Five Star Reviews: | 70% Makes my hair feel and look great! April 7, 2017 This is the best product ever for protecting my hair. I am in my 60s and still have long hair. This product prevents breakage and dryness, yet is never oily looking. In the short time since I have tried it, many of my friends and family have started using it because they loved the way my hair looked. but recently i had gone to the salon (after a year) and got an ombre and it's refreshing to know this product also is good for c February 21, 2017 i have frizzy hair when i get out of the shower, no blow dry, no products applied. with that being said, my hair gets crazy tangled and it frustrates me when i try to come it with my fingers and my comb/brush. i lose a lot of my hair this way, so i needed something that will help with this frustration and this seemed to be it from what the customers reviewed. it has safe ingredients and it's a leave in conditioner. I bought this at first for just the frizz and my dry hair, but recently i had gone to the salon (after a year) and got an ombre and it's refreshing to know this product also is good for colored hair. i didn't need to purchase another hair products just for colors, this has it all. it's been working well for me if not better and my hair when i apply this, detangles and leaves the tips of my hair soft, smoothe, frizz free and light. does not leave that greasy, heavy feel like most serum. i'd recommend this. Love the pump and the shine. November 11, 2016 Nice product packaging for a good product. A little goes a long way. My hair is formerly brown, now grey, colored blonde and dry. This is an oily product that adds shine and silkiness. The difference between this product and "repair and shine" is the pump. One pump delivers a tiny amount.Good shine on hair. I have long, thick color treated hair that tends to get some breakage and some flyaways - This does the trick! My hair remains silky soft for days with just one application!! I like the smell too. I couldn't be happier :) Very Good Product for Dry Thin Hair December 22, 2015 My hair has gotten thin and flyaway and it does exactly what IT wants to do unless I perm it, which hurts it more. I got a curling iron and this Argan to see if it might hold the curl on top where the perm has grown out. I was surprised that the directions said to only use about a dime size amount in your hand. I was much more surprised that that little bit conditioned my hair as well as if I had deep conditioned it. I did heat set my hair and it actually stayed most of the day. I did not think to get mousse or hair spray or it would have held up longer. I will use this from now on to smooth my hair, even if it has a perm. Another plus is that it has almost no scent since my husband is allergic to many scents. I have taken many things back for that reason so this is a gift for the whole household. My favorite part is the hair is softer, which I like because the only time I could get my hair soft was not washing my hair so often, to allow my natural oils time to really get up the hair. So this allows me to wash my hair a bit more, but more importantly get to my ends right away.All in all, I like it! April 3, 2017 Bought this after experiencing an allergic reaction to mineral makeup I had been using for over 10 years...didn't know what I could put on my face that wouldn't aggravate it after being on steroids and antihistamines for 10 days. My regular moisturizers, although very high quality, burned and increased my itchiness. This product has been wonderful! At first I hesitated to buy it because of the price per ounce, & the small size of the bottle. Then I realized that it was MY MISTAKE.The two previous argan oil products I had used had a LOT of other ingredients. February 2, 2017 Confession: I am a male and I am writing about argan oil specifically pertaining to hair and facial application. I read that even manly hair gets dry in snowy winter climates and that argan can compensate for that so I looked into this. It does add a shine to my coarse asian hair, and as long as I don't put a hat on, allows it to lie flat. I cannot tell if the hair is actually any healthier, and like I said, it's pretty coarse, so not going to add or remove curls. I like also that it doesn't gunk up like putty or product. I also tried oil on my face for a moisturizer. I've used facial moisturizers before for men with oily faces to mixed results. Argan does a respectable job. Not too heavy, not too oily, absorbs in without a heavy shine and overall I am surprised. I will only use it at night as I prefer moisturizers with some SPF protection. I don't know about the claim that it heals scars.The price is perfect since my nearest Whole Foods sells 1 oz for about the same price. It has just about replaced all of my other skin moisturizers. I especially appreciate how it works for fingernails and cuticles. In winters particularly, cold dry weather, I've traditionally had lots of problems with splitting and breaking fingernails. I have very sensitive and very dry skin that reacts to any unnatural ingredients, so this pure 100% organic argan oil with no other additives works for me. All year long December 4, 2015 This product is amazing! All year long, I've been struggling with my hair. It was just unruly, dry, and gets knotted up at the ends so easily. I just wake up in the morning and my hair would be knotted up like I hadn't brushed them in years. I don't even know how that happens. I used to have healthy, shiny hair, and all of a sudden, my hair was just not anymore. And it's been like that for most of the year. My doctor didn't know what to say or even paid any attention to any of that. Just like she didn't pay attention to my constant dizziness. Later, I came to the conclusion that all of the problems I was having was hormonal, but that's a different story.I tried a lot of products. In fact, in an effort to manage my hair problem, I stopped using all heat tools like hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron. I can't get over how smooth and soft it made my hair. I left it on for 15 - 20 minutes while wearing a shower cap inside out (letting my scalp warm up naturally). I purchased this several months ago and really like the product. It smell is pleasant and it works amazingly. I use the argon oil type alternately with the keratin type when I condition my hair. My stylist recommends me to only shampoo my hair every 2-3 days but I am a pet groomer. I get nasty stuff blown around all over me daily and could not stand to not clean all of me! My stylist told me in between days of shampoo I should only rinse my hair with just water and find a good moisturizing conditioner to help remove the addition of "doggie" fur from my locks. I can't use regular conditioner in my hair due to being extremely sensitive to a lot of products, but this stuff works great! I didn't give it a full 5 stars, just because I can only use it on the ends of my hair and if my hair is wet. Otherwise if I use it too close to my scalp, on my bangs, or if my hair is dry, it makes your hair have a weird texture and from afar makes it look greasy. You'd don't need very much of this stuff, and this small bottle has lasted me about a year with everyday use and I have really long hair (mid to low back). Definitely recommend, just make sure you know what your hair needs and where it needs it, otherwise you look like you haven't washed your hair in a couple of weeks! Positive Results April 24, 2015 I've been using it on my daughter's ethnic brittle hair for over 3 weeks now. I have to admit that I have seen a positive difference in her hair. It hasn't been breaking off as easily as before, resulting in fewer split ends, almost none at all. I can only believe that if I continue the treatment, it will her help her hair in it's totality. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the scent. It's unpleasant. I mix it in with another nourishing creme to try and disguise it. I love this oil! I primarily use it on my face after cleansing. The smell is slighty nutty/coffee scent, which I like. Would be 5 stars but the second order I recieved, the glass bottle has a white paint like coating on it, which was chipped and flaking off right out of the package getting onto my hands. The second is the pump on this bottle is very difficult to press down, almost like it's stuck. And when it does go down it shoots out, instead of dropping into my hands or other beauty materials I like to use. The oil itself is fantastic! The bottle and pump, not so much! Good. Good for Hydration but Horrible as a Scent December 27, 2015 This is great in a sense that it offers great moisture and hydration, but the spray is more of a pump of a spoonful of oil as opposed to a mist that I was looking for. The spray shoots out a blob of oil and therefore the product finishes far quicker than the misty sprays.Although I LOVE the fact that this product is organic, I think it's because of that AND the fact that the product is comprised of a single oil. that it smells pretty horrible. I recently underwent surgery that made me very sensitive to smells and I can tell you that this one is fairly unpleasant. I like argan oil and I used to get Elma&Sana brand. Elma&Sana comes in prettier blue bottle and is not as smelly as this product. Yes, this product has a stronger smell and I would not put it on right before I go out but the smell does seem to dissipate after a while, and for overnight use, etc., it should be fine. And this product feels thicker than E&S, I don't know if that's a good thing, but it certainly does the job of moisturizing.I choose this product over E&S because E&S is more expensive and the worst part of that product is that I have received leaky bottles from them several times. I wanted to get some argan oil product for my parents who live overseas and I could not risk getting products that would leak on the way over there. Satisfactory May 22, 2015 We have been using the oil for a few weeks now for twice a day. It has tremendously improved my 7 year old's skin problem on his face. He has a kind of rash on his cheeks. It's been there since he was a baby and it's due to developing sweat glands. So he has little bumps like oil seeds. Less rough and softer to the touch.My 2 kids and i also use the oil as a replacement for our body cream. The smell is nutty but mild and you don't smell it after a few minutes.I purchased the first bottle but due to shipping and handling the content of the oil spilled out. I used it and unfortunately it really didn't make a difference in the texture, feel, or look of my hair. I love the smell of it, it smells like orange-sicle and the color looks like oatmeal. This is a SILICONE BASED hair treatment and it only addresses any symptoms of the hair such as instant shine and smoothness and/or "quick fix" for split ends. It does not get to the root cause as if you were to use the oils alone. If you are looking for an all natural oil based hair treatment that is for the long term health of your hair this is not for you. They also suggested I give the product to a friend or family member to try- they didn't want to waste packing and they wanted someone to be able to enjoy product. This surprised me and changed my outlook about the company and their products. It showed me that they believe in their products and really do care about customers. I gave the Aragon oil to my sister to try, since she doesn't have sensitive skin like me. She loved it! She said it worked great on her hair- wasn't greasy for her and a little bit went a long way; it made her hair soft and shiny and she said it was great on her dry skin. I admit I was suprised since I didn't have the same expierence. I think my expierence was due to two things, first my highly sensitive skin- which is a constant battle, second, I may have used too much of the product. I used two or three pumps of oil and applied it to my hair; this is what I did with the last Aragon oil I used so I figured it would be the same. Turns out not all Aragon oil is the same-duh I should have known! My sister said she only used one pump and it was more than enough- she has longer hair too. Major Disappointment December 28, 2014 I previously used it's a 10 Miracle Hair Mask and Hydrating Argan Oil Hair Mask by Arvazallia.I bought this product because of the great reviews but it was a major disappointment.While I was massaging the mask into my hair, It felt like it didn't absorb into my hair at all.It also leaves my hair very very dry and frizzy the next day.
