Great quality. Great results!
November 11, 2016
Fits good. Kinda tight. I am between 5'6 and 5'7 214 lbs. I bought the large and it's a little bit of a struggle getting it on since my thighs are thicker than average, but once I'm in, It feels like an extra layer of skin. It's comfortable. I sweat in it easily, but I don't feel gross, I can hardly even tell I'm sweating in it, but when I take it off, it's drenched and after a nice shower, I just feel so much better. It's great quality too. No issues since I bought it. It washes well, and I usually hang dry it, but I have put it in the dryer on low heat and it comes out good. It hasn't shrunk or faded.
needs Weiner hole
September 21, 2016
I love this product. I wear it under my clothes and go to work. Makes you sweat all day. the only thing I don't like about the product is that it's hard to use the bathroom without striping down. It would be great if it had a zipper at the bottom too or at least a Weiner hole. If you plan on wearing it under your clothes maybe try buying the shirt and shorts so you don't run into that problem.lol

I love this. I jump rope a lot and normally only get my average heart rate to about 134bpm but with this I now get to 145-150bpm. I'm absolutely soaked when I'm done but I feel great. Also I feel like it improves my form as it forces me to hold in my core during exercise. Normally I'm really bad about it but this definitely helps.
Price may be a deal breaker
February 15, 2015
I'm 6' 2", 206lbs and a chest span of about 44".Have tried 3 different One-piece Sauna suits:1) Fighting Weight -- one piece sauna Suit XXL (my 1st)2) Kutting Weight -- one piece sauna suit (version 1.0) XXXL3) RAD -- one piece sauna suit XXLI've already reviewed the first one, which, along with Kutting weight were purchased here on Amazon. Bought RAD on eBay ( $5 cheaper there). Two others: "Authentic RDX Sauna suit" and "4Fit (aka ARD) Neoprene Sweat Sauna Suit" I'm yet to try. So, I cannot comment on them in terms of usage (only what I know from product description). But, the 4Fit (ARD) Neoprene Sweat Sauna Suit comes currently in 5XL, 6XL and Small. I inquired about this and was told they'd be restocking other sizes in about 2 weeks time.IMPRESSIONS:All 3 are made of DS neoprene. I believe the DS stands for Dry Suit. They all have that lingering rubbery neoprene smell. The more you wear and hand-wash it the more likely the smell will diminish.COLOR:All 3 are black in color.-- RAD sauna suit -- The stock photo seems to be (maybe it's the angle of the lighting) navy blue, but is actually black with red trims.-- Fighting weight & Kutting weight -- Both have black threading along their seams.Kutting Weight has a 1.0 all black version (with grey mesh arm pits and crotch area) and a 2.0 version that has a black-grey Lycra exterior with yellow stitch trims.-- RDX brand has 2 versions: An all black, and a black-blue combo.-- 4Fit Neoprene Sweat Shirt: Is all black with red mesh on arm pits and crotch areas.FLEXIBILITY:All advertise themselves to be made of "Extreme Flex grade Neoprene" that stretches and conforms to your movement. They do have some measure of "stretch" but this one piece suit shouldn't be used for extreme stretch based workouts like extreme Pilate, extreme Yoga and/or PIYO. Reason being that the butt area may not be able to withstand such stress without going beyond its elastic limit. This is when you'll start seeing a give/tear in the fabric at the lower rear area of the sauna suit. This happened to me with the Fighting Weight sauna suit, and I pointed that out in my Amazon review of that product. But knowing what I now know, I see that it's not exclusive to that said sauna suit. But one way to avoid this is to pull the shorts of the suit up high so that the inner thigh angle of the suit is as close to -- better yet, in close proximation with your inner thigh/crotch angle. Also, wearing compression shorts/tights underneath makes a world of difference too. And to the makers of these suits, they can add a "lag" in the fabric in these regions (arm pits and crotch area) which may also help.THICKNESS:All lay claim to being 3mm thick except for Kutting Weight which claim a thickness of 2.5mm. Now, I have no means of measuring empirically, but if I were asked, I'd say all of them are probably in that 2.5mm range as well.HEAT RETENTION:It's neoprene, so all of them will retain heat. The one caveat, which sets Kutting weight and 4Fit Neoprene Sweat Shirt apart from RAD and the others is the inclusion of breathable mesh material in the pits, and crotch region. If you're a male and worried about fertility issues based on the heat generated, then Kutting weight's mesh gives them that extra umph! factor. This is a direct hint to the RAD manufacturers -- if they're reading this. I haven't seen any other sauna suit that has this aside from these two I've mentioned.PRICE:This may turn out to be the deal breaker for many.1) Kutting Weight version 1.0: $79.992) Kutting Weight version 2.0: $99.003) RDX sauna suit: $71.744) Fighting Weight Suit: $61.795) 4Fit (ARD) Neoprene Sweat Shirt : $44.99 + $4.99 shipping6) RAD Sauna Sweat Suit:$44.00 (ebay) / $48.99 + $5.12 shipping (Amazon)DO THE MATHS:During your weight loss progression you'll find that you will drop a suit size as the fat melts off. Now if you were to use say a Kutting Weight version 2.0 for this, it will cost you $200 bucks for the 2 suits. Now if you were to go with the RAD sauna suit, you'd still be under $100 bucks for 2 suits.Think about that.OVERALL APPEARANCE:Now if your also about the aesthetics, and want to turn heads, or get nods of approval from the chicks and vice versa, then Kutting Weight version 2.0 is your suit of choice. It's a real looker! I'm sure those ones will definitely be flying off the shelves. But, if you don't give a damn, and all you want is something that holds in heat and makes you sweat, then anyone will do.FINALLY:3 reasons why you should wear an undergarment {compression shirt (short sleeve/long, or a plain T-shirt, compression tights (short, 3/4, or long) }:1) Sweat: Make no mistake, you will sweat profusely. This causes the suit to stick to your body such that you'll struggle just trying to get out of it.2) Stress tear: I mentioned this earlier. And compression tights help prevent this by allowing the suit to "glide" with minimal stress to the fabric.3) Skin Reaction: Some people may react to the neoprene material and may break out in small rashes (resolves within 24-48hrs). I have not experienced this while wearing the sauna suit, but did when I used a neoprene waist trimmer belt during workouts. Again, wearing a light T-shirt or compression shirt first before putting on the suit will prevent this.Well, I hope this helps anyone trying to make up his/her mind on which to go.PS: When choosing a size, take two sizes above your "normal" shirt size. If in the end it's bigger than what you need, then you can drop one size down.3/13/15 UPDATE: Just purchased the ARD (size: XL) one piece suit (ebay) and I uploaded a photo of the 3 sauna suits I now have. I stated earlier that my experience with ARD was limited because I didn't have it at the time of this review -- but now I do.It's honestly the closest thing to Kutting Weight in terms of having a breathable mesh. But it's overall quality -- though good, does not match those of Kutting Weight. Specifically, the finishing/thread trims is not as "sharp" as those on KW. A deal breaker? Not necessarily. But, you can't help but be impressed with the quality put into the Kutting Weight brand. To correct an earlier impression: I said you should go 2 sizes above your normal shirt/clothing size; rather just go one size up. I purchased a 3XL size which was 2 sizes above my XL and had to return it for a better fitting 2XL.UPDATE: 5/28/15I did mention that Kutting Weight version 2.0 is a real looker. Was sent one by the company and .... Wow! Seeing it in the real AND donning it on, I think I didn't emphasis it enough. So, when I say it's a looker, I mean IT IS a looker. Was sent a 2XL and I put it on clipped my pedometer in place and did a targeted 10,000 step walk (equals 5 miles) in the midday sun. I got A LOT of complimentary head nods and over the shoulder glances of approval from just about every female walking, jogging or biking the same bike trail I was on. I felt my chest puff out as I sauntered briskly with renewed confidence. I cannot over trumpet the "eye catchery" of this new version. The overall finishing and threading is far and away superior to the competing brands. So it's no overstatement when I say that it has that "designer wear" look about it.Anyway, I got to about 8,000 steps on the pedometer, so I decided to mow some lawn. By the time I was through I'd hit about 13,000 steps. Boy, was I sweating. After a 30 minute break, I felt the need to really put this new suit through some real stress test. And so I did INSANITY workout. The cardio was not my primary goal at this juncture, but rather to see how the suit held up when doing the pre and post -workout stretch. I'd also pointed out in the earlier part of the review that the sauna suits (regardless of brand) may develop stress tears in the butt region during extreme stretch exercises. I also said that wearing compression shorts/tights and shirts (any sleeveless or short sleeve kind will do) will help counter this (can't emphasis it enough). Now this new version held up AMAZINGLY well. Did not feel as overly snug as version 1.0. I'm suspecting this may be due to the extensive breathable mesh used in the groin area ( previous edition has smaller mesh area). And I was truly impressed by this because whether it was deep squats, lunges, Pilates, yoga ...it held up with absolutely no feeling of fabric strain in that region..I definitely recommend this version over the previous all black (with grey mesh) version 1.0..... And, oh, did I mention it looks great as well?
Great product!

AT first I did not think this would help but it does, My Besty I have it to tells me that it makes you sweat as long as you stay active, If you are using it to lose weight make sure you have an exercise regimen, It will make you sweat loads, She is quite happy that I gave her one of these because she has been after one for such a long time but thought the price was too much for it, But guess what, You can use this as a scuba diving suit as well, lol 2 in 1 isn't that great? The woman on the phone, I'm sorry I forgot your name geez she was so pleasant and helpful but unfortunately for me I will have to buy another one for my besty at a size 4xl because the 5xl is too big on her and she weighs in at 290LBS, in case you guys were wondering, I may have to ask if its possible to send it back to get a size smaller! it's been 1 week already my bssty has it and wore it once, BUT I did have a suit for myself and from my experience omgoodness it works well. I don't know what others are going to say about this but from a besty and a personal u se this suit is a good way to go for that extra help. Also buy the cap as it will make you sweat, All in all GREAT PRODUCT!!! and the people over at the KUTTING WEIGHT thank you for helping me! Oh btw guys, Kutting Weight pants will be too long if you are short lol. I hope they can get some sort of shorter length pants for shorter people :) So if you are like 5'5 they will be toooo long! the shirt is good as well! :) this is way better then those garbage bag suits! with this one you can also wash and hang up unlike the other one you have to really wash down to take the stinky out! Get this you will be quite pleased and you will notice that the water does come out FAST! lol... it's well worth the $80

I like the suit

I like the suit, but because of my body proportion I had to order a larger size to accommodate my lager bottom. This left me with bulkiness at the top. The suit does make me sweat which in turn allows for weight-loss.
It really steps up your work out
May 17, 2017
So far so good. I originally ordered the XL. ( Fora male, 5'6,190lbs.) It came in but was too big. I easily returned with free shipping and ordered a new one in large. That fit perfect. Only issue was a few poorly cut end stitching which scratched me the first time i put it on, but I easily just cut them off.I have been using for a week now. I sweat almost right away during work out. Im soaking wet after my work out and feel like I just sat in a sauna the whole time.so far I like it but I'll have to see how it holds up to daily use.

The quality look and feel up to par when I tried it on, but I had to send it back it was waaaaayyyyy too big. I researched for months and ask questions and reference the size chart (which is incorrect), but neither area of garment fit; I'm 36/29/43. I was thinking of going two size down, but I believe it suppose to be roomy; therefore I opt for a small, I'll update once I receive and try it on.FYII never do a video, but I did it in hope of possible helping another buyer; because after all my months of research I still end up with a wrong size. Hope it help.
Good Product
December 11, 2015
It is high quality Sizing chart is not correct. I am 6'1" 255 and the 2X is fine a little tight in the chest and shoulders loose in the middle. I am an avid crossfitter and just want a heavier sweat for winter months. I wear this as a base layer under shorts and a shirt and it is not that much bulkier than under armor which is good. Range of motion is not really restricted deep squats are fine. Two issues use the restroom before you put this on kind of a pain to get undressed especially if you work out in the mornings squats and deadlifts have a way of cleansing you. Second you get an odd geometric sweat pattern going and makes people wonder what is going on with you.The one thing I would change is a sleeveless option. Then motion would not be restricted at all. This also is a great base layer for running outdoors on cold days
Kranking with Kucking Weight
October 23, 2013
I did my research and got the correct size by going to there web site and using the sizing chart. This suit works well for me and for what I wanted it for.. to warm up and stay hot during my workouts. I am not interested in loosing a bunch of water weight only keeping my body warm during and after my weight training sessions. I feel that the heat is key to staying injury free. As for the suit quality there could be more reinforcement in the upper part where you try to pull off your shoulders.. I heard a tearing noise on my 2nd use of it and now ask for help getting it off my shoulders when I want to remove it, however if I need to use the restroom at the gym you need to slowly get it off or it will tear. Over all happy with this product.
Great way to Kut Weight
January 5, 2012
The product does what it says it does. It really boost your metabolism so you are losing weight after your workouts. The actual sweating that occurs with just the suit on is negligible in my opinion. In order to optimize the actual performance during workout I definitely had to bundle up in the usual sweatpants, sweatshirt or hoodie. The other benefit is the increased flexibility and challenge of working ou in one of these. You feel like you are training with weights on, especially once the sweat gets going, and almost like wearing an oxygen mask it really pushes your body hard. Take it off and you feel light as a feather. I am a 170lb 5'11 and I ordered a Large which fits pretty snug and comfortably, the movement provided by the suit is amazing and definitely is alot better than wearing the non-neoprene sauna suits that simply tear with one use. I can see training in this a week to two weeks out from any competition just to push myself. I definitely will purchase the Kutting weight hat and perhaps some other items when they go on sale or release a coupon code.

It is good to sweat
April 17, 2016
Sauna suit does help with burning calories with a topical fat burner and makes you sweat a lot when doing an activity that gets your heart going. It is good to sweat, it is cleaning your lymphatic system out with all those toxins we take in. However as said a thousand times, you must eat clean in order to see a difference. I wear my suit during fasted cardio because I am in prep mode.Cons of the suit is that you cant wash it in the washer. I washed it in the bath tub because I do not believe a spray will rid all the smell of sweat and the suit does start wear out in the shape due to hanging it up to dry.
Mixed feelings
February 24, 2016
I enjoy using the kutting weight outfit. It's not the perfect fit, specifically around my shoulders amd back, which makes cold air get on my hot and sweating back (not enjoyable unless im exercising outside in the heat). Im wondering if i bought the male size instead of the female size. Ive already worn it, so I think it's too late to return it. The other thing that i dont care for is that some of the stitches are poking my skin. Specifically at the edge of the arm and thigh seams. I'm dealing with it by wearing a long sleeve shirt and shorts beneath the outfit. Overall, I like the extra sweat that i get during my workouts.
It's not bad...it's okay...
May 1, 2015
I like the suit over all...but I think I was mislead by some of the reviews. I do not find that I seweat as much as I thought I would using this product. I get on the treadmill for about 30-40 minutes wear a t-shirt underneath it and yes the shirt is wet with sweat...but not drenching. I guess I was expecting the type of seat when I wear a sauna suit...sweat is dripping down my arms and legs..and I can feel it....the t-shirt(s) i wear under it are soaking with sweat. I bought this one because it zips up and I figured the material would be be more durable...and it is more durable. The other sauna suits have elastic around the openings to keep heat in. This one, around the neck is very loose...there is a gap at the back of my neck, so that could be why I am not sweating like others stated. I followed the sizing chart and the size purchased was the best option...maybe I needed to go down a size.So now I wear this suit if I will be out and about all day because it fits under my clothes and it does make me sweat some. but if I am going to the gym, I'll stick with the other sweat suits because in my opinion they work better...and cost a lot less.
great fit, not snug nor tight
February 8, 2015
This is phrase one of my review (which can help others with sizing) which got me while I was ordering on the sizing by their chart. Myself, I stand at 5'8 and at 312 pounds. I was debating on 5x but as I measured out and read other reviews, I tookna chance with a 3x where I was thinking this is a suana suit and you will look the weight. As I put it on...great fit, not snug nor tight!!! Great zipper and material looks better than spanx wear lol I swear!!!
Sizing issues beware + resistance to movement of arms and legs
January 31, 2014
Generally I wear a 1x to a 2x based on the designer, so I ordered a 2x to try this suit out for my workouts. I am not sure this was designed for women in the least. The crotch, arm pits, and waist are baggy, while the hips and thighs are snug, and the bust is terribly uncomfortably tight. It looks like I went from a DDD to a AA. o.O So after putting it on I gave it a test run doing DDR on expert mode. Just as a heads up, there is a slight added resistance from the suit, but you will adjust to it within 5-6 minutes. I would suggest doing some quick motor skill type warm up before doing anything too drastic that may result in problems due to a slight pull back from the suit (full contact sparing or fencing would not be suggested without testing the pull first).
to big
January 23, 2014
I like the idea of having one piece suit to make me sweat and help me lose weight, the description of the item wasn’t completely clear, delivering was extremely fast, the size was to big. Base on previous email I read, they keep saying that it run small to order one more size bigger, I’m usually a medium size in clothe, I order the large and when I open it, I try to put it on and it was huge on me, it was more like a big large man size not a female medium size (running small), as soon as I look at it I knew I couldn’t use it, one because it was too big it didn’t fit and two, because I know that I’m allergic to the fabric, if I were to put it on and just break a sweat I would have end up in the hospital with my entire body in a huge rash.. overall the delivery was very fast and nice pack seal box, to bad I had to return it…

February 3, 2017
I got an XL according to the size chart but the legs and arm holes were huge. I think this is more well suited for a mans body than a woman's. I think it would have been fine if it fit correctly.
not so great for the price
June 16, 2015
was expecting something better, but just average, has the same result as working out with a hoodie on, since you have to use a underwear shirt, then the suit then another shirt...i compared both, the suit and a hoodie and i started sweating faster with the hoodie. i guess its ok the suit but not so good for me, one think i like it is that you can use it for recreational swimming thou, bit expensive if you compare it with a hoodie.

Love my suit. I just wish the sleeves and shorts were longer fitting.Update 22 April 2017: I don't know what happened to this suit but I got a great big gap in the back of the neck. And my other suit is messed up too. Returning both.

The suit is awesome only dispute u have is that after 2 wks of wearing everyday the lining around the neck is starting to break maybe it's because I cut for MMA and train with the suit on is there anyone I could speak with please help maybe I have a defective one or you can send me a replacement and I send this one back idk Anyways yeah hopefully someone gets back to me.
I should have bought the shirt instead
December 19, 2013
I wish this fit better. I should have just gotten the shirt. When I finally got it on and zipped up, it looked like I tried to put a coat on with the hanger still in it. The shoulder part was up by my ears and the crotch part was, spacious. I had to keep pulling it up at the crotch and down at the waist (to get the shoulders to fit). That was a workout by itself. You will sweat when wearing this and that is what I wanted BUT then you have get it off.If I sized down, it would not have fit around my bust. I have trouble zipping it as it is.I think this is a good product. I would just do two pieces instead of a onesie.
Made for Tall People -- Where is the Sweat?
December 10, 2013
This suit is made for tall people. I am a female, 5'3" and between 118-120lbs. When I wore this suit, from stomach area and down fits perfectly. Above that is too large. The shoulders extended up all the way to my chin. I bought a "small" size.I decided to test it out anyway. I wore it for five minutes while doing T25. My thighs started to feel a little uncomfortable because it rides up and it gets tight when it rides up. Actually, I felt very uncomfortable wearing the suit. I might be that type of person who doesn't like to wear such a thing when working out. I need my arms and legs to be free. Within the five minutes, I didn't even start to break a sweat anywhere within the suit. I still felt cold. I USUALLY start sweating within two minutes of T25. I also wear the McDavid Waist Trimmer when I workout normally, and that thing is way better than this sauna suit--it feels good and it makes me sweat A LOT very quickly.I ended up returning this suit and got a refund. One star for design, two stars for good material (same material as the McDavid Waist Trimmer on the inside).

NOT HAPPY!!
October 23, 2015
If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I received the suit today and used it while riding my stationary bike and the crotch ripped wide open five minutes into my workout. If I were using our work facilities or if I were at a gym it would have been extremely embarrassing. NOT HAPPY!!!
Pure Garbage
October 11, 2015
This is pure bulls*** I ordered this crap with the details saying one size fits all .1st this is a lie this is a size medium and persons of size large and up wont fit. 2nd this is a waste of money as the suit comes with tiny rips and the material is useless one time use it isn't durable . Basically wasting your time and money on bulls***...... dont buy this
Very cheaply made. No good.

It was delivered on time and quick but the pants have a huge hole in the crotch area. Even tho it was 8.00 and change still a waste of money and they shouldn't have had a hole in them!!
NOT GOOD
July 31, 2015
I definitely would NOT recommend purchasing this item if you're thinking about using while you walk/run on a treadmill. I started out walking and the seem by the crotch area started with a small tear and as I sped up, the entire suit broke open. I got less than 1 workout! Spend a little more and get something of better quality. It is truly a very thin plastic.
I guess you have to pay big$ for a worthy suit
March 11, 2015
Once again, I have been duped by a less expensive sauna suit in spite of paying more for this more recently acquired one. The last one was shredded by third use. I opened this one, and despite seeing that it is consistent of even thinner material than the first, put it on. Once again, it is definitely not "one size fits all" - as in: it tore immediately and is useless. The term should be removed from the manufacturer's vocabulary. In process of refund.
