Bought this to replace the plastic hose that comes with the handheld shower head and this works really well. The plastic one is too stiff and always turn to other direction, but this one is flexible, longer and the color match my shower head. Wish I have bought this earlier. Easy to install also.

Beautifully made (don't yet know how well it will hold up.) Easy to install. I love the extra length, though it does somewhat reduce the water pressure at the hand piece (probably a good thing for me due to our drought problem in San Diego.)

The last hose I had was longer & kept getting caught on the shower water control handle. The old one also had much less water pressure, this one is so much better I could tell immediately the pressure was better. This one is also shorter so it does not get caught on the shower water control handle. With the old one that came with shower head felt very cheap & because it kept getting caught on the handle it ripped the stainless steel sheath off exposing the very cheap and really thin plastic hose that was inside which ripped as soon as that happened. This seems to be put together much better and feels heavier than the last one. Time will tell as well as my kids usage of this new hose. I would recommend this product from this seller.

I bought this shower hose because of its length. It is so much easier now to assist my disabled wife with her showering. Also, because of its extra length and close proximity to the toilet, it can be useful as a functional bidet. Very pleased with this purchase.

I'm very happy with it. It was easy to replace my old, broken one and the pressure is back to what I wanted.

NICE looking hose! Slinky like a fine bracelet. Attaches securely without leaks. Fits very well with my Grohe hardware. Inside the outer metal hose is a smaller-diameter hose, but pressure through the shower wand is good.

It worked. It worked on apartment plumbing easily untouched for 30 years. [Knocking on wood] I used this in place of the plastic adapter that came with my new Luxe 185 Bidet. The only complaint I would have is that the Shut-off valve does what it says. So why am I complaining? Because the good folk posting comments over at the Luxe 185 Bidet suggested using the Shut-off valve to reduce the flow, which I do not think it does...well. It--the valve--obviously studied under Yoda: there is do or do not.

GREAT QUALITY, GREAT FINISH, TURN OFF VALVE FOR THE BIDET, AND LOWERS PRESSURE TO THE BIDET SO YOU DON'T GET LIFTED OFF THE TOILET. When I ordered my bidet, it was recommended to get this 3 way valve cuz it worked better than the included plastic Tee from Luxe Bidet. Man were they right. At first I didn't think this was the right one cuz I was initially thinking it went to the water supply on the floor. Then after reading the instructions for the plastic Tee, I saw that it mounted at the base of toilet bowl. I tried the plastic tee, but it leaked. And you have to be real careful about cross threading it. Any way, this metal Tee worked great. It shuts off just the bidet so when little ones want to play with it or may think it a fancy water fountain, this solves the problem. And boy does it help lowering the pressure coming into the bidet. The plastic Tee did not shut off or lower pressure.This Tee is well made and the nut to tighten it on the toilet does turn separately, so easy install. Don't loose the included washer for this great quality Tee. I highly recommend buying this Tee (they have the 3 finishes to match your bathroom finishes.) for all bidets. The price for this high quality Tee is extremely fair, and you cannot find one at Home Depot nor Ace Hardware.

Bought to use with the Zen Bidet 300. Nice to have a shutoff valve in line to be able to turn off water supply to bidet. This is a must if you have high water pressure and want to use a bidet. Otherwise you could be blasted off the throne! Easy to install and works well. Installs under toilet tank on threaded post coming from toilet tank apparatus. If you purchase this to use with bidet, you will likely need a different water hose between the valve and the water shutoff. I needed a 3/8" x 1/2" hose of 16" length.

This tee is a high quality precision piece of insurance to have in-line of the water supply.The functional use that I hadn't foreseen was the ability to throttle down the water volume to the bidet, which has a lever with a less than delicate range of modulation, if inadvertently turned up to high can feel like a dental tool on your sphincter.I would not install another bidet without one.

This little piece of equipment is fantastic. Solid design, great look, and functionally perfect.I used it to control the flow to my Luxe Bidet Neo 180 but the primary reason I bought it was the loose nut at the top to allow me to tighten it to the toilet without spinning the entire device. This allowed me to point the bidet hose in the direction that suited my needs.Also in my case, the toilet design did not allow me to rotate the whole piece so it had to have something like this.

Heavy duty t-valve adapter! It's solid brass with a chrome finish. Looks great and works very well. It does come with a washer. I bought this to use with the KES hand held bidet and the KES stainless steel hose. It adjusts the water flow to the bidet, but not to the toilet tank. You can also completely shut off the water flow to the bidet, if need be. I highly recommend this product!

This is a huge upgrade to the cheap plastic hose that was on it before. The only downside is the sprayer end of the hose is a smaller diameter so it fits very loose in the bracket that holds the sprayer on the wall. Not a deal breaker, but I might need to find a new bracket.

The shower head is great and I like the length of the hose. The peices even came with teflon tape which was really nice. The only thing keeps by me from giving this product an extra star is that the connecting piece is made of plastic and you are screwing a metal hose into it. Plastics and metal don't usually pair well and if I over tightened the hose, it would have broken the plastic.

Very pleased with the speed of delivery and so far with the quality of the product. The only slightly down side was that this was more of a shower replacement which required me to purchase an adapter to reduce the half inch female connection to a three eighths male. One trip to Menards... problem solved for an additional $1.97.

Nice hose for the price. Much nicer than the oem hose from moen. One minor dislike is that the hose end sits somewhat sloppy in the holder, so it doesn't hold position too well when aiming left or right,

One end's inner tube was slightly twisted but I straightened it out before installation. The hose that came with our nice not cheap Delta shower head stuck out from the wall even after many months of use (and my wife takes fairly hot showers every day) so this one is nice and flexible but the shower head end is a little bit smaller in diameter than the plastic hose but it fits in there fine but a little loose.

The item is exactly as described. I purchased it to replace a brass fixture in our new home. I decided to go with this product rather than a replacement kohler hose because of the HUGE price difference. I think this item is just as good as the Kohler that I replaced - at least so far. I have only had it for about a week.

Key piece of information - Do not use plumbers tape - just tighten the nuts by hand - use a wrench without too much force if hand tightening is proving difficult. The washer inside will get compressed enough to provide a water tight joint.

This is a hard review to post for something so simple. Either it works or it didn't, really.I got this T-adapter to use with a bidet, as the one that came with the bidet was plastic and felt like it was going to snap off the bottom of my toilet. For the purpose I got the T-adapter, it works perfectly. It is sturdy and the pressure control valve is easy to use.My only criticism is the smooth edges on the top portion that connects to the toilet tank. It made it tricky to get tight. The cramped area I was working in made it difficult to get a wrench in there to tighten it. I eventually gave up on the wrench and just hand tightened it as much as possible and hoped for the best. It's been about 2 weeks or so now and there is no sign of leaking so I'm guessing it's good. If something changes, I'll come back and update.

I bought this metal T-adapter as a replacement to the plastic T-adapter that came with the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 (Luxe Bidet Neo 120 - Self Cleaning Nozzle - Fresh Water Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment (blue and white)). The package it arrived in was a cardboard box with sufficient protection. The construction of this product is solid. It came with a good rubber washer which connects to the toilet flush. Installing this product was easy, it just replaced the plastic one that came with the bidet Neo 120 box.The finish of this adapter is gloss, so you might want to use plastic tools (a plastic spanner) to install the product without damaging its finish.The knob seems to have a smooth movement to it, however I haven't used it to control the water pressure like some other users have.I have used it for just a week and will update if I have any new information.I bought this directly from KES HILI INC. and am very happy with the experience. (clear communication, good packaging, fast shipping with expected delivery)

It's hard to adjust flow due to it being a ball valve and my water pressure is high. It's still doing fine after about a year. I would have given it 5 stars if not for it being hard to adjust. Also had a leak at the tank valve connection but found out it was a loose bonnet nut and not the washer. The hex bonnet nut is a reverse thread and when I tried to remove it I actually tightened it.

The hose seems to be good quality, but it does restrict the flow more than the last hose I had. It is adequate for my application, but if I had lower pressure,I would have sent it back.

The hose 1s long and very flexible. It hangs nicely without twisting It seems to me that the internal diameter of the hose is smaller than some others, thereby limiting the volume of water to the handheld sprayer. That's the only complaint I have with this hose. I may try a differend sprayer to see if that makes any difference, but the current sprayer passes very little water.

This shower hose is more expensive than some shown here on Amazon - having bought a cheaper one last time which then failed in less than 2 years we decided to follow the rule 'You get what you pay for'. In comparing it to the previous metal hose we bought: it is longer, far more flexible and looks like a quality product. We have noticed a stronger water pressure using this hose but that may be because it has less of a restrictor or, more likely, less water is leaking from the hose and its fasteners. Well recommended.I have downgraded it from 5* to 3* as it only lasted 13 months before the metal coil broke and 2 days later the rubber hose burst!

I bought this less than two months ago, it busted yesterday. Do not buy this one.Update: Seller contacted me offering a replacement. It actually came with a one year warranty. It is better than I expected

I don't doubt that this is a good product but it didn't work for me. Currently sitting in storage. When installing my bidet, I tried this one first. Water everywhere no matter what I did. Finally, just tried the plastic one that came with the bidet and it's working just fine. Been handling flushes for a month. I'm sure this is a case of everyone's toilet situation being different and me not exactly being a handyman/plumber who has done this before on multiple occasions. That's my honest review though.

This works ok . Had a tough time with the leaks but keep checking often to make sure it's not leaking . This should not be sold separate but with the bidets .

you wan to make sure that your toilet connector has a flat rubber washer to avoid any water leak from the water supply hose opening.

They show rusted now in less than a year...This is definitely not stainless steel.

Only lasted for 1 year and 1 month - then split open and was trash. Manufacturer warranties for 1 year... I would not purchase this again.

Order arrived in two days which is amazing to me! Is a perfect replacement part for my no name brand shower system. I was wondering if it would work out and it fits perfectly with great water pressure. I will order another if need be in future.Update: Item srung a leak little over the 30 day return limit. no reply from seller when contacted. will not recommend or reorder :(

Worked well for 7 months of light use (3 baby showers a week). Then there was a loud pop from what felt like a water bomb drenching the whole floor of my bathroom. Wish it lasted much longer...

It only lasted 6 months before it started leaking. The leaks were in the hose itself, not at either end, so I know it wasn't the washers.

This hose is a replacement for an indetical KES hose I bought I Jan. I hope this hose lasts longer than.2 mos. if it doesn't I'll be looking for a different hose from someone else. I can't recommend this product.

I am returning this since the threaded length to connect the water supply hose is too short. This will prevent the water supply hose seal from compressing and will result in leaks.

This would have been a great T-adapter where you could control the water pressure for the bidet spray. Unfortunately after hooking it up I noticed leakage from the shut-off valve. I'm not sure if I received a faulty one or if others had the same issue.

I couldn't get a solid seal no matter what I tried. Water leaked out of the connection between the wall and this valve. Seems like it could use a rubber o-ring inside. I waited until after the return period before attempting to hook this up so now I have a small metal paperweight.

Top female connector was too short to bottom out into washer. Handle falls off, and there is no way of tightening it down (no set screw). The chrome finish is nice, but to bad it was not functional... at least for me.

It's OK if all you want to do is turn the water OFF or ON, but if you want finer control of the flow/pressure, it does not work very well. So, I replaced it with a similar product - Luxe Metal T-adapter with Shut-off Valve, 3-way Tee Connector, Chrome Finish, for Luxe Neo Bidets (Shutoff Valve T1516) which seems to do a better job of flow adjustment - and the price is comparable.

I too bought one of these to be able to regulate the pressure to my bidet, but I was very disappointed after installing it that it leaked all over the place. Fiddled with it for about 30 minutes before concluding (as other reviewers have) that the rubber gasket is pretty much worthless and will need to be replaced before this adapter will work. It's a little irritating because I installed the cheapy plastic T adapter that came with my bidet in about 5 minutes and had no issue with leaks.Bottom line, when I buy something I don't expect to have to fix it by making a trip to the hardware store for better materials.

The description says fits"most" shower heads. It did not fit mine at all and would not screw on AT ALL. It is not eligible for a return and no way to contact the seller that I can find so I'm just out $10. I would definitely skip this one.

I installed this in a new shower and was excited to take my first shower. There is a massive spraying leak right below where the hose connects to the shower head. It is not even usable. This is frustrating as I do not have a backup hose and now cannot take a shower. STAY AWAY from this product.

Looks nice but coming apart after 31 days. I just noticed that the black rubber/plastic hose liner is poking through the stainless hose when the water/ pressure is on. The separation Is occurring about the 1st 4 inches by the shower head. I will have to replace before it burst and I won't buy another one of these...

No matter what I did it leaked from the top. I've got tons of tricks but none worked finally figured send it back try another. And to the person who said why would you need a washer. Shouldn't but it came with only a flat washer not a built in one that is needed to attach to the toilet feed. Tried it with without and all sorts of ways. Not well made. Almost 18% failure rate. That's junk in my Book!

I installed this correctly and tightened everything down properly. When I turned the water back on, it sprayed water out of the bottom of the nut. I would suggest getting one local so you can swap it out easier. Also worth noting, but there was no documentation included -- it wasn't needed, but the brand I bought at the big box store had a small warranty card in the box.

I bought this item to use with my Superior Bidet Standard and it is too large to be useful. It was recommended and it should not have been. I do not like to spend my money unwisely and this purchase was a waste of money for what I wanted to use it for in my home. Other than that, it is heavy duty and will probably work for some house other plumbing project. I just do not have one for it at this time.

Leaks from the tank connection, behind the gasket and threading (defect). Not really worth the hassle of returning, unfortunately. Seems I'm unlucky as some other reviewers, but others were fine *shrug*

This adapter feels solid and looks great, but leaked immediately when I installed it. I tried using plumbing tape, which helped a little bit, but still a small amount of water leaking consistently from underneath the top nut.

I should of read the bad reviews, I've been working furiously for 2 hours thinking it was my supply line. so I drove to Lowes, bought a new ine and replaced it, I spent 6 bucks more and still leaking from the top nut. I replaced the washer too thinking maybe that was defective. Same issue, asking for my refund, hope I get, it.
