Curly Girl, 3b low porosity curls. Perfect moisture and consistency. Light, when you rub in hands does turn white but goes away once applied. Smell is fine, it doesn't linger but that's not a bad thing because I usually layer it with a styling product curly, natural hair ladies know what I'm talking about. Great deal for 3 bottles. Has become one of my favorite leave in, great for wash and go. It is also good for the summer months when we need our curls hydrated. Will definitely recommend and repurchase.

I absolutely adore this leave-in conditioner! It works better than any leave-in I've ever tried!Pros:- Leaves hair feeling super soft, moisturised and manageable- Has great slip making it easy to detangle hair.- Works well with products from other brands.- Penetrates hair easily and quickly- Does not weigh down hair and does not flake- Even though it's only 8oz it lasts a long time because a little definitely goes a long way!Cons:- The scent could be better, but that's being nit-picky.This is definitely a holy grail product for me! Would HIGHLY recommend it!

It's a staple for my 3c/4a hair. Detangles, and conditions with verrrrrry little. The scent, I don't like. It's unscented but reminds me of how plastic smells. I always add something else to my hair in order to make it smell good.

This product is seriously the Holy Grail of all leave in conditioners. I've been using it for about 2 months ago and I lieterally trashed all my other leave ins conditioners because this one has left me super duper happy. I'm natural with a hair type that's 4b and I must say that despite the fact that my hair is thick and coarse, it really dosen't take much of this product to keep my hair well moisturised. This is literally one of those "a little goes a long way" type of products. So if you're cautious about how much of the product you put in your hair, the bottle should last you about 2 1/2 months depending on how frequently you wash your hair.

I have been using Giovanni Leave-In Weightless Conditioner for two years now and it is the finest product of it's type that I have ever tried. I am a guy with a full head of medium weight wavy hair who wants just a bit of moisture and control. With wet hands, I can distribute a tiny dab of Giovanni evenly through my hair (wet or dry), making just one 8.5 oz, bottle last for months. Other no-rinse products I have used seem to either create build up over time or cause chemical damage if left in all day. And unlike many styling products, Giovanni Weightless has no waxy or oily properties to cause a stiff feel or greasy look. My hair always looks and feels completely natural after use. Just received my second 3 pack meaning that I am now starting my fourth bottle and third year with complete satisfaction so far.

UPDATE (10/2014):THE 4B HAIR IS STILL BOUNCY & SOFT! I have not changed my leave-in conditioner in 3 years because this one still does the job incredibly well. I've added Giovanni's Smooth As Silk Deep Moisture Conditioner to the regimen and made other adjustments to increase effectiveness:- Slather hair with extra-virgin coconut oil (cold expeller-pressed) and let it soak in while you handle other business (i.e. a quick & dirty pre-poo)- Wash scalp with Shea Naturals Thickening Shampoo (or whatever brand/formulation applies to you) or not (meaning, go straight to deep conditioning). Rinse with cool water, but at the end switch to warm/very warm water.- Use Giovanni's Deep Conditioner. Let soak in under plastic cap under a low-heat dryer (or not) for half hour to an hour.- Rinse out completely with cool water, make that quick switch to warm/very warm water, don't shake or wring dry and add the Giovanni Leave-In Conditioner. Let the water and product absorb into hair for 15-20 minutes.- Slather hair again with extra-virgin coconut oil, paying special attention to ends. This step seals in the moisture.- Then, use whatever holding/styling products (in my case, large section-by-section Jane Carter Wrap & Roll Foam and Andalou Naturals Medium Hold Sunflower Gel). I still use Kiss My Face Upper Management Gel [Medium hold] sometimes, particularly for slickbacks. Don't forget to trim those ends with BARBER scissors!NOTE: I usually do some type of wet set, not a wash n' go. I think the procedure still applies though to a wash n' go.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have medium-long 4B hair (fine, curly). I was looking for a leave-in that would detangle, but with mostly natural ingredients. Thanks to a previous, similar reviewer, I purchased this leave-in at a SuperTarget.Bottom line: It did what other conditioning products did not.I smooth on 2 quarter size (or less) dollops of this in my freshly washed (and sometimes conditioned) hair. I wait 10 minutes. Then, I can put a sturdy wide tooth comb through my hair with minimal resistance. The hair loss is dramatically less. I can do a wet set of my hair more quickly (in combo with Kiss My Face Upper Management Gel [Medium hold] and Jane Carter Wrap & Roll Foam over it). Also, my hair looks and feels incredibly soft as well as healthy when the style is dried. There's no residue, and most importantly, my curls aren't weighed down. It's bouncy time!I've been using this product for over a year. I don't anticipate switching to anything else anytime soon.

I only wash my hair every few days, and I already used a dry shampoo for touch-up, but needed something for my ends which tend to get dry during this terrible summer heat. This is wonderful! It's very light, and absorbs well. It doesn't feel oily and it smells fantastic! I have naturally wavy hair that I flat-iron to straight every day, and I love applying this at night to help moisturize it for the morning. I usually put 2-3 pumps on, and my hair is around 6-7 inches past shoulder length.

oh i love this stuff.. living in az my hair gets really dry. and to style it the way i like it i have to use gel and hairspray.Since i bought this i dont use neither of them too.. i wash my hair and put it in and style it my curls are totally defined and smell good :-) i used it everyday and it lasted almost 2 months

I love this product from Repure if you have natural hair it will leave your hair feeling soft and more manageable. It helps detangle hair as well. The conditioner has a light fresh scent and doesn't weight your hair down.

I love this product! I just used it today by itself and my curls are absolutely amazing! This will be a new staple of mines for a while. I will say it may weigh your hair down a bit, but I just put some almond oil on my hair and it softens out the heavy feeling. I'm glad I found this product on a whim...love, love, love!

Started using this instead of WEN and I like Renpure so much better. I have a lot of fine, curly, frizzy hair. I find that this actually feels like it is absorbing into my hair, instead of just laying on the top and feeling greasy like WEN did a lot. My hair is much less frizzy with this leave in conditioner and I don't like I have to use other products with it for my hair to nice and behave. It also costs a lot less too.

Love love love!!! My ends were so bad from dying my hair. I apply a little on my ends at the end of every shower and man what a difference! My hair has no more split ends or dry feeling. Just dont put it near your scalp it will make the top of your head look greasy,

This has been my go to leave in conditioner for the last 4 years, and I have natural hair. The reason I have given it 4/5 stars is that if you put too much in your hair or do not massage it in it will leave your hair looking gray. I have found that it works best if I mix it with a natural oil.

I like Paul Mitchell Leave-In Conditioner better but this product is more ecologically friendly. I wish it worked the same as Paul Mitchell.

This product is good, especially as a finishing product, a little goes a long way. I might not purchase again because it really is weightless. It is called weightless Direct Leave-In conditioner, meaning it will not weigh the hair down and that is absolutely true. Depending on the hair style, like normally when I do a twist-out I like to use a conditioner with some weight to it in setting up the twists, but when I take it down this is a good product to use during that stage. Since I use this sparingly in the final styling stages, it will last a long time.

I like this leave-In conditioner because it really helps with manageability of my hair. I have very thick hair which can be difficult to comb through but once I put this conditioner in it's easy going from there.The only drawback is that it doesn't leave my hair feeling moisturized for a long time and leaves it feeling a little dry. However, that's nothing that a little olive oil mixed in water can't cure.

this product gets a well deserved 4 stars from me. It delivers what it promises, it is weightless, which is great for natural kinky hair. It gives hair that moisture splurge in the drier winter climate in South Africa. I only recently bought this product, so it is still new to my hair but my hair is enjoying it at the moment. The leave in has a subtle smell, which is not bad but it is not great either. I recommend this product to dry hair that needs a face lift.

I am honestly am not sure if this product makes much difference in conditioning my hair. I put this in my hair along with oil. Sometimes my hair feels a little heaving from all of the products but this is a creamy leave in that is very light weight. Since my order came with 3 bottles I'll keep using it but I'm not 100% that it's making much difference. Putting oil in my hair, on the other hand, makes a clear difference.

I followed the instructions and put it on damp hair. It felt like I had nasty glue in my hair. I found the trick to end this. When you shut your shower off squeeze the water out of your hair and put this stuff on right away while your hair is still really wet. When it dries it makes your hair so soft with no sticky residue.

I'm a guy with longish hair.This works well on my thick wavy hair.Works best on towel dried/damp hair.Smells great, doesn't weigh your hair down unless you use a ton of it.Works pretty decent on dry hair as well.

4 stars being when I received it, the bottle was popped open and some of the conditioner was poured out into the bag it came in.

This leave in conditioner is a little bit heavier than I was wanting. It works to make my hair soft, less frizzy, and easier to brush though, but if I use even a drop to much it seems to leave my hair greasy and stringy. I have straight, course, normal(not oily or dry) hair.

Great product, but may not be for everyday use. Tend to be heavy in the hair. I have used it most effectively for 2-3 washes per week and am fine with that. Recommend for dry and damaged hair. Smells wonderful!

This is my first time buying any renpure products and I am switching from OGX Moroccan oil and cream to have a more all natural product. Ideally I wanted organic but this was the best for the cheapest I could find. The packages came shipped well, and in tact. The bottles are very sturdy and I love the pump since squeezing a bottle with my arthritic hands isn't fun. It's a very generous amount in the bottle, I was pleasantly surprised. I have shoulder length, dry, brittle curly hair if I don't use and abundance of conditioning agents. After using this its soft and the curls are well formed with residual frizz. But I followed up with an all organic cream for $22 for a tiny bottle.Pros: moderately thick conditioner, thicker than any generic store brand, less thick than OGX brand leave in cream. holds well to hair. I even rinsed it then re applied to see how it it held up and most of it was left in my roots Works very well with the cleansing pudding being used first. Not overly heavy together Used a palm full which is average for me with my curly hair. My hair sucks up moisture . Inexpensive for the quality and amount of productCons: I'm not crazy about the masculine fragrance, although it wears off after your hair dries. It smells like a cologne my grandpa would wear, . ¬ in a good way lol! A little thinner than I need it to be and most of the product is removed at the ends of my hair, while drying my hair with a towel Has preservatives in it, I really wish it didn't. Still looking for cheap organic product.Overall opinion for my hair type.... Very good. Like a 8&1/2 out of 10. Well worth the money. I have 4 stars since it has preservatives and it is not organic and the fragrance is off putting when my hair is wet. Would definitely buy again and use forever if I don't find an organic nicer smelling product for a reasonable price.I LOVE the cleansing pudding tho and will be reviewing that as well.

I don't like the smell, but I think it's a great moisturizing product. It gives good moisture to the african hair, unlike most leave-ins.

It's okay for dry hair, but I won't buy again based on the size of bottle and how well it works.

I have very long hair that tangles badly. I thought this was a regular conditioner (I didn't read the description very well) and couldn't firgure out why it wasn't helping. My bad! Once I realized it was a "leave-in" conditioner, I tried it. It honestly didn't work well for me. I do love that It is enriched with certified organic botanicals, has no animal by-products and it's cruelty free. It wasn't for me but I still love these products from Giovanni!

I find that this product actually makes my hair drier when I use it. I've heard such great things about this product but for me, it leaves my hair too dry & since I bought the three pack thinking that I would love this product, I add it to water in a spray bottle & spritz my hair with it in conjunction with other hydrating products & I find that this works better for my hair.

Decent product but the moisture level just isn't there. I have kinky hair and it drinks up moisture. It smells ok. Works well on natural loose wavy hair. Use it everyday on my daughter hair. No build up.

This was one of the first leave-in conditioners I used after going natural. I'd put this on my hair after conditioner washes, and it left my hair with a good amount of moisture, but little slip. I have to say, when I used Kinky Curly's Knot Today, however, my opinion of Giovanni changed slightly, since Knot Today gives me ample moisture and slip for my 4a/4b hair.Giovanni does perform for the price, and it's advantage is that it's cheaper (being half the price of Knot Today's $11). It's still good, but in my opinion, and for my hair, Knot Today is better. But, everyone's hair is different, so try it and decide for yourselves.

It is an okay product. I have used it for a month now. I am not a fan of the smell. It is pretty big size bottle.

I ordered the shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner. The product itself is not bad, but the pumps they came in are awful. The shampoo pump is a bear to use, the conditioner pump wouldn't work at all, I had to open the bottle top to get the product out.

Was expecting this to be awesome from the reviews, but I'm not impressed. It doesn't help with any frizz, and does not detangle. Smells great and has good ingredients though! But probably wouldn't by again

I love the way this smells like coconut! I had been looking for a coconut hair product and had trouble finding one. Only thing is that I think either the pump I got was defective or I'm an idiot, but I couldn't get the pump to work when I got it. I turned the top to "unlock" it and it wouldnt. Eventually I tried pulling and it popped off and broke. :( So my "pump" is broken so I can't easily travel with it. What's in the bottle is still great stuff though!

So this may sound bad, but I got a defective top on my bottle. I had also bought some other Renpure products and am just now getting to this so my window to return it has passed. Pretty disappointing. Other than that the conditioner smells really good and works ok.

Wasn't what I thought...I assumed it was spray...doesn't have the greatest smell....and it seemed to make my hair kinda stiff

I saw another comment that mentioned this problem. The pack of three of these products seem like they're going bad, like they've been on the shelf forever. The smell is a little different than the regular product and the consistency even seems different. I had originally purchased one and I loved it, so I decided to stock up but the second time around these just were so different.

Leaves a white residue that flakes off like dandruff after a couple days. For the naturalistas who go long periods without washing, this is definitely a problem. If something is meant to be left in, it should assimilate seamlessly. Also dries a bit sticky for me. May be a good product, but for these reasons it's not for me.

I got this because my sister said it did wonders for her hair. She has just about the same course hair type as me. For me, it's like any other product I used: poor. I can find something half the price. This item also sat on my hair and when my hair dried, I saw white residue.

I have been a wen girl for years and was looking at less expensive alternatives. The cowashes from this brand are good, and I was hoping this would be as well. It left my hair soft but dull, and more importantly the perfume scent was so strong friends told me they could smell it from across the table. If you are used to stronger scented hair care (think herbal essence) then this may not be a problem for you.

Does nut smell like coconut. Smells like petroleum oil with a hint of coconut. Haven't tried the other scents.

It makes my hair very very very oily, even when used in little amounts. Just doesn't work for me

Pros: the product has a very silky feel and it feels nice in your hair. I like that it doesn't leave a gross texture in your hair when dry. Cons: The smell isn't quite what I expected and fades very quickly.I like the product alright, but I don't notice a big enough difference to be convinced to repurchase.

Are you sure this can be leave in? Because it got really sticky when I put it on my hair and I had to take another shower just to wash it off.

This is okay but I wouldn't recommend this for African American hair. It cakes up and looks white if you use too much causing you to rewash your hair if you are NATURAL!!

This left my daughter's hair dry, bulked up, and frizzy. I experimented with different amounts, using both less and more than my initial application, but it didn't work for her at all. She has extremely curly hair, and a lot of it. I was not impressed and tossed the rest of the bottle. I've used rinse-out conditioners on her that were more moisturizing!

Product did not have the same consistency as the one I got from another store. Also, it crumbled when I applied to my hair and I had to immediately rinse it out.

I am a big fan of Giovanni products, but I will not buy this one again. It has an unpleasant smell.

I found this product pretty useless. I gave it a couple of months to see if my hair would take to the product. My hair felt dry and waxy after the conditioner dried, without fail. I could not recommend this product to anyone with dry, relaxed hair. It could possibly work for others with different hair textures and needs.

The feeling it leaves in your hair is disgusting. I thought I would love it because it's "natural". I'll stick with other products that actually work in my hair.

I returned this product for several reasons. I couldn't get the pump to work and my husband tried too, so I unscrewed the top and used it that way. I felt the scent was too strong. Also, it didn't make my wet hair easier to comb out. I don't have anything positive to say about the are pure Coconut leave in conditioner.

I'm sure this product may be good new but the item I received was obviously old/ expirated the date on the bottom is marked 12/28/15. When i received the item it looked like the product was dripping out of the container but it has dried. And the smell is a bit off and I usually love the smell of coconut but it just smells bad. I wish I could've received this product not expirated and in good condition.

Complete garbage. This stuff was thick and gummed up my hair pretty bad. Not to mention it weighed my hair down as well. No, I did not use too much. I'm very careful with that because I have very light fine hair. I was unable to style my hair once I put this on and it made my hair look nasty and unwashed. It also made any hairspray I used worthless. Now I tried this twice because I thought maybe I should have shook it up the first time but didn't. That didn't work either. This product is very thick and is nothing like whipped. I thought about giving it to one of my daughters but then I chose not to put them through the disappointment. I tossed the entire bottle in the trash where it belongs. BIG WASTE OF MY MONEY!

Left my hair sticky and gummy when wet and feeling like crunchy build-up when dried. Impossible to run a comb through. My hair actually feels better WITHOUT this product. Horrible.
