This product does work, and is very nice for pre workout warm up. I am 6', curvy, womans pant size 12/14 and these fit snug but they still work, I highly recommend wearing thin work out shorts or even better capris underneath them because they will stick to your skin!

Love this just have to remember its plastic so you need to be careful put it on and taking it off as well but it works

So, Ordered this in May, and it came dfected. Ripped in the pants. I sent it back, but it took a while to have it processed. I Guess they didn't see it or were busy. I emailed several times and the 3rd time (is a charm right?), I got a response and although they still hadn't gotten it back, Usmania A. helped me through it and made sure a NEW one in whatever size I needed is sent back to me. That was done and I received it in a week or less from then. It works well. Helps me sweat in all the needed areas. I RECOMMEND. Get A Bigger Size. Thanks.

I have been using the Heavy Duty Sweat Suit Sauna Exercise Gym Suit Fitness for jogging and at the gym for spinning, ZUMBA and Cardio kickboxing. I love it thank you, and the material so far so good. I use it enough so it's not just water weight but fat as well to come off. I bought this suit it was very skeptical about buying it but come to find out this is one of the best sauna suits out here after 15 minutes or less you really start the sweat I use while I'm working out on the treadmill and it's worth every penny

I'm a big boy, 5'8 and 262! Well i was at least!!! I bought this suit worried that the bottoms wouldn't fit, or something, just like everything else i buy. I stayed the course keeping to a restricted calorie diet, and wore this daily, with my sauna suit for my morning walks. The first month of January i was down 17 lbs. You do sweat. The suit is well made, and stylish too. I would certainly recommend it.

I have purchased several suits like this, but by far this is the best one. The suit is stylish enough for me to wear to a store and sturdy enough to do just about any activity without worrying about the suit ripping. It does not have a typical plastic feel, but reminds me of a heavy duty windbreaker jacket with a semi-plastic inner shell.Note: My suit did not look like the picture. It looks better.

March 16, 2015 I bought this item and I weighed 396 pounds. May 29, 2015 I weighed 352 pounds. I do not claim that this sauna suit is the magic bullet but I will say it is a definite aid and helper to my weight loss journey. I bought the 6X size and I will admit that it was small when I bought it but now it is much more baggy. The top fit the first day I bought it but the bottom was too small in the crotch area but not in the leg area. Possibly because I am tall and my inseam is usually comfortable at 32. The middle of the crotch ripped in a small hole. I DO NOT BLAME THE SUIT. This suit is very durable. I wore it at 6'1 396 pounds and I think it held up under the pressure, stress and strain I put the suit under. I sewed up the middle and tried it again when I lost more weight. I think the limit to the pants, for me or a person my size is about 370 lbs. I've been using the full suit now with no rips. The top is top notch. It does not rip. It takes a beating and can withstand almost any workout. I wouldn't try planks in it as it makes you sweat profusely and you may injure yourself slipping inside the rubber. I would recommend this product. If you never used a suit like this before, take your time in the beginning. Take it slow and monitor your breathing and water levels. This really helps. I intend on getting another suit because this one needs to be washed often.

This product runs small. I bought this for my mom and she is normally a large but it fits her tight. It works very well and she said she sweats a lots!!

First, the other reviwers are correct when they suggest ordering 2 sizes bigger. I typically wear a medium, but ordered an extra large. It's a little big on me, but I think a large might have been too snug. I'm working out and not going to a fashion show so I appreciate a loose fit.The material is more durable than my old suit. Easy to clean. I got a good sweat during my workout.

Durable, I purchased the 4xl and I'm 240 lbs 5'9" and it fit with no issues. Plenty of room for extreme workouts, didn't tear like my others.

The suits is great the only problem I have is the size !! Was still too small even though I got like a so called xxx large

Had to get a refund and then when I got the suit it fell apart on me the zipper came off and the suit ripped.

Bottom pants ripped first day wearing them

I really liked the product in terms of how easy it is to wear but it is not durable. I rubbed against the corner of my cupboard and it caught and tore on day one. 😩

Great suit! A nice upgrade from the one I bought at Five Below. I tore a hole in the armpit of my previous suit. This is one great because of the zipper at the neck. The suits with elastic necks irritate my skin.FOLLOW UP COMMENT - Unfortunately, after only a couple of wears, the zipper on the neck of the shirt broke. The zipper itself separated from the plastic suit, and then the zipper pull came off the zipper completely. I don't even use the zipper that much, as I wear a zippered hooded sweatshirt on top of the suit and keep the zipper of the suit shirt down in order for my neck to breathe.

Really helps me sweat..my kids get a kick out of it when I swish around in this thing.

Top is ok but pants run smaller for women's hips and thighs. 😏

It ok I have noticed that it run smaller than what the size say I ordered a 5xl but top run smaller it fit like a 3xl or 4xl but other than that the it's heavy duty and the bottom is ok

Let me say this, I do like this sweat suit and it is indeed heavy duty but there is one thing I wish they would change. The bottoms around the waist and butt area are so small that it is inevitable that you will tear or split the pants in the center. The top fits perfect and boy does it work too. The bottoms would be equally as good if it weren't for the small and tight area around your butt and waist. For someone who is looking to lose weight please be warned that if you are doing any other type of workout where you bend a lot then more than likely the pants will tear. Perfect for running and jumping rope but not much else.

beware that the paints are smaller then average. I recommend a larger size it you want to work out in them. But over all they do the job.

The pants ripped the second day

I wore this suit for 3 days and it ripped from my thigh down to my foot and I was only walking!!

This suit serves its purpose. It truly did help me sweat a lot more than I usually do, which really helped me become more motivated to work out! I would say that it was a bit tight fitting. There is a zipper top that will literally rip apart if you so much as pull your hand down on it. It's similar to a rubber trash bag in the way that it rips apart with just a small pull. Very bad quality. I got two uses out of it before it was too ripped to use.

Nice product, but is not a true fit. A 6x should be nice and roomy on me, but I couldn't get it pass my shoulders.

If your over a 48" waist , the 6x will not fit.

the sizing is waaaayyyy off... I'm a hippy woman and usually wear a 2x in bottoms... I saw the reviews about running small so I ordered a 5x to be safe... the bottoms are a really tight fit and the top way too big. great quality material tho.

To small the pants, not accurate

Suit is very cheap. When I pulled up the pants to try them on they ripped. Extremely dissatisfied. So disappointed I couldn't even go through the trouble of trying to get a new one or fight for my money back.

I knew it would be a weak material, but this was by far the worst sauna outfit i have ever purchased. Not only did my package get lost, and had to get a replacement... but the suit splits in half as soon as I started running. Might as well wrap yourself in a Glad bag, because it's exactly what it is. Never again.

Everything did not meet my standards it ripped within 2 days of having it.. Where the zipper was on the shirt.. And the pants ripped at the crotch area during my 2nd run..I tried to message these people and I also got no responce from them, poor customer service..

My first day using this sweat suit and it ripped. The material is to thin and weak. I don't recommend buying this product; unless you are willing to pay just for the fun of it.

Terrible product! I didnt expect anything amazing but this was terrible. The pants ripped on the second use and the shirt zipper came off before I had it a week. All I used it for is boxing workouts and some footwork drills. I would buy the ones at walmart at least those will last a month or two

Did not fix to size more of 2X or 3X size but said it is 6X.Stop sell small sizes to big people and taking there money.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. The item did ship out on time however, I ordered my husband a 5x and it looks as if it's an extra large or maybe even a 2x. He didn't want me to return it....is the only reason it's still here.

This suit was brought for my husband as a Christmas present. And when he tried it on it did not fit at all. This suite is not true to size. A size 6x should fit him easily instead it was tooooooo tight and hard to even pull down

Very unhappy. Bought a 3XL as a gift. When I received it the top was the correct size, however when the recipient looked at the pants they were unbelievably small, despite the 3XL tag. They were more like a medium. I tried them on and they fit me perfectly (I am a size 6). No way they would fit someone who was a 3XL. Decided to return it to get something else to give and they have me paying the return postage, despite the product being defective. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered this to work out. Sizing is not as described. I got a big size because I'm a big guy. I am sure I'm past the return period because I have a busy life style and didn't get chance to return even though they were going to accept it. It not about the money because I'll make more of it. It's the fact that I was pumped to be able to wear my swear suit while cycling...not so much. They sent what they considered to be a 6XL which is more like a 2XL if that when I tried to put it on.
