Five Star Reviews: | 76% Works Great! January 16, 2017 This pizzelle maker works great! Stays heated and cooks evenly. It is also easy to clean and doesn't stick/ get stuck on the maker. I bought this as a present for my mother last Christmas and we have made pizelles several times with it already. We haven't tried the cone roller, but we have made small bowls with them. They are your regular size pizzelles. I love how the pastry looks December 1, 2016 The pastry comes out bold in design! I love how the pastry looks. Love it! December 1, 2016 Love it!. Pizzelle's came out perfect. Worth the extra money. . Very good quality and made in the USA. A Keeper! April 12, 2015 I did a great deal of looking before I ordered this Pizzelle Iron - and even when I decided on this one, I figured I could always send it back. No need to do that. The Palmer performs exactly as advertised and makes pizzelles just as I remember form the infamous cookie tables at family weddings. It is easy to use, easy to clean and definitely a keeper. Absolutely Love It!!! January 24, 2014 Received my Palmer Pizzelle Maker, it arrived sooner than expected, which is great, workmanship is truly beautiful, will make cookies tonight, and will let you know how it works,I order this Pizzelle maker from Palmer and not a different co. or manufacturer because this is made in America, by the quality of the workmanship of this machine I'm glad that I did. Thank you for keeping your company here in America, I will order some of your other products soon. Absolutely LOVE It | 85% There are no reviews yet | 71% There are no reviews yet | 59% There are no reviews yet | 66% There are no reviews yet |
Four Star Reviews: | 11% It does rhe job, but there's no comparison to ... December 5, 2016 It does rhe job, but there's no comparison to Vantonio's pizzelle iron. Of which I sadly say, are out of business. The reason why my wife and I purchased this Palmer Pizzelle iron is that it's the closet to the iron we had before. I may be inquiring to your business for heating coils that maysuitable for my existing Vantonio pizzell iron. Thank You. Perfection! June 29, 2015 This product is wonderful. Don't bother with any other. The only problem I had was that I didn't receive the cone maker with it. However, the product itself is perfection. Pizelle maker February 4, 2015 Very happy with pizelle maker. Glad I did not get Teflon coated one. Made 12 doz my first time. Seasoned with veg. Oil for a short time before using and had only first one stick a little and after that works perfect | 9% There are no reviews yet | 14% There are no reviews yet | 21% There are no reviews yet | 19% There are no reviews yet |
Three Star Reviews: | 4% Too thick for me January 21, 2014 I think it is a fabulous maker, but I thought the pizzelle would be thinner. They were crisp and very pretty, Just not thin enough for my liking. They did not stick one time. It is a nice machine, just not for me. OK for Pizzelles October 31, 2013 I bought this unit to make Dutch Stroopwaffles but find the individual cookies to thick to use 2 but have not been able to cut them in half to use one, still working on this. The unit is fine, but if I had the opportunity I would exchange it for the smaller sized waffles, it might be easier to cut them. Crudely Made but Does the Job March 5, 2013 Don't confuse Made in USA with quality. This machine makes nice thin pizzelles, heats quickly, and is a simple design. It is very crudely made, though, and nearly impossible to clean. The stamped metal top and bottom are attached with wood screws and do not fit properly. Palmer should have these made in Asia. They could lower the price, make more profit, and vastly improve quality. | 3% There are no reviews yet | 7% There are no reviews yet | 12% There are no reviews yet | 7% There are no reviews yet |

I tried different recipes but to no avail. Not for me November 11, 2015 I had a fabulous, heavy pizzelle maker since 1974, making my last batch Christmas 2014. I ordered the Palmer as it appeared to be very similar to my "old" one. This one is lighter, does not have enough "side" space for overflow, there is no instruction or information manual, and no indicator light. If you're an experienced pizzelle maker, this one may be fine. But if you're new to the craft, instructions and a few recipes would be needed. Beware of the overflow.... | 1% There are no reviews yet | 5% There are no reviews yet | 4% There are no reviews yet | 8% There are no reviews yet |
One Star Reviews: | 7% I purchased this for my 90 year old mom who ... December 19, 2016 I purchased this for my 90 year old mom who has been making pizzelles for many, many years. She's had different brands over the years but always preferred a Palmer. Until now! The iron no longer has a light to monitor doneness. It seems to overheat and cause the pizzelles to stick and then break when trying to remove them. She's been using the same recipe for decades but at first thought maybe something was wrong with the batter. So she threw out not one but two batches and after the third attempt when she was absolutely certain she had followed the recipe precisely, the pizzelles continued to stick and break apart. The return option has expired November 30, otherwise I would be returning it! Arrived broken July 23, 2015 Can't say this works as it arrived with a broken handle. I've been in search of a replacement for the 1950s model I had and it final went. Didn't reorder because by the time it arrive the holidays had passed. I only make pizzelles during holiday. Awful -stuck May 1, 2015 When I used it, you have to really oil it up, stuck all over the surface- a real mess!!! I will purchase a coated one next time, this was just awfull! Beware buying from this manufacturer January 24, 2012 I purchased this item a week ago, and anxiously awaited delivery. Once it came, I immediately opened it, and made a batch using my favorite recipe. After about 6 Pizzelles, I knew this iron was not for me as it makes them way thicker than any other iron I have ever used. They are actually more like thin cakes which is not what I'm accustom to. I have since contacted Amazon regarding a return, and my message passed on to the company that actually shipped it. At that point I was told that they do not accept used products back (3 minutes worth), and if I do wish to return it, I have to pay a 25% restocking fee! Yes, 25% not the standard 10%. I never bash companies at all, but being one of the more expensive irons out there, I would expect more from a US based company! I will now contact Amazon regarding this since I do not see anything about that return policy on the site or would never of have ordered from them! Ancient equipment; worthless for purpose; disreputable seller March 8, 2011 When this item arrived, it was double-boxed. The inner box contained the actual item. It was clearly an ancient model that I paid dearly for. It also appeared to be re-built, and not new, although I ordered (or so I thought) a new one. The screws had clearly been replaced, and were leaking oil, and there was a significant dent in the bottom. The box also had clear signs of age--covered in dust, multiple dents, scratches, and 2 ripped areas. I contacted the seller immediately, who has not bothered to respond, despite several months to do so.Other signs of this being a used/outdated product: huge dent in bottom of iron, scratches covering the entire surface, and no "ready" light! It also looked old, and the design was clearly an ancient one from an old device. As for how it worked: it became very hot in 15 minutes, and lost heat readily as it was used, meaning I had to continually pause and allow the item to reheat. Since there was no ready light, it was hard to know when the item was ready to go again--which meant lost product and lost time, testing the iron for readiness. When the batter is ladled on to the iron and closed to cook, huge amounts of steam, filled with bits of product, spit and spew out, front and back. That means a large area needs to be dedicated to working the iron, well away from the potential for scalding from the spewing, the spitting, and the steaming, not to mention all the bits of mix that get splattered all over the place. This spitting/splattering happened regardless of how much or how little batter was put onto the grill. Children should never be allowed near the iron when it's in use nor allowed to use the iron on their own. There is nothing to recommend this product or the seller. I would not re-purchase or buy again from this seller. | 2% There are no reviews yet | 3% There are no reviews yet | 4% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet |
