My god, this product must be amazing because ever since I purchased it, my girlfriend would not let me have a turn with it! On a serious note, I have had the chance to finally try the product out myself and it surely has worked wonders for me. I have a bad posture problem because I am always slouching whenever I am playing games, sketching, or doing work at my desk, so I end up getting a lot of knots in my neck. This beauty of a machine has easily worked the knots out of my neck in seemingly no time, and has ever since made me such a happy man. I love this thing so much and the heated option works wonders for my girlfriend when she has her cramps during her periods. Seriously, I might actually have to buy a second one because she uses it so much!

the fabric covering the rotating massage balls frayed and opened up after 6 months of regular use. The massaging head balls rubbed directly on my clothing, creating wear marks on whatever you are wearing. I posted a review to this effect, and Zyllion saw the review and immediately reached out to get me a replacement, which arrived quickly. It's wonderful when a seller stands behind their products like this.

Pros:Buy this! I got this as a gift from my amazing girlfriend who knows I complain about my neck all the time. We took a chance on this after I saw it and said I wanted it, after reading some other reviews I definitely agree that this is amazing. I was a little hesitant at first but once it arrived I wasn't disappointed at all. It does take some time getting use to as with anything, but it's very quick to learn your sweet spots and how to set it up in your car. It requires a connection to your 12v Outlet to be powered but other than that its good. It is extremely durable, I'm highly surprised at the build quality and the quality of the rollers, heating, and motors. It seems like it'll last a long while with much usage especially for the price.It heats up within 5-10 minutes and changes directions every 1-2 minutes. It shuts off after 20 minutes but you can turn it right back on and it's still warm, if you don't want heat you can turn off the heat and still have the rollers. I'd definitely recommend this if you have any neck pain or just want a relaxing message after work on the ride home. I've found you can turn your head and push onto the balls to get a deeper - kneading message on a specific part of your neck to work out a knot or something, since I had an injury on my right-side neck and It's helped so much more than anything, even more than going to a message place and telling them my neck is the most painful area. The only thing different from a message parlor and this is that it can't do full body all at once but you can put this on any area that's in pain, back, thighs, calves, arms and it'll fix you right up.Cons:Only thing I can say bad about this is it slightly gets in the way when you're not using it, sometimes a little uncomfortable when driving but it's not a big deal personally, you could take it off but I didn't mind.I wish there was a cushion on the bottom edge cause i can feel the "edge" on my back sometimes during use and it's a bit annoying but you just have to move around a little and adjust.Overall: 5/5Nothing to remove a star, would recommend to anyone - makes an amazing gift!Thanks to my girlfriend, I love you muchos <3

I would recommend this massage pillow to anyone who suffers even the slightest muscle and/or joint aches. For its compact size and light weight, it "works you over" like a sumu wrestler! Between the rotating "hands" and the heat source, this small device can be positioned to work across an entire spectrum of massage techniques. Give it a try, I think you will gain from it.

I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to anyone. This product is very well made and extremely effective. The changing rotational paternal work wonders on my tense muscles after a long day at the office or an intense workout. It comes with an ac adapter for the car as well which I'm sure will come in handy for long road trips. I'm totally happy with my purchase and for the price this massager can't be beat!

This is the best home massager that I've found. It's good at digging in to really tight knots. I've been able to position it to massage many different areas. Obviously, it does not compare to a hand-on massage, but it definitely helps me work out problem areas at home. I like it enough that I bought one as a gift for someone else.

It's not possible to use this on the neck, which is what I originally bought it for, but it's great on the back. I find I have to lean in a bit to really feel it but it's pretty effective. The rotating balls are too far apart to us on the neck, and they just knock into the back of my skull. The heat is a nice touch. The cord isn't long enough to stretch from my couch to an outlet but I appreciate that it's not SO LONG that the cord is all over the place. I'd rather pull out an extension cord when I need it instead.

researched these and decided a cushion was the way to go to get the area's on my lower back,and neck; full chairs are too expensive and are of no use if they don't fit the person. For a one size fits all, it does well. I think the price is low enough where I could afford to try it and see, (I'm 6'2" 205 lbs; So far, my only problem was the plug connection always pulling out but got an email tip from the company showing that it needs to snap into place, takes extra pressure to do that but now very solid.The heat takes a while but pretty good temp once it warms up - about 5-10 minutes, easy to just turn it on before you plan to use it, reset it when you start. I like it very much and at the price (39.95 sale) I think it's a good deal; I bought 2, wanted one for work, ended up giving to a much younger friend with neck problems and she loved it; Only one strap on back but it still works fine for my high back chairs, other chairs might not fit without modifications. I would give it 5 stars but I have heard aboutshort term failures, even though very low amount, and I've only had mine 2 weeks and it looks well constructed, so if it lasts a year or more I'll be happy to give it 5. I brought one to a party and relevant people tried it,all liked it, I know I'm getting old when, instead of showing off my new Harley at a party, now it's my new...massage cushion...and many people were still impressed!

This item has good potential especially when you cant get to a professional massage therapist. I received no directions with it - so at first I used the straps around me....lol. Not a good idea. Secondly I used the straps around the back of a chair - MUCH better.However if you think about it how many tall back chairs do you own? - so getting to the neck and shoulders is more of a logistic challenge then it is worth.For the lower or mid back - it is very easy to strap onto a kitchen chair and enjoy a 15 minute massage. I've had this for a couple of weeks and been using it almost daily. I used to go get a massage about once a week (because of chronic lower back pain and shoulder stiffness), but the cost was getting to me, and I wanted to find a cost effective alternative. This does a pretty good job of hitting the right spots since I can position the pillow where I want it. The heating feature is really nice on painful stiff areas, and the rollers on this massage pillow are also very strong, so much so that if it rolls over bony areas, it really hurts. Because of that, it can be difficult at times to position it just right, to get the knot but avoid the bone at the same time. Since I use it so often, I'm a little concerned about the wear and tear and how long this machine will last, especially since the rollers sometimes make creaky noises , but I will have to wait and see. Overall, this was a great buy and would recommend to others who want a simple massager on hand at home.

I am absolutely loving this pillow! I don't often rate things on Amazon but this thing is great. The only complaint I would make, would be that the rotating balls feel like they have a sort of gulf or distance between them that isn't great for a more petite frame. This just means that you have to kind of lean or wiggle to one side, because having the pillow directly in the middle means it's massaging the backs of your arms and not your back. It could also be just the motion that creates the distance, but I'm not sure. Otherwise it's so great! The heat is a good temperature with clothes (I wouldn't recommend it on bare skin though) and it's versatile enough to be on the back of a chair or loose between your back and a couch. The motor is STRONG, I tested it by laying the pillow on the floor and lying on it with my full weight. The motor did groan a little and slow but it certainly didn't stop! My only other concern would be the longevity of the mesh material. It seems a but thin, but I guess that's what the warranty is for. I highly recommend this!

I purchased and received this massager through today's lightning deal and only got one session out of it before it died on me. When I investigated, I realized that the massager will not turn on if the power cable is not in a specific position. This wasn't a problem in the beginning because the cable came fastened in that specific position with the massager's straps. This makes me wonder if other massagers sold in this deal are also lemons but either way, I am returning it. I give it 3 stars because when it worked, it gave a decent lower back massage, but it gave a sub-optimal massage for the neck, its main purpose, because the massagers are placed a bit too far wide.

I am sure this is a very good product and works well for most people. After reading all of the mostly positive reviews I decided to try it for my back problems. Six years ago I underwent low back surgery with decompression and fusions. I am 80 years old and also have spinal stenosis. I thought this massager might help with my continuing back problems. However, I found that it massages too hard for my sensitive back. Had I realized I could not return it, I wouldn't have purchased it. Really sorry it didn't work out and I wasted my money.

OK back massager. Good size and the warmth function is also good. Aesthetically pleasing. The motors are the only weak point. It seemed to struggle when any substantial pressure was placed on it.

this is a non returnable item but for this price you get a little bit of therapeutic value. Unfortunately it does not go deep enough to reach my neck lying down or sitting up. It barely touches it and that is why i bought this item, so sadly it's a waste of my money, however, I did gift it to a friend who says it does a good foot massage? You get to decide! Good luck!

I bought this after visiting Brookstone and tried their Shiatsu Pillow because of its cheaper price. The first try was pretty good. I like how it's warm and it makes your muscle feel more relaxed. But the main reason why I returned this is because it is too hard/harsh. The texture of the fabric was actually irritating my skin after using it for 10 minutes. I've tried it with my neck and my back. Eventually I can't stand the pain from my skin so I decided to return it. And the thing is I was doing this with my shirt on when I'm having this on my back, and of course part of my neck was exposed to the pillow when I was massaging my neck. Both back and neck hurt. I guess you can't really do it too much.I think I would probably go back to Brookstone and get theirs when it's on sale. If you have a rougher skin or less sensitive skin, this might be the right product for you. The surrounding of the pillow is also very hard which doesn't feel comfortable when I lean against it.

It is a good product, however I wish I had the ability to increase the speed.Plus in does not reach at the way down, just slightly below the lumbar muscle, where one can have a pinch nerve. I wish there was a ball in between the 4, that might have helped. I also wish, there was remote with it, which you could use to turn on and turn it off.Not a bad product by far. But somewhat limited.Maybe, the next model can include the following:1 Ability to increase the speed2 Remote to turn it on/off and control speed or heat3 A ball the in the middle to reach even the lower muscle group especially for those with back problems.4 Maybe even a battery compartment to be used during long flights/travel.

Too heavy to try to reach pain source, strap is too short for many chairs. Positive: if you find a way to get comfortable with it, it does feel good.

I bought the Zyllion messager for my father who suffers from chronic back pain. On opening the package I immediately knew the messager was too thick to be used confortably while sitting in a chair. My Dad maintained much more of an open mind and wanted to give it a go. The product was incredibly easy to use after a moment or two of fiddling with and we set him up in a chair. Sadly it turns out I was right in the end as while he really enjoyed the quality of the message he felt he just had to sit too far forward in his chair for it to be a really great experience. Furthermore, this would make the messager useless when he was experiencing episodes of extreme pain as there would be no way he could maintain the necessary position sitting forward like that to make use of it.So in summary, the product is easy to use and gives a great message but is too thick to be used while sitting in a chair. I'll be returning the product shortly.

If the gears had not stripped out this would be a 5+ Star product. However having to buy another one after so short a time means i only give it 2.trying to massage lower back and glutes means having to put pressure on the massager. it started stripping out after about a month and now is to the point i'm looking to buy a new one (probably a different brand hoping that it's a little more durable.)

I guess that opting for the regular Sports Roller is a better optionMOST IMPORTANT: The item is not- returnable. For some reason that is nowhere stated on the product. So buy it only if you are 100% sure.

The massaging ends are made of very hard plastic. The ends are widely spaced are puck shaped. Given that the pillow is very firm and the ends protrude only slightly, the only thing the ends connect with on my neck, is the base of my skull. It felt pretty good at the base of my skull, but after about 5 minutes of heated massage I got a heat rash and bruising from the hard and hot ends. I would give it one star but the build quality is actually pretty good. Seems to be made of good materials and it works well on my back. Just doesn't work for my neck, which is why i bought it.

Perviously owning (Homedics) a neck massager w/heat~I found this product to be very stiff. It's a very hard plastic base. There is no flexibility or movement to this product, whats so ever. I also find that the placement of massage rollers are spread to far apart for my (use to) preferences. I find myself using one side or the other which keeps me far from relaxed. I will be purchasing the good ole Homedics in the near future. Sorry Zyllion

Sorry, but this product I would think twice. There is no adjusting capability. YOU CAN'T LAY DOWN ON IT. No way to support it while targeting spot you wish to treat, Heat? Can't feel it. Had something similar same issues. Not worth the money. You should see the bruising. OUCH ON THIS ONE BOTH BODY AND POCKETBOOK.

The balls are hard and hurt. I wouldn't recommend this since you can't return it.

This massager stopped working only a few weeks after I purchased it. The massager works for a few minutes, then stops and shuts off. I'm constantly having to turn it back on.

Liked it for the first month and now it turns red indicating it's on but there is zero movement within... unhappy for the price I paid it shouldn't last only a month.
