BEST STEAMER -- EVER!
November 6, 2017
Excellent Product. Tried a few hand-held "cheapy" steamers. They leaked all over the place and burned my hand. The Rowenta is a wonderful product. I can hang my clothes on a hanger from the hook attached or use the hanger on the steamer. I love the rotation feature.
Great so far.

No complaints at all. Steamer works great. I would say it takes a litttle longer to press stuff than a traditional iron would, but with this, you can get a wrinkle free shirt without the creases from an iron.
So far, so good!
June 29, 2017
We've had this steamer for about two weeks and so far so good! We had a previous model that we used and loved until our youngest son stood on it and broke it (while it was not it use)! This has made our lives so much easer on busy work/school nights when everyone needs wrinkle-free clothes. I know it's saved us a lot of money in dry cleaning, so even if it only lasts a year or two, it's still worth the investment. The newer model is even more compact than the previous one we had, but does just as good of a job and save us lots of time. I would recommend this product.
We both have enjoyed using it so far
January 29, 2017
After researching different models and features, I bought this for my husband's Christmas gift. We both have enjoyed using it so far. The steamer is quick to heat up, the tank does not need constant refilling, and it steams well. My only complaint is that the hanger is sized for men. My sweaters are extra small so they would get "stretched out" fitting them over the top of the hanger. My solution is to clip the sweater bottom like you would slacks and iron/steam on the pull down mesh board. Violá! Sweater perfection!I still have to iron cotton shirts, but that is my preference as I like slightly stiff from spray starch.I highly recommend for quick and easy removal of wrinkles.
Steamer Works Very Well
March 3, 2016
Very nice Steamer that works well. Like others have said, the hose does get warm when you use the steamer for long periods of time. I used mine for hours steaming wrinkles out of new drapes and never had to get my oven mitts due to the hose being too hot. Also, I had a few drips but found that if I dabbed the steamer head on a towel to absorb the moisture collected on the brush, no more drips on the drapes. After hours of steaming, the moisture on the head was to be expected. I read the instructions and they cover every detail of the machine and the warnings are explicit. Take heed and you will love this machine as long as you use it safely. I have not tried steaming clothes so cannot comment on that.
Terrific product, wish I'd bought it years ago.
June 10, 2015
I really really like this product and use it often. It's best for knits/soft weaves - in just a few minutes you can remove those wrinkles that an iron just can't get. i think an iron is better if you want those hard creases in tight weaves such as dress shirts but this can't be beat for knits. The whole handle thing to trundle it around doesn't seem necessary - I just pick it up and move it. It's sturdy and I like the built in rest for the steamer head - I'm the kind of person who would otherwise burn herself with a device that was just a steamer. The pole collapses for smaller storage.

Fabulous steamer!
September 17, 2017
I previously used a steamer by a famous TV inventor. It leaked from the get-go, took quite a while to warm up/come back to steam, did not have a 'turn steam off' button, was large and not easy to use with my left (non-dominant) hand. It also didn't cover that much area per pass.

This Conair is the exact opposite. Heats up quickly, never leaks, big head so lots of area covered per pass, light, made for the hand so easy to use with both hands, you can shut the steam off if you need, and when you turn it back on, it returns to steam almost immediately.

Does a great job! I'm so glad I threw out the substandard 'famous inventor' one and got this Conair!
Best for Business Travel
December 23, 2016
This steamer is perfect for large suits, tuxedos, etc. for when you are traveling. The steamer itself is not small (takes up a fair amount of suitcase space); however, the benefit of being able to make your clothing look like you just picked it up from the cleaners after long travel outweighs the disadvantages of size. I have used the smaller, more compact steamers in the past; the ones designed for traveling. They did not work very well. Save yourself the time and trouble.

I love this - it is great for a quick steam to either freshen or get the wrinkles out - heats up in 5 minutes, enough capacity for 3-4 dresses or shirts. definitely way more convenient than an iron or larger steamers
Had to have it after using my sisters!
April 29, 2016
I traveled to my sisters house in another state, and during the travel, all my clothes were severely wrinkled. I'm ashamed to admit, I don't know how to iron, BUT I'm a pro at using a steamer! I got my first one when I was a fresh teenager almost 18 years ago and have seen the advancement in steamer technology through those years.

This one by far beat all the other I've owned in the past! The heat up was super quick! The steam was incredibly hot, and because the heat source is so close to the water source and the head, you don't have any leaking issues. When your heat source is far from the head, true steam has time to cool back down and produce water drops. Those water drops get on your clothes and instead of steam, and instant drying, you have a soaked shirt.

It was a no brainier for me, after that day, I immediately went onto Amazon and ordered one! It was shipped to me quickly and was in pristine condition!
This steamer is the best! Pretty much replaces my iron. UPDATE: AUGUST 25, 2015 Stopped working—Fixed with Pics!
February 3, 2015
This steamer is highly regarded by my friends and I--stands a cut above the other steamers we have tried. It is more portable than a lot of other steamers as it is a bit smaller. But it does its job super well.

Super great to fix last-minute wrinkles in your clothing before formal events or going to work. I pretty much do not use my iron anymore...

Update: August 25, 2015. After less than a year of occasional use, my steamer stopped working just like everyone else is saying in their reviews.

I decided to try to fix it using the fix as detailed in Louis E’s super helpful Amazon review of the product. Thanks Louis E! I was able to get it back to working as if it were brand new in less than ten minutes.

I was a bit hesitant to take it apart and fix it as detailed in Louis E’s instructions. I know that if I had pics of the fix, I would have been a lot more confident and a lot less hesitant to fix it. Thus, I put some pics here and hope it helps others out there in a similar situation….but first a DISCLAIMER: I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DECIDE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. WHAT WORKS FOR ME MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU. YOU MAY BE ABLE TO FIX YOUR ISSUES WITHOUT TAKING IT APART AS I DID, BUT MY UNIT WAS ONLY FIXED AFTER I DID THIS. THIS WILL PROBABLY VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

1. Take off the top panel that has the word “CONAIR” on it. I was able to quickly get it off by using a flathead screwdriver to go around the edges of the panel and unclip any clips that are holding the panel to the main unit.
2. After taking the top panel off, you should see 4 visible screws. Unscrew them using a philips head screwdriver.
3. After the screws are off, you can unclip the white panel from the blue panel that says “CAUTION: HIGH HEAT STEAM” and then slide the white panel off the main unit.
4. Using pliers, slide off the clip that is holding the tube to the pipe that is feeding into the heating plate.
5. If the clip is slid off enough, you should easily be able to slide the tube off the pipe feeding into the heating plate.
6. With a syringe (I used one that is normally used to suck boogers out of babies), I pumped water through the tube to clear any obstructions. Then, I also pumped water through the hole that the reservoir at the bottom feeds into (arrow points to this hole in my pic). Water that is pumped through this hole should easily make it to the tube at the top (the tube that you freed in step 5).
7. Do steps 1-6 in reverse to put everything back together.

In less than ten minutes, I was able to get my steamer working just as it did when I bought it. Hopefully I will not have to do this too often!

One of the better steamers, still wish the hanger hook was higher as I like to hand my clothing instead of putting it over the rack .
Room for improvement but still the best unit to date.
December 26, 2016
I have been steaming my cloths for years... I tell you years! I am a pro at it! After a long day of stress and wrinkle build up on fabric, I can easily return them to a near "just from the dry cleaner" look. Refreshed, wrinkle free and creases where needed in under 10 minutes and that's taking my time on a pair of slacks and a long sleeved dress shirt. That being said, this is by far the best steamer I have used to date. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the Valet and Roll & Press but even with the few minor imperfections these added features are must haves. Here are the issues:Valet1. Steamer head storage is in the way when you need to add a shirt you have to remove and hold the steamer head to slip over a shirt.2. Clips for hanging cloths could be more secure.Roll & Press1. Roll is short and needs to be able to extend another foot or so. As it stands, when hanging long garments like dresses and pants/slacks they run past the press.Misc1. Extension pole does not have a solid attachment to the unit itself so the pole has a side-to-side wobble.2. Overall height of poll extension could be up to 2 ft greater. This would accommodate for taller people using the unit and as well longer garments like slacks/pants but again (as mentioned above) the Roll & Press needs to be able to roll out at least another foot from it's current setup.Again, even though there are some design flaws the added features benefits still out weight the cons.I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to purchase a garment steamer. This is definitely the best out there. Please click "Yes" below if this review was helpful.
I could give it 3 stars but bc it works and hasn't disappointed me yet I'll leave it at 4
November 18, 2016
The material is a cheap plastic and it leaks a small amount of water. The accessories don't attach well to the hose but it gets the job done and I use it everyday. I could give it 3 stars but bc it works and hasn't disappointed me yet I'll leave it at 4.

September 21, 2016
One of the steamer heads is pretty great for removal of pet hair while also removing wrinkles. It works well. But 1) It doesnt roll so well, I drag it/ carry it around. 2) its not very safe. (Sometimes) It leaks boiling water, so be VERY careful. I still have hideous burn scars on my legs from my first time using it. I was steaming, and it dripped on my bare leg and burned me so badly there was blood. Wear pants and be seriously careful while using it!
This is probably the best steamer you can get in the $100+ price range
May 1, 2016
This is probably the best steamer you can get in the $100+ price range. I used it and liked it fine, but did exchange it for the pricier Jiffy with the metal head and plain plastic hose. The Jiffy is rock solid and USA made. This produced plenty of steam and heated up quickly. I didn't like all the plastic though, especially the hanger and clips. The clips moved constantly and drove me nuts. Steaming is so much more fun than ironing! This or the Jiffy and you can't go wrong!
Great Rowenta Garment Steamer - The Roll & Press Feature is AWESOME!
July 16, 2015
Purchased this model Rowenta steamer to replace my 7 yr old Rowenta that was taking too long to heat up and no longer steaming well. I chose this model because it has the "Roll & Press" feature, which I find is very helpful for pressing collars, cuffs, and hems. The steamer works really well, and was easy to set up. However, there is only one steam setting. My previous model had 3 steam settings, but I almost always used the highest setting. Although the new model steamer does produce adequate steam, it is a "wetter" steam and is not quite as hot as the steam produced by my previous model (when it was new). I'm happy with my purchase and I do recommend this Rowenta model, only wish that it had the 3 steam settings.

Works well, when it works...
August 14, 2017
This is a good product, it heats up very quickly and does an excellent job of "ironing" out all types of garments, and drapes, and such. The only downside is the intermittent spewing of water from the business end of this steamer...it ends up kind of soaking the item you're trying to de-wrinkle.
Gets the job done
May 31, 2017
This is a handy little steamer. It does a good job getting out minor wrinkles, but deeper wrinkles and creases take quite a bit of time to work out of the fabric. I do prefer it to ironing as I feel it is gentler on the fabric. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.
Easy to hold for those with small hands
March 11, 2017
bought for drapery pressing- satisfactory so far-nice size and easy directions
Worth the price
February 2, 2016
I have a slightly different version of this Conair steamer that I bought at Costco in Michigan. I couldn't find it down in Florida, so I bought this one from Amazon. It works the same and is very easy to use. The convenience of not having to cart out the ironing board and iron makes this purchase well worth the reasonable price. I did find this one to sputter/spit water a bit, instead of just a consistent steam. But it really wasn't a problem. It didn't leave any stains or spots on the items that I steamed, so the spitting is just a minor inconvenience. The creaser attachment alone makes this a great steamer! I found it awkward to use the creaser attachment initially. I couldn't figure out how to hold it and use it at the same time. I watched a video online and then after a little practice had it mastered. I hate doing creases with an iron. I actually don't mind ironing other than the getting out the ironing board part. But creases are just not my friend when I have to iron. Creases are easy when using this steamer. I love it!
Full steam ahead...
October 30, 2014
I like the Conair Extreme Steam Fabric Steamer, it is a time saver. The product arrived in good condition. The plastic casing is sturdy and you have a choice of a (low/high) steam flow setting. It takes about a minute or so to heat up...no problem with leaking or spurting water. The electric cord is at least six or seven feet long. This steamer is a great size for travel. I use the steamer to remove wrinkles from my dress suits, light jackets, sweaters, etc. There is a button on the steamer, which locks in place and provides a constant flow of steam. The water canister on the steamer is adequate...it should provide enough steam for two/three shirts or two suits with no problem. The steamer did not remove wrinkles from a weird textured pair of polished cotton pants...(I used a iron). Some of the new man made fabrics may be damage with an iron but the steamer is a safer choice to use in most instances. I would recommend the Conair steamer to a friend.

Meh... just meh
May 17, 2017
It heats up really quickly and super hot. very easy to put back and relatively easy to store. Doesn't work for my kids and husband shirt. The seams, the collar and cuffs need real ironing. If the back of your shirts curl up don't count on this steamer to flatten them either. for the money is totally not worthy to me. Going back.
Ok for what it is.
April 21, 2017
OK as for the price. I like that it is quite sturdy and the head does not tend to rotate around when using it. However, the downside is the top hanging head is not collapsible (for space saving purpose, like other brand I owned) and sometime it just come out from the attachment from the pole. The clips is also keep moving back and forth which makes it difficult to have clothes stayed in place.B+ for for getting out of wrinkle from the clothes, not so well with a 100 cotton type (I used it with Bed linen and pillow case). No water dripping issues and gets real HOT very quickly.
Could be better
March 12, 2017
It's ok but as many people have commented the hanger is very low forcing you to bent down to get the bottom of your clothes.
otherwise it's awesome!
February 15, 2017
Hose and stand are kind of on the short side...otherwise it's awesome!
Missed it by that much!
October 9, 2016
The unit is well constructed, steam comes up quickly and flows extremely well.Ergonomics caused me to order a different steamer; I use this device primarily for getting wrinkles out of my suit pants; When hanging my pants on the device, the hose, pants and wand holder are located on the same side so they are in conflict with each other. Not ergonomically thought through. If the designers can correct this they'd have a contender.
Great Stem Power.
April 21, 2016
I love the steam power in this steamer. I had aRowenta for the last five years, and loved it. I really like this one except the base is smaller, holds less water, and when you Hank a heavier clothing item on the hanger the machine seems to tip. I have had it nearly fall over several times. I suggest they make the next one with a heavier base, and a better hanging rack. Very easy to assemble, my 7 year old unpacked the pieces and put it together by himself and when his grandfather checked it out it was put together perfectly.

Doesn't stand up which is inconvenient.
August 16, 2017
This is a good steamer EXCEPT the attachments don't fit securely and there is no stand so you have to lie it down when not using. Spend a few $ more and go for the Conair Turbo ExtremeSteam
It was a great steamer for about a year or so
May 1, 2017
It was a great steamer for about a year or so. Then, it clogged and tried my best to unclog but no luck and had to throw out
It's ok. Not great, but ok.
March 15, 2016
I bought it hoping to cut back on the need to iron work shirts. No such luck. This works great with certain fabric - silk, chiffon, very lightweight cotton. But sturdier fabrics are impervious to this guy's efforts. I keep it because it works well for my delicate clothing but it certainly did not fill the need I was hoping for.
Works decently, but I had to fix it after 4 months.
August 3, 2014
Pros: It's light, portable, and puts out a decent amount of steam.
Cons: It quit working after 4 months of occasional use.

UPDATE: The fix for my problem was found in the questions for this product.
The pump had gone dry and needed to be primed. To do this:
1. Pry off the top panel that says 'Conair.'
2. Unscrew the 4 visible screws on the next panel, and slide it off to the rear.
3. Pull off the tube that is connected to the middle of the heating plate.
4. With the reservoir attached, suck on the end until water comes out. Replace the tube.
5. Test and reassemble.
Awkward to hold and no way to set it down
May 10, 2014
I bought this to replace a cheaper model. I wanted one that would do a better job. This one is okay for light wrinkles, but doesn't work on something that's creased. I had some scarves that are sheer and it freshened them up, but did not take out the creases or heavier wrinkles.

The unit is top heavy and kind of awkward to hold on to. If you want to set it down, there is no logical way to do so. There is a hanging loop, but mine split open after only hanging up for a couple of days.

Pole is too short!
November 5, 2017
I'm not sure what the height of the pole should be fully extended but I think I have mine fully extended and I'm a little under 5'3. I have to bend over to steam my sweaters. It was easy to put together and it seems to steam well but I don't like having to bend over to steam. I like to steam all of my cashmere when I get it out from storage and granted I have a lot of cashmere but my back hurts now. I bought this to replace the Rowenta Precision steamer I had that died. This one is no where near as good as that one.
Disappointing
September 9, 2016
Disappointing. The hand gets hot when you do steam after 10-15min or so. So i can't do big steam job at one day!!Steam is not that strong... It's not miracle like you see in the video....And i am worried about getting molding where the water left in the hole after taking the wAter reservoir. I sometiems use kitchen towel to absorb water. Wish there is easier way to prevent molding! This is almost $200 value and this should be better designed.

January 13, 2016
poor design. It needs to be at least a foot taller so that you can actual reach the bottom half of your cloths. I literally have to kneel to steam my cloths. It takes out wrinkles but not convenient to actually use. Definately see if they have taller options. Im only 5'3 so it would be even more difficult if you were taller.
Will give it another try
April 17, 2015
I'm giving it 2 stars only because I want to make a few more attempts. The tube gets hot VERY quickly and steaming is difficult. There should be some sort of catch or clip to attach the free end of the clothing. Holding it taut only burns your hand. Rowenta makes a good product so I'll try again after I Google some tips on how to make it work more efficiently.

My wife likes it very much but it's not for heavy clothing like jeans… light weight clothing (synthetic blouse is ok) . Also the rack is not stable, it should be more solid and the footing needs more stability ( balance is not right when clothes are on the rack), after finish there need to be somewhere the handle hung without being over the clothes just worked.,, thinking this should be a two piece station

July 11, 2016
Took too long to heat up and to actually steam clothes. I ended up sending it back because I could get the ironing board out and iron the clothes faster than I could with trying to steam with this thing.
Not what I expected.
March 15, 2014
The description video is what convinced me to go for this. Sadly I was let down. I basically bought this to iron my shirts that I wear to work everyday. They were mainly cotton and some polyester.

Cons
Takes toooooo long to heat up. Not as fast as you would expect.
The "Jet steam" is no jet at all. Its more like steam rising from heating water.
Doesn't iron out the details. The button linings, pockets and collars stay wrinkled and you cannot wear it to work.

Haven't tried pants or jeans but I'm sure it cannot manage any thicker fabric.

Nothing like the faithful iron
September 14, 2017
I followed the instructions to the letter. I tried Mens and Women's clothing, shirts and slacks, of different material and thicknesses. All looked better when I had to use an iron and ironing board. The wrinkles, pleats and creases never had a clean look. I thought a device like this might replace the iron and have that dry cleaning look. Despite the good reviews that I read about when researching which one to buy I nonetheless had to return it.
Cheap, Spills everywhere, unit came cracked in 3 separate areas from the factory. Avoid and look elsewhere!
June 2, 2017
I felt compelled to warn everyone who purchases this! I am an avid Amazon shopper and this was single handedly the worst purchase I have made. I purchase this item on April 24th, of 2017 and unboxed the item today Jun 2nd. We have been in the middle of a resoration project so this has sat since the day I received the item. I am past the return period for warranty I guess which is crazy! 30 days? I opened this and put it together to find not 1, not 2, but 3 separate issues. First there was a piece broken on the handle near the top where the holster is, second a crack in the actual base of the model, and three the biggest issue the tank that holds the water. The plastic seal is broken? I mean I'm ok with using caulk or super glue to fix an issue as I'm pretty handy, but c'mon when I turned the unit on all the water once compressed went all over the floor! This wasnt a cheap purchase and I felt good about it because of everyone else's reviews. If the company is willing to send a replacement unit I would be more than happy to write a review for a "working" unit. Not a damaged unit.Worst part is the box itself and the box it was shipped in had no physical signs of damage. Its like they sent this from the factory in this crappy condition and I've never waited to unbox a unit but because of our house project I did. This is what I get! Avoid this unit at all costs! I am pissed that I spent $100 dollars for a defective item and cant even return it for a working one! ughP.S. I will upload photos so that everyone can see, and a separate video detailing exactly what happens when you turn it on.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ....
May 24, 2017
I purchase this model in 2015 and used it once a week at most. It just died on me. I called customer service who directed me to the nearest repair center (30 miles from my home). Estimated repair cost of $50 to $100.Conclusion: this product has a built-in obsolescence of 2 years!
BAD Customer Service if you're missing a part!
February 20, 2017
Received the steamer last week and there's a missing part. Rowenta's customer service is only available via telephone and only between the hours of 8A-5:30P, M-F. Needless to say, this is unacceptable for those of us who work during the day. I took time from work to call and was repeatedly asked for the part number of the missing part. After explaining twice that I'm missing the part and don't have access to a part number (the assembly instructions are a series of poorly labeled drawings - very few written instructions), I ended the call. Since the telephone customer service was less than adequate, I posted my problem on Rowenta's FB page and was asked for a phone number/email address so their Customer Service supervisor could help me. That was six days ago - still no email. A phone call would be useless because I'm working the same hours that they're open!! I'll probably end up sending this back to Amazon to deal with and ordering another brand. I'm so disappointed.
Garbage. Stay away!!
November 26, 2016
Literally broke down right after the 30 day return policy was up. Frustrating to say the least. Did an ok job when it did work. To the garbage it went with my perception of Rowena.
Buyers Beware!!!
June 10, 2016
I don't write many reviews, so here goes nothing.I purchased the Rowenta IS6300 in January 2015. It showed up at my doorstep in under 2 days. Yay for Prime. I wasted no time in assembling my new steamer, and had it powered up within minutes. I was amazed at how fast it heated up, and was dewrinkling everything I could find, curtains, clothes, wife, and dog... no I didn't dewrinkle the dog. This new found toy was AWESOME!!! Life was good, and the wrinkled world would now be saved by me and my new found powers. But alas, it was too good to be true. By the 12th month, after following a cleaning schedule, and even using distilled water, nothing could save my IS6300 from the hands of bad design, cheap plastic parts, and faulty seals. I was/am DEVASTATED. So now I must do what I can to save the rest of Amazonkind from purchasing a bad product. So please, take the time to look at the photos of my dearly departed steamer, and come to your own conclusion. But please, don't shed a tear for me and/or my wrinkled family and dog. I'm going to throw my money at a Jiffy and hope for the best.

Did not work
September 13, 2017
Received this ExtremeSteam Hand Held streamer tonight. The product did not work whatsoever. Followed instructions perfectly, watched videos, no user error detected. The devices green light would turn on after ~1.5 minutes but no steam would emit from the head. After holding the button down for over 2 minutes with the device at a slight angle, I faced it down causing a piping hot stream of water to spew out of the head and trail down the handle. Furthermore, the specific device that we received was clearly either returned or dropped at the factory as there are multiple blemishes present.
Worked well, until it didn't
July 20, 2017
This product put out good steam and heated up quickly. The hole on the water tank is the size of a straw, so refilling is a challenge but the tank steamed pants and a shirt with water to spare.
Then one morning the pump stopped working. It made noise, but it didn't draw water to the heat element, which just kept getting hotter.
It lasted 3 months, used 20 minutes a day 4 says a week.
Believe the bad reviews!!!

I did a lot of research before ordering this product. I was looking for a nice, compact steamer that had extra brush attachments. This looked like it fit the bill and had some positive reviews and some negative reviews. I chose to try my luck. Well, my luck was not good.

I used the product once, was very pleased, cleaned and dried the unit and then placed it in a cabinet for storage until I needed to use it again. SECOND time I tried to use it, the ready light came on, the unit was hot, but when I squeezed the steam trigger, nothing but a loud buzzing noise. No steam, just a lot of noise. I then tried the vinegar water solution that other reviewers have suggested but to no avail.

I am sending it back to Conair despite misgivings because it just sticks in my craw that they could manufacture such a miserably designed product. I feel ripped off.
Does not work - steam won't come out

I followed the instructions to set it up (also had husband and our interior designer give it a second and third look) - we wanted to steam some drapes before they were installed. Nothing happened. We could see it was on, heard it try to create steam, but nothing came out. In fact it seemed quite dangerous that the water was warming up and building up inside. We checked every opening to ensure they weren't blocked, include one of the internal tubes.

If you do purchase this product ensure that you are ordering at a time when you will be available to test it out immediately because there is a small return window for frequent travelers (aka I paid for a total piece of junk that is going straight to the garbage since it is past the return date by 2 days due to extensive business travel).
Great, if it works.

I decided to take a chance on this because I like hand held steamers. I purchased a different model a couple of years ago, it worked great for a long time. When it broke, I bought a new one of the same, which broke almost immediately. So I switched over to this one. The one time I used it, I really liked it. However, the very next time I tried to use it, it would no longer emit steam. It appears to heat up, but not to pull water from the tank.

I made a point of treating this steamer well. I purchased and used distilled water, and I dried it and put it away after the first use. Yet, it still stopped working after one use.
