Side by Side Comparison of: Rampage vs Madden Girl

I've had these boots for almost a year, I wore them all winter, a minimum of 4x a week. They are still in great shape. The bottom heels are starting to wear, but I never had a broken zipper or buckle. I normally wear a 7 or 8, I ordered an 8 and they fit perfect. I also must mention they keep your feet at the perfect temperature. During the winter they kept my feet toasty warm (but never sweaty). I was always cold when I would take them off. Lots of compliments. Great price, great quality! Fantastic buy!

I really like these boots. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. I'm a hairdresser, on my feet all day, and these were comfortable right away, no problems. I got the faux suede and I think they look very good, not cheap looking. The faux suede felt a little stiffer than I expected, but it doesn't affect the fit. I do wish they fit snugger at the top of the shaft, but they're fine, just a little bit roomy. They're not wide shaft boots. Overall, they feel great, they're well made, and look terrific. I'm thinking about getting a pair in brown too.

I absolutely love these boots....I treat myself every year with a new pair, and I bought these in grey. they fit perfect and look so good for dress or casual wear with jeans. They are well made and comfy! Look just like the picture and delivered in two business days.

The sole has little tread, but good for wearing out to dinner, church, etc. These are not snow boots - no insulation. very nice for fashion and wearing with hose or tights. there's enough room to tuck in slacks also. The long side zipper is not functional - there is another zipper on the inside calf ankle area which makes the boots easy on and off. Very pleased with quality for the price. Not sure how they will hold up if worn regularly out in bad weather - but these are just what I wanted for wearing as indoor boots.

I was looking for a pair of black boots and spent entirely too much time looking at different pairs... I finally settled on these, even though there were zero reviews at the time. I am totally happy with my purchase! I was worried about the calf area being too tight, but they fit perfectly, even with pants & socks underneath. They also have an elastic cutout on the inside, so that helps with the tightness. They are super comfortable too! Highly recommended!

Loooove these boots. I got a half size up (7), I usually wear a 6 1/2) because I wanted to be able to wear thick socks or leg warmers with them. I also have pretty muscular legs and was worried about my calf not being able to fit but there is the perfect amount of room. The greyish brown color goes with so much so I can wear it with pretty much everything. I have a high arch in my foot and these boots do well with my feet. Worth every penny!

These are fantastic and comfortable. Even though they are wide calf, they're still a little snug.Other than that, they are what I wanted and I don't have to turn nice boots into slouch boots because they won't fit my calves.

These are actually really pretty boots. Comfortable, and they don't look cheap. They look rather classy when dressed right. The boot shaft is a bit big and I have muscular calves, so that is a plus.

Bought these as a gift and they were a real surprise. I did not expect them to be as nice as they were for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. My aunt, who I bought them for, wears them often and receives lots of compliments.

Got a great deal on these $23 and change, so not complaining at all. The footbed is roomy, but I have narrower feet. I also have higher arches so going to put a cushy insole in these. They need it. Cheaper looking details and not real leather. Some cute knit cuffs or legwarmers out the top would fancy them up a bit.

So far I am very impressed with these boots! I have pretty muscular calves and they are wide enough to combat them without being too large. I have tucked in bootcut jeans just fine, as well as leggings. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is I ordered the brown ones and they are more of a taupe/gray tone than the chocolate brown I was hoping for. Well worth the money so far.

The calf was a little tight, but I have larger than normal calves, and they just needed to be worn a little bit and they loosened up a bit!. Same with the foot width, but overall I absolutely LOVE them. They look amazing and I paid a great price for them! Wishing I had gotten another pair when it went down to $18.99, but when I went on today to get them they had sold out :( BUMMER!!!!!

Everything is fine with the boot, fits fine, but just a preference note . . . the photos don't quite accentuate how wide the top is. I'm 5'5 with average legs (not super curvy by any means, but I have calf shape) and felt the top was too wide and made them feel like pirate boots. So if you're going between this pair and another similar, that's the only note. Especially for the height of them, I'd hoped they weren't so wide at the top and pointed a lot on one side. But I'm also pretty picky. I'll still wear 'em I think, but if it were a nearby store I might've returned them for something similar. They seem too big despite fitting in the foot.

The foot is a bit tight/ narrow and the sole is very hard. The boots are very cute but not comfortable to wear for a full day.

The shaft is really small, these were very uncomfortable on my calves. I passed them on to someone else. They are really cute though.

The boots are pretty but I didn't expect the height of the boot to be slightly around my knee area. I was hoping for it to be a little lower than my knee, so just check the height and your leg length. PLUS, my socks for damp after walking around in a rainy day :( the boots are super new, but I had water find it's way to my socks

So cute, and seem higher quality than I expected for the price EXCEPT that I had a patch of the synthetic coating worn off of the toe by the end of my first day wearing them--not sure how this happened but obviously it didn't take much. Seem high quality from appearance, don't wear well.

The leather is not what I expected. Slightly faded. I wish the boots open all the way up, instead of just the small opening on the ankle. I wear leggings a lot, the leggings got pulled up when I slip in my feet in. The opening is wide enough, I wore my jean leggings, and I still have room.

Cheap! And ugly. I only gave 2 stars because they fit.

I do not by any means have wide calves, but these boots certainly made me feel as though I do. Love the style, just a bummer they didn't fit a little better. Will be returning.

I tried these boots on as soon as I got them and I loved them, but I put them on tonight and could not wear socks with them. I had to go barefooted with them and before the evening was over right foot was hurting really bad at the heel. I will try them again tomorrow and hope they fit better or I will have to ask for a refund.

I decided to try these out as a low-cost, simple, trendy boot, after poring over pages and pages of options available on Amazon. I ordered them in a 9 (my usual size), and while they seem true to size in the foot, I didn't find them very comfortable to walk in. The material around the ankle is pretty stiff - like wearing a rainboot. The calves were also way too wide for me (my calf is about 14.5" at it's widest point) - next time I'll look for something with a slimmer profile. I returned these after trying them on - thank goodness for Amazon Prime and free returns.

They are a nice price but the quality is very low. I have had them for about 6 weeks (wearing them 3x per week) and they have already started to fall apart. Definitely not an every day wear. Soles are not very comfortable.

I bought these after reading reviews and comparing to the madden girl brand I usually buy. I thought I might have a little more room in the calves with these. No. They were so tight, I couldn't zip them up without putting my calves to sleep. My calves are athletic (15 inches) but almost all the reviews that listed measurements of calves and boots made me believe they'd work. Unfortunately they had to go back.

Loved the boots BUT buckle broken when they arrived should have returned but put a stitch in the suede to keep the buckle together- not heels on both boots fell apart. Boots were worn but not every day most to work where i am sitting didn't expect them to last a long time for this price but thought they didn't last as they should have. Poor quality but the foots fit and felt nice to wear

This boot looks and fits nice. BUT ....is a very poor quality product. It was given as a Christmas gift and after only 1 1/2 months of normal wear, the left heel is peeling off and has a large hole in it. When compared to the other heel, it seems like two different products were used during the construction process. The return window was only 30 days, so I am stuck with a broken boot :(

I purchased these boots on December 15, 2016. They are already falling apart. The heel on the left foot is so broken the boots are almost unwearable. I am unsatisfied that I have not even been wearing them for six weeks and they are basically garbage. I will look to other brands in the future.

These boots were not at all what I thought they would be. They are shorter then they look in the picture. Also there is a large zipper on the side that looks like a real zipper and is actually not. The boot does not zip all the way down the leg like the picture portrays it to. But there is a little zipper on the other side of the boot that does function (but only go's up halfway). These boots are made for thinner legs. If you have medium or large legs they will be hard to get on and may not fit.

These boots looked really nice in all of the other pictures, but when i received mine they looked really cheap. Felt super cheap and they were hard and crinkly. It looked like someone had worn them not to mention that they immediately start to collect dirt and other particles. These would be such a paid to clean so i will return these. They fit quite comfortable and are cute but and I would keep them if they were a different material. Price and shipping over all was great. I look forward to getting my refund soon.
