Great little device. Easy to use. Love that it is lightweight.
Great massager!!
April 18, 2017
Love this massager. Have used this particular massager for 30 some years (yes, they've manufactured it for this long!) I lost the one I had so am reordering this one which now has more attachments than the original. Am looking forward to trying the attachment with the teeth on my scalp. The attachments go on easily. Before ordering this, I tried a couple from the drugstore and they were terrible. The attachments were murder to get on. This Conair is the best.
Everyone will like this!!!!!

October 26, 2016
So, a few months ago, some hammerhead playing pokemon go while parallel parked next to the bike lane pulled an illegal U turn to catch a pokemon, smashing his vehicle into my leg while I was happily, safely cycling in the bike lane with my bike helmet, lights on and ringing my bell at him. I did my best to avoid him, instead, I fell down and grabbed my aching leg, only to grab instead, inches of bone. I lifted my leg to see my foot dangling on the side of my leg. Total nightmare. Needless to say, my body is a wreck. In order to save my leg (nerve damage, multiple compound fractures, ankle and wrist shattered, etc.), I need to encourage nerve restoration and bone unification. I need to work my fascia, tendons, atrophied muscles...let's face it, I need a miracle. I opened the box and pulled this out thinking, "How am I going to return this"? I decided to try it first and let me tell you, I was beyond impressed. I spent the next two hours working my foot, my leg, my hips and glutes. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this. Totally worth it. The only thing I wish it had was a setting in between "Strong" and "Gentle", but, it's pretty indicative to my personality anyway.
GREAT MASSAGER!
April 12, 2016
The Panasonic EV2510K massager fully met my 3 requirements. It delivered a strong deep massage that was totally relaxing; it was really lightweight & well designed making it easy to reach the lower back & leg areas; and last the sound of the motor was pleasantly low & quiet. A few months ago I bought HoMedics HHP-350 model which had a higher rating. It was ineffective, gave such a weak massage that it wasn't worth the effort to use it. Last night after trying my new Panasonic EV2510K, I threw the HoMedics massager in the trash. One suggestion to Panasonic - the colors of this massager - black & green - are kind of harsh. It would be more pleasing to the eye & might boost the sale of this product if the colors were softer - how about ivory with silver grey accents? All in all, I am a very pleased customer!
GREAT BUY!
September 17, 2015
I bought this because of the name, Panasonic, proven above all other brands by Panasonic products I've owned over the years (and still have a 20-year old fan that has outlived more than six new ones and is truly silent so I can't hear it at all on lowest speed and only wind blowing on higher speeds). So Panasonic name was the selling factor to begin with. My HoMedic finally quit after slowly dying over the five years I had it, and loved it in spite of massage ball adjustment going first in first year, finally motor petered out, so needed to replace it. The Panasonic is more expensive but worth it. Light weight makes it so much easier to handle, no arm or wrist strain! Shorter cord is long enough and doesn't get tangled. Massaging spine from neck to waist for only a few minutes relieves "all" muscular cramping symptoms in back and legs and abdomen. The "tooth" projection is good for ball of foot massage between metatarsal bones. I plan to get another for my daughter with Morton's Neuroma symptoms. So very glad found Panasonic makes one and on Amazon. And delivery was fast to boot!

September 14, 2015
5-Stars all the way! I suffer with sever muscle spasms in several areas of my body. I've bought several massage units before and once again, Panasonic came through with one that I loved as soon as I laid it upon a sore muscle group. Don't let the cost fool you, this isn't junk, it really does the job. It's a rather large piece of equipment, larger than other massage that I've owned. It is sturdily made with heavy plastic. The green roller heads are made of rubber and roll smoothly as you move the unit back and forth. The fact that it has 2-speeds makes for a nice thorough massage. I've used this machine from my neck, down to my toes and, my body thanks me for it. This professional quality massage unit IS without a doubt the best investment that I've made in a very long time.
Instant pain relief
October 17, 2013
After reading several reviews, I purchased this massager and the Frankies Deep Tissue Hammer Massager. Back pain has become a constant annoyance in our household and has been detracting from the quality of life. Taking medication doesn't really solve the problem and exercise has just been increasing the pain. These hand held massagers are the next best thing to having a professional masseuse around when you need one. I like the Frankies Massager for man-sized jobs. The Panasonic, however, is a much better tool for my smaller, softer body. It works well on shoulder/neck pain and has done wonders for my aching elbow. I like to use it on my lower back and feet also. The overall design is lighter weight than the Frankies and easier to use with my smaller hand-size. The overall construction is good and of the kind of quality I would hope to find with the Panasonic name. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this massager.
This is one great massager!
April 7, 2010
I've been blessed with PA (psoriatic arthritis) which attacks not only joints, but surrounding muscles and tendons. It will play havoc with my lower back muscles for 3-4 months and then my upper back and shoulder muscles. Without help, I am unable to massage these muscles by myself.Enter the Panny EV2510K. Perfect for any spot that hurts you just about anywhere on your body. I've only had the unit for a few hours and I have managed to relax my terres minor muscle in my right shoulder, something that I was unable to do by myself before.Besides the Panny's reach versitility, it is one strong vibrator. This is no wimpy unit. It will rattle your teeth on high. But what good is a massager with low power? You can modulate the vibration strength with the low setting and with applied pressure. It's got all you'll ever need. Also, the head (part that vibrates) is isolated by a flex-joint so as to not vibrate the hand that holds it. Good engineering. Fit, finish and construction is excellent.Beside the rollers (you'll like them!), there is a hard protrusion that can also be used in certain areas and a green pad with 1/4" high bumps for other areas. Haven't found a use for these yet, but I'm sure that I will.I just tried this thing on the bottom of my feet and it scored a 10. Wow!I'm really a cynic about products, so when I am compelled to write about this product within hours of receiving it, be assured that I like it. I would be happy if this Panny sold for $59, but it is a steal (and a GOOD gift idea, too) at Amazon's price with free shipping. Click 'buy', you won't be sorry. Promise!

This is one of the few vibrating massagers remaining on the market. Most of the them are percussion massagers. I have one of those also but sometimes it's a little too intense and actually makes the pain worse, so the vibrating massager is a good complement to it. I've had three Panasonic vibrating massagers. The first one was great and lasted 20 years, the second one was junk and lasted about a year and a half. I'm giving it 4 stars because I haven't had it long enough to make a proper assessment. It seems to be built pretty well, however, and has decent vibration. Hopefully it will last as long as the first one I had.
Not packed with features but it feels goooood ;)
July 3, 2015
This massager is pretty good for what I paid for it. (<$30) I had a few knots in my back and figured I'd give this a shot. The high or low speed setting is a nice feature. I like to use the high power to work through some painful spots and the low setting is nice for a relaxing rub down.A couple small problems. Sometimes when I use the high setting the motor starts to squeal like there's a loose belt. It comes and goes but most of all it's just a little annoying. I haven't noticed this affecting the performance though. The other thing is that the rollers don't roll very well. I like the concept as it should allow for smooth movement but they just fall short and get stuck in position frequently.Overall, I like this massager and have owned it for a few years now. I think I might buy a much nicer (and more expensive) model in the future but that doesn't mean I'd get rid of this one. If you are looking to try something out, the price of this model won't break the bank. Check it out!
Works well, does a good job on deeper massage, Need second person for much of back
April 1, 2014
I am very happy I purchased this to help with both an cervical problem and multiple low-back problems. However, I cannot apply the necessary pressure for the low back need to work out the serious muscle-spasm knots so it requires an extra person to do the job well. I can use it to help with sciatica that involves the hip, thigh, and calf. This device is not light and requires a strong grip to use it well, but it helps almost as much as a 45-minute therapeutic massage to relax those various layers of muscles and the soreness that remains. I'm sure it would be easier and worthwhile on ordinary soreness after exercise or over-work as well.I heartily recommend this for those who need a real performer and not just a gentle relaxer, and the prices is quite reasonable, about the cost of a single massage.
Easy to use massager with powerfull motor
December 17, 2013
I had a Panasonic before that lasted for years. When it stooped working I looked up a new Panasonic but found mediocre reviews. I finally ordered another brand that looked very good. The problem it was heavy and to powerful for every day massage. I returned it and ordered this Panasonic. It is the right size, not to heavy, easy to use, has 2 speeds. The motor is powerful enough for good massage and it does not heat up after about 10-15 minutes which is the average time I use it. The rollers makes sliding the massage back and forth easier. Overall I think it is a good buy.
lighter weight and easier to handle
January 28, 2013
I used to have a percussive massager that weighed almost 4 pounds and I couldn't hold it in position for very long, my arm would become so tired and my arthritic hands couldn't grasp it for any length of time. I also wasn't very happy with the thumping type of massage it gave me. It seemed too strong for aging, more delicate skin, even on the gentlest setting, All in all the experience of using the thing seemed to fatigue me rather than relieve my aches and pains. The Panasonic EV2510K Hand-Held Massager with Easy Reach Rolling Design is much lighter, less bulky and easier for me to use. It is still strong enough on the high setting to get deep into the muscle, but on the lighter setting it gives me a relaxing, soothing over all massage when I use the rollers. And it vibrates against my skin instead of thumping on it. I especially like the pointed knob for accupressure on various body points. The only complaint I have is the sliding power control is on the underside of the handle right where I grip it and I have turned the power up to high by accident a couple times. I would also like it if the handle had some gripping ridges on it, it is too slick. But besides that, I am happy with my purchase
It does the job!
November 13, 2012
I had a stiff neck radiating pain from my shoulder up to the base of my skull. I almost broke down and got a massage, but being cheap like I am, I ordered this instead. Let's see....under $40 for this massager that I can use daily or over $50 for a one time massage. The choice was clear. I bought this and don't regret it. The neck muscles began to loosen up after one use and is fine now. It did take a couple of weeks of use for all the pain to go away, but the reality is, I would have to have gone back to a massage therapist at least two times to fix this problem. This unit is powerful! and I like the curved head on it so I can use it on my shoulders, neck and previously unreachable places on my back.I didn't give it 5 stars because this unit sometimes sounds like it has a bearing problem, probably associated with the flexible head.

If you're looking for just vibration, this is for you
July 29, 2016
This massager is big, but I like that it plugs in, because I don't think battery operated ones are strong enough. With that said, there are two speeds on this. The lowest isn't bad but the highest speed is strong. I don't like using that setting. It does not do anything besides roll and vibrate. The vibration is nice on your back, shoulders, calves or even the bottom of your feet. It rolls rather easily. I do think that it's very easy to hold with one hand and reaches the middle of my back (where I can't). It's on the "heavier" side, so I don't like holding it with one hand rubbing my back for more than a couple minutes. I usually hold it with both hands and slide it down my back. Yea, I'm probably a little on the weak side, but whatever. For the price, it's not bad and like I said, it's nice that it's a plug in!

June 27, 2015
I have had a Wahl much smaller handheld unit which was very good. I was looking for a deeper percussion with a massager due to a meniscus injury. The Pros are....it reaches a lot of places your lower back, behind your neck, and bottoms of your feet and most hard to reach places.without stretching and being uncomfortable.Cons. Cumbersom and awkward to handle. a bit heavy but tolerable .. NO attachments for anything else... if you like the feel of rollers on your bumpy head, feel free to use this but I wouldn't recommend it......Its clumsy and I feel to use due to its very long size. If anything...they should make the unit with an longer attachment for hard to reach places.. Otherwise Its ok but I wanted a bit more power, percussion and are somewhat disappointed.
Percussion and Shiatsu Massagers Are Better
September 25, 2012
First, the good things about this massager:It works right out of the box (no attachments required) - just plug in the power cord! It is well built with a good design and looks nice. The long handle will help you reach and massage many parts of your body. It is relatively light weight, and the roller head is actually "slightly" wider than the photo suggests, allowing you to cover more surface area in one rolling stroke than what you would visualize by seeing the picture. Having said that, however, note that the roller head is not particularly wide. The massager is not merely for self-massaging but one can massage another with it as well. Finally, it is made by Panasonic - a trusted brand. Now the other side:The length of the power cord is just adequate but I wish it was at minimum 50% longer so one could use it at a further distance from a power source. I also wish the power cord was thicker. The massager has three green surfaces with massaging action. One of them seems and feels useless - the "point" massaging part that looks like a hook. The biggest drawback with this Panasonic massager is the kind of massage it provides - "vibrating" action. After using a "shiatsu" seat massager that I purchased for about $70 Homedics MCS-300H Shiatsu Massage Cushion, and a "percussion" type massager that I used at a Brookstone store, I can state that for me, a "vibration" type massager is clearly inferior to either percussion-type or shiatsu-type massagers. While shiatsu massagers are expensive (because they are seat cushions covering the back), there should be several percussion type massagers in the same price range as this Panasonic massager. If you go for the percussion type massager, make sure you get one with dual tappers (as opposed to one.)For instance, there ais one at this link, which I haven't used but is a percussion massager:Dual Tapper Electric Handheld Percussion MassagerNote that older folk, who may not like deep massages may prefer this massager. It does have two power settings with adequate power. I think those complaining about the lack of power, don't realize that they probably meant to say that the massager is not "deep and penetrating," which is an issue with the type of massage action (vibrating as opposed to percussion or shiatsu,) rather than the intensity of the power.

June 30, 2015
Grip is good and the flexible head is fancy. However, if you want to use this product for your back, just visit CVS stores near you and get the normalone. It is much powerful. The vibration is too weak and not enough power to massage tensed muscle. Thsi product has some weird content such as vibrating rubber pad at the top of the head, and the roller which is not vibrating at all, etc... This product is full of ideas which is not fitted into reality at all. I used several times and put it in the garage. Go back to the basic Panasonic!!

January 17, 2017
Before I bought this item, I read many of the reviews. Most were very positive, but there were a few people who said it quit working after only one or two uses. I thought - that will not happen to me - and bought the massager. We loved it! Other than being a little loud, it was strong and really helped with sore muscles and tight shoulders. We used it for 15 minutes the first time. The second time, a few days later, after about 5 minutes of use we heard a loud "crack", and that was the end of it. It just quit on us. Something inside snapped. We were so disappointed! We will not be buying this product again.

Too heavy fo comfortable use and not easy to manuever around the neck or lower spine.
December 20, 2015
This massager is too heavy for comfortable use, and is not easy to manipulate around the area that you need massaging. It is especially too difficult to use on the neck or lower spine.I would suggest buying one that uses batteries instead of an ac connection, and I would pay close attention to the total weight of the device. This massager is very uncomfortable and the goal of a massage is to feel comfortable.
Front wheels fell off.
