 360 Controllers thus causes me to lose my matches on XBOX360 because of that issue. I then see this controller and decided to try it out. I could execute combos on this thing for the PC better than my logitech controller and the directional buttons are separate as to what I love so much about it. Only issue I have is apparantly the controller is small and uncomfortable on my hands it hurts. I would give this a perfect 5 if it didn't hurt my hands so much do to everything being so close together and too small for me.Overall: This is perfect for the price if you wanna have better matches on Fighting Games and if you have small hands
The layout is awesome! Quality is Questionable, but they have good customer service
June 27, 2014
Note: EDIT AS OF 2/9/15... After I submitted this review I was contacted by the customer service team. They shipped me a new controller back in July'15 and its working great today 2/9/15. I'd now rate this product 4.5 STARS as my only problem was the controllers I purchased all broke on me. Again the one they shipped me is still working. Good service, good solution to my problem, and I'm happy. The layout is awesome! However the product is made very cheap. I purchased two controllers in March'14. The screws actually dropped out the first one. I tried to screw them back in, but the screws were too small. Nice going Store4pc. I continued to play on the "screwless" controller, but it finally went to pieces... literally. I started playing with the 2nd remote in June and the right analog stick is now broke. The reason I purchased two controllers is because I had two others and they both broke. That's four controllers broke since Nov'13. Again, the first two lasted a bit longer. I really like the controller, but the quality sucks!! It's a chance I'll buy one more to see if I just had bad luck with the last two and after that I'm done!
Is as advertised.
July 19, 2013
ProsThe controller itself is a glossy blue finish witch looks beautiful in light or dark settings. The buttons/analog are very responsive and work well. The layout with the 6 buttons on the side is perfect for certain games, fighters in particular.Built solid, real solid.Perfect for emulators of the ps2 and xbox era and under.ConsThe controller itself will not not be detected on burnout, borderlands 2,and batman city goty (others as well) even though windows 7/8 reads the axis and buttons just fine on a laptop and desktop I have. This controller will not work with xbox 360 controller emulation because the right analog stick registers as the left trigger axis and their is no way to change that (hardware setup in the controller). The controller sticks are not 100% centered but they register as being in the middle when floating.*Note*The buttons in the middle are not start and select witch means that buttons 5 and 6 should take the place of them. They are mode, clear, and turbo ((rapid fire)).The L2 and R2 are buttons not triggers (they don't function with axis).Might want to get the Logitech f series controllers instead for 5$ more because they register as xbox360 controllers for the pc and their is so much less work to do to set up the controller, and it will work with ps3/xbox360.
Niche product with good value
June 3, 2013
For the low price, this gamepad has a lot of nice perks, although it does have some issues. It's best for 2D games, including fighting games, which is probably the main reason you'd want a 6-button gamepad.Pros:- Solid buttons that have a nice "pop" to them.- D-Pad is actually four separate buttons - it's almost impossible to put in a diagonal by accident, a problem that plagues many PC gamepads.- Analog stick has a concave indent and a rubber texture that makes it hold to your thumb very well, I have a much easier time doing quick double-taps and similar precise motions with it than my previous gamepads.- Turbo function is useful and intuitive - holding Turbo and pressing a button puts that button in turbo fire mode, and holding Clear and pressing that button again turns turbo fire mode off.- Good length USB cable, should be comfortable with any desk setup.Cons:- The gamepad itself is a bit small, so the buttons also need to be small to fit on it.- The D-Pad buttons stick out more than they should, so it's hard to roll across it. (However, this is somewhat moot since you can just use the stick for games that require these motions.)- There's no traditional Start and Select buttons; you'll need to use either L2/R2 or buttons 5 and 6 for this.- In analog mode, the sticks have unpleasantly large deadzones, making them hard to use for games that require tiny adjustments (such as racing games). This gamepad is thus not recommended for most 3d games.- It's a generic gamepad, so no special driver support or programmable functions.Overall, the D-Pad and the stick offer superior control for 2D games, and the additional face buttons can help create a more comfortable control layout; this is a pretty nice gamepad for old-school emulation at a low cost.

Not as it seems
August 15, 2016
This controller appears great at the first glance. Mine is sturdy and ergonomic. Unfortunately, several of these buttons are useless. The presence of two joysticks might make you think it has two joysticks, but the right one is tied to 4 of the buttons to the right. This just adds unnecessary redundancies to the controller. The gamepad is tied to the left joystick, so despite it looking like a modified ps2 controller, it cannot act as one. There is no way to use it to play games that you need a second joystick to aim. I have also noticed it not wanting to connect to a friend's computer to play games one there, but I have never had any issues getting to to play games on mine.If you just want a gamepad to play simple games with few controls, this works well. If you want to play anything else, it's not worth it.
Research what those middle buttons are and do before buying.
May 29, 2016
It works nicely. The buttons feel good and it's responsive. I don't understand the mode button's purpose. It switches "analog/digital", disabling some buttons when it's off. It looks completely useless to me. Seriously, why does this exist? The other two are turbo and clear. My theory is they needed something that resembled a start and select buttons at the center and filled it with those useless buttons. That might not be a deal breaker for most people, as the gamepad is perfectly functional and feels pretty nice. But I made a bad purchase because this is not what I thought it would be. I bought this controller thinking the middle 3 buttons were actually going to send signals too, like a start and select buttons, but no. There is nothing like start or select on this gamepad. They alter the controller state internally. My idea was to use this controller with many buttons as my main pad on a raspberry pi emulation station machine. So I would configure those buttons to do things like save state, quit etc. Now I'm left with a controller that has exactly as many buttons any other modern gamepad. This gamepad was a waste of my money.
Sticky Situation.
November 29, 2015
I received the product in I damaged condition but the left joystick sticks and it said it was plug and play for Mac, but you must download a program like USB OVERDRIVE first. Otherwise okay

lol so all they did was switch the buttons they didnt add more buttons let me explainthey took off the pause and select button and replace them with button 1 and 3 making you think they added more buttons so its the same as normal gamepadthis controllers color is awesome its like a teal blue colornow the buttonsbutton 1 and 3 its the pause and select button just moved elsewherebuttone 2,4,5,6 would be triangle square circle and x on playstation and x,y,b,a on xboxthe middle buttons are not buttons as they cannot be used these are to select how to use your game pad with analog or without analog turbo mode and thats it dont know what the clear button is forthe rest of the controller is a typical xbox or ps controller 2 analogs 1 cross pad and 4 triggersi would only recommend this controller if you are going to be playing gamecube or n64 games other than that this controller is not worth it, just get an xbox controller as it works without extra driver work

January 24, 2015
I had some difficulty with this item at first, but it was mostly on my computer. When you plug it in it handles all the drivers you may ever need for it. What you need to make sure of is that you don't have any other conflicting drivers otherwise it will not register. In my case it was one i used to make my ps3 controller register as a 360 controller called motioninjoy ds3(which I would not recommend considering how poorly it works and how it lingers). once I got rid of that then i just plugged in the controller and it reset its installation and went in just fine. You can also use it on steam by going into big picture mode and going to the controller settings to set your bindings. you will be short one button compared to the 360 controller but you can just skimp on the home button since it isn't needed. The analog button on it is nifty where it changes whether or not it uses the 2nd joystick and reverts its bindings to the d-pad to keep things easy. The length of the cable isn't too bad an issue and all the buttons are responsive. there is a turbo feature slapped on but i wouldn't recommend it because of how wonky turbo generally is
Mediocre quality
October 21, 2014
Quality is not very good, but not the worst either. Buttons were responsive enough, but one of the sticks was quite rough in its movement. Not smooth. Definitely not in the same league as big name brands. The manufacturer of the board inside is Dragon Rise, Inc and they manufacture many devices for various resellers like Sabrent, Tomee, and some of the other generic brands you see out there. The big problem: Dragon Rise was too lazy to give each controller its own USB vendor id and product id. Instead they just reuse the same VID, PID, and name for every controller regardless of the joystick layout. On this Sabrent, what is normally Select and Start has been moved to the trigger buttons, then those triggers moved to the 2 extra buttons on the action area. I just happen to be the author of an input system for Unity and bought this controller for mapping with my input system, however because of the manufacturer's laziness, the controller cannot be distinguished from any of the other Dragon Rise controllers even at the lowest USB level. That means I cannot provide support for this controller for my users.

Not recommended for fighting games
February 28, 2016
I have given this controller 2 stars only because it did not suit my purposes as fighting pad. One could get used to the small buttons which are spaced too close to one another. The D-pad feels like 4 buttons which are placed north, south, east, and west. The d-pad is not one which allows for quarter-circle motions which are a staple of fighting games like Street Fighter V. It doesn't feel like one component of the pad. This is not a bad pad. The construction of the pad seems sound and might play well with platform style gaming. However, I had to purchase the FC4 as the buttons are larger and more spaced apart and the D-pad is more akin to what you might be used to. The company did ship it out quickly. However, If you want this for a fighting game I would not recommend it.
Sure is cheap
December 12, 2015
I got this controller to play emulators on my MacBook. I was most interested in the 6 buttons because it would allow me to play almost anything, but I also wanted to pay very little.I sure got what I paid for. A week in I started noticing that some of the buttons need to be pressed down completely and in the right spot every time for them to work. The D pad doesn't work very well at all, the joysticks don't have the full range of motion you would expect so you'll end up suddenly running to the right instead of diagonally (which, since I was playing Crash Bandicoot, made it so that I couldn't reliably do time trials). It's important in that game (and many others) to repeatedly and rapidly press one button, but I often found myself dying because the controller wasn't responding like it should. I am very disappointed overall. I knew it was going to be cheap, but I didn't think it would prevent me from enjoying the game. It feels like it has gotten worse as I've continued to use it.It is also a small controller and having to use R1 and R2 in close succession is a nightmare. My hand just hurts from how it has to be contorted so I can't play as long as I would like and I don't accomplish as much as I could because, again, the buttons don't work very well.I'll unfortunately be searching for a new controller in the next few days. This one might stay as a backup, though I'm considering just giving it away. Sure, I play better with a controller than without, but that's barely saying anything anymore.
Probably Not A Good Choice, Despite the Interesting Novelty
July 2, 2015
I got it because of the 6 face buttons, which is probably also why you're interested in it, and for emulation. The controller isn't satisfying because the overall feel is really cheap and the D-pad especially is too pronounced an stiff when used. The L&R and L2&R2 also especially suck. But the controller was compatible with my PC, so on that side it works well.At $10.00 or less, I can't say I recommend it. Budget controllers in this price range aren't typically your friend.*I was so disappointed with its opposite of smooth use feel that I only used it the day it arrived. Now, it's just there.
Not for people with big thumps.
January 11, 2015
The problem I find with this controller is that the buttons are too close together. Resulting me hitting two or three buttons at the same time. When e.g. pressing the button in the center I actidentaly always press the the two bottons next to it.
Windows 8 - Not functional
August 29, 2014
Tested on Windows 8 with DirectX 11.After activating the controller and ensuring that Windows recognized the controller, I activated it by pressing the mode button. I pushed every button and manipulated both sticks only to find that although Windows was able to detect movement in the "Devices" menu, but it would not translate into actually movement of any sort. In addition the controller installer stated that I did not have at least DirectX 7, despite the fact that I most certainly do.Aside from technological flaws, the left analog was not even centered. I would have been able to overlook this, but the controller didn't work in the first place. All in all, I didn't expect a masterpiece for something as cheap as 10 dollars, but I did expect it to function on windows 8, as claimed in the description.
Technically fully functional, but uncomfortable
March 25, 2014
This controller worked just fine out of the box for Windows7-64, no need to touch the included disc for drivers or anything else. It was detected without issue by Steam games as well.Unfortunately, the controller is incredibly cramped and otherwise uncomfortable to use. While the same overall size as a standard controller such as the XBox 360's, there is very little space between the d-pad and the left analog stick, making it difficult to use the d-pad without accidentally sending conflicting input via the analog stick. For games that lend themselves to directional rather than analog input (such as platformers or 2d fighters), this is a crippling flaw.In a more general sense, the face buttons are all sharp-edged and raised an unusually high distance above the surrounding plastic. Rolling or sliding your finger across the buttons is unpleasant, especially on the d-pad, where the buttons aren't even circular in cross-section. Additionally, while there are indentations on the base of either leg of the controller, presumably for one's fingers, they don't fit by any stretch of the imagination - or of my hands. Perhaps they would work for a very small child. In short, while this controller does WORK, it is a miserable experience, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

NOT Plug and Play for Mac. Customer Service Nonexistent.
December 27, 2016
Feels extremely cheap. Likely to break if dropped on hard floors. Buttons stick and don't feel like they would respond well, if you can get it to work at all. It is advertised as Plug and Play, but that is certainly not the case on my mac. The included instructions and installation cd only include Windows material, not Mac. No information/downloads on their website is for Mac. A week after contacting tech support I still have not received a response.Extremely frustrating. You get what you pay for I guess.
Literally does not function at all
November 30, 2016
I bought two of these. One arrived with a bent USB. Neither works on either my mac or my PC. on the mac buttons seem to register totally wrong if at alll. On windows, it registers "button 1" as being constantly dialed and no other keys register. I have tried downloading drivers from the sabrent website but they do nothing. It seems to be simply nonfunctional. I was not able to get a refund because the seller insisted it could not be malfunctioning.
unusable
November 27, 2015
It looks ok, calibration seems fine, buttons all work in the settings, but under normal use you will press the wrong button because they are smashed so close together even with small hands. Not only that, as you are holding down 1 button and using another button to jump, the run button will let up before you even let up off of the button. Almost a good controller. If they redesigned it with just a little more space it would be good.
ZERO STARS RATING
October 21, 2015
If I could give this thing 0 stars I would. Have spent 6 hours looking for some solution to get this controller to work. Obviously, this does NOT work with windows 8.1. It doesn't work my steam games, which is the reason for purchase in the first place. Save your money!

I purchased this controller in order to play emulated and non-emulated games on my PC. This Sabrent controller is, by and large, the wrong choice. Here is why:1) The right analog stick shares signal path with buttons 1,2,3,4, meaning you cannot separately map right analog stick and buttons 1,2,3,4.2) The left analog stick shares signal path with the directional pad, meaning you cannot separately map the left analog stick and the directional pad.In both cases, one set of controls overrides the other. If it wasn't sold for so cheap, I'd say it was a scam. That said, it looks like they produced a controller with a deep design flaw. I gave them a chance and called their support department. I was told that my program's mapping was responsible, and that I could get a replacement although the problem would remain. The person answering the phone seemed to have no idea how human input devices work, and did not understand what it meant when I said, "right analog cannot map distinctly from buttons 1,2,3,4."I will avoid this product and anything else by Sabrent. Thank goodness I learned this lesson for $15.P.S. There is no manual on their CD as their documentation states, and at least one of the file names on the CD is misspelled. This is not a good choice, even for bargain-basement hunting.

Problem #1 As soon as I took it out of the plastic the Sabrent logo piece in the middle fell off and I discovered that it was only held on by a very small amount of hot glue. Really, I meant really ?Problem #2 The description of the product says that it has a vibration function, but after trying countless times using various different applications, the vibration failed to work. Upon further investigation I discovered the reason for the lack of vibration was because the product was supposed to ship with a driver CD which enabled the vibration, but mine did not come with such a CD and without it the vibration function will NOT work. I am not the only person who has this problem either, my friend bought the gamepad before I did and she also said that her's did not come with a CD either and her's does not vibrate either.Problem #3 The L2 and R2 buttons do not respond half of the time and since this was the main reason I bought the gamepad, it makes it pretty much useless to me.Thankfully, this thing was cheap, because that is exactly how it looks, feels, and performs... Disappointed.Update: (April 28th, 2014)After my initial review I was contacted by a member of Sabrent who apologized for the inconvenience and said he would send me out a new gamepad to replace the defective one I already had which he did and I received it yesterday. I wish I could say that this gamepad fixed all the issues I was having with the first one, but sadly that would not be the truth. Infact, the replacement gamepad has an even a bigger issue than the first one which is the left thumb stick will always stick in the downward position when you pull the stick back towards you and I have to manually push it back to it's original position with my thumb to make it unstick.I contacted Sabrent again and told them about the issue with the replacement controller and they did say they would refund my money in 2-3 business days. I guess I will just have to wait to see if they honor their word and I will update my review again if/when that happens.
