Great product, it works well to lift my 2008 Harley Softail Deluxe to change the oil and adjust my shocks. I Highly recommend this product.
Excellent

The jack worked great on my Honda VTX1300. You had to position it toward the front so it would fit under the fame; howver, it fit very well. The bike was stable, and very easy to lift.
Great Lift
February 7, 2015
This thing has not let me down yet...I was a little skeptical buying this as i was afraid it would not be wide enough for my 2014 Harley Davidson StreetGlide. The width is perfect and it seemed to lift the bike with ease. I am very happy with the lift. The only criticism i can give is that the handle to pull the dolly is ridiculous. It attaches to the lift with one screw and the castors on the lift do not seem to roll freely making it very difficult to move the bike around once lifted...Other than that...Im happy.

Good lift, not as stable as I would like but lifts with ease
Lift well made
May 13, 2014
The lift has a low initial profile for my H-D and is a well made heavy duty lift. Well worth the money.
works well

Good quality for the money

Very well built jack. Does what it is advertised to do. Good quality for the money. Arrived sooner than expected.
Strong and sturdy! Love that it comes w/ 2 tie downs
January 19, 2016
Strong and sturdy! Love that it comes w/ 2 tie downs. I currently have my 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan on it. I added a 2x4 and a 1x1 to the lift bars to help get the front tire off the ground and protect my oil drain plug. I've seen other people that built their own custom base to help w/ bike balance. It's sort of a 'one size fits all' but you may want a 2x4 around or something. It's just hard to get both bars in the perfect spot (to get both tires off the ground) and avoid the drain plug. Happy I went with the Craftsman, usually worth a little extra money.

Works great. Good deal.
Super fast delivery
May 30, 2015
Super fast delivery. Box was beat to hell but luckily the loose nut didn't fall out, I'm blaming that on shipper not seller. Minor assembly, came with the 2 straps, worked perfect for my Harley Night Train. First use was polishing my rear wheel. Next use is taking wheel off to swap pulleys. Just an awesome deal! I worked at a bike shop years ago and had one in there I used on Harleys that came in once in a great while. There is a difference between that one and this one though. This one has 2 holes in each bar that contacts the frame. Holes for adaptors maybe?

The rubber pads came off right away. Just glue them back. Still not a bad buy, it functions at expected.
worked well
February 25, 2016
Bought this for my boyfriend as a gift. He seems happy with it and I have not heard any complaints. He builds/modifies his bikes so I cannot prvide much detail around the type of bike he has on it but they do sit very low.
Good value.
September 18, 2015
Overall pretty good value. No problem with my heavy cruiser at all. Only negative was the packaging was pretty flimsy and the unit was a little scraped up and some of the HW was missing and loose. I had washers and nuts that fit so the trip to the HW store that would have knocked this to 3 stars was avoided...
not for lower suspensions
May 16, 2015
Will not fit under my 08 street glide. I put a 2x6 in front of front and back tire drive up onto them then the lift will slide under. A pain in the A$$.let's down a little fast but other than that a great product and once bike is in the air very sturdy.
if the bolt wasn't bent it would be 5 stars
April 9, 2015
Other than the bolt for locking the control arm being bent about 40 degrees, this looks and operates very well
Motorcycle Jack Review
February 28, 2015
Package arrived quickly, but pretty well beat up...Numerous tears in the box, enough to where the bag of hardware ( nuts and washers) were missing. Not a big problem, as I pretty much have every nut, bolt, and washer known to mankind in my garage. But still an inconvenience nevertheless. Took about 10 minutes to assemble...wasn't rocket science. Will work nicely on my Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic, but not sure about the wife's Harley Davidson Dyna Switchback. Her bike has a fuel line that hangs below the frame, and doesn't move freely out of the way. Haven't really thought about that remedy, but not in a hurry to do so either. So when oil change time comes around, I'm sure I'll figure something out. If packaging wasn't so poorly done, and parts not missing, I would probably have given it a 5 star rating.

good
Product looks good but was misrepresented by seller!
February 15, 2016
Just received this product today. Seller I bought this from misrepresented it. It said it was a 1700 pound lift and its only 1500 lbs. (as it is currently advertised). The lift is not 3 inches high as mentioned but 5 1/2 inches high(Collapsed height) Lift pads are 14 1/2 inches (measured on out side edges) wide(apart) and 13 1/2 inches long. although it says Craftsman on it. It is still made in China. It does look sturdy enough for lifting motorcycles. I'm not sure how it would do lifting larger ATV's yet. I haven't used it yet. But will soon. So, I can't recommend or say anything against it either way. That being said, I have not had any trouble with Craftsman products made in China yet. But, after buying Craftsman for 50 years, They are not as well manufactured as they used to be. Keep an eye out and read reviews. It's always your choice in the end.

The assembly was pretty easy and it works fine lifting my 2009 Harley Heritage. I took 1 star off because the assembly instructions could have been illustrated better.
