Great keyboard, looks amazing with blue led case fans!
June 21, 2017
The blue LED matches my Logitech mouse (blue led profile) and my LED case fans. Blue light is subtle enough to not blind you if you look at the keyboard and are bright enough to see from a distance. Perfect! You still get a little 'tickity tack' sound from typing, closer to a Cherry Brown feel/sound. Haven't played around with the profile settings yet either. The only thing I am still getting used to is the height of the keys. They're a little bit higher than my previous PC keyboard and much higher than my work keyboard. Will not dock a star for personal preference! I have Logitech mouse and headphones, all 3 of these devices are easily configurable in Logitech's suite. If you have blue led case fans, go grab this keyboard!
Really nice keyboard for $40
April 7, 2017
My Logitech G11 finally died. I think it survived about a decade before I dumped coffee on it. I was looking for a replacement, but didn't want to spend too much money. This keyboard is definitely a worthy replacement. It's comfortable to use, and significantly smaller than the G11 (which is a plus.) The LED lighting might be a little nicer than the G11, however.I do have 2 minor complaints. First, the bottom of the keyboard is red. I'm not sure why, but it's aesthetically unpleasing for me (I'm sure others won't care.) Second, the G11 had 2 USB ports at the top. Granted, the G11 was a little more expensive than the G105 (I think I paid $50 back in the day, and the prices seem to have not changed much over the years,) I don't think that adding at least 1 port to the G105 would have hurt Logitech's bottom line too much.
Great gaming keyboard
August 27, 2016
Awesome board. It feel great and has an awesome feel while you're typing. I especially love having the backlit keys and the Windows key disable. I haven't gotten too deep into using the macro keys yet, but even without using them I'm still very happy with the purchase. The only problem I've had with it is that when I got it I was getting phantom typing of asterisks. Everyone so often when I would click on something to type and it would fill with "*************************************" instantly. Eventually popped the key to find the silicone jacket was a little crooked and was being pressed by the key when it moved even the slightest (when the keyboard shook/bounced.) So I tried to fix it with no luck and eventually just disabled the key. Who uses the numpad asterisk anyway? All in all, great board. Very happy.
Good Keyboard, Definitely Worth A Buy
March 28, 2016
Overall, the keyboard is solidly built, has some nice functions, and feels pretty decent for both typing and gaming. I'm pretty used to a low profile keyboard, so its been a little bit of an adjustment, but after a week or so everything feels pretty natural and responsive. However, I would recommend picking up a keyboard wrist rest to use with the G105, as the angle of the keys can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable without it, especially during longer periods of gaming or work. Without a rest, I find myself periodically bending my wrist in some pretty awkward positions. For gaming, I'm extremely happy with this keyboard. The extra G-keys are well positioned and very easily customizable. I primarily end up using the nearer four (G3-6), as they're the easiest to reach, but you can do whatever you want with them and that's a beautiful thing. I also really like that Logitech's software auto-detects the games that you have installed and downloads preconfigured key mappings for those games. It really saves a ton of time setting up your keymaps. It is worth mentioning that the game auto-detect works WAY better in Windows. (It was kind of useless on Mac - didn't find my Steam games) However, if you're a gamer, you're probably on a PC anyways. The macro record button is also pretty cool, especially for games like WOW. I've also found myself using it a lot in Photoshop, of all things. Its just crazy useful to be able to record a series of key strokes and then assign them to one button that you don't use for anything else.Bottom line - Are there better keyboards out there? Sure, but your going to pay a lot more for them. This one works great, looks great, and has the exact same functionality as the high end keyboards. Definitely worth a buy.
Excellent for both gaming and office work.
August 11, 2015
First, before I say anything else, I am a student and a relatively non-intensive computer gamer and I use a laptop for all of my computer needs. I play a game called Runescape, which is a MMORPG, that is not very intensive as far as using the keyboard goes.I have been playing this game for over 10 years and decided to upgrade my keyboard(from my laptop keys) because it was just inefficient to type in. This keyboard has been excellent for both my game needs and school work. I can type pretty fast on it, the backlighting is a great color and provides plenty of light to see , even in straight darkness. The keys have a great action(keypresses) to them and are very responsive. The ghost key feature works like a charm every time and is super convenient while gaming. This is the first "gaming" keyboard, I have ever had and I love using it. If you just need an upgrade and to do some casual gaming this one should satisfy all of your needs.
Excellent Budget Gaming Keyboard
February 14, 2015
I've used this keyboard for two years now and I've loved it down to every now-mushy key and scratch. The backlighting looks great and the build quality is, though plastic, more trustworthy than an office board. It is imperative that you know that what you see in the picture is exactly what you get and that there's no fancy pants customizable backlighting or anything especially impressive. Gaming with it is significantly better than an office keyboard thanks to the six key rollover and ease of use (not hard to learn how to touch-type with.) The rubber domes are very smooth going down and coming back up, and the G-Keys are very versatile, and this keyboard also has access to the Logitech's renown Gaming Software available on their website, allowing for quite seamless macro customization. There's good news for people with their keyboard on their desks, the G105 is spill resistant! Underneath the key layer is a "dish," so to say, where water can drain out through a noticeable hole in one of the lower corners of the keyboard. Also, it is worth noting that though it lacks the finesse mechanical keyboards offer as Toms Hardware will tell you, they're comparing this to a keyboard on a level the G105 simply isn't on or near, and to accept that as valid reasoning is a fool to marketing. You can't expect a keyboard as solid-feeling as a wood plank as you would find in a mechanical keyboard, but you can certainly expect a trusty gaming tool for your money. My bottom line is that the G105 is an excellent budget gaming keyboard that will give you what your money's worth with six key rollover and a total of eighteen macro functions illuminated in a nice darkish blue. There's no going wrong with Logitech.

I purchased this cool combo mouse and keyboard set and must admit I really liked it. Comfortable responsive mouse and tight keyboard design. I currently use an amazing set of gaming peripherals (Logitech G910 Keyboard, wireless C900 Chaos Spectrum Mouse and C933 Artemis Spectrum Headset). BUT > > Still Love and use the Cooler Master peripherals when friends come over for a gaming session. So far . . . no complaints. If you are looking for a good gaming session without spending a ton of cash and you only want one of three colors (red green or blue) You may want this keyboard mouse set.
I wanted something more comfortable and with a nicer looking design
November 12, 2016
At work, we use a cheap HP keyboard and mouse combo. Seeing how I spend most of my day in front of the computer, I wanted something more comfortable and with a nicer looking design. At the same time, it's not my own personal rig so I didn't want to break the bank. Bought this combo and am constantly getting compliments on how good it looks.
The keys feel great for typing and the mouse fits my hand well.
This is not a gaming keyboard but it is miles better than the standard office issue HP combo.
I did get a bad keyboard at first. The left control key didn't work but Amazon promptly and easily sent a replacement. The replacement has been trouble free.
One thing I will say is that Cooler Master could have added a dedicated button for the key lighting. As it is, you turn the lighting on using the scroll lock key. The problem is that it affects functionality in Excel, for example. Having the lights on (scroll lock on) prevents jumping from cell to cell using the arrow keys.
I thought about deducting a star because of that but since I didn't buy it for the key lighting, I opted not to. It might be a deal breaker for some but for me it isn't. I keep the key lighting off anyway.
AWESOME replacement

A few months back, I was spec'ing out a system for myself based around this case: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EF9QEZC/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_16
When I was looking at this keyboard combo, my son was instantly jealous. In the end, I didn't go with this combo for that build.
Flashing forward a few months, I was at his house setting up his multi-media system, which includes his PC. The keyboard was insanely bad, having to press keys several times to get them to move (apparently soda and keyboards do not mix). Additionally, it was and old school ball mouse he was using still.
I knew he needed a new set, but didn't know it was this bad. He already has a green cold cathode light in the case, and I knew he liked this combo from my last build plans, so it seemed like the perfect solution.
He was overjoyed when the combo came in, and we got it hooked up.
It looks awesome, and works like a dream. It took him a few moments to realize how to turn on the lighting on the keyboard, but other than that, it was smooth as silk to set up.
He loves it, and is super happy with it. HIGHLY recommended.
Impressive Keyboard and Mouse
September 18, 2015
One of the best tech purchases I've made. I have a typing speed of 111wpm and I've been using chiclet style keyboards on laptops and from iMacs for most of my life. However, I've always wondered about the appeal of a more tactile keyboard besides the satisfying sounds.

Keep in mind this keyboard is NOT mechanical, but rather rubber-dome. That said, the keys are very clicky and I love typing on it. At first, you notice the rubbery feel of the keys but as you keep typing, you get used to it. The media control keys at the top are stiff when you first get them. You need to break them in by using them in your everyday tasks. To this day, they're still kind of stiff for me because I don't use them often, but that doesn't concern me. I've been using this keyboard for a solid week or two and I'm already preferring it over chiclet style keys. In the beginning, I had trouble typing properly because chiclet style keyboards are more spaced out and have less travel (my preference) which caused me to have more typos than ever before.

I adapted to the keyboard within 2 days and now my typing speed can reach past 120wpm -- a number I've never reached before in my life. I'm curious to see how fast I can type with a mechanical keyboard with easier travel. Anywho, I bought the RED LED keyboard that came with the RED mouse. Best decision I've made. The red colors are not washed out. I've heard the reds described as the red color typical in alarm clocks, but I think it's a deeper, richer red. Which is good. You activate it by pressing the scroll lock key, which, unfortunately, is not OFFICIALLY supported for Mac but there's a workaround on their support forums if you search for it.

IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ChromeOS. Since it uses the scroll lock key, it is impossible to activate the backlighting because ChromeOS has no function to recognize the key input. However, the mouse automatically lights up when plugged in. That's great.

Speaking of the mouse, it has two buttons on the side, which are used for pressing back and forward in your browser, which is extremely useful. The button in the middle is mapped as a DPI function, which should work regardless of OS. It basically increases the speed or distance traveled which can really help with larger monitors or first person shooters.

Overall, I really, really love this keyboard. It's only $30 and I can't believe the value I'm getting out of it. The only downside that this keyboard has is that it CAN attract oil or fingerprints (not much, actually) on the mouse and keyboard, but you can wipe it down with a cloth if you need to.
On another note, when the backlighting is OFF, the keys are low-profile which is great for a minimal look on your desk.

I used this without the backlighting for a week with my Chromebook and didn't find any problems with the lack of the lighting. I switched to a PC with backlighting this week and I'm loving it but I find myself almost never looking down at the keyboard to enjoy it as much as I should. But that's me.
I know a lot of people actually NEED backlighting on their keyboards, but I found it to be purely for aesthetics in my own personal usage. Great for night time looks, though!

First, I will start off by saying that my main driver is a Logitech G710+ and a G602, so quality is a factor when purchasing products. I purchased this set for a client gaming build, and I was very surprised. Here are the pros and cons for both items

Keyboard:

Pros:
-The keys! They actually feel mechanical, even though they are membrane. They have a sort of tactile feedback without the noise of springs. I would (almost) argue that they have a better feeling then Cherry MX, but are slightly harder to type on. Then again, its practically a 20 dollar keyboard.
-The backlighting is bright, but not too bad. All the space under the keys are lit up, as well as the tops of the caps.
-Full 10 key layout for maximum usage, but in a slightly compact form factor.
-Normal key layout that most people should be familior with.
-Dedicated media keys and volume up/down (no mute)

Cons:
-On or off backlighting, and when off the lettering is near to impossible to see. So basically all black keys.
-No software support for macros (knew this before purchasing)
-Raised keys, which may feel different at first for people used to using flat keys. (Similar to mechanical keycaps)

Mouse:

Pros:
-Fairly comfortable, palm grip feels good and claw grip is possible (more of a palm mouse though).
-Clicky right/left buttons feel normal, nothing exceptional though
-Smooth scroll wheel with clicky increments.
-DPI switch for on the fly changes in games.
-Forward/back keys on the left side.
-Rubber grip on the front side for 2 two outside fingers.
-Awesome looking lighting down the middle, on the scroll wheel, and even on the front like a car grill.

Cons:

-Again, no marcos, which is understandable for a 10 dollar mouse.
-Not much support for the outside fingers.
-Light always stays on.

To wrap it up, these are both exceptional products for 30 dollars (I say about 20 for the keyboard, 10 for the mouse). There is nothing else on the market name brand like this for that price. This is also a good entry keyboard for someone who doesn't know if a mechanical keyboard is good for them since it sort of has the correct feel. I can easily recommend this for any gamer with any system, or even for someone who wants a good looking setup. It has a passive aggressive look that is hard to produce, but Cooler Master hit the ball out of the park on this one.

Good Keyboard Like I Expected
January 27, 2017
This is most definately an upgrade from a standard membrane keyboard. The gaming control keeps me from accidentaly returning to the main screen during those crazy FPS moments. It's responsive and quiet. You can push up to 5 keys at once with no ghosting. The 3 Macro Memory Profile settings each able to use all 6 programable G keys are nice and something I had never had before with the ability to set miliseconds of time between each set action. The software was a bit tricky at first but once I got used to it I had no trouble. The light looks good but I don't understand why the back of the keyboard is Red when the Lights are only blue. It was a bit strange but not strange enough to bother me. I also liked the WASD and arrow keys being another color. The keyboard is plastic but very sturdy. If you are looking for a gaming keyboard that doesn't break the bank but offers a lot of useful gaming features, you have found a good one.
Solid choice for a budget gaming keyboard
January 1, 2017
got this after my Logitech G15 died on me after 5 years or abuse. Didn't need a ll the LED bells n whistles this time around. The keys are good and it does everything I need of it. Haven't been bothered to use the macro keys yet, but like the backlit. The price point on this is just right
Not perfect, but pretty good.
August 1, 2016
I bought this keyboard over a year ago, and at first, I loved it. But, over time, I realized that it wasn't perfect. The backlighting is weaker than I expected, the keys are a bit clunky and sometimes it gets tough to type. I really think that this is a nice keyboard though. It's very comfortable to type on once you get used to it though, and the programmable keys + full size keyboard including a number pad are a huge plus. At this price point, I may recommend getting a lower-end mechanical keyboard instead, but you likely won't see the programmable keys or full-size keyboard, which not everyone needs but they are very nice to have.

February 9, 2016
A few months ago, I purchased this Logitech G105 920-003371 Gaming Keyboard to upgrade from an older keyboard for my gaming PC. I was looking for a keyboard with some extra function keys for gaming purposes, but I also didn’t want to break the bank doing it. So this product would be for anyone looking to start getting into gaming, or just for anyone wanting to game on a budget, as it is fairly basic, in terms of gaming keyboardsThis keyboard satisfies all of my qualifications. It has six extra functions keys on the left side, which is more than enough for most games. Also, the keys overall feel great and are extremely responsive with a slow propensity of sticking, which can be a problem with some keyboards. If the keys ever do start to have problems with sticking, or the keyboard is just getting dirty in general, it is also very easy to clean. This is because it is very easy to pop the keys in and out of their seating, and so far, I have not noticed and wear or loose keys as a result of this. This keyboard also has some other fun features that don’t really affect performance. The first one is that all of the keys have a backlight on them. This could be useful if you are working in a dark space, but mostly the lighting is for cosmetic reasons. The keyboard also has a “gaming” switch on it. Pressing this will let the keyboard know you are playing a game, and it will keep you from accidentally opening a background program with the keyboard while you are gaming. While this is not an issue I ever run into, some people may, so this may be a good feature for you.The overall quality of this keyboard is excellent, especially for the price, which was around fifty dollars. As the more high-end keyboards can go for hundreds of dollars, I am quite pleased with how well this keyboard has been working out for me. So if you are looking to get in to PC gaming and don’t want to break the bank, this keyboard would be a good place to start.
this is a great keyboard. Again
February 18, 2015
For the price, this is a great keyboard. Again, I say, FOR THE PRICE. While the keys are not mechanical, and I knew that before purchase, I found them to be more lively to the touch than other keyboards with dome construction. It's built solid though, and doesn't have that cheap light flimsy feel to it. The programmable gaming hot-keys are nice and so is the Windows lock button. The only thing that doesn't give this keyboard a fifth star is the lack of media controls. I know that is a small feature, but when you've had those controls on your last keyboard and then they aren't on the new one, you realize how much you miss them. Again, that's a personal preference and not a negative on performance or construction.Pros: Quality build, proper key layout ("enter" and "\" are in the proper locations. IMO.), good background lighting on keys (no dark spots, and light is controllable). I've punished the keys and haven't had any issues thus far.Cons: No media controls (sound volume, etc...), Keys not as smooth as mechanical (again that's price point). Conclusion: Probably one of the best gaming keyboards without spending $100 or more. Highly recommend.
Works reasonably well for gaming or normal work
June 20, 2014
Keyboard is a decent compromise between work and play. As a work keyboard, it's about as good, or average, as any standard modern keyboard. It would probably be a fine choice for that alone if you needed backlighting, which I find to be essential. There are some concerns I will mention below. For gaming, it seems to work decently for that, although I am not the gaming fanatic who can push these things to their limits. It does keep up with my button-mashing during a PvP fight. Any issues there are strictly my own poor playing and not the keyboard.Pros and cons:Pros: Affordable, backlighting is nice, works about as well as any modern standard keyboard, the Logitech software supports a nice plug-in language which I was able to use to support a voice app I use. Keys feel fine and they are quiet.Cons: Easy to hit the bottom left macro key instead of CRTL. This is annoying when you want to do copy and paste. In heavy key-mashing gaming, suddenly my game's menus will pop open even though my hands are not near those keys. This did not happen on my previous several keyboards so it seems to be a problem with this particular keyboard. There is no way I have found to fix this. In the heat of battle, I really don't need to see my options menu so this gets very annoying and definitely takes away a star.

The Starter Pack
December 5, 2015
If you are a new starter gamer on PC / a new computer builder, this combo is pretty amazing.

Specs/Features: Depending on the backlit color you get (I got red, but they come in Red, Blue and Green), both the keyboard/mouse light up, and both the keyboard/mouse as well are USB powered.

Keyboard - The keyboard has a soft tactile feedback (it feels like Red Switches but really not) on some premium gaming keyboards. You can enable to backlit keyboard by pressing a button near the numpad. When you turn off your PC, the keyboard lights do not turn back on. You have to manually turn it on.

Mouse - The mouse on the other hand only has three DPI settings sadly, 1000, 1600, 2000. If you are gamer trying to get around 400 DPI for a few games, it won't happen you might need to invest in a different product (like a Zowie FK1 or a Final Mouse). Another flaw with his mouse is that it has a 'Optical' sensor, not a laser (like what most gaming mice have now) so having the mouse work on some mouse pads may or may not work properly as intended. A pro will have to be the weight of this mouse. Its really light weight. You can put the mouse on one finger and you can pick it up. When you turn off your PC, the mouse light stays off. Having an option to turn it off would be pretty useful.

You can't beat this price of a combo, and best of all it has a 2 year warranty.

Tips:
- Be sure to register the product on the Cooler Master website to take advantage of the warranty if it breaks.

------

7/14/16 edit: Mouse wheel when moving it up and down is now making a squeaky sound now.

7/2/17 edit: Almost a year later, the side buttons are now hard to press and the middle button as well. When pressing the side buttons to talk to someone on Discord, your voice will randomly cut off.
Squeaky Mouse wheel gets the grease
October 20, 2015
Bought this mainly for the keyboard.Feel:Feels like my old keytronic keyboard USB Beige Keyboard which was replaced finally only due to it's low keypress count of no more than 2 character keys and 1 modifier at the same time.Look:When the backlight is on, the keyboard is dim and just right for me. However, the scroll-lock key must be set as well and this can be problematic for Excel. Perfectly fine if you use LibreOffice or Google Docs. When the backlight is off, the keyboard's keys are almost featureless. Unless you look really closely, it's impossible to see the letter on the key.Mouse:My old Microsoft Mouse Microsoft Intellimouse Optical Mouse died after 15 years of service without issues one month after buying this so I opted to give the CM Storm a try.Two issues immediately:1. The back button is perfectly positioned for my thumb to press it and navigate. The thumb however, is the shortest of the "fingers" and the forward button is placed ahead of the back button on the same side of the mouse. It's impossible to press without using a claw grip instead of my preferred fingertip grip.2. The mouse wheel squeaks. Loudly. That's where the warranty comes in, you can send it back to coolermaster within two years of purchase for them to fix. The Assurant 360 plan is worthless since CoolerMaster will cover it for two years anyway. The warranty timeline is standard which for Prime users is forever, from *arrival* at their warehouse after you ship it back, it's 9-13 business days to return, so total turn-around time is around 3-4 weeks. A quicker fix that worked for my mouse was to put three drops of SynLube (Bike Chain lubricant) on the mousewheel working it in carefully then letting it sit overnight. Obviously, you should use an non-conducting lubricant instead, but that's what I had handy.
Good, with one irritating caveat
August 19, 2015
This is a great set, especially for the price. I bought it for my girlfriend to use on the PC that I just built for her, and I must say, I was tempted to steal it for myself. There are 2 things you should be aware of -- the keyboard backlight does not come on automatically, and it took me a few minutes of randomly pressing buttons to figure out which one turns on the light. Maybe I overlooked it in the instructions, or maybe I'm just plain stupid, but to make everyone else's life easier, its the SCROLL LOCK button that turns the backlight on.

Secondly, the keys feel kind of... filmy, for lack of a better word. Kind of like a freshly pressed dollar bill from the bank. It was somewhat disorienting at first since I'm used to a more glossy feel on my keyboards, but you get used to it pretty quickly and it doesn't hamper your typing ability at all (I can still type about 120 words per minute on this thing).

All in all, it's a pretty cool keyboard. I docked a star because the backlight doesn't turn on automatically, and shuts off every time you restart the computer. It's kind of a annoying since the symbols on the keys can't really be read AT ALL without the backlight. Otherwise, good keyboard and mouse combo (no complaints on the mouse at all).
How to make this keyboard behave in Linux Mint
July 11, 2015
Overall, this is a good keyboard for the price. I use it on a computer that dual boots Windows 8.1 and Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon.

The mouse light is always on while it has power. At first I had it on, even when the computer was turned off. That can be fixed by changing a setting in BIOS telling your motherboard that you don't want to be powering usb devices when turned off.

On Windows, the keyboard starts with LEDs all off, but they can be toggled with SCR LK.

For Linux, here is a summary of tweaks I had to do to make the keyboard work the way I wanted it:

1 - add: "xset led 3" to startup applications to make the keyboard backlight turn on AFTER you log in.

2- to turn it on BEFORE login, I edited /etc/mdm/Init/Default, adding "/usr/bin/xset led 3" just before the "exit 0" at the end of the file.

3- I found a simple script to enable SCR LK to toggle the backlight. Then I added bound it to a custom shortcut under (Keyboard settings) -> Keyboard shortcuts (tab) -> Custom Shortcuts. Here is the script:

#!/bin/bash
MASK=`xset q | grep LED | cut -d' ' -f 21 | cut -b 8`
if [ $(($MASK & 4)) = 4 ]; then
xset -led 3
else
xset led 3
fi

All in all, I am happy I got the keyboard, but -1 star for making me do so much research to make it work for linux. I wish it just had an on/off switch built into the keyboard that didn't require any interaction with the OS, or just left it always on because you really can't read the keys when the light is off.
CM boasts "tactile" feel but this is nothing like a mechanical keyboard
June 14, 2015
The CM Devastator combo is a decent peripheral combination for the price. At $29.99 you get a back lit membrane keyboard and 2000 DPI LED lit mouse in blue, red or green.
The Keyboard:
As membrane keyboards go, this one is a much higher quality than most. Although the box does not post numbers, most membrane keyboards are rated at around 5 million key presses. The keyboard itself is a grainy matte finish with shiny accents around the sides of the keyboard that are a huge fingerprint magnet. A CM Storm logo sits beneath the num, caps and scr lock indicators. The key caps are laser-etched to show the lighting from within the keys, and have a very pleasing smooth rubber coating to them. CM boasts "tactile" feel but this is nothing like a mechanical keyboard. There is a "bump" before the key bottoms out, but it feels more resistant to your presses, but being a membrane requires you to bottom out. Some have compared the feel almost to a Cherry MX Brown but I would disagree. As far as membranes go, this is one of the best feeling out there. The blue lighting is even across all keys, and the back plate is white to help disperse the lighting. The num, caps and scr lock indicators also match the back lighting, and oddly CM requires the scr lock button to be pushed to have the LED's light up. There are no lighting modes nor brightness settings, which is a shame. With the lighting off, the keys are difficult to see in dark lighting so it is usually necessary to keep the back light on all the time. The keyboard has media keys across the top in the form of stop, play/pause, rewind and fast forward on the left and volume up and volume down on the right. The inclusion of the media keys is very welcome. Because of the thick bezel around the whole keyboard, it is difficult to use a wrist rest and the sloping area beneath the keyboard is not extensive enough to use as the wrist rest. Using typerracer.com, I averaged a best of about 79 WPM with a 1% error rate, but using a mechanical for as long as I have it took some getting used to because of it's membrane build. Using the Microsoft Ghosting tool, the keyboard could barely squeeze our 6KRO, but not for close keys. The lack of a Windows key lockout on the keyboard is a sore omission to a gaming keyboard. It all wraps up to a flimsy feeling rubber mouse cord going to a silver USB plug. The plug does not have any indications as to what it is, so finding the plug on the back of your PC may require following the cord. The bottom also has 4 well placed rubber feet, but the elevation tabs are not rubberized. This keyboard is also plug-and-play, no software even available.
The Mouse:
The mouse has a very similar build quality to the keyboard, being covered in the same pleasing smooth matte finish as the key caps. The side of the mouse has a rubber area towards the front of the mouse on the left and right for grip, and has forward/back buttons on the left, and the DPI selector right below the scroll wheel. Despite only being on the left, the mouse is uniform on both sides so a left hander should be able to use with no problem as long as that individual doesn't need the forward/back buttons. The mouse will have the same color LED's as the keyboard when you purchase, and illuminates the front of the mouse with sort of "headlights" under the left and right buttons, the left and right of the scroll wheel, the DPI selector and some "veins" right below that selector. Overall it is very tastefully done and isn't too "gamey" looking. Sadly you cannot turn off the lighting like the keyboard, and the mouse stayed lit up even when the PC was powered down. On the bottom are 4 very small mouse skates, but provided smooth tracking. CM does not indicate what type of sensor is used, nor the switch type for the buttons, but the presses were positive and had a nice sound. The 3 DPI settings are indicated by the lighting of the DPI selector. Off means 1000 DPI, dim lighting is 1600 DPI, and bright lighting is 2000 DPI. 1000 was a little too slow for me but strangely I could barely tell the difference between 1600 and 2000. There is obvious acceleration going on in the mouse. I usually kept it at 2000, but I experienced no tracking issues while playing some FPS's and RTS's. The scroll wheel itself is rather spongy when scrolling but the steps were noticeable. There is no optional weights to the mouse, and it was on the light side. The mouse has a similar rubber cord going to a silver USB, also not labeled.
Overall, this is a solid combo, and is a decent product for basic gaming and PC use. The back lighting looks good the tactile key presses feel much better than a regular membrane keyboard. The mouse is decent for gaming and looks great with the lighting.
Pros:
Feels much better than most membrane keyboards; good looks and good back lighting; media keys; nice finish on mouse and key caps; 3 mouse DPI settings; awesome price; 3 available back light colors.
Cons: Keyboard is hard to see with lights off; lighting is either on or off with keyboard; can't turn mouse lighting off, even when powered down; DPI settings are difficult to tell apart at the 2 highest settings.

Oki and odd
April 20, 2017
It's a great keyboard and styles with low price. However I feel my left hand side keys are too tight when I play MMO like black desert online. The awsd keys are move off to right at a weird angle, that it cause my left wrist has to turn at a odd angle while trying to hit numbers at top. Plus the F/G key is hit or miss, and not sure about it for a long time of playing game.
Good for me
November 19, 2016
I made my setup revolve around a Black and Blue theme so the Blue Keys helped with that. The keyboard has 3 light settings Off, Dim, and Bright. Only downside to the keyboard itself is I thought it was mechanical when I bought it even though i'm sorta happy it wasn't because of how loud a mechanical board is.
Okay for gaming, not so good for typing.
November 9, 2016
Overall is good for its purpose... gaming, but if you also needed for coding or typing a lot during your day, this is not a keyboard for you because the keys are really hard to press, so your fingers will get tired fast or your speed typing wont be the same.Again, for gaming is okay and nice, but for office work and stuff I would go with another, I had many Logitech gaming keyboards in my life and this is by far the hardest to press the keys, and its not mechanical.I hope this review helps a fellow gamer/coder.

I ordered this not noticing that it was a refurbished product. My bad. That being said...it had Amazons Inspection sticker. I guess they for to inspect the lift tabs underneath as they were both broken. The are also notable scratches on the front as well. I got what I paid for as it was cheaper that the new I later saw. Nice keyboard however. Very sturdy hoping it lasts a while. Cool blue lighted keys as well.
The rubber on the bottom does not do a good job of keeping the keyboard in place and on ...
April 14, 2016
The keyboard I received was missing one of the little standing legs on the bottom, however I didn't notice until over a month after getting it and Logitech said they could do nothing about it. The rubber on the bottom does not do a good job of keeping the keyboard in place and on top of that there are only rubber pieces on 1 side of the bottom of the keyboard. I had to buy regular rubber adhesive bumpers for a few dollars that do a much better job of keeping the keyboard in place. The keyboard itself works as it should and I have had no hardware related problems yet.
Simple problems are the most annoying - Back lights
February 11, 2016
This keyboard does everything I expected except for the ability to remember the back light setting. You must turn this off every time you boot or come back from standby. The simple problems are the most annoying. There are three options for the backlit keys: 50%, 100%, Off. You must rotate through starting at 100% pretty much every time you sit down. Hitting one button every time you sit down is not the end of the world, but it gets old.Using macros and other programmable settings is fairly direct. The mechanical keys are great. These are the reasons I bought the keyboard... Sadly, If I had known of the constantly returning bright blue lights I would have picked another keyboard.

I bought this because I like the clicky sound of a Mechanical Keyboard
August 20, 2015
I've used this Keyboard for almost a year now and I have to say... It's OK.

I bought this because I like the clicky sound of a Mechanical Keyboard, but finding one that is back-lit and inexpensive is impossible.

Pros: This DID deliver the sound and feel I was looking for. It's clicky and the buttons are very easy to press. The back-light also works really well.

Cons:

1.) When the back-light is off the keys are very hard to read, even in a well lit room.

2.) The Scroll Lock key must be on for the back-light to work. So if you use Excel a lot like I do, then you have to turn the back light off or else you can't use a lot of excels features. Like hitting the right arrow to go to the next cell, Scroll lock just scrolls the page instead. It's very frustrating to have to turn my back light off and squint at my keyboard to see what I'm doing in excel.

3.) The mouse wheel is suuuuuper squeaky.

4.) You cannot program your own macros for the mouse or the keyboard. So that means the side mouse buttons are programmed to do previous page and next page macros and that's it.

I like it and it's fine to use... But ultimately I'm still on the hunt for a better keyboard and mouse.
Scroll Lock/Backlight Issue, otherwise great combo
May 11, 2015
The only reason I will not give this product a 4 star review is like other people have commented: the scroll lock is the only way to get the back-lighting on the keyboard.

I don't mind using the keyboard without the backlighting. I'm a touch typist. I also think it is a cool design at times (like some of the razer keyboards that do not have visible key markings)

That being said, this is a great keyboard except you are forced to share your scroll lock with the backlight toggle. This is going to be very annoying if you want to use the backlight and an excel document at the same time for example.

Also, I have tested the product on Windows 8.1 and the most current LTS of Ubuntu 14.04 at the time of this posting. The backlighting feature will not work on ubuntu natively, even when trying to use the scroll lock. I was eventually able to get the scroll lock key to toggle the backlighting in Ubuntu, however it required troubleshooting and a few terminal commands. Not anything that you would want from a 'plug-and-play' perspective.

For most users this is a great keyboard:
The keys are very responsive and I agree with other reviewers that they *FEEL* like a mechanical keyboard. The keypresses feel much stronger and more responsive than the 8 year old Logitech G15 that I replaced. Even though this is a much cheaper keyboard than a similar logitech model and I don't know how long it will hold up, the construction seems to be sturdier than most keyboards and it is a very attractive keyboard.

The mouse:
It's a great mouse. I am replacing a Razer Lachesis that I have had for many many years that was starting to show it's age. I picked this set because of the keyboard/mouse combo and the price. The mouse responsiveness is not noticeable for me because this is a high DPI mouse. I have used the mouse in photoshop and gaming and have had not had any problems with being able to make very small adjustments with the mouse. I use a standard black foam/rubber mousepad.

Overall this is a good bundle. Sorry CoolerMaster, but I had to ding a star for the Scroll Lock/Backlight issue. There needs to be another key to toggle the backlight.

UPDATE: 2015-Nov-15
I am getting the squeaky scroll bar on the mouse that others have complained about. It is really annoying.
The price is worth it but the mouse isn't that great.
May 8, 2015
UPDATE: Mouse scroll wheel broke after 1 1/2 months. Mouse is very cheap.

This keyboard + mouse combo is very hard to beat when it comes to the price. For less than $30, I am more than happy with my purchase. If you need to save on money, buy this combo. If not, get a mechanical keyboard. My complaints with this is the squeaky mouse scroll wheel, the impossible to see keys without backlight and the mouse is a bit flatter than expected. But that's just my personal opinion since I have a larger hand.

Pros:
Great price
Backlight with color variety
Keyboard seems durable
Extra 2 buttons on the mouse

Cons:
Keyboard keys are impossible to see without the backlight
Squeaky mouse scroll wheel
Small is small and cheap
If you have really big hands this maybe for you
January 21, 2015
This combo is OK at best. While I'm going to continue using it I would suggest you guys to look elsewhere.
Positives:
It lights up, and you even have the option to turn off the lights on the keyboard.
The buttons while on the cheap side still feel solid
Everything looks cool as hell
Negatives:
The keyboard keys are raised in a weird way. If you place your fingers on rows ASD then try to move your fingers up to QWE you literally have to lift your fingers up, you can't just slide them over. This seems like I'm being nit picky but it was the first thing I noticed about this keyboard and it took me a few days to get used to it, I don't notice it anymore.
The mouse is pretty damn big, if you have big hands then this is for you. I consider myself a guy with somewhat big hands for my size (5"10 and can palm basketballs and computers with no problem) and this is even too big for me. This by far took the longest to get used to and I think it will always feel awkward for me.
Scroll Lock having to be on for lights to be on is annoying.
December 1, 2014
I like the back lighting. One thing to keep in mind is your other purposes. I know it says it's a gaming keyboard but my computer does things other than gaming. I don't know why they couldn't have just built in an on off switch for the back lighting. The keyboard is huge enough. it kind of reminds me of those old IBM style keyboards. Very noise compared to modern day keyboards. They keys are huge. I suppose they are normal sized. But modern computer keyboards are just so flat...I forgot how enormous this one was.

Anyway, it uses the Scroll Lock key to turn on and off the back lighting. That means when the light is on, the scroll lock is off and vice versa. There is no way around this. I use Excel and it's pretty standard to have scroll lock off so when I use my arrow keys, the highlighted cell change. But now I can only do this when the keyboard lights are off. I bought this so I could work on my keyboard in lower lights. I can still use my mouse to click to a different cell in Excel. And I haven't found anything else the scroll lock being on seems to affect. So, I suppose the impact is somewhat small. Annoying though because I've used excel for years...and now I must adjust the way I use the keyboard or find a different one.

You get what you pay for...
December 9, 2015
After a year of owning it, this keyboard is trash. Compared to the G15 it replaced the keys feel mushy and quality overall is horrible. 3 Keys have already failed both space, alt and one of the number keys. For a keyboard used LESS than a year to already have keys fail is unacceptable. I suppose the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. It's just on the cusp of the warranty ending, but I think I will just buy a new one instead of having to deal with mailing it to and from logitech. This time however I'm going with a K65 from corsair. Spend a bit more and get a quality keyboard that will last you years, not months.
I really want to like this keyboard.
October 22, 2015
I really want to like this keyboard. The keyboard is a solid, and the keys feel smooth with decent weight to them. For a non mechanical keyboard I thought I received a great product for a fair price. I also purchased it despite all the reviews about the back light failing. I should have listened. The back light has failed like many other reviewers have stated. I contacted support and they are so slow to respond. I'm now on day 25 with no resolution. I guess I need to leave this review to get a quicker response. If you can deal with the back light failing and slow support, this keyboard is for you!
Variable stiffness of keys makes typing a chore and replete with missed letters
August 27, 2015
It may be the specific keyboard I received and not the product in general, but the E, R, and T keys are much stiffer than the other keys (and much stiffer than keys on a keyboard should be) and this makes typing a misery, since I either have to hit those keys very hard, or I end up with missed letters. Since I use my keyboard constantly for my work, I will be replacing this keyboard tout suite.
Not quite what I was expecting
August 10, 2015
I was excited to try out this keyboard based on all the positive reviews, but I ran into a lot of issues with it during my short ownership of it before I gave it to a friend. The overall build of this keyboard feels cheap. The keys have to be pressed very firmly in order to get them to input to your computer. The gaming macro keys on the left side are too close to the buttons on the left side of the qwerty keyboard and you'll find yourself constantly pressing buttons next to the gaming macro keys when you're trying to hit the macro keys. The backlighting on the keyboard is also not very bright despite having 3 levels of brightness. If you're looking for a keyboard I recommend going with a mechanical keyboard.
G105 great buy - if the hardware works!
May 14, 2015
I recently decided that my ancient G15 keyboard was well on its way to the big computer in the sky and decided on purchasing this model, as it was on sale for $40 and had some promising reviews. A quick week later and I had this baby in my hands and was quite happy with my purchase. For 40 bucks it worked astoundingly, keys were responsive and tactile, no ghosting while gaming and the software I downloaded from Logitech worked like a charm for macros. My only gripe was that the keyboard software only allowed me to remap the "G" macro keys rather than allowing me to customize the entire keyboard as I like to remap some of the more obscure keys to things I can use in games, but hey, not a huge issue (just putting word out there in case like minded individuals were planning to do the same). All seemed well for a while, but about 2-3 weeks after moderate use, disaster struck. It happened after what seemed like a normal startup of my rig, when suddenly, striking any key resulted in a string of gibberish appearing in any field I was attempting to type in. At first, I thought, "Well that's rude, my keyboard is swearing at me!" and hoped that a simple restart would solve the issue. Unfortunately, that wouldn't be the case and the string of gibberish continued, my keyboard apparently adapting some alien language to use instead of the standard English lettering labeled on the keys. Troubleshooting revealed that I was not alone in this issue, but it was obscure enough at the time to not really warrant a clear fix to the problem. So, being the semi-tech savvy man that I am, I started my own series of troubleshooting to hopefully find a solution. I tried a hard reset of the hardware as a Logitech tech had suggested to no avail, then proceeded to reinstall the drivers for the keyboard itself, then a combination of both. Alas, nothing seemed to work. I finally plugged it into another computer to find that it was most likely a hardware issue as the problem seemed to transverse time, space, and other computers. Sadly, the now named keyboard The R.E.T.A.R.D.I.S (it glows blue, couldn't resist) was retired and I went back to my old G15 which worked wonders for over 7 years. Worked like a dream, till it didn't. Hopefully others don't get the same error I did, as I really did like this keyboard!
Logitech once again get it right, well almost
June 19, 2014
I have purchased Logitech products pretty exclusively for a long time now. I own 2 ( http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Cordless-Optical-Trackman-USB/dp/B00006B9CR/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1403206167&sr=8-1&keywords=logitech+cordless+optical+trackman ) of those, one is for backup. I have had them for over 10 years. I love this keyboard too. Great budget gamer board. I love how easy to use the software is as well. The keys feel tight, not stiff. The keys are also perfectly lit, not too bright or dim and no harsh glow from them at night. I recommend this to anyone who wants a great keyboard with powerful, easy to use software that can create fairly complex macros without any coding knowledge. After having this keyboard since june 10th of 2014 it is now october 2nd of 2014 and the numpad 2 key just completely stopped working. The backlight works but repeatedly pressing yields no results. I have tried different usb ports and even other pc's just to be thorough. That is the only problem i have had with it. It is not within amazon return range so I'm stuck with it i guess. It is also my daughters birthday today so this is her day and needless to say i cant just fork over more money for something that should still work. Logitech, I have always been loyal and i would like to see something done.

Keyboard has major flaws which affect a percentage of the product - hope you don't receive one of these
September 2, 2017
Cool design for this keyboard and mouse with a nice look to them, and also a very nice feel. Unfortunately the keyboard seems to have some kind of major design flaw which affects a portion of the products on market. My keyboard will randomly start flashing all lights on and off, and disconnect from USB for a period lasting about 1 minute. This happens at random, and sometimes repeats over and over. I have eliminated the possibility of bad USB ports or improper power configurations. Additionally nothing else is affected using the same USB ports- only the keyboard. The mouse works fine and is a great mouse. But being a gaming keyboard, this disconnect issue happens frequently while gaming in critical moments, causing the loss of team matches which you take the blame for. I have had this issue since I first bought the keyboard and I don't know why I didn't RMA then, but its too late now and the CM's support is completely unresponsive to help requests. Others on the web have had this same issue and receive no response either, aside from the generic responses about USB port configuration, when this is obviously an issue with the keyboard itself.
Lasted a year and half. NOT the most durable, but was fun to use.
June 26, 2017
I've enjoyed this keyboard since dec 2015 ( it is june 2017 as of writing this review ).

Worked really well for a while and feels like a mechanical keyboard even though it is not. Only recently after a year and half of use the keys have suddenly been unresponsive. Most letters on the left hand side will no longer work at all.

I will have to buy a new keyboard (I have a old temporary lenovo keyboard that works well, but has no back light or mechanical feel) and this time I'll definitely be searching for something more quality and durable.
Cheap, but not up to par with CM's repuation
July 8, 2016
I bought this set because I admire Cooler Master's other products. I have their Scout 2 case & fans, which made my first ever PC build a dream. After using this set for a few weeks, I retired the mouse for a cheap made-in-China "gaming" style mouse I paid >$10. I'm still using the keyboard five months later, & am shopping for another.

Keyboard: LOUD clacky keys. The resistance is ok. It's not comfortable for me to play FPS on, but it works better with a wrist rest.

Mouse: It was unusable for me because I tend to rest my palm far back & there are two sharp points at it's rear end where the lightning bolt LED ends. I shaved them down with a file, but its still uncomfortable. I'm not sure why its not rounded like every other mouse I've used. The side mouse buttons aren't in a great spot for me. The DPI is janky & results in jittery movement.

Bottomline: Cheap, but functional.
I bought it because I often like to work in a darker room at night and ...
June 3, 2016
Product works as expected but has ONE HUGE ISSUE. The scroll lock is also the ON/OFF for the back lighting on the keyboard. I didn't buy this keyboard for gaming, I bought it because I often like to work in a darker room at night and wanted a better way to see the keyboard. It works great except if I want to use the number pad on the keyboard I have to disable the back lighting leaving the keys completely black (lights only work with scroll lock engaged). Such a simple design flaw has this keyboard useless for me. It is going in the trash.
Keyboard is fine. Mouse is terrible. Scroll wheel issues.
February 10, 2016
I bought the CM Storm Devastator keyboard/mouse combo just under 10 months ago. I like the keyboard which works fine. I do think a separate button to turn the backlight on and off would seem like something obvious that should have been implemented; however, this doesn't really affect my use of the keyboard.

The mouse was great while it worked. A couple weeks ago I started having issues with the scroll wheel. When scrolling down it would jump back up occasionally. Now it happens whenever I scroll to the point where it's incredibly frustrating and unusable. From reading reviews, this seems to be an issue that other people experience as well. I tried changing mouse settings that made the scroll wheel scroll more lines at a time (suggestion I found when googling), but this made no difference. Like I said, I haven't even had the mouse for 10 months so I would think it should be able to make it much longer than that before experiencing an issue that makes it unusable.

Right now I'm just using a cheap HP mouse that came with an old computer which has worked fine for years. Although I do miss the extra buttons to go forward/back in a browser. From what I've read it seems like you can get it replaced, but you still have to pay for shipping for the old one to be sent back. I'll probably just find a different mouse so I don't risk having to go through this whole issue again.

I bought this keyboard last week and just got my new PC to use it. I plugged it in and a number of the keys on the left dont work, namely the keys you would use during a game! Now i have to pack it up and send it back. Not very happy. Usually logitech products are good. THis is the first time i have had a bad product.

Decent keyboard until it started malfunctioning
October 13, 2015
I wanted a decent backlit computer for when I was gaming in the dark. I liked that the WASD and arrow keys were a lighter gray so they were easy to find when starting up a game, and the letters glowed a nice blue color. The back of the keyboard is red which I thought was weird, but it didn't bother me at all because you never really see it until you flip it over. I was happy with it for a few short months. Then out of nowhere, it started typing extra keys like another reviewer mentioned. There was no damage done to the keyboard that might make it result in acting this way. One day I just loaded up my computer like normal and it'd start typing a 2 after certain letters, like when I hit the "d" key, it'd automatically type in "d2", and also when I typed a "2", it'd also automatically type "d2." This made typing veeeeeeeeery frustrating, as you could imagine.Like the other user started, I searched and found that other users were experiencing something similar. My guess is that I had received a keyboard with faulty wiring, since none of the fixes mentioned in my search seemed to work. I started to talk to the Logitech customer service to try and get it replaced, but ended up just ditching it and getting the Razer BlackWidow Chroma mechanical keyboard. Although the price for that was much steeper, in this case I think you get what you pay for and am much happier now than I would have been with a replacement logitech gaming keyboard.I usually stand by Logitech because their products are a great quality and very affordable, but this specific keyboard just didn't do it for me.

Purchased in May of 2016 and here it is April of 2017 and we are replacing it. The cord has a short causing it to flick whatever game you are playing off and on. The cord should be a USB plug in to BOTH the computer and keyboard so all you have to do is buy a replacement cord and not the whole keyboard.
It worked great out of the box
September 9, 2016
The price, and reputation of Cooler Master had me compelled to purchase this keyboard/mouse combo. It worked great out of the box. No issues, and was enjoying it as my daily use keyboard/mouse. But within 8 months the keyboard had failed although the LEDs still work fine, zero key presses are recognized. Cooler Master authorized an RMA for the keyboard with me having to pay the shipping back to them.

After receiving the replacement keyboard it is immediately clear that it is also defective. The following keys are completely unresponsive "Q,W,E,R,U,I,O,P", I'm not sure how that could pass any type of QA inspection but now it looks like I'll have to pay to ship this defective RMA keyboard back to cooler master as well and wait for yet another keyboard. After I send the keyboard back this next time I'll be out 2 X shipping costs + international telephone charges and weeks of poor customer service and waiting (They are in China). With that extra money on this keyboard/mouse I could have purchase something significantly better then this dud (which I was forced to do anyway waiting on this slow process).

Do yourself a favor spend a little more and purchase a quality keyboard and ensure that you've got the reliability you need and expect from a device, instead of trying to save a few bucks now.
Scroll lock has to be on to for back-light!!!
July 8, 2016
The keyboard is perfectly fine, with two exceptions. The first is that while there are audio controls (which is something I really like), there's no mute button which I found to be simply lazy. The reason why I hate this keyboard and will be sending it back is because you need the scroll lock on in order to have the keys lit up. That's just absurd. The scroll lock button, while used very little is most useful when it's off. Try using Excel with the scroll lock enabled. Go ahead, try it. What makes it even more crazy is that there's a random button on the top left of the keyboard which seems to do nothing at all. So, why design the keyboard so that the scroll lock key toggles the light and then add a button that doesn't have a function. The comfort factor is also terrible, but I will admit that's going to vary from person to person. My wrist is sore already and I've only written one paragraph. I believe this is a result of the keys being so high. Overall, the keyboard functions as advertised. The audio controls work and the light works well.
Squeaks like a Real Mouse!
February 6, 2016
Don't buy this.
1. Amazon first sent a red combo when I ordered a blue, and I actually liked the red better so no harm there.
2. The mouse wheel squealed after a very small amount of use. It was so annoying you didn't want to even use it.
3. Returned through Amazon, got a replacement, and they sent a Blue one like I had originally ordered, which isn't as nice as the red but hey it's what I ordered originally, so no harm there.
4. Replacement mouse wheel started squealing within days. After the holidays, we got busy, forgot about it and procrastinated and missed my return window of opportunity by a day. Now in the RMA process with CM.
I have a feeling a batch of bad mouses got out of the factory and that's probably about all they have left. I wonder if the Devastator 2 have the same problem?
Also, we have multiple users on one PC here, and when you go to switch users in Windows, the back-light turns off and you can't see the keyboard to input your password. Other than that, the keyboard is cool, although like I said I do like the red better as you can really make out the letters better.
Look for a mouse elsewhere. CM just doesn't know how to make a mouse that doesn't squeal after some use.
Do NOT buy this for the mouse.
January 23, 2015
VERY disappointed in this combo-- I was in DESPERATE need of a Mouse, and my Keyboard is starting to go as well. It's doing the job, but the mouse has caved in, and I needed a replacement. So I bought this combo, just in case my keyboard caved in, and the mouse worked for about two minutes, and just STOPPED. My cursor disappeared, and the mouse became unresponsive completely. After that, I spent about two hours with a tech-savvy friend of mine, and even he couldn't find out what was wrong with it. We looked and looked through the driver data, and trust me, there is NO software for this mouse, whatsoever. I really wanted this to be helpful to me, as I am an avid gamer, and it had lots of potential for the two minutes it worked. I looked to the official forums to find a solution, and the Customer Support Staff seemed WAY too eager to ask people if it wouldn't work on their computers, which made me weary. Then when I saw people saying, "Try it on another computer", I KNEW something was up. $30, excessively futuristic-looking, and it came as a bundle? I'm DEFINITELY disappointed. I'm returning this as soon as I can. I haven't tried the keyboard just yet, but I use a flat-key keyboard, so on my experience, it's very clacky and not what I'd like.
