September 21, 2017 This is my second purchase of this massager as I wanted one near my computer also -- it has a wonderfully strong massage action. It is heavier and more sturdy than a couple others I've tried in the past, and I'll never buy anything but this one in the future. Although as sturdy as it is, it may outlast me! Excellent Massager! May 7, 2017 Purchased my previous Homedics prrcussion vibrator 12 years ago and this is a replacement. It weighs about half as much therefore is easier to hold and maneuver. Both my wife and I are pleased with the performance of the HHO-350 and hope it lasts another 12 years! Somewhat smaller, lighter than previous generation, but just as effective. March 15, 2017 Works great. Lightweight and compact, compared to previous models. However, price remains competitive and function is virtually the same. January 21, 2016 I Had the older model for 5 or 6 years, and it finally gave up the ghost. I read all the negative reviews on the new model, and still decided to take a chance on it, because of the great service my wife and I got out of the last one. The new handle design is a lot better, making it easier to maneuver. There is plenty of power, and 4 speeds are all you need. Even on the old one I only used 3 and up. The heads are not movable, but they are set exactly where I had them set on the older one. All in all, I am completely satisfied with this massager. It gets deep into the muscles. I give this massager five stars August 12, 2015 This massager is the best thing I've purchased this year. Seriously. I've previously been using vibrating massagers, but then a friend recommended that I try a percussion machine as it works a little bit harder than your average vibrating massage machine. This turns out to be very, very, true. I suffer from a bit of problems in my shoulders from a recovering rotator cuff, and have been on the lookout for something to cure my pain for a few months. July 19, 2017 Bought this to cover up an old, ripped, sun cracked vinyl Poulon Pro riding lawn mower seat. The cover fits a bit loosely, but it is a big improvement over the old cracked vinyl seat. Tried it on my Husqvarna riding mower seat and it fit tighter, and looked even better. The cover has a little bit more padding and that is a good thing. I like the 2 pockets on the back of the cover, now I don't have to use my pop holder for carrying misc items. Cover came with a nice drawstring storage bag, so I suppose I will take this cover off over winter and store it. Did not want to spend $100+ on a new replacement mower seat for the Poulon Pro lawn mower given that I don't know how much life is left in that mower. I use it on my stock craftsmen seat on my ride on mower. It sits outside in the rain and sun, it is always dry and brushes off leaves and such perfectly. It fits great never moves around at all. It is slightly padded which is nice since my seat is ripped underneath and sharp I cannot feel any of it. The pockets in the back are large I can keep my gloves and phone etc in them. I own a John Deere L110 lawn tractor that needed a seat cover. It is very difficult to determine, from general info available, what size seat cover is really needed to properly fit. John Deere was asking about $75 for their seat cover, according to my local dealer. This Cub Cadet cover fits almost perfectly...!! It has a padded seat and a great storage pocket in the seat-back covering. The storage bag is quite nice, and makes a great utility bag also, but its certainly not needed for any real purpose involving this seat cover once the cover is installed. I'd recommend this seat cover to those needing a similar product.1 October 2012 - UpdateI've been using this seat cover for the past 5 months and through another very hot and sunny summer in central Texas. For the most part this tractor sits out in the weather throughout the cutting season and the Sun takes a horrible toll on most fabrics and plastics. Frankly I am very impressed with how well this seat cover has put up with the weather and espccially the sunlight and UV. It has retained its color well and remains in exceptional condition. The cover has seemed to get slightly larger or streatched out over time as it now slides around on the seat a bit more than it once did but it hasn't become enuf of a problem yet to try to figure out how to tighten it. I'm not complaining though because it is cushoned and still far more comfortable than the original tractor seat itself, and it certainly is not showing any signs of wearing out or in need of repair or replacing.. Also, this seat cover has a mesh pocket built to hang behind the seat and over the seat back. This pocket is quite handy for carrying those small items that are so handy to have immediately available but not constantly being in the way. The pocket easily holds a pair of work gloves, a water bottle, mosquito spray, a bush hat and shemagh, plus hand clippers for errant branches and other similar stuff. Four Star Reviews: | 18% HoMedics October 23, 2017 The good,works really well, the bad, ordered it thinking it would work on 240 volt, as it said on the page 'can be shipped to Australia' so I thought dual voltage, so when I got it i discovered it was only 120 volt, so had to buy a transformer to be able to use it. they should let you know if it works on dual volt or at least say cannot be used overseas. Can't send it back as it will cost more than it was worth. Works well, but... September 29, 2017 Works well. I would have preferred a separate on/off and speed switch so when I turn it on it would already be at the speed I like. Also I don't like the auto off, I'd like to make that decision myself, thank you very much. But for those two things I would have given it 5 stars. LOVE MY "THUMPER" August 20, 2017 My old one finally gave up the ghost. I hope this one lasts a bit longer, as I have fibromyalgia and it really helps to have one of these massagers.One star off for the different on-off switch. This one is pretty clumsy, as there are 4 "strengths" and you have to go through all of them to get back to off. Very annoying. Great relief provided and easy to use. August 17, 2017 It's still new, but good so far. It is great for getting "cinched up" muscles to relax, or for muscle spasms. Great also, on a low setting, for diabetic foot discomfort too- but put socks on first. :-) I like the fact that, with the weight at the top the massager, you can easily self-massage your own back- standing up or laying down. I would purchase it again, but wish it was made in the USA. Our last one was a HoMedics and it lasted for over 15 years. Now, since they are being made in a foreign country, we are not as optimistic on the life span. It got a 4 star because of not being made in this country. But it is a required tool for relief (if not for a massager there would be lots more sleepless nights)! Try it out, you will really be glad you did. but is pretty good. There's a heat button that doesn't seem to do anything at all tho. Noisy June 7, 2017 I purchased this for my wife. She uses out every day. She has on complaints but I noticed a couple things. The handle could be 3 inches longer. It's a noisy unit when used on setting higher than 2. I Would not purchase again. | 20% NIce unit and I recommend it. August 17, 2017 Installed on a Cub Cadet xlt-1050 and it fits fine. It could use a draw cord like a bungee where the back and seat meat to make it safer for towing. Maybe bungee's from the front to back would be better. It fits this mower like I think it is supposed to fit. I use mine to plow snow and mow and it sits out side 100% of the time. Any thing to try to help the seat last is a big plus and this will do just that. I also tarp it and use a cover made for it. The cover leaks water, so the tarp sheds it. I use the tarp under the cover and the tarps laid over the cooled engine with the hood closed over it to keep it in place and then i lay the back half under the seat and then fold the seat down on top of it. it makes a great water barrier for the dash and seat. I had been doing this for years on other riders here. Some, I use a strong magnet to hold the back half onto the rear of the seat or transmission area.The gray seat section that faces the sun does reflect some heat, but still gets hot. I may use some water proofing on it before winter so while it's snowing the seat might not get drenched with melted snow. I am not sure if it has drain slits under the back rest or not. Good cover August 16, 2017 This seat cover seems to be very well made. It fits my 46" cut Husqvarna lawn tractor nicely. The only reason that it got a 4 star rating was that the cover slides somewhat when mowing side hills. If the lining next to the tractor seat was less slick I believe the sliding issue would be greatly reduced. In spite of that this is a very serviceable seat, well worth the money. Almost perfect June 18, 2017 Didn't get five stars because on my Cub Cadet XT1, it wasn't a perfect fit. Being a Cub Cadet cover, I expect it to have a perfect fit for a Cub Cadet. It's loose on the seat. But overall it will work on my tractor. Good quality durable lawn tractor seat cover saved me from having to buy new seat May 2, 2017 Bought this to cover the old cracked seat on my craftsman lawn mower. This cover turned out to be much larger than I expected, but it still stays on okay. My mower is on its last legs so I didn't want to spend the money on a new seat, and ended up with this cover. Overall I'm happy I bought it, but I wish it fit a little tighter and that the product details would have had clearer dimensions. Fits my XT1 perfectly September 24, 2015 Well made, mesh pockets are very handy. Great fit. Haven't tested water repellency yet but I bet it beads right off. Feels like it will last a long time.I melted 4 small holes in it with wooden matches to install the bolts for the arm rests and it came out great. Cat loves it! Good Quality, OK fit. March 27, 2012 Riding mower seats have a tendency to degrade fast, especially if exposed to sunlight. This is an economical way to cover that old seat. I used duct tape to cover all the splits and then covered it with this seat cover. Material is high quality and provides additional padding, but the fit is loose. The two outside pockets are a bonus and can hold gloves, pruning shears and small tools. If you do not mind that cub cadet label, you can use on any mower seat. The only reason for the 4 stars is that apparently this seat cover comes in two sizes, small and medium. The one sold here is a medium that fits all seats with up to a 15" backrest. The small size fits up a 12" backrest. So if your backrest is shorter than 15", this seat cover will have a loose fit. However for the low price, I can live with it, I just wish they had included that in the description. It comes with a good quality vented storage bag, but I do not know why? Three Star Reviews: | 11% Nice but attachments break easily. August 27, 2017 Nice massager but the clips on the attachments break easily. I've used it about 4 times and the last time I was using it one of the clips on the light grey hard covers broke off. When I twisted the other cover to remove it, a clip also broke on it so now they will not stay on. I haven't used the softer dark grey covers yet. I will not return it because if this because the red domes at the base work fine. I do like the rubber gaskets around the domes as they prevent pinching at the edges of the massager. I have a much older model of this massager that was heaver and it would occasionally pinch. I really like this massager July 12, 2017 I really like this massager. I am only using it on my back currently, and the only problem with this (and why I didn't rate it higher) is that I can't use it by myself on my back - it's big and a little clunky. Also, I have not been able to feel the heat at all (although this wasn't a reason I bought it, I figured it'd be a nice bonus). pretty good June 1, 2017 I like its vibration settings but the heat settings failed after a while.Had the infra red settings not failed I would have gave it a 5 Its alright but nothing major August 1, 2016 It's pretty okay when it's used. But not tempting to use it though. I used it 10 times most. Unless I didn't know how to use correctly.It doesn't feel very heavy but it's not light either. Fades quickly and surprise drain hole 'feature' July 10, 2017 I am protecting a 1994 craftsman AWS seat that remains in perfect condition. Previously I was using a pillow case as a seat cover that fit very snug and did the trick (except it looked a bit tacky). The fit on this one is loose as others have mentioned and it would slide side to side on my seat expect for leaving my tight fitting pillow case underneath provided enough friction to minimize the sliding. Two other things to be aware of:1) Fading: After one week outside, the top and the bottom gray portions of the seat are fading, and differently. The seat back is fading a bit tan and the seat bottom now has an obvious contrasting pink tint.2) Water drain hole: I was surprised to find a small drain hole in the center where the seat back meets the seat bottom. My seat does not have drain hole so this will collect water between the cover and the seat if left out in the rain. This is not a desired feature for seats without a drain hole. Like the expandable pocket in back July 2, 2017 Seems to be decent. Like the expandable pocket in back. Supposed to fit. I guess "one size fits all"? It is about 5 inches to much fabric on the back. Didn't measure up to my past old ones.I would not recommend to anyone who needs a vigorous workout Big disappointment. September 4, 2017 This massager is a big step down from their previous one that had 4 points of contact rather than two.Besides covering a smaller area, the spacing of the "dual pivoting heads" is too wide. Trying to get a massage up and down your spine doesn't work with this unit. The 4-head massager had them spaced closer together which allowed use on the neck and spine in a precise manner which was great. The older unit also had an extendable handle.HoMedics really cheapened the product and it's not close to being as effective as the original. They do sell it for considerably less but you get less value out of this one. Bad job, HoMedics. this was supposed to be better than the one it replaced August 22, 2017 I bought this April 2017 and it has stopped working, on the very night I need it the most. this was supposed to be better than the one it replaced. I'd had it for 8 years, no problems. What a disappointment. No heat.... July 10, 2017 High percussions so the vibration extends to the handle, very heavy, little to no heat. One Star Reviews: | 12% Absolute garbage November 5, 2017 This is an absolute piece of garbage. Avoid it like the plague. It feels amazing- while it works. I purchased two different units and both of them failed within the first two days. The first one became stuck on one setting and the only way to turn it off was to unplug it. The second died completely after one use. (The manual says not to use it for longer than 15 minutes at a time, so I made sure to only use it for about 5-10 minutes each use.) Homedics should recall this model too like many of their other handheld massagers August 20, 2017 unboxed it. read the manual. plugged it. turned it on for 5 secs. turned it off. something sparked from the inside. and it just stopped working. This was what happened. It was too late when I found out that many homedics massagers are currently being recalled because of cases of electricution and skin burns probably due to sudden faulty wirings. I'm guessing this was what hapoened to mine. I'm just thankful I was not holding the massager when it sparked from the inside. I could have also been electricuted. This particular model is not one of those models that are being recalled. But based on my experiece, they should have this model recalled too. Worked for only 6 weeks July 31, 2017 Was a good unit for the 15 or so times I used it. Then it would not work one morning after using the evening before. The lights come on, but no massage action or heat. And no phone number to call to get the unit replaced. Broken after three months. July 28, 2017 Broken after three months.
