Very nice little reader!

It has a touch screen, and it fits in my pocket. I love it.

for the price its a good e-book reader it gets the job done

For $24, I can't complain too much. The screen is bright and readable. Text size is adjustable. A slot is availble for SD cards. Reading flow for ebooks is decent. It's pretty much what I signed up for.This biggest disappointment was reading .pdfs, the main reason I bought the device. Although changing text size does zoom pdfs, the zoom is not sufficient to read the "fine print", which is so tiny it suffers from pixel aliasing. A greater zoom would be nice.Complaints that are perhaps unfair given the price point:-Screen is too small. (Yeah, I know, it's a pocket reader, but it could be paperback size.)-Screen doesn't rotate. (Ok, so that might require extra hardware, but a rotate option could be made available in sofware.)-Touch screen isn't very sensitive or intuitive, but a hard little stylus is included.-Doesn't remember where you were last. Bookmarks are more like note hyperlinks and don't help you find your place easily. Bad programming!-pdfs take too long to update pages.I'll probably deal with the pdf troubles by translating to ebooks, which work well.

Not the best pocket reader. IT lags a lot and to turn pages can be a hassle. It's not touch screen either you need a stylus. The PDF files can't be blown up so if you have bad eyes I would not go for this.

Not so great. Great for travel. However, battery dies within two hours.

it needs a stylus to turn a pagealso their is no space with a margin on the sides of the screen making it very uncomfortable to readit's looks like a color palm screen not pleasant to read from

We had a small problem that needed to be fixed and called KOBO to ask about it only to find out that this item is not a KOBO item. It is a knock off from China. Was completely disappointed and embarrassed as this was a Christmas gift to my cousin.

Gift. Not open right away. Not WiFi. For Kobo only. Software would not set up completely on Windows 7. Maybe XP, but Kobo no longer services. No response from email.

worst buy ever! no battery life, and it can't be used while it's charging. Can I give it a ZERO?

This is not a KOBO. I was hoping to have one I could leave at work and sync to my KOBO account. This has nothing to do with them. I can't even find a place to download any contact to it..... I can't even return it because I opened the package to reat the instructions
