I haven't installed this unit yet and expect no problems when I do install. I have low profile toilets and the other formats (valve mounted under the tank) is not feasible. Therefore, this one and others that mount on the wall is the best format. This valve is heavy and heavily chromed and not copper as the title may lead you to believe. I have test mounted this bidet in the garage with water attached. After preforming a though test, I am satisfied and convinced this is an Outstanding product.One thing that is awkward is the sprayer has to be removed with a backward exit, which will be fairly close to wall (approx 1 1/4"). This will a little bothersome for BIG hand individuals. Now there another version of this valve that exits parallel to the wall which helps a lot, same price, same manufacturer and vendor. I will keep mine because the majority of the users will have dainty hands.Suggested installation hint, tee off the exiting water supply inside the wall and use a "drop-ear fitting" and attach to something ridgit to avoid movement/vibration.

We are using it in a motorhome as a hand held shower head. Very pleased with how it works for this purpose. Good blast of water compared to what we had.

Finally got a good one. I had to return the first one. The second one was really hard to use and the third one had such a wide spray it went outside the toilet on several occasions. This is the first one that I actually have to adjust the water spray pressure down on. Full blast must be for diapers or something like that. It has a nice tight spray pattern that does a really good job.

These are the best, let me tell you, I've tried 3 different brands and all ended up leaking or stopped spraying after months of use. Thos are so much better, its easy to press on the handle, specially when you have kids, sometimes it was a struggle with the other brands. Very very happy with the quality, price. highly recommended

I bought this item to replace the expensive hand held bidet I bought from my local home improvement store. I had not been using it for a month and the hand sprayer broke; I called the company who makes them to see if I could get a replacement from them and they require my receipt to do anything about it. I try to find my receipt but no results and I refuse to buy anything else from this company. Because everything else (valve and hose) was in good condition I decided to replace only the sprayer, a very good decision because this diaper/bidet sprayer is strong and it does not feel chip as the one I bought from Clean Spa, I have other two hand held bidet which I will be replacing the hand sprayers with this one. If you need a good product this is the one!!

I bought this to replace the spray head of a brondell cs-30 cleanspa that I purchased from home depot. The hardware of the cleanspa works find except for the button that you have to press all the way in or all the way out, which had resulted in two separate incidents of me drying up huge amounts of water flooded in from my bathroom floor.This is heavy and feels well-built. It was simple enough to unscrew the old shower head and screw this one right on.been using it for about six weeks. no leaks or drips so far!

Heavy solid metal product! It feels like a very high end sprayer. the handle and nossles work excellent! So far recommended I have been using it for 2 months.

Only bad thing is you have to connect straight to the pipe so you need a plumber or need to know how to do it yourself

Heavier than I thought, which is nice.

The sprayer comes with a rubber washer for use when attaching the head to a standard shower hose and includes an ample supply of Teflon tape. The mechanical quality looks good--chrome parts are shiny and the on/off lever operates smoothly. When off, my unit does not leak any water; whether that will continue to be true I do not know. My only complaint is that the holes in the face of the sprayer seem a bit too large; this means that a moderate water flow is necessary to get a forceful spray. Depending on how you intend to use the sprayer that may or may not be an issue; I was hoping for a strong spray using less water. However, I suspect that the holes are comparable to those of other brand sprayers. Nevertheless, I knocked off one star for the holes. Otherwise the device seems very well made and has a nice appearance.

I like the product because:The spray pressure is easily adjustable.The plastic shell is good quality.The chrome type finish is pretty nice.I don't like the product because:It holds back too much water that drips on the floor.We use this in our home as a handheld bidet. We have ceramic tile floors in our bathrooms so there is no problem with the dripping water. It might be of issue to someone with wood floors. I would suggest this product to anyone looking for an inexpensive replacement spray head.

The valve shown on the cartoon has two out pits while the one they provide only has one. The instructions are vague, you would have to screw directly into the pipe as opposed to a hose to the spray and one to the toilet as depicted in the picture.

I have 2 of these and have been using them for 1.5 years. Both work well and do not leak. I used the Teflon tape on the thread when installing. Good value product for reasonable price. The one in the main restroom has high usage, and now it has problems with the spring, and the sprayer stays stuck open. The other complaint I have is that the water pressure is not variable. You get full pressure if you press lightly or press all the way. I would not buy it again, however, since I prefer to have variable pressure.

It's ok. My hands are arthritic and the lever is kind of hard for me to push down.

The item works well - it is not "arthritis-friendly" - its a little difficult to depress

This product is high quality materials but extremely heavy and if repeatedly dropped will damage tile. In addition the spray stream is too strong, painful sometimes. Make sure you have a valve on your water line to control the pressure or you could hurt yourself if used as a hand held bidet.

The designers of this sprayer decided to put a hole where you put your thumb (go figure), so all the pressure of this extra-stiff lever is put on the edges of your thumb, making it painful (at least for my thumb) to operate this otherwise nice sprayer. This will be returned.

After 2 months, the water leaks and I had to buy another one. Not recommended.

This bidet spray head has an Italian name and is sturdy on the outside, but china-cheap on the inside. Started leaking within a week.

Horrible quality. First, water would drip from the sprayer head onto the floor, which are laminate.... The hose began to swell over time, and busted.... Spend your money on something that will actually work. This product ended up costing more, with all the water damage we ended up having to deal with!
