My tired feet thanked me every time I soaked. Salts dissolved well in warm or cool weather, both fragrances smelled great. However, I have found that regular old epsom salts you can get at the dollar store work just as well - if I want a little scent I just add some rosemary, tea tree, or peppermint essential oil and voila, scented salts. Considering the price difference between salt+EO and these pre-scented salts, I had to knock off a few stars. I run and work out so I frequently have sore muscles. I was really hoping this would help relieve some of that, but it didn't. I put in the recommended amount into hot water and soaked, but I got no more relief than a normal hot bath. I tried it again, using even more product, and still no noticeable difference. Tried once more, still no difference that I could tell. Unfortunately will not be purchasing this again, I think it's overrated. Very disappointed since I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Teal's.
