Works great. Was replacement for original head which had a broken bottom less than 6 month of use. This one looks great, like it is original. And it actually works better because the other head always sprinkled out of the sink. This one is slightly curved and keeps the water in the sink.

Ordered the bidet spray that came with a holster and hose, this is a replacement of the spray head that I had made of plastic that started leaking.This product is great, I believe it is made from brass with a stainless steel finish.The head has some weight into it as well as a sure grip and good trigger control.It sits properly on the holster that was provided as the old holster was not a good fit.The main issue I had was the o-ring that is on the sprayer between the (head/valve and the shaft) was not sitting flush and started leaking on the first day. An adjustment and tightening later, it works like a charm.If you have basic handyman skills, you can easily install this product.

On the topic of toilet paper versus Bum-gun, a wise friend once asked me, "If you fell face first into a pile of poo and I gave you the choice between a handful of tissue and a bucket of water to clean yourself off, what would you choose?" Its gross, but the point was obvious to me.... toilet paper is for cave men.

My husband installed this for me after hemorrhoid surgery which left my bottom extremely painful to touch. Using wet toilet paper or wipes hurt, so I wondered if there was something like this on the market, that would transform an ordinary toilet into a bidet. After all, my husband had installed one like it into our RV. He bought it from Camping World. We ordered this from Amazon, it arrived quickly, and my husband, who said the installation was extremely easy, installed it for me. It has gotten daily usage since then and does a great job. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing, however, and he thinks it might be tricky for an amateur. At first, the force of the spray was way too much! He had to systematically engineer it to reduce the water pressure, using a few additional parts which cost around $15. As the sole user, I can tell you that I'm very glad to have it and use it all the time! Also, it does come with a part that affixes to the bathroom wall on which you can hang the sprayer.

Excellent spray pressure!!! For Bidet? Too strong! It's PERFECT for cloth diaper wash!!! HIGHLY recommended!!! :D

Like several other reviewers, I bought this to fix a leaky shower faucet that was unserviceable. With several similar products to choose from, I got lucky with this one. I needed a device that would completely shut off the water, not just reduce the flow, and this one really does the job. The valve is a quarter-turn ceramic type used in many newer faucets and is therefore designed as a shutoff. My drip is completely gone, and the repair was fairly easy. The only problem I had with the installation was tightening the fitting too much the first time and cutting the rubber washer. My bad. I bought a new washer to replace the one I damaged, taking care not to crank it down too tight. Perfect!

This is a nice, solid, heavy unit that works as advertised. Mine will cut water flow off completely, or let it flow at pretty much full blast, or anything in between if you aren't ham-handed with the adjusting lever. One note: Although one reviewer reported installing it with just his fingers and without plumber's tape -- that didn't work for me. When I tried that it dribbled around the female end threads. I recommend plenty of Teflon tape and a wrench. That sealed it up solidly at both ends, even with the flow turned completely off. If you're tall like me, you'll notice that this lowers your shower head by about an inch, so be prepared to duck your head just a bit lower when washing your hair.

This valve works great. It completely stops my shower head from dripping. When you install it, make sure to tighten the allen screw if it is loose. The thumb lever fell off mine but I just need to re-install and tighten the screw.

I had just bought house with a leaking shower head in one of the bathrooms. The seals in the faucet and shower head were old and allowing a small amount of water through. I couldn't find the valves to turn off the water (Frankenstein house) so I came up with a temporary solution. I added this to the shower head and problem solved!This valve is very solid and high quality. I definitely suggest this for any application due to it's excellent build quality and ease of use.

I replaced my old turn type valve with this. Fits and works perfectly. Yes, the shower head only goes a couple of turns and leaves the thread exposed but it's not too unsightly. Use Teflon tape on the threads and remove excess. Couple of things to watch out for - you might loose the rubber washer when opening the package and make sure you use a cloth to other soft padding when using tools. I am glad I read the reviews before buying this. Thanks to everyone who posts good unbiased reviews.

Fantastic shut off valve! We have an RV and use a shut off valve for the shower to shut the water off while soaping down. Conserving water when dry camping is a must, but it is always wise to conserve water in the RV. Our good valve broke and we purchased another valve from Ace hardware. Well, that was a piece of junk for it did not shut off but let a large stream of water through. I knew that Amazon would have a good product so I read all the reviews and people commented that it really worked. We are in a campground in Key Largo and with the 2 day shipping the valve arrived (Amazon's message to my phone was "its here!!") and we immediately installed it. Well it works like a champ. The water is shut off COMPLETELY! I like the lever action that pushes instead of turns. I love it and once again Amazon came to the rescue and solved my problem!!!

No drips. I did change out/upgrade the washers on this or the valve or the toilet tank. Spray pattern on 2 out of 3 decent, 1 is harsh. Not as soft a spray pattern as some experienced in Asia. See my other reviews for washer reference.

It's very strong. But we brought a water presure regulator and it great to wash our babies and our butts now.

Well built. Finish started coming off in first few days and Amazon was outstanding and refunded me my full cost.

Stopped the dripping shower head. Cheaper than having to replaced shower control.

Does a the job of cutting off the water. Only complaint I have, is the little handle isn't very secure. I knocked it against something and it flew off. I don't know if it broke or just came off; I never found the handle. The little tab the handle goes over works well enough to turn it on and off.

I bought two, intending to do a second shower head. And lucky for me, because the first one leaked from the slot that the tab handle moves in. But the second one works great, other than needing to be tightened down hard to prevent a drip from the threads, even with teflon tape. The action is smooth and easy. It shuts off totally. It saved me from tearing out a wall to replace old leaking valve handles that modern washers don't fit. My rating would be 5 stars if one of the two wasn't defective. Amazon promptly refunded, and I will re-order. Looks and feels like a quality product.

Simple, and just as advertised. Hard to complain about a strong shower but I was, until its installation, suffering a hydrologique assault during every shower. This adjusts the strength from Nearly As Strong As It Was, down to Dribble Off. Makes no noticeable difference in the shower head height either, which is also important for us longer humans.

Good product, well made but you need two hands to operate & with soapy hands, it can get interesting. The push botton type (a push through), is easier to use.So... I’ll look to find an adapter at a local hardware store to fit an outdoor hose and use this for an outdoor “shower" for bathing the dawgs...

Did what I needed it to do. Shuts water off completely. Made of metal. Happy with purchase and delivery time. I could not find these in the home improvement stores (they only had plastic ones)

Water pressure may not be what u need; we have never purchased a bidet before; we use for cleaning off clothe diapers; the pressure eventually does the trick even if the poop is a little dried onto the diaper but is not quite what we were hoping for

The sprayer is good but the hose started leaking water since the 2nd day. I found out it was leaking exactly from the middle of the hose.

I returned this item. My home is a new build and I could not find the parts I needed to attach this. But the item felt sturdy and I was looking forward to using it. Looks nice just finding attachments can be a problem.

The valve stops most of the water coming through the pipe, but leaks a slight drip at the toggle site. Our problem definitely is better than it was before, but unfortunately still not completely resolved with this product.

Not as good as I had hoped. It is kind of sharp on the on/pff switch and it restricts the water flow when its completely open. It's insides are all plastic so the full brass claim doesn't hold up with me. Most of it is brass and I assumed it wold have plastic innards but not restricted flow. I guess you really do get what you pay for sometime

Had high hopes because of its exceptionally flexible hose but handle leaked in less than 1 year while it is installed in the least used bathroom in the house. It was probably used twice a week at most.

like the desin, I bought 3 of these and two of them leak.

I ordered this to replace my old Go Bidet shower. It fit very well and functions well. It seems to be solidly built. The only and major issue is the water flow rate. The flow is extremely weak and takes a long time to clean. I thought I will get used to it, but have not so far. I will be replacing it shortly with a more powerful sprayer.

Age its so hard to install and its leak. PLEAS PLEASE PLEASE be aware that there is no instruction in to this bidet and it is not easy! you need to buy extra accessories which me and my husband had to go to Home Depot a few times. It just doesn't fit and doesn't come with valve. The product it self is heavy and solid. I just don't understand how can you sell anything without instruction.

I purchased this bidet after the (less expensive) one I had and loved broke when I stepped on the handle. I decided to replace it with this one primarily because of the longer hose and the mountable holder. The longer hose is the only thing I like about this product. The lever is slick and difficult to control the amount of pressure you apply. A little pressure yields a nice medium spray that is just about right. But press it one millimeter more and you will give yourself a power enema - can you say OUCH! Every time I use it, I cringe in fear. I have found it useful for cleaning my shower, but as for its intended use, I am completely disappointed. The mounted holder is simply a silver colored piece of plastic. You can fashion a mount yourself with a command hook that will work just as well. I'm attaching a photo of the first one I had that I loved - and again the only reason I had to replace it was that I had left it sitting on the floor and I stepped on it, breaking the handle. Sometimes fancier and more expensive is NOT better.

Reduced flow by about half so this item did not allow enough volume to my shower nozzle and I removed it.

This valve does a great job of controlling the water flow, down to a trickle. But it leaks like a sieve from the slider mechanism. Since a shower is waterproof, this isn't a problem per se, but it speaks to shoddy workmanship.

Awful for personal use it doesn't stay still so you get it all over your bottom and this third one I've tried

Don't buy it. I had just installed when I noticed that it leaks (A LOT) from the hose. Very cheap quality.
