NO MORE STRUGGLING TO JACK UP CAR.
January 17, 2017
This is a fantastic addition to any ones scissor jack.I bought this for the wife and had to invest in a couple of 3/8 drive extensions, adapter to 1/2", swivel to plug into jack adapter and a long handled ratchet. I was reluctant at first but after letting her try out the set up I have no regrets. This made jacking up the car very easy. Using the adapter in the manner described I would highly recommend purchasing this adapter! Bob S.
Screw Jacks are hard to use at the best times, being disabled
September 25, 2016
Screw Jacks are hard to use at the best times, being disabled, unable to get down on the ground, makes it much worse. With this adapter, I can raise and lower any car with cordless drill/driver easily. I love this thing, and mounting it onto the jack took 60 seconds. Maybe.
Works great with 2013 Kia Optima (no longer need crank handle)
March 4, 2016
Bought a 2013 Kia Optima, and the tire jack's crank handle was missing; therefore, purchased this adapter. This adapter fits [my] 2013 Kia Optima factory lug wrench, so there is no longer any need for a crank handle. The adapter can remain attached to the tire jack and fits fine in the Styrofoam holder, which holds the tire jack components. I used a little Loctite on the bolt threads when attaching, and I used an x-acto knife to cut out a little notch for the jack [with adaptor] to fit flush in Optima's tire jack holder.

The jack toolkit for my Toyota Tundra disappeared (kids) but I still have the bottle jack. The Toyota toolkit is way overpriced. I bought a Nissan Titan toolkit to lower the spare and this little device so I can drive the bottle jack with a socket driver. All told $40 bucks instead of $130. Perfect product does exactly what it claims.

September 18, 2017
I used this to jack up my Honda that was sitting in dirt with a completely flat front tire. It made other jacks inoperable because of the clearance. I even had to return one that I had purchased at ACE locally because I couldnt fit it under the frame. Its not alot of fun, but it was a bargain and does the job. No complaints here.

September 12, 2017
this is several times nicer to use then what comes with most cars. handle is easier to use and the foot is riveted on instead of just tack welded. This is the jack you throw in the tool box and don't cry over if it grows legs, it gets the job done, and its cheap.
Unusual for scissor jacks
June 21, 2017
Due to health we needed to lift the head of a queen bed. We placed one scissor jack on each side of the metal frame of box springs at the head where there was good support, then jacked each up to the same height.
and this thing cranked my toyota yaris up and down like a champ
April 24, 2017
Arrived much faster than expected. It was a little stiff the first time or two I tried it, but a few days after I bought it I had to replace the water pump on my engine, and this thing cranked my toyota yaris up and down like a champ. The base is larger than usual, which gives it more stability, but it still fits in the jack compartment of my car. Easy to use. The only note I'll make is that the saddle on top gets scratched a bit lifting the car up and down, but for the price it is a great machine.
Great price, great product
April 1, 2017
Much smoother than the factory triangular jack that came in my car. This jack breaks down just as small as the one that came in the car yet it is much stronger. Jack is very stable when using. Overall great price for the product.

I've used it to set up my fifth wheel RV and it worked well for that, I also used it on my Acura MDX to make sure it would lift it off the ground to do a tire change, had to add a 3 inch block of wood, but the jack works well!

Very sturdy and solid...fit onto my jack easily and does a good jpb, and in favor is that you can use a standard 4 way lug wrench on it as well as a 1/2 inch ratchet drive... Only issue I have is that it seems a bit pricey, but I could find no alternatives...

Good jack for very little money.
September 29, 2016
For so little money this is quite a decent jack. The only reservations are that the handle joint is rather stiff and takes more effort to unfold than operating the jack, and the angles could be better for ergonomics. We use it not only to raise our car but for house repair projects as well. Very handy to raise a cast iron laundry sink into place and for installing a large garbage disposal under the kitchen sink.
Good replacement for the junky jack that came with my car.
August 23, 2016
The piece of junk scissor jack that came with my car failed when my car rolled while trying to change a flat. The old jack was bent over and twisted up. This jack is far more robust and not much bigger. It does have the larger footprint that others have reported (as opposed to the picture). This looks to make it more stable. For the price, this is a fine replacement for my busted jack.
Crank is too short
February 7, 2015
Pretty descent quality.Only complaint is the handle crank is too short to allow it to unfold fully away from the bottom of the trailer. To unfold it to crank, you are still under the trailer and there is not enough room to crank.I did apply grease to the threads of the rod and ran the jack up and down. I wanted to make sure the threads don't corrode when the jack is in place for a while.
Big and bulky
April 23, 2014
Very serious jack, but not as pictured. The bottom plate is 15 inches long and 4 7/8 inches wide. Probably far too big to fit in the "jack area" in anyone's car trunk. Folded up it is 17 1/2 inches long by 4 7/8 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches high. The small "platform" on the top is 2 3/4 inches long by 1 3/4 inches wide.

Good value for light duty use.
June 22, 2017
Selected this jack for it's large footprint. I use it under an RV stairs-set to reduce rocking of the "house" during exit and entry. It feels like it's not well-suited for heavy duty automotive use but for my application it works well and was sold at a reasonable price. For softer terrain, I'm carrying a few bricks to put under the jack; may change to a large (2"' x 10'" x 24" ) plank.I'd have given 5 stars except the cranking bar setup is clumsy to operate. Nonetheless, it does the job once you get used to handling it.

A Better Scissor Jack
November 14, 2016
I picked this jack to replace another scissor jack that came with my old Dodge pickup. That old jack broke the first time I tried it out and I picked this one because of the singularly large foot. It should have a chance of standing up on unpaved ground without sinking too much. You don't always have a piece of 2x8 to put under the jack. The one disappointment is that the jack handle is short. It would be adequate for most cars but is too short to reach easily under the rear axle of a pickup truck. Also, the jack screw has an eyelet connection for a hook on the end of the jack handle. I have looked for a long jack handle with a hook end and can't find one. The original jack handle that came with the Dodge pickup is long enough but has a different connector end. If I can find a blacksmith to heat it up and bend a hook on the end I'll be happy.
Good emergency jack

Works well enough for a emergency jack, I hate the jacking mechanism! Way heavier duty than the crappy jack that came with the car.

Not easy to use
October 23, 2016
While this adaptor was a good idea to help speed up extending a scissor jack, it's usefulness in actual use was not so great. I've used it on two occassins and was not able to get the screw to stay on tight to the scissor jack. After a few seconds of rotating the adapter with a power drill, the adaptor would slip and not stay parallel with the jack. Once this happens, the misalignment causes the jack to wobble uncontrollably in all directions. I ended up needing both hands to keep the alignment straight. The screw remains tight but just cannot withstand the twisting.

Nice jack, hand crank needs work
August 6, 2016
This is a simple, sturdy jack. the problem is the metal hand crank. They really should have put a sleeve of some sort around the base. You turn it with one hand, and then hold the base with the other. Since there is no sleeve, the friction between your hand and the metal makes it difficult to turn. This small feature would have made the product better.
OK Light Duty Jack
December 1, 2013
For what I bought it for it was fine. but for lifting anything more than a very light car I doubt it. Forget a full sized truck or a big car. Light stuff is fine and it works well for that. Not a regular use quality however.

It is a great jack for occasional use and unlike typical floor jacks
July 14, 2017
This jack is as advertised. It doesn't have much lifting power until the scissors are about half-way up. It is a great jack for occasional use and unlike typical floor jacks, it will never leak hydraulic fluid! If leaving a vehicle on this jack, definitely use a jack stand with it for safety's sake.
Kind of cheap. The legs bent up the first time we used it.
June 27, 2017
Rather cheap. You MUST put it onto a flat surface or the legs bend under pressure.
Sturdy needs wider base for safe heavy lifting
May 9, 2017
Sturdy, heavy duty jack, but needs wider base plate for stability when using for 2000+ loads on uneven surfaces😳Unexspcted surprise.
A better, much longer jack handle please!
October 29, 2016
Used under a 5'x8' utility trailer for tire changes, worked well on a hard surface (concrete pad). Handle, like most of this type, is ineffective and way too short for safe use in my opinion. But the jack's steel seems to be a slightly heavier gauge than others as is reflected in the weight rating. I bought an adapter and a long 1/2" drive ratchet extension for use. These add-ons cost as much as the jack!I'd be leery using it as is under a trailer on uneven or soft ground as you'd have to have too much of yourself under the jacked vehicle. This is typical for all scissor jacks that have to go under an axle, that I've seen in this class, and not just this one.

1/2" Drives Won't Fit
June 15, 2016
The concept here is great however none of my 1/2" drives will fit ... I've seen the other reviews saying that it fits for them so maybe mine just wasn't machined properly. Either way, not a good QA/QC process in place. Yes, I can use a 13/16" socket but thats another small tool I have to carry around in the vehicle and hope it isn't lost when I get a flat.

Sturdy looking but handle broke out of the box
November 4, 2017
The jack itself looks very sturdy and reliable but the folding handle is junk. It's a two piece handle joined at the hinge by a large rivet. When I attempted to open the handle or extend it, it was very tight and the rivet ended up snapping and making it useless. I did return it for a refund so no problems with customer service and will look for something else. Only reason I gave it a second star was because the jack itself appeared to be sturdy and useful for what I was needing.

Not a good jack for challenging situations
November 14, 2015
I want to have a compact, strong and easy to use jack available in our garage for 5-6 times a year for various tasks for our three vehicles. I've no inclination to do any major mechical work with the cars but when I need to get one up, usually for tire changing, I want a dependable lightweight jack available to go in place quickly and know how it's going to work. With those considerations in mind, I bought the Torin T10152 scissor jack (1.5 Ton) last spring. The Torin was put to it's first real test this past weekend when the starter died on the vehicle we are replacing. I'd not had a chance to switch the basically new tires on the old vehicle to the better rims of it's replacement, and switch the worn tires to the rims on vehicle to be sold. So the task requires two jackings for each wheel on the vehicle to be sold. The Torin didn't fare well. Given that the car won't move, this task needs to be done in our driveway, with a slight but notable slant a bit of a drop off left-right. The Torin did fine on the more even side of the vehicle but when I started jacking on the other side, the Torin began to tip because the ground was softer than expected. (My mistake for not checking the surface more carefully and putting down a board.) The ground surface is not the Torin's problem of course but when I got another jack under it, the Torin's base had bent significantly. A sledge hammer put it back in place to make it functional but I bent the other end of the base when I ran into more soft ground on another tire. (This time with a board under it.)I Had to the work with the car as it lays, so this task did put some exceptional pressure on the Torin and it didn't do well. Aside from the base bending, at one point I had to try and crank it at an odd angle and ended up unable to get it as high as needed it to be because I couldn't move the handle at the angle. The crank design doesn't provide for much power. (The stock one in our Honda van has better general crank design.)Generally, this jack seems OK for straight-forward lifting on a reasonably flat surface. The price is good and for most simple situations it should be fine. For myself, I'll only use it now in limited situations and will probably recycle it in the future when I find a better replacement.

Bad crank system renders this useless
April 19, 2017
The crank system used on this jack is terrible; you can't get a proper momentum without scratching your knuckles on the ground and without constantly repositioning the handle. I'm comparing this to the mini emergency jack that came with my car which is extemely easy to operate and requires no effort. I wanted something more 'substantial' to do wheel changes but it's going back. I can lift the car in 30 seconds or less with my OEM crank; it takes forever using the Pro-Lift and requires much more effort due to the abysmal crank system.

I am giving this a one star, not because of an inferior product, but an inadequate or misleading description. July 23, 2014
Trying to operate this jack is as frustrating as trying to push a rope up a hill. There is no offset in the handle to get the tremendous torque required to turn the screw. It's simply a straight rod with a short 90 degree bend at the end. That short bend is what you have to grab in order to operate this jack. Unless your wrist rotates 360 degrees, you can get 1/2 of a turn before you have to release your grip and reposition. While repositioning your hands to try to get enough leverage, the hook on the end of the handle keeps popping out of the hole in the jack screw. The instructions should say, "Insert hook, rotate 1/2 turn, reposition hand, rotate 1/2 turn, cuss, reinsert hook, repeat as necessary.I tried raising the tounge on my little pop-up and gave up. The jack is laying under some bushes until I decide to throw it away or try to find a different handle.
